This is to inform you that our 4 year old microwave oven of Model No : MC7840 UL is having a complaint in the front touch panel ( Some buttons are not working when pressed). The Service center guy told us that the model has stopped producing the front touch panels for this model. And also told that the entire oven is totally a scrap material as of today because of that. It is very disappointing to know that LG, whose products is famous for its after sales service and quick repair of its products is giving such hardships to its customer. A high- end microwave oven which is only 4 years old and in proper single - hand use condition and having only a small touch panel button press issue - but it reduces the entire equipment to be of no value and we would not even get a exchange value for the product in case we want to buy a new one. Kindly give me any alternative solution to my problem or if its parts are available anywhere, do let us know.     I brought my lg g2 d802 (32 gb) in 9/03/2015. since 6 months, my mobile continuously heated when i am charging or browsing. since 4 month i am visiting lg customer care service centre in punjagutta, hyderabad. they are saying need to change processor but there is no stock. i am visiting frequently but they are saying every time the same answer that lg g2 d802 (32 gb) processor not available and also customer care service response is very bad. so solve this problem as soon as possible.

      I purchased LG Fridge of 335 litres on 30.03.15 vide Invoice no 3505 issued by Shri Silver Enterprises, Vadodara, Model no GL-D3725HSL s.no 503PRUP502366. This fridge is still under warranty. It started giving trouble in April 2015 such as vegetable stores started damaged, ice deposited on them and turned black to be thrown out. Technicians visited twice but could not repair saying it has to be opened & repaired. Since than nothing has happened. Initially I had problems with the dealer as he did not have qualified person to explain various features of the fridge, sub standard owner's manual, no demo at the time of delivery.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I purchased LG Fridge of 2 door from Jay dwakadhish electronics – Jamnagar, SR no.:503NRXC150170, MODEL NO: GL-M302RMPL

      I am struggling with this problem for the last 3 MONTH. I lodged this complaint with the no RNA[protected].
      Subsequently I followed up on this complaint every day but the problem was never rectified. MY issue is that in general refrigerator mode -3 (two door-bottom one) all vegetables and water become ice and very hard so all vegetables and food items become unusable and we are wasting all food every two days, this is repeated after complaining follow-ups, till today the same problem continue…
      However, the technician just come and quickly went back but problem not solve, we are not satisfied with your service man's job, he just simply come for formalities only,
      vegetable stores started damaged, ice deposited on them and turned black to be thrown out. Technicians visited twice but could not repair. Since then nothing has happened. Initially I had problems with the dealer as he did not have qualified service person to repair and find the exact problem of the fridge,


      I am extremely fed up with the kind of service and rest assured, would think 100 times before buying or recommending an LG product to anyone.

      Let me know how I can escalate this complaint as I need this to be taken very seriously.

        Dear Sir/Mam, I had purchased a 32" Led TV from PJ Electronics, Ludhiana in Feb-15 which is under warranty. Currently my device is not working properly as the picture is showing as "negative". I was raised the complaint against the same few days back & your technical person has confirmed me that there is some display issue so he will replace the same after Diwali. Today i am chasing the person for replacement & when he comes to my home he said that some liquid is gone under the screen due to which some area is effected under the screen & from your side everyone is explaining to me same thing but i want to say that i am also well educated person, who knows the right & wrong things for caring of products. Explain me how the product is dissolve from internal in 8 months & it clearly seems that i got the product from your dealer with a defaulted piece & now all wrong things are transferred to customer end either then corrective action taken by you. If my product is in under warranty than why i give you the money of Approx. Rs.11000/- from my pocket. This is the worst experience with the LG product in my life. Your immediate action taken will be highly appreciable. If your people are not able to understand my issue then clearly tell me so that i can take up the matter in Consumer court because i didn't want to loose my money which i am getting after my hard work.           Worst service, pity of customer care and useless service technicians. Disappointed and last nail to the coffin of my last LG product, publishing same review on facebook page of LG India.

          Created 4 service requests CNA[protected], CNA[protected] and CNA[protected] seeing hopeless one-sided closure, an official complaint on 11/06/2015 again an hollow assurance.

          Bengaluru service center assigned useless guy Jose (mob. [protected]), sitting on issue for more than a month SHAME that he not even replying on exchange possible for the product, though he committed to tell at least this much.

          Now the scam! For a TV of Rs 1 Lac INR, needing mere Rs 5000 component replacement, buggers want me to buy a new TV. Giving not even 10k exchange. If I just knew this when buying LG product!

          No repair possible, ok, but no response on exchange either. Provided copy of bill, TV serials stickers.

          NOW throwing out the LG garbage out of my home, but not without letting the consumers know of this unfair cheat by LG India, and worst ever support team. When an enterprise got people giving damn to customer, such enterprise is doomed already.

            I had purchased LG LED 42LV5500-42" - a so called smart TV from m/s Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd vide invoice no. VAS/304140 ft 03/09/2011 at a price of Rs. 55, 000/-. After selling and installing I was told that I will have to buy a few more supporting items worth about 15, 000 to 20, 000 to make it work as 'smart tv'. The TV stopped working recently. I called LG service centre who deputed a technician Mr. Jayesh. He inspected, tested and declared that the mother board is out of order and needs to be replaced. After talking to his superiors he said that they don't have this mother board in stock but will check with Noida manufacturing facility and inform us. After a few days I got a call from LG service centre that this model is now outdated hence parts are not available. I was however asked to visit the service centre and produce the original invoice to assess the discount they would offer on buying new LG TV. Today I received call from LG service centre offering a discount (as assessed by their HO) of Rs. 8, 250/- a ridiculously low amount. It is very bad strategy on the part of LG to promote/boost sales of their products by declaring products 'obsolete' in such short duration and forcing poor consumers to shelve out huge sums for 'inferior' products. This is a very serious matter/issue which authorities must look into seriously for taking customers for a 'ride'. Please do take up the matter at the highest level. F. M. Faquih Copies to : 1.               Ticket number : RNA[protected] LOGGED ON 9TH NOV AS A reopen ticket which was logged on 7th Nov. Even after 4 calls to the toll free number no one called back or reverted yet . Finally got a prabhakaran supervisor number and called him . He spoken with golden enterprises and on the call they promised to send the engineer in another 2 hours . But no one turned yet and I have received a ticket update as "customer requested visit between 3 to 5 days " I surprise to see a msg on the ticket from a lg like global organisation . How the people is treating the customer . Really a pathetic experience with lg .

                This is M.Chandrasekaran from Tindivanam. I have registered a complaint for the repair of my 42" LED 3D TV through LG toll free number on 18/10/15 ( RNA no.[protected]. It was attended by Sri Lakshmi electronics, Villupuram and told us that a part needs to be replaced (which cost around Rs. 13, 000). Till 8th november I got message from LG about pending status of the service. On 9th Nov, the service centre person ( sri lakshmi electronicsc) called and informed that the part is not available and the company has asked to get back the TV. They offered to give Rs. 13000/-, after depreciation ( original price - Rs. 67, 000). He also told that it may take months together to get the parts. On 9th nov, when we approached the toll free number we are told that our complaints status is not available in their records. on 9th, we are given new RNA no.[protected] dt 8/11 for the same complaints. Why the RNA number was changed? We have not offered to give back the TV. How can the company close our complaint without delivering the service. If parts can be made available after 1 or 2 months as per service centre. why can't they arrange it now? or Is this the stratergy of LG to sell their new TV ? I didn't expect this kind of horrible service from reputed company like LG. I am planning to send legal notice to the company if there is no response from their end

                  My name is Pranav Parikh contact number is[protected], My product is LG Washing Machine Fully Automatic, top loading, I raised 1st complaint on[protected] for drying problem, you technician Mr. Mukesh Vaswani from M. S. Services Malad East, came on[protected], he just clean the machine from inside and took Rs.513/-. After 2 days again the same problem starts I again launched complain on[protected] the same technician came on[protected] said the body is broken and so it creates drying problem, it costs about 2700/-, this time I told him to check the machine thoroughly if there is any other problem, but Mr. Mukesh Vaswani your technician said when we touch the machine we come to know what the problem is you just need to change the body that’s it, I confirm it and on[protected] Mr. Ajeet and Mr. Monu Pandey came to change the body but he didn’t change the whole body he replace only 2 springs instead of 4 and took the full amount of body that is Rs. 2, 700/- THIS IS CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING DONE BY MR. AJEET MR. MONU PANDEY AND YOUR SERVICE PROVDER IN MY AREA M/s. M. S. SERVICES. Again after 2 days the same drying problem starts and I launched complaint on[protected] the technician Mr. Monu Pandey came and said that your machine is not firm so take our trolley, again I told him to check the machine thoroughly but he didn’t checked and said the only problem is the machine is not stick on one place just buy the trolley, I bought the trolley cost me Rs. 950/-. Now after 10 days again the same problem and I again launched the complaint on[protected] now there is no response from your end though I continuously calling to call centre and to M/s. M. S. Services after lots of complaint till[protected] and after I launching online customer feedback, Mr. Monu Pandey came and told there is some wring problem but I can’t able to check it the senior technician will come and say, then on[protected] Mr. Mukesh Vaswani came and said the circuit is not working it needs to change.

                  My Question is, when I told 2 times to check the machine thoroughly and the technicians didn’t check at all even after I insists, is these technicians are certified or having fake certificate? Who don’t know how to check the machine? Is it my duty to tell them to check the machine? Don’t they have this normal logic, when we are suggesting something before that we must check everything? Or it’s a guideline given to them by M/s. Services to fool the customer who’s product are out of warranty?

                  LG the Biggest Brand Name thinks the customer will continue to buy their product, with such type of Service provider and technician? LG must have to think whether they wants to continue with M/s. M. S. Services or not? If It does not change their service provider slowly but steadily customer starts moving to other big brands.

                    I have purchased a LG washing machine and placed an installation request 4 days back but no one from LG has contacted me yet. Rather I called customer care 8 times but did not get any satisfactory answer. They just keep on saying we will do at the earliest please wait. So I will recommend everyone do not buy any LG products. They are very poor in customer service.

                        Respected CEO and other Senior Members of LG Electronics India Private Limited.

                        I'm an honest tax paying citizen of this Country and vide this message I would like to share my experience with other tax paying citizens of this Country to make them aware about how the gigantic company as that of LG Electronics, who claims themselves to be market leader treat their customers, who have fallen to gimmicks of LG Electronics.

                        It was in Nov. or Oct. 2011 when we decided to purchase a LG 32 inch LED TV. We were of the opinion that we should only go with leading brands, inspite of the fact that we would be required to pay premium of the product, but the quality and after sales services would be good. It was not only the LED TV which we decided to purchase, we also went ahead to buy microwave along with LED TV.
                        The LED TV worked fine for all these years with minor issues, which we accommodated, however our bad time started from 25.10.2015, complaint was lodged to LG Customer Care Centre number bearing complaint id number RNA[protected]. The LG service engineer visited our premises and conveyed that there is some issues in mother board or chipset, which need to be replaced and these days none of the item in panel is repairable. We conveyed our acceptance and the only request was that kindly expedite the process. The engineer conveyed that the spare part is not available locally and need to be procured from Delhi, thus might take some time. "However, I never knew that some time means 7 days."

                        It was only on 30.10.2015, when my old aged parents conveyed me that they have not heard back from LG Electronics, I called up LG Customer Care number explained them the scenario that I'm based out of Mumbai and in jodhpur which is my native place, it only my parents staying. For them television is only source of entertainment and means to stay connected with day to day happenings in other part of country. Therefore, I most humbly requested them that kindly expedite the process. It was then I was apprised that the company have stopped manufacturing the spare part in question, for the sole and absolute reasons know to Company and the local representative of company shall contact me to let me know what are the alternatives.

                        It would not be out of place to mention, in present era of digitalization, where Company's have automated their systems and specially the gigantic size of company like LG, ideally be having best technologies at their disposal, took 7 days to actually realize that the spare part in question, has been stopped by Company. This in itself shows the seriousness of employees who are entrusted with task to resolve customer grievance in turn is mirror image of company's intention to cater to needs to customer.

                        One of the local representative made call to me, who's name I would not like to disclose (for no other reason but for mere fact my issue is not person specific but with the Company) made me aware I have to go for new product only and present product value is 15%, meaning thereby that I can get setoff of approximately 3.5K in lieu of buying new product which would again be in the range of 30K to 40K. I had a simple question, if the spare part was available then what is the fees that they would have charged to me, the answer was 4 to 4.5K. Again the fraudulent attitude of Company can abundantly be seen that for them a small chipset would cost four thousand and they are willing to buy back a product which was defective for no fault of customer in dearth cheap rate of 3 to 4 thousand.

                        It took me 6 days to make people in LG convince that the so called policy of LG is incorrect and against the mandate of law of the land. And that, whilst I'm not shying away to pay the price of new product but they should offer at some reasonable price.
                        It is noteworthy that my only continuous and consistent request to Company was kindly expedite the process, let me know the differential price payable and get the new product installed. All in vain, it was only on this 7.11.15, when I finally reached Jodhpur, on occasion of Diwali that I visited their local office (Service Center) met the ASM, he said amount payable is 26, 510/- and I need to pay the same right then and there and should share screenshot of funds being transferred to LG Electronics Account.
                        Now the best part of the story and heights of arrogance that a company can have, in spite of receiving entire amount as demanded by them and I have still not received the new product, as the product is supposedly being shipped from Jaipur, which is hardly 4 hours' journey and it is over 80 hours and still counting that they are in process of receiving shipment. If the Company's intention was to actually redress there customer grievance and given the situation wherein Company have taken enormous amount of time and making move at their sweet will in an ideal scenario, they could have offered the product from their vendor and could have gone ahead with internal adjustments, which something is not illegal our out of industry practice.

                        But it is noting mere ego of gigantic company that how come a normal level of customer have decided to raise voice against them, thus under the garb of one process or the another, which we have usually heard in case of government organization, who also now moving out of this redtapism disease is only trying to ensure that they harass the customer to its maximum.

                        Story of harassed customer by an insensitive and most un-consumer friendly company.

                          I have purchased a refrigerator on 9th July 2012, made of LG. Fridge purchased from M/s Electrocraft, Jamshedpur with Invoice Number 0616/LS/RI/12-13. Refrigerator model number is GL-245BEDG5. Serial number is 206PRLU050680.
                          The inner side fiber body of the fridge is cracked itself after two and half year of purchase. Water leaks from cracks. I have made a complaint to LG customer care on 12/03/2015, Complaint number: CNA[protected] regarding the problem but LG authority did not respond to my complaint. Again I have made a second complaint on 06/11/2015 with Complaint number: RNA[protected]. The concerned technician from LG, visited to inspect my refrigerator and then the authority informed me that the damage is due to the manufacturing defect of LG Electronics. So I requested to replace my refrigerator with a new one of same model without bearing any cost by myself, but LG concerned person not agreed and told that they would give me a new fridge with a payment of 40% of the cost of the new fridge.
                          So I am not agree to pay any money to LG Electronics to get a new refrigerator, rather they have to change it without paying any money.
                          Kindly help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            In my 32 inch LED TV which I have purchased with Rs.42000/- in the year 2011, avi and hdmi input stopped working, only usb input is working with other feature intact. When lodged complain, they told main PCB to be replaced with a cost of Rs.5279/- which I readily agreed. Later they told parts not in production and offered Rs.6300/- in exchange of the otherwise ok TV. Even a scrap vendor will better price keeping in mind that all other features are ok( picture tube till date are in good condition). Now LG stopped replying my queries. LG complaint no.RNA[protected]

When I told that Only technical person like him may be answered.Then he was very angree on me with ungentle manners souted on customer like me.I don't want expect this type of beheaviour from your company's reprentative.                                 I ship out my headset to the repair department for a replacement under warranty. The department received it 9/23/15. Hb730 RA#A0159G. Called customer service on up date of when my item will be sent out 11/2/15. I was told waiting on FedEx ground to pick up I will receive confirmation from them through by email. 11/7/15 no email. I called back spoke with a representative. They don't the orange color in stock. Requested to speak with supervisor i spoke with supwrvisor in the complaint department he told me he will change the color upon my request which he suggested pink or green i chose green and said he willRA#A01AG80799. 10/26/15 no product called complaining about my device I submitted a complaint to BBB. Now they tell me to chose black or white thats the only color available. I really didn't want to because the color i had costed more than the black or white. But iI really needed my headset because I have Copal Tendonitis in both hands. When I'm on my phone for a few minutes long my hand becomes numb so I chose the black. I was given a ticket #241381. 11/2/15 no email from fedex ground. So i called back requested to speak with supervisor. I spoke with Jay he said he will put in for my device to be shipped over night. If i don't receive and email after 48hr to call back and speak with him . On 11/4/15 no email I been trying to reach him since up until 11/7/15. Customer service tell me they would email him to call me back because he is busy and the only supervisor working Saturday I was determined to even wait until he became available but the last rep. I spoke with disconnected my call. I'm at the point to it doesn't matter what color or send my devise back this is cery very inconvenience for me.

                                    I want to give this feedback to LG and I am going to publish it on social websites too. I have registered the call about my 42" LED 3D Tv, on 24/10/2015 and asked its status at customer care department since they have told the technician will visit at our home (who doesn't came). Strange that I came to know it is not registered at all. Then finally my call got logged and registered with LG CC.- RNA[protected]. I again called the service centre after 2 days then again surprised that your cc executive is arguing on the matter the call is logged for 32" not 42" LED. I have asked that this is your problem that your customer care department is taking too lightly their customer call. Then he has arrange the call with technical department but could not get connected as always. In this last two weeks the technical department was not got connected ever on their customer care Anyhow, technical deptt. asked the issue again (this was the third time I am explaining my issue- I don't why they are not updating the cause while logging the call). Then they have arranged again a technician visit. Technician visited he had taken a detail from me and whatsapped to his technical head. And told they will update. Next day, again I got a call from customer care deptt. About an issue and I explained everything to them then they again told me that they will arrange a technical visit at my home. I got a call in afternoon around 2 P.M., next day that he’ll be coming to resolve the issue. I have updated him that please come after giving a call so that someone will be available to assist. But he directly visited the home with his technical head at around 05:15 P.M. without informing anyone and as result there was lock on the gate. Then he called me from there itself for which I have asked him the reason of coming without updating. Instead of replying easily, he replied that door is lock and his technical service head of Faridabad Mr. Dalbir Singh has come and now he is leaving and disconnected his phone and asked me to call after 15 minutes. I called after 15 minutes, he has given to phone to so called Technical head and he told that they were there to resolve another call so they came directly to our home and now they are at their centre. I was shocked after hearing his reply that THIS ISSUE IS NOT RECITIFIABLE (HA! HA! HA!) LG itself is updating like this, since this TV set purchased from outside (What about their International Warranty?). It was just like a shock over shock that this technical head has not seen the issue ever and replied that this issue can’t be resolved by seeing its model no. The he told that please talk to their boss for any clarification. The very next day again called to customer care and where they were again asking about the issue. Frustrated…… I explained again…….where they again told they will arrange a technical assistance at home but I myself given the update then they arranged a call from technical support where he has taken the DSA on concall where he was also explaining the same thing that it is not resolvable. Now I expain the issue. Issue was simply, that the account is option where we can login to portal and can download the skype types application. I explained everytime their technical deptt. And asked how they downloading the apps on their mobile…. Through an email id…. My issue is that only… I am not able to login to my email account of LG store since that option is not available. When I have explained like this the CCare executive told PCB needs to get replaced and since TV set is from OUTSIDE INDIA so can’t be resolved. This what it shows that just Make Customers what you want. But today let me tell you, I MYSELF HAS RESOLVED THIS ISSUE BY UPDATING THE SOFTWARE ONLINE WITHOUT SPENDING THEIR SERVICE FEES. Today I called the SERVICE AREA HEAD for updating this and where he was still arguing it can’t be resolved since its purchase from outside india. But when I have updated that I myself has resolved. There were no words to explain. I forcibly told him that the harassment I face from last two weeks was unbearable. LG Customer care experience was worster than worst and technical team too not updated. I think for LG- Customer is their last priority and their care comes afterwards. I have most of the products of LG and recommended too to my knowns but now their after sale service has changed my perspective towards LG. I AM NOT GOING TO BUY LG PRODUCTS NOW, OWNWARDS.

                                      I have a washing machine (Model no T72FFC22P) purchased on 7th Nov 2012. The machine makes a terrible rattling noise when running. On registering a complaint on 31st Oct 2015 (RNA#[protected], the machine was picked up for repair at service center. I was told that the gear box has to be changed. The "supposedly" repaired machine was delivered on 5th Nov (after 6 days) by delivery boys. I was charged Rs 3297 for the repair. On attempting to run the machine, it has stopped working completely. I called the service center and was promised that a senior technician will report on 5th Nov evening but no one turned up, I am still waiting for service technician to turn up Extremely disappointed at the pathetic level of service by LG India on following counts:
                                      1. Below expectations on reliability as Gear box needed to be changed within 3 years of operation
                                      2. Charged for repair and new gear box and machine delivered in faulty condition after so called repair. I don't even know whether any service / repair was carried out at all.
                                      3. Failing on commitment to depute technician after confirming schedule.
                                      4. Uncertainty on when the technician will eventually turn up or will turn up at all to fix the machine.
                                      5. The grievance redressal website of the company does not work. Despite several attempts to escalate the matter at the LG Grievance website, the complaint could not be registered as the website returned a server error.

                                        LG Customer care in our experience has been very worst. We got the LED TV delivered on Monday, 2nd Nov morning. After registering installation request the same day, its been Thursday today. The RNA was[protected]. Most of the times call does not go through successfully to the customer care. Inspite, We spoke many times and we got 4 different Technicians' contact nos. The service centre was informed to be - Hitech Services and the Service Manager Prabhakaran does not pickup at all - [protected]. The technicians also do not pickup and if done, they say somebody will come from office or that they will come today. We get the same response everyday. 2 years back, we had a nightmare with LG airconditioner, which was in warranty but not repaired for 2 months. It was neither returned from service centre also. After a lot of fights and follow-ups, we got it back and that too in a bad condition (machine was not even cleaned of oils and grease outside). All this had to be faced by us with a new born baby at home in a summer. After a bad review written by us, this was rectified. Hope this time, the TV does not have to wait for months to get installed! LG products would soon loose their appeal if this service caliber continues. Good luck. Fyi - 2 more technicians nos. are [protected], [protected]. For escalation, I have got a no. of an Area Manager Subramani - [protected]. He does not pickup too!
