In my 32 inch LED TV which I have purchased with Rs.42000/- in the year 2011, avi and hdmi input stopped working, only usb input is working with other feature intact. When lodged complain, they told main PCB to be replaced with a cost of Rs.5279/- which I readily agreed. Later they told parts not in production and offered Rs.6300/- in exchange of the otherwise ok TV. Even a scrap vendor will better price keeping in mind that all other features are ok( picture tube till date are in good condition). Now LG stopped replying my queries. LG complaint no.RNA[protected]

But he asked regarding the problem how many operation will not support of that product. When I told that Only technical person like him may be answered.Then he was very angree on me with ungentle manners souted on customer like me.I don't want expect this type of beheaviour from your company's reprentative.       I ship out my headset to the repair department for a replacement under warranty. The department received it 9/23/15. Hb730 RA#A0159G. Called customer service on up date of when my item will be sent out 11/2/15. I was told waiting on FedEx ground to pick up I will receive confirmation from them through by email. 11/7/15 no email. I called back spoke with a representative. They don't the orange color in stock. Requested to speak with supervisor i spoke with supwrvisor in the complaint department he told me he will change the color upon my request which he suggested pink or green i chose green and said he willRA#A01AG80799. 10/26/15 no product called complaining about my device I submitted a complaint to BBB. Now they tell me to chose black or white thats the only color available. I really didn't want to because the color i had costed more than the black or white. But iI really needed my headset because I have Copal Tendonitis in both hands. When I'm on my phone for a few minutes long my hand becomes numb so I chose the black. I was given a ticket #241381. 11/2/15 no email from fedex ground. So i called back requested to speak with supervisor. I spoke with Jay he said he will put in for my device to be shipped over night. If i don't receive and email after 48hr to call back and speak with him . On 11/4/15 no email I been trying to reach him since up until 11/7/15. Customer service tell me they would email him to call me back because he is busy and the only supervisor working Saturday I was determined to even wait until he became available but the last rep. I spoke with disconnected my call. I'm at the point to it doesn't matter what color or send my devise back this is cery very inconvenience for me.

          I want to give this feedback to LG and I am going to publish it on social websites too. I have registered the call about my 42" LED 3D Tv, on 24/10/2015 and asked its status at customer care department since they have told the technician will visit at our home (who doesn't came). Strange that I came to know it is not registered at all. Then finally my call got logged and registered with LG CC.- RNA[protected]. I again called the service centre after 2 days then again surprised that your cc executive is arguing on the matter the call is logged for 32" not 42" LED. I have asked that this is your problem that your customer care department is taking too lightly their customer call. Then he has arrange the call with technical department but could not get connected as always. In this last two weeks the technical department was not got connected ever on their customer care Anyhow, technical deptt. asked the issue again (this was the third time I am explaining my issue- I don't why they are not updating the cause while logging the call). Then they have arranged again a technician visit. Technician visited he had taken a detail from me and whatsapped to his technical head. And told they will update. Next day, again I got a call from customer care deptt. About an issue and I explained everything to them then they again told me that they will arrange a technical visit at my home. I got a call in afternoon around 2 P.M., next day that he’ll be coming to resolve the issue. I have updated him that please come after giving a call so that someone will be available to assist. But he directly visited the home with his technical head at around 05:15 P.M. without informing anyone and as result there was lock on the gate. Then he called me from there itself for which I have asked him the reason of coming without updating. Instead of replying easily, he replied that door is lock and his technical service head of Faridabad Mr. Dalbir Singh has come and now he is leaving and disconnected his phone and asked me to call after 15 minutes. I called after 15 minutes, he has given to phone to so called Technical head and he told that they were there to resolve another call so they came directly to our home and now they are at their centre. I was shocked after hearing his reply that THIS ISSUE IS NOT RECITIFIABLE (HA! HA! HA!) LG itself is updating like this, since this TV set purchased from outside (What about their International Warranty?). It was just like a shock over shock that this technical head has not seen the issue ever and replied that this issue can’t be resolved by seeing its model no. The he told that please talk to their boss for any clarification. The very next day again called to customer care and where they were again asking about the issue. Frustrated…… I explained again…….where they again told they will arrange a technical assistance at home but I myself given the update then they arranged a call from technical support where he has taken the DSA on concall where he was also explaining the same thing that it is not resolvable. Now I expain the issue. Issue was simply, that the account is option where we can login to portal and can download the skype types application. I explained everytime their technical deptt. And asked how they downloading the apps on their mobile…. Through an email id…. My issue is that only… I am not able to login to my email account of LG store since that option is not available. When I have explained like this the CCare executive told PCB needs to get replaced and since TV set is from OUTSIDE INDIA so can’t be resolved. This what it shows that just Make Customers what you want. But today let me tell you, I MYSELF HAS RESOLVED THIS ISSUE BY UPDATING THE SOFTWARE ONLINE WITHOUT SPENDING THEIR SERVICE FEES. Today I called the SERVICE AREA HEAD for updating this and where he was still arguing it can’t be resolved since its purchase from outside india. But when I have updated that I myself has resolved. There were no words to explain. I forcibly told him that the harassment I face from last two weeks was unbearable. LG Customer care experience was worster than worst and technical team too not updated. I think for LG- Customer is their last priority and their care comes afterwards. I have most of the products of LG and recommended too to my knowns but now their after sale service has changed my perspective towards LG. I AM NOT GOING TO BUY LG PRODUCTS NOW, OWNWARDS.

            I have a washing machine (Model no T72FFC22P) purchased on 7th Nov 2012. The machine makes a terrible rattling noise when running. On registering a complaint on 31st Oct 2015 (RNA#[protected], the machine was picked up for repair at service center. I was told that the gear box has to be changed. The "supposedly" repaired machine was delivered on 5th Nov (after 6 days) by delivery boys. I was charged Rs 3297 for the repair. On attempting to run the machine, it has stopped working completely. I called the service center and was promised that a senior technician will report on 5th Nov evening but no one turned up, I am still waiting for service technician to turn up Extremely disappointed at the pathetic level of service by LG India on following counts:
            1. Below expectations on reliability as Gear box needed to be changed within 3 years of operation
            2. Charged for repair and new gear box and machine delivered in faulty condition after so called repair. I don't even know whether any service / repair was carried out at all.
            3. Failing on commitment to depute technician after confirming schedule.
            4. Uncertainty on when the technician will eventually turn up or will turn up at all to fix the machine.
            5. The grievance redressal website of the company does not work. Despite several attempts to escalate the matter at the LG Grievance website, the complaint could not be registered as the website returned a server error.

              LG Customer care in our experience has been very worst. We got the LED TV delivered on Monday, 2nd Nov morning. After registering installation request the same day, its been Thursday today. The RNA was[protected]. Most of the times call does not go through successfully to the customer care. Inspite, We spoke many times and we got 4 different Technicians' contact nos. The service centre was informed to be - Hitech Services and the Service Manager Prabhakaran does not pickup at all - [protected]. The technicians also do not pickup and if done, they say somebody will come from office or that they will come today. We get the same response everyday. 2 years back, we had a nightmare with LG airconditioner, which was in warranty but not repaired for 2 months. It was neither returned from service centre also. After a lot of fights and follow-ups, we got it back and that too in a bad condition (machine was not even cleaned of oils and grease outside). All this had to be faced by us with a new born baby at home in a summer. After a bad review written by us, this was rectified. Hope this time, the TV does not have to wait for months to get installed! LG products would soon loose their appeal if this service caliber continues. Good luck. Fyi - 2 more technicians nos. are [protected], [protected]. For escalation, I have got a no. of an Area Manager Subramani - [protected]. He does not pickup too!

                    My name is pradip we bought a fridge model no gl368dmqg serial no 705lpwr001065. .Some days ago suddenly my fridge was not cooling properly so i called customer care and registered my complaint. They send people from service station mithra agencies in tirupur. Two of their staff when they checking my pcb board.The accidently broke my pcb board. And what they did is the took with them and paste it again and installed it but still my refrigirator is not working. I told them to replace board with new one but the told me that board no more available. I bought this refrigirator 6-7 years. Now i have to throw this away for the mistake commited by your agency people. I have already complained in customer care in the name of kanchanaa my mother i dint get any reply then i tried to convey this message to mr antony coimbatore. But he is taking his time . For past 45-50 days i am ling without the refrigiration. Please give me a proper feed back otherwise i have to go to consumer court to sor it out. My aim ogf this complaint is to get new pcb board from the company or replace it with the new one . Waiting for your reply. I have all the service records with me .                       I had purchased a 32 inch LED 3D TV 3 years back from LG. After the warranty period, I have subscribed for AMC Annual Maintenance Contact. Last month, my TV started having issues with display and some other part. I had called LG service center and they sent the technician, who was unable to get the issue resolved. So they proposed to replace the TV as they did not have the parts available. Even my TV was under extended warranty, they calculated the depreciation on my 54000.00 Rs TV as 17000.00 Rs and due to AMC they said, they will give us a budget of 27500.00 RS to choose a TV which we were not agree but we did not have any other option. SO after some friction, we said yes. However, they still did not replaced the TV and just running around with different answers. When I call the customer care, they say, call the service center. When I call the service center, they say, we will talk with the company and let you know. The TV we have at home is giving problems and hangs every-time which is causing eye problems. This company has sold the AMC which is called as extended warranty by the company/customer care. They are just giving me the half amount of my TV''s price and I am unable to look for any other company''s product as they are not refunding the money. Kindly, look in to the issue and help us.

                        Name- Hayat Singh Kharayat Phone number- [protected] I bought an LG Split ACLSA5CP5AF6 1.5 on 11 November 2010. INVOICE- WR_547. I registered my first complaint on 13 October 2015 about the break down of the AC. The LG local team attended to the problem and detected the compressor needed to be replaced. The warranty terms clearly mention the compressor to be replaced within the given time period which is still valid. The local LG team then took the outer unit with the compressor to their respective workshop and said that it would be replaced soon. Now they refuse to provide us with the compressor saying that the model is upgraded and it is not available. False excuses are made by team. No steps have been taken despite of several requests and complaints.

                            We bought a LG 3 door refrigerator in Feb 2014, now the centre fridge portion is not cooling at all. This is on 30 Oct, 2015. The service centre given to us was Sigma services. They turned out to be total scam. After changing a part so-called QLC and charging us 2760rs. Their technician took away the alleged damaged part with him, (he is not suppossed to, damaged parts have to be given back to customer)and now the fridge is still not cooling. Have called the LG customer care centre a number of times, but they do not have any solution. They keep saying they are registering VOC(voice of customer) and someone will get back to us in 24 hours, but no call. Once was holding the call for 1hour15 min, still no supervisor came online. Worst worst worst company to buy products from.

                              I bought an LG refridgerator a few month ago an there has been a consistent problem with it, there is often ice formation in the lower half of the double door fridge, which has never happened to any of our appliances before. I made complaints to the customer care at LG and wlecomed your engineer to my home to have a look at this fridge, in his opinion we were not using our fridge correctly, of course that is an upsetting answer to anyone who has used a simple appliance like a fridge all his life. He said we shouldn't be placing items close to the cooling vent, which is ridiculous because how big is a fridge really to save a spot so that a product shouldn't misbehave. I have so far been very irritated with the engineer who has visited us or people who have called me or responded to any email in the past. I bought this fridge through Vijay sales and they've been kind enough to intevene and get this process going for me. Someone from LG called me a few weeks ago and told me that they'd need a cancelled cheque and a few documents to process my refund, I was finally relieved because dealing with LG has been a nightmare and I'm sorry to say I do not wish to own any LG products after this. In this day and age one simply does not have the time to deal with jokers who come to your house on 4 different occasions to check the temperature of the fridge. I have ice formation that ruins all our vegetables and I've showed it to your engineers, it shouldn't have been so difficult. Now I've suddenly been offered a replacement. Why would I want a replacement after what I have been through. I do not want to make this relationship with the brand even more sour so as to tell each and every member of my community about what my experience with your brand has been. I do not wish to take any replacements, please let me know if I can have my full refund or not. In case you think thats not a possibility I will surely make time to pursue this in consumer court and tell them about my harrowing experience with your team or you can choose to end this here amicably. Mistakes happen but they need to be acknowldged in due time and corrected. I'm left with no patience anymore. Looking forward to your response.

                                I had bought a 55 inch HD 3D TV in April 2012 and have also covered it under their AMC ever since. But, since last month, the TV has not been working. On contacting customer care, I am being told that a part needs to be replaced and that the part is not available in entire India as the product is now obsolete. As per the AMC, if the part is not available, I need to get a new TV. But, instead, I am being forced to sell my TV at lesser price and pay up for a new TV, that too only with LG at a higher cost compared to various showrooms. The Service Center managers are also treating me unprofessionally when talking to them on phone. Need help to get this resolve quickly please...

                                  LG TV bought less than 2 years ago. TV display automatic black-out happening since past 8-9 months...we thought it might due to un-proper handling of the remote controller. But recently the whole display is gone...not picture is coming...while LG service man comes & checks...says display is damaged...so will cost around 12000 rupees...How can this happen?? LG being a reputed company is providing low quality product. Or I suspect the vendor Surabhi is selling low quality products...so request you to help me ... For a TV of 28000; it is ridiculous to pay 12000 for repairing...plz help.

                                  Hello...how can you close this complaint as resolved when no one had contacted me even after so many days of sharing the contact details.
                                  got a call from the no. [protected]...but the executive was not supportive...didn't explain when asked...instead abruptly ended the call.

                                    I have always been a loyal customer towards LG products and am currently using several of its products.
                                    I had purchased 3d tv 42LW5700 3 years back with an expectation of firm product quality service. This expectation could not last long as my TV, which has not even completed 4000 hours on record, has fragmented lines on the display. While purchasing the product I was assured of average 20, 000 hours lifespan of this TV. Not to mention the fact that I have spent a whopping INR 86K for purchasing this product and now it is of 0 value to me.

                                    After contacting the service centre my worries were elevated as they gave me a quotation of INR 40K for the screen and service. I feel cheated at the moment with this ruthless response from LG service team. If this is the product quality being served to the most loyal customers, it is not worth.
                                    As of now I want my TV problem to be rectified earliest possible in order to close the issue, else I shall be more than willing to take this forth to higher authority!!

Phone No. [protected]. Date: 01.11.2015. GRIEVANCE LETTER TO L. G. ELECTRONICS I, M. M. SALEHSHA HUSSAIN, purchased refrigerator L. G. Model No. GL308VE5 CCBZEBN, S. No. 105NRQV065636 from M/s. Vijay Sales, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 04.06.2011 and the same was received on 05.06.2011 at 9.10 p.m. at my above mentioned residence. On 28.09.2015 I have noticed that my refrigerator was not functioning (cooling) and accordingly I have lodged complained at M/s Vijay Sales, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, interm M/s Vijay Sales have forwarded my complaint to L G Electronics on 28.09.2015 vide Complaint No.[protected]. On 02.10.2015 service engineer visited my residence, removed compressor oil from cooling coils and filled R134a gas and replaced the new compressor, however inspite of replacing the compressor, refrigerator was not cooling. I have lodged another complaint by Complaint No[protected] dated 03.10.2015. Since no one has attended to my complaint, again I have lodged another complaint on 07.10.2015 vide No.[protected]. In response to the same service engineer from L G visited removed compressor oil from coils and filled R134a gas on 08.10.2015. Still inspite of doing all this, the refrigerator is not getting cool. Since, the efforts made by service engineer did not rectify the core problem, I have lodged another Complaint on 10.10.2015 vide Complaint No.[protected]. After that no one from the L G visited to rectify the problem. I would like to mention here that from the last 1 Month. I am unable to use my refrigerator, which is an essential need now-a-days. Here, I would like to inform that my refrigerator compressor is still in warranty period and service engineers are trying to extract money of Rs.2, 600/- from me saying that the same relate to service charges, but I did not pay. Even on enquiry with the L G call centre I was told that against all my complaints they have mentions “warranty rejected”, though my refrigerator compressor is still under warranty. I am extremely unhappy with the service and response given by L G service provider for attending my complaint. I have personally visited L. G Service Centre twice at Panvel, Navi Mumbai on 08.10.2015 and 01.11.2015 and explained grievance. I once again reiterate that I am extremely unhappy with irresponsible behavior and keeping my complaint in pending for more than one month because of which I am unable to use my refrigerator. My complaint has been closed on 10.10.2015 by Panvel, Navi Mumbai service centre people, though my complaint is still pending. They are not even informing me or consulting me before closing the complaint at their end. In view of the above narrated facts I would request you to look into the matter and depute your Senior Service Engineer from Company for resolving my complaint, else replace the new refrigerator i.e 290 Liters capacity double door maroon colour refrigerator of same model. I am enclosing here with the sale invoice dated 04.06.2011 of M/s Vijay Sales, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. I also request that prior intimation of your service engineers visit may be given at my above mentioned telephone no. Once my complaint is resolved, I request you to direct your personnel to prove the cooling performance of deep freeze by showing appropriate thermometer levels.                                         The service person came to install the LG TV on wall...as there was no electricity at that time, he waited for sometime...later he asked whether we have interver connection or not...so he wanted to use the inverter current for the drill machine...we objected but he said nothing will happen...he finally used the inverter current to run the drill machine and installed the TV on wall. After few days, the inverter was not properly giving full voltage current...we guessed the battery might be damaged. So checked the battery with an electrician, and he said the battery got damaged due to usage of drill machine on inverter current.
