I had purchased a 32 inch LED 3D TV 3 years back from LG. After the warranty period, I have subscribed for AMC Annual Maintenance Contact. Last month, my TV started having issues with display and some other part. I had called LG service center and they sent the technician, who was unable to get the issue resolved. So they proposed to replace the TV as they did not have the parts available. Even my TV was under extended warranty, they calculated the depreciation on my 54000.00 Rs TV as 17000.00 Rs and due to AMC they said, they will give us a budget of 27500.00 RS to choose a TV which we were not agree but we did not have any other option. SO after some friction, we said yes. However, they still did not replaced the TV and just running around with different answers. When I call the customer care, they say, call the service center. When I call the service center, they say, we will talk with the company and let you know. The TV we have at home is giving problems and hangs every-time which is causing eye problems. This company has sold the AMC which is called as extended warranty by the company/customer care. They are just giving me the half amount of my TV''s price and I am unable to look for any other company''s product as they are not refunding the money. Kindly, look in to the issue and help us.

    Name- Hayat Singh Kharayat Phone number- [protected] I bought an LG Split ACLSA5CP5AF6 1.5 on 11 November 2010. INVOICE- WR_547. I registered my first complaint on 13 October 2015 about the break down of the AC. The LG local team attended to the problem and detected the compressor needed to be replaced. The warranty terms clearly mention the compressor to be replaced within the given time period which is still valid. The local LG team then took the outer unit with the compressor to their respective workshop and said that it would be replaced soon. Now they refuse to provide us with the compressor saying that the model is upgraded and it is not available. False excuses are made by team. No steps have been taken despite of several requests and complaints.

      I had buyed tv from vietnenam within 6month it displayed got problem when contacted nearest lg service centre they said lg tv is not internationally coverd each lg tv cover own country warranty not for other this is rubbish so becareful before any electorinc

        We bought a LG 3 door refrigerator in Feb 2014, now the centre fridge portion is not cooling at all. This is on 30 Oct, 2015. The service centre given to us was Sigma services. They turned out to be total scam. After changing a part so-called QLC and charging us 2760rs. Their technician took away the alleged damaged part with him, (he is not suppossed to, damaged parts have to be given back to customer)and now the fridge is still not cooling. Have called the LG customer care centre a number of times, but they do not have any solution. They keep saying they are registering VOC(voice of customer) and someone will get back to us in 24 hours, but no call. Once was holding the call for 1hour15 min, still no supervisor came online. Worst worst worst company to buy products from.

          I bought an LG refridgerator a few month ago an there has been a consistent problem with it, there is often ice formation in the lower half of the double door fridge, which has never happened to any of our appliances before. I made complaints to the customer care at LG and wlecomed your engineer to my home to have a look at this fridge, in his opinion we were not using our fridge correctly, of course that is an upsetting answer to anyone who has used a simple appliance like a fridge all his life. He said we shouldn't be placing items close to the cooling vent, which is ridiculous because how big is a fridge really to save a spot so that a product shouldn't misbehave. I have so far been very irritated with the engineer who has visited us or people who have called me or responded to any email in the past. I bought this fridge through Vijay sales and they've been kind enough to intevene and get this process going for me. Someone from LG called me a few weeks ago and told me that they'd need a cancelled cheque and a few documents to process my refund, I was finally relieved because dealing with LG has been a nightmare and I'm sorry to say I do not wish to own any LG products after this. In this day and age one simply does not have the time to deal with jokers who come to your house on 4 different occasions to check the temperature of the fridge. I have ice formation that ruins all our vegetables and I've showed it to your engineers, it shouldn't have been so difficult. Now I've suddenly been offered a replacement. Why would I want a replacement after what I have been through. I do not want to make this relationship with the brand even more sour so as to tell each and every member of my community about what my experience with your brand has been. I do not wish to take any replacements, please let me know if I can have my full refund or not. In case you think thats not a possibility I will surely make time to pursue this in consumer court and tell them about my harrowing experience with your team or you can choose to end this here amicably. Mistakes happen but they need to be acknowldged in due time and corrected. I'm left with no patience anymore. Looking forward to your response.

            I had bought a 55 inch HD 3D TV in April 2012 and have also covered it under their AMC ever since. But, since last month, the TV has not been working. On contacting customer care, I am being told that a part needs to be replaced and that the part is not available in entire India as the product is now obsolete. As per the AMC, if the part is not available, I need to get a new TV. But, instead, I am being forced to sell my TV at lesser price and pay up for a new TV, that too only with LG at a higher cost compared to various showrooms. The Service Center managers are also treating me unprofessionally when talking to them on phone. Need help to get this resolve quickly please...

              LG TV bought less than 2 years ago. TV display automatic black-out happening since past 8-9 months...we thought it might due to un-proper handling of the remote controller. But recently the whole display is gone...not picture is coming...while LG service man comes & checks...says display is damaged...so will cost around 12000 rupees...How can this happen?? LG being a reputed company is providing low quality product. Or I suspect the vendor Surabhi is selling low quality products...so request you to help me ... For a TV of 28000; it is ridiculous to pay 12000 for repairing...plz help.

                I have always been a loyal customer towards LG products and am currently using several of its products.
                I had purchased 3d tv 42LW5700 3 years back with an expectation of firm product quality service. This expectation could not last long as my TV, which has not even completed 4000 hours on record, has fragmented lines on the display. While purchasing the product I was assured of average 20, 000 hours lifespan of this TV. Not to mention the fact that I have spent a whopping INR 86K for purchasing this product and now it is of 0 value to me.

                After contacting the service centre my worries were elevated as they gave me a quotation of INR 40K for the screen and service. I feel cheated at the moment with this ruthless response from LG service team. If this is the product quality being served to the most loyal customers, it is not worth.
                As of now I want my TV problem to be rectified earliest possible in order to close the issue, else I shall be more than willing to take this forth to higher authority!!

Date: 01.11.2015. GRIEVANCE LETTER TO L. G. ELECTRONICS I, M. M. SALEHSHA HUSSAIN, purchased refrigerator L. G. Model No. GL308VE5 CCBZEBN, S. No. 105NRQV065636 from M/s. Vijay Sales, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 04.06.2011 and the same was received on 05.06.2011 at 9.10 p.m. at my above mentioned residence. On 28.09.2015 I have noticed that my refrigerator was not functioning (cooling) and accordingly I have lodged complained at M/s Vijay Sales, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, interm M/s Vijay Sales have forwarded my complaint to L G Electronics on 28.09.2015 vide Complaint No.[protected]. On 02.10.2015 service engineer visited my residence, removed compressor oil from cooling coils and filled R134a gas and replaced the new compressor, however inspite of replacing the compressor, refrigerator was not cooling. I have lodged another complaint by Complaint No[protected] dated 03.10.2015. Since no one has attended to my complaint, again I have lodged another complaint on 07.10.2015 vide No.[protected]. In response to the same service engineer from L G visited removed compressor oil from coils and filled R134a gas on 08.10.2015. Still inspite of doing all this, the refrigerator is not getting cool. Since, the efforts made by service engineer did not rectify the core problem, I have lodged another Complaint on 10.10.2015 vide Complaint No.[protected]. After that no one from the L G visited to rectify the problem. I would like to mention here that from the last 1 Month. I am unable to use my refrigerator, which is an essential need now-a-days. Here, I would like to inform that my refrigerator compressor is still in warranty period and service engineers are trying to extract money of Rs.2, 600/- from me saying that the same relate to service charges, but I did not pay. Even on enquiry with the L G call centre I was told that against all my complaints they have mentions “warranty rejected”, though my refrigerator compressor is still under warranty. I am extremely unhappy with the service and response given by L G service provider for attending my complaint. I have personally visited L. G Service Centre twice at Panvel, Navi Mumbai on 08.10.2015 and 01.11.2015 and explained grievance. I once again reiterate that I am extremely unhappy with irresponsible behavior and keeping my complaint in pending for more than one month because of which I am unable to use my refrigerator. My complaint has been closed on 10.10.2015 by Panvel, Navi Mumbai service centre people, though my complaint is still pending. They are not even informing me or consulting me before closing the complaint at their end. In view of the above narrated facts I would request you to look into the matter and depute your Senior Service Engineer from Company for resolving my complaint, else replace the new refrigerator i.e 290 Liters capacity double door maroon colour refrigerator of same model. I am enclosing here with the sale invoice dated 04.06.2011 of M/s Vijay Sales, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. I also request that prior intimation of your service engineers visit may be given at my above mentioned telephone no. Once my complaint is resolved, I request you to direct your personnel to prove the cooling performance of deep freeze by showing appropriate thermometer levels.                     The service person came to install the LG TV on wall...as there was no electricity at that time, he waited for sometime...later he asked whether we have interver connection or not...so he wanted to use the inverter current for the drill machine...we objected but he said nothing will happen...he finally used the inverter current to run the drill machine and installed the TV on wall. After few days, the inverter was not properly giving full voltage current...we guessed the battery might be damaged. So checked the battery with an electrician, and he said the battery got damaged due to usage of drill machine on inverter current.

                      I raised a complaint with your customer care no. on Thursday, 29th Oct 2015. The RNA no. is[protected]. The next day, a technician by the name Krishnamurthy attend the issue that i raised with my LEC TV procured less than a year ago. The find the fault and raised an indent immediately for a spare part with your team. Informed that Saturday the spare part will be allotted to him and he will fix the issue by then. Unfortunately, there was no response from him until saturday evening. when called he said that he is yet to get the part and will definetly fix it on Sunday, i.e. today, 1st Nov 2015. Until this time no response from him. Reaching his mobile number failed as he didnt atten the call. When i called your customer care number, they asked me to talk to the Service Incharge Vishnu Vardhan on [protected], but again he has no courtesy to respond to many of my missed calls. Finally when i got Krishnamurthy on line, he informed that Vishnu Vardhan is not handing over the spare part as auditing is going on and instructed us to talk to him. My question to you is having bought your procured is it a curse that we should run pillar to post to talk to your executives to know the status?? I have to cancel all my appointments on weekends and mere waiting for a response which seems not at all coming!

                        My Indoor unit is not working properly, whenever i switch on its power from MCB the Indoor unit start to vibrate and run in max power with its air flap closed and after 30 seconds it shuts itself down and also its power LED is not working. Now after the installation i am facing so many issues, Whats the point of spending 46, 000 Rs if we can't even use the AC. I have lodged multiple complaints but everytime the service person comes evaluates the machine an say the same thing that the indoor unit has to be replaced, but no one is doing anything to help us. I had booked the Invertor AC model BSA18IMA in OCTOBER and upon arrival the box of the indoor unit was completely damaged the dlivery person said that the indoor unit got wet in the warehouse but the unit is fine and i need not worry as the installation guy will inspect and if there is any issue it would be replaced immediately. The customer service people give number of service centre, then on contacting them service centre people give number of some service personal and then they say we can't replace it nor they are accepting to fix it. Number given to me from customer support Mrs. Kadambari Patil[protected] Everytime she either passes the phone to someone or give a number of someone else. Number given by Mrs Kadambari Mr. Mayur [protected] Please help and resolve this asap... Its been more that 20days and i am still not able to use my AC

                          I had purchased LG Split AC from Sumaria on 23-Oct-10. Model Number LSA5CP5AF6 for Rs 26000.

                          It stopped cooling lately and I logged request RNA[protected] on 1-Oct-15. On 7-Oct LG confirmed that part required (condenser) is no more available.

                          I requested decent commercial compensation but all I am being offered is Rs 3900 which is 15% of original value. This is almost equal to scrap value.

                          I requested Mr. Ritesh Mathur (LG Area Sales Manager) and later with Mr. AJAYAN G. as per escalation helpdesk’s request but my request was summarily rejected. Should not LG provide better (40 percent) commercial compensation as I am not at fault for unavailability of part? Can you please help me get better compensation?

                          My request to decommission AC sooner to pave way for another AC was rejected by Mr. Ritesh as well. I’m being told I must wait for 3-4 weeks for LG to process compensation and old AC cannot be decommission earlier. This has put me through immense suffering as I cannot install another AC till LGs process completes. Why cannot LG decommission AC earlier and keeping processing approvals later? It is acceptable for me to if compensation process was to take long time but not supporting me in getting new AC installed is clearly aimed at harassing LG customers like me.

                            Dear Sir, Writing this letter to you for justice as on dated 30of April 2013 i had bought LG ac LSA 3MP3M one ton ac form MADHU ELECTRONICS at Gulmohar status, samarth nagar bus stop, next to business bank, Nasik 7. Phone number [protected]. With invoice number 15696 at price of rupees 26800. Sir the product was running good for few months and as it was in one year warranty. After 9 months it has stop giving cooling. So i called Madhu electronics and mr Gaurav [protected] who was in charge at that time attended and checked. Found gas leakage issue and he said it must be installation mistake. So i have to pay for gas i.e. 1100 rupees to get it refilled. Which i paid in cash. As the machine worked properly for 8 months and the warranty to the machine was over. I had to file complain again to your respective call centre and registered my complain no. RNA[protected] on dated 28 April 2015 .We again found same mistake and again I was asked to pay rupees 1100 which i paid in cash, this time the in charge was mr kishor [protected] which I did as my warranty period had expired And the machine worked properly for 2 months I filed complain again to your respective call centre and registered my complain no. RNA[protected]. Now this time it Mr Tapan [protected] who is handling my case. Sir I trusted your brand do I have to pay again and again. Please take immediate step by interfering in this matter as I feel I have been cheated by selecting your brand. I hope you will take immediate step and I don’t have to pay any further in future.                               I am S.Rajeshkumar, from Tiruvannamalai, bough a refrigerator from your esteemed company LG
                              Model – GL B205KMLN
                              Dealer - Saravana Electronics stores Tiruvannamalai
                              Purchased date [protected]
                              Net cash payment -Rs.13, 450.00.
                              Now a day’s all are preferring a good and perfect products for all applications because of ease o[censored]se and maintenance, and so we were preferred (leading company) our LG product, but due to some more inconvenience only am writing this to you.
                              It has been worked (good condition) till[protected] without any problem but on that day by evening it has not working i.e, not getting cooling. I tried to contact customer care support ([protected]) on[protected] at 18.42pm but they said due to net work problem, they cut the call. Again i called on[protected] at 12.03pm that time also they are not responding properly, so i went to Saravana Electronics asked them to registered complaint, because the vegetables, milk and fruits getting expired due to refrigerator fault.
                              And on next day[protected]sunday) morning 7.23am that time only my complaint get registered and my RNA[protected] complaint has been generated as record. And that day itself a service boy (Name – Mr.Prakash and his Mobile number – [protected]) came to attend my problem at 16.30pm. He came and directly replaced the Thermostat without finding out the problem, I too awaited to get a solution, but then also my product has not working (i.e, not yet cool), he then called to his manager and due to his suggestion he again replaced my original Thermostat, and he said the problem is gas filling and here in Tiruvannamalai there is no source for this problem, so my problem will clear within 2 days like that he said.
                              So I waited, and I tried to remember the LG area manager (Mr.Idrish and his number [protected]) on Monday[protected] at 11.49am he too said within 2 days your problem will let to clear.
                              Again I waited and called the manager Mr.Idrish on[protected] evening at 17.46pm he said he is in driving and he will call me back within few minutes, but no response, so again I called him at 18.39pm he is not picking my call, I just keep shut.
                              On[protected] morning again I called to customer care support at 11.48am, so I got call from [protected] and [protected] that they said the concern service engineer will attend your fault within today or tomorrow morning.
                              Due to that call I too wait up to[protected] evening, no one came so to get the feedback I tried to LG Area manager Mr.Idrish at 19.24pm, he is not responding my call, so I called to this number [protected], I asked them the feedback but it is a lady, and she is not in the position to give me any feedback, and after few minutes again I called to the LG area manager 19.30pm talked for 5.37 minutes, he is not in the position to answer me he said that
                              1. After 6.00pm he will not attend any call regarding customer service
                              2. Also he said during leave days why should I answer you and how should I attend the problems
                              So, due to this kind of statement I too shout at him and cut the call
                              On[protected] morning 10.19A.m got call from local service boy Mr.Prakash and he came to home with two service Engineers Mr.Masthan and Mr.Imran at 11.14a.m they were came and tried to finding out the problem and they didn’t discuss with me and heated the flow lines and replaced the strainer (filter) and refilled the Gas and then they welded the joints at five specific joints. Then my LG refrigerator starts cooling slowly. And on the spot Mr.Prakash gave me the feedback asked me to fill it, and I too marked excellent in that feed back for their work that has been done at that time. So they went back.
                              On the next day[protected] fully my product LG refrigerator worked but as not as better cool as on the first day of it’s cooling, but also I purchased some vegetables, milk and fruits, kept it in refrigerator
                              The next day[protected] morning my product LG refrigerator stopped working, no more cooling, again complaint to the customer care at 13.47p.m.
                              Next day[protected], Again I call to customer care centre at 12.21p.m and they registered my complain send an sms RNA[protected], and so got call from area service centre [protected], again I explained my problem that I have faced in detail, they were not listened to my speak and simply they cut the call. In evening I planned to go and contact the dealer of LG product SARAVANA ELECTRONICS, talked to them and explained my problem that I was faced for past 10 days they asked the bill and they make a copy and wrote down my mobile number, totally I was very upset of preferred the LG(Life Good) but from my side it is bad.
                              On[protected] morning waiting for the call from Dealer but again I fooled, then in evening I called to them asked the feedback, they said we will call to the customer service centre and will provide you the best solution.
                              And in evening again the same 2 service engineers from LG (Mr.Masthan & Mr.Imran) came to home find out the solution that they have been done a wrong service at the last time, the exact leakage is at left side flow line of the compressor, but they exactly done the service, heated and welded on the right side of the compressor, this time only they find out the fault, but till date my refrigerator life time of working in good condition is only 56days, after that it is being idle in home for 12 days.
                              We were fully upset and my family facing so many problems on these days
                              1. 2 times of wastage of vegetables
                              2. 2 times wastage of fruits
                              3. Wastages of lime juice 10litres
                              4. Wastage of butter
                              5. Waste of pooja holidays
                              6. So many times wastage of milk
                              7. Also till now we are unable to buy milk for home
                              8. Relatives were came for holidays, we are unable to provide anything from the help of LG refrigerator
                              We are totally disturbed of your product LG refrigerator manufacturing defect, service, maintenance, customer satisfaction also customer feedback.
                              We didn’t expect this from your esteemed company
                              We are not ready to prefer again in LG products
                              Kindly consider this as my painful incident and I request you to no need to do this again for any one, because all are expecting something really good products from our LG, and do the need full as soon as possible.

                                I had requested for repair service by LG on their website on 27/10/15. However, on 28/10/15 it was marked as completed. I again contacted their toll free number on 28/10/15 and explained the issue. Although assured of a positive action, the same is yet to be taken up till 29/10/15. I had earlier submitted by microwave to LG for repair which has not been returned even after almost 30 months. My refrigerator repair earlier took months and constant pursuing. LG products are substandard and their service is horrible. Their customer service agents / officers do not respond or provide only false assurances. In fact I had booked an appointment for[protected] hours on 28/10/15 but their service agent, M/s Apollo Systems at Trivandrum told me that I could not expect a service before 1100 as no technician will report at 0800 hours.                                   On 9th august 2015 we purchased a refrigerator worth almost forty thousand rupees.the fridge stopped working on 8th october i.e after hardly 2 months o[censored]se.complaint was registered immediately (RNA[protected]. after 7 days and contacting the customer care and service center innumerable times a technician came for repair. he reported that the pcb was damaged due to power fluctuation even though no power fluctuations have affected our apartment building for atleast the last 5 years.and also the label on the product clearly specifies that it is protected against voltage fluctuations and that stabiliser isnt required. later on there was no follow up from the service center and they also refused replacement of the product quite unreasonably.its been 20 days since the fridge stopped working and the problem still hasnt been resolved.the responses from the service centres are worse than unsatisfactory.

                                    I had purchase LG Home Theater Model No. HT 856PF from LG Shoppe, Jamshedpur via Invoice No. 1595/ LS/R1/12-13 Dated:28th Jan 2013. Last week in the said system voice output was not coming, but rest of the function were working as per the command from remote. Contacted the service centre and they deputed their service engineer for check up. Without any diagnosis, next day LG service team from Jamshedpur and Jharkhand Circle called me at different intervals and said they cannot repair the system and it needs replacement and I have to pay an extra ₹12, 000/- for buy back scheme.It seems the model that I was having is not sold in India, and they cannot support the service now.
                                    I never knew LG is such type of fraud company wherein they are refusing to give after sales service to an product which has been purchased by me 2 years and 09 months and secondly they say the product is not sold in India and it seems any home theater if goes faulty it has to be replaced by new one. I have contacted M/s. Sony, Bose and other electronic manufacturing company, they have all said they support customer not less than 05 years and it is repairable. They have also used harsh language and misconduct with my family when I communicated to them that I will be raising the issue at different consumer forum. They have challenged me nothing will come out of it, in the end I have to purchase a new set from them.

                                      My family and relatives are regular customers of LG.
                                      My sister, Mrs. Bindu Sivadas, SAYANTH NIVAS, Narath PO, KANNUR, had purchased one
                                      LG- LED 32LB 530A. ATR, TV, Serial No.411PLFJ080179., from your branch at Manjeri, KANNANKANDY FRIDGE CENTRE, located at Calicut Road, Manjeri, on 18 APRIL 2015, vide invoice No.MJI/218.
                                      After successful installation of the TV at my residence at Karikkad, near Manjeri, the TV confronted with a series of break-downs, all registered and attended by LG SERVICE CENTRE personnals, located at 7/1507, KUTHUKAL, CH BYE PASS ROAD, MANJERI. The details of all such calls shall be collected from the service centre.
                                      On[protected], I registered the last complaint call, and the next day, a service executive reported at my residence, after inspection, he said that he has to change some board inside the TV, for the fourth time since the purchase, and added that I have to wait for a couple of days for the goods to arrive.
                                      Losing all hope for this particular TV, I decided to return it to the service centre.
                                      On[protected], I packed the TV and all its accessories and returned it to the above LG SERVICE CENTRE, and they issued me a receipt.
                                      Please see to the matter and take necessary steps to issue a new TV, to me.
                                      I do not need the old repaired TV, any more, as I fear frequent failure in future.

                                        Dear sir we have brought LG Refrigerator in 2013 now we have faced a problem on lack of cooloing issue for our refridgerator on 01.07.2015 after successful calllog to LG helpline they came and detected the problem is due to struckage of gas.The technician told that refill of gas will not cover under warranty and charged RS1850 and fixed the issue on 09.07.2015 and said if any problem got within 3months of refilling we will do free service..but again same problem persists after 92days of gas refilled i.e we have faced same lack of cooling issue in refrigerator on 11.10.2015 and i had calllogged LG helpline on13.10.2015 the technician came and detected same strucking and leaking of gas and also Evaporator Part has been damaged he said us if the part is replaced and refilling of gas is done the issue will get fix..till they hav''nt responded until i ncalllog them...for this they are charging RS2100 from us..They were not giving good dservice and response to us why problem is occuring..we are not satisfied with LG service.only our product of LG only got same problem within 3years please consider my complaint/request and take neccessary action on this issue...give reply as soon as possible..
