Dealer Name Pai International, Mangalore 8. Consumer Name Narinder Singh Kaundal Logged complaint on LG Website on 07.08.15 regarding no display on TV screen. Was informed that PCB has stopped functioning and LG has stopped manufacturing PCB(within 3.5 years). LG Customer care personnel gave mobile no. of Mr. Srinivasan (LG Chennai Annanagar Zone Incharge). Contacted him and was advised to send billing details, model no., sl. no. to his mail id (n1.[protected]@lge.com). I have mailed all details to him on 03.09.15 and person from LG collected documents from my home (Flat No. 105-E, Muktha Rang Apartment, 4th Main Road, S-Block, Annanagar, Chennai) on 30.09.15. Mr. Srinivasan informed since LG has stopped manufacturing PCB and as per company's policy, 35 % depreciation amount of purchase price will be reimbursed within 10 days. Contacted him on 15.10.15 and asked him about the status of reimbursement of money. He informed that Chennai Office has forwarded my case with all relevant documents to their Head Office but unable to get it processed further. Nearly 3 months have passed but LG has been unable to resolve my issue. They are neither replacing the defective part nor refunding the amount as per their Company policy.     I HAVE PURCHASE LG AC Before 18 months .. now my ac compressor is not working i have complaint but still not any response from company or retailer . it's almost 1 month done when i was noted complaint . and now winter season comes i have trouble one months without ac in pic summer, who is responsible . they cheat with me. if any clause in indian gov. to punish retailer plz do help ...       My TV model 42LW5709 was not working from 09/10/15 due to power fluctuation even after using Power surge protector. LG Mechanic told that PCB board has gone and the part is not available. He told that the TV has to replaced and residual value will be only 10-15%. How can LG does not have any protection against power fluctuation and part not be available for 3-4 old year model? I have to pay local mechanic Rs.13k to get it repaired and he could get the part from market. I want LG to enquire and pay me for the losses.

        LG fridge No service after sales I had purchased lg fridge model no GL 528 YSX4 on March 2011, the door of the fridge is damaged company does not have door to replace and suggests to scrap the fridge costing 40000Rs .           Dear Sir, We are Extremely Frustrated with the Service that LG Offers to us after being a patron for the Brand for all these Years, we had a Problem with the AC for which we called LG Directly and they sent their Technician they mentioned that Gas was over we asked them to fix they did it & NOW the Problem starts Post that when they refixed it the AC started Leaking inside as well as Outside. we called the Technicians again Post which there has Been an Issue and they do not respond the Outsourced agency sends amateur technicians but Make the Senior Citizens run around. we will be Forced to go to consumer court as this Issue has not Been resolved.

            Hi, I have bought my LG TV in 2010 and now it started to give me issue and doesn't go beyond time screen. LG technician told me that it is a motherboard issue and will be resolved in 2-3 days. After 3 days they called me that the product is discontinued and it cannot be repaired and they offer me 15% buy back scheme on the second TV. My INR 50, 000 cost of TV is of no use now. I tried to contact LG brand and everywhere but no success. Please help me. I was not expecting this from a big brand like LG. Atleast they should give support to the products which are already in market. If this is the case then i would not recommend anyone to buy LG products.

              Dear All, Kindly be informed that I’m very offended from LG as I bought LED smart model F6300 since 2 months ago only and it’s under warranty and LCD had been detected by 2 white spot and after refereed to your service center they refused repair this fault because of the spots must be more than 5 spots! How come ? is this written in LED manual or warranty card to know this info before buy your product ? for sure No It’s not best image and service from big company same LG I hope solve this issue & I trusted from LG and bought all your products Waiting your feedback and appreciated fast action please Mohamed Madbouly +[protected]

                Hi, I had purchased this fridge three months back and there has been moisture droplets which has been formed between the top freezer door and bottom door. I don't open the fridge door frequently as well. Technician had re-fixed the door but the issue is still persistent. Vegetables are getting spoilt due to moisture droplets which are formed. I'm very dissatisfied by the way the customer service as they haven't addressed my issue and I have to keep making repeated follow ups. Technicians are not competent. I have been using LG for the past years and decided to purchase this fridge just because of good service and quality of LG, however i'm very unhappy with my purchase after seeing the poor service from LG.                   Hi, I had purchased a 3D LED TV (on 29th Sep 2014) which comes with magic remote. It started having issues within 9 months and when I complained to LG support, they said that there is no repair possible and the only option is to replace the remote and buy a new one. Since it has now completed 1 year, no warranty replacement is possible. I didn't expect after spending so much money on the TV, I have to replace the remote in 1 year. Pathetic product. Would request a replacement of the Smart remote. Manoj [protected]

                  Your customer service personnel came and checked and said that the problem is with the Magic remote and it has to be changed and it would cost Rs 1700. We know all these details. What we wanted to know was why did the Magic remote fail in less than 1 year of service and why it can't be repaired. Why should we buy a new remote? So if we buy a LG TV with magic remote are we expected to buy a new remote each year! Instead of looking at design issues or actual problems in the remote, you are trying to pass the buck to your customers.

                    I have purchased a Double Door fridge of 240 Ltr. Model GL-254VTG5 on April, 2011. But I am very sorry to inform you that I haven't got good service from this product, because on the end of 2011, one fine morning the fridge began to noise heavily. Immediately we called the service engineer of LG. They came and told that the back side pipe of the fridge, just beside the compressor has been broken down because particularly in this model it has been build in fiber body but it should be in copper body. He described and taken the fridge into their custody for repair. After 15 days they returned back the fridge by a truck driver who unloaded the fridge by himself and plugged it on but at that time it was not working. Again he took the fridge and after another 15 days they returned the fridge. Again the fridge creating problem that it is not getting cool and after too many initiative we can lounge our complain and your engineers came and after inspection they told that compressor has stopped working.
                    Now we are quite surprised about that if the compressor would stop working few months later, then our dream fridge from a dream company like “LG Electronics”. From the very beginning (at the time of first dispute and after reconnection) I am telling to your engineers that the working condition of the fridge is not proper. But they did not bother on that and told that noting is it. I already had experienced 25yrs. In working condition of our old fridge Kelvinator which was still in working condition when we purchased this new fridge.

                      During April-2014, we bought 47" LED (47LN5400) of LG brand with 1 year warranty, now it has been 1 year 6 months and stopped working. When we logged a complaint, service executive visited and identified the problem with panel which will cost me around 30, 000 just because it is out of warranty. The said cost is almost 50% of the total TV cost, within 6 months after just completion of warranty period this much expensive repair is not bearable and acceptable. It seems the product's life itself just 1 year or 1.5 years. Requesting you to look into this and take necessary action.

                        We purchased tv of 55 inch on 20 of this October. 2015 . Till today 23 October there is no one coming for installing. The tv from lg centre This shows the attitude After purchase of tv .hence I felt that no one should purchase. The tv in the festive season as there is delay in all work . I strongly recommend. Not to purchase any goods from them .when I called care he said me complaint have been registered. Thrice that is the reason they are giving for there delay

                          Our Lg 4k TV is having problems and is within the warranty period. The company representatives have visited twice but there has been no resolution. They have demanded payment for repairing it during the warranty period. We are not able to speak with anybody in a responsible position. We are unfortunate that we are having a problem with an expensive product but the company cannot not honour the warranty.

                            I bought a new LG G4 from Samvad mobiles outlet, kozhikode, kerala(invoice no-2151) on 15/07/2015.After 2 months its leather back case cover got damaged.it was informed Lg.But no response.At present my lg G4 hang on LG logo.i taken it into LG care, Kozhikode, Kerala(Job No-12056 dated 19/10/15).They told that it was a software issue.But they failed to instal new software.Then told to me, it was a board complaint and replace my mobile board.What is this i bought only 3 months later, it got board complaint.i cant tolerate these kind of issues.I lost 50000 after buy this lg mobile.China mobile had life long validity with respect to working condition.I want to replace my mobile with new one.otherwise i will make a complaint aginst in consumer court and make alert/publicity about this cheating.please do necessary action..

                                I had been purchased my fridge on may 2012. We are facing cooling problem frm the begining . I requested to the Co. pl. replace my fridge but they repaired and not replaced. At present once again there is no cooling in my fridge frm last 12 days and as per complaint on cutomer care they are not replacing . I am very puzzle .In all this process i have paid Rs. 1500/- so far for loading unloading up to my house to service centre. Company cheated me. Now i want either they should replace my fridge or refund the cost amt of fridge.

                                  I called service engineer as TV was not working, he told within 4-5 day it will be OK .new parts I will change.later after 15 days again service engineer visited n he told he want to check again.now they are telling it will take time 20-25 days to repair.no one is responding from lg service center.new TV within one month not working.

                                    I have LG LED TV model 32LE5500. and bought from Qatar around 2010. TV problem that there was no display and complained to LG service centre and they visited at home and informed me that the Mainboard of this TV is at fault and has to be replaced. They brought board that Connector not matching with my TV board because i bought TV from qatar. what ever money i have invested on the TV totally lost. LG malefactor same model supply around the globe some o[censored]nknown reason they cant fix the issue. i have lost trust on the LG and stop recommending to people to buy product.

                                    Hi All,
                                    I have the same TV purchased around same period and facing same issue.
                                    Called up the LG customer care today and they said they do not have the stock for the mother board and suggested to check with local repair shop to replace with second hand mother board or to repair it.

                                    Reading this thread, its clear that others have same issue but no one has reported that its solved by LG.
                                    With in 5years of lunching 32LE5500 the company has stopped its parts.

                                    This thread clearly suggests that the LG product and service is pathetic.
                                    This thread can be referred to assess the brand value of LG.

                                      HI I am from Pune and my complaint is regarding your poor customer service . Our LCD 32inch Television was mounted too high by your company representative. Upon that when we called up customer care 10times we didnt get any response.We even logged request through internet. still no response They gave us landline num [protected]., which is always switched off. We are facing trouble in watching such high mounted T.V. Extremely poor and hopeless service by LG. Request you to take strict action against this. and Dare u'll say "Sorry for inconvience".                                       LG is worst for customer support and service. Please never buy LG Products if you are in Pune.

                                      My RNA (service) no is[protected].After calling 4 times I was given this number. They do not send any SMS for service number.

                                      Local service center is irresponsible and do not care for customers calls.

                                        I have LG LED TV Model no 42LN5710 purchased in sep 2013 twice the mother board onces within warranty and onces in jul 2015 on payment for the same problem the tv automatically turns off every time you run it this is heights then they claim they are no 1 in India
