Hi,

I have LG LED TV model 32LE5500. It was bought around 2011 January.
Recently it had problem that there was no display and complained to LG service centre and they visited at home and informed me that the Mainboard of this TV is at fault and has to be replaced that costs around 7000rs. The service guy informed me that he'll go to his office and raise for this spare part and will inform me.

And he called me today and informed that this spare part is no longer available with LG??? and therefore my TV cannot be fixed??? LG discontinued the model and stopped the supply of the spare parts for this model?

Now I'm surprised and confused that within 5 years of product cycle there are no parts available for my TV? and I'm not sure what to do with my 48500rs (at the time of purchase) worth of LED TV? I'm shocked at this response from a reputed company. By the way this LED TV model was very popular and was sold to many customers and I wonder what will happen to them.

Could someone give me a solution about what to do about this?

I have the same issue with my LG LE5500 TV. Bought it in 2011 and now the mainboard needs to be replaced and cannot find the part for replacement.

Seems LG manufactured this TV to work for 5 Years only and then leave to suffer, I chose LG over Samsung and SONY at that time but feeling I did a huge mistake on trusting LG.

Can anyone please share whether their problem got resolved or still suffering.

How they got it fixed if not got any support from LG.

I too have same problem for LG 32LE5500, LG techician told to replace the main board of Rs. 8500/-.

LG is cheated with us by giving Product which life is only 5 years.

Bought the same model 32LE5500 in August 2010 for 43k in Hyderabad. Couple of years back, sound stopped working. Till now i am managing by using speakers for audio as the technician told that i have to replace my main board at a cost of 9000 + Service charges. Decided that i will no longer buy any LG product.

I have been faced same problem after 2 years of purchasing the product, then they charged rs 8500/-and changed the motherboard. And again now the motherboard was gone, now the company person telling that there is no longer available of motherboard for le5500 model, this is the cheapest product by LG.

I have the same TV purchased around same period and facing same issue.
Called up the LG customer care today and they said they do not have the stock for the mother board and suggested to check with local repair shop to replace with second hand mother board or to repair it.

Reading this thread, its clear that others have same issue but no one has reported that its solved by LG.
With in 5years of lunching 32LE5500 the company has stopped its parts.

This thread clearly suggests that the LG product and service is pathetic.
This thread can be referred to assess the brand value of LG.

Hi ! I have the same LG 32LE5500 model . Stopped working. Service engineer said mother board not available so go for a new one ! Looks like we have to go to court to rectify this deficiency by the LG company ! They just cannot do this !

I have the same issue with my 47LE5500 LED+ Television set. I invested about 75000+ INR in year 2011 to purchase this television.
My TV in month of June 2017 suddenly got powered off, No response .

I had registered complaint with ID: RNP[protected] on 7th June 2017 with customer support.
The LG Service technician came in 3 days and just observed the TV visually and said "Motherboard needs to be replaced" . He asked me to wait for 2 days until he orders new motherboard. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to get reply from them ( after calling 4-5 times daily ) and what they said is that, your mother board is not available to we cannot help you, please sell off this TV . I was shocked to hear this, they even closed my complaint ID .
Is is this a joke ?

I didn't expected this type of response from LG India Technicians. I was under impression that LG after support will be good and prompt, but I was proved wrong .

Henceforth will never purchase nor recommend to buy LG products and will definitely put on social media about the pathetic after sales support from LG India.

LG Management, kindly go through the problem your customer are facing. You cannot do this to your customers who have kept faith in LG product but are facing betrayal fro your end.
I had the same issue with the same model. Raised a complaint RNP[protected] and was charged Rs 300 by the service person just for saying that the main-board needs to be replaced but it is not available.

    I purchases LG 3D Smart LED TV on[protected] with total paid amount of Rs.79900.00 (Invoice No. SRS/11-12/01432). On[protected], product stopped functioning, we raised a complaint for it on[protected] which was not handled due to address change. On[protected], new complaint was launched with LG Helpline for repair with new address. A technician visited our place on[protected] and informed that a "Mother-board" of TV was not functioning. He placed an order for new "Mother-board" and said it will arrive in 2-3 days. Failing to this, LG did not provide a new mother-board for 2 WEEKS. After that LG's executive Amol Patil called us to inform that they're not getting this mother board anywhere as the product is old (surprising to us as they sounded like I purchased a TV in year 2000 or before) so LG proposed a deal of replacement. For replacement, they offered valuation of Rs.27900 for current TV and asked me to put additional amount to purchase new TV(of same configuration) which was approx. Rs.37000. We declined this offer because valuation was very less and fixing mother-board would cost us less than Rs.10000 instead of spending Rs.37000 extra. After declining this offering, next day LG technician called and said he has received Mother-board and came to fix my current TV. Strangely, new mother-board was also not working, so we raised another complaint to LG helpline on[protected] to provide another mother-board. Till date, we have not received any resolution on these complaints. Time of 1 month will soon lapse for this complaint which is yet not resolved.
    I request for help.
    In current age, Television has become main source of day-to-day entertainment. After purchasing a TV of Rs.80000, I never expected such poor service from a brand like LG. It has caused humiliation and frustration to us for constantly following up for complaint resolution. We call up either helpline or technician almost every day which itself is irritating because there is no end result. I feel that LG has different selling strategy by making existing customers suffer like this and at the end make them purchase new LG product.

    I want existing TV to be fixed on highest priority. Else LG should give a decent valuation of this TV so that I can make use of that money to buy different brand's TV. Reason being, after all this frustration, I will definitely not buy LG products anymore.

      We buy a single door refrigrator from a local shop, after some time the water which collected after depfreezing start smelling we call customer care but the person responsible for service came home after 15 day, the water spoil n smell very badly ..then the service man take off the basket where water is spoiling and gave basket to us and told us to wash the basket..when we ask him that it is his duty to wash he rudly say no and Go back..Stop Buying lg products

        I registered a complaint No.RNA[protected]with your LG Care[protected] number on 27th May 2015 about the cooling problem of my L G 1.5ton Window room AC which I purchased in November of 2011. As the response from the Service center Charms Engineer Chennai was bad. I contacted Mr.Srinivasan Area Service Manager LG on 29th May and informed about the problem he said he will arrange for the visit of the service person. As there was no response to the assurance given by Mr.Srinivasan, I sent a sms to Mr.Srinivasan 29th May @ 7.38pm informing there was no response from the service agent.On 30th May Sarathkumar service person of Charms engineer came checked up the AC and informed that there is a gas leak and that the unit will be taken to the service center on 1st June for gas charging and gave an estimate of Rs.2467 as maximum amount for repairs. On 8th June the AC was collected by sarath kumar plus one more person in a tricycle rickshaw. On 10th June Mr.Balasubramani (Bala) supervisor from Charms engineer workshop called and informed that the evaporator coil of my AC has failed and that it has to be replaced and need my approval to replace as the cost of the same is Rs.2800 all inclusive and that the total amount of the repairs will be Rs.5000 and above. I asked him how an evaporator coil can fail in just 3years and 6months. He had no answers to that he wanted to know if he can go ahead with replacement. I gave my approval and asked him to do a proper job. On 11th June at about 5.30pm my repaired AC was brought back by a junior technician in a Tricycle rickshaw. He along with the Rickshaw person brought in the AC and placed it in the AC Window frame. After fitting the AC the technician was floundering connecting electrical. I called up Mr.Bala and told him that their person was not good in installing the electrical. I was informed that all the service persons were busy so they had sent this person and that he will do the job. After connecting the electrical when the AC was switched on there was unusual vibration and noise I informed this to the technician, who did not even fit the plastic panel properly. He removed the panel and refitted it even after that the vibration and noise continued. I was informed that noise and vibration was normal this was backed by the Rickshaw person. They then collected Rs.5023 and left. In the quite of the night the noise and vibration was felt even more. I had to switch off the AC in the middle of the night and move to another room to sleep. On 12th Morning I called Charms engineers and informed AC was unusually noisy, I was informed that a service person will be sent to check the problem. At about 6pm I was informed that all the service persons were very busy. They will depute the service person on 13th morning even on 13th afternoon no one had come, at 2.30pm I called back Charms engineers to check status they informed that they will call me back in 10minutes. Till 14th June there was no response from Charms engineers Following my continuous telephone complaints to Mr.Srinivasan Area Service Manager LG on the shoddy service work done by Charms Engineers, like abnormal noise, quality of spares used and quality of service done etc. One Mr.Prabakaran was deputed by Mr.Srinivasan to sort out these issues. Mr.Prabakaran called me from No.[protected] on June 17th and informed that he will depute Mr. Mohamed to check on my complaint and sort out the issues. Mr. Mohamed called from No.[protected], came and attended to the service on Thursday 18th June and said the AC is good and perfect in all aspects, he also said the spare and work quality is as per LG standards. He Refitted the AC in the frame with some anti vibration soft foam and reduced the vibration and noise to almost normal. On Monday 22nd June my AC stopped working, when I contacted Mr. Mohamed he said the fault may be with the stabilizer, I called Premier stabilizer service they checked and said stabilizer is good, fault may be with AC. I called and informed same to Mohamed, he said he will come but did not come till 25th June. As the response was not proper, I sent an SMS detailing the problems on 25th June to Mr.Prabakaran, the text of which is reproduced below. Mr.Prabakaran your Mr. Mohamed came checked the 1.5ton ac last Thursday(18th) and said the ac is in good condition. The ac is not switching on since Monday(22nd) evening. when I called mohamed on tuesday(21st) morning he said the fault may with stabilizer. I called the stabilizer service they checked and say the stabilizer is ok the fault is with ac. when i talked to mohamed he said he will come to check up since wednesday(24th) but he has not done so. Following my SMS to Prabakaran, Mr. Mohamed came on Thursday 25th June and checked the AC and said there was a loose contact in the board and corrected the same once again he said everything was ok. Now once again from 12 th September, I started facing the same problem, Ac switching on sometimes and not switching on sometimes. I sent complaint mail to Mr.Srinivasan on 14 th Sept. Mr.Srinivasan called back to inform that Mr.Subramaniam is now in charge of our area as a service manager and that he will call me. Following my above complaint and call from Srinivasan, one Maghi Ph:[protected]of Charms engineer visited my house on 15th Sept and checked my window AC, he said that there was some dust and moisture in the connecting cord to the display PC board. He cleaned the edges and fitted them and the AC was working. Once again on18th, the AC stopped working. I tried calling Mr.Srinivasan in response he sent a sms stating " I'll call you later", And as Mr.Subramaniam the Area Service Manager of my area had also not called I sent email mails to Mr.Subramaniam tro Mr.Srinivasans mail id. I then visited Charms Engineers office at St. Mary’s road Chennai 600028 on 19th Sept 11am. After a long wait I met Mr.Saravanan and gave him a complete date by date report on the problems faced by me in the LG 1.5ton Window AC in the last 3 1/2years since I purchased the AC and since they first serviced my AC. Initially Mr.Saravanan shifted the blame on the voltage problem, I told him that I am not facing the same problems with the other 3AC's, Refrigerator, Washing Machine or water purifier in my house nor the other 32Airconditioners installed in our building, and our electronic energy meter displays mostly 220v or the maximum is only 230V for which I have a voltage stabilizer capable of handling fluctuations from190v-240v. He even suggested I go for a Triple booster Stabilizer. I noticed even he does not have a triple booster in his office. After a lot of discussions he suggested that I change PCB Main Assbly, PCB display Assbly and the connecting cord and get into an AMC to sort out future problems. I told him I am prepared to change all the parts if he promises that there will be no problem in future. He said that the spares are supplied by LG under 3months only guarantee. He finally agreed to send his service person and change the cord costing about Rs.61. At 4.15pm Mr.Bala called from [protected] and visited for service. He checked the AC and said that the PCB Display Assbly has failed due to corrosion as my house is near a canal. But the PCB was working well when he tested it after adjusting the cord. I agreed to get the PCB changed, though it working well, he also changed the cord, charged me Rs.536 for the parts. When he took out the New PCB Display Assbly the date marked on it was[protected]. When I asked him about the very old date and the guarantee of 3months he said the date of the bill is the applicable date for guarantee. This means I have been supplied a spare which is already 2years3months old when it is fitted. The company guarantees the spare only for 3months. How do you expect 2year3month old spare to perform a long time when it is well beyond its life expectancy. To my surprise when he removed the PCB display from the AC unit the date marked on it was[protected]. With this change I have already changed 4(1+1+1+1)PBC display Assbly and 1PCB Main Assbly the Entire Evaporator Coil and spent more than Rs.9000 on service and spares charges. Further I have a doubt on the quality of Evaporator coil used and the job done on it by Charms Engineer. I fear that it may also be an old Evaporator coil more than two or three years old. Because every time a service person comes he touches the bottom right side of the coil, I also see water sweating on the front side of the coil. The service person explains its normal but I don't see it as normal. I need the following to be addressed by LG Service Department. How come the Evaporator coil has failed in 3years and 6months, other than that PCB display assembly was replaced thrice July 13, September14, September15 and in July 2014 PCB main assembly was replaced. Why has LG not cared to directly check out on so many complaints made by me? Nor bothered to check out the quality of spares supplied to me by Charms Engineer, even after my reporting of frequent complaints and failures. Why LG is not directly informing me, the complainant, on its position on spares and service quality of their Authorized service agent Charms Engineer. Charms engineers standard answer is the guarantee is for 3months. I am very unhappy with the service capabilities of Charms engineers I want to know from LG if I will have to once again change PCB Main, Display Assmbly along with the cord after three months. And the Evaporator coil after 6months. Or Simply buy a new AC if I don't want to spend more money on this AC as this one is already 3 1/2years old. I am prepared to show all the replaced spares to be inspected by LG Service department let them check for the quality they can also see my AC for shoddy work done by their Authorized Service agent Charms Engineer Chennai. May I know what has to be done to make my LG AC work trouble free. Is this too much to expect as service capability of world class company like L G Arif Ismail Ph:[protected] Chennai 600028.             Complaint was raised to LG customer care[protected] for servicing of 2 ton split a/c which is in AMC on 18th Sep 2015 . COMPLAINT NO.[protected] . 19th Sep 2015 did a follow up as there was no response from LG. Customer care person confirmed that he will raise the complaint as high priority and I will be receiving the call shortly from technical person but there was no response. Again on 21st early morning 7.30 Am called customers care...

            Sir, I have a LG LED TV M.NO-22LS3300AT(SL NO-301PLGE001495) which i purchased from Malda on[protected] and its in warranty period still now...it is now out of order. And I have launched a complain (No.-RNA[protected] dt.[protected] but the officers of LG [ ACM (Mo-[protected]), BCM (Mo-[protected]), Servicing Manager(Mo-[protected]), Store Manager(Mo-[protected])] not co-operate with me. If I call them they don't want to speak with me saying "No time in hand". Though I have submitted the documents which is needed but they do this such kind of behavior... so I kindly request you to take a necessary step for this and oblige me. Thanking you.               AMC no. - amc[protected] Product - TV LC 32 model no - 32LH35FR.ATR PURCHASE DATE - 23/05/10 This is not expected from LG electronics, pathetic engineers, very bad service. I undertook LG AMC for my LCD TV in last year December, and we started facing problem with screen and sound last month, we complained and engineer visited at our place on 6th/7th of September 2015 and informed us that on replacing motherboard, cable and some strip with new one your TV will function properly, I said we have AMC so he said don't worry all parts will be replaced by company with no additional charges, than we received call from LG after 2 days stating our parts have come and engineer will visit and replace the same, after 2 days engineer visits our home without calling us and asks us whats the problem and visits without any replacement parts with him, he opens our TV set and was trying to figure out how to close it somehow he managed to close it and went, within 5-10 min when we tried to switch on TV it didn't started at all so we immediately called him but he arrogantly said I can't come now as I have left and have other calls, on insisting he said I will come by any time and will fix it (very irresponsible behavior of engineer and also LG as once we are informed parts have come and engineer visits without any parts), then tried calling LG customer care and were given service centers no. but no one picks up the phone there, on several calls to customer care they finally gave number of service center head Mr. B Shekhar - [protected], one full day wasted he didn't picked the call, so again called to customer care they raised some complaint RNA[protected] and said now you call, like wise we had several complaint number raised for the same issue - RNA[protected], RNA[protected]criminal wastage of time), Somehow service center head B. Shekhar picked up the call and says ‘parts are not available with the company and in that case you give your products purchase date detail will give you TV replacement offer and you need to pay difference amount’ (we paid INR 2391 for AMC which states ‘All defective components shall be replaced with the good working parts and defective parts will be taken by the company’ so where does purchasing new TV with replacement of old comes in picture. It is LG’s responsibility to replace the defective part and sort the issue so why are they incapable of replacing parts and confusing and misguiding customers.), Today one engineer visits and says you purchase one 3 pin cable worth INR 450 from us and everything will be solved but when we asked him what about important parts replacement he said it will come in 2/3 days so we asked why are you selling 3pin cable to us then he rudely replies ‘Motherboard chaiye ya TV thik karna hain? tumhari marzi, tum dekhlo’ and goes out of home. Once company says your parts have come, but engineer is not bringing the same, are this guy’s selling parts to someone else? Some serious issues with the services of LG. Ultimately we suffer. Need solution.

                Sir, Kindly be informed that my LG Microwave oven model no MC-7649DW is badly malfunctioning and the power is not coming on despite the input plug being properly connected to the power socket. As such, LG was requested to kindly cause to repair the said Microwave oven though trained technical personnel from their company at the earliest and resolve the problem reported by myself in the previous paragraph of this complaint registered on 07.08.2015. However no action has been taken by the LG company till date to resolve the complaint.                   I have launched the complaint on 31- July, SR Number - RNA[protected], Engineer said need to change the Panel and he has given the estimate of RS.22, 000 Followed the Engineer several times(as Below), he said company has increased the price of panel from 3 Aug-2015 So please contact to my Senior. 1 aug 13.19 1 aug 16.55 3 aug 19.19 7 aug 9.49 7 aug 18.48 I talked to the senior (Amol - [protected]) several times:- He said sent email to seniors for the price negotiation, waited for long time, disappointed response. He always said let me call back like tomorrow, in half an hour, in couple of hours but never revered back. Then I got his senior number from Call center ( Sarika) called her on 17 aug several times but no response, by gods grace she picked one of my phone, she mentioned i will ask Amol to revert you back in half an hour as because he is not reachable currently. As usual no response. After an hour I have Mr. Verma - [protected], so as per Sarika he is his manager, I was constantly saying i am not with the service but his reaction was because of the price hike you are not happy, I said no, i am unhappy because the communication is not happening from your side. At last he said new price will only be applicable and Amol will update you with the final pricing. Followed the trend with no response. Waited till 4th Sept, Called Mr. Verma, narrated the whole story again, he didn't listened to me completely and called Amol on confernce, again narrated the to Amol between that time Mr. Verma were not listened to the conversation and went away. I confirmed Amol to replace my TV panel with the new price. Wow same trend no response. Still as stupid i called again to Amol on 16-Sept-2015, he said we will replace the panel in a day or two. I said OK. Height, No response. I called Amol again on 19th Sept, He said you complaint is closed as it can't be open for long time. It has been closed by the reason estimate provided. so he said launch a new complaint and if panel is in stock he will replace today. Tried Calling Sarika also several times but no response. After that i call the customer care to know the status, it was open with the status Part pending. I appreciate, if anyone from LG has the responsibility to look after this and revert me back saying we can't serve your complaint. Thanks Kamlesh Joshi

                    Dear LG Customer Care Team, I had not thought ever that I would get in so much pain and feel agnostic that I would have to write this mail to you guys. My washing machine which I bought of your brand did not prove to be a wise decision of mine. My every cloth keeps a rich value for me, monetarily as well as emotionally but this washing machine has cut many holes in my many many valuable clothes. I cant wear them anymore which is an absolute loss for me. I contacted customer care of yours locally, they took the machine for few days and what solution did they provide? They put an M-seal in one hole of the machine’s drum. Can somebody believe that? LG is repairing their machine by taking it in their Garage for days and returning back with M-seal, just a sealant. Ok, I digest it still, even then the problem persisted to its original nature. And this week after the wash I found few more clothes getting holes. I want this machine to be taken away forever and get replaced with a new flawless machine. I don’t want to play football that I kick the machine to you guys and you kick it back to me this time again. That again your team comes and takes the machine away and then again comes after few days back, puts it into working and I again see my more clothes getting spoiled. I don’t want that at all. I bought to use this machine and not to shred my clothes. It is a clothes shredder and not a washing machine. I bought a costlier washing machine thinking it to live longer and work immaculately but all to my disappointment it did not work out that way. Now, can you guys help me with the solution of a new machine or not? I will not let you guys eat out my money like that. I am really really upset at my decision of buying LG brand. I am in a hope that you guys consider my problem worth the sincere attention and get me rid of this machine. I want a new machine or refund asap.                       This is p.eswaraiah, i purchased lg refrigirator jan 11 2013. i faced problem with my refrigiror on 30/8/2015. i was called customer service number on 30/8/2015 for service, they responded and next day one technisian came to my house and he checked and informed to me evaporator problem so he said to me replace evaporator, i accepted and he taken 400 rs as service charge, and he said to me new evapararor will come after 4days. after 4 days 2 technisians are came to my house they are arranged new evaparator and taken 2450rs. one day i observed my refrigirator it is continuosly running withot stop after cooling. again i called customer service next day another new technisian came to my house and he said that thermostat is not working replace it the cost is 1250rs, i accepted and next day he came and arranged new thermostat and taken 1050rs. totally i paid 3900rs but still my refrigirator is continuosly running without stop after cool. this is lg service i dissatisfied. what can i do now, ur technisians are doing for money not for customer satisfaction. iam going legally to solve my problem i[censored]r not replied.

                          Hi All,

                          I have purchased a 49 Inch LED TV from Nandilath G Mart Trivandrum Kerala less than a month ago (On 15th August 2015). The model number of the product is 49LF540A. It was connected using Asianet HD connection via HDMI. On 13th Sunday there was no picture on the TV and I suspected the set top box and took it to the Asianet service team and made sure it is working. I came back home and connected again but still it is not working. I tried using AV cord and then I was able to see the picture but there was no sound. I connected the AV cable on my home theatre and made sure the set top box is working fine. I concluded that HDMI ports are not working and even the sound is not working. I have contacted LG support on Monday 14th September 2015 and registered a complaint and I got a reference number RNA[protected] and assured me that a technician will call me in 24 hours but nobody called me. They have provided with a phone number to reach the technician and the same number [protected] (Apollo Systems) sent to my mobile phone as SMS but when I tried that number it says am dialing a wrong number.

                          HERE IS THE THING IS THAT THE LG PRODUCT I PURCHASED WAS A SUBSTANDARD ONE AND THAT’S THE REASON WHY IT GOT FAILED IN LESS THAN ONE MONTH.

                          I tried reaching out to the support again as 24 hours of wait time is over, they assured me that a technician will reach out to me in another 24 hours and will fix it in 72 hours. So far no contact from their side. I have had a bad experience on the same day I purchased this product where the team did not provide me with the wall mount, next day they said the wall mount is out of stock. Finally I got it after few days. So I am expecting such kind of irresponsible support . I could accept the delay in providing the wall mount as the table stand was enough to solve my issue. But this time I would like to take up this issue as I am expecting similar kind of lazy or irresponsible response. This is the first time am using LG product and now I realize the value of Samsung service team because I have couple of Samsung TVs at my home town. I have called LG support (This is the third time am calling them and I got the same reply as we will send a reminder to the service team) and still no use. When I asked about the next escalation contact, they said they will give me the contact for area sales manager but that will be after 72 hours. Now the only option left is to wait till tomorrow to get the 72 hours complete. If nobody responds even after 72 hours which you guys are committing, what kind of action is going to be taken?

                          Today is the fourth day I am contacting LG customer care. I have claimed that the 72 hours which customer service committed to fix the issue is over and asked for the next escalation point and they gave me a land line number which is[protected]. I have dialed the number and a lady picked up and gave me a vague answer that the technician will call me “Maybe tomorrow or day after tomorrow”. Then dialed the Area Service Manager Mr. Selvan on [protected], he sounded like very polite and told me that this should have never happened and assured me that a technician will reach out to me between 4 and 5 Pm. But his commitment was just words and I dialed him again by 5.20 and ended up not picking the call. I tried again and found he is on another call (Which means he is in a position to make calls), I have tried reaching out to him until 6.30 pm and If I am not wrong, I have made over 20 calls to him. Surprisingly he started disconnecting my calls without giving me an answer on what exactly happening, what is going on or what is the next step that I can take. I feel ashamed of calling this guy as a manager as he is such an irresponsible employee should not be serving a reputed brand like LG if you people value customer satisfaction.

                          Then I have checked with my friend who is working in the middle east as HR manager for LG. and He helped me escalate the issue from his side. If nothing works, I feel like throwing this big piece of crap into the service office and take it to the social media to let all know how LG customer service takes care of the customers and behaviors of dump Managers.

His name was Swami and his contact number is [protected]. He asked us for Rs.2000 for replacing a part. Since then, he hasn't responded to our calls. Kindly look into the matter or I'll be forced to lodge a complaint against LG as well as Mr. Swami with the police as well as consumer forum

                              I purchased LG Split AC in May 2015 from LG Store Indirapuram Ghaziabad. I started noticing the problem last Month i.e. August 2015 of poor cooling & gas leaking from my outdoor unit and finally registered complaint (RNA[protected] on 26th August. This was fixed by technician on next day by saying that was a problem due to screw loose. Technician filled in gas and also repair the same. The problem got solved for next couple of days and it reappeared on again 15th of September 2015 (20 Days after repairing). We have raise another complaint on the same day as mentioned below. However there is no proper updates provided from LG customer care. I have called customer care couple of times and each time they said we have registered your complaint and our technician will look after to it. Second Complaint no. : RNA[protected] LG being one of the leading consumer product in India, I was expecting a better service (than what I am experiencing) and complete product replacement considering I have not used this more than 4 months since i got issue with this new product and this is second time I am having the same problem.

                                Denied to give warranty replacement by lg I had purchased Led TV model no 24lb458a from LG direct show room Porur Chennai for rs.14000/- and they have given warranty of two year. 1 year standard warranty and one year extended warranty. It was purchased on 27th September 2014 vide invoice no. P00537/2014-15 and extended warranty card no. Fpd[protected]. Now the TV is not working as some black patches was seen in tv display and I have given several complaints from 4th august 2014 vide rna no. Rna80402235,[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. Their technician visited my house and taken a photograph and said your led tv display has been broken. They blamed on me saying that you have broken the TV and cannot be claimed on warranty. Without any external scratches how the inside led display will brake. Since the led display panel cost is more than half of the TV price they are avoiding customer blaming that you have broken the led panel. I have never expected a service from lg company.                                 Never buy lg led tv. Led panel is so sensitive and do not have protective cover like in old tv. Hence it can brake easily during cleaning and hit any small things on the screen. Lg does not give warranty. They will blame on us and avoid warranty. Led panel cost is very high.

                                    I have purchased LG top load washing machine model no. T7201TDDLD of 6.2kg in January 2015 from MAX HD WORLD through snapdeal. I started using twice in a week with utmost care. From June month onwards the product started malfunctioning. So have registered a complaint online through Lg website, The service person has come and said since it was purchased throgh online he won't repair. So I started calling MAX HD WORLD but no response.

                                      I complaint on LG customer care [protected] regarding my microwave oven not working on 11.08.2015. Technician visit, but he ask to replace some parts which are not available with him. he assure that he will repair it within 2 days. but after one month the complaint is pending. during this one month period i complaint 4-5 times to customer care, they register complaint every time but never i got sms for complaint no. In delhi LG electronics is unable to deliver the services, which shows that if this is the way LG must close their business in india. because we are not interested to remove the products and purchase new one. i am very hopeless from LG and assure that in future i will avoid Arun kumar gupta 91-[protected]
