I have LG LED TV model 3D LED 42LW5700-TA. It was bought on dt.06.10.11worth Rs.71, 556.00
Recently problem persisted resulting to no display and complained to LG service centre vide complain no.RNA[protected].Service guy came n informed me that mother board is damaged need to replace & will cost approx. Rs.7900/=.I ordered the same n he assured me that he will get the part in 3 days.

After no response for the 5th day i called up and was told that the spare part is no longer available with LG!!! and therefore my TV cannot be fixed!!! LG discontinued the model and stopped the supply of the spare parts for this model!!
Now I'm surprised and confused that within 4 years of product cycle there are no parts available for my TV n they will pay me some depreciation n i have to purchase again another LG TV only.It sounds like we are cheated, Firstly, we are not asking the part in free replacement & 2ndly, they should continue such imp parts at least for 10 yrs.
Please solve my issue by replacing the part & please give me an extra motherboard for future(ready to pay).I dont want to take any more chances with LG products.My no.[protected]

Recently my TV model of LG 425700-TA 3D TV

Got faulty. I called LG customer care they sent engineer who collected Rs. 300 without Receipt and told at our house The screen got Burnt. and replacement will require Rs. 35000/-.

Myself electronics engineer analysed the problem and found a T-CON board one small component of Rs. 100 got damaged (BUF08630). Later I ordered this IC but could not replace and got T-CON board and repaired my TV.

These service Engineers are low profile peoples and do not have knowledge in depth.

    I have a split AC in my establishment which was serviced 3 months back and huge amount of INR 3000 collected. Within 2 months again the AC started leaking and when they came to service again demanded INR 285 and now again the AC is leaking and now again they are demanding money even before seeing it. This is nothing but cheating. Are we supposed to pay every month such huge money for faulty service. For such a huge amount paid, we should have at least a minimum one year of trouble free operation. LG should rectify the defect and give a service guarantee for a twelve month trouble free operation. Mayuri [protected]

      I had bought LG refrigerator GL-0322JPFL on 11/6/2015.i registered a complaint(RNA[protected] DT 16/09/2015) regarding white powder like material formation in the freezer.When the service engineer came to address the issue, he accidently damaged ice tray.He told us not to reg complaint and assured us that the same will be replaced within a week.Even after 10 days we did not hear anything and so we reg a compalint.Till now issue is not solved.I have received 5 to 6 calls from LG but replacement has not happened.In fact some one called me to ask whether they can close the complaint without replacing the same. I hope this compalaint will be considered same will be replaced.

        The company states that model is discontinued and therefore unable to replace parts after 1 month of chase. This message was communicated by one of their manager Mr.Parshant . The company staff do not attend to calls nor give proper answer . 26 " TV for me is scrap for the reasons attributable to the company . They should replace the unit .

          It really saddens me to no end that I purchase a GE stove and I have to keep replacing the dam knobs! This really sucks that ive already paid out almost half the dam price of the stove in knobs!!! The last set of knobs were Garbage and replacement parts were 358.00$ The have A plastic inserts that keep breaking!!!

            I have LG Fino - D295 and unfortunately the screen cracked 6 weeks ago. I took it to LG service Kamanahalli and every time they tell there is no stock for screen. I am not able to understand how come screen is not available for mobile phone which was launched last year and even after ordering twice there is no screen available. The service engineer informed there is no stock in India??? this the sixth week more than a month and I am really upset over the service of LG . Even the call center guys keep telling to me to contact the same service center and the service center guys tell there is no stock. I am not able to understand what to..If LG cant repair phones then why are they selling phones in the first place..I have called customer care so many times that I have lost count...The service center guys do not even respond and keep telling stock is not there, , , I have sent a mail to LG on 4th October and I have not a got reply till now..I now regret buying LG product...this phone was a gift to my wife and I am really upset how LG have turned a deaf ear towards my issue...Please mail me [protected]@ymail.com

              This complain is regarding Mr. Samanta and Mr. Anurag Bhopai of Bagualti, Jardabagan, Kolkata LG service center . They are not allowing us to claim our AMC service and whenever we are booking calls in LG representatives are coming from this branch only but not giving us the service. Its more than 2 months where no one dealing with the problem and they are just passing it to on person to another

                I had raised a complaint (RNA[protected] when my washing machine stopped working. The technician said some part needed to be ordered and said it would take 3-4 days. After calling up a 100 times, the technician said raise a new request, your request has got closed...even before servicing!! So I raised a new request (RNA[protected]. After calling up 2-3 times everyday, they finally repaired the machine after a month of my initial request. My machine is under the showroom extended warranty, so we asked for the bill. Technician said he would send the bill after he goes to the service center. I got an SMS "Amount Rs 3889.12 has been invoiced against TCR No:PPUN2/4119 dt 23-Sep-2015". For the last 2 weeks, my husband and I are calling up the service center for the bill, they keep saying we'll send in 2 hours, 4 hours, end of day, tomorrow morning etc. Customer care only keeps providing manager's number to complain. We have not got the copy of the bill even after making the full payment! Did not expect such pathetic service from a brand like LG!

                  I bought a 42" LG LED TV from Pai International, Mangalore for 55, 000, but just after a month i had a problem in TV & i informed Pai International regarding the problem but instead of looking in to the matter they gave me company number & asked me to call them, & when i called the company they told me to ask the dealer to get the TV to company service center, but When i called Pai International, Mangalore they completely refused to help me in anyway they told me once the goods is sold its me & the company & they are not going to give any service or offer any help, if i want any service to be done i have to take it to the company & get it repaired. Really really worst customer service.

                    This is to inform you that i had purchased LED 32 inch TV (LG) on 02/10/15.I was told that in 24 hrs person will contact me to come & install the TV but till date no body turned up so finally i called costumer care & she replied that it will take another 3 day's for person to come & install.Her way of talking was not appropriate and when i told to lodge complain against LG if service not provided on time then she was like i don care...may i know what kind of person's are sitting in costumer are sitting in office who do not know how to talk. Hence forth i have to think twice before purchasing any product of LG.Also i am going to share my experience with all my friends to let them know what kind of service LG is providing.                       I am Dinkar Mangleek an LG Consumer of Refrigerator. Handle of main door was broken 3 months back. Refrigerator model no.                         A ticket has been open for a week now, for replacing a damaged compressor. The fridge is under warranty. The technician visited our premises once and since then things have slowed to a crawl. Every time we call the technician, either the part is not available or the gas refilling guy is not available.                           We brought a new LG branded LED tv on 9th August 2015.From GEMINI ELECTRONICS DADAR. It suddenly stopped working totally on 18th Sep 2015. We called up the customer care and registered a complaint. An engineer came to our house and stated that the mother board is bad and needs to be replaced. He came after a few days which looked like a used mother board. However it did not match. He said he will bring another mother board. He brought another mother board and Screen said that the problem is also with the screen. It is more than 2 weeks since we lodged the complaint (RNA[protected]. It has been 3 visits. They have brought old mother boards and screens tried fixing it but the issue remains unresolved. Does LG wants us to use a second hand TV for the price of a first Hand TV??? Stop cheating us now and replace our TV right away.

                            Hi Team, It is with great frustration and disappointment that I have to write this that am not getting any help with local LG service center to replace my Nexus 5 battery . I have purchased mobile on 14 Dec 2014, after which in May 2015 there was a Nexus 5 board problem which LG service center has changed free of cost as mobile is in warranty, but since the time board has changed my mobile battery didnt last until even an hour . I formatted and tried everything but no luck. I took it to LG store again and now they are telling me that battery has 6 months warranty, I need to pay for battery replacement (its just 9 months old phone). but why should I pay ? Its not my fault - I bought a new handset, your device had a board problem which you changed and after which there is this new problem has com e. I really need somebody senior to understand this . The battery problem has arise since the time you replaced board. Really need an immediate help in Bangalore as its hard to use a phone with less than 1 hour battery life.                               Hi, I am using a split LG AC since last one year.I have also extended the warranty of AC for next three year. Recently there was a fault in it and I had raised the complain for the same. The service executive from your center changed the compressor of the AC and filled gas in it. After that also the cooling was not appropriate, so I again raised the complain. This time the executive from your side told me that the voltage regulator is not working properly due to which the cooling is not sufficient. I have changed the regulator now, still the ac is not working properly. I am really disappointed by the service from your end.Kindly have a look over my problem.                                 Hi Team, I purchased LG refrigerator(Model Number:LG 335L GL-D372JHSL) on[protected]. Problem is since I received the item. In refrigerator, compressor making too much sounds in every hour like bomb blast and I requested to LG engineer to solve this problem and person told that this is common sound in this model and they are not able to solve the issue. I told him to replace refrigerator or refund my money but they are not accepting for that. Everyday, every hour making too much noise and making shiver in between idle and sleep. Not only that, in between every 5 mins some different sounds will get. 2 times I raised complaint on this and they are not able solve this issue.                                   Dear Sir, I had bought a LG LED 3D TV on 23.07.2012 for Rs 66000 but recently it has got some issue and I had called LG care to get it repaired my complaint no was RNA[protected] they visited us and told us that there is issue with some part and they need to replace the same to which we have agreed. After 2 days they called us and told us that they don''t have that part so they can''t repair it and as per company policy they can buy back with some depreciation if I provide them the bill. I had given that bill to them on 27th September. Now today that is 28/09/2015 they are saying they will buy back at 65% depreciation which is totally in justifiable as it has been only 3 years and 2 months and they can''t provide the part to repair it. Kindly help me as I am now in dilemma that I had spent Rs 66000 on the same product for which I can also send you bill and after 3 years and 2 months they are saying that they will pay back me just 35% of it while actual life of LED is said to be around 15-20 years

                                  Sure Sir this is also to bring to your notice I had got a call from your service center for closing my complaint no RNA[protected] rather than giving any assurance 2 days back. They were so eager to close it that they were not ready to listen anything they just wanted to hear "yes kindly close my call" from me. Also when I told that compensation they are offering is too less and I will not accept it kindly reconsider it they just told me that it is as per company policy and they can't do anything they have just called to close the complaint not to give any solution

                                    I have LG LED TV model 32LE5500. It was bought around 2011 January.
                                    Recently it had problem that there was no display and complained to LG service centre and they visited at home and informed me that the Mainboard of this TV is at fault and has to be replaced that costs around 7000rs. The service guy informed me that he'll go to his office and raise for this spare part and will inform me.

                                    And he called me today and informed that this spare part is no longer available with LG??? and therefore my TV cannot be fixed??? LG discontinued the model and stopped the supply of the spare parts for this model?

                                    Now I'm surprised and confused that within 5 years of product cycle there are no parts available for my TV? and I'm not sure what to do with my 48500rs (at the time of purchase) worth of LED TV? I'm shocked at this response from a reputed company. By the way this LED TV model was very popular and was sold to many customers and I wonder what will happen to them.

                                    Could someone give me a solution about what to do about this?

                                    I have the same issue with my LG LE5500 TV. Bought it in 2011 and now the mainboard needs to be replaced and cannot find the part for replacement.
                                    I have same issue in my LG LE5500 TV after 5 years o[censored]se. I did the complain as well but no one came back with this model main Board. I need to fix this in my TV. If you can help pls contact me.

                                    I also bought LG 32LE5500 around June/July 2011 and now Display gone. Reading above complaints by numerous buyer am nervous about my huge investment in this LG TV.

                                    Seems LG manufactured this TV to work for 5 Years only and then leave to suffer, I chose LG over Samsung and SONY at that time but feeling I did a huge mistake on trusting LG.

                                    Can anyone please share whether their problem got resolved or still suffering.

                                    How they got it fixed if not got any support from LG.

                                    I too have same problem for LG 32LE5500, LG techician told to replace the main board of Rs. 8500/-.

                                    LG is cheated with us by giving Product which life is only 5 years.

                                    Bought the same model 32LE5500 in August 2010 for 43k in Hyderabad. Couple of years back, sound stopped working. Till now i am managing by using speakers for audio as the technician told that i have to replace my main board at a cost of 9000 + Service charges. Decided that i will no longer buy any LG product.

                                    I have the same TV purchased around same period and facing same issue.
                                    Called up the LG customer care today and they said they do not have the stock for the mother board and suggested to check with local repair shop to replace with second hand mother board or to repair it.

                                    Reading this thread, its clear that others have same issue but no one has reported that its solved by LG.
                                    With in 5years of lunching 32LE5500 the company has stopped its parts.

                                    This thread clearly suggests that the LG product and service is pathetic.
                                    This thread can be referred to assess the brand value of LG.

                                    Hi ! I have the same LG 32LE5500 model . Stopped working. Service engineer said mother board not available so go for a new one ! Looks like we have to go to court to rectify this deficiency by the LG company ! They just cannot do this !

                                    I have the same issue with my 47LE5500 LED+ Television set. I invested about 75000+ INR in year 2011 to purchase this television.
                                    My TV in month of June 2017 suddenly got powered off, No response .

                                    I had registered complaint with ID: RNP[protected] on 7th June 2017 with customer support.
                                    The LG Service technician came in 3 days and just observed the TV visually and said "Motherboard needs to be replaced" . He asked me to wait for 2 days until he orders new motherboard. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to get reply from them ( after calling 4-5 times daily ) and what they said is that, your mother board is not available to we cannot help you, please sell off this TV . I was shocked to hear this, they even closed my complaint ID .
                                    Is is this a joke ?

                                    I didn't expected this type of response from LG India Technicians. I was under impression that LG after support will be good and prompt, but I was proved wrong .

                                    Henceforth will never purchase nor recommend to buy LG products and will definitely put on social media about the pathetic after sales support from LG India.

                                    LG Management, kindly go through the problem your customer are facing. You cannot do this to your customers who have kept faith in LG product but are facing betrayal fro your end.
                                    I had the same issue with the same model. Raised a complaint RNP[protected] and was charged Rs 300 by the service person just for saying that the main-board needs to be replaced but it is not available.

                                      I purchases LG 3D Smart LED TV on[protected] with total paid amount of Rs.79900.00 (Invoice No. SRS/11-12/01432). On[protected], product stopped functioning, we raised a complaint for it on[protected] which was not handled due to address change. On[protected], new complaint was launched with LG Helpline for repair with new address. A technician visited our place on[protected] and informed that a "Mother-board" of TV was not functioning. He placed an order for new "Mother-board" and said it will arrive in 2-3 days. Failing to this, LG did not provide a new mother-board for 2 WEEKS. After that LG's executive Amol Patil called us to inform that they're not getting this mother board anywhere as the product is old (surprising to us as they sounded like I purchased a TV in year 2000 or before) so LG proposed a deal of replacement. For replacement, they offered valuation of Rs.27900 for current TV and asked me to put additional amount to purchase new TV(of same configuration) which was approx. Rs.37000. We declined this offer because valuation was very less and fixing mother-board would cost us less than Rs.10000 instead of spending Rs.37000 extra. After declining this offering, next day LG technician called and said he has received Mother-board and came to fix my current TV. Strangely, new mother-board was also not working, so we raised another complaint to LG helpline on[protected] to provide another mother-board. Till date, we have not received any resolution on these complaints. Time of 1 month will soon lapse for this complaint which is yet not resolved.
                                      I request for help.
                                      In current age, Television has become main source of day-to-day entertainment. After purchasing a TV of Rs.80000, I never expected such poor service from a brand like LG. It has caused humiliation and frustration to us for constantly following up for complaint resolution. We call up either helpline or technician almost every day which itself is irritating because there is no end result. I feel that LG has different selling strategy by making existing customers suffer like this and at the end make them purchase new LG product.

                                      I want existing TV to be fixed on highest priority. Else LG should give a decent valuation of this TV so that I can make use of that money to buy different brand's TV. Reason being, after all this frustration, I will definitely not buy LG products anymore.

                                        We buy a single door refrigrator from a local shop, after some time the water which collected after depfreezing start smelling we call customer care but the person responsible for service came home after 15 day, the water spoil n smell very badly ..then the service man take off the basket where water is spoiling and gave basket to us and told us to wash the basket..when we ask him that it is his duty to wash he rudly say no and Go back..Stop Buying lg products
