Lg customer care & service center people don’t respond promptly even if they do so they just visit but don’t respond, as it is a rule of Lg Electronics they have to act within 2 days of the complain lodged with customer care if they don’t visit our place we as consumer has to lodge a new complain again the process repeats the persons number which is forward to us does not respond our calls ever even the senior most person does not respond...

I Purchased a brand new refrigerator from Pai Showroom, all the items will be rotten/spoiled in 2 to 3 days once stored in it.
