My complaint number is RNA[protected], I bought a new LG 310 li capacity refregerator from Relaiance Digital Sajapur road bangalore . After 3 days of delivery fridges stopped working we went and registered complaint on 19th august, technician from LG came and saw the fridge told that Gas leaking was there cause of defect in transportation. They told a replacement will be done in 3 days. We are suffering without a fridge for 4 days and no response from LG side after that visit of technician. We approached reliance digital they told without getting a mail from LG care they cannot give us a new fridge . We are totally dissapointed with the delay in replacement. Both from LG and from reliance digital . They are supposed to be a reliable brands but we had to face so much problems because of them . the nonveg and veg food worth 2000 rupees got spoiled. we had to throw all excess food which was cooked everyday . everyday we had to go ouT and buy veggies and milk. LG please send a mail to reliance digital about confirmation of our fridge. We paid 29 thousand and we are suffering. Pathetic costomer service . I called costomer service so many times but no proper answer. People don't relay on this brand.make sure your fridge works after delivery

Reliance digital showroom people agreed for a change in LG fridge and delivered it after 2 week. but had to go through a tough time after so many phone calls and meeting them in personal to8 solve the issue

    I have purchaseed LG LED TV on dated 28/04/2012 from LG showroom ratanada jodhpur now the sreen panel of above said Tv is not working. Your service engineer came to house on nov. 2014. As per telephonic discussion with Lg customer care your company is not manufacturering this screen panel Product anymore. therefore you are requested to arrange to repair this panel otherwise refund my amount of TV Rs.30600 ASAP. Otherwise i have to take help of court. Kindly resolve my problem earliest

        My Microwave Oven was giving problem I had reported to customer care of LG electronics about the problem (RNA[protected], a rep ( Mr Rahul)of the LG Company attended the complain and opened the machine and told that the coil has gone faulty and needs replacement and that he will do it the next day, he charged me Rs 350/- and went, after that i kept on calling on the number provided but the rep dint come, my Oven was functional otherwise, other than the grill module but now it is totally non functional, after ten odd days i pleaded to the service engineer to at least make microwave functional as i had a social function at my residence but he dint return, i again approached the customer care RNA[protected] they told that the previous complain was closed, and they will attend it freshly, however no one has reported to repair my Microwave Oven till date, pls help me.

          Hi, Ever since the purchase of my double door refrigerator, I am facing cooling problem. I had registered for demo and installation on August 14, 2015. Today it's August 21, 2015 and even now I am facing the same issue. I have made multiple calls to LG customer service. I have stayed on calls as long as 50 minutes without anyone coming back and responding to me. Asked for team leaders in customer service repeatedly but seldom does one answer the call. I had words with customer service agents who don't even try and listen to you. Interacted with the so called engineers who I guess don't know what to do. These so called engineers just keep on repeating that they’ll visit in an hour, then it becomes 2 hours, then it becomes in the evening and ultimately the next. Literally 1-2 hours of my day is spent arguing and following up with LG customer service and their engineers ever since I have purchased this fridge. Two of your engineers have visited me in the past 6 days after so many follow ups (just imagine that!). I have repeatedly stated that it has some cooling problems and the fridge won’t work in another hour or so. However, they never listen. If you someone is reading this complaint, try and listen to the recorded calls I had made to you contact centre. You'll get to know how your customer service representatives torture the life out of your customers. I am fed up this situation now. A brand like LG with such pathetic customer service is unbelievable. Why would anyone like to take this much pain when there are others in the market who can provide much better customer experience. I have been a loyal LG customer for long. I have purchased LG LCD, Fridge, AC, Microwave etc in the past but I swear never to buy a product again from you and never to recommend any product to anyone. Even if someone is planning to buy something from you, I'll ensure that I share my experience with them so that they don't face the same challenges like I am doing right now. I am done trying to reach you guys now; I have emailed you and called you multiple times now. The latest service number I have received from you is SR[protected]. Model number of the fridge is GL-B252VMGY (NI). Date of purchase is 02/08/2015. Please get the product picked up from me and issue a refund as soon as possible.           After repeated attempts to get the above mentioned situation resolved. One of your engineer's visited me to check the status of the fridge. This was after 2 days of follow up with the person.

          He visited and confirmed that the fridge was working fine. As per him, there are no issues with the fridge and it was working perfectly. But the same thing started happening again, so I reached out the person. He said that this is because of the fluctuating current and stuff.

          He said that I should try and install a stabilizer for the fridge. This is when, your product says that a stabilizer is not required for it operate. The fridge has a sticker on the top which says that a stabilizer is not required.

          I have the same product, it never required a stabilizer earlier and has been working in perfectly good condition for the past couple of years now. I don't know why a stabilizer was required in this case.

          Any which ways, I got a stabilizer, plugged it in to find that the fridge is not cooling again.

          Apparently, there is too much electricity fluctuation in the building. This is actually a lame excuse and nothing else. How does everyone else fridge perfectly fine in the building then? Can you please try and explain that?

          It's been 10 days now since I have started complaining now and the results are still the same. Please pick your product up and refund the amount charged to me for the product.

            I have registered my complaint on LG custmor service care no. with Registration no RNA[protected] get immidiate responce on 20th July 2015 Nishant enterprices Ajmer Mechanic came on 20th july and after checking told me that they need machine at service center and they will solve the problem and send this back in 2-3 days The mechanic asked me to pay service charges of Rs 330.00 witch i have paid to him on spot next morning the sent the vehical to take machine, i have paid for that also but since that day I am following them every day they are giving new date, rather say new excuses but nothing s happening, I am tired calling them, they never informed me that the status it is realy very troublefull i suggest everbody not to purchase LG products as they can not provide service at all very sorry but realy very troublefull

              HI, We bought LG Fridge from Madhu Electronics, Nashik on 2nd Aug, 2015. after 2-3 days our home electricity starts fluctuating. Called to Madhu electronics and they provided CC no., where no one picked up the phone calls[11th Aug]. Then my father went to his office and ask for details then he called to local customer care and registered something.[He could do it in first instance itself but for providng local CC no. he took 2 days.] Then next day 1 person came to home shown him issue, he said will come later on then he didn't came for next 3 days. Again I went to Madhu Electronics then again he said its not his responsibility to check product and send any engineer to verify product with rude attitude like I am his prisoner. And thrown his responsibility towards CC. I think seller is first person to provide as much as details and help to customer to solve the issue as we are buying from him not CC; But seems Madhu electronics is exception for that. Again next morning[16th Aug] we recived call from LG CC nashik, and said we will send engineer again to verify and then it will proceed. Though we already explained multiple time whats happening. Engineer came and checked Compressor was taking VERY HIGH VOLTAGE which was causing fluctuation and multiple trips in flat electricity. Then they processed some documents and said to replace the Fridge in 2 days as soon as possible. But now even after 4 days they are saying it will take 7-8 days to process. In between time frame no call back from CC to provide any update on the progress. While in this time frame we faced some electricity issues in our flat. Hall and Bedroom Lights gone/damaged, Meter was gone/damaged/leackage because of multiple fluctuations and Trips. We had to pay Rs 600+ to MSEB officer to replace it then its started working fine; also we replaced Lights and Bulbs in Hall and bedroom. With this loss there is Vegetables/Milks and many products are getting wasted. Adding to that we faced mental and physical loss after multiple things. I dropped an e- mail also to their Manager: neeta.[protected]@lge.com, but still no reply from there as well. We lost product, money, health and mind as well. [List of damage: Refrigerator, Electricity Meter, Tubelights, CFLs, , Eating Foods+ Vegetables, Health, Stress etc. etc.] Who are responsible for this loss?? Madhu Electronics?? LG Customer care?? Or we the common people tried to Buy New Product for our Family?? We are expecting good result of this. Hope for best. Please help us to solve this and avoid it for other customers.                 Dear Sir, I regret to say that I have really bad experience with the service provided by LG. I had purchased LG 32" jazz 32LG80UR TV in Sep 2009 which has suddenly stopped showing display now. I have contacted customer care and registered the complaint. Your technician visited the house and within 5 min he concluded that the display/pannel is faulty and LG company have stopped this part(pannel) production and he further added he can't do anything further. I cantacted customer care again and they told me to contact LG service centre, they gave me 2 contact number. I tried both contact for continously two days and none of them have been answer yet. Further contacting customer care they gave me one more number which was again never responded. Its very sad to know that such an international company like LG is not responding. Even I am shocked with you technician support who can conclude just in 5 min that nothing is possible now. Dear sir, I am not the high class person who can afford new TV after every 5 years, I am really worried if I have to buy a new one. Request you to please let me know the most reasonable solution.                   I purchased 42LN5710 TV 2 yrs back. (23 Jul 2013). Now it is showing Vertical black line on screen. My usage of TV is not more than 3 hrs per day AVG. There is no major damage to screen on TV Still it went bad. This must be fault with Company product. There are similar issues with other people as well.

                  I reached LG technician he does not have knowledge of repairing TV panels. he suggested to replace by spending 20K

                  This means LG has two ways of income first one by selling product like TV for 60K and another one for replacement of TV panel 20K.

                  Your quality of product is so bad that it get into issues within 2 yrs.I regrate buying LG TV.

                    Continuation of my LG Washer (Model: WF-S7512FN) repair complaint number RNA[protected] on 24 July 2015 Two people contacted me about the repair on 14 August 2015, Sebatian (Cell number: [protected]), and Eswar (Cell number: [protected]) and said that it will be repaired my Monday 17 August 2015. It was not done, so I contacted Sebatian again, and he told me to call LG office at[protected] or[protected]. I called both numbers several times and nobody answered. S. Chakradhara Rao I gave a complaint about repairing my LG Washer (Model: WF-S7512FN) on 24 July 2015, the complaint number is RNA[protected]. After that I received several SMSes on my cell phone. On 24 July 2015 I received an SMS saying that Ranganathan Amanathan was assigned my repair work. Nobody contacted me. On 27 July 2015 I received an SMS saying that Srinivasa Electronic was assigned my repair work. Again nobody contacted me. On 30 July 2015 I received an SMS saying that Dharmendher Chintalapudi was assigned my repair work. Again nobody contacted me. On 30 July 2015 I received a call from Mr. Sebastian about fixing the washer. I received a similar call from Mr. Naidu on 30 July 2015. I got fed up and on 03 August 2015 I contacted your customer service and they referred me to talk to Mr. Siva Kumar (Cell number: [protected]). He told me that it is already late and somebody will contact me soon. On 06 August 2015 Mr. Wahab (Cell number: [protected]) contacted me and confirmed my residential address and directions, and told me that the washer will be repaired soon. On 06 August 2015 Mr. Ramesh (Phone number:[protected] contacted me and told me that the washer will be repaired soon. On 06 August 2015 I received an SMS saying that Srinivasa Electronic was assigned my repair work. Again nobody contacted me. I don’t understand what is going on. On 07 August 2015 I tried to talk to Mr. Siva Kumar (Cell number: [protected]) several times. He never answered the phone or returned the calls. I keep getting SMSes with the names of new people every other day saying that they will come and repair. What kind of service is this? S. Chakradhara Rao

                      Hi, Picked up an LG 32 inch LED TV in NOV - 2013...On the 12th August the display stopped working and we get only sound output. LG customer care was called on 12th August evening and a complain was registered against complain number RNA[protected]. Till 8:15 PM on 17th August not a soul has bothered to call me inspite of me calling them repeatedly. Each one passes the buck to the other and I get to head home and listen to Arnab Goswami's voice without Picture!!! I will wait till morning and them call a local service chap and will regret having bought an LG product. Nandakumar [protected]

                        Hello, I have purchased LG LED TV 32 LN5120 on August 2013. Since then frequently TV is not working. Three times motherboard is changed and the disgusting part is the LG service engineers are not able to figure out the actual issue. This is definitely not expected from the company like LG. Recently again motherboard needed to be replaced and the complaint number is RNA[protected]. This is my humble request to LG please have some permanent solution to your LED TV issue of improper internal power distribution to motherboard.The same issue is happening with other LG LED TVs also.                         The worst service I have ever observed is from LG. Nobody is responding from LG. Now even call centre is not sure.

                        This is eye opener for everybody that LG doesn't support its product, they just sell and run away. Their product are not authentic, even their technician admit this. Don't wast your hard earned money for any of the LG product.

                        There is no response to my Problem with LG LED TV. This is very sad that company like LG do not have any solution for the problem their product has and also for do not even respond to the customer complaints.

                        This shows LG doesn't have regards for the customer who buy their product and do not own any responsibility of their faulty product. I will request everyone that please do not trust on any LG products because even LG do not own them, this is very sad experience.

                        I have still not received any feedback on my complaint RNA[protected]. It looks like I have made mistake by trusting on LG and purchased LG product.

                        I have other company electronic product also but they have always promptly resolved the complaint with their product and dealing with them was not so painful.

                        The worst service I have ever observed is from LG. Nobody is responding from LG. Now even call centre is not sure.

                        This is eye opener for everybody that LG doesn't support its product, they just sell and run away. Their product are not authentic, even their technician admit this. Don't wast your hard earned money for any of the LG product.
                        LG still does not have solution for their LED TV.

                        Now it clearly shows that LG is least bothered about after sales service and their product is not trust worthy. They even don't care about the customer.

                        It looks like LG does not have competence to solve the issue with their own product. I will recommend everyone not to buy any LG product because its a fraud brand.

                        Very upset with such cheaters.
                        LG team closed my complaint RNA[protected] without solving. This is very unprofessional way of doing business.
                        Now it is proved that LG is the worst company. Please do not buy any product from LG, because they do not have technical expertise of their own product and their executives talk very rudely.

                        I have registered fresh complaint RNA[protected], lets see the response. Same issue of is faced with our members of our society also and the response from LG is same.

                        This is eye opener for everybody, please think before buying any LG product or else be prepared of Mantle harassment. Don't waste your hard earned money on any of the LG product, they are substandard. The company is fraud.
                        There are other consumer also which are facing same issue with LG LED TV. Please check RNA[protected]. It is conformed now that their is fault with all LG LED TV.

                        REQUEST EVERYONE NO TO BUY ANY LG PRODUCT. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS OF LG. LG IS A BOGUS COMPANY WHICH DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THEIR OWN PRODUCT. I MADE MISTAKE BY BUYING LG PRODUCT WILL NOT REPEAT IT AGAIN

                            I was a very happy and loyal LG & google customer. My nexus 5 32 gb ran fine during its 1st 10 months after which i started having erratic screen and graphic problem. I deposited my phone with LGE ASC Elcom pvt. ltd. in nehru place to get it fixed on 23/01/2015. At delivery they were trying to hand me a phone with deformed body and broken sim tray edges. They claimed that they had replaced the charging flex cable to resolve the issue. Later after complaining higher officials they also changed the display with outer body claiming there mistakes and graphics problem fixed. In april my phone entered the boot loop realm and i was devastated. Without any available option since i had invested so much on the 32 gb version i took it to Mr. Gautam @ LGEIL Delhi Direct service in mohan co-operative. Got the motherboard changed with 3 months warranty paying 2508 inr on 11th june 2015. throughout the month of july my phone showed erratic screen behaviour and restarted automatically 4 times while i was using it to check mails or read forums or play games etc. i deposited it to Mr. Gautam on 8th of august to check and rectify. On 13th he claims that no such behaviour had occured while he used it but still changed the motherboard with a new one. He said he checked by using the phone while there should be a proper process to check such a common issue which is omnipresent. Now while my phone was deposited with the asc i was using my nexus 4 as standby. The soft keys stopped responding day before yesterday. The screen is working and if i play games i can see every inch of the screen working but the soft keys dont. Asc would say the screen needs to be changed. I have no faith in LGE anymore. I demand for an extended warranty for the motherboard on my nexus 5 as i can't afford to spend 13000 on a 33000 phone for a issue that is manufacturing defect.                                 Hi I would like to raise the topic of non delivery o[censored]PVC window by Bangalore area vendor of LG Hausys(www.lghausys.com/in). I had placed order with Sutej Building solutions after reading through all reviews and quality aspects of LG UPVC windows. This was on 17 Mar 2015, expected delivery 20th April 2015 and initial payment of 65000 Rs. Measurements were taken promptly along with partial payment amount and everything seemed professional until then. Its been more than 5 months now without any signs of order completion nor refund. The office managers have stopped coming to their offices long back and employees are not even being payed. Banks have approached courts to get their money back from the company. Despite hundreds of calls and visit by my end, i see no hopes of getting my money back. LG Hausys has stopped responding to the issue and are shamelessly asking me to place another order with their new Vendor in Bangalore. Hope someone from LG looks into this and this serves are warning to others who pay before the order completion with LG Hausys . Regards Rakesh

                                I have tried reaching your contact center[protected] but did not get to anyone who could understand the issue. The guy on the other end was asking for model number of windows ordered . I have left my phone number with them and expecting a call back soon.

                                  Sir, My Father had purchased a LG GL205KFG5TE single door refrigerator from Nandilath G Mart, Calicut on 10 Sep 14. From date of purchase onwards, the machine is malfunctioning a lot of times and I lost a lot of items.Even after frequent complaints through phone by my old aged parents, the Service centre manager (namely sarath) and dealer were not replying properly. The Refrigerator has a problem with its compressor and frequently leak/drain/loose the refrigerant (gas) and the fridge start malfunctioning.I am facing the same problem with in a period of 03 months. Both Service centre and dealer are not ready to listen me and answering me properly. they are acting in a rubbish way. We are totally disturbed with these incident and i asked the dealer/service centre for replace/return/extent the guarantee but they are not ready to do the same. my recent complaint no is RNA[protected]. I want to replace/return this substandard item (I know from my friend that this model is a failure model from LG) as its guarantee will expire on 10 Sep 15. As a result of frequent failures, i have lost a lot of edible materials. The total economic loss is near about Rs. 4000 to 5000 by these frequent failures. Due to this I was unable to use the fridge as a result it increases my physical work and mental stress. Presently I don't want to claim any loss but The item is needed to be replaced or returned.Presently the item is held with the service centre for last 10 days.

                                    I gave a complaint about repairing my LG Washer (Model: WF-S7512FN) on 24 July 2015, the complaint number is RNA[protected]. After that I received several SMSes on my cell phone. On 24 July 2015 I received an SMS saying that Ranganathan Amanathan was assigned my repair work. Nobody contacted me. On 27 July 2015 I received an SMS saying that Srinivasa Electronic was assigned my repair work. Again nobody contacted me. On 30 July 2015 I received an SMS saying that Dharmendher Chintalapudi was assigned my repair work. Again nobody contacted me. On 30 July 2015 I received a call from Mr. Sebastian about fixing the washer. I received a similar call from Mr. Naidu on 30 July 2015. I got fed up and on 03 August 2015 I contacted your customer service and they referred me to talk to Mr. Siva Kumar (Cell number: [protected]). He told me that it is already late and somebody will contact me soon. On 06 August 2015 Mr. Wahab (Cell number: [protected]) contacted me and confirmed my residential address and directions, and told me that the washer will be repaired soon. On 06 August 2015 Mr. Ramesh (Phone number:[protected] contacted me and told me that the washer will be repaired soon. On 06 August 2015 I received an SMS saying that Srinivasa Electronic was assigned my repair work. Again nobody contacted me. I don’t understand what is going on. On 07 August 2015 I tried to talk to Mr. Siva Kumar (Cell number: [protected]) several times. He never answered the phone or returned the calls. I keep getting SMSes with the names of new people every other day saying that they will come and repair. What kind of service is this?

                                    Continuation of my LG Washer (Model: WF-S7512FN) repair complaint number RNA[protected] on 24 July 2015

                                    Two people contacted me about the repair on 14 August 2015, Sebatian (Cell number: [protected]), and Eswar (Cell number: [protected]) and said that it will be repaired my Monday 17 August 2015. It was not done, so I contacted Sebatian again, and he told me to call LG office at[protected] or[protected]. I called both numbers several times and nobody answered.

                                      Dear Sir, I am feeling very a shame to introduce my self as a LG customer, As because on 29.07.15 i have registered a complain to customer care regarding my 24 inch led, got defected within the warranty period ( complain number...RNA[protected] from mobile no.[protected]. But till today though it has already passed 15 days i am not getting any resolution, also the LED took it away by the service center. Also i am not getting any help after calling them several times every day from any one from these numbers... 1. [protected]. 2. [protected]. 3. [protected]. 4. [protected]. Every time i get responses like we will call within 2 hours of time, we are trying our best, we are feeling sorry, SM sir is not present, Mobile number does not exist, customer not responding. But there is no solution. Sir i am feeling very helpless buying product of LG. Please inform how shall i get solution for this problem ; if there is any.

                                        LG TV is not a dream TV...it has turned out to be a nightmare. LG Service is the worst possible service I have seen ever.Cannot be trusted atall. My TV is not working since June and the service centre is not able to rectify it.Everytime they take my TV to the workshop and return it without correcting the issue.My TV is still at the service centre and the people there never reply to our calls.Coordination within their team is pathetic and the information provided my different team members do not match.The service center people never call us and update about the status...its been 3 months that LG service people are not able to identify the issue with the TV which is their production product...very strange and fishy...I insist every person who has seen this msg...Plz do not go for LG TV.                                         I got a call from LG saying that the issue will be fixed else my money will be returned.They had asked me to furnish the bill, complain numbers, service centre address and i had mailed the same to LG CLAIMS team.This was 2 weks back and now if i am calling on this number i am given absurd replies that"this is not LG number".I have no idea as what LG is upto.Its been 3 months since my LED has been malfunctioning and strange part is till now LG DOESNT HAVE ANY IDEA OF THE ISSUE.
                                        i was told last week that "this is not a r& d centre and we cant tell you the exact issue.

                                        Today after 2 weeks LG India picked my call and asked me the same details and said that we will get back to you soon and forcefully disconnected the call. They were not even ready to listen what we were saying. This is a complete fraud happening with us and we want the indian consumer forum to take stern steps against such organizations who have made a mockery of their customers. If you visit LG India fb page, u will be shocked to see 100's of dissatisfied customers.

                                        Electronics can be defective...I agree.But after selling a product if a company does not reply on services, this is complete fraud in todays world.
