I have purchased One microwave oven with my wifes name Manorama Mishra and get AMC of it. Prevoiusly Iwasat Delhi but now shifted to Ghaziabd due to school of my children. Panel board of this oven is faulty, This oven is repaired two times at LG service center Patparganj . After repairing it has not been worked after 2-3 days. Again complainting finally told to me that this model is outdated and Panel can't repaired. Last one and half years this oven remain as empty box at my home and I have wasted a lot my of time on this. Now warranty of this oven remain only for two months. If this model is outdated, Its not My fault, I want My oven perfectly repaired or LG should replace this oven by new one at free of cost. AMC copy of oven attached for your reference.     hello, i am anubhav from varanasi, u.p.. i had brought LG FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE in 2011, for 23, 000 rs. last year in 2014 my machine control pannel buttons stopped working, i lodged a complaint to lg service centre, the guy came and he told you have to replace the PCB, there is no repairment. he told the price 2300+400 service charge total 2700 rs. i have no option thats why i go for it. than after 10 months from PCB replacement, in 2015, my machine again stopped working, i again lodge a complaint, the guy came and told that you have to replace the PCB, there is only 3 months warranty period for PCB. i am totally shocked that whats going on. u replace the PCB and it works for only 10 months!!! all the electronic compnent are repairable now then whynot yours PCB??? i thought that lg is making quality product but they don't. LG is using substandered and very cheap quality PCBs in there washing machine. they are fooling and cheating the customers and making money. they just sold the product and there is no any accountbility and credibility. I NEVER BUY AND RECOMEND LG PRODUCTS GUYS BE AWARE.

        I have raised RNA[protected] for my Washing machine. Technician visited my place and took the machine to their service center for repair.Since then I have called hundred times to all the listed numbers of the service center but no response. LG product is good. But the service personal / centers level is too poor.If post delivery services are too bad, consumer should preferred to look for different product even though LG is good. I called customer care thrice but they don't have any clue what to be done. They also have limited resource not any next level to forward the complaint. Can any LG compliance team contact the service center and get the issue rectified?

          Dear Sir/Madam with reference to the subject, my TV is not working properly since i have bought (12/08/2014) from M/s Jandyal hardware & electrical store, Bus stand Nagrota gujroo Jammu. every time service/application engineer visit and does some minor modification with audio jack and said the problem is solved and not happened in next time, but after repeated problem of audio/video. the problem remains as it is and now representative of the firm/company is said that our product is only have 3 months warranty, now it has been expired and we needs to pay charges for his visits as well as parts also. where it is already mentioned in catalog that the warranty is of one year of product. i am fade up with every time registering my complaint (No.RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected] to toll free no. but my problem does not solve till date. i am requesting you to kindly intervene in the problem otherwise i shell be free to contact consumer forum for the solution.             Never Buy L.G Products Never Buy L.G Products I had bought an L.G AC on 29th april 2014 and since may 2015 it has started creating problem. It has lasted for practically for 1 season. Even after launching complain and paying required amount my complain is yet not resolved. Twice i have raised complain RNA[protected] & RNA[protected] but without informing me or resolving the complain is not taken care. The company and its employees take pride in saying that our products last as long as the warranty lasts that is one year and after that it is not our problem. This is what was told to me today by L.G's Service center of Mira Road Ms. Divvya Instead of being apologetic she was arrogant and rude.. It seems L.G hold a special training for its staff. L.G should tell its customers at the time of buying that our products only last as long as they are in warranty and after that you should be prepaid for trouble. I demand that my AC be replaced because i did not spend money for 1 season or else i will be forced to go to the consumer court. I also promise never to buy L.G products and to tell all the people ho i know never to buy products of company whose employees take pride in being a company whose products last only till the warranty.

            I am really upset with the performance of LG product. Today engineer visisted and it was daigonised that it has issue with Part i.e Condenser. I have lost all confidence about Quality product from LG.

            I would strongly request to take this product back and replace that same with properly quality tested product as you product really dont work after one year after paying 44 thousand . What is the use of sear money eating product whoes spare start getting failue just after one year after warranty over. It is someway to earn money i thinkwhich is ethically wrong practise.

            I want my product replace or deviation to any cost required to resolve the issue.

            Since May I am struggling to get issue resolved. Every time people visit from service center and report new problem. Nobody reach to root cause.

            I have almost paid 7000 rupees since May but none of engineer is capable to resolve it permanently.

            Would request to take this product back or replace as I cannot continue investing on such third class product due to poor skillset of service engineer.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased the LG refrigerator of model no. GL-368YEQ/2012 in November 2012 from Matrix Electronics, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. On 15th May 2015, the freezer was loaded with ice and lower fridge stopped cooling. I complained to the dealer and he sent me a technician. The technician pour hot water on the freezer and the the refrigerator was shut for two days. When switched on, it started cooling but the cooling of lower fridge was only 30%. After one week that also stopped, The technician was very rude when called and told me it happens in rainy season. On 11th July, 2015, I called customer care and another technician named Ranveer came. He told me a sensor in the freezer part has to be changed amounting to Rs.650. I paid and he changed the sensor.He said now cooling will start within 2-3 hrs and went away...nothing happened.I am calling daily at the customer care and get the reply that my query will be attended within 24 hrs...but no body comes. I read a same complaint here... surprised that same model bought in same month... stopped cooling in same month and year. Is it coincidence or problem in the model ? Please help me in this matter.                 Dear Sir/Madam, We purchased a double door LG refrigerator(Model No:GL-368YVQ4/2012) in November 2012 for Rs 24, 250/- from Kohinoor Kandivali (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra. In May 2015, the bottom door stopped cooling. A complaint was lodged with LG to resolve the issue. The technician tried to resolve the issue by putting in hot and cold water in the freezer to plug out any blockage and he also opened the back of the fridge to check for any problem. He then informed us to restart the machine in 24 hours and if the issue still persists then a certain part would need to be replaced. The refrigerator started working after 24 hours, however after 7 days it again stopped cooling. When we called the technician again to get the issue resolved, we were informed that this particular model (GL-368YVQ4/2012) has been discontinued and hence it cannot be repaired. They have offered to pay 50% of the purchase amount, provided we purchase a new LG refrigerator. I am not in a position to purchase a new fridge due to the amount. I am willing to get it repaired, but LG cannot get it done. It is unfair on their part to ask me to purchase a new product. We have had similar experience with LG washing machine and LG microwave oven, hence I do not wish to purchase any LG product in the future. So I would like the company to refund the entire amount of Rs. 24, 250/- as it is not my fault that the fridge cannot be repaired and the model is discontinued. Thank you.

                  Hello, I had reported a issue with my LG Refrigerator as it suddenly stopped working. Model code : GL-408YTQG4-Dual door refrigerator. Date of purchase: Jan-2009 Date of issue: 12th July'2015 Warranty was available till 2014. As per the complaint, a service PIC visited for investigating the issue for which additional charge of 250/- was made. After the investigation, he found that PCB had a spark and had to be replaced. When the spares was contacted, spares team of LG informed that, the model has been discontinued and there is NO spares available for this refrigerator. Concern 1: How come within 6th year of purchase you can stop the spares? As per the Service Parts law of India constitution, spares must be made available for 10 years from the last manufactured date of the model. How can you say the spares is stopped within 6 years (1 year after warranty expiration) of manufacturing? Is this the credibility of LG towards your products? Concern 2: When asked, what should I do with the defunct refrigerator as you can't fix the issue? I was told by your service supervisor to go for exchange with the dealer for a brand new model.! This is pure harassment to the loyal customer and negative marketing and forceful selling which again goes against Consumer law of India constitution. Request LG to be more customer friendly and address the issue on top priority. -Vineeth Mottana

                    This is in regards to my Microwave model no : MS 2049UW for which Complaint was lodged on 1st Of July 15. My Microwave which is in AMC had some technical fault ( PCB not working) due to which LG service engineer has taken the PCB for repair on 8th July 2016. Engineer name Vinod Khuswaha ( [protected]), Job card no : RNA[protected]. Since then I have been regularly following up for the status of my Microwave. I have called up the service centre, spoke to Pooja Mathur ( CCO) and Head of Microwave Oven Product Group Mr Manish Gupra. Even after repeated follow ups with the Head of the department I did not get a fruitful reply of the status of my product. I am a senior citizen and such stress and tensions are causing serious mental trauma. I would like to ask LG, who would be responsible for the mental harassment that I and My family is going through, Moreover even after talking to the top shots it seems there is no way out to get a resolution to my problem. I would like to question LG that in case they are not able to cater the customer requests and complaints what is their need in their specific departments.                       This refers to my complaint and series of reminders about mishandling of my Plasma TV by LG engineers and their misbehaviour. I need to report that in spite of my various reminders, the TV has gone from bad to worse after LG service staff took it away to their workshop and kept it there for 4 days. So far, nothing has been done to attend the complaint. The mother Board was changed unneceessarily and charged which did not result into any improvement. In spite of various reminders, nobody has bothered to attend to the compplaint except a telephonic call which also never came back. My TV is lying unusable. I do not know whom to turn to for this issue as the service center head Mr. Anuj (NOIDA) chooses to not respond and whenever he does, misbehaves and is very rude. The complaint pertains to 10th JUNE 2015 and I have been following up with LG since then but no respite.                         Again and again I appointed my service request to change my compressor of my air conditioner which is in warranty and every single time they rejected my appointment by giving false report against me. I have bill for the same product whose warranty is going to end in june next year. The person who came to my house asked for extra money which I rejected and in effect to that he made false and frivolous report against me. Also the supervisor of my area did not listen to my complaint and took his employee side. Please look in this matter seriously and give me redressal against my grievance as soon as possible. I also did try to make a complaint through LG Site but its giving an error, which make me think that they are not even serious about for unsatisfied customers.

                          Complaint- The very first thing i would like you to know, im very much disappointed with LG services. I bought a washing machine LG P8539R3SM and the product is in warranty, got an issue with the washing machine and LG service engineer came and corrected the issue but didnt resolved the rest of the piece. Now again I faced the same problem again reported the same issue to customer care and I received the message saying. Service required closed . Reason . High Service Charge. Let me where was I was in fault its your service manager who dint diagnose the problem properly although the product is still in warranty but CC guys said i need to pay for the service and repair charges ?? Come on guys is this how you treat product warranty??

                            I have bought a 4K ultra HD tv 55UB850T, 2 months ago from Croma, a reputed seller in Bangalore. Suddenly few days back, I saw few lines in upper portion a small area on right upper portion became white. I raised multiple complaints on the issues and one customer executive came and said due to cleaning the screen got damaged. I shown the document given by the LG itself how to clean the screen and I mentioned I followed it. Then he kept quite for some time and later he examined TV again and told the right side the panel got broken. So he told it wont come under warranty and I have to pay 42000/- to get it replaced. I couldn't see any scratch on the top level panel and I asked them to provide the written report. They are not even bother to provide written report. Complaint no's: TV model is 55UB850T Complaint no: RNA[protected] Complaint no: RNA[protected] Complaint no: RNA[protected] Complaint no: RNA[protected] Apart from that LG website has so many flaws. 1) I can not register the product 55UB850T in LG site 2) They simply close the ticket without attending it and no way to open the ticket again 3) the email sent by them is just an outbound email id and we can not reach them through email. 4) Customer care phone number picks the call with lesser wait time, but they are just saying that they forwarded the issue to local service center. Do you know how to get the issue solved and I will get the service from LG? It seems I do not have other options left apart from taking a legal action. Should I go to Consumer court ?                             I have bought a 4K ultra HD tv 55UB850T, 2 months ago from Croma, a reputed seller in Bangalore.

                            Suddenly few days back, I saw few lines in upper portion a small area on right upper portion became white.

                            I raised multiple complaints on the issues and one customer executive came and said due to cleaning the screen got damaged. I shown the document given by the LG itself how to clean the screen and I mentioned I followed it. Then he kept quite for some time and later he examined TV again and told the right side the panel got broken. So he told it wont come under warranty and I have to pay 42000/- to get it replaced.

                            I couldn't see any scratch on the top level panel and I asked them to provide the written report. They are not even bother to provide written report.

                            Apart from that so many times LG customer care shown reluctance to raise another complaint over the previous complaint which is closed without a solution given.

                              This is to inform that i have purchased a LG Smart 3D Tv and from the date of Purchase, i am not at all satisfied for the Magic Remote. Thus the consumption of Battery is to high. It drains the batteries within a week. I suggest to improve the quality as its a high end product. Kindly replace this product with the feasible product of good quality. I am using White Color Magic Remote and now its out of warranty. I am not expecting this type of products from LG which the consumer is not able to use because of the high consumption of Batteries. Also try to replace this type of products as it will only ruin the brand image and goodwill and cheat the consumer. Thus it a high end 3 TV and till now the problem in manufacturing of magic remote is a pin which drains the battery in 5 days and its not usable. I cant expect this type of product from LG.                                 I baught LG Fully Automatic 7.0 Kg Washing Machine, Model: T80FR, item no.- 408NWWH029001, on 23.04.2015. Since very first use Machine Vibrates heavily during spin mode. Since then I have several complaints to LG customer care, but only once a technician from LG service visited me and said it is a balancing problem, did something and said you will never face the problem, but i am still facing the problem. I have been fed up with the machine and LG service. Kindly help me Resolve the issue.

                                in response to my complain RNA[protected] i got a call from LG service care (mobile no - [protected]), and he said to me it is a balancing problem better you buy a stand, when i replied him that LG must thel sell its stand while selling the machine because its machine can not run without stand, the man on other side replied me"ok fir aap chala lijiye" i was helpless. this is the first product i baught from LG and I am regretting my decision.

                                  Dear LG team, I've long been a user of your LG LED TV (Model no : 42LE5500 ATR Sr.No 16800) products and up until now have always regarded you are an excellent supplier/organization. I have every faith therefore that you will do what you can to rectify this situation." I registered many complaints on vedio problem of LED TV. Your service persons attempted in 06/02/2015 Rental Invoice No:003439 (Rs:570/- Paid) Paid.Ref Job order no RNA[protected]. Serial no 101 PLAG016800. After that we reordered complaints again and again to rectify the problem by arranging the new panel as told it will be available. After 7 months we understood that through the services providers this spare in not available or unable supply the LG LED TV manufacture. Please clarify my questions in this regards: 1. Why the spare or suitable part I.e panel to Tv not arranged. 2.We lost our valuable time, supposed to watch tv during this period. 3.Wther this tv dumped into a scarp or what next I have to do?                                     My lgg3 sim tray broke a day ago and I went to an lg customer care center and asked if they could fix it.After making me wait for some time they called me and said that they had to replace the whole motherboard.I've done some research and had found that the sim tray module can be replaced without removing the whole motherboard.when I asked them that they rudely said that they can't do it and I must replace the motherboard and it will cost me 9000rupees.When I approached another mobile repair shop they said they can replace the aim module via micro soldering and it'll cost me only 1000.Is this how lg trays its customers .Please take action against this case..

                                      Dear sir, Through this letter I want to draw your kind attention towards my problem that could not be solved till toady. The detail is as under:- 1. I purchase LG 49LB5510 LED TV on dated[protected]. It was told to me that TV would be installed with 24 hrs but it takes 4 days to install i.e. on[protected], after making too many requests and phone calls to customer service center. 2. When the TV was installed I found that the SOUND QUALITY of TV was very poor…the SOUND was hearable on maximum limit i.e. on 100..at distance of 1 feet..when the fan was in OFF condition ..when the fan is switched ON the sound was not hearable . So I make a complaint to LG customer care regarding my problem on dated[protected] …. But till[protected], I don’t get any phone call or any service engg at my home. 3. So on[protected] I again talk LG customer care and asked them the status of my complaint but there answer was very much surprising. They told me …Sir…YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN CANCLED …I ask the reason ..but the customer care donot give me any satisfied answer and gave me mobile number of SERVICE ENGG at Solan Mr. sanjeev [protected]. 4. So I call Mr Sanjeev on same day regarding why my complaint is cancelled ...Mr. sanjeev pic my call and told me that…Sir….i am out of office and would cal you after 10 minute.. but I don’t receive any call back. 5. On the next day i.e. on[protected] I again call Mr sanjeev but the answer was same…sir…I am out of office at bus stand..i would call you later… 6. So on the same day I call customer care and request them to provide me number of their senior ..so they gave me mobile number of their senior MS RAKHI [protected], who hear my problem and sent technician on the same day. 7. LG technician visit my home and told me that..sir..your problem is genuine and I would gave report to Mrs rakhi. 8. On the same day MS Rakhi again call me and offer me to repair the product but I denied to repair. So she promise me on dated[protected] to replace the product at the earliest. 9. After 6 days I again call MS Rakhi and ask them for what they are waiting..so she gave me mobile no of her senior Mr. Harish Area service manager of LG [protected]. 10. Then I talked to Mr. Harish regarding my TV replacement ..so he told me that sir..your product problem is not big..the product should not be replaced but should be repaired ..but I ask him that your employee had already made commitment for replacement..then he told me that it would take some more days to replace product as we can not send any special vehicle to carry your product upto your home. 11. So at last on[protected] the product could be replaced.but I found that the problem was as it is…low volume and disturbance in sound..i discuss this matter with the technician who brought that product to me..he was also agree that the sound was very low..he also told me that this model has sound problems..the speaker were not fixed at proper position where they should be..so I call Mr Harish in presence of your technician …he pic my call ...but tell me that he would call me tomorrow….but really matter of sorrow that TOMARROW don’t come till today. 12. I again lodge complaint on dated[protected] regarding no solution of my problem ..so they told me that the service engg Mr Sanjeev will personally visit your home to solve your problem. 13. After 4 days Mr sanjeev visit my home at about 8:50 pm with a companion with him. Your service engg was in very hurry. Mr sanjeev talk with me in very rude manner…in very much loud voice at my home. He tried to increase the volume of my LED TV through setting BUT ALL WAS IN vain. When he could not cure my fault ..he told that this is product specifications..the volume can not be more than it…you should check product specifications on internet before you purchase it…you should check user manual before you purchase it..i told him that I don’t have internet..than he answered me that you are purchasing such a big TV…. spending lot of money on TV..so why don’t you have internet..during his 10 minutes of visit he don’t listen my problem seriously and told me that I cant make you satisfied and will tell all detail to Mr Harish.When I asked him that only those persons who have internet facility should purchase LG product…then Mr. Sanjeev got annoyed went from my home. From that day till today I don’t get any response from your service manager Mr Harish. So it is my humble request to you that please look into the matter as I had already made too many complaints to LG customer care but LG is not taking any steps towards solving my proble. Regards
