I had purchased an LG LED LS5700 in late 2012 from EZone Malad. They told me such TV's dont give any problem for 5 years.. However, My TV suddenly started showing some vertical lines as soon as rains started in Mumbai in Mid June last month. I lodged a complaint to LG and they told me that they will send someone who will charge Rs 250 for the visit and Rs 850 for repairs. I had purchased lg smart tv on 1st march 2014 in around 55k from vijay sales.

Tv was working fine but suddenly on one day on 25/06/2015 i saw a thin line on the screen.

i have 3 LG products and EVERYTIME i have tried to file a repair complaint against my products, the service centre either files a wrong complaint of a wrong product or doesnt file the complaint or i dont get a call from the engg at all.
