I gave a complaint about repairing my LG Washer (Model: WF-S7512FN) on 24 July 2015, the complaint number is RNA[protected]. After that I received several SMSes on my cell phone. On 24 July 2015 I received an SMS saying that Ranganathan Amanathan was assigned my repair work. Nobody contacted me. On 27 July 2015 I received an SMS saying that Srinivasa Electronic was assigned my repair work. Again nobody contacted me. On 30 July 2015 I received an SMS saying that Dharmendher Chintalapudi was assigned my repair work. Again nobody contacted me. On 30 July 2015 I received a call from Mr. Sebastian about fixing the washer. I received a similar call from Mr. Naidu on 30 July 2015. I got fed up and on 03 August 2015 I contacted your customer service and they referred me to talk to Mr. Siva Kumar (Cell number: [protected]). He told me that it is already late and somebody will contact me soon. On 06 August 2015 Mr. Wahab (Cell number: [protected]) contacted me and confirmed my residential address and directions, and told me that the washer will be repaired soon. On 06 August 2015 Mr. Ramesh (Phone number:[protected] contacted me and told me that the washer will be repaired soon. On 06 August 2015 I received an SMS saying that Srinivasa Electronic was assigned my repair work. Again nobody contacted me. I don’t understand what is going on. On 07 August 2015 I tried to talk to Mr. Siva Kumar (Cell number: [protected]) several times. He never answered the phone or returned the calls. I keep getting SMSes with the names of new people every other day saying that they will come and repair. What kind of service is this?

Continuation of my LG Washer (Model: WF-S7512FN) repair complaint number RNA[protected] on 24 July 2015

Two people contacted me about the repair on 14 August 2015, Sebatian (Cell number: [protected]), and Eswar (Cell number: [protected]) and said that it will be repaired my Monday 17 August 2015. It was not done, so I contacted Sebatian again, and he told me to call LG office at[protected] or[protected]. I called both numbers several times and nobody answered.

    Dear Sir, I am feeling very a shame to introduce my self as a LG customer, As because on 29.07.15 i have registered a complain to customer care regarding my 24 inch led, got defected within the warranty period ( complain number...RNA[protected] from mobile no.[protected]. But till today though it has already passed 15 days i am not getting any resolution, also the LED took it away by the service center. Also i am not getting any help after calling them several times every day from any one from these numbers... 1. [protected]. 2. [protected]. 3. [protected]. 4. [protected]. Every time i get responses like we will call within 2 hours of time, we are trying our best, we are feeling sorry, SM sir is not present, Mobile number does not exist, customer not responding. But there is no solution. Sir i am feeling very helpless buying product of LG. Please inform how shall i get solution for this problem ; if there is any.

      LG TV is not a dream TV...it has turned out to be a nightmare. LG Service is the worst possible service I have seen ever.Cannot be trusted atall. My TV is not working since June and the service centre is not able to rectify it.Everytime they take my TV to the workshop and return it without correcting the issue.My TV is still at the service centre and the people there never reply to our calls.Coordination within their team is pathetic and the information provided my different team members do not match.The service center people never call us and update about the status...its been 3 months that LG service people are not able to identify the issue with the TV which is their production product...very strange and fishy...I insist every person who has seen this msg...Plz do not go for LG TV. IF anyone wants any further information...plz call [protected]...Hyderbad. complaint number :RNA[protected]One of the many compaints raised by me)

      Hello LG,
      I got a call from LG saying that the issue will be fixed else my money will be returned.They had asked me to furnish the bill, complain numbers, service centre address and i had mailed the same to LG CLAIMS team.This was 2 weks back and now if i am calling on this number i am given absurd replies that"this is not LG number".I have no idea as what LG is upto.Its been 3 months since my LED has been malfunctioning and strange part is till now LG DOESNT HAVE ANY IDEA OF THE ISSUE.
      i was told last week that "this is not a r& d centre and we cant tell you the exact issue.

      Today after 2 weeks LG India picked my call and asked me the same details and said that we will get back to you soon and forcefully disconnected the call. They were not even ready to listen what we were saying. This is a complete fraud happening with us and we want the indian consumer forum to take stern steps against such organizations who have made a mockery of their customers. If you visit LG India fb page, u will be shocked to see 100's of dissatisfied customers.

      Electronics can be defective...I agree.But after selling a product if a company does not reply on services, this is complete fraud in todays world.

        I had purchased lg 42 inches led tv on november 2012 along with one year manufacturer warranty and after 12 months of purchase 14th month tv became faulted cause of main board fault .service center charging 5000 rupees to replace. i want some proper action against this.

          We have exchanged our old defective LG led tv for new one nd got delivery after a month due to no stock.The concerned person Mr Prashant babu whose mob is [protected] looks into exchange of tvs has not been responding to our phone calls properly.He either doesn't pick up or simply switches off the mobile whenever we call.He attends only after we give atleast 10 calls.Now we r awaiting technician to install new tv for 2 days but he has not send any person for the same nor is responding to our phone calls.This has frustated us so I am registering complaint.He simply ignores our calls most of the time, Please provide him training to attend to customers properly.Also we require technician for installation.               Bought a LG TL6.5K T7018AEEP5 from Reliance Digital Kolkata. dt 07/08/2012.with a extended warranty with digital for 2 yrs. My machine is out of order for last 25 days. Since Lg warranty is over I have to call digital and they could not fix it up and pass the same to LG directly, and now the revenge started from your LG service department, it is quite clear that LG will take a upper hand and will go to any dirty possible way to harassed me and delay the process to the extreme (for a prove for last 25 days one of your premium and costliest washing machine is out of order, it's a shame) not to solve the problem since my extended warranty is not done with LG. Please go through all the complains for last 20 days will come to know how they are delaying the process of not fixing the problem intentionally. Extremely disappointed, did I made a blunder of my life for Purchasing such a costly product from a brand know as LG.

                I went to buy LG Refrigerator in Best buy shop. after checking the products manager was called for negotiation he was telling lots of lies about the products. He confirmed final price which is very high in the market. I went to other shop and got the same brand, same model for 4000 rs less.This is the wrost wrost show room I ever visited. As price is so high I told him that we will get back after some time once he under stood that we will be not purchasing the products his attitude changed. Started molest my sister with his eyes itself. If the show room is not going to change this attitude then no one will go purchase the products. Please don't buy products where girls and ladies are not respected

                  I purchased front load wm in july 2012.yesterday i noticed my play pause botton not working.engineer visited on complaining no.RNA[protected] from PRIYA SERVICES.He says the PCB needs to be replaced. my questions are- 1.PCB has the life of 8 to 10 years.Why company has used cheap quality PCB that it got spoiled in 3 years ? 2.Only one button of play pause is not working.Why the service centre is not repairing it?Are the engineers of LG service so ignorant that they cant repair this minor problem? 3.What is the price of PCB ? Service centre says printed price of this product is Rs.3200 .but service tax is not included to it.They will add the vat tax of 14 % to this product and will give me for Rs.3700. Now may I know which product attracts tax on MRP ? All this loot by company and their service centres to sell their spare parts so not to repair it is disgusting and i condemn such cheap cheating practices, and demand to get my washing machine PCB repaired asap at nominal cost.

                    LG service is very bad.It was a very bad experience buying a LG mobile phone. I bought a Nexus 5 one year ago. As the warranty got over my cell stop working. Google screen was flashing continuously. The service center told that I need to change my motherboard which will cost 10000. So think you buy a cell phone for 30000 and after one year you need to change your motherboard that is an inbuilt problem of LG and you have to pay 10k for it. So that means that your phone will cost aroung 50k after 2 years. So y to buy LG phone why not Apple.

                        Pathetic service of LG technicians in repairing a simple squeaking problem. I have a front loading washing machine F8066LP. the machine developed a problem that it started giving a squeaking sound in spin cycle. I registered the complaint with LG and the technician attending the complaint suggested that the motor, bearing, belt, pump, pcb, belt and shocker needs to be changed costing something around 8-9K.                         Sir, I have bought nexus 5. I have bought it in March 2014. Its warranty was up to march 2015. As the warranty got over the phone stop working automatically. Booting system is not working. It is continuously going in Boot Loop. I have given my phone to A.O Info tech, Cuttack the authorized LG service center 12 days ago. They are not ready to exchange it since the warranty is over. They are always telling that tomorrow we will repair it and give it to you. When on the next day I am calling they are again telling tomorrow. They told your phone is working now. So i told them to give it. So now they are telling that it is not working now. Sometimes they are telling its working and when asked they are telling its not working.It been 12 days I have given them the phone.

                          I am using this washing machine for almost 7 years now. In this tenure, the WM was repaired more than 3-4 times by the LG Technicians and the motherboard was replaced once. Now again the WM stopped working. But this time LG technician has visited my place and said that they can not repair the WM, since the LG stopped the part manufacturing for the model number. And the support manager confirmed that LG can not support and products more than 5 years old. This means that if you buy an LG product and have any complaints after 5 years. We should replace it. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS.

                              I made complain about my refrigerators which is not working properly, when made complain for first time but the technician came and didn't gave proper repair support as still no effect on the refrigerators the job number was - rna[protected] dated 06 / 06 / 2015 we tried to call the technician another day but he gave a wrong number.

                              Second time complain: the technician came and said refrigerators is fine you just need to de - refrigerate it so turn of the refrigerator for the night and it will work.
                              Refrigerator work fine for two week then still showing the same symptoms so i need know to know that every time we have de - refrigerate it or we are facing problem food & stuff is spoiling because of it
                              The complain was dated 9 / 07 / 2015.

                              This my third time complain about the same reason so tell me what you say this give proper service

                                I brought LG refrigerator on18th May 2013 within the 1st two months we started facing issue of water droplets inside of the Fridge. We told by the technician that the issue is because of the cooling temperature set and he adjusted it and said there should not be any issues. Even after the adjustment we were facing issues and they kept on telling us the same story even after escalating and a Sr. Technician reviewing it. Multiple complains were made and no proper action taken. 30th April 2015 we logged a complain again with LG Customer service with the same problem and also there was water collection that started happening. We got the same story again. Some how we managed to get the Sr. Manager number (Ali) and called him and explained the whole story. He in turn sent a technician who then told us that there is a problem with the thermostat and the cost of that is R. 2800. The point I want to make here is this issue is occurring Since I brought the fridge and was not fixed while it was under warranty. Why should I pay when your technicians failed to identify the problem. I humbly request to please get the issue fixed with no cost as the issue is with you quality of technicians.                                   Hi, Last week my TV which was working fine stopped displaying anything. On inspecting, the service person said that it was mother board issue (Note its just 4 years from date of purchase). He said it may cost[protected] INR and I was fine. After a week I get a call stating that the part is no more manufactured by the company. A TV that I purchased for 75000 4 years back was now offered a throw away value of 11500 for exchange. I would like to know how could a manufacturer stop producing parts when the product is still in its lifetime !!! I am never buying any LG product ever, I have faced this earlier with washing machine and now with the TV again. Its the manufactures responsibility to have the parts available, else stop manufacturing TV's which you cant support. Why ruin people life by making us invest 75000 K for 4 years. I really would like LG to consider this situation and revert back with a positive response. To put it simply, you are doing a day light robbery and ensuring you push your latest product replacing the old ones. LG is manufacturing products that fuse off within few years. Wonderful strategy.                                     I registered TV repair complain 25 days back and my product comes under AMC plan . Technician visited and suggest to change the parts but part is not available in warehouse so he responded like he will not able to fix the issue hence my complain is not resolved yet and I am not getting any response on this from anyone even though I am chasing to customer care since last 25 days on daily basis.

                                      I bought a LG refrigerator Model No GR-M772HLHM (606 Litres) from Electronic City, Kalkaji, New Delhi which was delivered on 29th July 2015. When the LG service engineer visited on the same day for installation he informed us that the Refrigerator has defective doors and that he will not be in a position to fix it and that he will speak to his seniors and let us know the solution the same day. Since the piece was defective and it is an expensive new equipment, we asked for the replacement of the refrigerator which was promised the very next day. Since then I have been following up with the Dealer and the LG representative(supervisor of the service engineer). Both of them do not take any calls. I finally managed to speak to a colleague of the dealer sales person today who has promised to look into the matter and help resolve. However there is no commitment on when. Given the fact that it is summer I wonder how LG expects people to manage without a refrigerator. I request urgent help in replacing my refrigerator.
