Sir/Madam This would be treated as my LAST AND FINAL DIRECT CORRESPONDENCE with the company, If proper resolution is not provided in this, Constrainedly, I’ve to sue in the court. • On 18 June 2015, I’d purchased a display for my LG LED TV 32"_Model No-32LN5110-TB, which is absolutely defective, IT’S COLOR ARE DULL and not as vivid as it should be. • I just want to GET MY LED-DISPLAY CHANGED right at my home and get my MONEY BACK immediately. • For your own satisfaction about the genuineness of the defect, I absolutely, need to get EXAMINE the same from THE INDEPENDENT TECHNICIAN RIGHT FROM THE ANOTHER DEPOT like-Noida DSC NOT FROM THE SITE-IV GHAZIABAD DEPOT. • As technician Mr. Sandeep Kumar came from the Site-IV Gzb depot offered me to GET RMC ON THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AT RS 5300/- ILLEGALLY TO GET MY DISPLAY CHANGED IN RMC, since my LED is a defective from the very beginning, so I didn’t agree to pay the said amount to Sandeep illegally, Instead I want to get my Product replaced from the company side. So this incident would result for BIASNESS IN THEIR (SITE-IV DEPOT’S OFFICERS, I GUESS) OBSERVATION since it would tantamount to decrease in the credibility & the reputation of the Site-IV gzb depot. I’m in CA Final & Audit is my specialization, I can understand the reason very well for such biasness (Chor ko yadi pucho ki tune chori ki toh kya wo bolega ki usne chori Ki….?) • Sandeep and his Close friend Mr Pankaj(so called Independent technician) forwarded his report as It’d proved me as a convict. • Moreover, a report has been sent by the Site-IV Ghaziabad Depot that they already changed the display, this is definitely a wrong report. In fact, NO DISPLAY HAS BEEN CHANGED TILL DATE. • Since, the LED purchased in Oct 2013, was defective from the very beginning & no resolution was provided to replace rather they temporarily repaired the same, which would now results for permanent wickedness. So I need my money back, why should I bear the cost of yours ignorance. • As, I’m your regular customer as I’m using almost every household electronic item like A/c, Washing Machine, LED etc. from LG, I wish & I hope that a proper resolution would be provided from your part.       I had purchased a 24 inch LG LED tv model no.24LB452A and serial no.503PLBL0483411 from local vendor (Sargam Electronics, Tangla, Assam).But unfortunately i have found that it is actually 22 inch. So, what's the matter. Please justify me.

        We have purchased a LG Microwave Oven (30 Ltr) MC80 from Adishwar Puttenahalli Branch –Cust code PT20191 & Bill # CRW-4135. However oven was stop working sometime in the month of Jan 2015. We have informed to LG service center and they have resolved the issue replacing a part, chargeable basis (1456/-) on 17th Jan -2015 ( Job #[protected]. However again within a month time the same problem occurred. We have again informed service center, the same service person has come & resolved the issue, but, this time he has replaced another part. But again within 15 days’ the same recurring problem occurred. again they have come and collected some money and repairer and gone back . Again the same problem reoccurred mind of this Jul-2015. hence we have requested them to send some better Technician or to replace to product as either one may be defective. But they have not turned for last 11 days - giving some excuse that ... they have come but ... phone was not answered ... security not allowed .. etc... the Service # with LG for the request is RAN[protected] & RNA[protected]. We have informed this to the local LG dealer Adishwar as well sending EMAIL... but still not use. hence we are login this complain... Thanks Himadri Das contact # [protected]

          My product is a Lg smart led tv 4k ( cost=1, 42, 000) My product is 11 days out of warranty I am requesting for a wall bracket from the company...and the company is not ready to gove it to me. They are charging 3500 rupess excluding tax. So i wanted to get it for free as wall brackets come with the t.v and i did not get one. Its not even like the t.v has dome error and i am requesting for the service...the problem is there is no wall bracket

            The LED TV at our house has issues in display and the reason being diagnosed as faulty motherboard. As per the commitment, part was to be replaced in a couple of days but till date, the issue is not resolved. The complaint date was 13/07/2015 and the complaint number was RNA[protected]. There were several contact details provided stating the designation as regional heads, both are not picking the calls till date inspite of several tries. 1) Princy - [protected] 2) Sudeep - [protected] Kasaragod service center is not providing proper answer. They come up with several statements like part is ordered, TV model is not existent anymore, part ordered was received as faulty, we will call you back in 10 mins with that 10 mins never coming. Today, i got another complaint registered by number RNA[protected] and was promised that the issue will be attended within 24 hours. I am absolutely clueless as to what is going on. I have not faced the issue with LG servicing in Bengaluru Karnataka makes me doubt that the issue is with Kasaragod, Kerala service center itself. Don't know but people may not be interested, may be incompetent or whatever other reason as to why the issue is not solved till date which the company should answer. Awaiting for prompt response !!!

              LG Tromm 5.5 Kg Front Load Washing machine (model WD-85295NP) Complaint No. RNA[protected] dt. 23-7-15 LG service people failed to repair my machine citing unavailability of spare parts. Multiple service engineers cheked on the machine - one said there is a sensor error, another said that pressure switch is malfunctioning, finally they said PCB error - and then ultimately informed me that the spare parts are not available anywhere in India for that model. Further, they advised me to contact a local repair person who could have spare parts as he was an ex-LG service centre person who could repair my machine. The local repair man was more interested in buying the machine for Rs. 1, 500/- and provided no assurance of repair. This machine has given immense trouble over the years...right after 3 years of purchase - already changed PCB once, water pump once, the S.S. drum also once. Very poor service, sub-standard machine and when I asked LG call centre to connect me to the higher authorities they did not, and kept repeatedly stressing that I talk to the local service centre in-charge. I demanded discounts on any new machine - as I had to buy a new one immediately, there was no positive response. Anyway, LG's loss - I bought a new Samsung washing machine on 28-7-15 and LG lost an existing customer, who still has multiple LG products, for all future purchases. Shame on LG's marketing & sales department for such sloppy and inept handling of customer issues.

                Sir/Madam I had purchased a LG LED TV 32"_Model No-32LN5110-TB in Oct 2013 and it starts causing problem with its display from the very beginning. Even I had registered a complaint on[protected], compliant no: RNA[protected] and many more complaints, to replace the defective piece but engineer did not entertain the request and temporarily repaired the same, which would now results for permanent wickedness. Therefore, Again I registered a complaint on[protected], compliant no: RNA[protected] to change the display but at this call LG Engineer Mr. Sandeep Kumar offer me to get RMC on the defective product at Rs 5000/- illegally (I have Proof of that) and get my display changed in RMC after 60 days, since my product is a defective piece from the very beginning, so I didn’t agree to pay the said amount to Sandeep illegally, Instead I want to get my Product replaced from the company side. Since company did not entertain my request to replace the display moreover not for its goodwill worthiness, I decided to replace the display at my own cost and get my display changed on[protected]TCR No: PGHA4/9141). As I did not accept the offer of Mr. Sandeep Kumar to pay the said amount illegally to him. He install a defective display in the absence of mine moreover it’s came in an open seal package which I get to know afterwards. Therefore, I request you to kindly get my product replaced immediately and get my money back. As many “thullas” like Sandeep and Dharmpal Rawat are causing cash loss to the company, advice you to take suitable action for your own interest.                 My Complaint RNA[protected] has been cancelled without proper assistance. I had purchased a LED display on 18 July 2015. It is defective as it shutdowns often and Its colors are very dull. Engineer Mr Dharam Pal Rawat was visited but did not entertain with due care. As I told you before in my previous correspondence since I refused to give certain money to the engineer illegally so He(Sandeep Kumar) installed the defective piece.
                Hence I request you to kindly forward my case to the upper head and replace the piece immediately. Kindly fix an appointment with the senior engineer from HO so that they will check the defect on it own.

                  Date Incident :-21 Jun 2015 Complaint Number :- RNA[protected] Service Center Number :[protected] Product :- TFT LCD Monitor Request for Repair as the product, as it is under warranty. I am using LG monitor model no E1942C from Mar 2013. This product is under warranty of 3 year. On 21 June 2015 i had called LG service for Monitor related issue. The service engineer from LG side visited on 22 June 2013 and identified the problem. He told me one parts needs to replaced and it will take 3-4 days for the same. After 4 days i got call from service center that they don't have the parts available and it will take 15-20 days to get parts from different location.(Delhi or Korea). Now the service center is saying that they are unable to repair the monitor due parts unavailability, so instead of repair asking me take replacement for which as I need pay 50% of amount the new product.(LCD Monitor) Why should i pay for the replacement of Monitor, if LG dont have the parts. Under the warranty period LG is liable to provide the service to the product.

                    My registered mobile number is [protected]. Since the last 3 months, I am facing recurring problems, with my LG 365 litres double door, 3 years old refrigerator. I have been lodging complaints, only to hear the foll feedback : a) Part is called for b) Part has not yet arrived c) When the part will arrive, we will repair your fridge. The complaint lodged last week, is not yet resolved. I only keep getting assurances from your team but nothing happens. The engineer (have serious doubts on their capability) who came yesterday, brought a compressor, since the earlier technician found a problem in that...But to my utter shock, mentioned that the problem is not actually with the compressor, there are 2 other parts not functional ?? And all this after having an AMC...The executives, who sell expensive products like LED Smart TV (we own 2 of them - 47 ") suggest us to take an AMC, so that we do not bear the charges on repair, , , , Again to my utter shock, the LG executives tell me, I will have to pay for these services ?? Have totally lost my faith in this company...and if not resolved today, will surely take up the matter with Consumer Forum and Senior Executives at LG, since I have been harassed since 3 months, Very very poor !

                      I bought an LG split ac on[protected]. After 2 weeks, the indoor unit started leaking water. I registered a complain and was solved for the time being. Again after 2 -3 weeks it again started to leak water from the Indoor Unit. Again lodged a complaint, and a technician came and did something. The water dripping was stopped for a while. But after few hours it again started. again I lodged the complaint. But now am getting to hear that the "Service Centre" is of on that particular day so i have to wait for their mercy to get my problem resolved. Now my question is if LG is promising to resolve one's problem within 24 hrs max. then why this time an exception? And if they are not being able to resolve ones problem in the mentioned time, why are they making fake promises. I can not take another day off from my office just to wait for the service centre's mercy to get my problem resolved. I deserve an explanation from the company.                         my lg machine whuch i purchased from madaan electronics, ambala cantt stopped working on 14th july2015. a complaint was registered on 15th july 2015 but the staff came on 17th evening just checked and left stating that they will come back with a new pcb of the machine. they came after two days and changed the pcb. well after they left the machine was not holding any water it was directly going down the drain pipe after constant calls they picked and some other staff came next day giving altogether a different diagnosis that the wiring needed a change and they didn't have its part, well after two days they came back did something for two hours and still the machine didn't work.. they said the new parts the company sent are defective they will order new pcb and wiring, well the come after two days do some thing for two hours and eventually tell us to buy a new lg machine, with 20%of less on this value of old machine ..because they thought the parts that needed to be changes would take another 10 or more days to come.. but after two days we get a call from head office from karnal phone number- [protected] that 45%would be deducted from the old machine amount.. at this stage we feel so cheated by such brand names with rude and untrained staff with very poor service not considering the urgency to resolve the matter and repair the machine

                          I bought a LG double door refrigerator (Smart Inverter) Model No lg-GL-D402JPZL from Super Electronics Pvt Ltd, WZ-44/2B, Krishna Puri, Outer Ring Road, Vikas Puri, New Delhi -18, through its proprietor Mr. Rajinder Singh ([protected],[protected]. To my shock, the model delivered and installed at my residence in my absence was an old and discontinued model. I called the dealer next day and requested to change the model. He kept on giving one or other excuses. Finally, He introduced me to Mr. Tarun Kumar, Area Sales Manager of LG ([protected])for West Delhi. Mr. Tarun assured me that he will get the refrigerator replaced in next 3~4 days. He also kept giving me one or the other excuses and after about 20 days he also stopped taking my calls.                             We purchased a tv Model no: LED/47LE5500 on[protected] from unilet bangalore. We had taken an AMC on 27-july-2013 for a period of 3 years by paying an amount of 23, 468 rs. On 6-july-2015 we had registered a complaint regarding poor picture quality Vid complaint No: RNA[protected]. lg service engineer had come on 6-july-2015 by name Abuswaleha M had inspected and stated that display panel need replacement and it requires 7 working days for arrival of parts. On 15-july-2015 they have informed over phone that panel is not available and the TV will be replaced within a week's time .But till now we have not got any solution till now. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest .

                                I Harish shah cell no[protected] staying at Ahmedabad. I have very very worst experience about the lg company. My complained was for the washing machine. The drum of the lg washing machine fully automatic top loaded all of sudden broken while working. I had given complaine on toll free no. A technician from the service station from Ahmedabad came and told me this machine to be taken at service station for replacing the drum for that they will charge nearly Rs. 600/- for transportation and Rs.550/- service charge. After 2 days they had taken WM at their service station. After 2 days they gave my WM and charged Rs.2890/-. But when I started the machine the machine was not working and water came out from the machine for that I have given complaint . Again technician came and checked the machine. He told that sensor of the machine is not working and it is required to replace. I spoke to the supervisor of the service centre Shri parthivbhai I told him my machine was in working condition there was no problem of sensor. Ruidly he replied that i[censored] want to get replaced that get it and u will have to pay for that I agreed to pay but even after 5 days nobody has come to repair the machine. I talked to Customer Care officer at Ahmedabad on Saturday 18/07/2015 she told me your machine will be repaired by Monday. Monday evening nobody came so I spoke to Custome care officer again she told me tomorrow technician will come but by evening nobody came so I again talked to CC officer she told me today technician will come but nobody came even today. They are charging Service Tax for providing service but they have not provided service even though they charged service tax . Instead of proving service they have given harassment to me so it is requested to take action against them give me the compassation for the harassment after paying nearly Rs.3000/- I am not able to use the washing machine since last 10 days.

                                  Would like to apprise you that I had brought LED 32” in the month of November 2013 and make the AMC on 5th July 2015 through your executive Mr. Rohan ([protected]) before making the AMC he had made the video and take the lots of photograph. After that he had made the Annual maintaince contract. But unfortunately on 19th of July the suddenly black screen is appearing in LED, display was not coming, I had lodge the service complaint, your service engineer told that display panel is not working, it will replace. He has forward the complaint to your service center. On 20th of July you service executive has come along with the display panel but told that refuse to replace the parts because any of replacement will happen after the two month of the AMC, When I had made the AMC of running LED, (reference to the videos which was made by Mr. Rohan) and paid the full charges as per your contract, in your contract it is not written that AMC will start after the two month of the AMC date.                                     Dear Sir/Madam This is Rahul D from Chennai. We have problem with LG washing machine which is under warranty. Cloths washed using this machine get faded away. This complain as been raised in April 2015 wide service request RNA[protected], RNA[protected] again in June 2015 wide service request no:RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected]. No proper solution is being provided on all complains. We are extremely regretted buying an LG product which has very poor performance and customer service. Service engineers doesn't pick phone call and provide proper feedback. We have lost cloths worth 20000INR by using this machine. Extremely unhappy to experience such a poor performance and response from Global home appliance manufacturer like LG. We have lost trust on your products and services. Please support act immediately and feedback on complains. I have attached the sample photos of spoilt cloth for reference has been taken by service engineer as well. Kindly act immediately.The service request has been closed without proper solution indicating wrong reason(Customer appointment over 5days) which is not true.After number escalation, I received a call from your team. I explained the them the concern that I faced. I am extremely not happy with the response and methodology adopted. After spending 18000INR money on your product and losing 20000INR worth of clothes using your machine we are deep hurt that your concern is least bother to even acknowledge the failure in your product nor resolve the issue. This is clear evidence of your ethical value and trust worthiness of your concern towards customer satisfaction index. As per our knowledge the product is faulty as one my colleague is also facing same problem with the same Brand and Model. After waiting for more than 2months for resolution I am forced selling your washing machine for 1200INR to buy a brand new one.I would request you to refund the money back as matter of customer satisfaction if something exist in your mind and company's policy.

                                      Dear Team, I have bought a LG T10RRF21V 9Kg Top Loading Washing Machine on 8-March-15 in Rs.27000 from flipkart. Since the day we started using the same, we are facing one or other issues. Starting from the high sound, alignment issues, Balancing error and uncleaned cloths, we have faced all kind of issues. In past 1 month itself, we have called around 6-7 times to LG customer care for these issues. But the services we received were pathetic and the issues were left unresolved. Every time the executive came, they ensured that the issues were resolved but they aren't. Now the worst part is that from last 2 complaints lodged on 18-Jul-15 (RNA[protected] and 20-Jul-15 (RNA[protected], no body have came to visit us for the complaints we made. This product is defective as the sole purpose of clean cloths are not getting accomplished. I have spent Rs.27000 on this piece of crap and still i have to wash my cloths manually. Request you to kindly help us in replacing this product with a new or better product, if they have any or return our money back.
