Updated by Sivaram L After I posted my above story in consumercompliants.in, Immediately from
next day I started receiving calls from your customer care executives,
and you guys raised a compliant yourselves RNA No:[protected], and
you guys were only interested in selling me a new Screen costing
around 30K, I refused and asked to diagnose the problem first
correctly, The same engineer came on 9-Jul-2015. diagnosed and
certified that tv is working fine without any issue, I asked him to
send a email or written report to me, he said he has no authorization
to give and asked me to talk to the team lead, I spoke to lead, he
agreed to give him on Friday. It didn't came till now(11-jul-2015), I
have recorded all conversations with your customer executive and
Service Engineer. THE DAMN TV IS NOT WORKING AGAIN from
SATURDAY(11-jul-2015). I am Getting the Same Issue, Turn on TV, shows
LG logo and switches off, Keep trying some times TV will turn on
without any issues in 3 times, sometimes in 50 times.
