Dear LG team, I've long been a user of your LG LED TV (Model no : 42LE5500 ATR Sr.No 16800) products and up until now have always regarded you are an excellent supplier/organization. I have every faith therefore that you will do what you can to rectify this situation." I registered many complaints on vedio problem of LED TV. Your service persons attempted in 06/02/2015 Rental Invoice No:003439 (Rs:570/- Paid) Paid.Ref Job order no RNA[protected]. Serial no 101 PLAG016800. After that we reordered complaints again and again to rectify the problem by arranging the new panel as told it will be available. After 7 months we understood that through the services providers this spare in not available or unable supply the LG LED TV manufacture. Please clarify my questions in this regards: 1. Why the spare or suitable part I.e panel to Tv not arranged. 2.We lost our valuable time, supposed to watch tv during this period. 3.Wther this tv dumped into a scarp or what next I have to do?     My lgg3 sim tray broke a day ago and I went to an lg customer care center and asked if they could fix it.After making me wait for some time they called me and said that they had to replace the whole motherboard.I've done some research and had found that the sim tray module can be replaced without removing the whole motherboard.when I asked them that they rudely said that they can't do it and I must replace the motherboard and it will cost me 9000rupees.When I approached another mobile repair shop they said they can replace the aim module via micro soldering and it'll cost me only 1000.Is this how lg trays its customers .Please take action against this case..

      Dear sir, Through this letter I want to draw your kind attention towards my problem that could not be solved till toady. The detail is as under:- 1. I purchase LG 49LB5510 LED TV on dated[protected]. It was told to me that TV would be installed with 24 hrs but it takes 4 days to install i.e. on[protected], after making too many requests and phone calls to customer service center. 2. When the TV was installed I found that the SOUND QUALITY of TV was very poor…the SOUND was hearable on maximum limit i.e. on 100..at distance of 1 feet..when the fan was in OFF condition ..when the fan is switched ON the sound was not hearable . So I make a complaint to LG customer care regarding my problem on dated[protected] …. But till[protected], I don’t get any phone call or any service engg at my home. 3. So on[protected] I again talk LG customer care and asked them the status of my complaint but there answer was very much surprising. They told me …Sir…YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN CANCLED …I ask the reason ..but the customer care donot give me any satisfied answer and gave me mobile number of SERVICE ENGG at Solan Mr. sanjeev [protected]. 4. So I call Mr Sanjeev on same day regarding why my complaint is cancelled ...Mr. sanjeev pic my call and told me that…Sir….i am out of office and would cal you after 10 minute.. but I don’t receive any call back. 5. On the next day i.e. on[protected] I again call Mr sanjeev but the answer was same…sir…I am out of office at bus stand..i would call you later… 6. So on the same day I call customer care and request them to provide me number of their senior ..so they gave me mobile number of their senior MS RAKHI [protected], who hear my problem and sent technician on the same day. 7. LG technician visit my home and told me that..sir..your problem is genuine and I would gave report to Mrs rakhi. 8. On the same day MS Rakhi again call me and offer me to repair the product but I denied to repair. So she promise me on dated[protected] to replace the product at the earliest. 9. After 6 days I again call MS Rakhi and ask them for what they are waiting..so she gave me mobile no of her senior Mr. Harish Area service manager of LG [protected]. 10. Then I talked to Mr. Harish regarding my TV replacement ..so he told me that sir..your product problem is not big..the product should not be replaced but should be repaired ..but I ask him that your employee had already made commitment for replacement..then he told me that it would take some more days to replace product as we can not send any special vehicle to carry your product upto your home. 11. So at last on[protected] the product could be replaced.but I found that the problem was as it is…low volume and disturbance in sound..i discuss this matter with the technician who brought that product to me..he was also agree that the sound was very low..he also told me that this model has sound problems..the speaker were not fixed at proper position where they should be..so I call Mr Harish in presence of your technician …he pic my call ...but tell me that he would call me tomorrow….but really matter of sorrow that TOMARROW don’t come till today. 12. I again lodge complaint on dated[protected] regarding no solution of my problem ..so they told me that the service engg Mr Sanjeev will personally visit your home to solve your problem. 13. After 4 days Mr sanjeev visit my home at about 8:50 pm with a companion with him. Your service engg was in very hurry. Mr sanjeev talk with me in very rude manner…in very much loud voice at my home. He tried to increase the volume of my LED TV through setting BUT ALL WAS IN vain. When he could not cure my fault ..he told that this is product specifications..the volume can not be more than it…you should check product specifications on internet before you purchase it…you should check user manual before you purchase it..i told him that I don’t have internet..than he answered me that you are purchasing such a big TV…. spending lot of money on TV..so why don’t you have internet..during his 10 minutes of visit he don’t listen my problem seriously and told me that I cant make you satisfied and will tell all detail to Mr Harish.When I asked him that only those persons who have internet facility should purchase LG product…then Mr. Sanjeev got annoyed went from my home. From that day till today I don’t get any response from your service manager Mr Harish. So it is my humble request to you that please look into the matter as I had already made too many complaints to LG customer care but LG is not taking any steps towards solving my proble. Regards

        RNA[protected]. The complaint was registered regarding LG refrigerator which broke down 5 days back for which we have lodged multiple complaints but no action has been taken so far. The customer care is incompetent and the engineers and managers we were redirected too are irresponsible, unresponsive and inefficient. They have been bouncing us off from one person to another - stating everytime that the location doesn't come under their area. Have made multiple calls to the supervisor, Mr. Nitin and area manager- Mr Gagan Verma but to no effect. Apart from the fact the refrigerator is not working from the past 5 days, the attitude of the customer service professionals is disappointing and the cutomer is being harassed .

          Hello I am syed Muneer i have purchased LG mobil L90 is still under warranty. From last. 1 month iam nit able to charge my phone i have visited LG SERVICE CENTRE Marathalli on 10 july 2015 for repair the service engineering told me after 1 hrs come back on monday for repair after also he told me to go website and complaint.             Dear Sir / Madam,

            I have purchased LG Refrigerator (single door) from Neetu Enterprises, Rawatbhata on dated 24.05.2015. When I opened its packing at my home I found balancing problem to stand straight. I immediately inform to shop keeper. He told that it will be repaired by LG Company engineer as soon as possible. The online complaint made two time by shop keeper but till date no action will be taken by any one. Only phone call received on my mobile for verification by LG personnel.

            If it will be nor repair or replace I go to consumer court and also told to public for don't but any LG product due to very poor service of LG service personnel .

                I am having LG 1.5Ton A/c which is under AMC. Cooling is not proper in that A/c. It is getting minimum 6 hours to get to 26 degree Centigrade temperature. LG technicians are saying that is normal and they cannot do anything on that. Please let me know what should I do regarding this. Thank you, Sweeton [protected]

                  Lg inferior products and fraudulant service quality

                  A few months back purchased lg l90dual 410 mobile. Only after a few months it stopped working. Had faced horrible experience at every step. Shocked with the gross incompetency of lg and its employees.

                  • they have a website which will make you hop on from one link to another without giving any useful information
                  • called their service center number who was so drunk. After 10 minutes of wasting time he gave me a number of service center in wazirpur which has been closed several months back
                  • on my own finally found number of a nearby service center in moti nagar, visited there and showed them my phone and warranty invoice. The person behind desk refused to give me warranty said that the phone is damaged pointing a minor crack on screen. I explained to him that this crack has been occurred several months back. But he insisted that i have to pay. He gave me estimate of 6000 for 11000 rs phone. Just a minor crack on screen and they null your warranty as if they just need an excuse to rip off your pocket.
                  I said that i will complain to the company seniors to which they started shamelessly laughing probably they that in india consumer is helpless

                  Overall a horrible experience i faced.

                    Complaint no. RNA[protected] had been made on 4th July 2015 and as per your customer care services the Service Engineer was to arrive by 2 hours or 24 hours at the latest but the Engineer did not arrive and later a message was sent in the alternate number provided by me saying that the customer himself hadn't received any calls which was completely untrue so again a Complaint no.[protected] has been made on July 8 2015 and the Service engineer was supposed to arrive. I was given his number and I called him a couple of times and even sent him a message consisting of my home address but he switched off his phone and there is no trace of him. We have been given false information and your services are completely unacceptable. This is the very first LG product that has given us a problem and if your service provider fails to provide us the required services then it would be better if we stopped purchasing your products.

                      I have a LG microwave (approx 3 yrs old). Suddenly the microwave bottom plate stopped rotating. I called the LG customer care for this problem on 5th July, 2015. They assigned a complain No. (RNA[protected]. Immediately one person from LG service called me (phone No. [protected]) and informed me that he wanted to visit my apartment. He came and checked the bottom plate. He said the problem was with the motor at the bottom and he would come next day to replace the motor. Next day he did not turn up. Then next to next day (on 7th July, 2015) another person called me (phone No. [protected]) and asked my home address. I was in the office, my parents were in home. Then he visited my home and replaced the motor. He took Rs. 500 from my father and left my home. My father asked for a bill, he said the bill would be sent by SMS!! Immediately my mother checked the MW and found that the heating was not happening. Earlier there was no problem with the heating. Immediately I called the service person, he said he would come and check again. However, he did not come back. Then I tried to call him and the first person visited earlier, repeatedly. However both of them did not pick up my phone. Then I called the customer care No. The CC person said that he would raise the issue to the customer service and he would send me the customer service No. However, I did not receive anything. Today (8th July, 2015), again I called the customer care described the entire problem with details. The lady patiently listened all and told me that as I did not receive any bill she can not file complain against earlier problem. Then she gave me the local service No. I called the local service No. The customer service person promised me to resolve the issue and he said that the bill was sent by SMS and E-mail. However, I have not received anything. Then again I called the service person who visited last time (phone No. [protected]). This time he picked up the phone. Surprisingly it was the first service person and he said that the heating problem was already there and now I have to change the magnetron. But the same person said earlier that there was no heating problem and even prior to service I personally checked in front of him that the MW was properly heating. After the repair only it stopped heating. Also, till now they have not sent any bill against the payment. I would like LG to investigate this matter thoroughly and take proper action. For your information three years before I bought all my home appliances (Mobile phone, MW, AC, Refrigerator, Washing machine) from LG. Now I regret my decision.

                        LG the biggest cheaters.. i bought a nexus5 from an online store which was shipped from Canada to India.. and as usual it got spoilt like any other nexus 5 phone. the issue with nexus 5 power button and motherboard is universal.! it didnt depend on which country u bought from or which store you bought from. but still so called LG "customer care" came up with a very smart technique to loot the people. People who had the warranty expired or had an international warranty had to pay bloody 13, 000 Rs to get the mother board and the power button issue resolved..! is this why the nexus 5 phones were ranged so low so that when people come for power button and motherboard issue resolved they could do all paisa vasool ??? why dont you come in public and admit that it is an LG manufacutring defect ??? LG is worst at mobile handsets.. and i would strongly recommend everybody to not buy a phone which is manufactured by LG because its sooo inefficient...

                          Dear Sir, I had LG LED 3D TV purchased in Oct 2011. This TV was running good till June 2015. On 21th June my TV and Airtel STB got burnt when both the things were off. When I contacted LG customer care they send the Engineer who subsequently changed the Mother Board of the TV. But with in 10 days same thing happened. I switched off the TV from remote, then Stabilizer from plug point at night after watching TV but in morning of 1st July when I switched on I found that it is not working. Once again complain and once again Engineer came after two days and changed the Mother Board. Again on yesterday 6th July, once again when I switched on in the evening, it is blank. Now I tried to call Customer Centre, I got one Number of Ms. Ritu Rawat - [protected] and Mr. Jatin Batra [protected], but Ms. Rawat is not interested to sort out the problem rather she gave other number of Mr. Anuj [protected] who is not picking phone. Now I have made complaint through customer care and the Complaint number is RNA[protected]. Also I have sent the details to Ms. Ritu but nothing done.                             I Mr. Sanjay Ghosh, resident of Bangalore, India, I have logged a complaint with LG customer care on 6.6.2015 regarding my refrigerator cooling is not there. LG logged my complaint and the number is RNA[protected]. LG technician visits my residence on 7.6.15 & closes the complaint. I call back LG customer care enquiring why they have closed my complaint without my knowledge. Customer care says they will revert back. I keep following up until on 7.7.2015 customer care connects call to Mr. Ashok, Area sales manager in KH Road, Bangalore. Mr. Ashok stated over con call that; a). Spare is not available for my refrigerator, b). No compensation will be given as the product is over 5 years, c). Company has stopped manufacturing the spare, d). No service will be provided by LG as company has stopped manufacturing spare, In view of the above I would request to the authority to bring such manufacturer to task as this is caused a lot of mental agony & harassment for following up and not getting any response. For me the product which I bought for Rs. 25 K is of no value. I been a person of middle income causes a big hole in my pocket due to this incidence.                               I have bought an AC two months back. It's an inverter based AC and there is an issue with it now. It automatically gets switched off . The complaint has been filed with customer service and it's been 7 days today, ththe issue has not been fixed . I have been calling LG customer service department and ththe higher prrsonnel several times a day. Their engineer had visited my place but had gone back stating parts needs to be changed . I have been treated very unprofessionally by them . Please advise next course of action and consider this as a serious complaint . Thanks

                                Dear Sir, W.R.T my complaint no RNA[protected] [LG55-6200]no display, LG logo comes up briefly during power on but sound is fine), one repair person(Mr Kiran Kumar) came to my house yesterday 6-Jul around 16:30 hrs . His conversation was devoid of etiquette or decency but from what he said this is a very common issue in LG TV set and every second customer faces this problem. Without even touching the TV he told us we have to change the display Panel and demanded Rs 45, 000/- in cash . When we said the amount (1/3rd of the TV purchase price) is too much he demanded Rs 285/- with Tax as inspection charge. He refused to provide any receipt nor did he have any Id Card .. Let us know if he is a spurious person so that we can make a police complaint against this fake representative . We wonder if this problem is a known issue why shouldn't LG replace the TV set as a recall . Please do-not charge for a new Panel, since we are your existing customer and though we understand the whole panel needs to be changed, you can as well repair this in your premises, so we should pay only some nominal charges .. Going thru various LG grievance websites it would seem to us that we have purchased this expensive TV set only so that it would go defective soon with LG waiting to charge exorbitantly for repairs . Please donot make this your source of income .. No well meaning Corporate would fleece its customers after having delivered a sub standard product ... Please have this TV set repaired by competent people charging reasonably ...

                                  Dear Sir/Madam This is Rahul D from Chennai. We have problem with LG washing machine which is under warranty. Cloths washed using this machine get faded away. This complain as been raised in April 2015 wide service request RNA[protected], RNA[protected] again in June 2015 wide service request no:RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected]. No proper solution is being provided on all complains. We are extremely regretted buying an LG product which has very poor performance and customer service. Service engineers doesn't pick phone call and provide proper feedback. We have lost cloths worth 20000INR by using this machine. Extremely unhappy to experience such a poor performance and response from Global home appliance manufacturer like LG. We have lost trust on your products and services. Please support act immediately and feedback on complains. I have attached the sample photos of spoilt cloth for reference has been taken by service engineer as well. Kindly act immediately.The service request has been closed without proper solution indicating wrong reason(Customer appointment over 5days) which is not true.

                                  Thank you.I received a call from your team. I explained the them the concern that I faced. I am extremely not happy with the response and methodology adopted. After spending 18000INR money on your product and losing 20000INR worth of clothes using your machine we are deep hurt that your concern is least bother to even acknowledge the failure in your product nor resolve the issue. This is clear evidence of your ethical value and trust worthiness of your concern towards customer satisfaction index. As per our knowledge the product is faulty as one my colleague is also facing same problem with the same Brand and Model. After waiting for more than 2months for resolution I am forced selling your washing machine for 1200INR to buy a brand new one.I would request you to refund the money back as matter of customer satisfaction if something exist in your mind and company's policy.

                                    Hello Team, I am based in New Zealand and in November 2012 I had bought a LG TV from Reliance Store in Dwarka model number LG-LCD32CS470 for my parents based in Dwarka New Delhi. Since 8th of April 2014 this TV has been to service station 8 times and the last time it was picked up for repair was on 14/06/2015. Can I please ask as my consumer rights that how can we have trust behind this product when its been already repaired. I have been working with a retail organisation here in NZ and we also deal with repair agents on day to day basis but we have never made our customers suffer for the failure of service given by the products. Can I please get a reply from you regarding how are you planning to keep your brand name's confidence in us. I will be looking forward for your reply in favour at [protected]@yahoo.com

                                      Dear Sir/Mam, Your service has really disappoint us.We are facing problem in our spilt Ac for more than 2 months.There is Cooling problem'. We have spend almost 8000 to 10000 in repairing process but till now we are not satisfied with service provided from your side. Service engg came to our for three times but they are unable to tell us the problem.First time they have told us that there is insufficient gas in AC. Second time they have came to fill gas but they kept the knob of the pipe loose. Our Ac runs for max 2 days smoothly then again same problem starts. Third time they have came and told us that stablizer is not working fyn, kindly change this and your Ac will run smooth.After few days we have checked voltage the stablizer is providing to ac, it was normal, i.e 200-220v which is required for the Ac.But still our Ac is not working and doesn't cools our room.At night we have saw that when we switch on our Ac then off it, huge amount of Gas leaks continuously for a min... Now we understand why our Ac doesnot providing cooling but engg. are still unaware of this. After spending 3000 on gas refilling, gas lasts for only two days because all gas have leaked since a month. Worst Customer service I have ever seen for a product.
