Dear Who so ever is concerned, what kind of service is LG providing, pathetic responce and poor sevice for DOA cases. We brought the LED 42UB820T model TV with Serial no. 504PLTV038161 on 1st Sep'2015. The model you gave us is a failure model, still people from service centre (Priya from Chinchwad) are proudly saying it will take another 15 days to process replacement. Dealer ( Priyanka Electronics, Talegaon Dabhade, 410507) is not responding... WOW. LGs policy should be highlighted to the market. you are not making LIFE GOOD instead you are making LIFE HELL by cheating on customers. Provide immediate replacement or give us our hard earned money back. Else I will escalate this mail for such lethargic approach by you guys to the CEO . Never expected this kind of service from a Korean brand. Godrej being a desi brand has replacement policy of 1 day. Shame on you GUYS !!! Call me and update the status ASAP.     I have purchased a LG 32 Inch LED TV on 14/12/2013 from LG Shoppe Korba (C. G.) of Rs. 26, 200/-. After exactly 1 year & 4 month later the TV has started getting Problem. firstly the picture get hanged while displaying & now the complete TV has been stopped displaying the picture. i have registered the complain the service engineer came & checked & told that the front panel of the TV has a problem rest of the circuit are OK. now the front panel is costing Rs. 13000/- + fitting & Service charges. so now what i should do because after purchasing the branded company TV & now invest Rs. 13000/- on repairing the TV. Kindly Suggest the appropriate soln. Regards,

    I have already consulted the customer services but it doesn't suit me that after purchasing the LED TV of Rs. 26, 200/- and after 1year & four months later i have to again pay Rs. 13, 000/- + extra servicing + Fitting charges+ Service Tax(14%) for the front panel repairing.

      We have Purchased two LED TVs on May 2013.within 2 months one TV Display had some Problem and Replaced by your Service Person.at that time itself i told them to take two TVs Right Away and Return Back our Company Due to inefficient Product though we paid 1lakhs hard earned Money.your Service Person told it wont Happen at all again and Denied to accept my Mistakes. Now My second Has some problems and i Called your LG([protected]) for service, they collected 900Rs to tell that our TVs Display has some issue and have to Pay Nearly 25k to resolve this issue. Please think in Customer Point of View who had a huge Trust on LG Product and Purchasing only LG Home Appliances in Which Two Nos TVs cost nearly 1 lakhs not working for more than 2 months and 25 months. Kindly Answer ASAP For this Issue .

        I had purchased a 42 TV from M/s Bismi appliances Thrissur on 27.8.15. ( 42LF553A) The sales man told that the product is having 24 months guarantee. On opening the box after reaching home i t is observed that it is having 12 months guarantee. in the mathrubhumi daily dt 17.8.15, the company has offered 24 months guarantee. so please have 24 months guarantee conformation or get the tv replaced. The tc not yet installed so far. I f not done I will take the matter with consumer court

          Dear sir/Madam, I mail is regarding problem face with my LG front loading washing machine. i purchase this machine one year back and now it is giving problem from last 2 months. problem is while washing process water is coming out from soap box. till date I logged 4 complaints. 1) RNA[protected] July 2015 2) RNA[protected] july 2015 ( not any respond for tech person) 3) RNA[protected] again call on 1 August 4) RNA[protected] Sept 2015 ( it already 48 hours but on respond from tech person and also service centre [protected] nobody pickup the call) since 17 july problem is started till date not solved and tech person is saying such problem is not possible in this machine so I request your team to help me for the same. if you need any other details please call me on [protected].

            i am from Trivandrum, Kerala.

            i have registered a complaint regarding repair of my LG Flatron TV on 25/08/15 with complaint ID RNA[protected]. The same day itself some idiotic service centre from trivandrum have accepted the complaint. I waited for 2 days and i ve got no intimation.

            On 28th again i made a call to toll free and asked about my complaint status. they replied as the complaint has been taken and you have to wait for the response. I intimated that its been 3rd day since i complained. I asked the shop number and hey gave it. and it is [protected].

            Then i called to the shop. They said that the technician will call you today itself.I waited and got no call.

            on 30th i called to the shop again and asked about status. They said the technician will contact you in half an hour. Waited and no call.

            On the same day i rang to toll free number. They said system was down and they ll call me in 3hrs. I asked some higher officials number so hat i can complain. I get one number and was [protected], again waited and no response.

            On 31st again same happened as previous.

            On 1st again called to shop. No response.

            On 4th i rang to toll free and quarrelled. They said system was down and they ll call me back in 3 hrs. I told them i dont want any reply call since 3-4 time they made fun of me. I asked for an official number to which i can complain. Got a number and it was [protected] - selvan. this time i talked with susane. and a floor manager.
            Nothing happened and selvan is not picking he call even once.

            I dont know what to do now. I am going for consumer court and i ll sue you all. Its been decided.

            i have all the call recordings. Its enough to prove me.

              Hi I bought this new refrigerator of your company a month ago andin the 1 week it wasnt cooling properly we had complaint about it and they had fix it but it did a poor service no use of it and now the freezer cover is broken by chance and now we have complaint about it regarding( EXCHANGE) because its been a month only and they clearly refuse it if this kind of product and services u give to your customer then ill not buy any of your product in future kindly do something otherwise I have to go to consumer forum.                 I am sorry to bring to your kind notice about some unexpectedly high and frequent service problems I have encountered in the LG Air conditioner ("BSN 12 IMA ") which I bought from "Giriyas" vide their bill # FS/WPT/483, dated 12th May 2015). The details of problems faced are given below: 1st time I logged a complaint this month for heavy noise coming from AC and cooling problem, engineer came and fixed it, from the second day I've noticed water started coming from the AC, again I've called the Store where I bought and informed, they told they will log a complaint, I've waited for three days no one responded, next day I called LG customer care and informed the same, they told the complaint #RNA[protected], is still opened the engineer will come and attend by today, no one turned up that day, second day engineer came and done something that in 5minutes and said its fixed you will not have the problem again, the same day night, again the same problem is occurred, till now I'm facing the problem I can't switch on my AC water is pouring like anything. It is disturbing to note that once a specific problem gets rectified, a fresh one creeps up almost immediately; this gives serious suspicion whether somehow, by mistake, a product o[censored]nacceptable quality has slipped through your stringent quality checks. Or perhaps it could be due to human error in handling the set properly while attending to one complaint that triggered another problem subsequently. I hope you can very well understand how a customer, who has spend his hard earned money in purchasing your brand based on the trust and quality it commands, would feel when such repeated problems are faced on a new purchase. I request you to take immediate action by deputing your senior most service person to attend to the AC and rectify the problems to my full and long term satisfaction. I would also request you to explore the possibility of free replacement of the product so that you can send back the old one to your factory for evaluation for any quality hitches in the product.                   Worst service I bought a split AC three years back. It was working fine since I was doing regular service. I felt the customer service was really good with LG until I got a real problem in my AC. When there was a real problem, the service engineers don't know how to fix it. I understood they know only to clean the AC but not to fix the problem. Shame on them. Even if we call several times to the call center, they just speak like a recorded tape that they will send the executive tomorrow. When you talk to them in high pitch, they get panic and give the local area service engineer number. He too speak the same recorded tape and nobody will turn up because they are cleaners not engineers. I would suggest everybody to buy an AC which really have good service engineers and customer support. Don't waste your money on LG.

                    I have taken LG Happy Living Plan AMC for my split AC in March 2013 for 3 years.I raised a request for the servicing of my AC a week back, and was told by the customer care that the technician would call me to fix an appointment but till now I have'nt received any call from them. Customer service team is not sharing any number from their end, after prolonged conversation i was given a number Hitech service number - [protected]. but there is no response i this number. Such a bad experience with LG. Please take this issue seriously and provide necessary resolution at the earliest.

                      Dear Sir, It has been more than two months, I have been sent from pillar to post to get my 42" LED repaired. I had bought this TV from Arcee Electronics Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 25/082013 @ cost of Rs.52000.00 Initially the performance was outstanding but before the end of one year Two horizontal lines appeared, which were not so disturbing. I left for USA tour on 21 Jan 2015 & returned on 26th June 2015 to be greeted with LG TV showing horizontal flickering lines. I complaint the LG customer care, wherein an Engineer Mr.Dinesh, Visited & informed me that the TV has panel issue, which will be repaired at the cost of Rs.23000.00 to Rs.24000.00. I was shocked to hear the repairing cost. During my five months stay in USA I saw LG TVs in super markets, & it had Three years warranty. The obvious question that comes to my mind is why LG Led Tvs have one year warranty in India? Certainly there should be BIG game behind this policy. Game #1 could be that LG LED TVs are substandard to the TVs sold in USA where Three years warranty is provided.It implies that Indian Customers are served with substandard products. Game #2 could that LG needs customers whom they can milk after one year. Both the games are not fair for simple Indian customers. Now I am interacting with In charge of Service Department Mr.Sheel, a very sweet person to talk to. But I feel he has limitations. I am tired of sending regular messages on Whatsapp to Mr. Sheel who of the late has become unresponsive. I feel that Indian fellow beings should be warned about the possible lurking Panel expanse if they are deciding to buy LG LED TV. I wanted to upload the video of my Filckering LG LED Tv. But my sixth sense says that LG spends Crores of Rupees on advertisements, it will dislike the Video. Sir I continue to look for some solid response from you.

                        I had purchased nexus 5 an year back. Within 1st 2 months I had to visit LG Service Center (Thane) which was a s/w issue. that got sorted and post that I had to visit same service center 6-7 times witin a year and all these time it was always a h/w issue. when i ask these service center people for all the 6-7 complain nos. they are not ready to provide the same. they say only last 3 months complain nos would be provided to me. I am again facing an issue with my phone (within 2-3 weeks of servicing) now, for which I might have to pay since 1 year has passed (this month). This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me. Lots of time, money and energy has been wasted evertime visiting the service center. I would request you to take a strict action against this service center, provide me with all the complain nos. raised against my name and replace my current handset with a new one.

                          Sir, Ashok, Trichy, Tamilnadu. I purchased one fully automatic Washing Machine model T7208TDDL at Jainson, Trichy, Tamilnadu on 31.12.2014(Bill no.1659) in the name of my wife Mrs.A.Prema. Before that I used whirlpool W/M. Sales after service is very worst in whirlpool, so that I exchange and purchase LG W/M. LG W/M made some problem on 10.8.2015. I gave a complaint thro’ your toll free no. But they did not take care. Subsequently I contact one of LG service people Mr.Vinoth([protected]) to get a Trichy service No.[protected]. I contact Trichy service No. and gave a complaint. But till date nobody’s come to attend to rectify the problem and nobody’s take a care. This is the bad experience and also I won’t recommend LG home appliances. The service support is very very worst and the same situation will continue, one day you meet 0% sales in future. I think local assembly washing machine is very good and service is better than you.                             Our TV LCD -42 " giving problems in receiving signals from set top boxes and DVD players. This is first in my life, that I heard or faced such problems. So it can be conveniently concluded that their products are made of inferiors parts, otherwise it could have most started giving trouble so soon. Request LG team to get it rectified ASAP.                             Service engineer of LG visited 2 days back, informed that there are some issues with the mother board of TV, . so it will take 8500/- t get it repaired. Its astonishing to know that product of almost 100, 000/- rupees, looses its mother board within 2-3 years. And then company guys have audacity inform me to pay the amount of repair and parts, rather then getting the TV replaced or TV gets repaired.

                            I wants to ask LG team, that this is the way we you handle complains and resolve the issue. And then your expect brand to become stronger???

                              Hi, My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. On Thursday (Aug. 27) the LG service center from Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad had taken our split AC (the entire outdoor and inside units) for doing service for gas leakage. As it was 3 days that they have taken the units and not informed about its where about and when the service will be completed and returned to us, I called the service center today Aug. 29, 2015 twice and when I asked these questions I was told that they don't provide any info. to us but will directly come and install it. When I told them that I would report this to LG Senior Management the person had informed that I can go and report it to anyone. I have reported this incident to LG India and also, I was asked to call and talk with Mr. Shiva Kumar who heads the Hyderabad division, all the three times my phone was disconnected by Mr. Shiva Kumar (+[protected]. I am really sad and upset the way LG service center including the senior management handles complaints from customers. I feel that this is the worst company that I have come across for such kind of poor and negative attitude towards its customers.

                                I bought a Lg G2 on[protected] sunday ) and was on a move for 3 days so as not able to use it that time and on Thursday when I used it I found a dead pixel on the screen then informed the seller ( D-83, Shop No 2, Malviya Nagar, Delhi - 110017, Near Corporation Bank +(91)-[protected] ) about this, He said to go to the service centre and say them to issue a DOA letter under the 7 day DOA policy of them and you will receive a new product. But when I visited the LG service centre ( Direct service centre, B-XXI, 2633, Gill Road, Near ATI, Ludhiana, Punjab - [protected] ) The contact person said that there is only one dead pixel on the screen and we cannot issue a DOA, there must be more than 3 and moreover they have changed the policy of the company to 4 days by saying DOA is valid just for 4 days. Now what is this, DOA means any hardware/software issues which causes the failure of the normal functionality of the phone of the box within the 7 day.I talked to his head and he also said the same statement. But they are ready to replace the screen under the warranty policy, why should I give them to service my so costly brand new phone. Now after coming back from there, I called up the customer care and said the issue and they have given the number of Area sales Manager - [protected] but when I tried to reach to this person, He just picked up phone and said I am out on holiday and hanged up the phone.                                   I have LG side by side refrigerator which has stopped working 8th time in last 8 months. Every time it stops then I call LG india customer care toll free no. and they registered my complaints under these no.                                     We purchased two LG air conditioners on 18th May 2015 form Pittapillil Agencies, Kochi, Kerala, India At the time of initial installation itself one of the air conditioners had a defect and this was corrected 2 days later by refilling the gas. However the same unit developed a cooling problem again, which we reported to LG customer care on 08th Aug 2015 which was registered under the complaint ref no: RNA[protected] . A technician turned up, checked the unit and went back promising to come back. On 13th Aug we followed up on the complaint and we were informed that the first complaint was showing OK status on the system, and so we have to register a new complaint. We did as advised and a new complaint was registered RNA[protected] dt: 13th Aug 2015. We were contacted by the technician again but he never turned up. We followed up on the complaint again and on 16th Aug we were informed that the complaint had been cancelled without our knowledge. Since then made numerous phone calls to different members of your service team and after a lot of hollow promises, a technician finally turned up today 25th Aug 2015. He removed the AC (breaking some roof tiles in the process) and started installing a new condenser he had bought (Photos attached). However the unt still had leakage issues and he was unable to repair it. He then said he was taking it for repair. We objected saying that we need to get the unit replaced, since numerous attempts to repair the same had been unsuccessful. He then contacted his superior officer who also maintained that they have to take it for repair and that they did not have any stock for replacement. It has to be noted that during these interactions the attitude of the technician was extremely rude and impolite. In the meantime we received a call from LG customer care, who said that they had stock and they can provide a replacement within one day. However, the technician and his superior officer denied any knowledge of this and insisted on taking the unit away for repair. Mr. Ramachandran, LG Area Service Manager had contacted us at 9.45am on 27th Aug 2015. On his request, we agreed to have the unit repaired at our home itself, by installing a new condenser instead of taking it away for repair. Mr. Ramachandran promised to call us back to follow up on the same, but till this time there has been no further calls from LG. Since Mr. Ramachandran failed to keep his word, we are now not willing to settle for anything less than a replacement of the unit. If this does not happen within a week's time, we will be forced to take legal action through Consumer Courts. In short, even after 21 days of the first complaint, the issue still remains unresolved. It is clear that we were delivered a defective unit and now the LG service team is behaving as if they are doing us a charity. It is appalling that a company of LG's status has such an inefficient after sales service system. I would appreciate if you could advise me what I should do to get the problem corrected

                                        Dear Sir, I bought the LG G4 for Rs 46, 000 on 23 July 2015. I bought it for the dual sim and separate battery offer. The separate bty was delivered after 20 days through several emails and phone calls. After only 34 days, on 27 August the phone which cost 46000 has blacked out and switched off. I have made 6 calls to the LG Call Centre. Till now I have not been able to speak to the supervisor. I took the phone to the LG Service Centre at Sector 15 Noida. They have checked and said the complete hardware of the phone needs to be changed which means all the memory records of the phone are lost. They have not given any replacement either.
