Dear Sir, It has been more than two months, I have been sent from pillar to post to get my 42" LED repaired. I had bought this TV from Arcee Electronics Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 25/082013 @ cost of Rs.52000.00 Initially the performance was outstanding but before the end of one year Two horizontal lines appeared, which were not so disturbing. I left for USA tour on 21 Jan 2015 & returned on 26th June 2015 to be greeted with LG TV showing horizontal flickering lines. I complaint the LG customer care, wherein an Engineer Mr.Dinesh, Visited & informed me that the TV has panel issue, which will be repaired at the cost of Rs.23000.00 to Rs.24000.00. I was shocked to hear the repairing cost. During my five months stay in USA I saw LG TVs in super markets, & it had Three years warranty. The obvious question that comes to my mind is why LG Led Tvs have one year warranty in India? Certainly there should be BIG game behind this policy. Game #1 could be that LG LED TVs are substandard to the TVs sold in USA where Three years warranty is provided.It implies that Indian Customers are served with substandard products. Game #2 could that LG needs customers whom they can milk after one year. Both the games are not fair for simple Indian customers. Now I am interacting with In charge of Service Department Mr.Sheel, a very sweet person to talk to. But I feel he has limitations. I am tired of sending regular messages on Whatsapp to Mr. Sheel who of the late has become unresponsive. I feel that Indian fellow beings should be warned about the possible lurking Panel expanse if they are deciding to buy LG LED TV. I wanted to upload the video of my Filckering LG LED Tv. But my sixth sense says that LG spends Crores of Rupees on advertisements, it will dislike the Video. Sir I continue to look for some solid response from you.

    I had purchased nexus 5 an year back. Within 1st 2 months I had to visit LG Service Center (Thane) which was a s/w issue. that got sorted and post that I had to visit same service center 6-7 times witin a year and all these time it was always a h/w issue. when i ask these service center people for all the 6-7 complain nos. they are not ready to provide the same. they say only last 3 months complain nos would be provided to me. I am again facing an issue with my phone (within 2-3 weeks of servicing) now, for which I might have to pay since 1 year has passed (this month). This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me. Lots of time, money and energy has been wasted evertime visiting the service center. I would request you to take a strict action against this service center, provide me with all the complain nos. raised against my name and replace my current handset with a new one.

      Sir, Ashok, Trichy, Tamilnadu. I purchased one fully automatic Washing Machine model T7208TDDL at Jainson, Trichy, Tamilnadu on 31.12.2014(Bill no.1659) in the name of my wife Mrs.A.Prema. Before that I used whirlpool W/M. Sales after service is very worst in whirlpool, so that I exchange and purchase LG W/M. LG W/M made some problem on 10.8.2015. I gave a complaint thro’ your toll free no. But they did not take care. Subsequently I contact one of LG service people Mr.Vinoth([protected]) to get a Trichy service No.[protected]. I contact Trichy service No. and gave a complaint. But till date nobody’s come to attend to rectify the problem and nobody’s take a care. This is the bad experience and also I won’t recommend LG home appliances. The service support is very very worst and the same situation will continue, one day you meet 0% sales in future.         Our TV LCD -42 " giving problems in receiving signals from set top boxes and DVD players. This is first in my life, that I heard or faced such problems. So it can be conveniently concluded that their products are made of inferiors parts, otherwise it could have most started giving trouble so soon. Request LG team to get it rectified ASAP.         Service engineer of LG visited 2 days back, informed that there are some issues with the mother board of TV, . so it will take 8500/- t get it repaired. Its astonishing to know that product of almost 100, 000/- rupees, looses its mother board within 2-3 years. And then company guys have audacity inform me to pay the amount of repair and parts, rather then getting the TV replaced or TV gets repaired.

        I wants to ask LG team, that this is the way we you handle complains and resolve the issue. And then your expect brand to become stronger???

          Hi, My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. On Thursday (Aug. 27) the LG service center from Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad had taken our split AC (the entire outdoor and inside units) for doing service for gas leakage. As it was 3 days that they have taken the units and not informed about its where about and when the service will be completed and returned to us, I called the service center today Aug. 29, 2015 twice and when I asked these questions I was told that they don't provide any info. to us but will directly come and install it. When I told them that I would report this to LG Senior Management the person had informed that I can go and report it to anyone. I have reported this incident to LG India and also, I was asked to call and talk with Mr. Shiva Kumar who heads the Hyderabad division, all the three times my phone was disconnected by Mr. Shiva Kumar (+[protected]. I am really sad and upset the way LG service center including the senior management handles complaints from customers. I feel that this is the worst company that I have come across for such kind of poor and negative attitude towards its customers.

            I bought a Lg G2 on[protected] sunday ) and was on a move for 3 days so as not able to use it that time and on Thursday when I used it I found a dead pixel on the screen then informed the seller ( D-83, Shop No 2, Malviya Nagar, Delhi - 110017, Near Corporation Bank +(91)-[protected] ) about this, He said to go to the service centre and say them to issue a DOA letter under the 7 day DOA policy of them and you will receive a new product. But when I visited the LG service centre ( Direct service centre, B-XXI, 2633, Gill Road, Near ATI, Ludhiana, Punjab - [protected] ) The contact person said that there is only one dead pixel on the screen and we cannot issue a DOA, there must be more than 3 and moreover they have changed the policy of the company to 4 days by saying DOA is valid just for 4 days. Now what is this, DOA means any hardware/software issues which causes the failure of the normal functionality of the phone of the box within the 7 day.I talked to his head and he also said the same statement. But they are ready to replace the screen under the warranty policy, why should I give them to service my so costly brand new phone. Now after coming back from there, I called up the customer care and said the issue and they have given the number of Area sales Manager - [protected] but when I tried to reach to this person, He just picked up phone and said I am out on holiday and hanged up the phone.               I have LG side by side refrigerator which has stopped working 8th time in last 8 months. Every time it stops then I call LG india customer care toll free no. and they registered my complaints under these no. Due to so many repairs jobs the refrigerator has lost its condition. Due to that me and my family members are facing so many problems.                 We purchased two LG air conditioners on 18th May 2015 form Pittapillil Agencies, Kochi, Kerala, India At the time of initial installation itself one of the air conditioners had a defect and this was corrected 2 days later by refilling the gas. However the same unit developed a cooling problem again, which we reported to LG customer care on 08th Aug 2015 which was registered under the complaint ref no: RNA[protected] . A technician turned up, checked the unit and went back promising to come back. On 13th Aug we followed up on the complaint and we were informed that the first complaint was showing OK status on the system, and so we have to register a new complaint. We did as advised and a new complaint was registered RNA[protected] dt: 13th Aug 2015. We were contacted by the technician again but he never turned up. We followed up on the complaint again and on 16th Aug we were informed that the complaint had been cancelled without our knowledge. Since then made numerous phone calls to different members of your service team and after a lot of hollow promises, a technician finally turned up today 25th Aug 2015. He removed the AC (breaking some roof tiles in the process) and started installing a new condenser he had bought (Photos attached). However the unt still had leakage issues and he was unable to repair it. He then said he was taking it for repair. We objected saying that we need to get the unit replaced, since numerous attempts to repair the same had been unsuccessful. He then contacted his superior officer who also maintained that they have to take it for repair and that they did not have any stock for replacement. It has to be noted that during these interactions the attitude of the technician was extremely rude and impolite. In the meantime we received a call from LG customer care, who said that they had stock and they can provide a replacement within one day. However, the technician and his superior officer denied any knowledge of this and insisted on taking the unit away for repair. Mr. Ramachandran, LG Area Service Manager had contacted us at 9.45am on 27th Aug 2015. On his request, we agreed to have the unit repaired at our home itself, by installing a new condenser instead of taking it away for repair. Mr. Ramachandran promised to call us back to follow up on the same, but till this time there has been no further calls from LG. Since Mr. Ramachandran failed to keep his word, we are now not willing to settle for anything less than a replacement of the unit. If this does not happen within a week's time, we will be forced to take legal action through Consumer Courts. In short, even after 21 days of the first complaint, the issue still remains unresolved. It is clear that we were delivered a defective unit and now the LG service team is behaving as if they are doing us a charity. It is appalling that a company of LG's status has such an inefficient after sales service system. I would appreciate if you could advise me what I should do to get the problem corrected

                    Dear Sir, I bought the LG G4 for Rs 46, 000 on 23 July 2015. I bought it for the dual sim and separate battery offer. The separate bty was delivered after 20 days through several emails and phone calls. After only 34 days, on 27 August the phone which cost 46000 has blacked out and switched off. I have made 6 calls to the LG Call Centre. Till now I have not been able to speak to the supervisor. I took the phone to the LG Service Centre at Sector 15 Noida. They have checked and said the complete hardware of the phone needs to be changed which means all the memory records of the phone are lost. They have not given any replacement either. The LG company must change the phone and apologise for the poorest service and callous attitude of their staff. With best regards, A Khanna [protected]

                      Not providing spare parts for TV

                      We purposed TV in Dubai model 49UB700T and shop owners assured us it has international warranty, when it was shipped to Bangalore panel went bad. I raised request on 19/06/2015 RNA[protected]. Technician visited and said panel has to be replaced and he will check that what all panel will work as 49UB700T model is not available in India. he took one week and confirmed that 820T panel will also work but no stock it may take 1 or 2 or 3 months...

                      I have Purchased Nexus 5 last year in Jan. On 21st August 2015, it felt from a chair and my network is gone. I went to the LG service center in my city and they told me that motherboard needs to be changed and it will cost me 12000 Rupees. This is the worst product quality i have ever seen in smartphones. I have spend huge amount of money in getting this phone assuming that it will last longer. But now i am highly disappointed with the product. I have also raised this concern with LG customer service but they are not bother to reply. I would strongly suggest everyone not to waste money on Nexus products.Complete waste of hard earned money.

                        I bought a LG LED smart TV in October 2014. The steel frame has caught rust in less than one year. The LG website gives contact number of a 24/7 cuatomer support centre. Response from this support centre was that they do not deal with this issue and we should try our luck with the service centre. No telephone nos given for the service centre. Only way to connect is to raise a service request online. I have done that too, but no response.

                          Dear Sir, I, Shibaji Chattopadhaya, was a very loyal LG customer since a long time. However, after my present purchase I'm really disappointed with your company. I purchased an LG 49 inch 3D UHD LED TV (Model No. 49UF850T) from Bajaj Electronics, Chandanagar, Hyderabad on 12th August 2015 for Rs. 1.23 lakhs. I was told that due to Independence Day Offers I'll be receiving some gift. However, I didn't receive any, not even the advertised ones. I was also told that I'll be receiving 4 pcs. of 3D Passive Glasses, but I received only 2 pcs. I was told that I'll be receiving 2 years warranty on my TV due to the afore-mentioned offer. However, this too was a lie, as I was told by LG customer care that my TV was having only 1 year warranty. Nevertheless, the greatest shock was yet to happen. Since last 2-3 days my TV started behaving absurdly, i.e. sometimes the screen will flicker and sometimes red & blue vertical & horizontal lines will appear on the screen. However, this vanishes on restarting the TV. I wrote an email earlier regarding the promised gifts but no action was taken by LG. Today I registered a complaint with LG customer care and they sent some technicians against my complaint no.: RNA[protected], but they couldn't find any defect with my TV, and asked me to take photos of the issue if it occurs again. I was devastated by their response. I was told that I'm a premium LG customer by your comapany. Now, my question is if being a premium customer I'm facing such negligence from your company then what will happen to non-premium customers. I had a great faith on your company earlier but now no more, since 2 weeks after purchasing such a costly TV if this kind of issues happen then I don't know what will happen in the long run as I think it might be a panel problem. What is the meaning of warranty, if you can't provide the same to your customers? being such a renowned company you should immediately replace my TV with a new one, because I'm sure that the TV will die very soon, if such issues keep on occusring, and if it happens after my warranty expires, then I've to recur a heavy loss. I don't know whether you're going to ignore my email, but I hope you'll atleast respect the little faith that I've remaining on you. I shall be grateful if you do the needful ASAP.                             I purchased a LG Refrigerator Model no GC – B207GLQV, on 23/12/14 from CAMS CORNER, LG shoppe at Camac Street Kolkata . The serial no of the same is 410TRMF09451. Right from day 1, there are water droplets formation inside the machine in all places. We lodged complaint with the LG India and their engineers kept visiting us . The Dates of complains were 4th April’15, 17th April’15, 6th May’15, 7th July’15, 20th Aug’15, 24th Aug’15...

                            Dear sir/madam May I remind you that I purchased a washing machine of LG, from the ( Value plus retails, Varanasi) showroom with serial number - 206pnsv10862 dated 19/10/2012. my washing machine is under warranty which is up till 2018(AMC number[protected] To the surprise of all, the washing machine did the best service for a for two years but now from past 3 months it has ceased functioning. Its washing machine system does not work properly and does not takes automatic water through inlet. It looks as if some fault has crept into its water sensor, we have tried using with different water inlet be it cold/warm/hot, But it has stopped taking water completely and we are facing too much of problem. I have lodged several complaints( last complaint no- RNA[protected]at your customer care within last 75 days, the engineer visited thrice but no repairing was done, they only recommended for change in spare parts and asked to follow up from customer service. I have been following up regularly at LG customer service and they brought up no conclusion.Its a blame game now the engineers say to co-ordinate with customer service and customer service people say to followup with engineers. Now, we are suffering due to delay and the franchise store people even don't co-ordinate., I am highly unsatisfied and disappointed with the kind of service. This is the fourth time i am requesting you to change the spare parts or to replace the washing machine all together at the earliest.                               I purchased my lg refrigerator GL 225BNDE5 nearly one year ago. Its Ice/Evaporator assembly got some problem 1month before. I complaint about it, Engineer came and told to change its assembly. He drilled my fridge from outer side and take charges of 2300/-rs of evaporator assembly and drier . but provide bill amounting1817/- rs.(Anmol service, Amritsar, Invoice no. 144) I questioned about that he told he purchased copper wire from out side. After 2-3 days it stops cooling and I complaint again (RNA[protected], engineer came adjust assembly little bit and go away. Next day I again faced same cooling problem, and complaint to Customer care many times by complaint numbers: RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected]. LG claims that customer should not pay any charges or warranty of 3 months if same complaint arise but engineer came and changed its compressor and took courier/delivery charge of this part 550 Rs/-. After this, same problem again arise many times I called to engineer but LG engineer routinely send message that my complaint closed. Please solve my problem.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I had purchased a lg refrigerator model gl244gp4 from your esteemed dealer m / s hindustan traders co. South patel nager new delhi 8 on 27 / 07 / 08 vide bill book no. 103 and serial no. 5117.

                                  I have been following up for spares with the service center at rama road delhi as advised by your customer care department on phone and in case of poor response from them i have lodged complaint no rna[protected] that too with lot of efforts as customer care was not easily ready to lodge it

                                  There seems to be some confusion among the service center and customer care as both trying to put the task on each other and in that case the customer becomes like ping pong ball as on both side he gets hit with no result

                                  Also quality of parts are not at all at acceptable standard

                                  There is one rubber gasket on the lower refrigerator department for fixing the door which is creating problem and not getting affixed due to which the ingredientsin the compartment are not getting proper cooling and getting wasted and have to be thrown away

                                  First of all i had approached to service center at rama road after getting advice from your customer care to check the availability of part but the response from them was pathetic and they pushed me to contact service centre and lodge the complain

                                  I again contacted your customer care but it was again advised them to contact service centre for spares, it was very difficult to lodge the complaint with them, they were more interested in visiting charges but not paid any attention to spare availability with them

                                  In evening technician visited my place and confirmed that gasket has to be replaced but the service centre is not having spares and that too will not be available as model has been discontinued

                                  What a shocking joke. . . Now what will i do with this refrigerator. . . Shall i need it to throw it as company is in capable of providing spars

                                  I have bought a branded product and not a local unbranded product with no moral values

                                  Lg is one of the top most brands and it is the moral responsibility of brands to provide availability of spares of the models to customer as these things are being bought once or twice in lifetime

                                  The undersigned is also working with consumer durable firm and our company even provides the spares of 3 - 40 year old models

                                  How can a brand refuse to give spars so confidentially that too if model is not very old

                                  In earlier instances there is breakage in plastic parts due to poor quality that too are not available with your customer care and have to be sourced at local shops at higher prices

                                  Why customer has to face all these harrasment and rubbish if he has choosen to buy a prestigious brand like lg

                                  What is the difference between brand and local manufacturer if the brand is not able to provide spares

                                  Now where shall i go with this refrigerator

                                  In case of no availability of spare it is the moral responsibility of brand to exchange the complete product

                                    I had purchased lg home theater in may 2015.Then the same will replaced on may 15 by some issue in product.But the new product also not working from last month. I had logged a call for maintainace but the service center refuse warranty without checking. The the call center not taking any complaint about this issue. please suggest your terms.at the time of replacement they promised for warranty extend for next one year.
