Hello, My name is Arun and I am from Bangalore. I called up the customer care again and they told me to speak to Ms. Gayathri and her designation is CRO. Her contact number is [protected]. When i contacted her, the phone was switched off that whole day. Then next day, I spoke with her but her response was very casual and then she asks me to contact Mr.Ashokan, who is the service manager. His number is [protected]. But for 2 days I tried to contact him but either his phone is busy or he is not taking the call. Such a frustrating thing a customer has to go through. These people don't know how to speak or handle a customer. Customer will get irate with the response coming from them including the seniors. Then today I called Ms. Gayathri again, and she is saying, that this part is not available in India as this model they are not manufacturing anymore. I asked her, does this means I cant used the vacuum cleaner anymore? She said, "Yes". Instead of giving a alternative solution, such a casual solution. So this means that any product we buy from LG, we can use it for 4 years and after that any part are broken or complaint, we cant use the product. Now I don't know, whom to approach. I want my product to be repaired or take back their product and return the money. I am looking for a speedy solution. Thanks, Arun [protected]

Sub : Malpractice by LG Service Centre Technician by way of placing duplicate part in LG Refrigerator and non-submission of Bill. Sir/Madam, The following is submitted in regard to outstanding issue – 1) In the second week of April, 2015 call was made to LG Centre at Ratnagiri – Shree Samarth Services. In the evening hours on 15/04/2015, Technician came to my house. He informed to replace the Thermostat in the Refrigerator. He replaced the same and charged Rs.1000/-. The charge was paid by me in cash, for which he has not given me Bill. 2) Subsequently, problem in the Refrigerator remained same. So, I called up Technician to attend the problem. BUT, DESPITE OF REPEATED TELEPHONIC CALLS TO TECHNICIAN AS WELL AS LOCAL LG CENTRE, NO POSITIVE RESPONSE WAS MADE BY THEM AND ISSUE REMAINED UNSOLVED FOR A FURTHER PERIOD. 3) With regret, the issue was taken up with Superiors in LG Centre. While interacting (in tele conferencing) with Ms.Megha & Shri Shirke, it was revealed that the Technician who had replaced the part, has cheated me by non-giving the Bill and also placing duplicate Thermostat in my Refrigerator. Then, Shri Shirke promised to resolve the problem in Refrigerator and also to place original Thermostat in Refrigerator. 4) On 31/05/2015, Technician came to my house and done Gas Refilling work in Refrigerator, for which he has charged Rs.2500/-. But original Thermostat is not placed in Refrigerator. HE HAS GIVEN ME BILL NO.497 DT.31/05/2015 (COPY OF WHICH IS ENCLOSED HEREWITH ) FOR TOTAL RS.3500/- (RS.2500/- FOR GAS FILLING WORK AND RS.1000/- FOR DUPLICATE THERMOSTAT REPLACED ON 15/04/2015). 5) Now issue of replacing Thermostat remains unresolved. I have been very frequently calling to Shri Shirke for the same. All the time he has made false promises. Till date, issue is not resolved. LG Authority is hereby requested to – i) Confirm replacement of original Thermostat in my Refrigerator. ii) Also to confirm the charges levied by LG local centre is in line with the LG price list.

        the refrigerator was purchased around two years ago(modal no.GL479GSXD4.). Around 2 months ago, the defrost system of the fridge stopped working.The insides of the fridge is covered in ice. At time the fridge stops cooling and then starts automatically.many times the food kept gets spoiled because of this. I request for your immediate attention on this issue.

          My refrigerator model is GCL217 BPJV, which was purchases around 4 years back. From the past three days, it is not functioning properly in terms of the cooling effect. We raised the complaint on day#1 and got attended by one o[censored]r engineers who rectified it temporarily; After he had gone, the problem still came back (complaint no: RNA[protected] After again contacting customer care to address this problem, some other guy came and detected the problem being that of insufficient gas. He said that he will send another guy however no one has come yet. We raised another complaint today (complaint number: RNA[protected] with your customer care and they asked to call Ruchi Yadav on [protected]. Upon calling her several times, she answered and mentioned that someone will definitely reach our place by 5PM today. We waited till 6:45PM and noone turned up. She's now not answering the phone calls and we are extremely frustrated with this constant to and fros and the calls that we have to make just to ask someone about whether they will positively send someone by today! What is even annoying is the dishonesty expressed in terms of time committments and withdrawl from accountability and helping customers out. I am sure I dont have to explain how much trouble we are going through with our fridge not working for the past 3 days! I want to take this issue up with the senior management now because clearly noone I have spoken to in the past has addressed my issue so far

            I purchased LG LED TV, 32", on 26/02/2015 from Priya Electronics Palace, near V Mart, Company Bagh, Basti. After a few days it started giving trouble to me with its display. At times there is no dispaly at all and even if it is there for some time, it disappears eventually. In last three months three times the company representative have visited me and repaired the TV but the problem still persists. Now I want this faulty TV to be replaced and furnish me with a new TV and compensate me for the mental harassment.

              I bought an Inverter AC, model no -BS-Q126B4A4 from Sathya Agency, Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu on 24-6-15 and it was installed by LG company installers, Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu on the very same day. The LG company installers demanded an amount of Rs.450 towards cost of some wire. i paid Rs. 450/- for the wire and When demanded for bill, they refused to give and asked to recieve it from LG service centre, Thoothukudi and it was also not a polite reply from the LG company staff, Thoothukudi. after fitting of AC, the water drainage was not property fitted and water began to come out from the AC. The LG installers did not fix the drainage tube properly and i had to suffer the water oozing out of AC unit due to the negligency of LG AC installers. Please make arrangements to rectify the water drainage which is not fixed by the LG installers properly.

                Hi I am a resident of chandigarh and since last 2 years have been trying all means to reach the higher management through complaints made at toll free number / service center but till date have got no solution to my problem. My refrigerator's gaskit is damaged and now LG Service team says this model is no more in manufacturing hence gaskit is not available...I think the company changes the models every early so as to make it compulsoryfor customers to buy their new models as the parts earlier models are not marketed by them. Can some one / LG officials help... Tejinder

                    I have purchased LG Refrigerator Model NO: GL-245FED45 on[protected]. Just two days weeks back my refrigerator's door was broken and came out from the main body. I have registered the compliant with LG Customer care on 10 June 2015. These are the complaint number. RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected] and RNA[protected]Today). Till today the problem is not solved. Initially The technician visited my house and told me the model is discontinued and he can't do anything. Even though he charged me Rs.180.00. Afterwards I called the customer care and registered the complaint again. They have provided me with area manager number. I contacted him and he has taken details of refrigerator and ordered the door. Unfortunately The door didnt fit to my refrigerator. The technician left saying that he will contact the manager and let me know. From that day I am after the area manager of Hubli and Technician trying to know the status of my problem. When I call area manager he says he talked with technician he will contact me. Technician says he will talk to manager. They don't bother to call me. I have to call them everyday to get the status. In between the technician don't answer my calls. I have purchased the refrigerator for Rs. 16, 100-00. Now all the money is gone waste. I have small kids in home and without refrigerator I can not able to store anything. I am expecting a good after sale service from LG but the service I got is not good. Being the LG customer for years first time I am feeling really cheated and lost. I used to recommend the LG to my friends always. Now With this experience I may not recommend LG to anyone in future.

It almost 20 days and I didn't have my problem solved. I have to call the manager who is such a arrogant he will not bother to answer my call. I may now thinking to go to consumer forum for the help. Please anybody help me.
                    No one has contacted me so far. Please contact me on [protected] or [protected]. Its almost 20 days LG people didnt able to solve my problem. I am really thinking of going to consumer forum for the humiliation and injustice caused to me. All my money is gone waste now. The area manager responsible for solving the problem is not answering my call. I will do something to make sure that noone will suffer like me.

                        I bought Micowave oven in month of May (First week) and since the installation it is making a weird sound, when we asked the installation service person he said its normal. Then when used the convention oven it started switching off and getting heated. we raised complaint they said the main board is defect and need replacement. I asked for replacement of over for same model. They said the model is out of stock, then we asked for a different model and ready to pay the difference price, but after 2 weeks they come back and say that the model we requested is out of stock and will not available. We asked if we can go for a model with less price and you just give us coupons for LG so that we can buy some other LG product and they say its not possible. The service manager says either you take the model we suggested or the next higher model which is double the price of the model i bought. Complaint No (RNA[protected]

                          On the 3rd of Feb. I had tendered a cheque of Rs. 269989/- of ICICI bank, ch. no.17962 favouring Future retail ltd. to E-ZONE, HOMELAND MALL, NO 18 B, 2nd FLOOR, ASHUTOSH MUKHERJEE ROAD, BHAVANIPUR, KOLKATA 700020 in a/c of my order of 1 pc LG 65UC970T 3D LED TV ([protected]) and 1 pc LG LAP340 SOUND PLATE ([protected]), As the place where the set had to be installed at my house was not ready by that time, I requested them to send the set after my confirmation to HOMETOWN and they despatched me the set some time in the month of 7-8 April through Invoice no.[protected]Despatch document[protected] dtd[protected] Further I refer to say that I was not present at the time of despatch nor the product had been shown to me and the demo was also not done, a demo set was desplayed to me at the time of ordering of the product. When the set reached my home place I called HOMWTOWN for getting it installed and I was conveyed that a request has been raised with the customercare of LG and very soon they would attend me, after 3-4 days the technicians from LG reached my house and they them self opened the seal of the set and while installing they complained of some breaking of panel glass. They took the photo of the set and WHAT'APP the photo to the concerned authority and talked to them and again packed the set in the cartoon for further action by the co. LG/E-zone. I regret to say, such a huge fund of mine is blocked since FEB. and I am running pillar to post and no action is being taken either by E-zone or LG. I had convertation for so many times with the officers of LG as well as HOMETOWN and each and every time the assurence is being given to me for doing the needful at the earliest possible time by the co. Now I am fedup with the assurence given and it is my last chance for the matter to be discussed with the co. HOMETOWN/LG. and if the matter is not sorted out in a weeks time I shall be compelled to file a case in the consumer court at Koderma and making both of you as a party, for the damage including the penal interest from the date of my payment and the legal expences incured.                             My complaint No RNA[protected] i purchased LG Double door D322 RPJL.APGZEBN Inferior products manufacturer cheating customers My complaint No RNA[protected] Refrigerator in Jan-15 from the beginning cooling efficiency is very low in summer we found food items are getting spoiled . even at that time also I thing I don’t know the settings of new refrigerator. After sale non of company representative attended for demo. I registered for demo. Technician visited and told due to defective product efficiency is low some gas is to be recharged it will takes two days to rectify and he demanded for transport charge in the warranty period I asked him for receipt he denied. After so much of discussion with service centre supervisor he agreed to take it to their work shop. Due denial of transport charge they delayed 2 days for pick up ie on[protected] . No one from service centre or LG India contacted me after 3 days. I approached call centre they given me the no of abdul hafees nothing was done by contacting him over phone. Waited for two days and given mail through my registered mail id nothing was done. Because its evaporator, mother board is changed I visited to day to their service centre they are wating for compressor to change and LG india is very much concern to their customers in supplying this type of products wow LG india is 6 sigma company. In between I contactesdMr Kirans boss his name is Raghunadan he simply passing time to make my product as their practice piece to their new technicians to day is 20th that means 16 days is a very short time to rectify problem in new fridge. When my product will be repaired I don’t know in what condition it will return God Knows I asked them for test certificate in appropriate lab. I want to sell or donate the above and go for any other company product I decide not to buy LG Products I am forwarding this to all my contacts and my social connections.                               COMPLAINT AGAINST ‘PHOENIX TECHNOCARE LG SERVICE CENTRE’, MUVATTUPUZHA (ERNAKULAM DISTRICT, KERALA) 1. On purchasing an LG LED 32 LN 5110 TV set from “Bismi Appliances” (Muvattupuzha, Kerala), the purchase of the product was registered immediately by the dealer with the LG service centre (‘PHOENIX TECHNOCARE LG SERVICE CENTRE’) at Muvattupuzha. 2. Thereupon, the LG service centre contacted me for the fixing of the ‘wall mount bracket’ for my TV through their authorised employee Mr Hani. However, Mr Hani repeatedly changed the date for fixing and finally he never turned up. Repeated enquiries and telephone complaints drew more promises by Mr Hani, LG service centre and the dealer, but unfortunately none got materialised. 3. On 19 June 2015, I talked to my dealer and Mr Hani once again and gave the final reminder and talked of approaching consumer court for redressal. Finally, after 2 LONG YEARS, an LG service personnel by name Mr Delvin came to my home and fitted the ‘wall mount bracket’ for my TV. But to my utter surprise, the LG service centre charged money (Rs 1278/-) for the fitting as well as for the bracket! My surprise gave way to shock when they explained the rational for the charge: they benevolently pointed out that the service was after the warranty period!! The whole issue raises a few relevant questions for the LG consumer in particular and for the consumers in general: 3.1. The enclosre 1 as well as enclosure 2 confirm that my TV set was purchased in June 2013. The enclosure 2 also shows that the ‘wall mount bracket’ for which money was paid (along with the bill) and the demand was placed by my dealer as early as on 2/June/2013 was delivered and installed only on 20/6/2015. How comes the ‘Phoenix Technocare LG Service Centre, Muvattupuzha’, took 2 long years to install as basic and essential a component for the TV as its ‘wall mount bracket’? Is not the consumer eligible for compensation for the delayed delivery and service? 3.2. How can a product’s (here ‘wall mount bracket’) warranty expire before it is delivered to the consumer? In the present case, my ‘wall mount bracket’ was delivered on 20/6/2015. And the LG company says that the consumer has to pay additional charge because its warranty had expired before its delivery!! 3.3 I contacted Ms Priyanka who is in charge of the ‘Phoenix Technocare LG Service Centre, Muvattupuzha’ on the same date of installation. She not only refused to help but even sent unilaterally a very rude sms (4:39 PM/20 Jun) on behalf of BH-LGCARE which said, “Your service request RNA[protected] is closed”. After waiting for 2 long years for fixing a TV bracket, the Head of your Services Division added insult to injury! 3.4. If my request for fixing the ‘wall mount bracket’ was registered only on 19 June 2015, as Ms Priyanka claims, how comes your authorised personnel Mr Hani was detailed for the installation at my home by 5 June 2013 and he called me time and again by phone after this date? 4. In the given circumstances, it is amply clear that your service centre ‘Phoenix Technocare LG Service Centre, Muvattupuzha’ has miserably failed in caring for a bonafide LG consumer. It is requested that exemplary action should be initiated against the erring official/s for their unaccountability and criminal negligence.                                 HI, i have purchased L.G- home theater, Blue-ray DVD, refrigerator and Washing machine. around 18 month before. I have registered a complaint to your customer care department on 18/6/15 for HOME THEATER installation . {RNA[protected] }.They said they will send the technician in same day evening & will be charged around 300 to 350 rs. But we didn't received any call or information from technician. after calling 50 times to your customer care. yesterday we received the calls from your Technician and he was asking for the installation fees 500 + wiring 200/-rs + tax = around 1000/-rs. Also he was saying that he will not able to come today and tomorrow because of his weakly-off. what kind of service LG is providing ? why your technician asking for soo much of amount.? I will never refer to anybody to purchased any L.G product because of service and this kind of irresponsible response from your employee. also i going to file a complaint.

                                      Hello, I bought an 1.5 ton LG AC with Serial Number: 402NATK019729 in the month of April 2014. After the purchase, just in a months time the problem occured of non cooling. I had complained to the customer care and asked them to replace the piece is the problem is severe. The technical person came from 'Comfort Point service centre' [Ph no. [protected]]. They checked and took my AC and returned back after too long time. Again after a month, the problem repeated. I asked them to change the AC piece, but they didn't. This has happened in every 1 or 2 months time. Recently, it was a problem in my compressor, so again i complained. Again the comfort point guys took my AC and after 1 week they gave back with a new compressor fitted. And now again there is a problem in my AC of cooling problem. Since i took this AC i have been facing lot of problems. I have always trusted LG products and that's why always purchased. But now i'm facing so many problems, and the customer care and Service centre guys are not at all listening to the problem. It's my humble request to please give me a new piece so this problem is not repeated again. I'm sure, the piece which has been given was not in good position. Kindly revert back.

                                        7-July-2013, I bought an LG PLASMA 42PN4500 TV, thought that it would replace my old CRT TV. My Old TV was working flawlessly but still, advancements in technology and my heart made me buy this 42 inch TV. I had intense trust on LG as I had been a big fan of LG Products. 40% of appliances in my home are of LG be it LG G2 Mobile phone, be it LG Semi-Auto Washing machine, be it LG Double Door Refrigerator. It was working good but one fine morning, with a cup of tea, I saw that my TV is not turning on with no Video or Audio. I checked wiring myself as I had immense faith on LG appliances, that they will not give me even a single chance to complain also, the product was not also 'that' old to stop working. But, it didn't turn on. I called up customer care. He checked for flaws or any blown capacitors but no, everything was ok, except the screen (as the service repair man said) He said, it will cost me more than 50% the value of TV to Replace it. Same case was with my colleague too. He had the same model of same year (as I recommended him) and he too had the same problem. So, I think this problem is with all the models of that year. I went on consumer forum website and found numerous more complaints about the same model of LG TV & of the same year. This was my worst experience with LG. I had great beliefs about these LG Products. I assured more and more people to buy LG Products and you, My Heart shattered into pieces when I came to know that this is a manufacturing defect with all LG 2013 Plasma 42" inch screen TVs and LG has not yet done anything about it. All companies, to keep their reputation good, rectify their manufacturing defects so that customer does not complain in future and what did you do? kept it going on as it is? Please rectify this defect as soon as possible. I had my CRT TV which I am using since almost 13 years and has not developed even a single problem till now and your LG Plasma TV got its screen damaged without any reason, within 2 Years? I educated more and more people (almost everyone I know) about the brilliant and authentic quality of LG Products but, now, I will make sure that I educate more and more people about my this bad experience. namutkarshgmailcom
