I Mr. Sanjay Ghosh, resident of Bangalore, India, I have logged a complaint with LG customer care on 6.6.2015 regarding my refrigerator cooling is not there. LG logged my complaint and the number is RNA[protected]. LG technician visits my residence on 7.6.15 & closes the complaint. I call back LG customer care enquiring why they have closed my complaint without my knowledge. Customer care says they will revert back. I keep following up until on 7.7.2015 customer care connects call to Mr. Ashok, Area sales manager in KH Road, Bangalore. Mr. Ashok stated over con call that; a). Spare is not available for my refrigerator, b). No compensation will be given as the product is over 5 years, c). Company has stopped manufacturing the spare, d). No service will be provided by LG as company has stopped manufacturing spare, In view of the above I would request to the authority to bring such manufacturer to task as this is caused a lot of mental agony & harassment for following up and not getting any response. For me the product which I bought for Rs. 25 K is of no value. I been a person of middle income causes a big hole in my pocket due to this incidence.     I have bought an AC two months back. It's an inverter based AC and there is an issue with it now. It automatically gets switched off . The complaint has been filed with customer service and it's been 7 days today, ththe issue has not been fixed . I have been calling LG customer service department and ththe higher prrsonnel several times a day. Their engineer had visited my place but had gone back stating parts needs to be changed . I have been treated very unprofessionally by them . Please advise next course of action and consider this as a serious complaint . Thanks

      Dear Sir, W.R.T my complaint no RNA[protected] [LG55-6200]no display, LG logo comes up briefly during power on but sound is fine), one repair person(Mr Kiran Kumar) came to my house yesterday 6-Jul around 16:30 hrs . His conversation was devoid of etiquette or decency but from what he said this is a very common issue in LG TV set and every second customer faces this problem. Without even touching the TV he told us we have to change the display Panel and demanded Rs 45, 000/- in cash . When we said the amount (1/3rd of the TV purchase price) is too much he demanded Rs 285/- with Tax as inspection charge. He refused to provide any receipt nor did he have any Id Card .. Let us know if he is a spurious person so that we can make a police complaint against this fake representative . We wonder if this problem is a known issue why shouldn't LG replace the TV set as a recall . Please do-not charge for a new Panel, since we are your existing customer and though we understand the whole panel needs to be changed, you can as well repair this in your premises, so we should pay only some nominal charges .. Going thru various LG grievance websites it would seem to us that we have purchased this expensive TV set only so that it would go defective soon with LG waiting to charge exorbitantly for repairs . Please donot make this your source of income .. No well meaning Corporate would fleece its customers after having delivered a sub standard product ... Please have this TV set repaired by competent people charging reasonably ...

        Dear Sir/Madam This is Rahul D from Chennai. We have problem with LG washing machine which is under warranty. Cloths washed using this machine get faded away. This complain as been raised in April 2015 wide service request RNA[protected], RNA[protected] again in June 2015 wide service request no:RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected]. No proper solution is being provided on all complains. We are extremely regretted buying an LG product which has very poor performance and customer service. Service engineers doesn't pick phone call and provide proper feedback. We have lost cloths worth 20000INR by using this machine. Extremely unhappy to experience such a poor performance and response from Global home appliance manufacturer like LG. We have lost trust on your products and services. Please support act immediately and feedback on complains. I have attached the sample photos of spoilt cloth for reference has been taken by service engineer as well. Kindly act immediately.The service request has been closed without proper solution indicating wrong reason(Customer appointment over 5days) which is not true.

        Thank you.I received a call from your team. I explained the them the concern that I faced. I am extremely not happy with the response and methodology adopted. After spending 18000INR money on your product and losing 20000INR worth of clothes using your machine we are deep hurt that your concern is least bother to even acknowledge the failure in your product nor resolve the issue. This is clear evidence of your ethical value and trust worthiness of your concern towards customer satisfaction index. As per our knowledge the product is faulty as one my colleague is also facing same problem with the same Brand and Model. After waiting for more than 2months for resolution I am forced selling your washing machine for 1200INR to buy a brand new one.I would request you to refund the money back as matter of customer satisfaction if something exist in your mind and company's policy.

          Hello Team, I am based in New Zealand and in November 2012 I had bought a LG TV from Reliance Store in Dwarka model number LG-LCD32CS470 for my parents based in Dwarka New Delhi. Since 8th of April 2014 this TV has been to service station 8 times and the last time it was picked up for repair was on 14/06/2015. Can I please ask as my consumer rights that how can we have trust behind this product when its been already repaired. I have been working with a retail organisation here in NZ and we also deal with repair agents on day to day basis but we have never made our customers suffer for the failure of service given by the products. Can I please get a reply from you regarding how are you planning to keep your brand name's confidence in us. I will be looking forward for your reply in favour at [protected]@yahoo.com

            Dear Sir/Mam, Your service has really disappoint us.We are facing problem in our spilt Ac for more than 2 months.There is Cooling problem'. We have spend almost 8000 to 10000 in repairing process but till now we are not satisfied with service provided from your side. Service engg came to our for three times but they are unable to tell us the problem.First time they have told us that there is insufficient gas in AC. Second time they have came to fill gas but they kept the knob of the pipe loose. Our Ac runs for max 2 days smoothly then again same problem starts. Third time they have came and told us that stablizer is not working fyn, kindly change this and your Ac will run smooth.After few days we have checked voltage the stablizer is providing to ac, it was normal, i.e 200-220v which is required for the Ac.But still our Ac is not working and doesn't cools our room.At night we have saw that when we switch on our Ac then off it, huge amount of Gas leaks continuously for a min... Now we understand why our Ac doesnot providing cooling but engg. are still unaware of this. After spending 3000 on gas refilling, gas lasts for only two days because all gas have leaked since a month. Worst Customer service I have ever seen for a product.

              I raised a query on 9th jun 2015 stating that my tv switches off by itself after showing LG logo. the compliant number is CNA[protected]RNA[protected]. The Engineer visited and told that the mother board has to be changed and charged Rs. 4581 for it. With in a week the same issue reappeared, I registered a compliant no RNA [protected], Engineer came and checked and said there was no issues and started working again, With in two days the same problem started, I again raised compliant RNA no[protected] was cancelled due to appointment problems, then raised another compliant RNA[protected]. Another Engineer came and told that screen is the faulty and it has to be replaced, when I told him that the turns on occasionally works fine till I switch it off, I don't see a problem with a screen. He said he will check back the previous service engineer and come back, but he closed the call stating consumer rejected the service because of high part cost. I escalated with lg, they are assigning the same engineer, he is telling the same story over the phone.

              next day I started receiving calls from your customer care executives,
              and you guys raised a compliant yourselves RNA No:[protected], and
              you guys were only interested in selling me a new Screen costing
              around 30K, I refused and asked to diagnose the problem first
              correctly, The same engineer came on 9-Jul-2015. diagnosed and
              certified that tv is working fine without any issue, I asked him to
              send a email or written report to me, he said he has no authorization
              to give and asked me to talk to the team lead, I spoke to lead, he
              agreed to give him on Friday. It didn't came till now(11-jul-2015), I
              have recorded all conversations with your customer executive and
              Service Engineer. THE DAMN TV IS NOT WORKING AGAIN from
              SATURDAY(11-jul-2015). I am Getting the Same Issue, Turn on TV, shows
              LG logo and switches off, Keep trying some times TV will turn on
              without any issues in 3 times, sometimes in 50 times.

                01/05/2015 Praveen-[protected] Mother Board problem. As i am nexus lover .. i have nexus 5 32gb variant .. i purchased one year ago and was really satisfied with the set ..but after the warranty period suddenly my cellphone screen broke when it fell for first time then also der was no problem it was working perfectly with no problems for atleast 2 months and after that motherboard failure (i dont know how the motherboard stopped working, it does not make sense with the screen). Screen is perfect with minor crack and was working perfectly.. sometimes it was on and sometime not now its totally stopped working .. In lg service center they told me that it costs me around 3400rs for Motherboard and 7680rs for Screen ... Mother board fails only after the warranty period it does not make any sense .. So i want replacement or repair from LG .. i love lg sets all my products are of LG, but now i lost hope from the products they deliver. so i request you to please replace my cell. Thank You

                  Your service centre sambalpur odisha - 768001 inspected our above mentioned washing machine at jharsuguda odisha - 768201 and advised us to replace a new drum. Accordingly we brought the machine to their repairing center at jharsuguda. Now after more than a week the mechanic is saying that the required spare is not available with them and it will take a long time to book one from noida.

                  Can you please assure me the time of delivery of machine after necessary repair ?

                    I had purchased an LG LED LS5700 in late 2012 from EZone Malad. They told me such TV's dont give any problem for 5 years.. However, My TV suddenly started showing some vertical lines as soon as rains started in Mumbai in Mid June last month. I lodged a complaint to LG and they told me that they will send someone who will charge Rs 250 for the visit and Rs 850 for repairs. Complaint number - RNA[protected] The repair person comes home.. Just takes Rs 250 visit charges plus service taxes. Total Rs 285 and tells me that i will get a call.. There is absolutely no call after that. I put another complaint on July 2nd number - RNA[protected] Today i receive an SMS giving a lame excuse that i am not available / Door locked.. This is absolutely not the case. When i called the call center and insisted on speaking to a senior, they give me a number of Mr. Sajid Syed number - [protected]. I have tried this number nearly 50 times and no one answers this line.. How can a TV get lines like this in 2. 5 years? I owned 2 TV's earlier which worked for more than 15 years each and still did not give a problem. This TV has started giving a problem within 2.5 years.. It has not been moved from its place and yet.. Secondly absolutely pathetic after sale service from LG..It seems to me that they are interested only in making money. Selling TV's for a bomb and then no service. Rgds Prakash

                      Hi, I own a Google Nexus 5 LG Ph (IMEI[protected]B44710-9) bought on 8 March 2014. The phone is not getting booted now. It just blinks 'google' when on charger. When I showed it at the Service Center they said its a mothrerboard issue and will cost 7000Rs. My phone is just over a yr old and hence is out of warranty. When I researched more I realized that its a known issue and a lot of people are facing exactly the same issue and changing the motherboard has not helped them. Since its two huge companies like LG & Google involved and the phone is worth 30K, this is not the kind of customer experience I ever imagined I will face. As it a known issue I expect the company to take ownership of the same and get a resolution to it. They cannot expect customers to simply go and buy another phone. In US handsets are being replaced. Its a product issue the product should have been recalled or a correction patch should have been sent to rectify the issue. This is disgusting and unacceptable. I have great hopes from you to help me get the issue rectified not only for me but for all those who are facing it .

                            This complaint is regarding unnecessary charges for Ac Repair against 26A, Sanjay Market, Mangol Puri kalan, New Corporation Bank, New Delhi My LG AC ( Window AC 1 Tonne) stopped cooling the room . I called the service centre and the field officer came to my house. He said we will service your ac and because your ac censor is not properly placed.He charged Rs 450 from me with bill for service. After 1 hour my Ac stopped cooling the room . I further lodged the complaint and this time another field officer came to my house. The field officer told me your thermostater is not working and charged Rs 850 from me with bill for changing the thermostater. After 15 minutes of field office departure my AC further stopped cooling i called the service centre, this time another field officer came and told your AC Gas is leaked that is why your ac stopped cooling. I argue with him regarding unnecessary service charges and change of thermostater in prior two visits but he said we cannot do anything and you have to pay full amount for gas leaked . He charged me Rs 1760 with bill. Despite all these payments my AC did not correct and did not cool the room so i further lodged the complaint, the field officer came and told your AC compressor will replaced. I argue with him prior three charges which they have made from me for unnecessary service and change of thermostater and gas but he replied the main problem is your compressor and i do not know about previous charges. I talked to the Manager but he also replied that he can not do anything. I called LG customer care centre but they did not hear the complaint and gave the number of same service centre for any complaints. So it is humble request to you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              My LG AC ( Window AC 1 Tonne) stopped cooling the room . I called the service centre and the field officer came to my house. He said we will service your ac and because your ac censor is not properly placed.He charged Rs 450 from me with bill for service. After 1 hour my Ac stopped cooling the room . I further lodged the complaint and this time another field officer came to my house. The field officer told me your thermostater is not working and charged Rs 850 from me with bill for changing the thermostater. After 1 day my AC further stopped cooling i called the service centre, this time another field officer came and told your AC Gas leaked that i why your ac stopped cooling. I argue with him regarding unnecessary service charges and change of thermostater in prior two visits but he said we cannot do anything and you have to full amount for gas leaked then we can the cooling process. He charged me Rs 1760 with bill. Despite all these payments my AC did not correct and did not cool the room so i further lodged the complaint, the field officer came and told your AC compressor will replaced. I argue with him prior three charges which they have made from me for unnecessary service and change of thermostater and gas but he replied the main problem is your compressor and i do not know about previous charges. I talked to the Manager but he also replied that he can not do anything. I called your customer care centre and did not hear the complaint and gave the number of same service centre for any complaints. So it is humble request to you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                dear reader i have a microwave oven model no. mc-2681ds which stopped working due to problem in its circuit board and the person in service centre is not helping me out. i am very old customer of LG and a loyaol one . the service centre person also not ready to email on my id as what is the problem nor do they give me any alternative solutions. i am very much disappointed with the behaviour of local service centre in Siliguri 734001. thus kindly take this request otherwise i have to shift to any other brand.

                                  Dear Sir, I have a taken an AMC for my LG 1Ton Ac vide NJ006704 and on 03/03/2015, I have raised a service request for cooling issues vide Request ID RNA[protected] the service engineer (Manivannan mob: [protected]) have checked and informed that there is a problem in the coil and taken it to the service centre. After three days my ac got delivered, installed and worked for 20 days. Again there is no cooling. Again I have raised a service request vide request id RNA[protected] on 15/04/2015(DSCCHE2ACCOUNT_1), the service engineer checked again and informed that there is a problem in the coil and taken both indoor and out door unit to the service centre and returned after 4 days. It worked again for 15 - 20 days and the same problem persist. Again I have raised a service request vide request id RNA[protected] on 20/05/2015, the service engineer from Guru Balaji Cool System they have taken. This time I have informed them this is the 3rd time and the issue not got resolved. the same thing happened again the team has taken both indoor and out door unit to the service centre and returned after 4 days. it worked again for 10 days only this time. Again I have raised a service request vide request id RNA[protected] on 20/06/2015, the service engineer from Guru Balaji Cool System (Suresh [protected]) have taken the unit and returned after 3 days. But no body has come for installation and almost on an alternative days I am reminding Suresh as well as Customer care till 30/06/2015. I have been told that your issue will get resolved with in 48 hrs. (OVERALL MY AC IS NOT WORKING FROM 03/03/2015 TILL 01/07/2015 IN SPITE OF HAVING A AMC) Now please let me know how my issue will get resolved permanently, or whom should I contact to get my issue resolved permanently.                                   Guru Balaji cool systems provided a very poor service.This was my second interaction with their service engineer.Service engineer was trying to force us to get extra copper coils instead of fixing it on wall using angles just to save an extra effort.Finally he agreed to install it using angles but wanted to fix compressor just in front of window using angles at the height of around 2 ft.When we asked to fix it at a height of 4.5 ft, he completely denied(whereas most of the ACs in my society are fixed minimum at 5 ft-6 ft).I purchased LG ac from SHAH'S in chennai which included ac installation charges and gave a receipt for getting the service done.That service engineer, niether finished his task nor he was returning that receipt.Truly a very bad experience.After arguing for 45 mins and with intervention of SHAH's on phone, finally he returned the receipt.I really urge LG to give us alternative for authorized service centre.Request No. RNA[protected]

                                    Hi Recently my fridge which is having some issue and blowing some sound. I have called [protected] for service. A man called Syed has been called me back and visited my house. He has replaced some part in the fridge and said that we will not have any issues and collected 2300 rupees. This is happened on sunday (28th June 2015) and on Tuesday(30th June we faced the same issue and when we have called syed then he came back to see the issue and he is saying that mother board issue and he is asking another 1550 rupees to solve the issue. He is definetly cheating. Please help us on this

                                      I have made a various complaint regarding repairing of my fridge which is not working since last 1 month. I had made request time and again (Repeatedly) to call centre and also to our local service station at rajkot. But it pain me to write this to your good offices that till date my problem is not solved. Each time new engineer (Young boy ) comes and going repairing not usefully.
