I have registered a complaint (request n RNA[protected] as screen of my TV was not working. Engineer visited my house and told me that screen has gone bad and he cant do anything as the part is discontinued. In evening my request got closed automatically with Reason "Discontinued Part". As per LG people I am supposed throw out TV which is just 4 years old and I spend 36000 rs on it. I called customer care again and they gave me this no [protected], of Ruchi Yadav (CCO) but the person never picks up the phone. Now I dont have any other option but to go to the consumer court if this issue is not addressed immediately.

Hi, I am facing similar problem in terms of getting a response from this person "Ruchi Yadav", whose number has been shared by the Customer Care. But it is of no help to me as there's no answer after having tried calling her several times in the past one hour!
This is seriously a ridiculours customer care service that LG is putting us up with!
The type of companies making substandard products should be banned. Neither their service team nor this cco number is useful...They only work for political masters

    My name is Khushboo Bhargava and I reside in Malad (west) Mumbai. I want to make really serious complaint against LG electronics for their pathetic low grade ( realized now ) products and ridiculous after sales service. After a thoughtful deliberation and considering LG being one of the leaders and reputed and trusted brands in electronic goods we decided to go ahead with LG LED TV Model # 32LE5300 in 2011 ( Bill attached ) Off late my TV started giving problem and finally lying dead for the past 20 days. I lodged complaint regarding this to LG customer care centre (very annoying to my surprise) in Mumbai and after rigorous follow up with them with they sent technician. Their technical guy came and said that there is problem with motherboard and they have to order new motherboard and went. Post that none of the customer care people took responsibility to update or call us back, I tried calling them but they were just avoiding my calls. I simply don’t understand why this so absurd approach of LG customer care people, or is it simply LG don’t understand “C” of customer service, why bloody we have to follow up for everything, I guess LG loves to harass their customers. After 5 days continuous follow up the so called engineer came up with motherboard and after checking he said actually there is problem with TV panel and not mother board, he went and said customer service guys will call us to give update on Panel. Why he couldn’t understand the problem in his first visit ( looks LG have bunch of full illiterate and incapable engineers). Again the same problem no body even bothered to call us back and update about the same. I made so many calls and spoke to Mr. Prashant Babu and very conveniently he said panel is not available and company can't do anything about it, you have to buy new TV only and offered me 33 percent buy back offer, I said I don’t want any buy back offer, to that he said its Company Policy. I was completely amazed after hearing such money making company policy. My serious concerns below: • Why the hell I would take 33%( hardly Rs.10000/-) buy back and that to with LG again ( Are we fool to burn our fingers again ??? ) • Availability of Panel is not our problem, ITS LG PROBLEM if they can’t arrange accessories why they make such low grade plastic products then, just to fool around people ??? LG makes and sale goods and its LG responsibility to arrange panels. • LG is cheating with the customers. • LG is mentally harassing their customer, they expect to leave our work and only do follow with them. • LG cannot escape by forcing us to accept their nonsense poilcies, what they think they can fool people. It does not ends here I have checked on internet, there are so many people who had same problem with panel and they were also fooled by LG. LG have already mentally harassed me so much. I want LG to replace my TV Panel without any cost OR ELSE REFUND MY FULL MONEY I don't trust LG now. LG don’t harass your customer like this, let me remind you that its not the company who makes the brand it’s the customer who makes the brand. Beware if we can make brands we can destroy it too in a moment. There are many ways to do it. I would never buy any LG product and ensure nobody in my circle buys it. Take this seriously and action on it on urgent basis else I would be forced to take further course of action.       I HAVE PURCHASED LG L70 ON 19/10/2014 IN MOBILE SHOWROOM, HYDERABAD. AFTER 7 MONTHS MOTHER BOARD COMPLAINT HAS ARISED. I HAVE APPROACHED LG ELECTRONICS AUTHORISED MOBILE SERVICE CENTRE( SRI DHATRE MOBILES) DIMOND TOWERS, SHOP NO 13, 14. OPP.MANJU THEATRE, SECUNDERABAD.) ON 03/06/2015.AUTHORISED DEALER TOLD THAT MOTHER BOARDS ARE OUT OF STOCK. SO COME WITHIN 2 DAYS. I HAVE CALLED PLENTY OF TIMES BUT HIS ANSWER WAS SAME. I HAVE FED UP WITH HIS ANSWERS AND CALLED CUSTOMER CARE ([protected]) ON 11/06/2015. HE RESPONDED HUMBLY WITHIN 24 HOURS, ONE CALL WILL COME TO YOUR MOBILE, PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THE DETAILS.         Hello Sir/Madam, This is very sorry to say that LG in India has become really very worst. Its services are degrading day by day. We have recently purchased the Utra HD LED TV 49" on 18th April 2015. Just after 3-4 days we found that the optical cable connection for the LG sound bar is not getting connected with the TV. The service technician while installation, just temporarily fixed the cable and it came out while small touch of cable due to cleaning. The technician informed us that the cable socket of TV was broken and TV will be replaced. Since, then we have raised several times complaints to customer care (atleast multiple times). Initially they said that they are raising the request for replacement of television and it will be delivered at my residence address at earliest. But, after long followup I found that the call is getting closed everytime without resolving the issue. This is very disappointing to say that always we need to followup and without completing the request or resolving the issue, the call is getting closed. Today I tried to call customer care and again raise a complaint for the 10th time. But they always say to speak with local service manager. I spoke to them also earlier but nothing worked. I tried calling several times to the LG dealer also (Mr. Arul - sales representative - LG Store, Chromepet, Chennai), but nothing worked. We had purchased LG products earlier such as Air conditioner, Washing machine, Refrigerator etc. in past. But the services provided were very good and we were always satisfied. After purchasing the TV from LG, I found that your customer services are not that much good and I am standing here disappointed and helpless. Request you to kindly take this on top priority and help to replace the TV at the earliest or refund my entire money. From 01st may to today's date, after so many regular complaints also no body from LG is supporting to resolve the issue. Otherwise, I will not purchase or recommend any one to purchase LG products in future. After raising so many times complaints, LG representative are not waking up.           Hi, I have bought a LF fridge on 10th May 2015 from Bajaj Electronics, Kukkatpally, Hyderabad . The fridge was delivered on 11th May and installation was done on 13th May 2015 . Since last one week the freezer is not working properly and chillness is not there, the technician came and check . As per the technician the gas and refiller choke needs to be replaced . The point here is the product piece delivered as not a proper one and default piece . As this is a new one which is hardly a month old . I would want the product to replaced with a new one . It really disappointing that LG delivers product which is not as per the quality standards, which gets failed in 20 days time . Regards Ajith Menon #[protected]

            Dear Sir/Mam, I have purchased an LG refrigerator in August 2014. There is a breakage in door of freezer. When I contact LG Customer Care, their technician come and fix it with the help of quick fix. Soon After it breaks again. When I contact them again, they are saying that this is a plastic part and they don't provide warranty on plastic/polymer parts. So we have to pay the cost of it. But my question from LG is that it means they have used bad quality polymer in manufacturing. During testing, why they didn't test that it may breaks within 6 months and 2nd thing is that most of the parts are of plastic/polymer.               I was a loyal LG customer with series of LG appliances at home. One of them is LG side by side refrigerator which has 10 yrs warranty. It sopped working after 2years - The compressor or PCB of the same seems to have problem. I have been waiting for it to be fixed since last three weeks (RNA[protected]. It has been utterly disappointing experience - - Initially I was promised that repair will be completed before 5 days (worst case). - With continuous follow-up also, I struggle to get the status. They took 15 days to get the parts from Noida, which is beyond our understanding. - Then comes the most frustrating part - the service engineer comes with the part and after spending an hour, he says that the received part is not compatible!! He took the pictures of the required parts etc and promised that it will be fixed soon. - This is followed by another service engineer's visit after 2 days. Guess what? He comes with another set of parts and says that they too are not compatible. I am really disappointed with the level of customer attention, careless attitude and lack of attention to details. Here we are left deserted! Once you are used to fridge with capacity of 680L+, how can we manage summer (that too with plenty of guests) without a fridge? How long should we wait thinking that the repair would be serviced one fine day? Would LG provide a stand-by appliance if they are going to take more than a month to repair the warranted product? regards, Mahesh

                This is to inform you that my name is Deepak Chauhan and I am working in LG service center address LG Electronics India pvt. ltd (LGC) Delhi DSC-4 Plot no 375 Patparganj industrial Area Delhi the regd office address : A Wing 3rd floor D-3 District Centre Saket new Delhi 110017 as a field engineer and my engineer code is YIL008859 . I am a hard working employee I joined as helper and after some time I was promoted as a field engineer . I got my weekly off on every Tuesday but most of the Tuesdays i went to office as some seniors forced me to come and assigned me work. They did not give me any off. They also said that if i do not come there will be deduction in my salary. They told me regularly that if i want weekly off i have to give them money or alcohol and chicken after that they will think about giving me weekly off. On 09 June 2015 I did not go to my office due to my weekly holiday. Next day on 10 June 2015 when I reached office Mr. Sumit and Mr.Amit Tomer questioned me for my absence from duty on 9 June and said that you did not go to your filled work first you meet with Manager Mr. Anuj Gupta. When Mr. Anil Gupta came to office I met with him and he asked me that why i did not come to office yesterday, I humbly replied to him about my weekly off. He behaved rudely with me and told me to stay in office today and do work there. After some time Mr. Anil Gupta and Mr Sumit and Mr.Amit went to office cabin and started drinking alcohol .They were drinking alcohols in office during office time. When they were fully drunk they started abusing me, pulled my tool kit, my mobile phone and told me that i am fired from my job. The entire incident is recorded in the CCTV camera. Today on dated 11 June 2015 when I reached office at 8.30 am, all three people came out and refused to give me entry in the office and also abused me again. As per company terms and conditions I am supposed to be given notice before my termination but nothing as such happened. They fired me from my job only because for I took my weekly off and I denied to give bribe or wine and chicken. Due to entire incident i am very disturbed mentally and physically. So it is my humble request, please take early action in this matter and do the legal action against for them. Also please help to me regarding my job.                   Purchased LG split AC, 1 Ton Capacity (Model no. LSA 3EW3MF6) for Rs 30000/- on[protected] from LG Shoppe (Top Ten Electronics), Vashi, Station Road, Navi Mumbai. Within 13 months, cooling stopped, informed to Customer care and was told that there is a leakage from the Condenser Coil. Condenser Coil is made of Aluminium and cannot be repaired. Hence, need to be replaced with total cost of replacement, gas filling, transportation etc. about Rs. 7000/-. Warranty period on condenser coil is only one year. Further, warranty on the new condenser will be only for 3 months. So, I should opt for AMC with them (to avoid payment for expected failure of condenser in future). Above is indicative of very poor quality product from LG. They have used a critical component which is expensive and has short life. This is how a consumer is trapped and coerced to pay for their wrong. This is no different than cheated by LG Electronics. LG Electronics should replace my condenser free of cost and should provide the warranty of 4-5 years as for the Compressor. Also, they should should be asked to recall this product and replace the condenser in all the ACs sold with this component. Jaipal Singh

                    Based on my complaint my split ac was repaired and gas was charged by auhtorised service provider Balaji Electronics at Pune on 29 Mar 15 and a warranty for 3 months given. Since then ac has not been cooling properly and have been complaining through their Customer Support by phone/email. Last message sent was through their website on 09 and 10 Jun 15. Latest complaint number allotted by Company is RNA[protected] in first week of Jun 15. Balaji Electronics technician did show up on 07 Jun 15 and on checking details said technician who repaired ac on 29 Mar 15 will come in a day or two and do needful as it requires gas charging. Thereafter, there has been no effort from Balaji Electronics or LG Electronics to expedite necessary follow up repairs. I am really surprised on the poor response from Customer Support and the authorised service provider of the Company in Pune. There is no email id/phone number of any senior manager of Company on their website to whom my grievance can be addressed. It is through you I want to convey my grievance for redressal.

                    It gives me a feeling that unless matters are brought in public domain, there is no reaction to complaint(s) from customers to Customer Support Team or authorised service providers selected by big companies. They are all fleecing their customers and eroding their own market standing.

                    In my case, problem of my split ac as explained earlier was pending for more than two months, it was only when I put up details at this website that I got a call on 14 Jun 15 from Mr Manjit from Call Centre of LG Electronics to ask for details of the complaint. I explained in detail that I had been complaining through their website/call centre on the poor experience of follow up repairs (while in warranty of three months, given by the concerned authorised service centre in writing on gas charging done by them on 29 Mar 15), of their authorised service provider in Pune.

                    Probably based on my long (more than 15 minutes) telephonic discussion with Mr Manjit on 14 Jun 15 and follow up by them, I got a call from technician/engineer of the concerned authorised service provider on 15 Jun 15 saying that he will be coming to check the split ac and verify the problem. He did turn up in the evening on same day and rechecked the problem. He thereafter confirmed that gas was required to be charged in the ac. Based on the earlier warranty of gas charging, carried out on 29 Mar 15, recharging was at last done and ac is now cooling properly.

                    I do thank this website for the prompt action at their end to resolve my long pending complaint and assistance provided in expediting follow up repairs through LG Electronics/authorised service provider in Pune.
                    For LG Customer Support- My contact details are already available with Call Centre of LG Electronics based on my complaint number referred in my initial complaint on this website.

                      Hi Ashok, I purchased an LG 32" LED on April 19, 2015. It has not even been 2 months, and the display has stopped working. You engineer visited and said that he will change the display. i don't want to change the display of this defective piece. I would like you to change the TV itself . If it were micromax or some other local brand, i would have understood. But for a company like LG, if the product stops working in a couple of months, it is really shameful. I am already regretting my purchase (I already have an LG LCD, Microwave, Washing machine and AC) from LG now. My complaint number is - RNA[protected] Please ensure that my TV is exchanged with a new piece that is defect-free and thoroughly Quality Checked by LG.

                        LG company I have split a/c purchase from lg company . after some year . In a/c colling coil not working . then we have to support from customer care but he is not given properly response and customer care employee said this model split a/c now not made in LG company . and also accessories stop related this model . then i am tell that now what can i do . then he said right now u don't have any option u just purchase a new one a/c. so that i want to know that from LG. if LG company is not able to sale accessories on these mode of split a/c so why he is sale the product in market .                           I had bought LG LED 32LE5300 on 20 February 2011 from vijay sales. Now for the last 15 days my tv is not working. I have been following up with LG CUSTOMER CARE MUMBAI office. I make 10 calls daily leaving all my work. They first said problem is with motherboard and they ordered new mb for me. It took them 4 days now they say problem is with display. And company does not have display. Discontinued that model. Now I don't understand in three years how can it happen?? What is the solution?? It's mental torcher this guys giving me. MR PRASHANT from Lg says they will give me 35 percent buy back.. Comp has right to discontinue its product and parts.. I want to raise a complain I want my tv repaired any how or they should refund me full amount if they don't have parts. First of all lg guys don't respond properly.i don't trust LG BRAND.y will I buy same brand again.. They never called me for amc.. LG feels that they can ascape by giving us booklet of terms and condition.they r just fooling common people. Coz v don't have any other choice.. Plz help I want my money back or repair my tv..

They say. there is problem with TV panel and not mother board, he went and said customer service guys will call us to give update on Panel. Again the same problem no body even bothered to call us back and update about the same. I made so many calls and spoke to Mr. Prashant Babu and very conveniently he said panel is not available and company can't do anything about it, you have to buy new TV only and offered me 15 percent buy back offer, I said I don’t want any buy back offer, to that he said its Company Policy. I was completely amazed after hearing such money making company policy.
                          My serious concerns below:
                          • Why the hell I would take 15 per ( hardly Rs.4000-) buy back and that to with LG again ( Are we fool to burn our fingers again ??? )
                          • Availability of Panel is not our problem, ITS LG PROBLEM if they can’t arrange accessories why they make such low grade plastic products then, just to fool around people ??? LG makes and sale goods and its LG responsibility to arrange panels.
                          • LG is cheating with the customers.
                          • LG is mentally harassing their customer, they expect to leave our work and only do follow with them.
                          • LG cannot escape by forcing us to accept their nonsense poilcies, what they think they can fool people. It does not ends here I have checked on internet, there are so many people who had same problem with panel and they were also fooled by LG.

                          LG have already mentally harassed me so much. I want LG to replace my TV Panel without any cost OR ELSE REFUND MY FULL MONEY I don't trust LG now. LG don’t harass your customer like this, let me remind you that its not the company who makes the brand it’s the customer who makes the brand.plz help us..contact details sudeep bhargav [protected]

                            With ref to RNA[protected], i logged my complain on[protected] for Air-condition.Actually my Air-condition is not cooling.still now i din't received any call from your side for support.It is now 10 days going no engineer made a call or visited to my location.

From last month till now there have been six repair, and yet the problem is not. This time I don't want any repairi want complete replacement of that cooling part.                                 Hi, we purchesed a LG high end charcoal MJ3283BKG microwave on April 20 from Maharashtra electronics. On only 2 day it stopped working. After the 1 complaint technician said it was Ok. but when we launched the 2 complaint he agreed that its part needs replacement. after waiting for 2 weeks finally we got call that the part is not available and whole unit needs replcement. But the service centre was providing model below MJ3283BKG. hence we declined not its more than 2 months and still we have not received any feedback. We dont want the product now, we want our money refunded for such bad service from LG. Please take strict action against LG and also the shop who sold us this faulty product. please look into this and help us. Thanks

                                        Hello, I am staying in bangalore (kormangala)and using 32LE5500 led tv and its has AMC upto 2016.on 19 th may 2015 i raised a complaint on tv as display is not there RNA[protected] .they came and said problem with panel and model was disconnected so no panel is available .They said choose a new model to buy so they will provide some percentage discount on new product.i agreed and share new model no.its almost 15 days daily i am calling 6 to 10 times to the service guys and his sales manager who are working in Marthalli but no one is replying and once in a while they will say its still in process.i am really fed up and feeling bad why i purchased LG Product because of no resonce and and late process.Please do the needful.
