We purchased LG G2 on 5th OCT 2013 by paying INR 43, 000. Below are the details.Mobile Info:LG G2 (32 GB)IMEI:[protected]S/N: 309kPFX332003We wanted to complaint on your LG Authorized service center, Kota, Rajastan.After 11 months o[censored]se, yellow spots came and we gave it for servicing to LG Authorized service center, Kota, Rajastan. After confirming the center from Customer Care.1. Good, He did repair and he changed the display, as it was under warranty at that time (11 months old).2. He did not set the display properly, so mobile started bending and battery broken after 3 months. (Your LG service center person mistake)3. We complaint to him, this time he said battery problem, so pay me INR 1, 200. We paid for new battery installation, though it is not our mistake. (Your LG service center person mistake)4. Again the same bending problem started and we complaint to LG customer care and customer care is telling Kota, Rajastan we don't have LG mobile service center. If NOT, how come LG sent a display previous time. This is how LG show their identity? What type Customer Care is this?5. We complaint to Kota, Area Manager. Now service center person and area manager are asking us to get the mobile to center and they will give estimation for full repair. How much money LG wants us to spend on your mistakes?It is FULL of LG and LG service center mistake, WHY should we PAY for your irresponsible work?. Now in Market this mobile price is INR 30, 000. You want us to spend more money to my mobile, because of your bad works?I want answer for all these questions. I have all the bills and details. We got a call from LG customer center, Delhi. He was very polite and understood the situation.
The problem is now solved 100%. LG customer service is good and fast.
I would recommend any one to go with LG products. Though price is little high, the quality LG provides is great.

    Dear Sir, I have purchased LG LED 32 LN4900#28162 from BISMI Appliances Kochi on 05/12/2013. It was working fine till it developed a complaint of NO Picture on 10/03/15 (exactly within 95 days of warranty expiry.) The same was registerd by me thru No RNA[protected] and got inspected by your authorized service technicianMr.Joby. He advised to change the PANEL which may cost Rs 12000.00 (TWELVE THOUSAND Rs) because the warranty of the product is over. It is surprising that one of the major component got damaged within a short span of time. I had gone for this LED Tv because of the International image with high Brand value of LG and LG being the market leader in Electronic equipments. Also only considering the feedback and recommendation from Bismi regarding your service network, I was not carrying any doubt in my decision for purchase of your LED. I had paid such a high premium for the product to get value for my hard earned money. My high expectations went for a toss when the produt failed and that too a major component in very short span of time. The drift happened to my confidence in LG as a brand is to be retained by a favouravble and fast action to get the product replaced to me. I am not expecting anything less than replcament of the total product with a new trouble free equivalent model. I would like to mention that after repeated requests and continuous follow-ups I was offered a 30% discount on the spare cost by the local LG Office at Cochin which I am not at all acceptable. I had very clearly explained to him justifiably, my requirement of getting an equivalent new product as replacement. Moreover I demand a written assurance from the manufacturer regarding trouble free usage of minimum 5 years in normal circumstances. Warm Regards, Swetha Sreeni Mob:[protected]

JC BHATIA (Retd) 208 Sector-37 Noida-201303 26 Mar 2015 I lodged three complaints No. RNA[protected],[protected] and[protected] dt 23 Mar 15 for my 3 LG ACs, two Windows and one Split AC on[protected] My split Ac which needs Gas recharging todate has not been serviced.Some People who ring up behave like gondas and without disclosing name, and they rudly tell you can Lodge Complaint, we don’t care.. Is LG Company come to such a low level to recruit and send unsocial guys for servicing who instead of providing service misbehave. Please action. We are being harassed, and cheated by the LG company and 6their Service Providers. I have tried your URL https://www.lg.com/in/support/message-customer-support which is unfriendly to seek support. It just wont get registered. I am fed up. Can you help and also give me the email ID of Chairman LG Company to enable him to apprise them of the realities on ground about their srvice provider.         I bought a LG 3D Smart TV on Model No: LA6910 I bought this product from sharptronics, Velacherry, Chennai I am waiting for almost 5 months from the date of purchase. I got an replacement but its an low end model and again agreed to give the same model i bought. But i got a call from the customer care stating that they goin to provide LB6500. The feature is not same as my original model. Only the model LB6700 satisfies mine original model i bought. i am not received any proper communication from them. Till now i made more than 200 calls to the customer care peoples. but they are not yet responding or considering my query. Please take necessary action against them. I attached the bill copy of my product along with this.

              Hello sir We are from bagalkot district Karnataka we had a problem in the television about our motherboard so we called the customer care of LG and got it repaired for Rs6800 but in maharashtra it is Rs5500 so how is the company applies its charges for different for different countries

                  Respected Sir/Madam, On 10/10/2014 I had got Annual maintenance Contract done for my 2 Air Contioners of LG barnd for a period of 3 years i.e. upto 09/10/2017 and paid Rs 15472=00 to the LG company in Surat, Gujarat. The LG company is supposed to provide me with free maintenance of both the ACs, including free replacement/ repair of parts for a period of 3 years. Now, one of my AC’s gas has leaked as revealed during the free service and I was told that a part was needed in the outdoor unit and to pay RS. 5000 (Service Request RNA[protected]. When I told them that this AC was covered under AMC, they told me that they will take up this matter with the service station and that in case of AMC the replacement would be free of cost and that they would inform me. Now they have sent me an Email that my service request is closed due to discontinued part. My feeling is that they are not repairing my AC because they will have to do it free. I feel that injustice has been done to me. I paid for a service from a reputable company, in advance, and now when it is the turn of LG company to provide services, they are denying.                     Kindly inform you that, we buy refrigerator on 2nd Oct 2011, from Arcee Electronics stores, in nerul navi mumbai on EMI Basis . After 8-9 month machine starts showing problems like fan not working, back light issue, cooling problem etc... within that periode they never gave us any service report. After in month of may 2014 we called service engineers for refrigerator not working properly cooling stopped, in that time he refilled the gas in refrigerator and for that he charged at 2200/- Rs. After that same problem comes on month of jan 2015. Here we called again service engineer then he suggest to us that there is some internal licakge in machine so we can't do anything in that.so he mailed to company for this issue but after 2-3 weeks we didnt get any reply from other side.then service engineer suggest us, you take follow up from area service manager then u will get reply. After that we started to follow up with area service manager, then they again send one more service engineer for testing but this time he found same problem in refrigerator. After that he inform us that this refrigerator having manufacturing fault.then area service manager given one solution.they told us its manufacturing fault u can get new refrigerator from our side you will get it on original cost on at the time we purchase refrigerator.after that they send us one model number also for new refrigerator.but at last week they change there word and start to say, that you will get new refrigerator but for that u have to pay whole amount in cash and no installment.For this we request to them please gave us any mail or service document for that but they reject our request. Please help us, and give proper solution on that

                        I bought the TV 55LB750T in Nov 2014.It's hardly 5 months and the TV's screen has a problem.Yesterday night I called at the Customer Care which says 24x7 .After I call I come to know that its actually not 24x7 but justrecorded service to leave your number to get a call back.Morning I did not receive any call. I called back again and after half an hour of waitingthe line was transferred to an executive.Complaint registered and with 24 hrs problem will be sorted assurance given. All well till here.Now within next 10 mins I get a call from LG saying technician will visit today itself.The call was from [protected]I asked him please confirm if he is to visit or not because I will have to take a leave for this.And he confirmed that by evening he will be there.I took a leave from office and have been waiting. AT 4.40 I called up at the LG Customer Care again to wait for another half an hour to get the call transferred to an executive.Now they give me service center number and assure that they will forward it urgently.When I call the service centre No - [protected] they have another story that we never confirmed. Your call has come today and will be attended tomorrow. If the call center confirmed its their fault not ours. Since our technician never called up and we have only one technician so call can't be attended today. I want to know where is my fault in all this misco-cordination between your call centre and your service centre.So LG lost nothing but I have lost my entire day. Is LG to pay my salary?I Deeply regret of having opted for LG Product. They have no value for others time.

                        RNA[protected]. With this you should have all details. You being sorry will not bring yesterday's day back. Stop giving false commitments to customers. Value others time too.
                        It's 6 days now. Still no solution. They say they are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Saying sorry is quiet easy these days.
                        Harass customers and just say sorry. Anyone and everyone going through Consumer Complaints, please be aware of their service before you buy. LG should be Life's Good till we are not in. LG got in and there I go... Paying hard earned money for LG 55 inches Smart TV. It's actually smart. It empties your pocket for nothing.

                          LG Complaint No.: RNA[protected] Refrigerator Model: LG GL 308VES.CVBZEBN Purchase Date: Oct 2011. I am not satisfied with LG product refrigerator purchased in October 2011 year, we were not expecting any problems atleast in the first five year. But, we were proved wrong, when it stopped cooling many times in last three years. Recently We registered the complaint with Krishna Services for repair of fridge which had stopped cooling, within one week after repair again it has stopped cooling which happened no of times in past, we have lost trust in this product because it has stopped cooling many times We consider it some kind of manufacturing defect hence we are not ready accept the repaired fridge once again now on we need complete replacement of product.

                            Respected Sir/Madam ! There is an issue with 32'' LG LED Television of not working at all. Once the Service man came at home for checking of issue all about and said that there is an issue with the card which will cost approx. INR 4000 and you have to send it to the service station(A To Z Electronics-Gandhidham) for services. After 15 days of service at service station they said there is an issue with panel not with the card which will cost approx.INR 15000 to 16000. We had already registered complaint about this issue but still we haven't got proper response from the company. We had grt hope and happy while buying LG product but all is not well after this issue. Just think about the customer where they will go if it cost much than product's Life. We are totally upset and sad more with this product specially because of lack of proper services and product's life. Still waiting and hoping to get this issue resolved done soon.                             So how long it will take to fix the issue ? We have not got any official reply from LG Electronics about this issue so far.
                            So Sad !! Still taking time in deciding when you are going to fix the issue ??!!
                            The amount of issue cost about INR 13500 which is much higher than our expectation and we are totally disagreed and unsatisfied.
                            Because the way we were expecting product's life and quality from LG Electronics would not be satisfied unless i[censored] compensate 50% cost of defect and we could pay rest 50 % cost of defects only.
                            Hoping for happy ending of issue soon !!!

                              I purchased a new LG LED TV on 14.03.2015. I am facing problem in sound since I purchased the product. Since installation I am getting problem in speakers, sometimes very high volumes and sometimes very low volume. Speaker also make buzz sound on high volumes. This problem was also noticed by the engineer who came to install my TV and he suggested to replace the TV. I contacted the shop for replacement and they put a complaint with LG. I complaint several times but LG's customer care is pathetic. I got the following complaint numbers: RNA[protected]given to Abhishek dwesar on dt 21.03.2015), RNA[protected]given to Abhishek dwesar on dt 20.03.2015),[protected]given to Ankit Gupta on dt 16.03.2015 for reappointment), and[protected]given to Ankit Gupta on dt 16.03.2015). Mr. Ankit visited my place one day later but given no resolution. He only instructed me to keep the TV under observation for 2 more days. I speak to him later on phone as well but he refused to even recognize the problem. I write one email to LG customer care on 21st March. Got response assuring resolution within 24 hours on 22nd march at 09.36 am. No resolution or call. Meanwhile my complaint of 21st was again closed without any resolution or call on 21st itself, reason given Customer self repair. I again put one more complaint immediately, id RNA[protected]given to Abhishek Dwesar). The person visited my place in the evening. He never checked anything and just listen to the voice for about 2 mins. After that he asked me for the copy of my bill. He also said I will ask for replacement and speak to the branch head in this regards. He said to provide me resolution and replacement within one day. After that my complaint was again closed by LG (reason customer self care) on 22nd. I again put complaint with customer care on 22nd this time id is RNA[protected]Again to Abhishek Dwesar). I have not received any call from them till now. Meanwhile I call back several times to customer care for reminder. They told me that they lodge a reminder call in this regards. I was also given numbers of service centre ([protected]) and CCO branch head Mr. Himanshu Kumar ([protected]). I was asked to contact them for resolution. I am trying to contact them since yesterday. Both of these numbers are unresponsive and no one pick up any call. Now I am in total mess and don't know what to do. I am still suffering with the complaint and no resolution is given since then. LG is not ready to replace my TV and the engineers are not equipped with checking my problem in any scientific or satisfactory ways. They only check settings which are OK.

                                I have got the LG semi auto washing machine repaired through the LG service executive(Arjun-[protected]) last month. the person charged me Rs1400/-, but when i asked for the bill, he said it will come through mail. it has been over a month now & i am yet to get the bill. i have even complained telephonically to the local LG service manager Ms.Nisha Parmar([protected]) but nothing has happened. I got to know that I have been overcharged & now thay are trying to avoid & not responding.

                                    i have purchased T70CPD22P washing maching.While washing it shaking more then normal and seems like falling down.Fresh piece am got this issue.I got short circuit because of this.i raised the complaint regarding this and a representative came to my home without checking the machine he is saying there was floor problem, it is an titles floor.Recently i changed my home in marbles floor also i am getting the same problem.i pruchased for 15000 but no use i am washing in hand.The representative asking me video as an evidence for this problem.1 year gone till no support from lg.The world worst washing machine.Definitely am going to to take video of this and post it in a social media.

Their reply is always the same : the product is not in stock and v are trying to replace it. My problem is increasing day by day and m now fed up wid LG after sales service people.                                         Purchased a washing machine lg wm T9003TEELR on[protected], Which was a defective peice. (While spinning it makes loud noise) Have registered a complained on 11/02/2015 (RNA[protected], technician Mr mobin visited my house inspected the machine & said company will replace it in 10 days. Till date the result is 0 .. Must have made more then 100 calls, No one in the service department take the call. Customer care gives different num of different guys who are not interested in taking my calls. With much difficulty Mr Shoaib team leader service department spoke to me 3 days back & assured me he will look in the matter & get back in 24 hours. Today when I Call on Mr mobin's (technician) mobile he says he is helpless & on the other end Mr Shoaib dozen want to come on the line.. IT BEAN MORE THEN 1 MONTH AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE MACHINE. I MADE A BIG MISTAKE BUYING THIS LG COMPANY PRODUCT, ITS A MENTAL TORTURE . PLEASE HELP...
