I have faced worst service from you guys...I am a buyer of 42 inches LCD screen 6 years back with an AMC on my product..now the lcd is not working and LG dont manufacturer that so called parts and your executives are harassing me day by day..they are giving lot of excuses and trying to delay me as many times they want because my AMC date is going to end in few days. If your senior most executives can look into this matter then I can be highly great to you guys otherwise I am not going to leave Lg for its services and fraud promises made by your executives. Whenever I call your customer care they don't have any proper info about my complaints and I am registering my complaints since August 2014..till date I didnt get any resolution for that and whenever I want to speak to the senior executives they deny to transfer my call. is this the kind of services you are providing to your elite customers? i am not going to buy LG products in near future if I will not get any resolution under 24 hours, also I will contact customer court for the justice. registered complaint number---[protected]

customer care are not doing anything..please raise my voice..they are befooling me day by day and returning me very less amount and even forcing me to buy an lg led again which I do not want to buy.Please register a complaint against them.

    Purchase Date: Oct 2014.

    Just want to highlight the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the LG Supoort team in addressing a Refrigerator fault which was registered a week back.

    Having purchased the LG refrigerator in October last year, we were not expecting any problems atleast in the first year. But, we were proved wrong, when it stopped cooling first half of February 2015.

    We registered the complaint with Reliance Digital (Dealer) who had there Engineer investigate the issue after two days of registering the complaint. The engineer forwarded the issue to the LG Support team and their engineer took another two days to arrive. The LG Engineer again stated a part in the refrigerator is faulty and needs to be replaced. He said the part will replaced after two days as the following day was a Sunday

    Yesterday (Tuesday) the part was replaced with a new one after calling the LG Service Center numerous times. But still the Refrigerator is not cooling. Not sure if the LG Engineer replaced the wrong part by mistake or purposefully sent a wrong part just to pacify the customer for the time being.

    This is the height o[censored]nprofessionalism now that no one in their service center is answering my calls after facing this problem for the last 1 week. I even tried calling LG's Delhi Head who did not answer my call.

    I have a family with two little kids and it is becoming extremely difficult to serve healthy food to them.

    Not sure what else should I do.

    Just spoke with Kapil from LG Service Center ([protected]). He said that since there was no power supply to the compressor, they changed its chip earlier. Now since the Refrigerator is still not cooling, they think the compressor is at fault. He said the compressor will be procured by day end and it will be installed by tomorrow. Let's see how long this goes on.

      On dated 12.02.15, during washing process, my front loading washing ( m/c model no F8068LDP Capacity 5.5 kg LG make, purchaed from Kumar Electronics on Oct -2011), stopped in-between. Neither door is opening nor running.We have called mechanic from LG Electronics and as per him there is problem with main circuit board fitted in front above door. He tried to repair that circuit board but could not run. Still, door is closed and an unwashed cloths are inside machine.
      -
      Now, LG mechanic is telling that, complete circuit board is to be replaced by new one.


      Kindly send another mechanic to verify and rectify the problem as earliest as.

      About 25 days have been past and no prompt action is being taken by you and your team. Mechanic of LG Electronics Ajmer had visited twice and assured to repair it by replacing its new main control kit but till now they are not bother about customer care. I have most of LG home appliances but such response of LG CUSTOMER SUPPORT is hopeless.

        Dear Sir, I have purchased LG split AC, model no- LSA5ER5S, on 05 March 2012. According to LG technician suggestion I have been changed outdoor coil and refilled Gas as well as indoor, outdoor services on 11 July 2014, charged me 5238 + 500 (transport) Rs. 5738 Again gas has leaked and finished. I complained to LG customer care, an engineer has come and suggested me this time you have to change the gas pipe along with services and he did, charged me 4599 + 500 (transport) on 4th February 2015. After two days again my A.C. Is not cooling, I complained to LG customer care on 16th February 2015, an Engineer has come and now suggesting me outdoor coil and indoor coils have to be changed and demanding me Rs 4500+ 500(Transport)=5000. He always takes my AC to service center for diagnosing the real problem, and demands for extra money as transportation charge. In this regard I want to complain against LG service Centre on the basis of following causes: 1. Either service center wants to cheat me and every time changing my A.C., parts which are not wasted and preparing money. OR 2. Service center, technicians are not qualified as well as technically skilled that is why they are unable to find real problem of my A.C. 3. Both conditions can be applied. Dr. Anil Pratap Giri, Asst.           HI all.. We had given given complaint to LG customer care via phone, and same was promptly addressed and but when your service person delivered thethe washing machine.. He has damaged the back cover and the agreed to replace the same but no one is responding after that .. We have called multiple time both to bangalore service guy n sales still there is no response.

            Sir, I have bought a LG 3D TV Model No.42LB6500 in the month of October. But Within 3 months i am facing a serious issue in the product. When i have called the customer care they have book a complaint and your service people have attended and told that we need to change the Mother board. In the earlier stage i have not allowed them to change the board. I have asked for an replacement but, the service people told me that as per the company policy they could not able to do the replacement. Then finally i have accepted to change the mother board. But after changing the motherboard also the problem has not been solved and now they r telling us to change the Control Panel. But this time i have not allowed the service people to do it. I requested them to give me replacement of my TV. But they asked me to speak with the ASM, chennai. I have spoke to that person, he asked me to message the detail of the compilation's. I have messaged him the details and waited for one week, but there is no response. And again i have contacted the ASM and asked about the status. After waiting for more the 3 week the ASM repeating the same dialogue. Kindly help me in this matter. I have spent more than 70, 000Rs. and feeling upset. within 3 months i have faced a lot of problems in this and i am totally disappoint with the product and the customer care people.                 I have purchased a 32 inches LED from your out let on Tuesday it was delivered on Thursday, when today the installation guy came and checked the panel was damaged. I never purchased a damaged TV i wanted brand new. How can you guys such a care less on customer service. When I spoke to the guys in reliance out let they were speaking very rudely and I told them that I will go the consumer court they said I can do what ever i want. I need a solution of this. I dont need your service in future I want my down payment back. I have all the proofs I can go the consumer court also.

                  I have raised the complaint against LG 32LB550A 32 inches LED TV. Complained ID: RNA[protected]. After raising complaint technician visited and said TV screen(display) needs to be changed. Almost 3 weeks are going to be completed, but till the date that part is coming. Customer support people are saying same kind of reply "our executive will contact you within 24 hours or else contact service center". I called services center they gave other number and they are also not responding properly. Even if we call next time they won't pick our call.

                  I purchased this TV in Oct-2014 and in 4 months the display (screen) is not working. It's really big question mark on international brand !! After this type of situation, I was thinking that I will get good service and get it repaired immediately because I did choose a big brand, but the worst service from this big brand. I never recommend to purchase any product from LG, as they are started using low quality material which can be stopped working in few months after using it. I think since they have large number of customers now, they have started ignoring the customers' complaints and don't take care of their brand value as well.

                  STOP BUYING LG PRODUCTS. No need buy products with higher amount than other brands for expectation of good service in future, because there are many consumers including me suffering from their technical support.

                    Dear Madam / Sir, Regarding Repair of Washing Machine-Model:F 1403 RDS 29. It was during the period end-Sep / early Oct 2014, that i made a request (online) to you for attending to my afore said W/M which was making exceptionally loud noise during spin. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO LINK UP AT YOUR END AND CONFIRM. Your appointed local Service provider, Appollo Systems, sent a representative after a day or so. In appearance he seemed just out of college / high school and did not instill the confidence in us of his abilities. He worked the machine for a few minutes twice and observed the noise level. He then declared that the machine had to be opened to investigate the possible cuase; saying at the same time that the 'bearing' needed replacement and all this could be done ONLY at their workshop. I then received a call on behalf of Appollo Systems, asking me to cart the Machine to their place whch is approx 7 to 8 km from my residence. I pleaded to him that at 73yrs and being fairly new to the city, i would be subjecting myself to lot of physical hardship in, first, getting hold of a suitable carrier / transport and, then having to also accompany the machine separately in a public transport. Besides the physical effort, i would also have to incur an expenditure of a minimum of INR 1000 - to and fro. Incurring such an expenditure, I would also be subjecting myself to their mercy to pay up whatever amount they would subsequently quote for the repair/replacement of parts. My plea to have more detailed investigation at my place fell in deaf ears as they insisted in the machine being taken to their site. Sure enough, like clock-work precision, i received a message from you, indicating that the coplaint was closed since the customer refused to take the machine to the Service Centre. I was left wondering whether you really are for 'CUSTOMER CARE' or for taking care of the interests of your service provider. I simply gave up because it is dificult to fight corrupt and inefficient systems/organiastions, especially at my age. Having given the better part of my life in the service of the country, most of it at inhospitable places and under uncongenial conditions of living, it pains me that even the 'customer care' cell of a reputed Company can be so insensitive to customer sensibilities. It is indeed a matter of shame for me that i have to experience such things. What hurt me even more is, that you never even bothered to follow up with me as to how i am managing with a defective machine. It is afterall your product - LG PRODUCT. It is only a reflection of the total degradation of human values that has set in. Having said all this, my earlier apprehensions and fears were proved right when, on a separate complaint lodged to you by my son(on a short visit) Appollo Systems deputed another person (23 or 24/01/2015) who came over to inspect. He found that merely two screws had come off (on top) due to which excessive vibration and noise was being created. The srews were put in place and the whole exercise was completed in 15 minutes time at my residence. What do you have to say about that?...My Fridge and W/M are now due for replacement. Can you even dream that i will opt for an LG make. Not only me, but none of my relatives / associates will make this mistake.                       sir, our jazz tv is in warranty period, one month before be lodged compliant, After purchase with in two months its gone faulty. on that time we demanded replace with new one. But service man replaced the parts and rectified fault. After one month same fault repeated, only some vertical lines coming on screen. No picture is coming. Our old compl no is RNA[protected]. Now book my compl and give me fresh compl no. I would request you sir, please replace my TV. With in six months facing same problem second time. I as working as customer relations manager in BSNL and i will try my level best to give best services to customers same thing i am expecting from you. Please do needful action.                         i had purchased lg washing machine in 2011 after 1.5 yrs it started giving problem. it shakes and wobble during spin cycle so much so that some one has to hold it for completion of cycle.i have called the service engineer but they are not doing any thing to solve the problem. dr amitabh

                          Invoice No. MH/Jan15/0108 washing machine model LG T9003TEELK purchased on 17/01/2015. Recieved the machine on 20th, demo recieved next day the machine sarted wobbling and restarting. The technician said will have to remove the trolley used for base it will work fine. few days went ok on 6th feb again machine started to wobble & restart. hardly 15 clothes & the machine is in problem. The technician says parts to be change, WHY? A defective piece given to me, therefore parts to be changed. Haven't even used it for a month this situation what will happen in the long run which you claim to.I demand an exchange or a full refund for my purchase. Had used whirlpool for 10 yrs had no problem, recently the panel had problem therefore thought of your reputed brand. But sorry to say it was a major dissapointment.                           Till date nothing done so far. Yesterday the machine vibrated so much that it came to the bedroom door where it is installed. My three year old kid woke up in fright, I had to run and pause the machine and get it back to place. If any accident happens or machine gets damage who is going to bear it. Just 1 month & this type of issue with no solution so far. I want my an exchange or full refund of my money so that I will get any other brand or stick to my old whirlpool brand which had no problem for 10 years. This has been an overall bad experience would never suggest anyone to buy this machine.

                            Hello, I have purchased 2 LG nexus 5 in last couple of months. - One of them is not working and is hanged permanently. I have submitted that set in Bhopal service center, couple of weeks back, since they said that motherboard needs to be replaced. However, the phone is still in their center untouched. They say that company had not sent the motherboard part to us. The only answer they give is wait for next couple of days. And you will hear the same answer after waiting for n number of couple days. - For the second one, the touch screen got accidentally broken with a slightest of jerk within the first week of purchase (I came to know that this is very common problem with Nexus 5 and they have been replacing it in US for same). However, I have been going to the service center in Bhopal every week since last couple of months. I am not asking for a replacement but just want to get it repaired for which I am ready to pay. Every time, I get a response to wait for next 2-3 days and the screen panel has been couriered by LG company. I do not understand which courier service does LG uses which takes more that 2 months for delivery. I have a user if HTC and blackberry before purchasing 4 LG phones (2 Nexus5 and 2 G3). This makes me spending around 1.25 lakhs only on LG mobile phones and I am very disappointed which such kind of services. With HTC and Blackberry, it does not take more than 15 days for service while for LG its 2 months and counting. I am going to raise this in every possible forum to make people aware of such pathetic service from LG company (atleast in Bhopal).                               I am very disappointed with the service provided to me by your service center "macross service center Porvorim Goa". I had earlier given my phone for warranty due to vertical lines comming across the screen. After your service center repaired and gave it back to me I noticed that the back cover of the nexus 5 was loose. I then showed it to the service center and they said that there was nothing that they could do because the clip was broken. The back cover of my phone is very loose.                                 It is very sad to see that lg is unconcerned about disbursement of its product . I am trying through canteen sto re in dehadun uttrakhand but this product is unavailable from past 3 months . If this continues I would have to forward myself to another brand.

                                  Hello, This is regarding my LG microwave. I had purchased the microwave in August 2011. The product came with a one year warranty and we purchased an extended warranty for three years by paying an additional amount of Rs 2647. However, our microwave stopped working in about July 2014 and we did register a complaint to the call center number. The person (called Irfan) came at our place checked the product and told us that there are certain parts which are at fault and he will get back to us within one week after the parts are arrived. We trusted him but there was no response from his side. However, after various follow-ups almost after a month he came and brought one part but then said that the part which he is carrying is not compatible with the product. Hence, he will look for another part. Again, there was no response for about a month. Then after a month, he came with one part and said that you can temporary use the microwave. As per him, there was some error in the display panel. After he installed this temporary part, we were not able to see the complete display numbers; however, still managed to use for some time with the same. Again within few days, the same stopped working. We again registered the complaint and told them that Irfan was going to get new parts. There was no response to the same. My complaint number at this time was RNA[protected]. As the call center took this as a complete new scale, they followed the process and there was another person named Chaudhry who visited our premises and said the same thing (part is not available) and he will get back to us within a week’s time. In about 10-12 days, he again bought some part and said that the part which he has bought is not compatible with the oven. This was in start of December. He informed us that LG has stopped manufacturing the parts of that particular microwave. However, he told us that as the product is in extended warranty we will get a replacement and hence for that he would require some documents. He took a copy of passport (holder of the microwave ) and the bill copy with extended warranty slip and told us company will get back to us within one week. However, there was no revert from LG and hence we again called up the call center. Here, we came to know that the talks of replacement are handled by seniors and hence our case was transferred to seniors. This was done after several follow-ups with the call center. One day, I receive a call from LG customer service manager and he says that I can replace my microwave by paying the difference amount or else I take a refund of the amount. Here, I had a conversation with MR Prashant Patil ( [protected]). However, his words were changed during the next call. In the end, he told me that LG would give me a discount of the depreciated amount and once I select the model we have to the difference amount via DD. He told me that I should select a model and then mail him so he can check the availability of the same and also update us on the dealer price of the same. He also told me that once I send him the invoice, he will be able to tell me the actual discount we will receive. He also asked me to mail him certain documents at his id prashantj.[protected]@lge.com. We did the same on 23rd January 2015 and sent him all the details (the selected model, documents). He also assured me that now this issue will be taken care by him personally. Till date, 2 Feb 2015 we have not received any reply from Mr Prashant Patil. I called him several times and also mailed him regarding his revert. My first follow up call to him was made on 27th January 2015 around 2.00 PM and at that time he had not even read my mail. He read the mail while keeping my call on hold. Also, inspite of the same, he still asked me to send the model number, when everything was already there. He did not bother to ready my mail as well. He told me, “Mam, please give me 15 minutes I will reply to you.”This was the standard reply he gave me when I called him for follow-ups. I followed up with him almost everyday till 1st Feb 2015. However, all my efforts were in vein. Then on Friday, 30th January 2015, I called by the call center and complained them about this, they gave me the number of Mr Sajid Syed, ([protected]). I called at this number continuously on Friday as well as Saturday but there was no response (only ring was going). I did not even receive a call back after seeing my miss calls. Tired of doing the above phone calls or follow ups, I then again called up the call center number on Sunday, 1st Feb 2015 at about 2.00 PM and registered a complaint mentioning that I am getting a poor response on my earlier complaint. I was informed that the concern team will call me back within 24 hours. However, I have not received any call yet. It is almost 4.00 PM on 2nd Feb 2015. My complaint number is RNA[protected]. To my surprise I was shocked to hear from the call center that my earlier complaint was closed even as the issue was not resolved. The service of LG is so pathetic and the people including the managers have harassed us a lot. It is highly unaccepted and for sure I will not recommend anyone to buy a LG product.                                   Hi,

                                  I have been hearing these things since a long time. Yesterday, too I had received a call from the so-called escalation team and he said he will check the details and get back to me within maximum 15 minutes, I have not received a call till now (its been about 20 hours now). I fail to understand that even the managers in LG work in same fashion, it is just highly unprofessional.

                                    Sir, Citibank paylink cheque no-412370 dated 28/11/2014 for Rs 12080/- issued against my back loaded LG fridge. I have submitted this cheque at my axis bank Sahibabad branch a/c as it is payable at par with all axis bank branches in india. I have been told by bank that sign on this cheque is not matching as per record with bank and the same taken by Ms Rashmi[protected] of LG service center Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Now she told me to either submit bank statement about issue of sign mismatching otherwise no action and bank is not agree to give reason in writing as no official action taken against sign mismatching . Sir I have allready approached Area manager Mr singh([protected])with details but no propper response from him till now.. I have conveyed my issue to LG customer caer/[protected] and now i feel i have been cheated by very prestigious brand LG. My request is please resolve my issue on this plateform otherwise i have to go for legal action for my Rs 12080/- and intrest for lapses time.                                       Dear Sir We would like to draw your kind attention that, we had purchased L.G.Fridge from youon 19.12.2014 from one of your Dealer M/s. Croma Stores, 201 Akruti Centre Point, MIDC Andheri (East) Mumbai-400093. The day demo and installation of the fridge is not working properly and did not getting proper cooling and also water droping and the door of the fridge is not having proper alignment. When one engineer visited and observed the fridge he told that we will get fridge replaced as the deliverd piece is having defects. Again after second complaint one engineer visited and did work on door alignment, same day in the evening fridge stopped working and we called engineer on his personal Mobile No.same day. Next day on 14.01.2015 the engineer visited at 9.00 AM to 2.30 PM and he carried out some repair work and advised no need of replacement, without informing us he changed one part. Inspite of his work still the fridge is not working and not geting proper cooling. However, we are not satisfied with service of reputed company like L G and also behavior of engineers and one engineer Mr. B Shekar has told us that you can go to consumer count but we will not replace the fridge. We requested him to replace the fridge as it is defective and having technical problem. We therefore request you to kindly replaced the said fridge at your earliest. If we will not received replacement of fridge and not heard from you within 7 days we have no alternative but to go to consumer court and also inform to leading news papers to publish about your products andyour customer care representative behavior with the customers.

                                        Complaint on service Hi Sir/Mam, I raised a repair complaint on last saturday(24/01/2015) for my LG washing machine. A representative from LG came by the same day and checked the machine. He told the machine is full of dirt and poured aicd into the macine[soap powder tray] and cleaned. Is pouring acid into the machine is a right way ? The machine outside and drum are now looking corroded. I asked him showing the corroded area and asked . He said i'll replace of free of cost if anything happens. The machine looks spoiled and we are afraid if something happens to the inner parts of the machine. Requesting your response on this.
