Dear Sir,
I had purchased a LG Refrigerator (Model No GL-308VA5) in Oct-2009. Since that Day, I have been paying AMC charges to LG Service Center regularly without fail.
Recently I have been facing a problem in the Door of the refrigerator. For this, I complained on 20-Feb-2015 against Complaint No. RNA[protected]. On 22-Feb-2015 your Representative came to inspect the product for the problem. He took the Picture of the Product and told me, he will revert the day after. For the subsequent 2 days I received sms messages “your parts have been ordered to LG”. To my surprise I received another SMS on 24–Feb-2015, “Your request has been Closed”. I immediately called the Service Center and they told me that they have wrongly closed my Complaint, and asked me to re-register my complaint again, which I did again on 24-Feb-2015 against Complaint No. RNA[protected].
Again, on 25-Feb-2015, another Representative visited and told me that Door needs to be changed and you have to pay some charges for the door. Despite of regularly paying the AMC Charges to LG Service Center, I agreed to pay Rs. 2025/- for the door. On 26-Feb-2015, they called me saying that LG has discontinued the Product/Part, and you have to get it repaired from outside/ locally.
I again complained on you customer care no, they gave me some no’s of the area heads of Service Center. They behaved unprofessionally, and had since not been picking up my call. If they can’t provide us some solution then why should we pay for the AMC.
I am ruining the day I purchased a LG product because it is not a LG(Life’s Goods) product, actually it is a UT(Use & Throw) product.
Now, I request to pl. arrange for some viable solution at the earliest.
