I purchased my Nexus 5 in Jan 2014 and phone was working fine till November start and suddenly problem started up with it which was phone not getting started and only google flashing up again and again.I visited the RANCHI service centre and was told that mother board will be replaced as the phone was in warranty. After few days when i didnt get any response from i went to service centre to collect the phone, and was said that mother board is fine for now and only software has been re installed and the phone wont give the same problem again. Bringing into notice at the time of 4.4 Kitkat i got the phone with 4.0 software. The phone was working fine for few days and then sometimes it starts getting reboot on its own. On 13th Feb when i was out of station the same problem started again with only google flashing up again and again and phone not getting started. After coming back to hometown on 18th feb i visited the service centre again and then i was said that mother board needs to be changed and i need to pay 9k for that as warranty expires few days back, Here my question arises to LG service that isnt there a big question mark on the service you are providing? and secondly when the same problem occurred in Nov and phone was in warranty why was the mother board not changed that time even when i was told that they will be doing that.Now when the warranty expires you ask me to get the mother board changed.This a pure case of cheating a customer which was never expected out of LG. My phone is submitted to your service centre since a week and i didnt get any response yet regarding its repair under warranty. I need the phone to be repaired under warranty as its LG's fault that you didnt change the mother board when the same problem was occurring at warranty time. I need the department to take the necessary actions as soon as possible.

After 5-6 days from the day of submitting the complain i get a call from LG to know the matter and was said they will contact as soon as possible . I was okay with it. On 7th i got the call from the LG service centre that your case has been approved from the higher authorities and now u need to pay some 7.5 thousand rupees only instead of 12thousand . Question here comes to LG firstly that when such action is being taken the company knows that it the fault of company. So in that case why i need to pay to get it repaired when it was your service centre fault that even knowing the issue and telling me that the mother board will be changed at the time of warranty, why didn't they do. This case is just like giving a silly discount to the customer and standing with a hold in business. What a cheap politics and service LG is providing. When its company's fault, why should a consumer pay for it. If this is the way LG you are doing to treat your customers you wont stand good more enough. I need the best to be done on my favour as its truly your service centre fault and i should not be put into trouble because of it.

    Hi. I purchase New LG LED Model No.- 42LN 5120 on dated 30/10/2013. Now i Face the Problem in Display Screen Black Horizontal Lines Occurs. As per LG Service Centre Hoshiarpur Screen Displayed ( TFT) Defected. Its may be due to manufacuring Product. Only 1Year 3 month ago i purchase and in mean time its warrenty expired, For replasing the Screen its Huge Amount 19, 300/ rs demand. But this is manuafuring Fault why Should i pay ?? Any alternate for this. Pls ask to hoshiarpur service centre to repair on free of cost due to this is manuafuring defect ( only 3 Month after Warrenty). What its mean LG Product has only 1 year Life??

    Subject : Failure of LED TV Set due to poor Quality.
    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Kindly note that I have purchased one LED TV set having following details

    Model No.: LG-42LN5120

    Date of Purchase: 30.10.2013
    Place of Purchase: Pathankot (Punjab).

    I purchased this LED TV set keeping in mind that LG Electronics is a market leader and the products are of very good quality and work for years and years. But my experience is so bad that the TV Set failed all of sudden on 24.02.2015. The company service engineer was called to check the same who informed that the Display Panel is defective and needs replacement. As per my knowledge, the life of the LED Display Panel is very high, other components can fail but this never fails because this the heart of the TV Set. Product Qality and Service after sale was the basic reason of buying the LED TV of LG make. I am surprised to know that the failure of Quality TV set has happened in such a short time. It is purely a manufacturing defect, which was never expected from a company like LG. The TV set is kept with your repair centre at Hoshiarpur.They are asking for repair charges Rs19300+Taxes which is completely wrong and unjustified.

    You are requested to kindly look into this matter and arrange to repair the TV Set at the earliest free of cost. It will help in maintaining the faith of the customers in the company.

      I have taken number of lg service centre from custmer care .Address is delhi direct services to, 36, ramapura road, motinagar industrial area, delhi.I have call in the morning about the availability of remote of my lg led.They said its available.I can collect it from them.When i visited there in afternoon to buy remote, they said its not available. This service centre is making custmers fool by giving wrong information.They dont value the time and money of custmer.

        I recently had a nightmare experience with LG product: LG 42LB5820. I bought the led TV in Oct 2014 (it is still under warranty). I was so happy with the TV that I shared my happiness with my friends. In fact, two of my friends purchased the same model within two weeks. But, two days back, when I slightly moved the TV to connect hard drive, the TV screen got a crack inside. I called the service center immediately (the customer/complaint reference number is: RNA[protected]. But, when the engineer visited, he asked me “what did you throw on TV?” I was so amazed that the engineer from such a reputed and popular company would ask this as his first question. I explained him that I moved the TV to connect hard drive, but something went wrong with the display. He then kept on insisting that something had hit the TV very badly. After several attempts of explaining, he clearly indicated that it is a physical damage and it cannot be covered under warranty. These words shocked and puzzled me so hard. I bought this TV with the extended warranty from my savings of 2 years. Now, I’m unable to repair it. This is highly stressful for me. I did not know that LG uses such a cheap material that even slightly moving will damage it. I was told by many people that only buy Sony or Panasonic TV as their TV are of best quality. They charge high but the quality is best. I was so stupid that I bought your product. I am now certain that LG is made with a poor quality parts and company always tries to get away with warranty and scam the consumer. I feel very sorry for myself and friends. But, I will ask them not to touch TV till it lasts as it is very fragile. I know LG will not get repair without taking money. But, I will warn everyone not to buy any LG product. I will be happy if I can save as many people as I can from the scam. I have a request to make– if LG cannot repair my TV then please take the remaining product back free of cost. This would at least give me some relief.

          Hi Team, This is regarding i have purchased 32 inch LED TV at Tamil nadu stae, chennai(Virugambakkam).Somehow some problem takes place.I have repeatedly give a call to your service centre.Unfortunately they are not paying heed to my words. I have tried your customer care & asking for support they committed that they will replace the monitor. But now they are telling the warranty was expired and they will not support. Ensure the complaint was lodged long back my warranty was expired last week, in spite of continuous call the customer care was not supporting properly. This is to bring to your notice that i have bought 3 LED TV in the same show room, if you need doubts please check the show room. I know that LG service is good so that i prefer the same thing to my family, but now i ashamed of LG service. Looking forward you need to replace monitor ASAP otherwise legal action will be taken against you.             Dear Sir/ Madam, I have purchased G3 Stylus mobile in the month of Oct'2014. But since last 1 month the battery is not getting charged. I have shown the same to the LG service centre in Thermax Chowk, Chinchwad, Pune. The adviser told me that the charging port of the handset is faulty and the part will be replaced within 4 days[ Free of cost as the handset is within warrantee period]. He logged the complaint. the complaint no. is RNA[protected] dt. 11.02.2015. The part was not available in the service centre at the time o complaint. After that I have called the service centre several time but there is no any positive ffeedback. Since the mobile is not getting charged, I can't use the mobile. If this is the poor service from such reputed company, how to rely on quality? request to replace my handset by new one at the earliest. Your +ve reply at the earliest is highly appreciated. At present my communication is totally stopped due to this faulty handset

              Hi, I have changed screen of my LG Nexus 4 in nearest LG service center since it has broken . But then again when it fell only once from a very less height it has broken again. I don't find any difference in using a screen from lg showroom and outside it. There is no warranty even .. so can you replace it again with better quality?

                Dear Sir, I have bought an LG LED TV in April/May-2013. It has stopped working a few days ago. I lodged a complaint (RNA[protected], accordingly your technician attended. They found that- LED PANEL GOT DAMAGED AND NEED TO REPLACE, cost approx Rs/-7500. How will you justify this? Is this the quality of your product? Is there nothing reliable? I have bought a TV in Rs/-12000, in less than 2 year how can you asked the customer to pay Rs/- 7500 for repairing? The main part of LED TV is the panel and if this got damaged in less than 2 years, LG should take the responsibility. Please arrange to replace my TV with a minimum compensation.

                Dear Sir,
                With reference to the above massage I have given my contact details to LG Assist. They have arranged a conversation with the area sales manager.
                I have got no positive response. The area sales manager replied, he cant do anything in this regard. He suggested to replace the LED panel with my own cost.
                LG should replace the LED panel. 7500 investment in a TV is not possible, which was bought in 12000 less than 2 year.

                  I have purchased LG Plasma TV before 3 years. Last week TV became faulty and it was showing no picture. I called LG service center and they asked me to drop the TV on service center. After 2 days I received a call from service center that TV is completely faulty and all parts need to be replaced. The cost of repairing was asked Rs. 25000 which is equal to a New TV. I register the complain in LG. From there again LG Center call me and asked that we dont know excetly problem in your TV but we can try some card replacement. If any card again fails your have to pay for the same the cost may be around 100 thousand. Better you go for New TV. Such complete failure in TV is showing poor quality of product and poor service of LG. LG should either repair the TV on justifying cost or should give me a buy back offer.

                      I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LG VASAI SERVICE CENTRE. I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY LG G PRO 2 MOBILE AND HAD VISITED THE VASAI SERVICE CENTRE TODAY. I WAS TOLD TO COME ON TUESDAY BECUASE NONE OF THE ENGINEER WERE AVAILABLE. I WENT THERE IN WORKING HOURS. THIS IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BY LG. THE MANAGER THERE WAS VERY RUDE. SHE SPOKE TO ME VERY VERY VERY RUDELY. HOW COME NONE OF YOUR ENGINEER WAS AVAILABLE. EVERY ELECTRONICS ITEM IN MY HOUSE IS OF LG. WHY BECAUSE I TRUSTED LG. HENCEFORTH I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY LG PRODUCTS . YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BIG ZERO. YOUR SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE.

                        Hi, We have our microwave under support till 22.03.2014 to 21.03.2015 vide HLP no. 002293. We have taken precaution and paid to cover this product in any type of failure. Why we should suffer if LG has not taken the precaution to get the spares with them? Why our calls are getting closed saying part discontinued? Please arrange to repair/ replace this equipment immediately as we should not be punished for the activity LG has not done. I have spoken to your representative also, but all in vain.                           I have purchased new LG 4UB850T TV on 25th January at which time there was an offer going on for FREE sound bar along with TV. TV was delivered on 25th January 2015 and sound bar was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 days. It has been around 30 days now and I haven't received any sound bar. Dealer has reported me that delay is from LG side. I am also not able to register my product as this model number is still not available in dropdown list of products.                               This is with reference to the complaint number RNA[protected] lodged by my father. We had a LG TV and due to some break down we decided to buy a new one, we had paid 3yrs of maint (AMC contract) in advance. On informing the LG/main contractors they first advised us that the money will be refunded later on they said due to the change in company policies we will not get the money but some LG vouchers to buy a LG product, we were ok with that and we ordered for the LG product P9032R3559. Post this none of the personnels are responding to our calls, the complaint was lodged way back on 28.11.2014. The complaint was lodged with Snehanjali in Andheri. The follow up is disappointing and frustrating, excuses keep on changing and promises seem to be dwindling and in the end all we can see is a closed door. A company with such broad and fantastic product line is clearly let down by its after sales service. Kindly refund/address the problem at the earliest LG life's good but your service isn't.                                 hi..i have lg 32 lw 4500 3d tv. its 3 years old and have a problem with the panel board.i registered the complaint on 20/10/2014 (RNA[protected] .technician came to our home and he change the panel board and i pay for that INR.18200, but still is not working, when i check with him technician told me to change the mother board also .but still they didn't came back to me with the mother board.when i ask him he said i have to register a complaint again..last four months i am waiting for things to solved it. i don't understand why the things getting delayed?when i am calling them they are not answering the phone.when i send the sms no replay.LG is a such a big company and getting like this customer service is not acceptable.i have another two more product from LG model no.AKB[protected]HOME THEATRE) AND dr275-(dvd recorder) with non-working condition.when i check with the technician they said its not available in india. waiting from you best customer service and please chaeck my TV jibin thomas-[protected]

                                  We have purchased LG refrigerator 420 Ltrs. from Reliance Digital, Nizampura, Vadodara on[protected]. We found two trays damaged and lodged the complain to the person of LG who visited on[protected]. They have replaced only one tray. For another tray we have again lodged complain vide ref. no.[protected] on 28th January, 2015. We contacted your customer care number(toll free) and talked. They have given us contact no. [protected] of Krishna Service Centre, Baroda. We have contacted many time to service centre but they have not solved the complain and given false promise and commitment. If we will not get the solution within 10 days then we will have no option but to take legal action and file a complain with consumer court.                                     It is with great disappointment and disgust, that I write this complaint. The gist of the complaint is as follows: I bought this Fridge in 2007 from Vijay Sales, Mumbai. Since 2009, the fridge is located in Ahmedabad. The fridge has started giving problems for the last 3 months. It is a double door fridge. For the last three months the lower portion is not working properly. Cooling does not take place in the lower segment. Twice your mechanics came, and did something. On both the occasions, the refrigerator worked for 3/4 days and again stopped working. When it again stopped working for third time around a month back, we again lodged a complaint with your Service Centre. This time instead of coming to attend the problem some body called up over phone and told that since the Company does no longer manufacture the required PCB, the fridge cannot be repaired. One of your efficient technicians even suggested to us abandon the fridge and buy a new one. Frustrated by such a response I lodged another complaint (Ref no.RNA[protected], with your Service Centre, around 10 days back. I am extremely sorry to state that the complaint remains unabashedly un attended. I wonder, if this is the un stated marketing strategy of the company to stop manufacturing necessary parts of 1 5/6 year old model, so that people are forced to buy new products. Shameful, indeed. If that be your company strategy, let me assure you then that I would swear not to buy or recommend to others to buy any LG product ever again in my life.                                       hi sir, i am umamahesh i have purchased the lg led on aug 2014 nearly 3 months hold this product was some part replacement problem told by service engineer in that they want change the part but that part was unavailable in that service center, they told that theywill put an order for that product it will take 3 to 5 days, it was happend 20days back(tilldate), complaint no RNA[protected], i asked the service enginerr and manager that service branch they are saying it was in transport it will come by 2 days like that, but already 20days happens, this led was just 3 months old, iam asking service center employess they are saying its not their late it was companies late, what we have to do ask the company persons like they are saying what i have to do.. all the employess not responding either customer care or serive center employees

                                        I bought an LG 32 LED TV online and got it delivered on 01st Feb 2015 to my address in Chennai. When the Online vendor tried to Contact LG for free installation, the LG team kept delaying the request for one week. After that I decided to go for a paid Installation and called up LG on 07th Feb. Being getting paid for the installation, LG team promptly took the request and send a technician for installation on 07th Feb. After the installation the technician refused to provide a hard copy of the bill and made me talk to the LG execution over phone and they assured me that I will receive an Invoice of the bill within 24 hours. Its 11 over now and I have not yet received the Bill yet. I regularly kept calling them and reached everyone from bottom level till high level to get the bill emailed to me. I spoke to everyone including Customer Care(multiple times), Areas Service Supervisor (Mr. Ramasamy), Chief Operating Officer (Mr. Prabhakaran). When I spoke to Mr. Ramasamy on 14th feb, he assured me that he has taken the complaint to Head Office and I will be receiving the bill in few hours. But after that again 5 days are over and in this period I tried multiple attempts to call Mr. Ramasamy but I am not getting any kind of response. Since I was not getting any response from Area Service Supervisor, I called up and also messaged Chief Operating Officer (Mr. Prabhakaran) on 17th, he did not pick up the call and messaged saying he is busy and will call back shortly. He never came back and after trying multiple attempts somehow I was able to talk to him on 18th (today). His reply was “Mr. Ramasamy is busy in a meeting and we will get back to you later. Anyways, you have got your installation done and you ONLY need the bill right.” When I said that it’s not about ONLY bill, but about the unacceptable delay and I have to submit this bill to the Online vendor to claim the installation amount and if I do not get the bill on time, I will not get the money reimbursed. If that happens, “Will LG pay me the installation amount because all happened due to of delay from LG side”? He bluntly said “No, LG will not be responsible and will not pay the money”. Even though holding such responsible positions, I did not see these people taking the matter seriously and taking the consumers for granted. In turn, the consumers are facing problems and losing their Valuable Time and Money. Now I ask this Question in this Consumer Forum, “Even after paying the amount for a service which firm in India prolongs/denies the Bill for 11 days?” and if there are any repercussions due to this irresponsible behavior who will be held responsible and will face the loss? I am looking for an immediate action to be taken in this regard and requesting for a lesson to be taught to LG for such Horrible Service and Cheating Consumers.
