I have purchased 32LA 6210-TD Sr no 303NDHBE4681 from Lulu (Oman)on 4th July 2013 .This TV has been installed in India 14th July 13 .I was facing problem with the TV as the display was not seen .When contacted LG service center from India, they had replaced mother board as it was failed on 27 th July 2014 .Now after 7 months i am faced the same problem (motherboard has failed) .The LG service engineer attended and told the spare needs to be changed Cost Rs 5000 / .I requested since the failure is 2nd time within 7 months the part should be replaced free of cost, but LG says that it is out of warranty and I will have to pay for the same . I have refused to pay since I doubt for the quality as the same part fails within the period ot 7 months and the basic reason of failure is not known . I am requesting you to consider the replacement free of cost . Though I have reminded LG that I will scrap the TV instead of paying the amount, they are ok with that but are not analysing the fault .They have standard reply to their mail and when contacted toll free no they say it is out of warranty and the job will have to be paid .Even if I pay they are not taking guarantee whether the part will last for how many months . I am really frustrated for their service and quality . Umesh

I feel LG company as well as the consumer complaint cell does not care for the complaints lodge .I did not get any feedback either from the company of the consumer cell from last 5 months . I do not trust this site any more .

    I bought a LG 55" 3D LED TV in March last year. In almost 1 year of the purchase, its display stopped working. Later the service centre informs that its display (worth Rs. 45, 000) needed a replacement. When we asked for a replacement of the TV, we were informed that it is not in their policy. Instead, they try to sell us an extended warranty of Rs. 11, 000 on top of it. I demand a replacement of the complete set and will not take back the defective piece after such major repairs.

      I BROUGHT LG LED TV 42LN5720 FROM UAE IN MONTH OF NOV 2013 ONCE I SHIFTED TO INDIA AFTER 6-7 MONTH TV HAS AN ISSUE WHEN I POWER ON TV CONTINUE HAVING ON OFF AFTER CONTACT TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY ADVISED FOR FACTORY RESET FOR THAT TV SHOULD ON SO FOR THAT I TAPPING ON BACK SIDE SO TV CONTINUE WORKING AND THAN I DO FACTORY RESET AFTER THAT TV WORKED OK BUT SAME ISSUE CAME AFTER 1 MONTH AGAIN I DONE SAME AS PAST RESET IT BUT FROM LAST ONE MONTH SUCH ISSUE COMING TWICE IN WEEK .I CONTACT TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY SAID IF IT PANEL HAS ISSUE ITS COST 25000 SO FOR AFTER JUST WARRENTY FINISHED SUCH PROBLEM MUST BE RESOLVE BY LG FREE OF COST .         My Name is Vishal samant, I am resident of Dombivli City in Thane, I had purchased 42 inch LED, 3D LG TV through Kohinnor Electronics in Dombivli. It was purcahsed in Feb 2013. it works very well for 2 years but last week it suddenly appear two white vertical strip's, one in the middle and one at the corner. I launch a complaint next day and their engineer arrived at my house on same day. He looked at TV and said that your TV panel is gone and you need to replace this. I asked him what is the cost for replacement, he told me INR 28200/-which is very difficult to digest because I had bought this TV at INR 86000/-at that time showroom person told me that this is LED TV and it ||has a life of 10 to 12 years. I think LG should give a warranty of at least 5 years for such high value product. I need support from LG to repair this product or give me panel replacement at minimum cost..           Name- Surendra Prasad मैंने 5 अक्टूबर को LG 32LA600 टीवी ख़रीदा, उसमे मैंने 1 महीने तक Wi-Fi चलाया, उसके बाद मेरा Wi-Fi कनेक्ट ही नहीं हुआ, सिर्फ लिखता है Contact Your AP, मैंने इसका कम्प्लेन 11/12/15 को किया जिसका Complain No. RNA[protected] है, और एक Technical आया और बोला आपका Wi-Fi का Kit खराब हो गया है, और उसके बाद Technical आया ही नहीं उसके बाद फिर मैंने LG Costumer Care में फ़ोन किया, और मैंने फिर से Complain कराया जिसका Complain No. rna[protected] है, और उसके एक दिन बाद कंपनी से Message यह आया की Your Complain Will Closed (Self Repair By Costumer).             sir, my lcd tv was showing black and white. i went to lg service centre at opposite anand nursing home meerut.. engineer and other staff told me that they will charge rs 550 plus cost of the part if required at home. but after visit of engineer if i am not interested for repair they will charge rs 275. as home service. but if i took it to service centre then no charge will be taken to check it.i took my lcd to service centre engineer checked it and found that lcd was not defective and colours were not displaying due to some setting was disturbed with remote.he made setting again with help of remote.lcd was not opened .all the function were carried out with the help of remote.i was shocked when they demanded me rs550 for same. iargued them that no repair was done it is only setting with remote but they did not satisfy.andcharged rs 550.

              My name is Vidyasagar, I have booked a 49 inch(49LB5510) TV and made the payment from your authorised dealer Sai Manikanta Agenices at Eluru(Andhra Pradesh).I have made the payment on 28-Feb-2015 and till now I have not received the TV.I have personally been to the store many times and I always get an answer the delivery/Installation will be today. Frustrated by the delay and no-response over the telephone with the local dealer, I am approaching the customer care to resolve the issue ASAP.

                Dear sir / madam this is vishal v kurhade, i bought split invertar ac on 15th june 2014, which is under warranty period. I called up your customer care number [protected] for normal servicing on 23rd feb 2015, on 26th feb 2015, on 03rd march 2015 and on o5th march 2015. Every time i received same feedback that our service team would call you within 24 hrs time period but i never received any call from service team neither any person visited for servicing. On 5ht march your customer support said there is technical issue at our end so i would get back call from your side within 2 hours, which i never received. I am very much disappointed from lg service, in future i will think twice before purchasing any product of yours. Will never recommend your products to my friends or relatives.
                Even i submitted this same complaint on 7th march 2015 at 10 pm to lg helpline till date i have not received any mail or phone call from lg.

                  On 22/2/2015 purchased a LG AC model 03SLSA3PT3DW Rs.29, 500/- bill no:u01100MH1999PLC120563 at Reliance retail limited, madinaguda, hyderabad.while purchasing he assured that item will be supplied 2015 year manufactured only. but when unit received and while erection. it is noticed thatAC indoor unit date of manufacturing was 21/02/2014 and out door unit date of manufacturing was 24/02/2015. i immediately discussed with store room godown incharge sri, Y. Srinivas /stores sales executive and told regarindg the problem, he said that both parts are manufactured 2015 only, but mistakenly wrong printing taken place. i want to express that both units are belongs to date of manufactured 2014 only. out door sticker removed and pasted new year, but indoor was not done. hence i request that please fit me LG AC unit 2015 manufactured model or reduce the one year value cost and returned to my accout.

My name is Rajeswararao.L.I am residing at Vuyyur, near by Vijayawada City, Andhrapradesh, Which comes under Vijayawada Rural.I purchased one LG Television from Tirumala Music Centre(p)Ltd, Vijayawada, Andhraprdesh at the cost of Rupees 112000/-.At the time of purchase they offered me first year annual maintenance cost is free.From 30.01.2013 I am paying annual maintenance cost and it is under force and up to 30.01.2016.I paid approximately ruppes 31000/- upto date. From 31.01.2015, my television not working, and I complained on 02/02/2015 to Vijayawada LG Care Center, and they send one person and examined and told that screen is not working and it has been replaced. I shown my AMC receipt, after seeing my receipt he told that part will be replaced at free of cost or they will replace with new television. And he advised us to bring our tv at our own transportation to his work shop upon receiving his call to do so. I received call from LG care Center, vijayawada I arranged transport and I handed over my television full set to him, along with my adhaar card, voter id, invoice copy and AMC contract Xerox copies on 19.02.2015. After one week he called and saying that that part is not available, and he is giving advice that I have to choose another LG television with my own interest and he will pay ruppes60000 for my television and remaining amount I have to pay. What is this! I am not offered my television for discounted price to LG.They are forcing me to take another television for Rupees 60000/-.I incurred total cost of Rs 142000/-(inclusive of AMC) and they are saying that I have to take Rs60000/-cost television. And they are saying that that part is not available, so for usage of three years depreciation charges they will deduct. I contacted LG custemer support center and they give me one number to contact about this and that personName Abdukram ([protected]) is not lifting phone. So this is not fair and for three years usage of television I am not ready to lose Rs 82000/-.Simply they kept my television at their service centre and they are not responding to my complaint. So please hand over my television with good working condition or replace with 47”/above model LED television within 10 days from today. Otherwise I have to proceed consumer forum.                         1st reminded to company sir i purchaged lgg2. from next day screen light began to dim up down and came lining on screen i complain to gorakhpur lg service centre.they said it will have to change its mother board and display.they called me after 1week. and changed its display and mother board but it is different looking its network and battery display on screen is not as original as when i purchase its color was cyan this time totally white and display lite is not good than original. can u tell me is it original or duplicate ? Kindly help me...

                                I am in Chennai. I bought a LG Double door fridge 3 years back. Since then i've been facing cooling problems very frequently. The service center says that its a failure model (??!!) and they will refill the gas for 5 years free of charge. I have been refilling the gas every year since then. Why do LG sell such inferior products and make the customers piss off like this? Extremely unhappy about LG.

                                  I own a LG Google Nexus 5 and I am feed up with the device. Both the service and build quality of the phone is pathetic, during the last three month I had to repair the microphone for nearly four times for the same issue and cant trust the device whether there is a chance of another failure in the near future. Considering all these facts there is no other way than lodging a consumer complaint against the company for looting the customer by producing these kinds of devices.n I own a LG Google Nexus 5 and I am feed up with the device. Both the service and build quality of the phone is pathetic, during the last three month I had to repair the microphone for nearly four times for the same issue and cant trust the device whether there is a chance of another failure in the near future. Considering all these facts there is no other way than lodging a consumer complaint against the company for looting the customer by producing these kinds of devices.                                     I bought a microwave 32 Ltrs, without showing me started it and went away. It was working with lot of noise. I m working so after a month, while cleaning, I noticed that a rotating ring is missing. While attending my call, the LG Engineer said, I would have broke it or I should have informed then only. Question is if a customer can pay Rs 17000 for a Microwave, will he lie for a petty rotating ring cost Rs 200. And why the LG company should not be sincere enough to listen to its loyal customer and take a call on its cheating service engineers. Two of them attended the call, but none informed about the missing rotating ring. It's not about 200 Rupees, it's about feeling cheated and disgusted.

                                      Dear Sir, I had purchased a LG Refrigerator (Model No GL-308VA5) in Oct-2009. Since that Day, I have been paying AMC charges to LG Service Center regularly without fail. Recently I have been facing a problem in the Door of the refrigerator. For this, I complained on 20-Feb-2015 against Complaint No. RNA[protected]. On 22-Feb-2015 your Representative came to inspect the product for the problem. He took the Picture of the Product and told me, he will revert the day after. For the subsequent 2 days I received sms messages “your parts have been ordered to LG”. To my surprise I received another SMS on 24–Feb-2015, “Your request has been Closed”. I immediately called the Service Center and they told me that they have wrongly closed my Complaint, and asked me to re-register my complaint again, which I did again on 24-Feb-2015 against Complaint No. RNA[protected]. Again, on 25-Feb-2015, another Representative visited and told me that Door needs to be changed and you have to pay some charges for the door. Despite of regularly paying the AMC Charges to LG Service Center, I agreed to pay Rs. 2025/- for the door. On 26-Feb-2015, they called me saying that LG has discontinued the Product/Part, and you have to get it repaired from outside/ locally. I again complained on you customer care no, they gave me some no’s of the area heads of Service Center. They behaved unprofessionally, and had since not been picking up my call. If they can’t provide us some solution then why should we pay for the AMC. I am ruining the day I purchased a LG product because it is not a LG(Life’s Goods) product, actually it is a UT(Use & Throw) product.                                         I purchase LG 1.5ton split AC. I have been calling up customer service every day, and they promise to install within 24 hours. Every single day I get a call from local service center that they will not be able to install today because of some excuse or the other. I am totally fedup of LG's service and WILL NEVER BUY A LG PRODUCT AGAIN. I will also discourage everyone from buying LG branded products. So LG, you not only lost me as a customer, you also lost people in my social circle as well.
