Dear Sir / Madam, I had logged a call for LG A/C which is not working properly a month ago and still it is not resolved. When I ask your customer care people they say it is closed by stating the part is not available, without even bothering to inform the customer. I'm really disappointed with your after sales service, Though LG service guys visited thrice to repair even than the problem is not resolved. Having that said I kindly request you to address the issue at the earliest. The Ticket / Reference that I had opened with LG customer care Toll Free No : RNA[protected] You can reach me on my mobile No [protected] for any further information you might need. If this problem is not resolved early, I have no other go but to proceed legally. Hope you wont give me a chance to prolong that far. Thanks, Raj Gowda

    I have been using LG mobiles n promoting it too... I have an LG GPro2 mobile who's gonna solve my issue? I live in vashi I work in a hospital in mumbai (churney road) i need a help on my mobile with many bugs n lags... Where are your outlets I tried googling it but the centre seems to have shut out for good... Get back to me plz... I love your products... I even have yur AC n TV...       Hi, I am Raghavender from Hyderabad. Recently, My LG Nexus-4 mobile was water damaged. I have given it to a LG authorised mobile service centre (SRI DHATRE MOBILES), Hyderabad bearing receipt no: 1537. I have given my mobile on 13/05/2014. After checking for two days, they have confirmed that the mother board is damaged and it takes me Rs:9500/- for a replacement. I have asked them to replace. Since then, i used to call everyday asking about the replacement. The answers they have given me were: The motherboard they have got is not working. And then they told that they got a new motherboard which was damaged. Now again, they have asked for a replacement and the time window they have asked me was 1 more week. Now, How many days it takes for them to get a motherboard and replace it. Its been almost 16 to 17 days since i have given them my mobile, now they have asked for an extension of another week. On top of all these things, not even once they have bothered to update me regarding the status. Yes they have called once, just to tell me that it costs Rs.9500/- for a replacement of motherboard. Other than that, it was me who called them for regular updates. Is there anybody, who could understand the situation and help me out of this mess. Still how many more days, it takes them to replace a motherboard for one of the best LG smart phone Nexus-4.

        I just bought a new washing machine having problems while washing the whole machine is vibrating. I called to technical team twice but still I am facing the same problem. I got tired off with this LG washing machine I have taken few month back only. Still it is in warranty period. Please help to resolve this problem.

          Dear Sir, Regards, I have been an LG Loyal On July 7, 2013 I bought my 32” LED TV, Model 32LN5400, Chasis No. 305PLXA030410 from Sony Mony Electronics Ltd., Anddheri (W), Mumbai-58. I preferred it over Samsung as I am an LG loyal person. My earlier TV was LG Golden Eye, my washing machine is LG and even my PC monitor is LG (I can mail you all the bills). But I feel that this faith of mine on LG was nothing but a blind faith. My LG LED TV Perished Just in 20 Months My above said TV went completely out of order last month. After complaint it took the company more than a week to send the technician, who landed at my house on April 6, 2014. He said that there was a fault with the motherboard and he would call me and do the service after he gets the part. It was Actually Collapse of the LED Screen I waited for another 10 days and finally followed up myself. After 3-4 calls and further 4-5 days, finally the technician landed up with the motherboard, replaced it and informed that the motherboard was okay and actually it was failure of the LED screen. He told that I would get the estimate for its replacement in a couple of days. Area Service Manager Said – “I would Try for a Discount” I immediately called up the area service manager and argued for a free replacement of the screen as the TV was just 20 months old. The manager said that the product was out of warranty, so he couldn’t help. I argued that warranty is for components and the LED screen was not just a component but it was the main unit housing the other components, and the collapse of screen was like collapse of a whole house, and that also within 20 months of purchase. So it should be treated as a rare case and I should be given a free service. The manager then said that he would take the matter to superiors and try for a discount. I was Told – “Head Office has Rejected the Request for Discount” Two days later I received a call from the area service manager’s office and was told that the head office had rejected the request for discount and I will have to bear the whole cost of Rs. 13, 368/-, if I wanted the TV to be serviced. After an argument, finally, I retorted that you forget the service, I will write to your South Korea Head Office and India HO and if need be, I will go to court and media also. Next Day I was Told – “Head Office has Sanctioned a Discount of 25%” The very next day I again received a call. They said that the HO had sanctioned a 25% discount and asked for an appointment for servicing. I wondered as to how the HO changed its stand overnight. Anyway, I rejected the offer because TV is a stationary object with no moving parts and failure of LED screen in 20 months is merely a product quality issue. And when I have already spent Rs. 30, 000/- for its purchase, how the company can expect me to pay Rs 13, 368/- again for collapse of the whole product in the name of lapse of warranty. Since I was offered a discount, it was obvious that the company, in principle, had accepted that I was being subjected to injustice. Anyway, I postponed the matter as I had to proceed for a vacation with family. Your Area Service Manager had Claimed that the Failure of TV was Due to Overuse I was really shocked, when your Area Service Manager, in the very first interaction, claimed that the TV might have failed due to overuse. What is this ‘overuse’? Can this be a reason for failure of a TV? I am a professor in an engineering college and definitely have ‘some’ knowledge of technology. Moreover, our TV is ‘used’ for not more than 1 or 2 hours a day. Your people in India have been really callous in this matter. I am Sure that I Deserve a Free Service but am Ready to Bear 25% of the Cost It’s my earnest request that you look into the matter with due empathy towards a loyal customer like me and take a step that befits the reputation of your company. In principal, I would assert that I deserve a free service for this ‘grand failure’ of LG TV, but am ready to bear 25% of the overall cost and not definitely more than that. I would like not to go to court or media and resolve the issue mutually. That’s why I have offered to share a part of the overall cost. Please see the attachment for scanned copy of the bill.             Hello Mr.Soon With deep grievance and unsatisfactorily I am letting you know the issue I am facing for the inappropriate servicing of my LG Window AC serial no..005NLXZ001106 from the date of purchase, every year gas filling is required, although this has been in AMC since the expiry of warranty and I did not expect that LG AC require filling of gas every month, please check my service request history and from the last 4 years gas has been filled 4 times, recently Service request no. (RNA[protected] again when I asked for free servicing, the engineer on site advised that GAS filling is required, I am surprised that last year under request No. RNA[protected], both condenser and evaporator was changed and still this year again gas filling is required, I kept the AC covered during the non usage. I am really clueless of the utmost casualness shown by an organization as LG India in handling customer complaints. Please let me know the action taken by LG India in regard to my complaint to resolved it permanently or replace the defective product. This is beyond imagination that a Organization like LG India is not able to keep up the customers expectations. Kindly acknowledge the mail. Thanks and Regards Vijit Saha

              I had lodge a complain on 21 Apr.15 and inform send the technician on Sunday only, 23 Apr.15 Technician called me and I told him visit to my house on Sunday only. 25 Apr.15 again I called to service centre and remind. 26 Apr.15 again I have Called to service centre but I have not receive and satisfactory answer, they give two senior executive number Ms.Puja Mathur- [protected] and Ashu Khan-[protected] both number are switch off. THIS IS LG SERVICES. Now Could you confirm when our problem has resolve ? But I want technician visit only on Sunday.

                I have made a call for servicing of my AC on Friday. But since 48 hrs no body responded when I called on custmer care they put my call on hold after 30 seconds till 30 mints this kind of help they are doing with customer. I have called 5 times their reply was In 2 hrs somebody wll call you. If this kind of response from LG I am getting I am sure I wll not recommend any body to buy LG products, I know on this complain I wll get answer will solve shortly.                   I purchased a LC 2 ton AC from Shah electronics, Kukatpally, Hyderabad about 2-3 years back. The installation was included with the price and they installed it in my house. The persons who were sent for installation were pathetic. They damaged the copper pipes which I later discoved had cracks from where the gas leaked out completely. I called up LG customer care, asked them to send professionals to detect the issue and fix it properly. These folks came welded the areas where they suspected leaks, refilled the gas, etc. and promised no more issues. After using for about 2 months, the intensity of cooling was again diminished. By that time summer was over, so it was not used thereafter until about couple months back when there was no cooling at all. I called up LG again and the support person said that they knob was not tighteted properly from where the has leaked. They also gave a quote of Rs 2000 just for refilling the gas. I was upset over their work that was done last time and told them that I cant keep refilling gas as the AC installation has issues. And that they need to go a good job in fixing this. I asked them to send some technical team to look into why the AC keeps leaking gas. Their team came and said there are several issues including heavy bents in the copper pipe that may be leaking gas, lack of clamps used for fitting causing vibration of the AC and lack o[censored]se of sealant while tightening the bolts. They also quoted a price of Rs 4000 to fix these issues with just a 3month warranty period. All this time I was following up with their division head here Mr. Satyanand, who turned a blind eye to my concerns of poor service provided by LG team. He just asked to talk to one, Mr. Rakesh, who later said nothing is in his hands and that I just had no other option but to pay Rs 4000 if I want to go ahead with the fixes. I also found out that LG had been using local vendors, one called Nikhil enterprises, for catering to consumer service requests, and these folks had little or no expertise in fixing ACs. Whats more, they damaged my AC installation to an extent the cost of repair is too high. That too, with no guarantees given by any parties responsible. My main concern here is companies like LG giving pathetic services to consumers and still able to demand more money for their poor quality job. Their approach neither imbibes trust nor reliability in me, which makes it even more difficult. Should I pay 4000 again and wait for the same issue to occur, and keep paying for filling gas year over year. Thier warranty of 3 months is useless because the leaks are sometimes minute that it may take a few months for you to notice. Over a year, you surely will see it no longer works. No accountability for what they are doing, hiring ill-trained vendors, who equally contribute to the woes faced by consumers like me. The approach of their high officials is pathetic, I wonder, how long they will be in business, if this continues.

                    Dears kindly support me urgently, please fine my complain details: * In my business trip last year in China, I have bought LG products ( attached in photo ), Air conditioners, Refrigerators ..etc, from Guangzhou. * As per LG product distributor (also his card is attached in the photo) confirmation, the warranty of the products is global, can be activated in any LG subsidiaries all over the world, and confirmed it is working in my country, Egypt * when the products have been shipped to Egypt, LG Egypt has rejected to provide any warranty for the products !! and claimed we need a confirmation from LG global... !! this is really strange, and I can find this is a misleading process, and shows that any product for LG warranty works only in its country and can be shipped out and this means no one can own the LG products from any other country ... really disappointed thanks to support me urgently my email address: bassem.[protected]@hotmail.com phone: [protected]

                      last year on 5 July 2014 company engineer changed my ac compressor and filled the gas.That time ac was not cooling properly than the engineer told me your ac after sometime will be cooling properly but there is no change. Now lodged complaint for service on 24 April 2015. LG engineer come to my house for service and told me that there is no gas in your AC and you will be paid gas charging extra. They already filled the gas last time and now they told me that fill the gas this time also. Now I want to know that why I fill gas that time because I already fill the gas last time. Tell me that how it possible gas fill every year.You are requested that resolve this solution and may be filled the gas and service. Our AC model no. is LWA5MR4DAELG1.                         Request no - RNA[protected]. For 42 inch TV installation @ your customer care they told i vl be charge Rs.800+St, but when the installation guy came he told it will charge you Rs.4221/-. (Wall mounting clamp Rs.3331& Rs.890)After installing they did not provide any Bill copy. I was shocked that how come such a brand like lg wont give a bill so he connected his call to his supervisor called Vishnu(Bangalore) he assuted me that he will send me bill on mail after payment. But till now I have not received any bill on my mail, Feeling like cheated from a top brand like LG. I need your help for following points 1. Wether i was charged correctly. 2.                             Regarding the subject I call to customer care yesterday and I was told that within 24 hr Technician will contact you .                                 As above sub complaint registered dated 21-4-15. & ensure complaint will be solve in next few hour today i receive a call from engineer/ serviceman that i will be reach to you morning 10-11 am. 12 pm i call back to him he reply i will be 1or 2 pm but he not reach to me then i call him aging 5 p.m he reply i will be 7.pm i reply him no need to come after 5 pm. kindly ensure is this good way to service .

                                This mail is regarding poor quality of LG Customer Service.

                                I ts been 2- 3 days now, I have registered a complaint for my Air condition . Till date nothing have been done...
                                During this period, endless calls done by me, your Engineer 4 - 5 times call me but not reach to me at last i call him again he reply i will reach 7.pm i tell him go back morning 10 a.m he is calling me i am reaching this is not fare as last evening i call customer care (every time ..call is done by different executive talking different stuff).

                                What do you think I have to waste my time everyday calling u or attending ur calls???

                                I just don't understand how u people work???
                                Is this the way u solve ur customers problem?? OR torture ur customers???

                                I want the concern person to take a correct step in this matter...as soon as possible, ...else..I will take the necessary step...

                                  I have a double door refrigerator and it has a problem that it was not cooling.And after that I call the service of the dealer.but in the no .those gave as the service centre of lg was not in service .kk.after that one person came from the lg and spend time for repair.actually he only heats the compresser .after that also the fridge was not cooling.then after I call to the dealer ..he is not took up the phone for our words...what a foolish company and what a hell service.?

                                    I have received damaged Refrigerator. When the person came for installation he verified the same and report to his supervisor (Mr. Parthiv - LG center near bodakdev fire station) for replacement. And give me his number for further contacts. I have call him many time and same answer received that stocks are not available. Giving me assurance of 2-4 days, and after this 2-4 days cycle repeats with another assurance of 2-4 days. I have wasted my petrol to meet him, my calls, my precious time, but still no result came out. He give me in written also that we will replace your damaged peace, but for how much time I need to wait???? He is really such a irresponsible person, and its really very tough to deal with him. I think it should not be the case that, I have given you in written now you need to wait for 10 years if company have no stock, in that case they should refund me my money with interest. Now after being irritated for one month, he told me to contact my dealer. Its really ridicules. Please do the needful.

Number : [protected]) called me back and told me why you have register a complaint. Is the way to talk with customer???

                                    And surprisingly I found message that your complaint has been closed. But on which basis they have closed my complaint??? I didn't get any kind of solution still they have closed my complain. This is really ridicules.

                                    Please do something on same, I am really sick now with such non-sense activities.

                                      I purchased a split AC from Girias Bangalore on April 06, 2014 and from the day one of my purchase the AC had water leakage and we were giving complaints and spoke to almost all the people at LG we had 11 LG technicians who visited our place and in the month of march i wanted to give a legal complaint when they came and temporarily sorted the issue and yesterday when i switched on the AC the water was pouring like mad and i imdtly switched off the AC, inspite of that it was leaking for 30 min and we had to keep bucket to fill the water. This morning when i raised the issue your person called and told that he will attend the issue and we need to pay.your people at the time of closing the issue last time told that if there is a leakage issue in 3 months time after the warranty the servicing will be free as it was an error from LG RNA[protected] The main people who attended my issues 1. Amit from LG 2. Polus from LG -[protected] 3. Kripakaran from LG- [protected] 4.Swetha from LG - [protected] And many more technicians attended the Complaint. One person told room is big so AC will leak. Other told technician did not fix properly so AC leak, and they changed the set up all together.

                                      Hello, A senior technician from LG visited our place, he is in a confused state as he is not able to figure out the issue. It is a defective piece as the water is not going to the drain pipe instead flowing out.

                                      Looks like Suman and Kripakaran (technicians) are going to visit my place in the coming week to study about this leakage.

                                      Senior technician(i dont knw his name) has visited our place 3 times in the past 3 months
                                      Kripakaran and Suman also visited us 3 times in the past. After this 9 visits they were not able to figure out the issues. There were other technicians also who visited us very frequently.
                                      LG realised that : If we all work TOGETHER towards ONE goal, we can achieve it much faster than working AGAINST EACH OTHER towards the SAME goal.
                                      So next week both are coming together to study the issue so that they can discuss and come to a conclusion.

                                      Their earlier findings in the past one year
                                      1. Room is big so the AC will leak
                                      2.Even if there is little dust at home (on the fan or side walls) the AC will leak
                                      3. AC is kept little slanted (they removed and fixed it again) the AC will leak
                                      4. Drain pipe is blocked (Fixed it) the AC will leak
                                      5. The top filter is little uneven (fixed it) the AC will leak
                                      6. Gas leakage (filled the gas) the AC will leak
                                      7. AC should be kept in the ground floor and should not to kept in the top floor so the AC will leak

                                        I bought lg tv 55 inches 4k ub850t model 15 days back(2-4-15) where they came on 8 th april for installation after 3 days from installation there is 1 line in centre of the Tv. we complaint immediately and service Er came and promised that replacing new one.. on 18 th april they delivered new one and taken away existing Tv from me.for installation given the request at 2.pm after that by 3.45pm one service engineer called and said that will be reaching 1 hour for installation. he didnot turned till night 8.30pm. when we called and tried many times he didnot picked my call and answer. one point of time he switched off the mobile. we were waiting for him without going anywhere in weeend out. this is the experience i had when they came for sound bar installation.worst service people ever seen in my life
