sir, our jazz tv is in warranty period, one month before be lodged compliant, After purchase with in two months its gone faulty. on that time we demanded replace with new one. But service man replaced the parts and rectified fault. After one month same fault repeated, only some vertical lines coming on screen. No picture is coming. Our old compl no is RNA[protected]. Now book my compl and give me fresh compl no. I would request you sir, please replace my TV. With in six months facing same problem second time. I as working as customer relations manager in BSNL and i will try my level best to give best services to customers same thing i am expecting from you. Please do needful action.     i had purchased lg washing machine in 2011 after 1.5 yrs it started giving problem. it shakes and wobble during spin cycle so much so that some one has to hold it for completion of cycle.i have called the service engineer but they are not doing any thing to solve the problem. dr amitabh

      Invoice No. MH/Jan15/0108 washing machine model LG T9003TEELK purchased on 17/01/2015. Recieved the machine on 20th, demo recieved next day the machine sarted wobbling and restarting. The technician said will have to remove the trolley used for base it will work fine. few days went ok on 6th feb again machine started to wobble & restart. hardly 15 clothes & the machine is in problem. The technician says parts to be change, WHY? A defective piece given to me, therefore parts to be changed. Haven't even used it for a month this situation what will happen in the long run which you claim to.I demand an exchange or a full refund for my purchase. Had used whirlpool for 10 yrs had no problem, recently the panel had problem therefore thought of your reputed brand. But sorry to say it was a major dissapointment.       Till date nothing done so far. Yesterday the machine vibrated so much that it came to the bedroom door where it is installed. My three year old kid woke up in fright, I had to run and pause the machine and get it back to place. If any accident happens or machine gets damage who is going to bear it. Just 1 month & this type of issue with no solution so far. I want my an exchange or full refund of my money so that I will get any other brand or stick to my old whirlpool brand which had no problem for 10 years. This has been an overall bad experience would never suggest anyone to buy this machine.

        Hello, I have purchased 2 LG nexus 5 in last couple of months. - One of them is not working and is hanged permanently. I have submitted that set in Bhopal service center, couple of weeks back, since they said that motherboard needs to be replaced. However, the phone is still in their center untouched. They say that company had not sent the motherboard part to us. The only answer they give is wait for next couple of days. And you will hear the same answer after waiting for n number of couple days. - For the second one, the touch screen got accidentally broken with a slightest of jerk within the first week of purchase (I came to know that this is very common problem with Nexus 5 and they have been replacing it in US for same). However, I have been going to the service center in Bhopal every week since last couple of months. I am not asking for a replacement but just want to get it repaired for which I am ready to pay. Every time, I get a response to wait for next 2-3 days and the screen panel has been couriered by LG company. I do not understand which courier service does LG uses which takes more that 2 months for delivery. I have a user if HTC and blackberry before purchasing 4 LG phones (2 Nexus5 and 2 G3). This makes me spending around 1.25 lakhs only on LG mobile phones and I am very disappointed which such kind of services. With HTC and Blackberry, it does not take more than 15 days for service while for LG its 2 months and counting. I am going to raise this in every possible forum to make people aware of such pathetic service from LG company (atleast in Bhopal).           I am very disappointed with the service provided to me by your service center "macross service center Porvorim Goa". I had earlier given my phone for warranty due to vertical lines comming across the screen. After your service center repaired and gave it back to me I noticed that the back cover of the nexus 5 was loose. I then showed it to the service center and they said that there was nothing that they could do because the clip was broken. The back cover of my phone is very loose.             It is very sad to see that lg is unconcerned about disbursement of its product . I am trying through canteen sto re in dehadun uttrakhand but this product is unavailable from past 3 months . If this continues I would have to forward myself to another brand.

              Hello, This is regarding my LG microwave. I had purchased the microwave in August 2011. The product came with a one year warranty and we purchased an extended warranty for three years by paying an additional amount of Rs 2647. However, our microwave stopped working in about July 2014 and we did register a complaint to the call center number. The person (called Irfan) came at our place checked the product and told us that there are certain parts which are at fault and he will get back to us within one week after the parts are arrived. We trusted him but there was no response from his side. However, after various follow-ups almost after a month he came and brought one part but then said that the part which he is carrying is not compatible with the product. Hence, he will look for another part. Again, there was no response for about a month. Then after a month, he came with one part and said that you can temporary use the microwave. As per him, there was some error in the display panel. After he installed this temporary part, we were not able to see the complete display numbers; however, still managed to use for some time with the same. Again within few days, the same stopped working. We again registered the complaint and told them that Irfan was going to get new parts. There was no response to the same. My complaint number at this time was RNA[protected]. As the call center took this as a complete new scale, they followed the process and there was another person named Chaudhry who visited our premises and said the same thing (part is not available) and he will get back to us within a week’s time. In about 10-12 days, he again bought some part and said that the part which he has bought is not compatible with the oven. This was in start of December. He informed us that LG has stopped manufacturing the parts of that particular microwave. However, he told us that as the product is in extended warranty we will get a replacement and hence for that he would require some documents. He took a copy of passport (holder of the microwave ) and the bill copy with extended warranty slip and told us company will get back to us within one week. However, there was no revert from LG and hence we again called up the call center. Here, we came to know that the talks of replacement are handled by seniors and hence our case was transferred to seniors. This was done after several follow-ups with the call center. One day, I receive a call from LG customer service manager and he says that I can replace my microwave by paying the difference amount or else I take a refund of the amount. Here, I had a conversation with MR Prashant Patil ( [protected]). However, his words were changed during the next call. In the end, he told me that LG would give me a discount of the depreciated amount and once I select the model we have to the difference amount via DD. He told me that I should select a model and then mail him so he can check the availability of the same and also update us on the dealer price of the same. He also told me that once I send him the invoice, he will be able to tell me the actual discount we will receive. He also asked me to mail him certain documents at his id prashantj.[protected]@lge.com. We did the same on 23rd January 2015 and sent him all the details (the selected model, documents). He also assured me that now this issue will be taken care by him personally. Till date, 2 Feb 2015 we have not received any reply from Mr Prashant Patil. I called him several times and also mailed him regarding his revert. My first follow up call to him was made on 27th January 2015 around 2.00 PM and at that time he had not even read my mail. He read the mail while keeping my call on hold. Also, inspite of the same, he still asked me to send the model number, when everything was already there. He did not bother to ready my mail as well. He told me, “Mam, please give me 15 minutes I will reply to you.”This was the standard reply he gave me when I called him for follow-ups. I followed up with him almost everyday till 1st Feb 2015. However, all my efforts were in vein. Then on Friday, 30th January 2015, I called by the call center and complained them about this, they gave me the number of Mr Sajid Syed, ([protected]). I called at this number continuously on Friday as well as Saturday but there was no response (only ring was going). I did not even receive a call back after seeing my miss calls. Tired of doing the above phone calls or follow ups, I then again called up the call center number on Sunday, 1st Feb 2015 at about 2.00 PM and registered a complaint mentioning that I am getting a poor response on my earlier complaint. I was informed that the concern team will call me back within 24 hours. However, I have not received any call yet. It is almost 4.00 PM on 2nd Feb 2015. My complaint number is RNA[protected]. To my surprise I was shocked to hear from the call center that my earlier complaint was closed even as the issue was not resolved. The service of LG is so pathetic and the people including the managers have harassed us a lot. It is highly unaccepted and for sure I will not recommend anyone to buy a LG product.               Hi,

              I have been hearing these things since a long time. Yesterday, too I had received a call from the so-called escalation team and he said he will check the details and get back to me within maximum 15 minutes, I have not received a call till now (its been about 20 hours now). I fail to understand that even the managers in LG work in same fashion, it is just highly unprofessional.

                Sir, Citibank paylink cheque no-412370 dated 28/11/2014 for Rs 12080/- issued against my back loaded LG fridge. I have submitted this cheque at my axis bank Sahibabad branch a/c as it is payable at par with all axis bank branches in india. I have been told by bank that sign on this cheque is not matching as per record with bank and the same taken by Ms Rashmi[protected] of LG service center Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Now she told me to either submit bank statement about issue of sign mismatching otherwise no action and bank is not agree to give reason in writing as no official action taken against sign mismatching . Sir I have allready approached Area manager Mr singh([protected])with details but no propper response from him till now.. I have conveyed my issue to LG customer caer/[protected] and now i feel i have been cheated by very prestigious brand LG. My request is please resolve my issue on this plateform otherwise i have to go for legal action for my Rs 12080/- and intrest for lapses time.                   Dear Sir We would like to draw your kind attention that, we had purchased L.G.Fridge from youon 19.12.2014 from one of your Dealer M/s. Croma Stores, 201 Akruti Centre Point, MIDC Andheri (East) Mumbai-400093. The day demo and installation of the fridge is not working properly and did not getting proper cooling and also water droping and the door of the fridge is not having proper alignment. When one engineer visited and observed the fridge he told that we will get fridge replaced as the deliverd piece is having defects. Again after second complaint one engineer visited and did work on door alignment, same day in the evening fridge stopped working and we called engineer on his personal Mobile No.same day. Next day on 14.01.2015 the engineer visited at 9.00 AM to 2.30 PM and he carried out some repair work and advised no need of replacement, without informing us he changed one part. Inspite of his work still the fridge is not working and not geting proper cooling. However, we are not satisfied with service of reputed company like L G and also behavior of engineers and one engineer Mr. B Shekar has told us that you can go to consumer count but we will not replace the fridge. We requested him to replace the fridge as it is defective and having technical problem. We therefore request you to kindly replaced the said fridge at your earliest. If we will not received replacement of fridge and not heard from you within 7 days we have no alternative but to go to consumer court and also inform to leading news papers to publish about your products andyour customer care representative behavior with the customers.

                    Complaint on service Hi Sir/Mam, I raised a repair complaint on last saturday(24/01/2015) for my LG washing machine. A representative from LG came by the same day and checked the machine. He told the machine is full of dirt and poured aicd into the macine[soap powder tray] and cleaned. Is pouring acid into the machine is a right way ? The machine outside and drum are now looking corroded. I asked him showing the corroded area and asked . He said i'll replace of free of cost if anything happens. The machine looks spoiled and we are afraid if something happens to the inner parts of the machine. Requesting your response on this.                       Hi, My name is Sathish and I am from Chennai. I am loyal customer of LG from 2004 when I bought the first LG product (double door LG fridge). From that time I liked LG product and I bought 2. 1.5 tonne split a/c in 2006 3. 1.5 tonne split a/c in 2010 4. 1.5 tonne split a/c in 2013 I was very happy with LG product and service. So when I planned to buy a 55 inch LED smart TV investing (1, 50, 000) I did not go for other brand. I trusted LG product and invested the money 5. 55 inch LED TV in 2013 6. Home theatre in 2013 7. LG washing machine in 2014 (switched from IFB to LG) After close to 17 months from the date of purchase my TV had a problem and I registered a complain customer care on 25/12/2014 (RNA[protected] and a technician was sent in 48 hrs and he said that a part has failed and this part does not fail so easily unless and otherwise it’s a manufacturing issue and the cost of the part is 35000 rupees. I spoke with service manager and other LG people and they asked me for the bill copy of the purchase 4 time. I went in person to the service centre and gave the bill. Also wrote several mails to LG and also spoke with many LG service people... no use... The complaint registered by me was closed by the call centre people saying customer did not pick up the call... I was driving when i received the call and I was unable to call back the same number. Within 5 mins I called the customer care to reopen the complaint for which there was no proper response and also I was told that i will get a call from customer care within 2 hrs but i did not get any call till today (the complaint was closed on 13th Jan 2015) After being a loyal customer for 10 years the LG customer care did not care about its customer. I am planning to go consumer court for justice. Please help me to resolve this issue Thanks, Sathish [protected]

                        I have purchase a LG Micro oven from log shoppe (Joti Electron SHOP NO 23, 24, 25, Shrey palace Santoshi Mata Road Kalyan on dated[protected] bearing model no. LG MO 8089-30 LTRE CONV (MICRO OVEN) for Rs 11700/-.
                        We tried to contact LG customer service center and explained the situation, they visited my place for complaint & replied that oven can not be repaired, Within span of four years oven is out of order, what about the amount paid against purchase of the oven.I would like to kindly mention that I got call from service center that sine I called them before the period of four years they are ready to compensate any product for an amount near about 1500/- only because the oven was insured.I am requesting you to arrange to repair the oven or replace the same.
                        How LG electronics manufacture this type of product which spare parts are not available within 4 years.

                          i filed a complaint through customer care under complaint no RNA on[protected] that there is a problem in picture. After one day service executive came and said its part is to be replaced and on[protected] ha again came and said it is to be replaced because of problem in the pixels. So till date it is not replaced. So please do the needful as soon as possible

                            I bought a new Google LG Nexus 5 one month ago. The so-called "gorilla glass "screen is very fragile and breaks very easily. There are lots of complaints online about this. In the USA, Google replaces the phone free of cost when this happens in the USA. In India, LG charges Rs 7500 to replace the screen ( which has a manufacturing defect !)                               Dear Sir, I Bought about said Mobile in a LG store after Referring Websites like LG & Flipkart. In Tech Specification Internal Memory of the Phone is Given as 4GB, But in the device it shows Total Device Memory is 1.5GB, out of this, the pre-installed apps occupy around 600MB. So effectively, you get only around 900 MB. The main disadvantage is that some apps cannot be installed/moved on SD card. AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS AND EMAILS, LG CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE GIVING VAGUE REPLIES AND ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP IN ANYWAY,

                                Complaint I had purchased the refrigerator Model No. GLM393YPJX on 04.05.2014. From the 4th day itself, I have been complaining about the insufficient cooling. Representatives of the company did come to attend the problem but they couldn’t rectify it. One Mr. Gurvinder, conceded that the refrigerator had some fault; he took the photograph of the refrigerator and freezer and assured that it would be replaced within 15 days. However, as even after a lapse of almost a month since, I didn’t hear any news, I was constrained to lodge a complaint again. Your representative Mr. Jayant came on 25.07.2014; but he declared that there was no problem with the fridge and there was a problem regarding ventilation of my kitchen. I found the reasoning specious as my house is on the three side open corner plot and my kitchen is quite big. In fact, my previous fridge installed at the same place for last ten years, always gave the desired cooling. Mr. Jayant suggested that I should wait for the next season till May, 2015 so that the fault could be justified. On his suggestion, I made a request in writing to increase the guarantee period which otherwise expires on 4.05.2015. He took a photograph of the request and emailed it as a complaint to the company with copy to me. In addition to the abovementioned unresolved problem, the fridge has now developed another peculiar problem. A strange grunting sound emanates from the fridge at random which is perhaps due a fault in the fan or pipes. Pursuant to my complaint on 2.01.2015 vide RNA no.[protected] with one Mr. Shakeel, one Mr. Yogesh came and suggested that I may record the sound. I accordingly recorded the sound and called him at his mobile no. [protected] but he didn’t respond. In fact he repeatedly cut my call. Therefore, on 9.01.2015 I lodged another complaint no. RNA[protected] with one Mr. Kaushik. Mr. Sunil came on 11.01.2015; he performed some operation on the fan. He promised that he would call after five days to confirm if the problem persisted. As he didn’t call up after five days and the problem continued, I lodged another complaint no. RNA[protected] on 16.01.2015 with one Mr. Ravi. Mr. Sunil came and requested that the recorded sound may be forwarded to his senior manager which was duly done through ‘Blue tooth’. It is deplorable engineers of an international company like LG are incompetent to rectify problems and your company executives unable to solve consumer’s problems. Are the unaddressed complaints not taken note of by your company? In this scenario, I think only Consumer Court would address my complaints. Susmita Avinash. [protected]

                                  On Dec 22 2014 I booked a complaint with LG as the microwave stopped working. (Complaint Number – RNA[protected].
                                  The engineer came home and told one part has to be replaced and he will come with the part within next 3 days.

                                  On Dec 29 2014 we get a message that the complaint is closed, by service center, the truth being the microwave is not fixed. A new complaint number is created. I don’t know why if the previous complaint was not fulfilled what the need of opening new complaint number is? (New Complaint number RNA[protected]. May be the call center wants to show you how many service request they handle.

                                  From this day I have been calling call center almost every alternate day. I get the same message, your complaint has been escalated and you will receive call. I do got few calls, stating that it will be fixed shortly.

                                  Then one day, the customer care asked me to call up service center myself to find out, as the system and process inside LG is so great that it cannot find out the problem themselves.
                                  I called up Ms. Sarika Bhosale([protected]), never was able to reach her. Either the call is on waiting or busy or fortunately if it rings it does not get answered.
                                  Then I was given number of Mr. Balaji N Area Service Manager ([protected]). After few hours I was able to speak to him. He told me that as the part has to come from Noida, it is taking time.
                                  (It takes more than a month for a part to come to Pune from Noida, seems like LG uses the oldest way of transportation, sending spare with a person walking from Noida to Pune).

                                  In the mean time, I got a call from Mr. Pravin. He made me a offer, less your microwave at 25% of its original cost and purchase a new microwave.

                                  With this quality of service LG provides, I have pledged not to buy any product from LG.

                                  I have lost hope of my microwave ever getting fixed.

                                    This is with reference to the fridge (GL-D302RPJL/2014) that I purchased on 19th Dec 2014 from Amazon (invoice attached). Within 1 month itself, the fridge has got spoilt (compressor and pcb not working). I reported this issue to LG customer service on 18th Jan (RNA[protected] and just today put in another request to replace the defective refrigerator(RNA[protected]. The LG person has come multiple times to my house. At one time, he said compressor is not working. At another time he said, PCB is not working. This is going on since few days now. The fridge is under warranty used for only 1 month! How can a brand new fridge even be thought of repairing when it has so many problems? I request you to replace this defective fridge ASAP. Repairing is not an option as it is a brand new fridge and I have paid almost 30K for the fridge. I am without a refrigerator since few days now and finding it extremely difficult. Thanks, Neville.

                                    We paid $3000.00 for our LG refrig (french door)/ freezer and after 34 months the freezing units on both the freezer itself and the door icemaker quit working with a er/ff code and a fr/dy code. The first is an icemaker mother board malfunction, the second occurred AFTER the lg rep replaced the mother board with a new one. The LG rep then put our old mother board back in and ordered a new replacement board saying the other one must have been defective. Guess What? They put in the new replacement mother board today 3/12/15 and... yep now the icemaker and water dispenser will not work. A $3000 refrigerator should not be having these problems after 34 months.

                                      i have purchased an LG g pro lite "D-686 ON 19/2/2014 . but after 1days it starts hanging during the calls and got restarted so on 21/2/2014 i have taken it to the service center and got it repaired after 1 hour then after one month it was getting heated while using the mobile for continues 3 minuets and its touch was not working properly again i had taken it to the service center on 29/3/2014 they had changed its motherboard and hand it over to me after one month like wise the problem was repeated again and again every month "21/4/2014", "2/6/2014" "14/7/2014, " "2/8/2014" on14/1/2015 they asked me to bring phone after 6 days due to the Unavailability of touch plate after 9days 23/1/2015 today i again taken my phone for the touch problem and after continues waiting for 4 hour i got my phone which was showing a black dot on its screen then they said me that they don't have fresh LCD with them in service center so they called me after 5 days . i got frustrated by using this phone i m repairing this phone almost every month please look after my problem

                                        My LG LCD TV 32LG80UR Model 2009 got damaged due to lightning fall on my building in August 2014. I lodged a service complain at the LG Service Centre Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand). They sent a repair technician who after examining the set said that the Motherboard needs to be replaced, but it is not available. The set would be repaired once the motherboard is available. 15-20 days passed and finally LG service centre said that LG has stopped manufacturing the set and spare was not available. As a take back policy LG would take the set back and pay the balance amount after deducting the depreciation cost. Well and good. We bought a new Samsung LED TV. On 31st Oct, LG service personnel came to our place and took details of bank account and other documents related to address proof, etc. They said that cheque of about Rs 4800 would be given to us and they will take back the defective TV. Entire November month went by and there was no sign of cheque from LG. Repeatedly contacting the LG service centre was met with the same reply- "Your case is under approval." I asked them is it a professional public limited company or a state/govt sector company where the file is being pushed from table to table? They said I will get the amount soon. December also went by. Finally in Jan they say that company policy has changed and that we will have too buy an LG TV and they will deduct Rs 4800 from the MRP!! Do they expect that the customer will wait for 06 months and remain without a TV? I have already purchased a Samsung TV, why are they forcing me to buy an LG TV? Is it not a democratic govt where the citizens have a right to choose? Or maybe the type of govt has changed in Korea and people are forced to buy only LG products there?Someone please help.
