Dear Sir, I am a customer of Lg India products.I purchased a 49' 4k 3D Smart TV as on Dt.[protected]Model NO-49UB850T) from Mital Electronics, keonjhar, Odisha.After few days I found that there are some settings in picture setting menu are disabled...Like aspect ratio, picture wizard, picture test also after putting 3D button on I found 3D setting disable.I made a complain regarding this issue to lg care(complain no[protected]after that the technical person came and they did the initial setting and couldn't solve the issue and they said that problem exist in main board it needs to be replaced...As my product is in warranty and I have not paid a small amount for this model I paid 1, 30, 000/- for this model and used this tv 1 and a half month So I am not agreed to main board or any other replacement in my new tv.So I REQUEST you to replace this tv completely with a brand new tv of same model. Please look up this issue in priority basis.

    Split ac installed by LG service persons were not in order.after installation water starts dripping when in operative mode.we placed the complaint and the person who visited us had cut our drainage pipe which was inturn extended by charging a higher amount from us at the time of installation.they have made three holes in our wall at different locations which was of no use.now again different lg persons and teach us different theories for water dripping.they Hv mentally harassed us.proper attention is not being paid and persons with inadequate knowledge and unskilled comes to take up the complaint for a customer who has purchased 7 ACSplit.this kind of behavior is spoiling the brand name.the issues may be resolved immediately.

      HI Its regarding the heating and battery drainage issue that I had in NEXUS 5, i went to the service centre in NEHRU PLACE regarding the issue, my phone was running on lolipop, they just downgraded my phone to android 4.4 and called me in 2 hours that your phone is ok pickup your phone, i took the phone after 2 days and today when i came back home then i saw that they have done nothing but just downgraded my phones software, i again upgraded my phon to lolipop and i am facing similar issue, kindly replace or resolve the issue asap, the phone is in warranty

        Hi, Its been about 13 months since I am using a Nexus 5 mobile phone. Recently I have started facing issues with the phone restarting automatically. Also the power button is too sensitive. If I press it gently the power off pop up appears and the phone again starts restarting. On research over internet, I have found out this is a known hardware issue and still LG charges a whooping 12000 Rs to repair it (The only solution is changing the mother board). This is completely outrageous and looting the customer, as you'll already know it is a hardware issue around the globe.           We have been registering a service request to dismantle our AC and shift to a new residential address. The first call was logged on Friday 27 Mar at 10 AM and claiming of a 24 hour SLA we did not receive any call from the service provider. On 28th Mar we again called the call centre around 3:30 pm to enquire of the same and they just said they are putting a reminder and gave a number to call the local service provider - the number which did not exist. We requested them to check and revert to which they agreed but did not bother to come back. On 29th Mar to our surprise we get the SMS of request being closed with reason "Installation site not ready". With no one coming or calling us how can the local service provider close the request. We reached out to the call centre again but apart from the general replies which every executive is trained to give they did not offer any help. We emphasized that we want to speak to the supervisor to which they put us on hold for quite some time and came back saying we will receive a call within 2 hours. Fake promise again. We have again logged a service request yesterday morning and till now no call or response. Is this the behavior expected from a brand like LG. We have all our appliances of LG brand which we are now forced to move to other brands. Request if someone from LG takes care of this concern and help us with shifting our AC to our new residence. We are tired of this ping pong of the toll free call centre with no action for last 5 years.

            Hi, I along with my Brother in law purchased an LG 42inch lb6500 model TV on 21st March and got the Installation and Demo done on 23rd March. The TV has been working fine until 29th march when suddenly out of no where 1/4th of the screen went blank with white screen. We initialized a Customer service request complaining on the non functionality of the TV screen and a Technician came on Tuesday (31st March) and said the repair costs 20k+ and warrant won't cover this issue. We are Baffled with the response as the TV is barely 1 week old and the issue happened out of no where! How come we are hold Responsible for a faulty TV which is Brand New and also when it has 2 years of Warranty? The TV is practically scratch less to even say any physical damage has been dealt on it and the Issue happened in front of our eyes when we are watching the TV out of no where! I'm amazed at the guts of the Technician to say these lies on our face and trying to RIP off people's money. I'm seriously disappointed with the LG customer service and this little scam they are running denying warranty every time citing users fault when nothing such is visible. One thing for sure is that LG customer service is pathetic and they are selling faulty devices charging additional money when the faults were uncovered. The Warranty turned out to be a joke as at the end nothing will cover by warranty and everything is physical damage even when the TV is lying there untouched working fine just few minutes earlier thus no warranty. These ill practices by LG should be made aware to public so that other buyers will stay away from LG products. Thanks Ganesh [protected]

            I got a call from LG and I've talked with the LG Hyderabad regional head ( I guess) and he remarked on technician showing a "blue" mark on the screen indicating the place of physical damage when TV was turned on. As I was not there when technician visited the place (I was on my way to office) I was unable to comment on it but now I've confirmed with my Brother-in-law and my Sister that no such mark was shown by the technician during the initial inspection. Now this turned out to be another lie. I don't know how many more excuses/lies will be told to us to deny the rightful warranty further.

            I did approach your technicians but they claimed Physical damage on the TV when not even a single scratch is there on the TV and absolutely that's not the case as just few minutes earlier we are happily watching a movie in the TV and this issue happened abruptly out of no where. The local technicians seems adamant (LG Hyderabad) and I was seriously disappointed with their response fillied with blatant lies.
            No damage what so ever on the screen (claimed damage is on the bottom left of the TV)

                I have a LG Color TV purchased in 2006. I found some problems like some stripes are coming & in between TV is getting OFF. I contacted customer care at [protected] and got registered the complaint number 4 times RNA[protected] RNA[protected] RNA[protected] RNA[protected] Even after raising 4 requests, LG executive not visited the place even a single time & after talking to Service Managers many times also nothing is happening. Now, Service Manager says TV has to bring it to Service Centre. If that is the case what is the use of Service Manager or Service Team or Customer Care? Please resolve the issue.                   hello, i am very dissatisfied by the way yr customer care executive behaves with me. i have an LG mobile model no; LG P705 I GAVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER ON ;10/03/2015 FOR REPAIR OF MY MOBILE SCREEN. THEY PROMISED ME IT WOULD TAKE 8-9 DAYS. AFTERWARDS EVERY TIME I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO KNOW IF MY MOBILE HAS BEEN REPAIRED OR NOT. WHEN I GOT THE MOBILE AFTER 9-10 DAYS, THERE WAS SOME GLUEDOT INSIDE THE SCRREN. I ASKED THEM TO REMOVE IT.THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 3-4 DAYS. AND NOW..ITS BEEN ALREADY MORE THAN 10 DAYS, THEY ARE EVEN NOT PICKING UP MY CALL. I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OF 2, 360 RUPEE. I WANT STRICT ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN .                     Dear Sir / Madam. Please find below my complaints. The technician on Complaint RNA[protected]Ramesh Gupta) [protected] had visited my resident on Saturday 28th March in the evening after sending the mail to LG. As he had closed the complaint on his own without visiting or contacting. he inspected the LED TV and said that the Panel of the LED has to be replaced. When asked about the charges he said that the panel costs is Rs.14000 approx plus service tax 12.36% VAT 12.5 % plus Service Charge. That sums up to approx Rs. 16000 to 17000. The LED TV cost about Rs.31990. How fair is it to spend Rs. 17000 in just a span of 3 years on a Rs.32000 TV . Better it is not buying LG products. The Technician Ramesh Gupta himself admitted that there is a known problem with LG LED TV's regarding Panel. I feel cheated by LG as I have bought the product and paid all the installments to future group loan by working hard every month. I would really appreciate if LG replaces the panel and regain my confidence and faith.. Or else i will never ever buy or recommend LG product in my entire life and i will make sure that this is taken up on social media and all the complaint forums.

V had bought LG LED in 2011 now they are saying problem with panel and they don't have panel.such a horrible company.. How can they give terrible products to give us mental pain.all money is washed now. They r saying they will give 35 percent buyback. V r not fools that v will buy lg product again.and 35 per only that is simply making us fool

                      I had bought Lg double door refrigerator on 2/03/2015. And it was not working properly after 3 days of purchasing. I called customer care many times. Sometimes they said that please change the temperature setting. Now they repaired my refrigerator. His response about my refrigerator was not satisfactory. I want to replace this refrigerator.

                        I bought a new window AC from LG. I called the customer service center for installation support 20 times and then they picked only once. They allotted me a service center, which blatantly refused to install AC and claimed that they don't do AC installation at all. They told they would charge 570/-INR just to give me a demo that too in 2-3 days as they were claiming to be too occupied. I called LG customer support again, they didn't allot me another service center even after several requests but gave me 2 contacts; one [protected] Kadambari Patil and the other [protected]- Sameer Panchal for installation support. Both the contacts do not work.I will never buy an LG Product in my whole life after having this experience.

                          Hi, I bought the 42LB6500 model TV as part of the product replacement through the lg customer service. I don't know the dealer, but all my communication is happened through the customer service channel only. Even I paid the amount through DD favouring 'LG ELECTOELECTONICS PVT LTD'. The product is delivered in January, but there was no proof of purchase is provided to me. As I don't have the dealer details, I called up the service centre representative for several times, and each time I got a response that they will check with the dealer. It is now three months since the product is delivered and I'm fedup with the follow-ups. No customer would like to buy a product of Rs 73000/- without the proof of purchase, that too if it is purchased as a replacement of a defective product. I don't know how to get it repair with out a proof of purchase if there is any issue with the new product. And I don't believe that LG encourage the dealers to sell products with out the purchase order or invoice to avoid sales tax. Request you to check and ensure that a delivery note or invoice is provided to me so that I can present the same as proof of purchase in case of any issue with my new tv in future.

                          Thanks for the update. I got a call from customer service last week and promised me to send the bill copy in whatsApp. But it turned out to be another falls promise and I didn't get any update until now. I'm very disappointed with LG customer service.

                          We bought a LG dishwasher which is under 10 years warranty for motor. The service centre says that they can’t provide if we don’t present a bill. We have provided a warranty card with date of sale, model number etc which matches the dish washer. This is causing a lot of grief and inconvenience to us inspire of providing the warranty details and date of purchase with serial number. Also they have mentioned that even if the warranty is applied we still have to pay 50% cost of the motor . I don’t understand the point of having warranty then ? Could you please address this issue ASAP as we are really disappointed with this level of service being provided by such a massive brand.

                            I complain several time but no proper installation done.ever time S.E come to my house and told software problem I will send proper software engineer for software installation that's all no body came.                             I have been complaining several times but no proper installation was .never done at the time S.E came to my house and told that there was a software problem and that he would send proper software engineer for software installation and that's all no body came. Please do proper installation .In tv (Lg-42 Fhd 3d smart Led tv-42la6910) wifi IS not connecting. Service engineer told to reload the software plaese send s.e for installation. the TV was purchased on the 25th of may '2014.

                              This is to bring in to your notice that we had purchased a Split AC(Model No LSA5ES5V) on 1st May, 2013 from Modern Electronics, Chinchwad, Pune. This worked good for 2 summer seasons (2 months each) for 2013 and 2014. In 2015, few days back when we tried to turn on the AC, it was not turning on. We logged a complaint with Customer Care. One agent came to our home and checked the AC and said that may be due to short circuit during last rainy season, some part in the AC got damaged.So he will order that part which may cost us to Rs 2500.We agreed.Later, in 2-3 days when we contacted the agent, he said he is unable to order the part of the AC as the model no. is no more valid. It was surprise for us.We then checked with the Service Center Supervisor and explained him the situation.He checked and found that the model of our AC has been stopped getting manufactured long back and there is no more part support from 2012 onwards. So it came into picture that this LG showroom (Modern Electronics) has sold us an old model of Split AC. Now we are struggling to come to a solution. The service center Supervisor( Mr. Amol Patil) said that he can take back our AC with a depreciation of 20% of original value in which we purchased. We said OK then please return the 80% cost to us in CASH. He said the policy of returning money in cash has been stopped by the company so we have to now take only another AC from LG of that price. So it is a question for all o[censored]s.. 1> How come Modern Electronics sold an AC model to us in 2013 which is already stopped getting manufactured long back and even the support for that model got stopped in 2012 as per Service Center? 2> Why we are being asked to pay 20% depreciation of the Initial cost in less than 2 years to get a new AC. Here in this case, the cost of AC in 2013 for any model is already increased to few thousands in 2015. That means if We would exchange to another AC with the same features then we have to pay few more thousands apart from 20% Depreciation value. This is unacceptable. 3> We talked to many people in between including Mr. G Verma (service head) but no one gave a satisfactory answer. They are pushing things back to us as if we being Consumers are the culprits. 4> G Verma has now said that he will send his person to get the part repaired. If not, he will discuss further. On a Whole, highly dissatisfied with LG service and staff.We are still struggling.Will definitely suggest my family and friends, society members to not go for LG especially Modern Electronics.

                                Dear Sir / Madam, This is with reference to the below complaint made to LG and also have put up the same thing on the consumer complaint forums. I received a sms stating that Request Id RNA[protected] is given to Vikas Prakashsurve Mobile No. [protected]. Received a call on 27.03.2015 from Noida head office Executive name Sabah Naqvi spoke to me and said that the complaint is been taken and the complaint number is RNA[protected] and someone from the service department will call me up. Evening I get a sms that "calling for LG TV Service". No one called up that day only the sms had come. Today I get a sms that the complaint is closed - Reason - Customer cannot be contacted. Please tell me if no one called me how can they contact me. People in LG are so careless about their customer that they just don't bother, which is absolutely not good for the business. When called to the person (Ramesh Gupta)who had sent me the sms said that he called me and i did not answer. I told him that in that case i should get a missed call on my phone which was not there that means he did not call. This time he lied again saying that he called 4 times on my phone. And since according to him there was no contact with me he closed the complaint. Indirectly LG Left the customer to live with the problem. Mr. Ramesh Gupta ([protected]) was very rude while speaking on the phone and said he cannot do anything about it and I should go and complaint once again. Is there anyone in LG to monitor if people are doing their job properly or not. they should be shameful because they do not do justice to their salary which come out from profit made out of customers. I am very disappointed by the service and the product which LG has provided. And for sure the life of the panel is not 4 years. If this would be the case people would not have bought LCD / LED Tvs. This is to let you know that the money I paid for this TV was my hard earned money. If this was the case that I have to spend a fortune on this TV every 3 to 4 years it was better not gone for LG. I understand that any other minor problem can occur after all its a electronic device but not something like this that a fortune has to be spent on it. My faith in LG will fade off if something is not done about this issue and will never ever go or not let anyone else go for LG. And LG very well knows the power of word of mouth and social media.                                   Hi, I had registered the service request on 23rd Mar'2015, I was assured by the representative that the request will be attended within 24hrs, but no body turned up, i again register the complain on 24th Mar'15, still no one visited, and again i call the customer service and than i got the no. of service manager and finally my request got attended on 26th Mar'15. The service engineer with 3 more helper visited my house, and the way the did the installation was really shocking for us, the installed the split AC on the wall which is tilted, the cut the wire of my AC stabilizer without asking, this stabilizer cost me 3600/- rs and now it of no use. they had joint the stabilizer with a piece of wire and connected it with the switch board without any plug on to it, the wires are all open. a really very bad experience, better to get all these work done through any local electrician than to spend money and have this stupid experience with a so called trained company engineer.                                     I had registered a complaint with LG on [protected] as my a/c was not cooling sufficiently. Promptly on the same day (21/3/15) their technician Mr Quereshi visited my house and cleaned the unit and said problem will get solved because of cleaning and collected Rs. 575/- cash from me (which was as informed to me by the call center). He did not give a receipt saying that LG policy is not to give any receipt. After using the a/c overnight I came to know that there is no improvement in cooling. I called [protected] again on 24th and a new complaint no. RNA[protected] was given to me saying complaint will be attended to at the earliest. After waiting for 2 days I again called [protected]. They gave me mobile numbers of Pravin Thakare and Surendra saying I should talk to them. Both of them told me that they are not the right person for my complaint. Surendra asked me to SMS complaint number so that he will forward it to the concerned person which I promptly did. With no response for 2 days i again called [protected] and have been given mobile of Sable to whom I should talk. I again reported of getting no visit / service report and receipt for visit made on 21st but call center was not aware if recipt and report should be given. I kindly request LG to resolve the problem immediately. Considering quality of service rendered I would request others NOT TO GO TO L G for service but to get the work done locally.

                                      Iam Ravi kumar residing at Paloncha, Khammmam (Dt.) purchased side by side door Refrigerator Model No. GCL207GLQV for Rs.81500 on 03.02.2015 at LG Shoppe Sai Gayathri Digital, Kothagudem. After one week service personnel attended for installation and not completed due to problem in comissioning aqua guard connection to the refrigerator. Several times contacted Kothagudem and Khammam LG showroom but the response was very poor and Service Personnel not attended for installation till date. Kindly arrange for the earliest.
