We wanted to complaint on your LG Authorized service center, Kota, Rajastan.After 11 months o[censored]se, yellow spots came and we gave it for servicing to LG Authorized service center, Kota, Rajastan. After confirming the center from Customer Care.
1. Good, He did repair and he changed the display, as it was under warranty at that time (11 months old).
2. He did not set the display properly, so mobile started bending and battery broken after 3 months. (Your LG service center person mistake)
3. We complaint to him, this time he said battery problem, so pay me INR 1, 200. We paid for new battery installation, though it is not our mistake. (Your LG service center person mistake)
4. Again the same bending problem started and we complaint to LG customer care and customer care is telling Kota, Rajastan we don't have LG mobile service center. If NOT, how come LG sent a display previous time. This is how LG show their identity? What type Customer Care is this?
5. We complaint to Kota, Area Manager. Now service center person and area manager are asking us to get the mobile to center and they will give estimation for full repair. How much money LG wants us to spend on your mistakes?It is FULL of LG and LG service center mistake,
WHY should we PAY for your irresponsible work?. Now in Market this mobile price is INR 30, 000. You want us to spend more money to my mobile, because of your bad works?
I want answer for all these questions. I have all the bills and details. We like LG and its products, because of poor customer service, the name is going very bad.
If you can not resolve my MOBILE problem, please send us your CEO address. We want to courier this mobile to CEO and let him see, how type the service was given by your service center.
