Respected sir we own a LG refrigrator model - LG REF GN - M702GSHH . Purchase Date - 15/04/2014 sir since we have purchased the fridge the second door side of our fridge is generating alot of ice on the tray and moisture too..We have made a lot of complaints . RNA[protected] RNA - [protected] RNA[protected] RNA[protected] RNA[protected] RNA[protected] it was purchased on the name of Rupali Dinodia. it is yet in its guarantee period.. kindly replace it or repair it. as it is high time now i want a action to be taken immediately . Or ill have to take a strict action now.

    Hi All, This is to bring into your kind attention that I am an LG customer from almost 10years now. But since last six months I have been facing severe issues with the concerned service center in Faridabad. I have a window 0.75ton air conditioner which is under Annual Maintenance Contract (NK006837) since last four – five years now (Under different AMC #). In August 2014, my air conditioner was giving cooling issues for which I contacted the call center to register a complaint and an engineer visit was scheduled; since the AC was under AMC the engineer informed that the AC will be picked up and the GAS will be re-filled since there is an issue with the quantity of GAS in the AC. The AC was repaired and returned the same day by the service center by an executive named Mr. Manoj, who brought back the AC and was responsible to fix the same. While installing back the AC I noticed that the Air Guide Assembly was moving and didn’t look normal. I immediately asked the representative why the Assembly was moving so much, he said that probably a screw is missing; don’t worry we will get it fixed the next time when an engineer comes for a normal service. On April 12, 2015, I booked a service so that I can start using the AC for this season, Mr. Jagjeet who is an engineer from the service center in Faridabad came in to perform a quick wash service. The moment he pulled out the AC, the AIR Guide Assembly was noticeable and he told me that how come the Air Guide assembly is burned out I immediately narrated him the entire previous visit scenario and told him to speak to the supervisor and get this fixed because my AC has only been visiting the concerned service center in Faridabad since being in AMC for last 4-5 years. The story took a twist and turn when he spoke to the supervisor and the supervisor started stating that: The customer might have got it burnt from an external vendor To this Jagjeet (himself) replied back stating that the customers AC is in AMC for last 4-5 years how come an external vendor could have come into the scenario; Also any trained engineer can himself figure out that the AC AIR guide assembly has been burned while topping up the GAS This AC did not come to the service center in 2014 for repair whereas another model of 1.5 ton was repaired for GAS leakage I have another window AC too which is a 1.5 ton but the fact that the illiterate service center chaps are not understanding is 1. Your records show that the AC that was repaired was under AMC since only logistics was paid (Approx Rs 250/-) 2. If the records that the Service center claims to be correct that the other AC was repaired not the 0.75 ton; can they produce me a bill that I paid for the repair…..since my 1.5 ton AC is not under AMC since 2013! Moreover the Model of my 1.5ton AC belongs way back to 2007/2008 Also, I called up Mr. Sahil Chaudhary (ASM/RSM) explaining him what I am going through as a customer for no fault and being a loyal customer. Due to a blunder of burning the Air guide Assembly and then a typo /error in data entry for the correct product is landing me as a customer is too much hassle. He assured me that he will look into the same. I again registered a complaint with the call center on April 13’ 2015 under complaint #RNA[protected] for the Air Guide Assembly issue since Jagjeet just performed a quick wash and got the earlier service request closed. Now this complaint RNA[protected] is closed too by the service center by just repeating themselves again with a stupid logic that the AC was not repaired by them in 2014 Is someone responsible enough in LG Electronics to understand the LOGIC that I have tried to explain above!!! Now, if you can please get this issue resolved to my satisfaction and get the right thing done, I will appreciate the same.       Dear sir, I bought a LG double door refrigerator model GL-M292RLTL on 01/04/2015 which was delivered to my house on 02/04/2015 and was installed on 05/04/2015 but to my shock the fridge stopped Woking on 10/04/2015 morning with no cooling. We waited for some time and then I called LG customer service no.[protected] on 11/04/2015 at 9.00 AM and was given RNA[protected] with assurance that it will be attended in next 24 hours. Then my wait begins and after waiting for 26 hours I again called LG care on 12/04/2015 at 11 AM and Was told that my request is being escalated and somebody will attend in next 24 - 48 hours. When I requested to connect me to the Manager first my call was disconnected and after calling again I was told that no manager is currently available and I will receive a call back in 2-4 hours. I am writing this email on 13/04/2015 at 11.58 PM but till now neither I received any call from LG nor anybody visited to check the fridge which is dead for last 4 days.         This is 3rd time complaining to LG, my problem has not been resolved yet. My Nexus 5 handset was previously rebooting again n again, now on switching it on I can only see flying balls on the screen. I complaint on LG site previously, first time they dint reply with anything useful, then they gave me contact no. of Area service service manager according to my location, when i called him he said he is not in charge of this area, then he gave me contact of the other area service manager and then he replied me that he will let me know what they can do, and I have not received anything yet. Same problem is faced by everyone around the world and company is doing nothing about it. Google has replaced handsets, is this is the kind of service LG is providing. It is just ridiculous.Its been more than a month that my phone is not working and it is the fault of company, as same problem is faced by everyone. LG service center people saying that they have to replace the mother board that will cost around 11000rs, is it a joke or LG's way to earn from consumers. Kindly help.

              My 42" LG TV is under comprehensive service warranty. It had stopped working in Jan 2015. I contacted LG customer care. Service technician visited and said that a component needed replacement . Two weeks later a faulty component was delivered. The LG technician told that it was faulty and asked company to take it back. Since February I have been following up with customer care and service technician but to no avail. Every time I am told a new excuse/ false promise but no results. The service people are just passing time. Last I was told that the company would provide replacement.               As insisted by you that you need an email from me to reply via email, I am summarizing the complaint below:
              I had purchased a LG TV model LG LCD 42LG80FR. The Vijay Sales outlet had given a purchase receipt in the name of my wife Jyotsna Singh for an amount of Rs. 47, 000/- (Rupees Forty Seven Thousand only).
              Presently the TV is covered under a service warranty taken in Oct 2013 for a period of 2 years.
              The TV had stopped working in Jan 2015. I contacted LG customer care. Service technician visited and said that a component needed replacement. Two weeks later a faulty component was delivered by LG Electronics. The LG technician Mr. Mahesh inspected and told that it was faulty and asked company to take it back.
              Since February 2015 I have been following up with customer care and service technician repeatedly but to no avail. Every time I am told a new excuse/ false promise but no results. The service people are just passing time. Last I was told that the company would provide replacement. Off late they are not taking calls.               Please resolve this ASAP. Kindly explain me how you arrive at the compensation amount by calculating depreciation as you had stated during your telephonic conversation with me.

                Hi, This is with reference to the LG Fridge (Model# 349PEX5, Serial# 303PRUP-00998) purchased brand new on 7th May 2014 from LG dealership "Kohinoor Televideo" from Mulund, Mumbai. We have been facing lots of problems with this product. In last 11 months 8-10 of LG technicians from 'Aditya Services' have visited my apartment 18 times for various reasons to fix it and have not been managed to fix the problem not to mention the damaged parts of the fridge. Apart from the financial loss, the mental suffering we have got is beyond imagination. As a consumer I deserve much better product and peace of mind and I demand this time proper corrective actions to be taken to resolve my issue for good. I do not want visit#19 from your technicians to give me false assurance and hope. Also, the dealer has not taken any responsibility for the defective product he has sold to me. I demand the fridge to be replaced with a brand NEW one along with extended warranty. And also strict action to be taken on the dealer. Attached are the details of the visits from the LG technicians.                 What is the SLA of your response and resolution time? I have already shared my contact details 4 days at the FB link you are providing in your comment and am still waiting to hear back from someone at your office.

                Also, my comments posted on your FB page LG India Home appliances is deleted. Looks like you do not want other consumers to know about the pathetic service provided by you in the Indian sub-continent.

                I am surprised that I do not see my comment here and any link which was shared over the email now says "Page not found". I do not know the status of my complaint but with Page not found it seems it has been closed. Who has closed this complaint without even reaching out to me. I have already shared my email address and phone number 4 days back and I am yet to hear from anyone from LG India. What is the SLA of your response and resolution time ? Is this FB page just a gimmick for the consumers and by putting in standard comments to our complaints you believe you can close any complaint? I have 18 RNA numbers and for the same complaint and I have also shared a detailed log for the 18 requests. What other information are you looking for before taking any action? Not only does LG Home Appliances (India) fail to respond, its dealers act as if they do not have any responsibility of the products sold from their showroom. What is the agreement between LG Home Appliances (India) and its dealers that both have successfully managed to harass the consumers.

                    Dear Sir/Mam, I want to inform you that I have purchased a split AC on 7th April, 2015. I have received a call on 9th April at 10:00 hours from technician Mr. Mark’s end for product installation and he is informed to come on 11th April at 9:00 hours. He agreed on the same. Suddenly received a message from LG saying that your service ticket is closed without any prior intimation. Reason - Customer appointment over five days – which is not true at all. I got shocked by seeing the message from LG. I had to call the customer care on 9th April again to register a new service request for which I have not got any message yet. I have complaint about the same to the executive however his reply was -- Please note down the local service centre number and inform them as we are unable to take action against them. I have never faced any such problem with other brands. I will be scared to recommend LG anyone in future. If LG continues its service for more five years, I doubt they will be able to compete with other brands in an international market. I am still unsure with the technician’s visit at my residence on 11th April at 09:00 hours.                       I am writing this complaint on behalf of my maid servant who works in my house. She is an illliterate and cannot write so I am taking this initiative. My maid servant purchased an LG LED tv from SATYA AGENCIES PURASAWALKAM on 28/12/ 2015. The tv was delivered but it could not be installed by the technicians as my maid was out of towm for a few days. And even after repeated calls nobody turned up. So, my maid and her husband installed it herself on a stand. Some days later by accident the tv fell down and the panel broke. She approached the store, they said she would have to pay up the whole amount of Rs.12000/- as it is a physical damage. She resisted in many ways. She blamed them for not coming on time to install it. She pleaded that she was below the poverty line.Nothing helped. She finally agreed to pay up the whole amount . And even after repeated calls to the toll free number, the service representatives, nobody has turned up to repair the tv. Latest heard was that they have to order the panel . I cannot be more surprised as LG company expects its customers to be technicallly aware before buying their products. LG boasts of its non breakable panel and what about service. I have never owned an LG product . I think this experience may just prevent me from buying any as well. I also think Samsung is unbeatable in customer service. However, since my maid has unfortunately already purchased it, Can you please help . Her multiple complaint numbers are RNA[protected], RNA[protected]. The people handilng the service issue have also been talking very rudely to them . The issue was handled by Mr. Thiyagarajan of Thiagaraja LG service and Mr. Ramaswamy.

                        Complain No: RNA[protected] dated April 6, 2015 I had put in the above complain as there is a sound coming from my AC (Model No LSA 3cG2AFI), which was purchased in June 2010. The service engineer checked the machine and informed me that the motor needs to be changed. However, today (April 9) I got a call from your representative, Mr B Debnath, who told us that the part is no longer in production and I have to purchase a new machine in place of my existing one. I can’t understand how come a machine which is not even 5 years old is not serviceable and spare parts for such machines are not available. If spares are not available, why did the company entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract on 30.9.2013 valid for three years. The AMC clearly says “All defective components shall be replaced with compatible working parts”. This is to let you know that I have no intention of purchasing a new machine and your company should repair/replace the defective part at no cost. I am shocked to see that your company has sold a product which has broken down within 5 years of purchase, and you are unable to rectify the problem even when the machine is under AMC. If you have sold a machine, you should carry enough stock of spare parts to service such machines. I didn’t expect such horrible customer service from your company. I always purchased LG machines (I have three other LG ACs) because I thought you provide excellent customer service If you can’t provide the service you have promised then I have no option but to purchase a new machine from some other company and take your company to Consumer Forum. You have no right to take your customers for granted.

                          I registered mycomplaint for AC first time on 12/13 March2015. After many follow ups with LGcustomer care and the local service centre, they finally took the AC forrepair. They informed it is a gas leakage and then later they informed thecompressor has to be changed. Now even after 2 weeksof being without AC and despite constant follow ups with customer care, servicecentre, regional office and all possible escalations I am aware of, the AC hasnot been delivered and there is no confirmation from LG on when the AC will berepaired and delivered.                             Hi Team, I bought LG AC 1.5 TON LSA5SP3M on 12th April 2014. It got repaired 5 times in span one year. Every time technicians visits my home and fill the gas and saying some silly reasons for the issue but problem has not fixed even after 5thvisit. I really feel upset and waste of money as I spent 35 thousand on this ac and its troubled me a lot in one year itself. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LG SERVICE.

                                I purchased a LG LED TV 32LB582 on 20 Oct 14 with 1+1 yrs warranty. On 18 Mar TV became un-serviceable. A complnt was lodged with LG costumer care vide SR No. RNA[protected] on 19 Mar. Thereafter ser engr visited and described that some part of tv is required to be replaced and will re-visit with part. Ser Engr visited again after few days with part which was not matching with the fitted one. Then he told that the defected part of tv will be demanded from the LG Delhi office through courier. He also described that part is not under warranty and payment will be required to be made. Even I agreed for that though tv was under warrant, the part has not arrived till date and new tv is lying unserviceable since 20 days causing a huge inconvenience to me and my family. A number of calls made to LG Bhatinda service centre and finally to LG costumer care on 06 Apr. However, all resulted in waste. Pl do needful so that tv can be repaired LG can stand for making life good.

                                  I purchased my phone from S.H.MUMTAZUDDIN TIMES (P) LTD, 4 RADHA BAZAR STREET KOLKATA - 700001, since the day i have purchased the phone 19/03/2015, i have been facing minor issues with the phone but when on Saturday late in the evening my problem increased . I was waiting for Monday, so i could visit them ( vendor ) when i visited them they told me to visit the service centre . I visited the service centre and showed him my problems he agreed that the problem was genuine and said that we cannot give you a replacement as u have exceeded the 4 days exchange time . I purchased the handset on thursday late at night then it was a weekend in between after that i had my financial year ending so i visited them on the 26/03/2015 as i was really very busy and i did not know about the 4 days exchange policy, therefore they said u need to down grade the software and gave it back to me after the downgradation was done . It was working fine then after a few days again i started facing a lot of problems with my phone with the microphone, battery overheating, shutting down on its own and blue screen for two times . I immediately went to the service centre again and showed them all my problems they received my handset for further investigation and gave me a standby set . Yesterday i received a call from them saying that your handset is working absolutely fine and we cannot diagnose any problems with your phone hence please take the delivery . I went today took my delivery came back to office, restored the whole phone from LG PC suite and again it got hanged two times and shut down on its own . I called Lg service centre immediately and they said to come and visit them again on visiting them Mr.Surana said that there are a lot of third party applications and hence it all this is happening and to try it using in safe mode . I came back to my office and erased everything from my phone and just two applications were installed whatsapp and instagram and i was on a call and again the phone had switched off on its own . I purchased the phone for my convenience but i think i have taken a liability on my head since that day i haven’t used the phone more being running to the vendor or the service centre. I am a businessman and hence it is not tolerable for me to continue in this manner. I have spent a lot of my hard earn money on this phone for my comfort and not to regret this way at my purchase . Kindly help me resolve my issue. F.Y.I - i have heard from people that the vendor sells handset from the market and builds the IMEI number and sells it, maybe i am mistaken but it’s my duty to inform you . Even i would like to mention that they said u have to get a software installed from us without which you cannot use the handset on your computer but he mislead me as it is available on the lg official website LG PC SUITE which was later the way i connected to my PC and even gave me a anti virus which was not even a pro version but trial and charged RS 1400 in cash for the following .                                     Hi All, My Name is ashok, I have purchased TV in 2013 about 42 inch, Regarding extending the warranty now has been informed us and suddenly one day TV was under repair and the cost of the repair was like 6000 and I was requesting to reduce the cost of service and the parts replacement because that was company issue and I have to full fill it . For more clarification call to the below mention number : [protected] LG not in best quality, it is worst quality, I will refer others also not to purchase the LG products.                                       I have registered a service request for my washing machine on April 5th, 2015. As advised by the customer care executive, I've cleaned the drum as instructed. But, the problem didn't get resolved. So I requested them to send an engineer to service the Machine. The customer support described that the engineer will proper clean the unit and the problem will get resolved. The engineer visited on May 6th, 2015 and repeated the procedure of cleaning the drum that I've already done twice. He ended up saying that there is no issue in the machine. I even showed him the clothes that were not properly washed and having detergent stains. I requested him to clean the detergent but he said that doesn't come under my service. He argued that you have used bad quality detergent. I showed him the Ariel Complete Matic Front Load detergent pack that I am using. Then also, he didn't want to clean the machine. Finally, he didn't do anything and was asking me a repair charge of Rs. 500/-. I called the customer care and explained them the situation. They gave me two local numbers to contact for the issue. They behaved very rudely with me and said that you don't know how to use the machine. I am using this machine since 2010 and have never faced any issue. My issue is still unresolved. Waiting for LG to respond me on this.

JUST TAKE THE SERVICE CHARGES AND CLOSED THE COMPLAINT. i AM PROUD TO TELL I AM A LG FAN. 80 PER OF MY HH ARTICLES ARE OF LG ONLY.I LODGED THE CALL ON 28.03.15 FOR REPAIR OF WASHING MACHINE. ENG MR KARTICK CAME AND TAKE THE FEES AND WENT. EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THE MOTOR IS NOT WORKING IN THE SPINNER . HA TOLD I HAVE TO SEE AND TELL THE ISSUE. HA CAME ON 28.03.15.
