LG LED Panel Problem I bought My LG LED 3D -50 inch in 01-june-2013, Just after completion of warranty, Last week (16-August-2014, my Panel showing dark black shade about 2 inch..I discuss with Local LG service guy, He is asking for Rs. 10000 ransom to get it repair my TV from LG...My question is, why just after completion of warranty Panel showing Problem...Even there is no external effect ... Before given dark brown shade in Screen, I watched my TV for half an hour... after 15 minutes ...I started my TV again and watching my TV ...then after 2 minutes I observed the Brown shade in front screen. Daily, I am using my TV not more than 2 hours, just for Watching news channels and sometimes Tennis ... Hardly I watched my TV not more then 400 hrs in a year ...why TV giving this problem...while purchasing, LG guy told it will run for 20 years without any problem ... I paid more than 90 thousand ... I am facing Problem... LG service guy, Please tell me whether you will replace My TV Panel or TV ...???? I hope nobody should get problem within 3-2 month just after completion of warrenty after paying huge amount and believe in LG ..over Sony TV...

    Hi, I bought a LG mobile P500 some 3 years back. The mobile cost me about 12K at that time. Recently the mobile stopped working. So I took the same to an authorized service centre at Trivandrum. On checking the same, the service personal told me that the issue is with the motherboard and the same needs to be replaced. So I enquired about the price for the same. They told that the same will cost me Rs.8500 plus Tax. For a mobile bought for 12K, the service centre charging 8.5K cannot be accecptable . Now a days we get a mobile phone with 1000 times more functionality than in this model will not cost 8K. For replacing the motherboard of a washing machine or a computer which is very very complicated than the sae\me will cost only 2.5K to 3K.       I have purchased LG new refrigerator from BK Roy & Sons, Barrackpore, Kolkata in May 2014. Since Sunday 17th Aug, the fridge is not working. We have lodged complaint with LG service centre on 17th Aug. Complaint No is RNA[protected]. Mechanic attended and informed us PCB is not working. Local service centre informed us . it will take 10 days. We are suffering a lot without fridge. This was one of the costliest fridge of LG we have purchased. They have informed it will take time. We want the fridge should be replaced immediately and new fridge to be given to us or an alternative fridge to be given to us till it is repaired. Manas Ganguly [protected].

      Complaint No. RNA[protected] is of 17th August. We do not understand why circuit board (as informed by local LG mechanic) is not available in West Bengal. When we purchased this refrigerator in the month of May we have been assured that after sales services is very prompt. Its 6 days passed since the complaint is lodged we have no information when it will be rectified. Even if the part has to come from Delhi it may took 2-3 days but definitely not 6 days. We want this refrigerator to be replaced with new one. We will not be able to wait for such a long period.

      No urgency is being shown by LG to complain number RNA[protected]
      LG is not bothering to service the refrigerator. It is under warranty . Purchased in May '14. Double door. Cost Rs 38000/-. Complaint No. RNA[protected] of 17 Aug. If thy are unable to service. It should be replaced immediately.

        Dear Sir/Madam. This is pradeep. I had purchased LG-E615 Model Mobile phone IMEI N0: [protected]. Taken on 28/08/2014. Now also in warranty period. in between past moths i have seen more problems in this phone(Software Problem, Touch pad Problem, Applications features not working properly, Application Processing Very Slowly). Two or three months before i have shown LG Customer care at Marthahalli-Bangalore. They are done simply flashed then gave return back to me.           Hi Team, I have Purchased brand new refrigerator on 17th of Aug 2014, till now it is not working, i raised a complaint to LG customer care regarding the same with Ref: RNA[protected], but till now, noone reached at my home to look into the issue. This is really ridiculous service from LG, even the brand new Refrigerator is not working, and noone is responding properly, I dont think there is any SLA's defined for LG.           I really lost trust on LG, because your team does not have any commitment, also this is the new refrigerator issue (purchased on 17th August) which should be taken on high priority, then also your service centers are such reckless that always i called them several times, investing my time my money which is very much valuable to me, they never called me, and they never called me back.

          I am really afraid now, incase the refrigerator will become somewhat old and again i face any issue, none will take care from your service center because they are not paying attention on new products, then how can i expect that they will take care once my product becomes old.

          It looks like, once the customer has purchased the product, only customer has to do follow ups many times with your service center, then they will send their technician?

          Today your technician reached, that too after raising a high priority msg by calling your customer care, also taking the Area Service Manager in conference. this is really a very bad service that i have ever faced with any branded goods available in the market.

          Your technician told us that the refrigerator needs to be replaced, and he too don't know how long it will take, and from your customer care i came to know that it takes around 10-15 days. why i should wait for such a long time when there is a fault from your end.

          I am really feeling like it is a very big harassment. as i have wasted my whole time doing followups and contacting number of times to your customer care (please check my call records from your customer care)

          Looking into all this, i feel like to never buy any LG products, also i will never suggest anyone to buy as this has become a very bad experience with LG.

          I hope this should never happen with anyone, i am still looking if you can respond better to close my issue.

          Every day LG people tells me that "YOUR ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED BY TODAY" but till now there is nothing which i can see. Today is the 9th Day, every day i need to do the follow ups.

          I have already talked to your ASM/CCM, but not really satisfied because of there failed commitments.

            Dear Sir, We have a microwave MC 767 W model which is purchased in 2005. Start Button of the microwave on touch panel was not working. Complaint was registered with help line for the same problem. Complaint Number[protected]. LG Technician visited for repair and found touch panel and some IC on the panel (Control Card) is faulty.Technician noted down the model number for ordering the parts, he said after receipt of part repair will be done. Today technician called and informed that the part is obsolete and company is unable to supply the part, service for the part and suggested to give the microwave in exchange offer and buy a new one. Now the point is is this logical to buy a new machine for the part costing around 1000 INR???? Same thing was discussed with Mr. Kulkarni Cell no:[protected] He suggested same thing and mentioned that this is our company policy. This is highly condemn able policy of LG to ask customers to purchase new products in lieu of faulty products. I have image of LG of good business standards and we have procured all the domestic appliances of LG viz. TV, AC, Washing Machine. If this is the matter with all the equipment's you will loose your customer base. I am very disappointed with the service which i got from LG. I request you to fix my microwave ASAP.               My complaint number booked on 29.07.2014.Complaint lodged for non cooling of ac.The engineer (Mobile no.[protected])visited and said that gas leakage problem and will refill
              In clean whether.When i contacted to him in the non rainy days he said that he is in another area and will come "tomorrow". After that i called to him so many times and he replied to me every time "tomorrow".I contacted so many times to ur toll free number [protected]. They replied that he send reminder to local repairing center.I contacted so many times to ur local service center branch head smt.Hema mamtani on mobile no.[protected] but she could not help me in this respect.Now ur engineer is not attending my phone and its seems that ur local service center head (Smt.Hema mamtani) is also not tracking customer complaint like me.I am feeling helpless and thinking whether "i had made mistake to purchase lg split ac ?". I request to u please do the needful.

                Hi sir as we have brought refrigerator on month of April and the door got loosened so we complained about it the svc engineer came on month of July 3rd and repaired but the repair was not satisfied because door is not closing properly so we complained again on 23 July and the same engineer came and repaired and at last the engineer said that you have to close the door as the door will not close automatically and we complained about that there is no ice formation as the water droplets are formed always and the cooling is low the engineer checked and said there is nothing wrong but still we have door problem and cooling problems as we keep the vegetables it got spoiled within two days and I have some attachments so you can understand the problems clearly
                So pls consider my request and pls if possible pls REPLACE MY REFRIGERATOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

                This complains no yet closed still now .Service center say u repeated complaint if problem closed means why I complaint ?.lg is not response user very well.service eng come and go but my problem till now cleared ..service engineer say customer something and give report something.I said to eng put the call in obdevertion.but the service center when service eng come home the call closed .But eng not do anything in my home...

                  My LG Plasma TV was giving problem and became major faulty within 1 and half year.Now product was in LG service centre for last 9 months and over.Service center never provided me estimated cost.only giving verbal estimated cost of repair.and how foolish i repair it on Rs. 21000 after buying new product in 48000 only after 1 and half year.In my house all product are LG product.Now i am extremely disappointed with lG.and recommends in PUBLIC INTEREST NEVER BUY a LG PRODUCT.In fact all suffered people I request to start a campaign in social media like FB, TWITTER, Linked in, Whats app etc. for awareness about LG PRODUCT.

                    I have purchased a washing machine in 2011 Sept Oct and suddenly the START button of machine stopped functioning in the month of July 2014. I registered a complaint with LG for same. On visit techinician told me that the PCB has gone faulty and so will have to get it changed. This costed me 3500+ Rs. Within 2 months again the machine stopped working and had to register the complaint again. And again was told that the PCB has gone faulty and need to change the same and will cost around 5000 rs. To add this complaint registered in Mumbai on 12th Aug was cancelled without any intimation and on discussion further at call center same service center number was given again. This is absolutely sad and the support offered is really to be rated as Bad. Adding I would not recommend to have LG products if this is the kind of service being provided.

                      Hai,
                      This is for anyone in LG who is interested in providing better customer service
                      I sincerely hope at least CEO of LG would be interested.

                      I am writing this to bring to your notice the kind of frustration and how my interactions I had with LG customer service.

                      My history:
                      Model :32 inc LCD TV.
                      Last Complained date : August 8th 2013
                      Recent Complained date : August 13th 2014

                      STATUS : No body seems to bothered about my concern.

                      Real Frustration : Are customers really insignificant and their time and interest in your products means nothing for your company ?

                      Sequence of activities
                      1) I had called on around 4th august 2013 to LG customer care, as my LCD T.V is not getting on, I was assured that it will be rectified with 24hrs of time.
                      2) The very next day the engineer from the LG (mobile number [protected]) has visited my home and checked out the problem and said that, the main board has been not working, hence we have to change the same.
                      2) Next day the engineer had bought the new main board and replaced the same, and charged INR 3625.
                      3) I was hoping that, there will not be any more problem in my LCD T.V.
                      4) Within 2 days the TV is not getting on, when i called again the customer care, they have sent the same engineer to check the same.
                      5) I promptly asked what is the problem now. He checked and said, there is some loose connection in the rear side, where you plug in the cable. And applied the force and hitted the cable twice, and the T.V got on.
                      6) I was informed that, there will not be any more problem.
                      7) The very next day, again the T.V is not getting on, again i have called the customer care, again the same engineer came and said that, sir when ever you TV is not getting on, give a hit forcefully to the TV rear plug point, it will get on. Even though its foolishness i was doing the same, whenever my TV is getting off and fortunately the T.V will get on, hence i was not bothered much.
                      8) Yesterday, 13.8.14 the T.V is totally off, so with no other option i have called the LG customer care for rectification, and i mentioned to send some senior engineer to check.
                      9) The engineer who had came (mobile number [protected]) had checked the T.V and said that, the MAIN BOARD has gone and you have to replace it.
                      10) I said its been changed just an year back, and why is that again its been gone.
                      11) He replied very casually, i have no idea, and you have to replace it.
                      12) when i want to highlight this issue, and called the customer care, they have given the manager SWETHA (MOBILE NUMBER [protected])considering my problem may get solved, i have Ms.Swetha and there is no response at all from her.
                      13) After calling more than 5 times, and send the message Swetha had called me and i was explained her the entire problem what i was faced.
                      14) She had said that, the concern supervisor is having lunch, so she will call back.
                      15) As there was no call from her side for more than 2 hrs, i have called her and again there is no response.
                      16) When i sent the message to her, she replied saying i am in meeting, my suprevisor Mr. Ramesh ([protected]) will call you.
                      17) As usual, there is no call even from Mr.Ramesh as well, and with more frustration i am sending the mail hoping at least some body in LG would at least look into this and do the needfull.


                      My points of concern here is
                      1) Do the product of LG is reliable, if so why is that i am facing the same problem.
                      2) If the MAIN BOARD has to be replaced now, then how is that it was working (when ever i apply a force and hit the rear tv plug)
                      3) Why is that even the MANAGERS of LG customer care is not responding to the customers.

                      I totally understand the Brand Value of LG and all the great things about the LG products, that is the only thing I looked for while buying this TV.

                      I am hoping that I will get a call from appropriate person in this regard and my PROBLEMS are addressed immediately.

                        From Sargam Electronics, sector 18, Noida, I booked model 7519PV washing machine on 3rd Aug’14. The dealer promised to deliver the packed piece at my residence by next morning. When I received the product, the delivery boy told me not to open the box. He reasoned that it is the responsibility of LG executive to unpack and install the same. When I didn’t get any installation call from any of the LG executive for next 10-12 days, I decided to unpack and install it myself. When I opened the box, I was surprised to see that dealer has delivered wrong model i.e. 7519PR. The worst part is that box of the product has mentioning of model number as 7519PV(same as the model booked) while the product inside the box is 7519PR. When I contacted the dealer about the same, they told me that they don't have the requested model in the stock. I am really depressed with this- feeling real cheated. Kindly help.                           After Purchasing of LG wash machine with in a day i complaint leakage of the water from the machine.for that technician came and misdirect the water connecting tube then we made arrangement new water tube to connect at cost RS 650.After this condition persist again v contacted technician in spite of repeated calls the technician told that have been swifter to some other place in late response and new technician came and attended our machine.He showed the breakage of inner drum in two places and narrating is advice to approach higher officials days after he came with an senior technician and took the photo. senior technical told that forward to Head office and claim the new drum .finally thy told the cost of the drum is RS 1500 and either the management or technician never carry about warranty and guarantee of LG company. We are not able to wash the clothes and mother has been suffering for server hip pain.for though we spent 25000 rs towards lg wash machine we not able to satisfy the old age suffering ladies and members of family Please create the awareness to public about the long warranty and guarantee is bogus bonus.kindly take necessary steps for not to repeat this condition to any one our citizen.

                            I've purchased lg split ac in may 2014 since beginning there is a problem of proper cooling . After filing complaint in july end and getting it rectified . after 15 days I am again facing problem regarding improper cooling. after techician visit it was observed outdoor unit had problem and needed replacement. within two months the product found defective although the required outdoor unit received at local service centre lucknow bt till today the same hasn't been replaced . is it justifiable to not to provide service on holiday although the product is under warranty. it is really shameful which i have heard earlier also the lg services is worst of any other brands

                              irresponsible company...irresponsible staff...from monday my fridge has come ...they have took my money also...and fridge is not made at all...after complaining also its 6 days...nobody has responded...i request everyone please dont purchase the product l.g...sirf thante hai yeh log...customers ko rulate hai...i will go to the court and station..as well as consumer foerum and 1000000% in media ..just wait and watch...

                                    My First compliant was logged on in the month of February 2014 for non-cooling of A.C. Initially I was told that there is no Gas in AC & may be pipe leakage. Then Mr. Naresh & Mr. Abdul your technician attended AC after doing & checking the indoor & outdoor unit they told that out-unit two nuts are leaky. They changed the same & filled gas & charged RS. 2500/- vide retail Invoice no 1675 dated 8/3/14 i.e after three days from first visit. But within 10-15 days the AC cooling effect was gone. After several reminders your technician attended complaint and filled air in indoor and outdoor unit & told that we will come after 2-3 days to check air, after 2-3 days they came & told that since both unit air pressure is ok means your copper gas pipe is leaky & advised to change a gas pipe & it was changed on 27/03/2014 vide retail memo no. 2307 & charged Rs. 3575/- & filled gas again in pipe & AC started giving cooling. Once again the AC cooling effect went down within 15 to 20 days. After several reminders on phone to your service engineers - Mr. Naresh, Mr. Abdul, Mr. Mayur and Sr. officer - Mr. Nawaz, finally on 03/5/14 and told that connection taping may not proper & after tightening nuts he filled air in complete unit and told that next day we will come and check the pressure they came on 05/5/14 and found the pressure ok and filled the gas. But we faced same problem, after few days the AC cooling gone down. After several requests to Mr.Mayur, he sent to Mr.Jafar to our place, but he checked the insulation and nuts and he commented that gas has gone. After few time he opened outdoor unit top cover and checked the compressor pressure to about 150 psi (my father witnessed all activities) and told that your compressor is not working and expenditure is near about Rs.9000/- to 10, 000/-. We were surprised after four months of complaint which was not being rectified and suddenly the problem was diverted on compressor. If the compressor would have not been working, how the initial cooling effect was possible. Nobody from all your service engineers told that problem was in compressor. Now we have already spent Rs. 6475/- as per your technicians recommendation and still the problem is not resolved. Therefore, 1) I doubt that whether your technicians are qualified or not? 2) I doubt your technicians might have damaged our compressor. 3.) What guarantee is assured after replacing compressor, will the AC run properly? All above history is already been briefed to your Sr. Officer - Mr. Mayur, and as per his commitment he assured to resolve the problem but neither he sent any technician nor he responded to my phone calls. Please look into the matter and give our AC in working condition, as we have spent Rs. 6475, still the problem persists. During this period my wife and family has faced mental disturbance & mental stress that you cannot be compared with monetary terms. Kindly, look into the matter as soon as possible & give justice.

                                        My Name is Basant kumar. I am staying in Hazaribagh, I purchased the L.G.Washing machine in 2011 with cost of Rs.15, 000/-approx. With in 3 years, washing machine was not working and I logged the complaint and Person came to my home and he told that he is issue with PCB. and total charge for replacing the PCB is 3, 700/-. I bought the L.G.Washing based on the BRAND NAME, but it seems L.G.Washing machine is poor quality as compared to the local washing machines. Its pathetic that after spending 15000 for a washing machine, I need to spend another 3700 with in 2 years for a minor program error. I would like to bring into the notice of the authorities and people about the poor quality of the PCB in LG washing machine and how much the customers are being cheated after spending their money on products like this. I already spend 1100 for drainage motor may this year. if fault in PCB then how I am responsible for that we are not programmer of PCB it is manufactured or assemble by you. I hope great brand image in future.
