At time of purchase 10years Warranty was given But from next year 2009 Problems started service holder at BARODA. Always charged for repair Saying that this dose not come under warranty every year @3000were charged Last year compressor failed down they charged me 5000 Again after six months same problem has took place again they ask to deposit 5000 L.G. Company person's are afraid of service holders KRISHNA SERVICES. Who literely cheat the customers

    We bought lg led 3d in apr/2014. In the month of may/2014 tv screen was not visible due to a white patch(Small). Then we complained on online. One technician came and saw the tv and told that it is panel problem and he told that he will repair it soon and went off. We called him many a times but he told to wait for few days. Wexed up with him we again complained in online(Comp no:[protected],[protected]. Again the same technician came in to picture and told that the part will be not covered under warranty and told to pay him 15000/- and told us to make another complaint. We again complained online[protected],[protected] but there was no use. We have been calling them and they are wanteldy playing a game with us. Like this we have made complaints on[protected],[protected] and[protected], [protected]), but still there is no use. We want to ask you how the complaints will be closed without solving the problem of the consumer.

    "we dont thought that the service of lg would be so worst we have ever seen since 12 years". What the online people are doing without persuing the online complaints, whether solved or not.
    Why the panel of our tv will not be covered in warranty.
    Seeing this we are thinking that the technicians are doing some gambling with us so that they expect an higher amount from us.

      Sir/madam
      I bought l.G lcd led tv before 14 months. But within the date of warranty i had a problem with hdmi port and power supply.The technician whom they sent convinced me that the port like in computers will always have problem and he finished repairing the power problem hurriedly in spite of my telling that there should be a major problem. Now as i expected the same problem has come and shockingly the rude technician is telling me to pay for replacing a part.
      I have every detail and history of my complaints.

      I hope l.G officials will help me solve this issue before i take legal assistance.(I still have high regards for l.G products).

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        My Relative is residing in Shahjahanpur (TILHAR), Uttar Pradesh. He is saw a banner in Shahjahanpur (U.P) for placement of various jobs etc in Private Companies in Delhi City. Then my relative has called on Mob# [protected] for a job then Job Recruitor representative replied that as they will provide the jobs in L.G Company & other comanies and advised him (My Relative) to come to Delhi Railway Station. After reaching at Delhi call on said Mobile No only. Then one person of company will come at Delhi Railway Station for pik-up for office.

        The fees has to deposit Registration Charges Rs.250/- & Rs.1500/- Other Chages will submit in their office then they will provide the offer letter to him for Job in L.G & other companies.

        Today When I am enquired on Mobile No.[protected] for knowing the office address then one lady replied as she will not provide the office address etc. Only her representative will meet at Delhi Railway Station for pik-up for her office. When i insisted for office address then she is used very abusing language etc.

        Please check this matter & take the corrective and strong action against these types of cheaters.

          Delay in repairing and service charges during warranty period

          Address: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

          LG service center Raipur charged Rs 506/- as service charge, even thought the washing machine is under warranty. It took 20 days to repair. Worst service. Technicians/Engineers are not trained. Technician from service centre said that it was rat bite which does not cover warranty....

          I am using MH-6558FS.BDRQEIL Microoven since 2008..Now since last month, this has stopped working.I complained to your customer support center. My request id RNA[protected] was closed by your people abruptly stating the reason "Discontinued Part"..Your people do not cooperate further.Kindly look into this and suggest me a way forward.Hope LG will deliver. I continued to bombard your offices with this concern, but results are yet to be seen.. Please suggest way forward, either to replace this oven with the current equivalent and comparable model or repair this oven .

          LG rep came and at that time it was working.He observed that due to moisture abosrbtion in the circuit boards, it was not functioning.He collected around 300 ruppes plus fees also.If the moisture is a problem for the circuit boards, then this boards should be replaced.Or is the same problem happens with all LG ovens??Now it is not operatin for the last fifteen days.We have tried several times.Either LG should replace the circuit boards or change this oven to some latest model.I am prepared to shell out the difference in money.LG authorities should look into this problem critically and arrive at a long term solution.I cannot expect to operate only on days where moisture is not there in the atmosphere!!!

              I have given a LG Flatron 21 inch TV for service in LG service. They are not able to service the TV and saying the parts are discontinued. So please scrap the TV. I bought the TV in 2007. This is too bad. My complaint number for the repair is RNA[protected]. How people trust LG and buy there products. Too bad.

                One of my Ac's had a cooling problem and I had called LG customer care. The engineer came and corrected the fault. In a couple of days the problem was back. This time he said its a gas leakage problem and we will have to take the AC to the workshop. They repaired and delivered within a week but again in 2 days the cooling was not proper. So I called LG customer care and the request ID was RNA[protected]. Even without any call back I received a message the same day stating that the complaint is closed. My AC is under AMC...can someone look into this and get this resolved at the earliest pls.

                My issue is still not resolved...nobody has called me from LG nor has any engineer visited to check the AC.

                  I bought LG 32ln571b in India- Reliance retail store on 31/10/2013. The engineer who visited to install fix the wall mount on the wrong place of the wall and damaged it. Umpteen times called the retailer and lodged my complain and requested to re-install the mount at proper place. But noone turned up. On 24/08/2010 I spoke to LG customer care executive Mr. Pankaj and narrated my problem. He registered my complain under RNA[protected]. An engineer from Gahziabad Direct Force visited my place and said he would charge me for re-installation. i said it was not our fault if DSF engineer fix at wrong place. As he insisted for payment, I spoke to one Mr. Sunil Verma but he was not obliging. I refused to pay. The engineer left without attending to my complain. and I received a message: your service request is closed( reason : high service charge).It is regretful that customer get such treatment from LG staff for no fault of theirs. Please take appropriate action for redress of my problem.

                      I had given my phone(lg nexus 4) for repair on 6th august, 2014.I was promised that it will be repaired within 3-4 days(to repair the display of my phone and the on/off key).I called up the service centre on 10th august to check the status of my phone to which i was told to wait for another week(reason given by them-waiting for technical support and parts are not available currently).Feeling helpless, I obliged and waited until 16th august and made another call asking the status of my phone.I was terrified on being told to wait for 1 more week(reason:parts have been ordered).I had no other option than requesting the service centre to repair my phone as quickly as possible.Today is 23rd august and still my phone had not been repaired when I called up in the morning.this is one of the poorest service for that I have experienced in my whole lifetime and was pretty unexpected from a eek owed brand like lg...the only thing good about the service centre was its air conditioner.They had held up my phone for upto 3 weeks.the reason for buying lg products is due to its after sales service which is lacking in other brands like Iball and micromax.but if this is the case then it's better to buy a micromax phone or a htc phone at a cheaper rate and having the same features found in a lg device. Also, my complaint doesn't end here...this is a very genuine concern. The problem in my phone was about the display.My phone's touch and display was working properly but the bottom 3 soft keys weren't working due to the software issue occurred during installing kitkat version 4.3 for my phone.So, there was no fault of mine and I still have to pay ₹5626 for it(including on/off key defect).so, my concern is that I have to pay for the problem caused by android software(kitkat) which seems unacceptable to me.The same issue is being experienced by a number of my friends and colleagues using the nexus 4 device and who had upgraded to kitkat from jelly bean.I thereby request you to please look into the matter and explain the reason for a consumer having to pay for a problem caused by the android software which is handled and updated by google.i would have readily paid the amount if it was me at fault for the defect in the phone.But this is a completely different issue altogether.I expect a brand like lg to please look into this matter seriously and take suitable action as may please you.                       Hi Team,

                      My name is Sonali Kalyani and I have bought NEXUS 4 in Aug 2013.

                      I have also encountered the same problem of SOFT KEYS NOT WORKING 4 days back and since my mobile is not under warranty LG service centre has told me to pay 5200 Rs for the touch screen.

                      I want this complaint to be posted for google nexus 4 LG mobile because I am not ready to pay such a big amount for such an expensive mobile. Also this is not a problem caused by phone damage, I have seen people complaining about the same problem so I need an immediate solution for this. Its hardly been 14 months for my mobile.

                      Please advise.

                        LG LED Panel Problem I bought My LG LED 3D -50 inch in 01-june-2013, Just after completion of warranty, Last week (16-August-2014, my Panel showing dark black shade about 2 inch..I discuss with Local LG service guy, He is asking for Rs. 10000 ransom to get it repair my TV from LG...My question is, why just after completion of warranty Panel showing Problem...Even there is no external effect ... Before given dark brown shade in Screen, I watched my TV for half an hour... after 15 minutes ...I started my TV again and watching my TV ...then after 2 minutes I observed the Brown shade in front screen. Daily, I am using my TV not more than 2 hours, just for Watching news channels and sometimes Tennis ... Hardly I watched my TV not more then 400 hrs in a year ...why TV giving this problem...while purchasing, LG guy told it will run for 20 years without any problem ... I paid more than 90 thousand ... I am facing Problem... LG service guy, Please tell me whether you will replace My TV Panel or TV ...???? I hope nobody should get problem within 3-2 month just after completion of warrenty after paying huge amount and believe in LG ..over Sony TV...

                          Hi, I bought a LG mobile P500 some 3 years back. The mobile cost me about 12K at that time. Recently the mobile stopped working. So I took the same to an authorized service centre at Trivandrum. On checking the same, the service personal told me that the issue is with the motherboard and the same needs to be replaced. So I enquired about the price for the same. They told that the same will cost me Rs.8500 plus Tax. For a mobile bought for 12K, the service centre charging 8.5K cannot be accecptable . Now a days we get a mobile phone with 1000 times more functionality than in this model will not cost 8K. For replacing the motherboard of a washing machine or a computer which is very very complicated than the sae\me will cost only 2.5K to 3K.                             I have purchased LG new refrigerator from BK Roy & Sons, Barrackpore, Kolkata in May 2014. Since Sunday 17th Aug, the fridge is not working. We have lodged complaint with LG service centre on 17th Aug. Complaint No is RNA[protected]. Mechanic attended and informed us PCB is not working. Local service centre informed us . it will take 10 days. We are suffering a lot without fridge. This was one of the costliest fridge of LG we have purchased. They have informed it will take time. We want the fridge should be replaced immediately and new fridge to be given to us or an alternative fridge to be given to us till it is repaired. Manas Ganguly [protected].

                            No urgency is being shown by LG to complain number RNA[protected]
                            LG is not bothering to service the refrigerator. It is under warranty . Purchased in May '14. Double door. Cost Rs 38000/-. Complaint No. RNA[protected] of 17 Aug. If thy are unable to service. It should be replaced immediately.

                                Hi Team, I have Purchased brand new refrigerator on 17th of Aug 2014, till now it is not working, i raised a complaint to LG customer care regarding the same with Ref: RNA[protected], but till now, noone reached at my home to look into the issue. This is really ridiculous service from LG, even the brand new Refrigerator is not working, and noone is responding properly, I dont think there is any SLA's defined for LG. So i am really looking for the response, so please suggest me asap, how LG can help me with the same. Thanks!! Ravi Kumar [protected]

                                I really lost trust on LG, because your team does not have any commitment, also this is the new refrigerator issue (purchased on 17th August) which should be taken on high priority, then also your service centers are such reckless that always i called them several times, investing my time my money which is very much valuable to me, they never called me, and they never called me back.

                                I am really afraid now, incase the refrigerator will become somewhat old and again i face any issue, none will take care from your service center because they are not paying attention on new products, then how can i expect that they will take care once my product becomes old.

                                It looks like, once the customer has purchased the product, only customer has to do follow ups many times with your service center, then they will send their technician?

                                Today your technician reached, that too after raising a high priority msg by calling your customer care, also taking the Area Service Manager in conference. this is really a very bad service that i have ever faced with any branded goods available in the market.

                                Your technician told us that the refrigerator needs to be replaced, and he too don't know how long it will take, and from your customer care i came to know that it takes around 10-15 days. why i should wait for such a long time when there is a fault from your end.

                                I am really feeling like it is a very big harassment. as i have wasted my whole time doing followups and contacting number of times to your customer care (please check my call records from your customer care)

                                Looking into all this, i feel like to never buy any LG products, also i will never suggest anyone to buy as this has become a very bad experience with LG.

                                I hope this should never happen with anyone, i am still looking if you can respond better to close my issue.

                                Hello Team,

                                Every day LG people tells me that "YOUR ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED BY TODAY" but till now there is nothing which i can see. Today is the 9th Day, every day i need to do the follow ups.

                                I have already talked to your ASM/CCM, but not really satisfied because of there failed commitments.

                                Can you please provide me any higher officials contact, to whom i can explain the heck happened with me.

                                  Dear Sir, We have a microwave MC 767 W model which is purchased in 2005. Start Button of the microwave on touch panel was not working. Complaint was registered with help line for the same problem. Complaint Number[protected]. LG Technician visited for repair and found touch panel and some IC on the panel (Control Card) is faulty.Technician noted down the model number for ordering the parts, he said after receipt of part repair will be done. Today technician called and informed that the part is obsolete and company is unable to supply the part, service for the part and suggested to give the microwave in exchange offer and buy a new one. Now the point is is this logical to buy a new machine for the part costing around 1000 INR???? Same thing was discussed with Mr. Kulkarni Cell no:[protected] He suggested same thing and mentioned that this is our company policy. This is highly condemn able policy of LG to ask customers to purchase new products in lieu of faulty products. I have image of LG of good business standards and we have procured all the domestic appliances of LG viz. TV, AC, Washing Machine. If this is the matter with all the equipment's you will loose your customer base. I am very disappointed with the service which i got from LG. I request you to fix my microwave ASAP.                                     My complaint number booked on 29.07.2014.Complaint lodged for non cooling of ac.The engineer (Mobile no.[protected])visited and said that gas leakage problem and will refill
                                    In clean whether.When i contacted to him in the non rainy days he said that he is in another area and will come "tomorrow". After that i called to him so many times and he replied to me every time "tomorrow".I contacted so many times to ur toll free number [protected]. They replied that he send reminder to local repairing center.I contacted so many times to ur local service center branch head smt.Hema mamtani on mobile no.[protected] but she could not help me in this respect.Now ur engineer is not attending my phone and its seems that ur local service center head (Smt.Hema mamtani) is also not tracking customer complaint like me.I am feeling helpless and thinking whether "i had made mistake to purchase lg split ac ?". I request to u please do the needful.

                                      Hi sir as we have brought refrigerator on month of April and the door got loosened so we complained about it the svc engineer came on month of July 3rd and repaired but the repair was not satisfied because door is not closing properly so we complained again on 23 July and the same engineer came and repaired and at last the engineer said that you have to close the door as the door will not close automatically and we complained about that there is no ice formation as the water droplets are formed always and the cooling is low the engineer checked and said there is nothing wrong but still we have door problem and cooling problems as we keep the vegetables it got spoiled within two days and I have some attachments so you can understand the problems clearly
                                      So pls consider my request and pls if possible pls REPLACE MY REFRIGERATOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

                                      This complains no yet closed still now .Service center say u repeated complaint if problem closed means why I complaint ?.lg is not response user very well.service eng come and go but my problem till now cleared ..service engineer say customer something and give report something.I said to eng put the call in obdevertion.but the service center when service eng come home the call closed .But eng not do anything in my home...
