Dear Sir/Madam, I have given my TV Model No. 21FU3AG for repairing to one of your Authorised Service Centre at Belgaum Karanataka. I had given my TV on 26th July 2014 vide Sl. No. 806NLCP006035. The TV problem is every minute Automatically Switch off. After given the TV, regularly I was calling on[protected] this Land line No. Every time they reply me "Will cal you back & Confirm the Problem of your TV" Since 10 days onwards I am getting the same reply but they never called me back as off now. I am the very old customer of the LG Electronics. Now I am very much suffering from Service Centre. They are not responding properly over the phone. I don't understand what was the intentions behind that. Why these people Harassing the customer? Why they have taken a Service Centre? I request you once again, if your service centre is not able to give this service. Please tell them to get back my TV. Service Centre Address: India Electronics, 5th Cross, R.K.     I have a LG microwave. last few days it is not working properly. from last 3 days it is not heating the contents which are kept inside. It is causing lot of problems to us as we are not able to heat our food and we have to eat it cold as we dont have another option.We have lodged a complaint with LG customer service regarding this. But they are saying that we are sending our executive in next 2 hrs from past 3 days. till now no one has visited us. pls look into this matter. my complaint no is RNA[protected].

      Sir/Mam, I have lodged a complain several times and my complain no. is[protected] but there is no response from the companies side.My product is LG DIOS refrigerator model is "g c b 217" and my serial no. is 108trhz1h449. The pcd has fused and we lodged a complain regarding this and they are saying that we don't have parts of it and when they will come we will replace it but there is no guarantee that when it will come. The date of repair was 30/07/2014 but since then they are ignoring us and avoiding the complain. So I request you to kindly take strict actions against it. We will be highly obliged to you.         Dear sir,
        My name is pramod jaiswal living in old palam road kakrola. I complaint to LG Customer care for repair of my 1 ton INVERTOR AC (i.e gas refilling).My reference number are (RNA NO[protected]. A LG Technician name “JASWANT –Mob no [protected]” visited my house & told me if you repair officially from LG it will cost you[protected] Rs. He will repair my AC from other resources (non officially from LG) only in 2500/Rs. So I agreed for that. Then he sent his friend named FARMAN (Mob no: [protected]) for refilling my ac gas. He took 1000 Rs in advance for gas refilling.
        He was claiming that he is from LG & also carrying LG bag. So I was satisfied that the person is from LG But reality was
        • He is third class technician(under 18 years age boy )
        • No Technical knowledge of INVERTOR AC
        • No Proffessional degree & certificate regarding INVERTOR AC
        • No LIcence
        While refilling gas in ac cylinder pipe burst out due to low quality and all gas leaked. Even though he keep on telling that he has filled the gas completely & it will work fine, but still my AC was not cooling, I requested him to please return my advance deposit since your service is poor. But he denied & call his friend “Mr jaswant” at my home, & they forcefully left my home without sort out my problem & not returned my money.
        I told them I will file police ccomplaint against them but they said “do whatever you can”.
        These people are spoiling image & reputation of LG brand. You should take strong action against Mr jaswant(LG technician Mob no [protected]).
        Mr jaswant is doing fraud with the company as well as with the customers. Please do strong inquiry against him . I have all call recordings as well as videos.
        He spoiled my 1 ton LG invertor ac worth rs (40, 000). Now heavy ice is present in the outer unit copper wire. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
        Please help me to recover money from such fraud people
        I am also going to File consumer complaint, poilice complaint as well as media complaint against this fellow.

          Complaint number RNA[protected] Subject – Feedback on customer service and charges . I am one of your customer who always prefers to buy all the LG products for all my house hold appliances, and was quit a satisfied customer till date . but my perception about the Brand has change . I would like to just like to highlight the sequence of incidents that took place which was very disheartening I had bought LG LCD model no – 22LV2130 couple of years back, in which the display was had started giving problem at the end of 1st year, but since it was in service warranty same was replace . couple of days back the LCD display was again not working for which I had registered the complaint ( complain number is mentioned ) I had specifically told on the complaint call along with the repairs I would also want the TV to be wall mounted to which I was informed that the engineer would visit and would do the needful. When your engineer visited the place he informed me that the panel needs to be replace and he had to order the same from the company . He had charged Rs 169 as visit charges . To my surprise I got a call on Sunday from your engineer Ritesh from your lower Parel Service station ( DSC – 2) informing me that the panel has come and he wants to install the same today only . I informed him that I was not at home and to schedule the same on Monday . inspite of that I received couple of calls in afternoon forcing me to install the panel on Sunday itself . I am not sure why is a customer being repeatedly harassed and forced on Sunday inspite of telling the engineer to visit on Monday as I was not at my place and i was not informed me earlier about the visit. Today I got a call from Mr Akter Husain ( [protected]) informing that he was coming for installation . when in enquired about the charges I was told that I would be charged as below . 1. Rs 5700 for the panel . 2. Rs 475 for installation 3. Rs 449 for Wall mounting (only fitting ) When I asked him to connect to his superior Mr. Vinod, I was informed that he was busy and does not have time right now. When I requested a call back form him I was flatly refused and I heard a very insulting comment about me from the other side of the call which I assume must be Vinod . I fail to understand why is the customer being charged about 20%( excluding component ) just for a part replacement, and the type of response with I got from your service team was very insulting . I don’t think that its fair to treat a customer in this manner Request you to kindly look into the matter .I do happened to be one of your million customers but I believe that customer who complains is a customer who wants to wants to stay with the brand Thank you for your valuable time Regards, Farzaan Sanchawala [protected]

            We have written 2 mails to LG Customer Service first once on 21st july from [protected]@yahoo.co.in But till now no response. The Nature of defect in our Refrigerator is quite serious and can damage our house property if not addressed on time, we have been following up with LG customer care since last 2-3 months. Still no satisfactory revert from LG India. Expect some response from this platfom, please find below the complaint sent to [protected]@lgindia.com from my email id : [protected]@yahoo.co.in. :::: Dear Sir, We have purchased LG Refrigerator (Model No: GL335VV5) Silver from Vijay Sales Borivali on 26th October 2011 via Sales Invoice no. 06-BR10-11SIAOUF 714 & Order No. 06-BR10-11SO3334 We have been facing problems with the refrigerator in regards to swelling of wall behind the vegetable box, due to which the Fridge Door couldn't be closed properly. We filed a complaint with LG Customer Care. no. RMA[protected] Few days later Mr. Raj from N.H Services came, he found out that the reason for swelling of the wall that behind the vegetable box was storage of water in the back body. He informed that this is the manufacturing default, because of which the water is seeping in to back wall, and he took photographs of the same. He told that due to manufacturing defect water is getting stored in back body. He told that he will be forwarding our complaint for replacement of the machine. After that, we called NH services and spoke to Mr. Sunil Watwal, he confirmed that they have forwarded the complaint to the company and we will get the new machine with in 15 days. After 15 days we spoke with Mr. Sunil and he confirmed that they are still following up on the complaint and have re-forwarded the same and assured us that we will be getting the replacement soon. Now suddenly few days back Mr. Sunil Watwal told us that he won't be replacing the machine and he can only give us 55% of the machine cost. To which we didn't agree and requested him to replace our machine. As the storage of water at the back is a manufacturing defect which is not our fault and we can't take the risk of keeping the fridge with us in this condition, as one of the technician has informed us that the wall can burst anytime, which is quite dangerous. Hence request you to take this matter forward an replace this faulty machine urgently, as the back wall can burst anytime and damage our home. Awaiting your quick response.               i had complained and engineer came and ordered for the part to the company after waiting for 2 weeks they said that the same was broken in transit and they have no more part available and closed the service call on their own. This is 3 years old model and i need to scrap the same as shutter is not opening and rest it is working fine. The cost of the same is around Rs6500/-

                To, LG India Ltd 4Th Floor, Trade Star, A Wing, Andheri Kurla Road, J B Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400059 Ref: LG LED Model No # 42LH90QRATR(IN) DTD 15.05.2010 Sub: Repairs of the TV Dear Sir / Madam, With reference to the above I would like to inform you that I had bought LG 42” LED TV Model No # 42 LH90QRATR (IN) dated 15th May 2010 from Croma Retail Goregaon East Mumbai with 2 years extended warranty and later renewed my extended warranty for two more years under your “Happy Living Plan” for the period 17.08.2013 to 16.08.2015 paying a good amount of Rs. 11082/- on 17.07.2013 I had registered my complaint on 3rd July 2014 Complaint No # RNA[protected] for which your service engineer came & said TV Panel needs replacement & we will order the part & it will be repaired within 1 week. I had registered my second complaint on 23rd July 2014 for audio complaint no # RNA[protected] for which your engineer said speakers’ needs replacement & we will fix both the issues together. Till date nothing has been done, I had called your call Centre, your Service Area Manager Mr. Mob # Mumbai Head as well, where he assured that your part is ordered and TV will be repaired. On 29th July 2014 I get a call your service center saying the PART CANNOT BE REPLACED as your TV is old now and we will compensate an amount equivalent to just 35% of MRP which is LG policy. Important parts like tv panels and speakers are not available seems like a JOKE or a lame excuse to avoid expenses. A 4 year TV cannot be repaired just show how Pathetic your after sales service is and on what basis you offer your extended warranty schemes as my scheme is valid till august 2015.                   I have purchased lg washing front loading of 5 kg from m/s richa distributers jodhpur in around 20000/- tromm model. Now the machine is not working due to pcb problem i approached to distributers to resolve the problem and he sent the mechanic and told that pcb is not working . Afterthat he said that i have indented for that and spent 4-5 days . Lateron he compliant to lg service and i got only complaint no. Rna[protected] on[protected] lateron received mobile that your complaint is for lcd instead of washing machine and no result found only sms for complaint on[protected] . Contacted to help line 24 hrs for assistance . Thereafter complaint booked on 25-07-14 vide no. Rna[protected] again and told me that pcb is not available in jaipur and shall be brought from delhi office . Contacted so many times to service centre and distrubuters but all in vain now telling that model is obsolete and parts is not available with lg india . It means now washing machine is condemned items and no use . Through complaint i suggest all indians that kindly think many times before purchasing of lg items as they making fool to us and cheating money from us . Please suggest me regarding legal aspects so that i can get justic as mentaly harrased by lg and wastage my hard money

                    I have bought a refrigeretor of lg model no. D292 rpgl from from great eastern trading company, 20, old court house street, kolkata-1, on dated 04/05/2014.From the begining it was having cooling problem (Zero cooling)and i logged the complain with service center, and service engineer came and attend the complaint but no result and he said it is the task of higher management to replace the item.At this stage wasting a large amount of money on this bearing the problem of cooling.I want justice.Please replace with new one.

                      I have bought microwave from LG, model MC2844EB on 14 May 2014 and the product is under warranty. While cooking the glass tray broke of its own inside the oven. On placing request with LG customer service to replace the glass tray, they said they cannot replace the same without paying for it. But as per warranty card " The microwave comes with 12 months warranty on ALL PARTS EXCEPT PLASTIC PARTS from the date of purchase of the product provided always that the warranty card bears the rubber stamp, date and signature of our authorised dealer. " As per the warranty card, I am to be replace with new grass tray. And I am surprised the way the service guy has argued with me over the phone stating even though tray is glass and not plastic, company will not replace it. Attached warranty card herewith for your reference

                        I purchased LG refrigerator on 19.06.2013 model LG-REF-GL-348PVQE4 sr. no 303 PRSD006430. It was having cooling problem and I logged the complaint with your customer care on 12/6/2014 and service engineer came and attended the complaint and he suggested to defrost the fridge after doing so it started working. Again on[protected] the fridge stopped cooling and I logged complaint with complaint number RNA[protected]. Again service engineer visited and checked the fridge and adjusted the temperatures and said that it will work ok. After 7 -8 days again same problem persisted and i called the service engineer who gave his number and he checked it and after some adjustments it started working. But again after few days fridge stopped cooling. So i called customer care and he said that now ur fridge is out of warranty. He gave me number of northern service manage [protected] and I talked to her many times and after 7 days she managed to get the visit of service engineer on 24.07.2014 and said that some part of the fridge need to be replaced. Today service engineer told me to pay half the price of the part. Sir as I logged the complaint before the expiry of the warranty of fridge and complaint was not properly attended by LG service engineering’s so there is no fault of mine.                             Pathetic service backup
                            Had lodged a complaint on 08/07/2014 comp no.Rna[protected]
                            After regular follow up, the machine was finally taken on 14/07/2014 by your technician for repair work to be done at the service center. I was told that the machine would be returned by 16/07/2014.

                            Since 17thjul, i am told every day that the part has been received and the machine has been put on a test run, will be delivered by the evening. It has been 07 days since i have been hearing this every day. And have not received the machine.
                            Talking to mr.Rahul and the branch head ms.Kiran has been a total waste of my time.Am rather amazed at the dis-regard for the customer and the pathetic level of follow up being provided.

                            If it is beyond your company to repair the machine, please stop giving me stories and give me a clear picture. Instead of waiting for your team to wake up from their slumber, i could solve the problem at my end. There are many other brands in the market who respect their customers more than this.

                            COMPLAINT ON 08/07/2014 COMP NO.RNA[protected] ...Was happy that after my complains here yesterday, finally I did receive the machine back today. The following were the outstanding features of the service provided over the last 13 days.
                            (Machine was taken to service center on 14/7/2014 and returned on 26/07/2014)

                            1. Machine outer body was totally greasy and dirty. Not cleaned at all.
                            2. The papers asked for a payment of Rs.337/-towards 'Chemical washing' ...and the tub was dirty, the flint collection bags were totally dirty, not even touched. The detergent holder was also totally dirty and not at all cleaned.

                            And of course, I refused to make any payments for a cleaning job not done.

                            And the best part,
                            THE MACHINE STILL DOES NOT WORK.

                            Is better than what it was when your technicians took it, the panel does light up and the tub dose try to move...then the panel flashes a 'AE' at my face and the machine sits there doing NOTHING JUST LIKE YOUR TEAM.

                            Called your service PATHETIC yesterday...I take my words back. Pathetic is an understatement for your services. Using the word 'pathetic' for the so called service provide by you would be an insult to the word itself.
                            Am kind off nearly convinced that all this is being dished out because you all are not in a position to bill me for any of the repairs as the machine is covered under AMC till Apr'2014.

                              HI! There is co. LG and its after sale services in consideration, we had bought a product GL368YTQG4.DTIZEBN. FISTLY THE INSTALLATION was not done correctly . the door opens with full swing . It is making marks in the front panel. the installation person has put a electric tape bellow the the door setting, to do his adjustments. We request the replacement for the same, as this is a total fault of your installation people who u send .. kindly check the same at the location.. also suddenly three days back stopped working, after the compliant, the sms for the complaint no. didn't come, and we don't know our complaint no. but Mr Adil Khan is taking care of the service in Jaipur, no. [protected].. His person came saying the compressor gone down, this is covered under warranty but we have been raised a bill for what, this is compressor related problem, after changing, still the fridge not working.. The Fridge is down and u guys not serious about the home use fridge looking forward to a complete solution . Thanks Siddharth Jain [protected]

                                I had purchased a LCD LG 32CS410 television on 26th-Oct-2012 from Deepak Sales Corporation(Electronic Division), 327, Bidhan Road, Siliguri, West Bengal, Contact:[protected]. The brackets to fix it on wall was not provided saying their operators will bring it with themselves and fix it within a week without any charge. The operators never arrived. I contacted Deepak Sales Corporation and LG operators many times but they kept on extending dates. During this, 1 year of warranty expired. Again I called LG Ltd on 19/07/2014. Their 2 operators arrived on 23/07/2014 and now are asking for Rs. 1750 + service charge for the bracket and to fix it. I refused their offer and they left. Hoping for a quick assistance.                                   I want to register a complaint against LG electronics for supplying defective washing machine & not giving after sales service. My complaint dated 19th July 2014 vide number-RNA[protected] is closed today without attending. The reason they claim that appointment after 5 days, but we didnt give any appointment, we wanted tech to visit at 7.00pm yesterday on 21st July 2014, after asking the same, technician denied sayieng that they dont attend complaint post 6.00pm & in such case he will come on saturady. We wanted resolution to our complaint but technician not received our phone after disconnecting when we were asking for visit at 7.00pm, neither he bothered to respond. How can my complaint get closed without having it attended & that too when no appointment was given post 5 days?? I am not interested in any repair now as your peoples are not customer friendly, kindly replace or REFUND. & request you to take this complaint to Chairman of LG for tarnishing of their brand name by such a pathetic and un professional peoples on ground. Waiting for speedy revert.

                                  Now it is shocking, Technician visited yesterday at 7.45pm. He checked the one wash cycle in Quick wash mode & concluded that there is defect with the PCB panel...
                                  This is really shocking to know that the brand new washing machine is having such a defect within 20 days o[censored]se.
                                  Rather issue was there since 1st wash we did but we though there is issue with water supply, but that is not the case

                                  Therefore to not have anymore trouble in future, i urge for a replacement of washing machine or Refund of money paid towards the same
                                  Issue already caused hell lot of mental agony due to Service treatment & now the defect in product within 20 days.

                                  Await prompt revert on same.

                                  Neither Area Manager- Gaurav, norBranch Manager Ajayan thought of receiving my call or responding to text messages sent.

                                  Is this the way you take your customer on ride? I have understood by now, that LG is becoming pathetic...

                                  I have complete record of everything & i will definately take this to headquarters- Korea.

                                    I have logged 5 complaints (Latest - RNA[protected]. The service engineers have visited and provided no help so far as the machine still beeps. I have asked the call centre exec to arrange. But, still problem persists. No action is taken by your dealer as well as your customer support department. It is not good as seen the market of LG. Without giving solution for the complaint, it is showing closed again and again. Now once again you are requested to look into the matter before any legal action . I will go to consumer court and put up these proves - 1. Not attending complaint and on website showing ''completed/closed'' 2. No Report is signed by service engineer because of local mechanic send by LG. 3. Due to bad service fridge got damaged...

                                      I have newly bought a refrigerator. the machine has suddenly started to beep loudly. It beeps in the middle of the night and throughout the day. To avoid the noise we keep the refrigaraator switched off due to which food items are wasted. Instead of helping us the product is giving us mental stress and does not help in the basic support of preserving food.

                                      I have must lodged atleast 5 complaints (RNA[protected], RNA[protected], RNA[protected]. The service engineers have visited and provided no help so far as the machine still beeps. I have asked the call centre exec to arrange a call with the head customer service (VOC), so that i could explain the pain that we are going through. But it was in vain. So far no one has called. I feel deceived and disappointed with a product which has not stayed to its commitment of "LIFEs Good"/

                                      Can LG heads help me in getting this faulty product replaced?

                                      Will the service personnel come with a solution?. or will it be a routine check? The service personnel has already checked the machine 5 times before. What different solution he can come with than replacing it. ​I would appreciate if this is the last time of getting in touch with LG customer care. I have been regularly following up with you for the last two weeks evrytime the machine problem resurfaces.​I need a final solution. ​​

                                        R/sir This is with reference to my earlier mail dated 19.07.2014 regarding cited under subject. No action is taken by your dealer as well as your customer support department. it is not good as seen the market of LG. Again I repeat the case in short. Myself purchase a LG Refrigerator from M/s Ashoka Traders Karnal in April 2014 of 270 Ltr. of Rs. 19700/. Following descrepancy was found after installation :- 1. The piece shown at the showroom not sent to my home, the piece that was sent having dents. 2. The lock of the fridge was faulty from the same day. 3. during operation the Fridge drain water that spoil the room. contact to dealer after two days from purchasing of the same the dealer answer is clear i am only seller i cannot help you. He also misbehave with us. After that when your technician visit at our address he say that the problem is typical and can not be rectified but he is not ready to give in written. Pl. tell me what is my fault, my fault is only that i purchase LG Product. I am facin problems from last four months you are requested to please rectify the same otherwise i will be bound to go to Consumer Court.
