I am from Attingal (Kerala), I purchased LG washing Machine F8091MD2 on 21st September last year. Yesterday i got a call from your customer care saying my routine check-up was due and they will sent the service man tomorrow. He came this morning as asked and left after saying that the machine is just fine. Then i loaded the machine with my cloths and went to work asking my father to take the cloths after its done. Now when i am back from work my house is flooded with water, my father said that the machine started leaking after i went and he had to stop the machine. My father is old and he called the serviceman and local service center several times and he will just not repair the machine which was because of his fault. My clothes are still in the machine wet. My father is really mad as we had to clean up the mess and of the serviceman who will just not come and repair the damage which he made. I am furious that your Service man came and damaged the Washing machine in a routine check-up which was not demanded by me and because your service center will not clear the mess you created.

    My washing machine is 4 years old and its body damaged. Now the LG engineer is saying, body is not available and we will give you INR 1900 against the washing machine as a bye back. They are giving less that just 20% for 4 year old machine after deducting 80% as depreciation. I am feeling deduction of 80% is not fair at all. Please advice how to proceed further for my consumer rights. SK [protected] [protected]

      i have been trying to get a replacement for a broken lcd screen in google nexus 4 for last 3 weeks. there is no display in stock in any of the service centers. 18 days i have been trying for my lg phone to be serviced with no response. first you have a faulty set up where touch screen unit has to be replaced with the display even if it is absolutely fine. neither at the service center you give an alternate phone for usage if i submit a phone, how is one person supposed to sustain without a mobile phone because of your utterly poor service. 18 days without a spare part of a phone is highly uncalled for as if it’s a punishment for buying an lg phone. imei - [protected] Thanks & Regards, Jasdeep Kaur Marketing – Delhi NCR HT House, Kasturba Gandhi Marg New Delhi, India.         I had lodged the compalint regarding the reapir of my window ac which was out of warranty on 27/08/14.The technicians visited my place and told me that either of the dispay or main pcb is not working which has to be replaced when tested.They told me that the part is not available and they have placed an order.They assured me that the repair will be made anyhow by 29/08/14 afternoon and on the same day when i called them up to ask the condition they explained that they havent got pcb yet and they dont have any idea when they will receive it. On getting the conatct no of cheif complaints officer from the customer care of my lucknow reigion i was just assured that the work will be done on the very same day which was not made into effect till evening 6 and then it was no one picking the call
        I m really shocked by the pathetic service of the company and wouldnt recommend any of my well known to deal with lg.
        It is one of the most worst service i hav received till now.

          i've purchased LG freeze from your dealer, kaysons (INDIA), harayana, dated 22-may-2014 for Rs-21700/- after operation of just few days the freeze started giving technical problems and was not smooth functioning.having cooling and too much ice in upper section problem. support person already changed thermostat but still same situation. Already complaints lots of time. RNA[protected] RNA[protected] RNA[protected] RNA[protected] since its essential item and we're suffering since beginning. So now i request you to =refund the complete amount Or =i'm ready if you replace this with other model which perform well. i already complaints n times so now no more R&D with this product by support person.waiting for you positive response this time

            My LED opened 2 times( With in 2 month) but therefore I want to replace My LED yet You are not replaced my LED I was write Application for court

              My fridge broke down on 15th Aug 2014. We launched a complaint on Aug 16th. As per LG website, the company offers 24hrs 7 days a week service. This is absolutely not true. The service guy finally shows up after 24hrs. As per him the cooling gas has leaked and the fridge will need refill and another service guy will be sent. Nobody shows up until 22th Aug. Finally two people come home to take my fridge to service center with no information as to how many days will it take to fix the fridge. For last 1 week I get calls from the LG center to get feedback about their service. One of the call center guy tells me that the compressor has been replaced and how did i find the service? I was taken by surprise as to nobody from LG bothered to call me and inform me about the problem. I still haven't received my fridge yet and the people at the call center are excited to get my feedback. I have made up my mind to never buy LG product even if they are cheap and offer best quality service. Over last 15 days i have made numerous complaints and calls.. but no reply from anybody. I have two small childeren, i work full time and there is no food supplies in the house without a fridge. I want to caution everybody who are considering LG products bec the company does not believe in aftersales service.

                Since I purchased my double door refrigerator, I am facing cooling problem.

                I have made more than 20 requests and more than 10 different engineers have visited my place, few said its fine, few said they would come back again with their senior, few said there is a faulty component which has to be replaced, few said that their regional service manager is travelling now a days and they would come back in next week, one said he is new recruit and have not got any training on LG products so far and since he was working with Kelvinator hence needs some senior's help; saying this he went back.

                I am fed up of entertaining incompetent engineers, who come without any solution, take rest, take some water and juice and at times tea / coffee and go back with promises.

                I wish to escalate this to some senior and competent authority but every time I call up customer care number (which is there at the website) I again go through the very same experience.

                Now no one even visits for inspection as all these (local / area) engineers must be feeling that they are incompetent and cannot do anything on this (at least that's what I feel).

                Please help me with escalating this as I am completely clueless on this.

                This product is very much under original warranty and have also taken extended warranty.

                  LG has the most pathetic “Customer Service” in the entire market. They are looters, cheaters, just interested in making sales and forget the customer after that. I bought a Front Load Washing Machine from them on 20th July, 2014. Next day 2 of their technicians (Ph no: [protected] / [protected] )came for installation and they mishandled the machine and dented my brand new Washing machine top. After much denying, he accepted that he had broken and said it would be replaced within 2 days. Since then, its been more than a month, I have been raising tickets over tickets, making calls over calls, getting routed from one person to other with no action but frustration of making endless close to 100 calls each day. They raise the complaint ticket, and then they close it without taking any action on it. I have raised 3 tickets viz., Rna[protected]th July), Rna[protected]th July), Rna[protected]th August). All these tickets were self-closed without any information or action. Even the LG Customer Operations Head, Ms Sarika Bhosale, based out of Katraj Pune Service Center has stopped answering the call. Even after explaining to her our grievance, she shamelessly never cares to take any action on it. Mr. Karan ([protected]), another , who keeps saying that the top has been ordered and will be replaced today and that day never comes. Even he has stopped taking any calls. Mr Abhijeet ([protected]) who also is another highly unprofessional person in the entire useless cadre of LG customer service employees. Please take strict action against all of them, if you care to. I urge to everybody buying LG product, BEWARE OF THE MOST SHAMELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE in the world. A stain in the name of after sales customer service. How do you even imagine leading the market with such poor service? You just lost a loyal customer/influencer, who henceforth has sweared to badmouth against you and never buy any of your product.                   I agree to Kritika. This guy Mr Abhijeet repaired the washing machine and it stopped working again in 2 days with the same issue. I have been chasing this man since last 1 week and now he has stopped receiving the call.

                      Respected Sir/Mam I purchased an split ac on 1 March 2013 after seeing your Times of India Advertisement. In which you mentioned that 2 wash service free during warranty period. 1) When i requested for the wash service your customer care denied to provide 2 wash services by saying they do not have any records of paper advertisement. Its customer responsibility to retain paper cutting 2) I received only 1 wash service in which your service engineer only cleaned the indoor unit filter and washed outdoor unit with water. (Later i came to know that during wash service indoor unit is also properly cleaned. This is clear case of ignorance by your service engineer) 3) I purchased an AMC for the same on 11/07/14. 4) Now i am facing a problem, AC out door unit repeatedly shut down & cooling is also very very slow. 5)Now your service engineer said that there is a need of chemical wash and you have to pay approx 2800 for the same, its not covered under AMC. 6) My indoor unit is installed in a packed environment, And with in 1.5 year of purchase your are asking for chemical wash 7) Point to consider a) your are not given 2 wash services to me during warranty period as mentioned in Daily news paper b) I received only 1 wash services in which your service engineer do not clean the AC properly c) If now there is a need to Chemical Wash to its totally a fault of LG India and their service engineer because if i received proper service during warrant period then there is no need for chemical wash in such a shorter period. So i request to you please looking to the above points and ignorance by LG team please repair my AC at your own cost. I am not received what you promise publicly and officially.                         At time of purchase 10years Warranty was given But from next year 2009 Problems started service holder at BARODA. Always charged for repair Saying that this dose not come under warranty every year @3000were charged Last year compressor failed down they charged me 5000 Again after six months same problem has took place again they ask to deposit 5000 L.G.                           We bought lg led 3d in apr/2014. In the month of may/2014 tv screen was not visible due to a white patch(Small). Then we complained on online. One technician came and saw the tv and told that it is panel problem and he told that he will repair it soon and went off. We called him many a times but he told to wait for few days. Wexed up with him we again complained in online(Comp no:[protected],[protected]. Again the same technician came in to picture and told that the part will be not covered under warranty and told to pay him 15000/- and told us to make another complaint. We again complained online[protected],[protected] but there was no use. We have been calling them and they are wanteldy playing a game with us. Like this we have made complaints on[protected],[protected] and[protected], [protected]), but still there is no use. We want to ask you how the complaints will be closed without solving the problem of the consumer.

                          "we dont thought that the service of lg would be so worst we have ever seen since 12 years". What the online people are doing without persuing the online complaints, whether solved or not.
                          Why the panel of our tv will not be covered in warranty.
                          Seeing this we are thinking that the technicians are doing some gambling with us so that they expect an higher amount from us.

                            I bought l.G lcd led tv before 14 months. But within the date of warranty i had a problem with hdmi port and power supply.The technician whom they sent convinced me that the port like in computers will always have problem and he finished repairing the power problem hurriedly in spite of my telling that there should be a major problem. Now as i expected the same problem has come and shockingly the rude technician is telling me to pay for replacing a part.
                            I have every detail and history of my complaints.

                            I hope l.G officials will help me solve this issue before i take legal assistance.(I still have high regards for l.G products).

                              My Relative is residing in Shahjahanpur (TILHAR), Uttar Pradesh. He is saw a banner in Shahjahanpur (U.P) for placement of various jobs etc in Private Companies in Delhi City. Then my relative has called on Mob# [protected] for a job then Job Recruitor representative replied that as they will provide the jobs in L.G Company & other comanies and advised him (My Relative) to come to Delhi Railway Station. After reaching at Delhi call on said Mobile No only. Then one person of company will come at Delhi Railway Station for pik-up for office.

                              The fees has to deposit Registration Charges Rs.250/- & Rs.1500/- Other Chages will submit in their office then they will provide the offer letter to him for Job in L.G & other companies.

                              Today When I am enquired on Mobile No.[protected] for knowing the office address then one lady replied as she will not provide the office address etc. Only her representative will meet at Delhi Railway Station for pik-up for her office. When i insisted for office address then she is used very abusing language etc.

                              Please check this matter & take the corrective and strong action against these types of cheaters.

                                Delay in repairing and service charges during warranty period

                                LG service center Raipur charged Rs 506/- as service charge, even thought the washing machine is under warranty. It took 20 days to repair. Worst service. Technicians/Engineers are not trained. Technician from service centre said that it was rat bite which does not cover warranty....

                                I am using MH-6558FS.BDRQEIL Microoven since 2008..Now since last month, this has stopped working.I complained to your customer support center. My request id RNA[protected] was closed by your people abruptly stating the reason "Discontinued Part"..Your people do not cooperate further.Kindly look into this and suggest me a way forward.Hope LG will deliver. I continued to bombard your offices with this concern, but results are yet to be seen.. Please suggest way forward, either to replace this oven with the current equivalent and comparable model or repair this oven .

                                LG rep came and at that time it was working.He observed that due to moisture abosrbtion in the circuit boards, it was not functioning.He collected around 300 ruppes plus fees also.If the moisture is a problem for the circuit boards, then this boards should be replaced.Or is the same problem happens with all LG ovens??Now it is not operatin for the last fifteen days.We have tried several times.Either LG should replace the circuit boards or change this oven to some latest model.I am prepared to shell out the difference in money.LG authorities should look into this problem critically and arrive at a long term solution.I cannot expect to operate only on days where moisture is not there in the atmosphere!!!

                                  I bought l.G lcd led tv before 14 months. But within the date of warranty i had a problem with hdmi port and power supply.The technician whom they sent convinced me that the port like in computers will always have problem and he finished repairing the power problem hurriedly in spite of my telling that there should be a major problem. Now as i expected the same problem has come and shockingly the rude technician is telling me to pay for replacing a part.

                                  Almost all the products in my house are l.G.Don't make me think before i go for l.G product

                                  I hope l.G officials will help me solve this issue before i take legal assistance.(I still have high regards for l.G products).

                                    I have given a LG Flatron 21 inch TV for service in LG service. They are not able to service the TV and saying the parts are discontinued. So please scrap the TV. I bought the TV in 2007. This is too bad. My complaint number for the repair is RNA[protected]. How people trust LG and buy there products. Too bad.

                                      One of my Ac's had a cooling problem and I had called LG customer care. The engineer came and corrected the fault. In a couple of days the problem was back. This time he said its a gas leakage problem and we will have to take the AC to the workshop. They repaired and delivered within a week but again in 2 days the cooling was not proper. So I called LG customer care and the request ID was RNA[protected]. Even without any call back I received a message the same day stating that the complaint is closed. My AC is under AMC...can someone look into this and get this resolved at the earliest pls.
