My First compliant was logged on in the month of February 2014 for non-cooling of A.C. Initially I was told that there is no Gas in AC & may be pipe leakage. Then Mr. Naresh & Mr. Abdul your technician attended AC after doing & checking the indoor & outdoor unit they told that out-unit two nuts are leaky. They changed the same & filled gas & charged RS. 2500/- vide retail Invoice no 1675 dated 8/3/14 i.e after three days from first visit. But within 10-15 days the AC cooling effect was gone. After several reminders your technician attended complaint and filled air in indoor and outdoor unit & told that we will come after 2-3 days to check air, after 2-3 days they came & told that since both unit air pressure is ok means your copper gas pipe is leaky & advised to change a gas pipe & it was changed on 27/03/2014 vide retail memo no. 2307 & charged Rs. 3575/- & filled gas again in pipe & AC started giving cooling. Once again the AC cooling effect went down within 15 to 20 days. After several reminders on phone to your service engineers - Mr. Naresh, Mr. Abdul, Mr. Mayur and Sr. officer - Mr. Nawaz, finally on 03/5/14 and told that connection taping may not proper & after tightening nuts he filled air in complete unit and told that next day we will come and check the pressure they came on 05/5/14 and found the pressure ok and filled the gas. But we faced same problem, after few days the AC cooling gone down. After several requests to Mr.Mayur, he sent to Mr.Jafar to our place, but he checked the insulation and nuts and he commented that gas has gone. After few time he opened outdoor unit top cover and checked the compressor pressure to about 150 psi (my father witnessed all activities) and told that your compressor is not working and expenditure is near about Rs.9000/- to 10, 000/-. We were surprised after four months of complaint which was not being rectified and suddenly the problem was diverted on compressor. If the compressor would have not been working, how the initial cooling effect was possible. Nobody from all your service engineers told that problem was in compressor. Now we have already spent Rs. 6475/- as per your technicians recommendation and still the problem is not resolved. Therefore, 1) I doubt that whether your technicians are qualified or not? 2) I doubt your technicians might have damaged our compressor. 3.) What guarantee is assured after replacing compressor, will the AC run properly? All above history is already been briefed to your Sr. Officer - Mr. Mayur, and as per his commitment he assured to resolve the problem but neither he sent any technician nor he responded to my phone calls. Please look into the matter and give our AC in working condition, as we have spent Rs. 6475, still the problem persists. During this period my wife and family has faced mental disturbance & mental stress that you cannot be compared with monetary terms. Kindly, look into the matter as soon as possible & give justice.

    We have purchased new gl292rpjl 258 l refrigerator on 07 aug.14 there is some interior
    Assories are missing like two steel iron rod rack for cold drink bottles and one door/box missing in freeger cabnet. There is no response form company progress in this subject.

      My Name is Basant kumar. I am staying in Hazaribagh, I purchased the L.G.Washing machine in 2011 with cost of Rs.15, 000/-approx. With in 3 years, washing machine was not working and I logged the complaint and Person came to my home and he told that he is issue with PCB. and total charge for replacing the PCB is 3, 700/-. I bought the L.G.Washing based on the BRAND NAME, but it seems L.G.Washing machine is poor quality as compared to the local washing machines. Its pathetic that after spending 15000 for a washing machine, I need to spend another 3700 with in 2 years for a minor program error. I would like to bring into the notice of the authorities and people about the poor quality of the PCB in LG washing machine and how much the customers are being cheated after spending their money on products like this. I already spend 1100 for drainage motor may this year. if fault in PCB then how I am responsible for that we are not programmer of PCB it is manufactured or assemble by you. I hope great brand image in future.

        no one calling back and replying i registered the complain regarding my fridge on 5th..to lg customer care..they took my fridge on 6th and told me tht fridge will come back within 2 days ...but they didnt sent..i again called them they didnt picked up the call..on next day through customer care i got the no. of manager miss suman chaudhary from raipur the manager of lg ...simultaneously 2 days i called her she pick the call for 2 days but after tht she told i will call back in 10 mins she didnt called for 2 days..after tht fridge came back on monday...and at monday evening the fridge was not working it was at same condition they took 1100 rs for fridge and 600 for auto...they told fridge is repaired and good condition they checked it for 2 days continuosly...now again on tuesday i registered the complain...to customer care but no one came till 48 hours and still the fridge is not working and no one is here to make it from lg... rahul- [protected] ... request id 2nd- RNA[protected] REQUEST ID 1ST- RNA[protected]

            Within 2 Years of the Purchase my Ac has been repaired 10-12 times and LG people have been charging me everytime there engineer even comes to check, COmpressor was replaced, Gas was filled 7-8 times Welded 2 -3 times I have paid more than 15 to 20k rupees on the repairs. Now the complaint also is not being heard LG quality is Very bad and service people are worst. They just want to make money without doing any repairs SKy Service Center Mira Road is fooling people and cheating people.               Hi,

              I bought a lg mobile ( nexus 5 ) in the month of july 2014, because of an accident i lost the screen guard of mobile. On 28/07/2014 i gave the mobile to particular insurance person ( oriental insurance ) confirmed by the sangeeta mobile shop bangalore, but still i didn't get any revert from them even after 15 days. Is these kind of service provider company you made a deal who don't have a basic sense to response.
              The mobile has been taken by onsite electro services pvt ltd head office is in mumbai. My job sheet no- 101672. The concern person said that within a week time you will get the mobile. And when i send a mail to them they are not responding anything.

              I am a frequent user of lg products & first time i am facing such a bad service by the lg company.
              Is it your way to treat with a customer. Its all-most more than 15 days & i don't have any information about my mobile.
              Request you to short out my issue asap.

                Hi, We have purchased LG single door refrigerator last year and we are facing problem that our freezer section has too much ice if the temp is at 1 degree. We have informed to the supplier and they submit our complaint to LG company but till date, no one has visited us to check our problem. DUe to the problem, we are facing in freezer section, our main door has also got jammed and take so much time to open.                   Technicians All uneducated ..local repairers Nothing Certified.. No process of Any type.

                  theres No guidelines For a customer that How Regular Maintenance is to be done Of Air Conditioner
                  And these technicians just get paid without real Job's done..

                  How they Clean Ac just just through Water With glass on External Unit of Split AC...I think tht any one can Do at Home why would he pay for such silly cleaning..

                  Problem Still persists then You agin have to call them ...Again 72 hrs past first 72hrs were extra Totaling ^ days ...What the Hell is this .. CUtomer Satisfied .. I TELL YOU NEVER BUY LG PRODUCT EVER .. CHECK THE SERVICE CENTER QUALITY ALSO BEFORE THE PRODUCT QUALITY.

                  I HAVE VIDEO OF CLEANING MY AC But theres No video Addition Option I would Have awared all.

                    I've raised a complaint on 4th Aug'14 referring the Brand new Double door side by side Refrigerator (Model GC-B207GPQ) not functioning properly spoiling our food stuffs after installation. This new Side by Side Double Door Refrigerator was installed on 27th July 2014 against Order no. [protected]. Registered Complaint no. 4th Aug 2014 – RNA[protected] 6th Aug 2014 – RNA[protected] Problem is Ice formation in Refrigerator compartment with over cooling, In spite of your technicians visiting since last 3 days they are not able to fix the problem. Our Vegetables and all other stuffs are getting spoiled. We don't want any of your incompetent service person visiting our home and experimenting in our premises spoiling our peace of mind. Moreover LG brand value will be at stake if you keep troubling customers like me….I’m going to take up this with consumer forum if you don’t take immediate action to replace with new Refrigerator without further delay Moreover your service head Surendra ([protected]) and Chief Customer care officer Swetha([protected]) doesn’t respond to my call .. Surendra sent me message stating he is in meeting and I sent him message back to call back explaining the problem. He sends me irresponsible message his TL will call and sort out…. But none of them are taking responsibility and called me so far. I don’t understand why LG has such irresponsible people to spoil LG Brand image when customer service and customer care people don’t respond and take responsibility what is the point having such people. I don't see any reason how LG Company can dispatch a malfunctioning Refrigerator I had a similar experience when I purchased a LG washing machine a month back where in I have to struggle for 2 weeks to get the same replaced with new one.                       My Name is Nitin Kumar Rawal My contact No is [protected]. I have bought a brand LG Model 52 e450, Imei[protected] Mobile set during May 2013 @ Rs. 10, 000/- . However, upon 30 days o[censored]sing it, problems started to appear. The problem is Security error in Boot, heating, auto off, Music cracking, hanging, no battry back up, and applications problem. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model. In this regard I visited 5-to 6 times to the service center, at Rajpur Road Dehradun, they told me that application is not updated thats why you are facing problem. after a week again problem started appear. Even though i have submitted job sheet many times. The LG Team team they not at all responding these problems . Now the set is showing the problems Security Error at boot. The same problem was occurred 2 time previous and PCB part was changed by service centre also and u can see the records . Please advise me to take further action please. Please help me and advise me.                         Hi job no RMA[protected] invoice number : 11523, Registered mobile : [protected] This email is in ref. to the service held on 30.7.2014. We have been forced to write to you about the night mare service being rendered by the LG which not only costing us dearly, also an untold pain to my above 60 years of age parents . Almost 04 visits have been made by junior to senior engineer of LG and have changed and charged for various parts but still the fridge is not working. None of two engineers are on the same page rather blaming each other for improper diagnose. Till date as per there suggestions various parts have been replaced but now they have come up with new diagnose and want us to replace the thermostat. Its quite apparent that LG engineers are unnecessary harassing us and making money by replacing working parts. We would like to see an immediate action otherwise forced to go to consumer court with all the proofs for harassment to senior citizen. I would also like to add that, this type of service in intolerable .Have this experience being a further pain to us, we would be bound by LG to spread our experience with our colleagues, our corporates as well as on our social gatherings to avoid such pain to others as a "Warning" message. This kind of behavior and service in the world of social connect and cut throat competition can be fatal for any organization or individuals. Thanks

                        LG Customer care is so senseless and unprofessional that till date our fridge problems are not resolved. I would appeal everyone n ot to go for cheaper rates offered by LG rather look for the quality products offered by other companies.

                          Sir/Mam, I have lodged a complain several times but there is no response from the companies side.My product is LG refrigerator model is "GR-628YTX" and my serial no. is 706KRVC00230. The VEG BOX CODE NUMBER: 3391JA1009M IS BROKEN and we lodged a complain regarding this and they are saying that we don't have parts of it and when they will come we will replace it but there is no guarantee that when it will come. The date you representative came to check the refrigerator was 09/04/2014 but since then they are ignoring us and avoiding the complain. So I request you to kindly take strict actions against it.                             Dear Sir/Madam, I have given my TV Model No. 21FU3AG for repairing to one of your Authorised Service Centre at Belgaum Karanataka. I had given my TV on 26th July 2014 vide Sl. No. 806NLCP006035. The TV problem is every minute Automatically Switch off. After given the TV, regularly I was calling on[protected] this Land line No. Every time they reply me "Will cal you back & Confirm the Problem of your TV" Since 10 days onwards I am getting the same reply but they never called me back as off now. I am the very old customer of the LG Electronics. Now I am very much suffering from Service Centre. They are not responding properly over the phone. I don't understand what was the intentions behind that. Why these people Harassing the customer? Why they have taken a Service Centre?                               I have a LG microwave. last few days it is not working properly. from last 3 days it is not heating the contents which are kept inside. It is causing lot of problems to us as we are not able to heat our food and we have to eat it cold as we dont have another option.We have lodged a complaint with LG customer service regarding this. The pcd has fused and we lodged a complain regarding this and they are saying that we don't have parts of it and when they will come we will replace it but there is no guarantee that when it will come. The date of repair was 30/07/2014 but since then they are ignoring us and avoiding the complain. So I request you to kindly take strict actions against it. We will be highly obliged to you.                                   My name is pramod jaiswal living in old palam road kakrola. I complaint to LG Customer care for repair of my 1 ton INVERTOR AC (i.e gas refilling).My reference number are (RNA NO[protected]. A LG Technician name “JASWANT –Mob no [protected]” visited my house & told me if you repair officially from LG it will cost you[protected] Rs. He will repair my AC from other resources (non officially from LG) only in 2500/Rs. So I agreed for that. Then he sent his friend named FARMAN (Mob no: [protected]) for refilling my ac gas. He took 1000 Rs in advance for gas refilling.
                                  He was claiming that he is from LG & also carrying LG bag. So I was satisfied that the person is from LG But reality was
                                  • He is third class technician(under 18 years age boy )
                                  • No Technical knowledge of INVERTOR AC
                                  • No Proffessional degree & certificate regarding INVERTOR AC
                                  • No LIcence
                                  While refilling gas in ac cylinder pipe burst out due to low quality and all gas leaked. Even though he keep on telling that he has filled the gas completely & it will work fine, but still my AC was not cooling, I requested him to please return my advance deposit since your service is poor. But he denied & call his friend “Mr jaswant” at my home, & they forcefully left my home without sort out my problem & not returned my money.
                                  I told them I will file police ccomplaint against them but they said “do whatever you can”.
                                  These people are spoiling image & reputation of LG brand. You should take strong action against Mr jaswant(LG technician Mob no [protected]).
                                  Mr jaswant is doing fraud with the company as well as with the customers. Please do strong inquiry against him . I have all call recordings as well as videos.
                                  He spoiled my 1 ton LG invertor ac worth rs (40, 000). Now heavy ice is present in the outer unit copper wire. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
                                  Please help me to recover money from such fraud people
                                  I am also going to File consumer complaint, poilice complaint as well as media complaint against this fellow.

                                    Complaint number RNA[protected] Subject – Feedback on customer service and charges . I am one of your customer who always prefers to buy all the LG products for all my house hold appliances, and was quit a satisfied customer till date . but my perception about the Brand has change . I would like to just like to highlight the sequence of incidents that took place which was very disheartening I had bought LG LCD model no – 22LV2130 couple of years back, in which the display was had started giving problem at the end of 1st year, but since it was in service warranty same was replace . couple of days back the LCD display was again not working for which I had registered the complaint ( complain number is mentioned ) I had specifically told on the complaint call along with the repairs I would also want the TV to be wall mounted to which I was informed that the engineer would visit and would do the needful. When your engineer visited the place he informed me that the panel needs to be replace and he had to order the same from the company . He had charged Rs 169 as visit charges . To my surprise I got a call on Sunday from your engineer Ritesh from your lower Parel Service station ( DSC – 2) informing me that the panel has come and he wants to install the same today only . I informed him that I was not at home and to schedule the same on Monday . inspite of that I received couple of calls in afternoon forcing me to install the panel on Sunday itself . I am not sure why is a customer being repeatedly harassed and forced on Sunday inspite of telling the engineer to visit on Monday as I was not at my place and i was not informed me earlier about the visit. Today I got a call from Mr Akter Husain ( [protected]) informing that he was coming for installation . when in enquired about the charges I was told that I would be charged as below . 1. Rs 5700 for the panel . 2. Rs 475 for installation 3. Rs 449 for Wall mounting (only fitting ) When I asked him to connect to his superior Mr. Vinod, I was informed that he was busy and does not have time right now. When I requested a call back form him I was flatly refused and I heard a very insulting comment about me from the other side of the call which I assume must be Vinod . I fail to understand why is the customer being charged about 20%( excluding component ) just for a part replacement, and the type of response with I got from your service team was very insulting . I don’t think that its fair to treat a customer in this manner Request you to kindly look into the matter .I do happened to be one of your million customers but I believe that customer who complains is a customer who wants to wants to stay with the brand Thank you for your valuable time Regards, Farzaan Sanchawala [protected]

                                      We have written 2 mails to LG Customer Service first once on 21st july from [protected]@yahoo.co.in But till now no response. The Nature of defect in our Refrigerator is quite serious and can damage our house property if not addressed on time, we have been following up with LG customer care since last 2-3 months. Still no satisfactory revert from LG India. Expect some response from this platfom, please find below the complaint sent to [protected]@lgindia.com from my email id : [protected]@yahoo.co.in. :::: Dear Sir, We have purchased LG Refrigerator (Model No: GL335VV5) Silver from Vijay Sales Borivali on 26th October 2011 via Sales Invoice no. 06-BR10-11SIAOUF 714 & Order No. 06-BR10-11SO3334 We have been facing problems with the refrigerator in regards to swelling of wall behind the vegetable box, due to which the Fridge Door couldn't be closed properly. We filed a complaint with LG Customer Care. no. RMA[protected] Few days later Mr. Raj from N.H Services came, he found out that the reason for swelling of the wall that behind the vegetable box was storage of water in the back body. He informed that this is the manufacturing default, because of which the water is seeping in to back wall, and he took photographs of the same. He told that due to manufacturing defect water is getting stored in back body. He told that he will be forwarding our complaint for replacement of the machine. After that, we called NH services and spoke to Mr. Sunil Watwal, he confirmed that they have forwarded the complaint to the company and we will get the new machine with in 15 days. After 15 days we spoke with Mr. Sunil and he confirmed that they are still following up on the complaint and have re-forwarded the same and assured us that we will be getting the replacement soon. Now suddenly few days back Mr. Sunil Watwal told us that he won't be replacing the machine and he can only give us 55% of the machine cost. To which we didn't agree and requested him to replace our machine. As the storage of water at the back is a manufacturing defect which is not our fault and we can't take the risk of keeping the fridge with us in this condition, as one of the technician has informed us that the wall can burst anytime, which is quite dangerous. Hence request you to take this matter forward an replace this faulty machine urgently, as the back wall can burst anytime and damage our home. Awaiting your quick response.                                         i had complained and engineer came and ordered for the part to the company after waiting for 2 weeks they said that the same was broken in transit and they have no more part available and closed the service call on their own. This is 3 years old model and i need to scrap the same as shutter is not opening and rest it is working fine. The cost of the same is around Rs6500/-
