Hi, I have bought this Mobile one and half year ago. Recently it was fell down from 1st floor and the Display was lost. I have taken this to Service Centre, they are not giving guarantee that they can replace the display. Saying it was an old Model. Whether it is an Old Model or New Model, there should be some proper service, how can we loose a mobile where the cost is 15K+. It has been more than 4 weeks since i given my mobile to service centre, till now i did not get any call on its status. I have given it in service centre Panjagutta, Hyderabad Very poor service... Let me know if you can help in replacing the display. If you cannot replace a display with charging amount, it is really bad on your products... Hope you understand our feelings.. Regards, Raju.

SVC Requested By : 358/0304/486481. Mobile is given in the servicing center PanjaGutta, Hyderbad on 09/06/2014. It is almost one month, no reply yet. At least if there is some kind of tracking is provided in such cases we will be happy.

    Dear sir
    I am facing this problem from last six month.Three month ago a engeener came .He advise me to use delicate for regular clothes. I did that.But problem didnt solve .Agaian i called 8th june to call center and register my complain but people from ther are nt ready to clean drum they want to change drum
    And they talk very rudely ...Mr chandes from jamshedpur lg service station
    Still i am calling to call center .In call center they say engineers will come in 24 hour but one month past no body came.

      D/sir, I purchased my washing machine model no. WD 80485 NP in mar 2009 with 24 month + 24 months extended warranty.In Dec 2012 I noticed that the digital display is not working properly and finally the machine stopped working.I made a complain on toll free no. After 3 days one Mr. M.K.Gupta visited my house and told us that mices have destroyed the cord of the machine which will cost about 4800/-.I told him that my machine is under warranty but he regret that extended warranty doesn't cover these items.he put himself my warranty card on the ground that after consultation from senior officers it will be resolved.After that I made many visits to the dealer M/s Omega Sports & Electronics Gorakhpur for repair of my machine.Till date I got no remedy.I am really surprised to note that such a renowned company doesn't provide for rat mesh.or it doesn't care its customers.         Hello,
        I lodged 2 complaints on June 22, 2014 regarding malfunctioning/ no cooling in 2 of my split ACs (both 2 ton ACs), complaint nos RNA[protected] and RNA[protected]. LG engineer from Noida DSC, Murali visited us on June 23, 2014.

        In one of the ACs, he found the problem with the motor in outdoor unit and after cleaning etc made it work there only (Complaint no RNA[protected]. He also suggested that we might have to change the motor in near future. On this, I requested him to keep this unit under observation for a day to see whether motor worked fine or not, hence not to close the complaint. But he was not willing to take any suggestion. He charged from us visit charges of Rs. 170/- and closed the complaint for the reasons best known to him. As expected, the motor stopped working the same evening. Hence we had to lodge a complaint again on the June 24 with your call center. (They didn't lodge another complaint but assured us to resend the old complaint only) Again your engineer, Iftikar from Noids DSC) visited us on June 26 (after 2 days) and told us that motor needed to be replaced. He also promised to change the motor the next day. After that I haven't heard anything on the same.

        In another AC, (complaint no. RNA[protected], the engineer who visited us on June 23, 2014, found the problem with PCB which was required to be replaced. He told us that he would get the order for the part placed urgently and it would be replaced within couple of days. But since then I haven't heard anything on this too. I got a SMS from LG yesterday i.e on 01/07/2014, stating that this complaint has been closed for the reason "Duplicate registration"

        I don't understand how the complaints can be closed by LG team at Noida DSC so arbitrarily. What is the monitoring mechanism? They have made mockery of the whole system. Both of my ACs are out of order/ not working till today and both the complaints stand closed by Noida DSC. What kind of service levels are these? They think themselves the lords who can do anything without having any fear which is because of the fact that there seems to be no escalation process/ system at LG which is available to their customers on their website or otherwise. Only available recourse with the customer is to approach LG call center or mail on their support ID.

        My above 2 ACs are out of order for about 12 days now and about 11 days have lapsed since I lodged my complaints, but these have not been repaired till date. Knowing fully well that It's impossible to live in such harsh summer without ACs, no one at LG's Noida DSC has bothered to look into it. I have spoken to the supervisor at their DSC Noida- Mr. Jatin Sharma who promised to get back to me within 15 minutes (This was on June 28, 2014) but I am yet to hear from him even after lapse of 4 days. I also spoke to DSC Noida manager, Mr. Sameer Dhiman, telling him about my plight. Though he promised me to get it done urgently but no progress so far despite all their assurances. After that, he just doesn't pick up my phone at all. On approaching call center again and asking how to escalate this issue, I was provided with the cell no.. of CCO, Ghaziabad- Ms Kiran but that no. continuously comes as "Not reachable". I tried seeking their mail IDs so that I can send them the emails, but call center did not provide me any of the mail IDs.

        Of late, these delays are becoming a norm rather than an exception at LG . In one of my earlier cases in recent past regarding DIOS 730 lts refrigerator too, a delay of about 2 months happened which had to be escalated through you and further. I understand that monitoring mechanism at LG is only up to the first visit. That is why engineer visits within 24 hrs of complaint but when any complaint is kept pending for parts/ gas, thereafter no one monitors the same whether this is being attended too or not. I would like to understand LG service levels in case some complaint is pending because of any part. Are there any timelines to procure these parts or this can go on and on?

        Yesterday evening i.e 01/07/2014, I got a call from the engineer from Noida DSC, Mr. Murali, stating that both the above stated parts i.e PCB and the motor are not manufactured by LG anymore, hence these ACs can't be repaired. I asked him to send this in writing and also send me the parts nos in writing so that I can check myself from LG global, whether these can be made available from them. But I haven't received any response nor I expect to receive any as the same thing happened in recent past in case of my refrigerator too.

        I am not only surprised but shocked to have such response from them because both of these ACs were under AMC till Oct. 17, 2013. These came out of AMC just 8 months back and now LG says part are not available. That means that LG product's life is only 6-7 years. If so they should state this in the beginning itself so that a person can take an informed decision while buying a consumer durable from them.

        I have all my consumer durables e.g. ACs, LEDs, Refrigerators, washing machine and microwaves from LG only. I never expected this from a reputed company like LG. I am not sure how adversely such response affects the reputation of that company in the market but surely it has shaken my trust in LG.

        Would request the personal intervention of the concerned higher authority to get the same repaired urgently as life is very difficult without ACs in today's sweltering weather.

          i have a mw oven 9 years old. meanwhile mw unit was changed once in kolkata. now it is not functioning. one small fuze is getting burnt time and again and display is going off. Lg took the unit for repair and returned saying the unit is more than 5 years old and spares for this are not available. as an electrical engineering i understand there is no much of problem and the repairment should be re-looked.

            We had purchased an LG Fridge (Model Number 478 GEX 5) for Rs. 49500/- on 16th November 2013. We had not used this fridge till 1 April 2014, which is when we shifted to a new house. Now, barely 2 months in service, this fridge has broken down. We called LG Pune Customer support & Services on 24 June 2014 and they had assured us that they would send someone in 48 hours over to get it repaired. The person came a day later than promised. More importantly, he was not able to identify the problem involved and said something vague about a part being damaged.Again, this person told us that our problem would be solved within 2 days. After this, we have called multiple times to get the part replaced or provide us a replacement of the fridge.It has been 8 days and we are yet to get a proper response from LG Pune Customer Support and Services team. We have been highly inconvenienced because of the absence of a fridge. When we called the service engineer today, he stated that they would take the machine for repair today. If the machine was to be taken for repairs to the service centre, why were we made to wait till date for that ? IS THIS GOOD SERVICE BY LG?

              This is Ramesh Nadipena. recently(10/9/2013) i have taken LG television 42 inches plasma. while taking the TV they have told me that it has 1 year warranty. now it has display problem. I had given complaint to LG customer care on may 26th 2014. some people came from the company and took my TV to the company on 23/06/2014. from that day they have not given any proper response to us.                   We bought a washing machine last year from LG. Its a front load machine. On the day they came to set it up at our house, they promised extended warranty and charged us additional 2-3k for that, saying they will visit every few days and check the machine. The machine is really bad and many of our new branded clothes when washed in LG, came out with small holes.. We have already lost more than 10 shirts/tshirts. 2 blankets (ac blankets), 2 bedsheets and 3 trousers. We requested them for checking the problems. After many requests, the service person came and said machine is all ok. The service is so poor, that everytime we request them for service, we have to call them many times. and wait for m any weeks. 1 year service was free and we paid for 2 more years, but actually there is zero post sale customer service. They said we will come on our own and they dont even come after repeated requests. I am sorry to say LG is the worst machine. it is sad to see your best clothes getting torn.

                    Please Refer the below details of LG LCD Model-32LG30R Serial Number-805LPAG003040 Date of purchase-27/08/2008 Amount-33000INR We had raised lot of complaints though LG support website but not reply because our LG LCD model is not appearing. We went to LG Service centre name DSC LG (Address:- Janta Nagar, Gill Road Ludhiana) we got reply mother board is gone we don't have spare because its old model.Now this LCD is scrap.                       I register complained in LG customer care on 25th June'14, (Complain no - RNA[protected] regarding Ac not getting cool. But technician came on 27th June'14. He found compressor not working. I made AMC with EBR Enterprises - Chennai.(Authorised LG service center). Still now nobody rectify that problem. I called that service center simple they are telling today may be technician will come. Very poor service and response. Now i felling much why i made AMC with them.

The engineer came on 20th June and collected Rs:337 as a checking fee and told us that he will send a tempo to collect our washing machine for Service. Its being almost 19 days no one came. Im tired of calling LG customer care and they say the same thing we will send the engineer today but nothing happenned. I can also provide my complaint no if its required.                         I got a call from one of your field engineer for a visit again but the visit is already done and they gave me a bill of Rs.330 again why they want to visit and check .The next procedure is to pick up my washing machine for a complete service and its almost a month :-( still no response.

                          Last month on 3rd june 2014, lg technician Sonu kumar had come to fit 2 window and 1 split Ac. He filled up gas in the split ac. At the time of payment he did not provide bill. Now the gas of split ac has leaked again and I am not getting much help from the lg service team.                             I have had a complaint with washing machine for which I have called the service centre 7 times and failing which I lodged a written complaint on mail and yet no one has even called back once. Today is the 6th day and I'm yet to receive a response. Is the service team still functioning at chennai. I'm seriously having second thoughts on the brand.                               Complaint on your Split AC. It has been a pathetic service from last two months. Even after taking your AMC your service is extremely bad. From last two months we have complained for atleast 4 times now and your people are so casual that they come, take around 10 days to check and then they say that gas is leaking. Again after ten days same problem they come again and say gas is leaking and fill again. Now this is third time in last 25 days same problem there is no cooling and when raised complaint one technician had come after five days and just removed the indoor unit and left saying he will come back to take the box and still it is lying outside unattented. What is wrong with your company.This has made me believe now that I should not be recommending my friends and relatives to buy any LG brand products because of the pathetic service no proper response and complaints are unattended. Can I get a quick response now before i escalate this to the consumer court. Still the people have not come to check the problem and the unit is removed and kept outside unattented for last four days. my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                This is in accordance to a complaint about split AC lodged about 10 days before. The service man approached and took the outer unit of split AC with him at a promise of returning it repaired within 7 days.
                                He reassembled the unit today but the AC was still not working. When asked he talked rudely and totally rubbish and said to pay him anyhow. I am the owner of a hospital and this is creating problem for the patients as well as doctors. All image of LG in service quality vanished in seconds. I own 10 ACs but this service is worst. The way their service men talk and the way they deal with problems and repairing is just hell.

                                  Hi, I have been using this nexus 5 crappy handset which has been giving me hell lot of trouble, I already got motherboard replaced twice. Still my phone is most of the time unreachable even though it shows full signal from my network service vendor. Call drops off at its whims . I am having trouble in microphone and speaker and LG guys won't budge . What should I do ? I cant keep waiting in the service center queues

                                    Hi, We have many products of LG at our home. We recently had problem with our LG refrigerator and there is one small part which needs replacement. We registered a SR on 18th of JUN 2014 and we were told that part will be shipped from main warehouse as it is not available at the local store. Informed us after making couple of calls and redirected from one regional service center to other to finally know vague ETA of one week. So after one week we kept calling querying about the status just to be surprised to listen from one of the Senior representative that it will take another week ETA 30 jun 2014. And this product is not discontinued product, its in market! Customer go for products of brand like LG and others because we are made to believe these brands maintain high level of after sale services and have service centers locally available. So having no availability of small spare parts in the local warehouses and poor communication of situation and poor warehouse management is what I can take away from this transaction which really weakens my trust on LG services and product. Same will be for people who read this. So my question is really why there are shortages of spare part of 'in market' products and why this huge ETA. Doesn't this reflect on the Management of Warehouse by LG. Parts can be delivered from any part of India to others in just two Days!

                                      We purchased a LG TV and philips home theatre on 14th June. Till date no one has turned up to install the TV, Executive at Vijay sales told me that LG people will come and do the same. Infact delivery was also after follow up. I got a answer on the phone number registered on the envelope of the bill ( I am having Lunch, please call after some time). This was at 2.40 pm. I did had the delivery after waiting for whole day.. Its not a problem if its delayed, but it needs to be conveyed to the customer. We can understand there can be load of delivery. But surely you could inform and tell the tentative time. No use making somebody wait for whole day. Pathetic. Can somebody please get the TV installed/mounted. My cell no is [protected] Sandeep

                                        I bought LG Nexus 5 two months back from Flipkart. I kept my mobile in my jeans pocket and was driving bike. Suddenly when I took my mobile from the pocket, I found that the screen is broken. I would like to replace the screen with free of cost as I didn't throw my mobile on the ground. The quality of Gorilla Glass is poor. Even if we keep the mobile phone in jeans, if it is getting damaged, then what is the use of such costly LG Nexus 5?. I contacted Service center they told that it would take 8000/- to replace the screen. Even If replace the screen I have no guarantee that your product will not get broken next time. Please replace the gorilla glass with free of cost.
