dear, we have loged a complaint[protected] on date[protected] your engineer told us for replacement of compressor, ourself allowed him but today he is saying to deposit rs 8500.00 in advance or if i am paying by cheque he is say the order will be confirm after cheque realization, Is this from you for those case which are after warrantee .i never hope such type of aptitude by a international fame brand we have mostly appliances by LG but today we are very much hurted by your chanal partner reflation.we you will take a satisfactory decision, thanksr sharmahardoi

      Hello, Just to let you know we bought a new washing machine from the above store(Godrej WT650) on the 14th Of September, 2014 at 3:32 pm. And we were promised for delivery same day and demo in 2 days time. We waited paitaintly for 2 days not sure if we were supposed to wait, but even after that till today 8.00 pm no calls or no information from either pai or godrej. With deep regret and great hope I am writing this so that some sturn action can be taken against the shop owners and management.

        Hi, I am Vijay from Chennai.I bought my L.G.split A.C complaint on 29-Mar-2014 from Saravana stores, tambaram, a retail outlet. AC installation in the home was done by the LG technician. Initially there is no problem for 2 months. after then there is a weird noise coming for the AC, Immediately we informed to the LG Service, on the next day one technician came, he checked the filters and informed it is due to the voltage fluctuation and it a normal one and not a problem. After some days, water leakage happened, immediately we complained again to the LG service. Another technician came, he checked the water tray and informed that it got damaged due to Rat bite. We got shocked and asked him, how a Rat can enter into a AC, he replied that it is entered through AC installation hole which was not closed by the technician at the time of installing. Then he told that they will do the replacement, since the issue is on their side. there is no response from them for nearly 40 days.i am keep on calling them, every time they are telling, by tomorrow it will be replaced. now they are telling that we cannot provide free replacement for Rat bites. But it was happened due to their improper installation. How dare they can blame the customer for their inefficient work. I paid 36000 to purchase this LG AC. I need replacement of my AC or Free warranty coverage of the water tray. I cannot afford any money for your stupidity. AC BILLED UNDER THE NAME : S.MALATHI ADDRESS : NO 186, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Tambaram sanatorium, Chennai - 600047 SERVICE REQUEST ID'S: RNA[protected] RNA[protected] Here by i attached my purchase bill for reference.

            With respect to the Request ID RNA[protected] on 8th Sep 2014. Not getting a proper or responsible reply from the call center and the service executives. On 13th sep a Technician Named Praba (mobile no: [protected] ) came for the installation and he dosent have a wall mount for LG 42Inch TV and he behaved and reply very badly, he dosent know how to answer to a customer... very worst technician and worst human aswell as, and i call his incharge Named Mr. Sriram(mob No: [protected]) he arrange another person Named Kannan and I Called him and asked him regarding the service but he replied that no one informed him.. Where is the request tracking system in your service?? where is the customer satisfaction ?/ Totally worst service Where to escalate this issue??

              I am suffering using LG products. The split AC i bought on 14th Feb 2010 for 26000 INR, till March 2014 i had already spent 12000 INR on services and spare parts (Majorly condenser coil- which was replaced last year 2013). I have filed compliant on non cooling Rna[protected] yesterday and to my surprise again condenser coil is not working which will cost be another 6000. This is totally not acceptable to spend 18000 in just 4 years of purchase on a AC!! Can someone help!!

                I HAbE A DUBLE DOAR FREEZE FROM YOUR COMPANY AROUND 300 LTS.
                LAST 1/9/2014.IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPLY.
                I NOTE A COMPLAINT FOR ABOUT THIS ON DATE OF 1/9/2014 AND COMPLAINT NO. IS RNA[protected]. But my complaint yet not solve and no phone call from your technical team reagrding this. This is seens that you have very poor after sales service.
                Again on date 15/09/2014 I lodge a complaints regarding this and complaint no. is RNA[protected]. And i call many time to your jodhpur office and no. Is [protected]. But they says that a technican will come on tomorrow. But many tomorrow will pass away and the condition is same. At present my freeze COMPRESSER IS DOWN and freeze is dead. So please try to understand our problem.

                  Dear Sir I am a LG consumer for your products like Washing mechine, Refrigerator, Air conditioner and Mobile Phone, on 9th Sept. I register a complaint for not working of my washing machine in your helpline no., but no reply from your side. On 12th I called your helpline no. a lady attended the call and she told me the computer system is not working, within 24 hours will call back me, after 24 hours no response again I called on 13th they give me Kochi local office Technician No.[protected]. Then I called the local technician for several times, he did not pickup the phone, finally he took the phone and said the concerned technician was on leave due to sick and he told me he will call me and attend the complaint. Finally there is no reply from your side and my washing machine is not working for last one week. So I request you to look in to this and do the needful.                     Shame on LG customer service! It is ridiculous that a brand like LG has such ill mannered people in customer service. I called for buying an AMC for a washing machine i just bought and I heard the staff abuse in the background. Also i was put on hold for over 1 hour and the Amir the service representative did not escalate the call to the manager also. Said there is no manager available. SHAME ON LG!

                      we bought led tv on 29 th august 2014, when it is switched on lines appear and now full screen is upside down totally blurred, and air condition we bought in may was faulty and after replacement it still show some problems. we are very unhappy with l.g products.

                        Purchased LG Fridge M 542 GPHM model vide invoice no BMR0757/14-15 dated 13 09 14 from Sri Roonwal Mktg [P] ltd No y-214 2nd Avenue Anna Nagar Chennai: 600040 [TN]. But the product code deliver to us is M 522 SHM. Dealer says it is company''s fault. Out side the packing labeled M 542 but when yr installation person came and open the packing the product inside is M522. This is a very serious issue. Shamed on Company like LG for non standard.                                 I have a referidgerator Model: GC-P217BSJV, S.NO. -103TRAR00064 The booster pump water inlet pipe was leaking and burst due to excess pressure on the pump, probably due to faulty pump valve. The first visit was made by the LG technician on 2nd Sept 2014. Even after explaining him the problem, the technician did not have an idea about the problem. He only fixed the PVC pipe and took 581 rupees as his visit charge. Same day the pipe burst again and when the technician was called on the number provided by him, he asked me to contact the costumer service. The customer service was contacted thrice within next one week but no one visited to rectify the problem. After numerous calls to various parties, the same technician named Mr Ravi visited on 10th sept 2014 with his senior at around 4PM. The senior explained him the problem and also told him how to rectify. Mr Ravi left again and promised me to visit the next day on 11th Sept 2014 (today) so that he could replace the faulty parts and test the pump while the water supply is on at 6.30 PM. No one has visited me so far and I am angry like hell. First visit was prompt because It was charged and for a 2 minute job I was charged 581 rupees. Thats fine but just because the recurring problem exists, no one is ready to visit again. I wish to take up the matter with consumer court.

                                  We have Desalination plant installed in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, for the plant we had purchased LG 1.5 ton split AC on 1.5.2011, model no LSAFR2 / 1.5 Ton On 21.2.2014 found AC cooling was not proper, and we approached your authorized service center named Universal Care, based at Port Blair, on contacted, Engineer visited the site for E&R, after checking full unit he said, outdoor unit condenser tube was damaged and leading to gas leakage. As per their recommendation out door unit condenser tube was completely replaced which costs Rs 5500.00 vide bill no 17051 dated 4.3.2014 Again on 03.09.2014 found AC not giving satisfactory performance and indoor unit showing fault ‘HI’ in display, same was reported to Service Center, engineer visited the site, checked and suspect out door unit having less gas and same need to take shop floor for further inspection. After thorough inspection at their shop floor on 10.09.2014 they given the feedback that the condenser tube was damaged and need replacement. When we asked your service center for warranty replacement as the part was failed within a period of six months, they said we always using original spares parts which is procured from OEM (LG ) and there is no warranty for spares which was supplied, they cant able to convince us, if we are replacing the condenser how long it will work. At this level we/our company can’t effort for such expense in defect rectification like this in frequent intervals. And also we never expect such poor quality of materials from your good organisation. Pls revert on priority.

                                    This is to convey may horrible experience after purchasing my side and side door L G Referigerator about 11 months backin Patiala . Last month I was shocked on seeing a sort of bubble on front of right side of the door of the fridge. A complaint was lodged on 31is August 2014 (Ref. No.[protected] . Matter was also conveyed to Ms. Kamajit Kaur Area Manager . Unfortunately no action has been taken to my satisfaction to this day. As is evident, your product bears manufacturing defect. I fear that substandard iron sheet having rusted surface has been used in the manufacturing process of the product . Or some moisture got trapped below the first protective coat of paint which starting rusting and reaction produce ferrous oxide and hydrogen whose pressure caused this bubble. Needless to point out that this is very serious defect in the LG product debarring consumer to use the machine for the purpose it has been made. I believe that the whole machine has been made in a single lot accordingly LG will have to replace this fridge with new one and just replacement of the door alone will not be sufficient.                                       my handset model is LG P765 and its wifi is not working since last 40-45 days and i have complaint on customer care but they are not giving me response. Customer care executive told me that he will arrange call back service from technical support but i didnt receivd any call from them.

                                        I bought a Nexus 4 in August 2013. Last month i.e. in August 2014 my phone developed some touch screen problems. I claimed my warranty and registered a complaint. I was told that my touchscreen would be replaced. Its been over a month and nothing happened. No word from the customer service team.
