Dear all LG Customer; Greetings! I am writing this mail to
update you all about the real brand imagery of LG. I bought LG refrigerator
B217BSJV of Rs. 66500/- against the invoice no. 3014 dated 07/02/2013 from LG
shoppe (Apollo Sales Corporation) Dwarka. Within six month from the date of
buying the refrigerator developed a snag in the electrical system & they
replaced the faulty switch. I requested the dealer & the customer service
authority for replacement but they all said it’s a minor problem which usually
happens in 2 out of 5 so I left carelessly cause of busy schedule which I am
realizing it’s a biggest mistake which I did at that point of time. Trail mail
will says lot about the whole incident in chronological manner & reason for
writing this mail.
Again the refrigerator suddenly stopped working & we made
a complaint on 16 May 24, 2014, (the complaint number RNA[protected] after
repeated reminder customer service person visited on 18 May 2014. As per the
customer service person the compressor is not working, irony is that the
refrigerator door is having sticker which says “Compressor is having 10 years
warranty”. I immediately called up the dealer & told him for the exchange
but who cares after selling the product. These days customer is all “Custo ka
mara hua” & no one is willing to listen you, after so many reminder from 18
may till 24 May 24, 2014, luckily on 24th May at 6 pm, two LG
customer service person came to our house to replace the compressor & they
replace the faulty part but still the refrigerator not got on so again they
start searching for the defects & finally said PCV which is heart of the
electrical system is also not working. Both the person got down & talking
themselves “ yaar electrical connection direct kar dena tha aur customer ko
nahi batana tha” (we should have done the electrical connection directly
without intimating the customer). I am totally clueless after listening to the
talk of these customer care executive who is all set to make fool out of a
people, how can you trust the LG from where you buying these so expensive
products & you are not sure about the quality & reliability of the
same. Since evening incidence, I am talking to customer care & as per them
they have ultimate line “We have taken your request & will forward to the
concern department”. Finally I lost my temperament & then asked for the
number of Customer Head so they said we are not authorized to share his number
& landed up giving the number of Delhi Customer Care Officer – Himanshu
Kumar – [protected] & local customer service supervisor – [protected] who all
are having zero authority to take call in case of exchange or any kind of major
problems.
I am writing this mail only to make you aware & pl share
among your community that these things are happening in LG (customer service
persons are trying to fool customer). Also, pl share your experience if you
have faced anything in past, this time I ll go all out for replacement, If need
be I ll go myself to Greater Noida office to meet these big frauds who sits in
corporate office.
