I request please to record the videos of the oven operations while preparing the receipes and upload them in your web sites so that it will be convenient for all the LG customers to view them at their own time

      Dear Sir, Regret to inform you that we had purchased the Lg Refrigerator in May -2012. But the compressor failed within two years. We had complained more than five times to your call centre. Then last week after 3 days your local service provider Mr. Shailesh ([protected]) send a person, which was not within the stipulated time frame of 24 hrs. His name was Mr. Kadir ([protected]). He changed the compressor and filled the gas. For a few hours it worked and then it stopped working. We again complained to your call centre on Friday. The same false service claim of attending within 24 hours was given. We then contacted Mr. Shailesh on Saturday who promised to send the person on Sunday, but no one turned up. Then on Monday he gave a bizarre reason of his own staff Mr. Kadir not picking up his phone call also. How on earth can Mr. Shailesh manage customers if he cannot manage his own staff. Again he promised to send till 7 p.m. on Monday but till today no one has turned up. Then we tried to contact Bhavana Patel your so called Customer Care Executive but she did not answer also. Every time they told that it will be attended within 24 hrs or 48 hrs. I think they have crossed their limits and have surpassed 7 DAYS….! India is behind in Customer Service and Underdeveloped because a Company like yours and the Team like yours is responsible for this. If this would have happened in your house or your relative’s house will this thing happen? NO! But because we are ordinary customers, we have to suffer. This letter is written by the undersigned who is a Corporate Trainer in the field of Human Resource And Management since last 21 years. You have provided me a case study which will benefit the Managers in the Corporate world. I don’t know how you will respond to this letter because I have lost all hopes, but still if you have slightest humanitarian approach you will solve my problem. Or else I pray Almighty God to give you enough strength to withstand the pain at last breath of your life, if at all you believe in Theory of Karma.         Good Day, I am facing a very difficult time in my life because of LG. My name is Nosrat Sayed and my number is [protected]. I have extended warranty of LG AC. I started facing issues with my AC from last year in October. It is 2014 June now and my AC is not yet fixed. They have taken my AC several times and returned it back without fixing it. I am tired of complaining LG service center and customer care but no one has helped me so far. The latest was that they fixed and got the AC back but they did not assemble it. It was left on the floor for a week. When I called the service center they said that my complaint has been cancelled and no one will come to assemble it. If I want someone to come then I must lodge a complaint again. The new complaint number is RN[protected]. I fail to understand that who cancelled my complaint? Also its been 8 months and LG has not solved my issue. I would like to say that you have lost a customer because of the service. This was the last time I bought a product from LG. The service is miserable. My complaints are being cancelled and not taken care without my knowledge. I need quick solution to my problem as its been 8 months and you have been unable to so.

          I had purchased a lg 1 tonne split ac on 5/5/2014, after only 1 week there is a continuous water leakage from the ac panel, I had registered the complaint in the lg customer care office, but the problem still persists. This is the 4 th time I had registered my complain.The service boy who for the third time came to repair the ac is making silly excuses which aren't tolerable, such negligence from the leading ac manufacturers is a shame and cannot be tolerated, if my problem is not resolved I may have to take legal action against the company.

              Last year on 15th May'13 I bought a Split AC (LSA5AR3M) S No - 304PAZQ053885. On 16th May'14 I registered a call for dismantle of my AC as we have to move some other place, next day LG Representative came to do the same and gave us his Ct No for Re installation also, next day on 18th May'14 I called him to re install the AC, they charged Rs3200/- from us for Re installation and assured us that the re installation is done and everything is perfect but after a week I found that the whole GAS of my AC was leaked out, and when I called LG customer care about the same they said there would be a charge of Rs2500/- for GAS Refilling and for any complaint they provided me the Area manager (Pooja Mathur) Contact No which was Switched off. Request you to look into this and resolve the issue ASAP without any further delay otherwise i have to go consumer court. Birender Rawat [protected]

                We bought LG LED TV (LG TV model 55LA6200 3D ) from Croma on 15 Jan 2014 for INR 114900 (invoice no. SLF02A[protected]. On 25th May 2014 evening (ie before expiry of 5 months from purchase), TV stopped working as it did not move forward from the power on screen. On 26th May 8am, complaint (number BOW260514fs00001) was registered with Croma. Nobody came within the promised 48 hours. Then we complained to LG directly but were told that Croma informed them about complaint only on 27th May ie one day later. LG guy told us that he would put our complaint on priority now. Still, their service guy finally came to visit us only on 29th noon but within 10 minutes told us that motherboard has to be replaced. He did not give us any document despite our asking but promised to call us on 30th morning to tell us when will motherboard be available. No call came and then we called him about 2 pm on 30th May. He said he would sms his senior's contact number from where we can find out the info. He did not sms the number and stopped taking our call after that. We called LG customer care again but they were unable to commit any timeline on availability of motherboard.

                  I request you to please take back your product and replace with a new one. It was really shocking to experience that the product ceased to work i.e sufficient cooling due to leakage of gas, as stated by persons who installed the product. The dealer had sent his men to attend to the problem who refilled the gas and stated that it will work for two days after which we will have to lodge complaint with the company. We have registered our complaint with your company as attached below . Your representative visited our place and merely had a look at the product and said the product will have to be dispatched to the company for refilling. If this is going to be the situation that t every two days gas will have to be refilled then there is something drastically wrong and inherent defect in the product. A brand new product should cause such problems within three days of purchase then it is not worth retaining. Lodging complaints has not resulted in any action. To put it candidly we are simply cooling our heels. Regret I should have had wisdom to go for other products. The least you can do is to replace the product without further delay.                       My LG 36” TV model no. 26LC7R is not working since last 6 months, repeated phone calls for repairs have been done, only once service engineer had come but couldnot repair as according to him the picture tube is faulty and needs to be replaced. However he said the model is discontinued hence even the picture tube is not available On further follow-up, I was directed to LG-ASM Mr Choksi, who insists that original bill is required for any replacement. My Original bill is lost as it is more than 4 yrs It is more than 6 months now, please look into the matter & get it repaired/repaired.                         I would like to report the extremly poor quality of response & service support from LG. We bought a dishwasher in 2012 which has a warranty for 2 years. Just few days before the expiry of the warranty period the appliance developed a defect which was reported to the call centre. We called several time with the same assurance that some one will come to attend the probem but it is now over a week & no response/resolution to the com[plaint reported. It is frustrating to see such irresponsible behavoiur from a company of such repute. Can you please help escalate this issue & ask some one from LG INdia to please help respond & resolve the defects.                             Greetings! Writing this mail as I could not connect to any of the contact numbers of LG office in Guwahati and have been sending mails, registered. I have been trying to sort out the issue since the 16th of May. Wish to bring to your notice that your AC service centre in Hatigaon, Guwahati came for servicing of AC to my parents residence in Binova Nagar, Lutuma charged Rs. 750 for a remote (though I am not aware of the rate as nothing is mentioned on the package) and asked for another Rs. 750 for servicing of 1.5 ton window AC. I am sure the service charge for a 1.5 ton window AC cannot be as high!! The only mistake of my aged parents is that they directly called the service centre and hence I do not have the reference number to the request. They went to my parents residence late evening and quickly cleaned the AC from outside and ended up asking for money. When I spoke to the technician and questioned why haven't you done proper servicing, his reply was "baido deri hoi goise so bahiror porae kori disu" ( we are getting late, so done it from outside). I want to know how much is the cost exactly and what should we pay. I shall lodge a complaint and call for servicing. We are loyal customers of LG products and almost all our appliances are LG. I did not want to escalate the matter too high as I do not want to trouble you for a simple servicing matter. Though I expect you to stop these fraud by the service centres.                               Refrigerator of my research lab was not working. After lodging a complaint the service provider at SAMBALPUR, ODISHA, INDIA took the refrigerator to the service center and took almost two months and give it back before one month in a good condition. Again the refrigerator is not working. Since it is Refrigerator of a Research lab and lots of costly chemicals are stored in it, i request you kindly repair it quickly.

                              i want to bring in to your notice that I bought a refrigerator
                              model no.-305VA5
                              s.no.-103NRZX043733
                              on 8/5/2011 from kashipur and it was not working properly
                              then we reported to our service centre and got it checked up.they changed some parts and gave it back to us but it was again not working well.
                              now, it is ther inyour service centre from the last six months and we are not getting any positive response frm service centre since then .
                              please take a note of this and let us know about the situation as soon as possible.

                              We purchased a frost free LG refrigerator of 322 litres from you about 2 months back, dated 18 January, 2015. You provided us a warranty Letter for 1+9 Years against any technical fault.
                              Having used it for about 2 months, We now find that the freezing Section of refrigerator is not working. After even visit of technician problem not resolved due to required Spare is not available. We are feeling great inconvenience due to our defective refrigerator.                                 Dear all LG Customer; Greetings! I am writing this mail to update you all about the real brand imagery of LG. I bought LG refrigerator B217BSJV of Rs. 66500/- against the invoice no. 3014 dated 07/02/2013 from LG shoppe (Apollo Sales Corporation) Dwarka. Within six month from the date of buying the refrigerator developed a snag in the electrical system & they replaced the faulty switch. I requested the dealer & the customer service authority for replacement but they all said it’s a minor problem which usually happens in 2 out of 5 so I left carelessly cause of busy schedule which I am realizing it’s a biggest mistake which I did at that point of time. Trail mail will says lot about the whole incident in chronological manner & reason for writing this mail. Again the refrigerator suddenly stopped working & we made a complaint on 16 May 24, 2014, (the complaint number RNA[protected] after repeated reminder customer service person visited on 18 May 2014. As per the customer service person the compressor is not working, irony is that the refrigerator door is having sticker which says “Compressor is having 10 years warranty”. I immediately called up the dealer & told him for the exchange but who cares after selling the product. These days customer is all “Custo ka mara hua” & no one is willing to listen you, after so many reminder from 18 may till 24 May 24, 2014, luckily on 24th May at 6 pm, two LG customer service person came to our house to replace the compressor & they replace the faulty part but still the refrigerator not got on so again they start searching for the defects & finally said PCV which is heart of the electrical system is also not working. Both the person got down & talking themselves “ yaar electrical connection direct kar dena tha aur customer ko nahi batana tha” (we should have done the electrical connection directly without intimating the customer). I am totally clueless after listening to the talk of these customer care executive who is all set to make fool out of a people, how can you trust the LG from where you buying these so expensive products & you are not sure about the quality & reliability of the same. Since evening incidence, I am talking to customer care & as per them they have ultimate line “We have taken your request & will forward to the concern department”. Finally I lost my temperament & then asked for the number of Customer Head so they said we are not authorized to share his number & landed up giving the number of Delhi Customer Care Officer – Himanshu Kumar – [protected] & local customer service supervisor – [protected] who all are having zero authority to take call in case of exchange or any kind of major problems. I am writing this mail only to make you aware & pl share among your community that these things are happening in LG (customer service persons are trying to fool customer). Also, pl share your experience if you have faced anything in past, this time I ll go all out for replacement, If need be I ll go myself to Greater Noida office to meet these big frauds who sits in corporate office.                                   Dear Sir, I have purchased a LG 1.5 ton Split AC from TMC in Vijayawada on 22/05/2014 your people visited my house on 23/05/2014 at around 8pm evening up on so many follow up calls & measured the dimensions of my room and told that need extra length of AC Pipes & It will be done on tomorrow, this is very bad, i have purchased AC & Kept it in my house for 2 days with out installing t, where other companies are installing AC with in Hours, Today again I have called LG service Local till now nobody came to my house.I am very much disappointed by purchasing LG AC in TMC.

                                      Pathetic service and staff. I had bought 3D LED in August 2011. In less than 3 years panel has gone bad. LG service engineer came and told that we need to replace panel. After few days they told that Panel is discontinued and there is no way they can repair. Shocked. They offered to buy back the TV at depreciated cost. I gave them bill. After 2 days they came back telling that they need original bill. This TV was under Bajaj finance and they keep the original bill. I talked to dealer where I purchased the TV and Bajaj finance. Both of them told that the bill I have is as good as original bill. I went back to LG and the guy there asked me to prepare affidavit for the same. I did that and contact LG again. Now the tone of the LG guy has got changed. Looks like he is not going to pursue the case as he told that it is still tough to get the money back. This is how the LG product and LG service is. You spend 1 lakh on a TV, it stops working in few months and there is no one to listen. My all home appliance(Washing Machine, Oven, Refrigerator, AC) are from LG. I am scared now if something goes bad.

                                      I got Bangalore LG customer care manager Mr. Raghunathan Umendra's contact([protected]) but he never picked up the phone. Then I got contact of Mr. Kandaswamy([protected]). He picked up the phone. He told me that we can't help and you can "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT" . This is the attitude of you customer care.

                                        I had bought a LG Washing Machine Model no.WD-1050F with serial no.101KW00132 0n13 Sep. 2001 .A few months back it developed some problem. The local LG centre was approached whose rep.visited but after some days said that the machine cannot be repaired. I then approached your helpline & my complaint was registerd vide id no RNA[protected] on 20 Apr.2014. whereafter rep of the service centre visited & said that some part is required to be replaced & the concerned quarters have been intimated for supply of the same. But on 22Apr 2014 I received an SMS that my service request is closed (Reason:Discontinued Part). This is quite disturbing that a large company like LG has a policy not to supply parts for a machine which is just 12 years old, This is a huge loss for me because for some parts my machine is becoming useless. I request that arrangments be made for repair of this machine at the earliest so that my machine becomes functional.
