Hi, We have many products of LG at our home. We recently had problem with our LG refrigerator and there is one small part which needs replacement. We registered a SR on 18th of JUN 2014 and we were told that part will be shipped from main warehouse as it is not available at the local store. Informed us after making couple of calls and redirected from one regional service center to other to finally know vague ETA of one week. So after one week we kept calling querying about the status just to be surprised to listen from one of the Senior representative that it will take another week ETA 30 jun 2014. And this product is not discontinued product, its in market! Customer go for products of brand like LG and others because we are made to believe these brands maintain high level of after sale services and have service centers locally available. So having no availability of small spare parts in the local warehouses and poor communication of situation and poor warehouse management is what I can take away from this transaction which really weakens my trust on LG services and product. Same will be for people who read this. So my question is really why there are shortages of spare part of 'in market' products and why this huge ETA. Doesn't this reflect on the Management of Warehouse by LG. Parts can be delivered from any part of India to others in just two Days!

    We purchased a LG TV and philips home theatre on 14th June. Till date no one has turned up to install the TV, Executive at Vijay sales told me that LG people will come and do the same. Infact delivery was also after follow up. I got a answer on the phone number registered on the envelope of the bill ( I am having Lunch, please call after some time). This was at 2.40 pm. I did had the delivery after waiting for whole day.. Its not a problem if its delayed, but it needs to be conveyed to the customer. We can understand there can be load of delivery. But surely you could inform and tell the tentative time. No use making somebody wait for whole day. Pathetic. Can somebody please get the TV installed/mounted. My cell no is [protected] Sandeep

      I bought LG Nexus 5 two months back from Flipkart. I kept my mobile in my jeans pocket and was driving bike. Suddenly when I took my mobile from the pocket, I found that the screen is broken. I would like to replace the screen with free of cost as I didn't throw my mobile on the ground. The quality of Gorilla Glass is poor. Even if we keep the mobile phone in jeans, if it is getting damaged, then what is the use of such costly LG Nexus 5?. I contacted Service center they told that it would take 8000/- to replace the screen. Even If replace the screen I have no guarantee that your product will not get broken next time. Please replace the gorilla glass with free of cost.

        Hi, My job no is : RNA[protected], attended on 21/05/2014 for my product LED 421S4600. LG Team not provided solution to us till date. Is it LG policy ? once product sold, Is there no important of service to customer. Nobody is taking care for customer or monitoring in LG and Hence not checking about why call is not completing even after one month . Kindly look in this matter and provide solution earliest.

            Hello Sir/Madam I am Sahil Bansal from Ludhiana, Punjab.I have complaint for the LG split A/c, whose outdoor is not working.I have complaint on[protected] and my Complaint RNA is[protected].On[protected] the technical Person has come and check the outdoor and said the parts are changed. I have called up no. of times to technical person as well as to the Ludhiana Service center manager(Mr. Rajiv), he was also not response me properly. LG service center employees are harassing the customer, for not giving the proper information to the customer.They are even not visit again to my office to check the A/c again. On[protected] when technical Person come they only check orally not properly check From[protected], A/c is not working, In this Hot weather, how it is possible to live without A/c. So I want to say that please give your concern to this.

              I bought the mentioned machine 3 months back and i am facing the subjected errors from day one...first i thought it was something normal and kept on going without really bothering..But this continued to happen every time i used this machine. i checked this on google and got to know that these are the issues which need to be fixed.                 Complaint againt City AirCool : LG

                Hello, We had registered for an AC cleaning service on 8th May and on 10th May one of the person from the LG franchise in Gaziabad - City Air Cool came and we also got the AMC done worth Rs-2054. On 10th May our AC started giving less cooling, we filed a complaint and there started the unfortunate journey. The technician came and said it was gas leakage.                 How long does it take to service an Air conditioner? I booked a service request on 12th June with a special request for service on 14th June which is a Saturday so that I am available when the technician comes. The issue was my 1.5 tonne split A/c was not cooling properly. He came, spent probably 5 mins and just casually mentioned there was a voltage issue and I need to buy a double booster stabilizer (that would cost around 5k). He was to get a replacement remote the next day but he never turned up. Try calling LG customer care Toll free number and you will realize how difficult it is to get through (similar to how difficult to get work done from their service staff). Numerous attempts later and after a wait for another week, I got through a service supervisor (apologies, I dont know his exact designation). The gentleman promised immediate assistance but again nobody turned up. The next day, the supervisor wouldnt lift his phone at all. numerous attempts went unanswered and an sms from me stating I am a customer elicited a call from him stating he was in a hospital (why couldnt he just have SMSed me that earlier, I wouldnt have bothered him at all). I again got his manager's number meanwhile and he promised assistance. By then, this was Saturday evening and my hopes of resolution were running out. A technician came at 5.30pm, inspected and found that a sensor is gone and promised replacement the next day. I waited till noon and called him up and he casually informed the part was not available. I was so frustrated I had to call the manager (I apologized disturbing him on a Sunday). He promised someone will call me in 30 mins but none did. I tried reaching him atleast a dozen times but he didnt pick up the calls. I know it is a sunday and I wouldnt want to disturb anyone but someone in LG has to pay the price for their chain of inefficiencies. And the worst thing that they can do is not answering calls. A simple SMS back stating they will call back in a particular time/date would have sufficed. My complaint number: RNA[protected]. The gentlemen who didnt lift my phone calls were Mr Prabhakaran and his supervisor Mr Srinivasan. I unfortunately dont know what their designations are. I would definitely like someone responsible calling me from LG. And I have decided no more LG products for my home.

                  RNA Number:[protected] To Whom Ever It may Concern: This Gopalakrishnan.V on behalf of Vijayalaskhmi.V ( Mother). We have a LG Split air condition. We have shifted our house from West Mambalam Chennai to Urappakam Chennai. We have the split Ac for past 3 years nearly and there was no problem with it. Expect for one time it ran out of gas and they refilled it. We got our AC booked in AMC (Extra Service Warranty) as per the advice of the technician. Now when we shifted our house we got the A/C installed by an Technician ( Non LG) from Shifting Agency( AMC did not say the A/C needs to be installed by LG technician only). After this the Air condition was running fine for a week. Then raised the problem, When we turn the A/C on the next door guy receives a shock. We got our apartment electrician check out the circuits of our house but nothing was wrong with house electrical circuit.Then we called in this stupid good for nothing LG service. A under qualified technician came in said the problem is due to the A/C stabilizer and asked us to change it. We did the same and still the problem is not solved (My neighbour still received the shock when i turned on the A/C). We again raised a complaint. Those good for nothing service engineers were playing dirty tricks by coming home when none us were there and marking our requests as door locked/Customer unattended etc..I got irritated and raised a complaint in LG consumer complaints forum also called a dozen of LG service mangers. Finally one Technician came checked and reported that the A/Cs compressor has gone bad and that is why its causing the problem. They took 2 weeks after that to replace the compressor and now my neighbour is not receiving any shock. But my A/C itself is malfunctioning. I am not getting the cooling. A/C is on and my out door unit is not running after 15 min. Again raised a complaint. Technician came told the place where the out door unit is laced is does not suffice ventilation and needs to be shifted. I got angry and asked them to do it for free since i have already spent for stabilizer. I told them if they shifted the out door unit and still if the problem persist i will not pay. Hence they asked some supervisor to come check the problem. He confirmed that there is no problem with the A/C ventilation etc and the problem is with in the out door unit. Yesterday there was a power shut down in my area hence the supervisor could not check. When the power came back i called the supervisor, he said he cannt come since its late and would come today. When i called today he is not picking up. Can any one please help. I am reaaly frustrated with LG. I do not know why they are playing like this, and even getting doubtfull whether they have any experts in reparing the A/C. If they do not have why promise Good Life to consumers. Really very Bad and no method to raise complaint to the management directly too. Then how on earth we are to notify this and get this doen. PLEASE HELP CAN NOT KEEP GOING HERE AND THERE

I called on LG toll Free No ([protected]) for registering compliant however they told me to call Nearest service center ([protected]), Mira Road for Help (Service). I got good response earlier, One engineer came initially, he took hardly 5Min for observation (so much in hurry). And Informed “GAS leakage issue”, another Engineer will come to replace GAS, However Engineer didn’t came on next day, After so much follow-up Engineer came and he Found Compressor issue. Now after that No one came till date. I called LG service center more than 15 times to follow-up, still my issue is open. After call I am getting same answer “Tomorrow engineer will come for sure” “We are sending Engineer right now”. Still the same. Once I got call after so much escalation that “Engineer is on the way”. But he is still on the way. This is really frustrating and spends lot of mental efforts. We have a family of 12 People, and had lot of issues during these periods. I need compensation for this unsatisfactory/bad service form LG. Thanks, Rohan

                          From the very beginning after purchase of Nexus 5 I am facing the problem of sound. During call, the mobile sound works well on speaker but without speaker the sound quality is worse. I went to the Service centre, they changed a hardware 2 times but still the problem remains.                             I have a LG semi automatic washing machine, for which I had reported complaints several times, three it has been serviced but not satisfactory any time, though paid the charges all the three times ( Serviced by Lovely the service Engineer). Now again the same problem has occurred as last time few parts where even changed, but again the same problem we are facing i.e spin tub not working. Now I had logged a complaint on 16/6/2014 but till now it has not been attended, when we called that service Engineer Lovely on his mob [protected], first of all he spoke very rudely, and when asked when he is coming he clearly denied that he don't had the complaint with him. Then I asked him about his senior number he just gave a land line number [protected] to contact, when called there one lady asked about all the incident, and when I incited her to connect to the seniors over there, she connected to Mr Raminder, to whom I detailed all the case. He told he will arrange some other engineer for the visit, and when I asked for the Mail id for marking a complaint against Lovely he first clearly denied to give the mail id, then again on inciting he gave his personal id, when I asked about his official id he clearly said NO, and when I asked for the customer care ID to launch a complaint he told me to search on my own, he is unaware about that. How it can be that the employee of LG are unaware about the customer care ID or they don't want to give it to people .                               Hi I bought a new split ac from a lg dealer (v-mart) in Nellore district, just one week after installation water is coming into my room I complained to the dealer but there is no response from him no service person has turned up till now it has been one month since installation i tried calling lg customer care ([protected]) atleast at least 20 times but they are not even picking up. I never expected such a bad service by lg, I don't know where to give a complaint and what to do with the ac. Please never but lg products.

                                I am using all LG products - double door refrigerator, Microwave oven, and Washing machine. On June 8th, we booked a fridge for our friend, against full cash payment in LG outlet, Anna Nagar, Chennai. They asked four days to get the grey color we had opted for. No response till Thursday and when we called they said they had two holidays and so couldn't deliver. Then they delivered on Friday, and said installation would take 24 hours. We waited till Saturday evening and they didn't even call. When we called they said it will take another 24 hours. When we insisted that it was already a week, they said its easier to install by ourselves. After shouting at them, they said that the person would come by 11 am on Sunday. Again we waited and no damn technician turned up. So we left for lunch by 1 pm and the guy called. We asked to come by 4 but he refused.so, our fridge is still uninstalled! And all this for opting LG showroom without going to a retailer. I shall never ever go for an LG product again neither will I recommend one.

                                  I m Anand Kumar residing at Faridabad. I had called LG customer care on 09/6/2014 and complain about my LG Plasma TV which was not working. I got complain no.RNA[protected]. LG technician came on 13/06/14 & change part then but TV was not working then he told some other parts also to be changed but at present we don't have it will take 3-4days. 8-9 days spent after my complain but still my LG Plasma TV is not working. I contacted Manoj Chauhan (cell no.-[protected]) & Jitendra (cell no.-[protected]) many a times but every time they was making some excuses. Shame on your service.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am LG customer using your products - double door refrigerator
                                    (GL 305VT5, Dated[protected], Microwave oven (MC-7880PSR, Dated[protected],
                                    Washing machine (WD-80490, Dated 9-06-09) and 32 inch LED TV. I have registered
                                    a service complaint for the product 32” LED TV due to damage of display panel
                                    by my child on[protected] and gets registered. Your Customer service department
                                    informed that the above TV cannot be serviceable due to the stopping of that
                                    model. The above said TV was purchased only on[protected] with 3 years and 5
                                    months old. I don’t know, if a new product had been stopped within 3 and ½ year
                                    means, what is the fate of the product and also be the customer. So, please do
                                    some fruit full steps to repair or to change my TV at the earliest possible.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you in regard to the problem which I am facing with my LG refrigerator (Model No. GL-4060MQ_ASIQEBN (IN)) for the past more than 10 days now. We registered a complaint with LG Help Line number on 5th June, 2014 with Request No.[protected]. On 7th June an engineer came to our home to check the refrigerator and told us that problem is with compressor and it needs to be replaced. He also gave us an estimated cost of replacement of compressor to Rs. 6000 and told us that it needs to be carried away for repairs to our service centre. On the same day 7th June, refrigerator was taken to the service centre. On 12th June in the morning we received a call from the service centre that refrigerator has been repaired and they are dispatching it from service centre. We received it at 12 noon on same day. At 3:00 PM we switched on the refrigerator and to our surprise it did not started cooling, seems nothing was fixed. Immediately we called at the service centre to complain and they sent an engineer to check at 4:00 PM. He checked the refrigerator and informed that this needs to be checked by another engineer. Since then we are trying to contact service centre everyday but they are not bothering our requests. As you can see the weather condition these days are extremely hot and living without refrigerator in a family is a major issue. So, I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action as early as possible. Waiting for an early resolution to our genuine concern.
