To whom it may concern I have purchased a Lg 3D LED 32' Tv on 21st Aug 2013 and since then it has a problem in 3D mode and that is when watching 3D movies after a while the sound goes off...and need to restart the tv to get back the sound and in A/V and HDMI mode the picture goes off for a while and comes back within 10 to 20 Seconds but the sound is there... Several times i had complained about this problem to the service center ...and they have changed the main board and the power supply board but...the problem has not been resolved... and last time when I complained about the issue...they have refused to come for the service... i am just feeling helpless and hopeless...and now the last option left for me is to move to the consumer forum court... regarding this matter... please advice me what to do...and kindly do the needful as soon as possible... thanking u...     Washing machine was not getting start. Power input signal is not coming. Called to customer care, got complain ID RNA[protected]on 28th April. Engineer visited on 29th April, on checking infromed that problem is with service board and need to change. Informed that till 2nd may it will be done. 2nd may not came and continuous follow up with customer care engineer came on 4th may with new service board. Installed new service board but still problem persists. As per engineer if problem with service board than machine would have started with new service board. This seems that service board may be old repaired or else machine is having other problem Service engineer could not conclude the problem and also not able convince. The local service at Amritsar not responding properly and also not answering. Looking into the matter seems service engineer are not properly trained for troubleshooting. Request to take up the matter on top priority.

      Device - AC I have entered into AMC with the company. Ist work after AMC was service of the AC. After service, the first time when i start the AC i.e on 25th april, it shuts down itself within 10 min. I called Customer care the very next day i.e 26th april, 2014. On 27th i.e next day approx after 36 hours employees came home to check out the problem and after knowing they said that they will wait for only 10min and if it does shut down in 10 min then it means your AC is perfect. I asked them to wait for more minutes as it is a machine and it is not mandatory that if it shuts down in 10 min on that night then now also it will shut down in same time. After giving some suggestions and after CHARGING CONVEYANCE CHARGES OF RS 281 FROM US, they left. On 30th april at night, i suffered a new problem when i found that my A.C is not starting up that . I have filed a complaint in customer care in the morning around 8am i.e on 1st may, 2014. Till now, i have not got any response from company's side. BEFORE AMC, MAINLY BEFORE SERVICE MY AC WAS PERFECTLY FINE.IT WAS NOT CREATING ANY PROBLEM BUT SINCE AFTER THE SERVICE IT IS EITHER SHUTTING DOWN IN BETWEEN OR NOT STARTING UP. I AM SUFFERING IN TWO WAYS, FIRST IN THIS HOT WEATHER MY AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SECONDLY SERVICE IS VERY POOR I.E YPUR COMPANY OFFERS LATE SERVICE AND THIRDLY EMPLOYEES CHARGE CONVEYANCE CHARGES FROM US. AC IS CREATING PROBLEM BECAUSE OF THE DEFAULT BEING MADE BY YOUR EMPLOYEES DURING SERVICE AND CONVEYANCE IS BEING CHARGED FROM US..WHAT IF IT CONTINUE CREATING SOME OR THE OTHER PROBLEM ??         I have 2 1.5 Ton split AC under AMC, due to Gas leakage the AC is not cooling effectively. I have logged a complaint (RNA[protected] on 25th April 2014 but no service engineer called me or attended within the 2 hours as mentioned by the customer care representative. I called again on 26th April & 28th April to customer care, the representative on both occasion told that an urgent reminder would be sent. I gain called the Area Manager on the cell number provided by customer care representative, she said I would definitely get the service done by Tuesday 29th April but still now I did not receive any call from anyone.

          Further to my complaint which was registered on 2nd April, 2014. I received a call from LG Electronics and a service man visited to have a look for my freezer issue. And as expected he also told to change the rubber gasket of freezer, when we replied him that the rubber gasket for door has been changed a month ago, then he took the pain to actually investigate the cause behind problem and noticed that gasket was not installed properly on the door of freezer and hence there was frost deposition. This helped us subsiding the frost deposition to some extent but its still not as per the expectation because there was no frost deposition in my freezer around an year or some months ago. I am still expecting a quick resolution to my problem. And the solution should be full proof and not the interim one. Please find my complaint of 2nd April below. Hi, I had purchased a LG frost free refrigerator around 4 years back and from last one year I am facing the problem of frost deposition inside the freezer compartment of my refrigerator. I have registered a series of complaints with LG Customer Care for this and everytime their service personnel visits me he tells me different reasons for deposition of frost. Here I am quoting the different reasons as quoted by service personnel: Incident 1: The service personnel told me that you are not closing the gate of your freezer properly hence the frost is being deposited. My solution: I started closing the gate properly and also keeps a watch on it and close the gate properly everytime. But still same deposition of frost. Incident 2: The service personnel told me that you are keeping temperature very low, hence frost is being deposited. My Solution: I set the temperature as prescribed by him, but still the frost deposition is same as previous. Incident 3: The service personnel told me that you some sensors of your refrigerator are not working properly, you need to replace them. My Solution: I told him that please go ahead and replace the sensors. He replaced the sensors and handed over the bill to me. But still nothing could help as frost deposition is still the same. Incident 4: The service personnel told me that the gasket of your freezer door is not in good condition and you must replace it. My Solution: I told him that go ahead and replace the gasket of my freezer door, but when he got new gasket I just compared it with old gasket and to my surprise they were in same condition, but as per service personnel, the older gasket had become very tight, hence door was not closing properly and hence the frost deposition. Then he replaced the gasket and charged me around Rs1300. But the still the same problem exists. Incident 5: The service personnel told me that you are keeping huge amount of stuff in your refrigerator hence the frost deposition, so he told me that either I should reduce the stuff in refrigerator. He also told me that I should stop keeping the stuff in freezer for some days so that frost deposition would end. My Solution: I immediately reduced the amount of stuff in freezer but still the same problem. So, here I would like to question LG Electronics that is it so difficult to accept their mistake whatever it may be in the refrigerator and resolve it. Even I had paid some amount two times but still they were not able to resolve the problem. And in the last incident the service personnel told me to remove everything and stop keeping stuff in my freezer to check whether frost deposition is reduced or not, so its like if I have a vehicle and there is some sound in engine, so company-man will told me to stop using the vehicle so there will be no voice. I expect LG to resolve my problem at the earliest and they should also answer to the hassles I have faced and why my problem was not resolved even after paying hefty amount in name of service and spare parts.             I have purchased LG TV 21FU3AG (CODE 21FU3AG) chasis No. 810LPGE017423 from Vijay Sales, Mumbai on 27/10/2008. I had 3 years (2+1) warranty at the time of purchase given by LG . This TV started giving trouble in 2 nd year and it was regularly repaired by the company under warranty, After initial warranty expiry on 27/10/2011, the technician suggested to take AMC contract for 3 years because TV was giving problems, Therefore, I took AMC for 3 years for the period from[protected] to[protected] at Rs.1191 cash . Since OCT 2011, my TV was off due to some problem many times and i can give few dated as on 12/10/11, 19/3/12, 24/7/13, 15/10/13, 2/9/13, 10/11/13, 21/11, 13, 3/2/14 . TV was also taken to Workshop by SIGMA Services, Mumbai on 10/11/13 and 3/2/14. Now on 25/4/2014, TV is taken by them to Workshop and not yet given back. I spoke to Mr Samir, Incharge on[protected] today on 28/4/2014 and requested him to look into the matter and recommend to LG company for a replacement as TV is still giving regular problem. I had got a call from Mr javed Alam from Noida on 1/12/2013 for an inquiry about frequent complaints of this TV and I had also requested him to check the record of complaints and requested him to replace this TV. I would like to bring to your notice that i am lucky to have this AMC 3 yrs contact, otherwise i would have face lot of financial problem for this TV. Any TV does not give so much problem frequently. On all above days my TV was off for 1 or 2 days or more also . I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and consider my case for replacement of TV as I am LG true customer.               AMC for Window AC. Call Reference RNA[protected] DTD 26/04/2004 1415 HRS. First- I tried booking call on Friday evening. Cust-Care said servers were down. Finally could register call only on SAT 26th 1415 hrs. 24 hrs and MORE over now. Nobody came. Nobody called. I called LG customer care at[protected] several times and nobody is helpful., Keeps talking like parrots repeating standard replies. And wants me to wait and wet.. Seems no escalation possible. And my AC is under AMC and needs to be serviced. I have been cheated if AMC service is so hard to get. like this Thanks

                Sir, This is regarding product refrigerator brand LG, The problem started from the day one, I purchased the refrigerator on 04.04.2010 from M/s Kay Dee Electronics (NOIDA-UP). When the person from LG visited for demonstration, it was observed that the door lock was not functioning since the lock & slot were mismatched completely. The person tried to resolve the issue but could not succeed. He finally told me that the service center people shall resolve the problem. After continuous follow up the person from service center came up with solution i.e “Prepared edge with knife to fit in the slot anyhow.”I was completely shocked with the way the LG people treated the event. Anyway I didn’t bother, as the lock has no utility for me. The problems did not come to a end, as I faced some more operational problem afterward, > After sometimes I realized that the cooling is not proper. I made a complaint to customer care on 08.07.2011 regarding the problem. The service center visited and rectified the problem with gas charging. I was little satisfied, as I didn’t have to pay any amount, being the product in the warranty period. > After few months of working the problem again came and I made a complaint on 10.10.2011 for the same. Again the problem got resolved by charging the gas again. I was sill satisfied as I didn’t have to pay any amount, being the product in the warranty period. With above both incidents I failed to understand that how many times the problem shall be faced even if it is in warranty period. The warrant period simply does not mean that the problem can be faced no. of times within warranty period. After few months of operation, it was again, I faced the same problem (i.e. Improper cooling). I made a complaint on 03.07.2013 vide ref. no. RNA[protected]. The person from LG visited the same and suggested the gas charging on chargeable basis as the product is out of warranty. I verbally put forth my above points and told that the this is third time that I am facing the same problem. I was told that this time the gas charging shall be done properly and you will not face problem anymore. Any how I got convinced by LG executive and the refrigerator taken to the workshop on 10/07/2013 for gas charging etc and I had to paid for that. Also on 24/09/2013, thermostat got replaced on chargeable basis. Again this time the same problem has come and I am unable to understand what to do.I could not think that with a renowned LG brand, how can I face such problem. With above I request to please look in to the matter and issue some suitable directive in this regard.

                  Hi, I am Rajesh Kumar from chennai. I had egistered complaint before one and half months regarding my LED monitor not functioning. technician visited my place and said currently spare not available and asked time.. After five days i received call from LG customer service adambakkam. said led monitor model was stopped, so we will replace it with new one. My monitor still under warranty. I have submitted original bill in adambakkam LG service point. after one month also still i didnt get any response. I dont get proper response from LG adambakkam or LG. When i called LG care, they gave me Service head number which is not totally useless, no one picks the call, this is the number they have [protected]. and the lg adambakkam service number which nobody picks the ca ll[protected]/11/12/13.                     Bought LG nexus 5 on 28/03/2014, on next day i got the front camera problem, they restored me and given, and again 4 days later i got the same problem i went for a LG store in DSNR they updated the software and given, and again i got the problem in FRONT camera..IN just 12 days i went to STORE for 3 times and the response was very ruuude...I asked FOR A REPLACEMENT..he says our WORLDS NUMBER ONE COMPANY DOES NOT REPLACE FOR 15 DAYS...what the bull izz thisssss, , , , , , why i have to buy LG then worst and BEEEKAAARRRR policyy.

                      I had purchased the refrigerator from Vijay Sales in the month of Feb 14 as a gift to my mother in law. After about 10 days of purchase of the fridge there was an issue of water leakage from the back of the fridge and there used to be sudden noise from the compressor of the fridge which is quite loud.. Since it was a gift she didn’t want to inform me of this issue and used to be wiping the water and off and bearing the noise till she could and in mid/3rd week of March she gave way and informed us of the concern. We immediately logged a complaint with LG customer care (RNA[protected] and they sent a rep to have it checked. He came and just reduced the temperature of the fridge and heard the noise of the compressor and told that this is the usual noise from the compressor. This should stop in a couple of days and if it doesn’t to reach out to him. Though he mentioned a couple of days we yet patiently observed it till a week post which we again reached out. He again came and started saying that this is normal. We again logged a complaint (RNA[protected] as this is just not acceptable to have sudden loud noises from the fridge as my mother in law is old and when in the kitchen if there is a sudden noise it is very scary. She is very frightened from the time we have changed the fridge to the so called gifted refrigerator LG.. Furthermore there is another issue that has erupted which is that all vegetables kept in the fridge are rotting… Inspite of thrice the LG rep coming over there was no resolutions given other than just workarounds but in vain.. I did reach out to Kadambari the CCO and she mentioned that she would address this concern with LG and come back in 2 days.. When I didn’t receive a call from her I did further escalate this matter on the 11th April to Charan Balaji (ASM) who asked me to text the last complaint no and that he would investigate the concern and get back shortly. The least that he could do is to acknowledge the receipt of the SMS. I was wondering whether he received the same or not and hence tried reaching him nothing less than 5 times but he just wouldn’t answer the call and neither was bothered to call back. I did try reaching out to him thrice at various times next day (12th April) and as usual his cell phone was not answered.. Frustrated by the service received from LG I did reach out to get the contact of Ajayn (DSM) who then intervened and then the case was investigated.. The senior technician of LG visited the site on 12th April and saw the rotten vegetables.. However the sound was not there when he visited but I had informed my mother in law to record the sound that comes which is as attached. This has been recorded this morning(14th April which is on the lower side and the regular one is louder than this) as the recording done yesterday got deleted in the midst of transferring from cell phone to desktop . A pic of the rotten vegetables are also attached.. The fiasco of vegetables rotting is continuing from a week to 10 days which is causing unnecessary expenses and also the sound from the compressor is just not acceptable.. This is not the first time that we are using a fridge to be told that this is the normal sound from the compressor.. I am totally frustrated by the service and looks like I have paid for getting mental stress from LG. I demand an immediate resolution (ageing from 24th March since the first date of complaint)which is a replacement of the fridge (Brand new unit) in which complete quality check is conducted to ensure no noise from compressor and no other issues being reported or the refund of the entire amount along with compensation for the inconvenience caused. When there was no revert on to the email sent on 14th April I did reach out to Charan Balaji following the protocol but as usual he did not answer the call. I tried twice and later gave up and spoke to the DSM and asked him on the update. He mentioned that as per the report submitted by the technician the unit is working perfectly fine. I then asked him then what about the snaps provided to which he made a statement that “This can never happen and we are not sure what you are trying to get out of this.” I was shocked to hear such a statement from a person at such a level who inturn questions the proofs provided and the creditability of the proofs.. This is totally ridiculous and I fail to understand how a representative of LG can even make such statements. I totally lost it then and reached out to Mr Sajid Sayed from the LG regional office based at Andheri branch on the same day (16th April) who heard the issue and mentioned that since it doesn’t pertain to his branch he can’t comment on the same but would ensure that I receive a revert from the HO. I again patiently waited till 18th April post which I went down to the LG office and met up with him and informed him that I would like to speak to somebody senior and responsible. He then reached out to Paritosh Mahatha with whom I spoke and explained him the entire episode. He immediately informed the senior technician to visit the site and mentioned that he would call back and advise what the issue is. The technician did visit and was there for a while and when he was there the sound again erupted.. Have been given to understand from my mother in law that by the time he could record the sound it has started to become bleak. He also increased the temperature of the unit to 4 which was originally on 2 (kept by the technician who had visited the site for the 1st time). Based on the assurance received from the technician that it would now work fine my mother- in law had called for an icecream and had kept it in the defrost section. To her surprise the next day the Ice cream had almost melted and she ate whatever was remaining in the box just to ensure that it doesn’t go waste and is now down with a stomach infection and undergoing medications .Whatever stuff that is kept in the unit gets spoilt.. She is totally frustrated and so am I with the faceloss for gifting her with such a defective product from LG trusting LG to be a brand that could be trusted not knowing the after effects what I would go through. Had I to know that this is what I would get I would have brought a unit from another company. As usual I did not hear back from anyone in LG till the 22nd April when I did call Paritosh twice and the call went unanswered and the third time it was answered. He did apologize that he could call back and promised that he would call back once he speaks to the DSM. He did call back only to mention that the unit is working perfectly fine and there is no problem in the same.. I would like to draw everybody attention that I do not have the time and liberty in the world to simply call and send emails to LG if the unit was perfectly fine and not receive a revert from LG.. I am totally frustrated with such a service from LG not knowing what I am supposed to do with the unit which is worthless to me as it just can’t be used. Need intervention from someone senior and responsible who could look into the matter on top priority and help with a resolution. Addressing the above issue in the consumer forum with a hope that at least I would get a hearing ear than a deaf one as received from LG. Hope I would not be disappointed. The ticket no is 636958..                         I am writing you in a extreme distress due to attitude of Reliance digital store & and LG electronics. I had purchased 47 “ LG LED TV, 310 litres refrigerator & AC from Reliance digital store, Aundh, Pune on Nov 01, 2013 for my New house. I had paid around 20 % advance & remaining I took loan from Tata Capital. Since possession of my House was due in Dec 13 I told them to deliver in Dec on my confirmation . However due to delay in my possession I asked them to deliver in March. On 15th March I got confirmation of my possession & thus we again visited Reliance digital store & gave them the confirmation to deliver on March 20th which they agreed, However next day Reliance store called us & said that they don’t have the models selected by us & hence they have to get it from their central store & it may take some time. On 31st March we again visited the store and asked them to deliver since it was auspicious day ( Gudi Padwa). They said today we are busy and can not commit about deliveries. Since then we have made 3 visits but now they say we don’t have those models & now we have to select other available models. We had no options but to check other models. Now the current rates of Refrigerator & AC have gone up by 5 – 7 thousand as now it is a season & when we had purchased it was off season. However TV rates are reduced but they said they have that piece in TV and thus we have to buy only that. In totality we are forced to pay higher prices for Refrigerator & AC despite of no mistake from our side. We have already paid the amount & they have no right to sell the pieces/ models they have already sold to us. Now we are going & coming but there is no one who can understand our agony & resolve the issue. They have taken enough of advantage of the fact that my money is with them & despite of their fault they have been creating nuisance. I request the forum to penalize them for their mistake & get us compensation .

                        For the last one month i am following up for the delivery of products but it seems no one is keen in understanding my situation. I request you to kindly deliver it or cancel the invoice n refund. I fail to understand why are we deliberately irritating customer. If mistake has happened it is ok but let us move on.

                          I have given my AC for repairing at Hardwar service center on 10 Apr 2014. He told me that Coil of the AC will be replaced. I have waited for 10 days, but still service center person is saying that it will take more 10 days to get new coil. So today i asked to return my AC. He sent back AC to my home, but no service center person came to put it in the window where it was earlier installed. Even i do not know whether service center person has replaced my working parts and made my AC condition more bad because I can not check the AC my self. Please take necessary action regarding LG service center Hardwar. Please send some AC repairing person so that i can confirm my AC condition is same as before giving for repairing. I request please take hard action regarding Hardwar AC service center. As an advocate, I am also preparing for legal action against LG and Hardwar service center for Harassment and bad service and wasting my time. Regards, Saurabh

                            Model : WF - T7514EN Capacity : 6.5 Kg Serial No : W340410AB000047IN Problem Logged : I am getting “FAN Belt Slipping Sound ” while operating washing Machine, there is no other problem observed. Machine is working perfectly fine. Machine is outside Warranty & this will be a chargeable Service call. 17/12/2012 : Call Logged (Reference No # RNA[protected] 18/12/2012 : First Visit by Technician Vinod, Recommended gear Box replacement 20/12/2012 : Gear Box replaced, after replacement machine stopped rotating properly moving only in one direction, Billed amount 3500 + 450 (service Charges) 22/12/2012 : Replaced Fan Belt (charges Rs 180), Collected total bill amount Rs 4130. Machine producing more sound, technician left home saying new parts making some noise it will settle down in 2-3 days, call me if it remain there and left home. On 25/12/2012 : There is no improvement, machine producing more noise (start additional noise of drum touching side walls), Complain reported to technician On 29/12/2012 : Technician took washing machine to service center to fix the issue On 04/01/2013 : Technician bring washing machine and asked to check it, problem remains same and there was no improvement, technician asked to use it for 1-2 days and call again if its not resolved On 05/01/2013 : Called the technician as no improvement. Technician assured to to come and check it After continuous follow-up for one week technician taken machine back to service center. On 15/01/2013 : Technician taken machine back to service center to fix it, On 24/01/2013 : technician returned machine without any fix and assured to check it in 2-3 days by some other technician In this duration i was continuously following up with LG service center in Bhiwadi. On 5/02/2013 : I gave up to follow-up with local service center and Technician and called LG (toll free) to complaint against local service center and Technician. (New Complaint logged Ref No # RNA[protected] On 7/02/2013 : Another technician visited and recommended Shocker replacement. After one week technician came and replaced 3 shockers. there is no improvement, problem even got worse, machine become completely inoperable, anyone can see unbalanced drum from blind eyes. When i inquired technician for changing only 3 not 4, according to him only 3 shockers there in stock so i replaced three. I do servicing of normal washing machine, i didn't know how to fix fully automatic washing machine. Sir (LG service Center) instructed me to replace the shockers so i came to replace it No payment taken by service center for Shockers so Far. On 8/02/2013 : Again follow-up LG service center, they send another technician who din't know even operating fully automatic washing machine. He left saying other engineer will visit. LG service Center Bhiwadi keep on giving excuse for month stating another technician will come from Noida On 26/03/2013 : I lost all hope in LG local service Center and complaint to LG (Toll Free) (New Complain logged Ref No # RNA[protected] Call was escalated LG senior department, there were follow-up calls for 15 days but no solution technician visit. On 9/04/2013 : As there was no resolution of issue by escalation department i requested to log another complain against local Service Center, and LG Customer Care.( New complaint logged Ref No # RNA[protected] There was follow-up calls from Bharti (in LG Customer Care) regarding technician visit but there was no visit done after repetitive complains. On 28/04/2013 : Call escalated to Mr. Yadav, arranged conference call with Bharti, Mr. Narender, Yadav, Local service Center, got assurance of complain resolution. (New complaint logged Ref No # RNA[protected] No technician visit after multiple false commitment for 3 days On 01/05/2013 : As there was no resolution, no satisfactory response from LG customer Care, Service center another escalation made. (New complain logged Ref No # RNA[protected] Than i left back to Dubai, in between my parents called LG service Center 3-4 times but no satisfactory answer, so they left all hope and stop following up on this issue. All the calls were closed by LG customer care without getting any feedback, or customer sign-off on Technician Filed visit form. On 11/11/2013 : I came back from Dubai and called LG customer care to get status of my complain, i got shocked that all complains were closed by Service center without customer signoff / feedback. Local Service Centre took both the unit, repaired and installed. However, within one month AC started giving trouble. Again the Local Service Centre was contacted and they refilled cooling gas. But again within one month it started giving trouble (no cooling). Again I approached your local service centre but no one attended my complaint. Thereafter, season changed and I went abroad. After returning from abroad, on 31st March 2014 I lodged a fresh complaint with Local Service Centre. They again collected the both, in door and out door, units on 3rd April 2014. Despite repeated reminders and even complaining on the Customer Care phone, more than two weeks have passed and I have not received any satisfactory reply.                                 I have requested chiller tray from L.G. service center for refrigerator model no. GL-205KMG5/2012 I reached habsiguda service center on saturday 12.04.14 and they said the stock is not available and come on monday 14.04.14, i called lg service center on monday and they said come on tuesday, on tuesday i again called the service center but nobody received the call so i called from other number and the receptionist lift the phone and started talking rudely saying why are you calling again and again for the same thing and she kept on hold for more than 10 minutes Is this the way to talk to customers? Especially a lady customer? LG..no wonder you are not market leader in home appliances. On friday they told the chiller tray will be available for Rs 280/- and on tuesday they said the product is available for Rs 497/-. Thee people don't know the rate of their own products properly and they are working for LG. When i reached the habsiguda service center the manager started talking rudely, i told him to atleast show the tray fits perfectly in fridge so that i dont have to travel so far from tilak nagar again but he said if you require the product take it or leave it as he don't care. obviously i paid for the chiller tray and when i asked for a plastic cover to put the chiller tray so that i can drive back in my scooty safely. he said we won't give anything. We had a very long argument and he was very rude and he was confidently saving that they know how to take cae of customers. These peoople can't sell a product of Rs 500/- properly and are supposed to maximize the sale of LG LG!!! Once again no wonder you are not market leader and Samsung is!!! I have 2 LG LED TVs, 1 LG nexus mobile, 2 LG fridge I swear i won't buy any LG product and won't let my colleagues or friends to buy any LG product.                                   I filed a complaint about
                                  my LG microwave oven, ( only the microwave oven was not getting heated, but all
                                  other operations like grill, rotation, fan etc were working)and received a
                                  RNA NO:[protected], after about 3 days
                                  a rep named KRISHNA VISITED AND TOLD THAT
                                  MEGNATRON has to be replaced, but in the process he removed all the connections,
                                  and changed it, but without connecting all the wire, he put on the power
                                  supply, and suddenly, the system tripped, and he himself told that he should
                                  have connected the wires, before putting on the power. HE without even
                                  switching off the main MCB was tried to pull the plug out. On enquiry he told
                                  he has joined LG only 3 months back and is an armature, left telling that he
                                  will come with the fuse. The next day he came with the fuse and put on, without
                                  again checking the connections, which resulted smoke from the transformer. Even
                                  then the without offing the MCB pulled the main plug. This was his professionalism.
                                  Now the full oven is out of order, next he will tell that the mother board has
                                  gone ETC ETC.


                                  Kindly send a good
                                  professionalist personnel to repair at least let them bring back it to the
                                  original condition before they touched (ie except heating in microwave all
                                  other operations were very prefect)

                                  out of the situation,

                                    Hi All, I heard a lot of praise of LG products in the past due to which I bought a LG Washing Machine (Model No. P8035R37) on[protected] with a warranty of 2 years. Last month, dated[protected], I had an issue with my washing machine due to which I called up customer support for their help (Complaint no. RNA[protected]. One of the support guys came to my home and took the photograph of my washing machine and told me that someone would revert back but no one did. Then I called Customer support again on[protected] fot the same issue (Complaint no.[protected]. Couple of technician came to my house and again they did nothing and told that someone would revert back but no one did. Then I had to call customer support again on[protected] for the same issue (Complaint no.[protected] but still the issue was not fixed. So then I called up again on[protected] but again nothing happened (Complain no.[protected]. So, after calling you guys 4 times with no result, frustration took over me and then I called up again at[protected] in which they gave me the number of mr. Himanshu ([protected]). I called him up to discuss my issue, then he gave me the number of mr. Mukesh Gulati([protected]). Mr.Mukesh told me that I will be sending some technicians in the evening but again no one turned up. I agagin called up Mr. Mukesh on[protected], he said I would call you back but even he didn't reverted back to me as of now. Seems like he is not capable enough to resolve my problem so as LG customer support team. It's been a month now I am calling you guys but no one is taking a step forward to resolve my issue. is this how you make your customer's LIfe Good which is your moto.                                       Hi I bought LG smart tv 2 weeks back. Tv got installed but demo not given by LG person. I called the customer care and they just create a request number in their system, but nobody came to provide demo for my smart tv. In fact 2 person came from LG, but they them self dont know how to connect the tv with wifi. I am now really fed up in calling the customer care and if you are not going to take action, I request you to take back the tv and will file a case against LG for giving defective product.moreover if you are not going to show me the features from my tv by way of demo, I will surely going to send a mail to top officials like your CEO, CFO, BOARD OF DIRECTORS etc. contact my mobile [protected] for further details.

                                        Hi Team, I have purchased LG 1.5 ton split AC Model:LS 5NP3F on 15 March 2014 at Bajaj electronics Hyderabad, Madinaguda barach. It got installed on 19th of March. It worked for 2 days and since then stopped working. No cooling effect only fan is running.After returning home I have logged a complaint by calling to customer care RNA[protected] on 3rd April. On 8th April Engineer has came in after multiple follow up's and informed some gas leakage problem in front side and need to do welding. Also mentioned when ever i shift my AC i need to get it welding. Am not convinced is this problem at manufacturing or installation. Company like can not convey such reasons and provide some temp fixes and which is not a permanent fix either. I want some one to take this to next level and help me to ensure not to loose true and faith on LG products. honestly i took LG product with lot of hopes how ever this is weird experience .
