I HAVE PURCHASED A COLOUR TV FROM SANSKAR SALES MEHSANA GUJARAT ON DATED[protected].
AFTER 2 YEARS MY LG TV BECOME FAULTY. THAN I HAVE CONTACTED TO SANSKAR SALES FOR REPAIRING MY TV ON DATED[protected]. SANSKAR SALES SEND HIM SERVICE ENGINEER AT MY RESIDANCE AFTER SOME TESTING HE ADVISED TO SEND TV TO HIM WORKSHOP AT SANSKAR WORKSHOP MULKI BHAWAN MEHSANA IT IS 5 KMS FROM MY RESIDANCE. AFTER FOUR-FIVE DAYS THEY SUGGEST ME TAKE MY TV AT LG SERVICE CENTER "HP SERVICES" MEHSANA ON DATED[protected]. THEY MISGUIDED ME THAT YOUR PICTURE TUBE BECOME FAULTY AND IT MUST BE REPLACED. BUT AFTER 25 DAYS THEY COULD NOT REPAIR MY TV AND SAYS THAT YOUR DEALER SANSKAR SALES PERSON CHANGED SOME IC'S AND CAPACITOR'S SO THEY MUST BE REPLACED. ON DATED[protected] MY TV BECOMES REPAIRED BUT LOT OF TIME AND MONEY IS SPENT IN REPAIRING IN MY TV. AND HP SERVICES HEAD ALSO MISBEHAVES WITH ME. HENCE PLEASE ENQUIRE THIS MATTER AND REFUND ME EXTRA COST OF IC'S AND CAPACITOR'S.

LG colour TV — Pathetic support from LG | Complaint No:-C1061714807

Bought LG slim colour TV on 12th June, try to use it on 16th June gone faulty on same day within 5mins.
Reported issue to LG customer care, on 17th June, since then following up with the service centre and helpdesk till date, but no results.
If anybody from LG can see this , kindly try to save the brand image, coz this kind of support doesn't stands with the brand image.

LG colour TV — POOR SERVICE-PENDING COMPLAINT FOR 30 DAYS

My complaint is registered with LG since 30.04.11. My Golden Eye TV at NOIDA was having problem with channel change and the same was registered with LG.

On 02.05.11, Mr Ranveer from Digital Service ,NOIDA came to our house and after partial complaint rectification and charging Rs.250.00, told us that a chip in I/O front panel needs to be changed which will be ordered from their side. He promised to come back soon. I started following up with him and he could collect the part on 13.05.11 from his service center.

He promised to come next day, however he did not turn up though we waited for full day. In the evening, I again talked to him to which he again promised for next day. Next day was Sunday, I again waited for full day. He did not turn up. I again talked to him in the evening, he again promised for Monday. For full three days, I did not follow up with him and finally talked to him on 19.05.11. He again promised for next day. I replied that he need not come and I will take up the matter with LG by complaining against him. He said that I could go ahead with complaint and he will not come.

I wrote an e-mail on your website complaining about his attitude and my pending complaint. No reply was obtained from LG. I then started sending SMS every alternate day on 5757554 to which Ms Madhuri & Ms Neelima from LG Head Office talked to me four times promising to send good engineer to my house to rectify the problem. Six SMS have been sent from my side to you on 30.05.11, 25.05.11, 26.05.11, 28.05.11, 31.05.11& 03.06.11 from my mobile number [protected]. Nothing happened.

Today, I received a call from Digital Service stating that the complaint has been liquidated. I was surprised to learn this & confronted them. Later on the girl told that as my TV is 10 years old, the part is now not available. Surprisingly, their own mechanic Mr Ranveer had already collected the part.

It is regretted to note that even LG does not respond promptly to their customers. I have been a die hard fan of LG and have three LG products in my house. But this year, the LG service has been so far that I have stopped recommending the product to anyone. Even their toll free number[protected] has stopped working.

LG colour TV — Rude talking of company call centre employee ; appearing horizontal dashes across TV

On[protected] I made a call to LG company call centre[protected] and have furnished all the required information and they promised to send a mechanic. But since no mechanic has come for repair, on[protected] at 11.42 AM I again made a call to the above call centre. One person named Mr.Kiran Kumar has attended my call and after enquiry he said that, though my particulars were entered, my complaint was not registered. I asked to register my complaint at least now. He asked whether my CTV is of 21" or 22" and unless I can say exactly, he can not register my complaint. I said I dont know exactly whether it is of 21" or 22" and however your company mechanic will say it. He asked when it was purchased. I said I can not remember well now. He shouted " Dont you know how to talk ?" and immediately, mercilessly, disconnected my call.

Well, after seeing your response, I will approach the Forum for denying me, my legitimate service faciltiy/assistance and for the rude behaviour of your call centre employee
Dear Sir,

My issue is the same, LG Electronics should be banned in india. I am tired of reaching their customer care team and RNP Ticket ids were closing by the branches without contacting the customers. They are demanding cash to do the service when my LG TV is under warranty...

I will not recommend anybody in my family, friends or any other person who are interested to buy LG...Still my tv is shut down and nobody is interested to solve the issue...

LG SHOULD COME CLEAN AND DO THE SERVICE BEFORE THEY SELL ANY PRODUCT.

Take action on your Hyd branch and let me know...

    Hi,

    On 11th April, I have registered a request for periodical maintenance of my Window ACs with LG customer service vide Complaint nos RNA [protected] & RNA [protected]. This service wast to be rendered with in 24 Hrs and till now i.e. on 17th April the service is not provided. When I called LG customer service, I was told, that the service is already provided as per records. The service was to be provided by LG authorised service station HI END Solutions, 19 Sewa Park, Near Dwarka Mode. I request you to advise the Company to disconnect with such service centres, who can tell lies with out any hesitation at the cost of customer dissatisfaction.

    since last 2 weeks we gave a complaint that machine was not working properly but there is no responce till now.after which we again called the company twice.they replied that the man will come in 24hrs but still now no one came.

      we purchased LG Refregirator(Model No-GRP267BTB) through M/S.Sathya Agencies by bill number-IBTUT1-02096, dtd-30/07/2008, Suppliers reference-IB2096, Bill amount-Rs117500/-
      Billed name-M/S.INDIAN OCEAN GARNET SANDS CO.PVT.LTD, 146 PALAI ROAD, TUTICORIN.628003

      We filled complaint in local LG service centre on 19/01/2012, complaint registered number-RNA[protected]. Till now problem in the above mentioned refregirator not solved by M/S.LG.

      We contact through email and mobile to concern persons several times, but nothing happened positively to us.

      Now(Yesterday) they are telling that they will refund amount arround Rs17000/- for our refregirator, as because they can't supply the defective spare(Water inlet valve assembly).

      For your kind information that our refregirator is only 42months(3 1/2 year) old at the time of fault. Now how can they discontinue their spares.If this is their(LG's) quality policy, they should mentioned during the purchase. Now recent days they are giving 10Years warranty for some model of refregirator, How they can?.

      So please let them to solve the proble or let them to refund the bill amount with compensation.

        Hi,

        I Purchased a LG 42 inch LCD TV on 14th April 2012 and its been 3 days and no one has approached to install the TV. When selling the product they promosed a 24 hour service. This is a pathetic service. They are treating the customer as fools. I have made more than 10 calls to the service center without any luck of a techniciain visit.I will advice all my friends and relatives against buying a LG product

          we are very sorry to inform you that we have bought L.G Refrigerator From Sales India Limited Mahesana on dated 01-April-2009. From Last One month Refrigerator Not working properly t. i had many Time Complained To L.G Company customer care by mail and by Call.Complain number is W9C51803464.           Many time i had called them to solve my problem. but not anybody can solve my problem.so are suffering lot of problem due to Bad Refrigerator.
          Service provider told us it is problem in one of Refrigerator part. we have told them kindly send us part which is not working but yet we did not received any part and Service man from L.G Company and Sales India Mahesana.


          we are waiting to soonest and favorable steps.

            LG Window A/C — Service

            People who sit in you call centre can be so useless as to not service my A/C even once week after I placed a request for the A/C service. My initial request number given by your CSR was C[protected]. He took my address and phone number and asked if it is in the name of Sambandham. I said no, the name is Madhu Kumar. He said someone will come within 24 hrs. When nobody turned up, I called again, they asked for the request number, then repeated the same story. Nobody turned up and I called a third time. Nobody came. When I called today, the CSR says he needs to register a new complaint. Now the new number is C[protected]. I have no idea what you people are doing after taking money saying AMC. Earlier, while under AMC, you used call up and fix the appointment and come for service. If you continue like this, I will never again think of buying another LG product.

              I have faced problem during the installation of my LG Split A/C when i requested (RNA[protected] on April 9, 2012. On calling at their call center no. @[protected], they told me every time that it will be done within 24 Hrs. and engineer will contact you within 2 Hrs. No engineer contacted me and when i called at no. provided by call center, no body picked it. LG Call center employee told me that their system showed that engineer updated that i asked for rescheduling of installation, which was sheer false and they didn't call me at first place. This is really disappointing as a customer that a company sells a product to you and hold you from using it. LG charges 1500/+ service tax for installation within 24 Hrs. but can't do it within another 50 Hrs. Is it not cheating that you charge premium for your services and warranty but are incapable of maintaining your standards???

              LG — False Service

              I had purchased a split AC from LG. Supposedly, the company offers 3 free services valid for an year.

              I logged a service request on March 10 which has not been answered appropriately as of today. Every weekend the service center associates promise to send a technician, who never turns up.

              After repeated calls, one technician visited on Mar 19, however he lied that wet service can not be done in split ACs. He just did so called 'dry service' in hardly 5 minutes and left.

              Thereafter, I have been making repeated calls to service center and customer care associates, every time they falsely promise to send someone, but no one turns up.

                My brother gifted me mobile LG km900 from U.K, now the touch screen is not working properly & Indian Service centre of LG Mobiles asking for 16500- for repair the mobile.                 LG KM 900 — Service complaint

                My LG KM 900 is automatically dead and when i brought it to ASC Meerut on (29 September) they gave me time for 2 days but after 2 days they asked for more days as they have ordered for required parts and after a month today on 27 September 2010 they are saying that your set is dead and can not be repaired by us, but meanwhile they were convincing me that it will be repaired soon and they gave me estimated amount of around 500RS to 1,000RS as they said the PCB is broken, but now they are saying that this can not be repaired as this is water damaged set and now out of warranty. so i want to ask one thing if it was water damaged then why did not they tell me at that time when i brought it to ASC.
                Now they are giving me estimated amount for repairing the handset around 5,000rs as the set is out of warranty now, but when i brought it to ASC at that time it was a in warranty handset.

                Here i want to ask one thing that have i done any mistake by purchasing such a expensive LG product.

                So plz do the need full ASAP...........

                LG KM 900 — service issue

                hi,

                i have a LG KM900 worth rs/19,000. and i repaired it from LG authorized service center Meerut and they told me after a month that it is water damaged cell but still we are repairing it free of cost and i need to pay only for PCB worth rs/250. and i gave them rs 250. Bill no. 1830 but after a month again i faced a problem and i went to ASC then again i replaced a part LCD worth rs/1875. bill no. 1297 then i see that my PCB is stuck by the cello tape then I called ASC manager Mr. Jyoti and he said that last time they repaired my cell free of cost but i have a bill for PCB replacement. then why did they stuck PCB by cello tape.
                but i am not getting any satisfactorily answer from any body.
                still my cell is in service center and they are not even able to switch it on, and its been three days.
                now warranty of my cell is out dated.

                PLZ. reply me if anyone can give me any solution for it.

                  I bought Split wall mounted 1.5 tons AC of LG. Model # AAA74133202 on 23rd March,2012 from Metro Cash and Carry Kolkata. After that, upon repetative request finally Metro sent electrician to install the AC on 31st March. They charged us Rs 2500, did a lousy job, stole parts provided in LG package, no earthing was done and cannot switch on the AC. Wires are hanging all over, and there is a danger of short circuit if I switched on the AC. The people who installed were from Sree Tara Electronics who claimed to be authorised by LG. When we went to complaint to LG service center, they said only LG personnel are suppossed to come and install LG AC, and that Metro has cheated me big time. I want an answer, as to why a store like Metro cheated me this way and what are they going to do to overcome that.
                  When LG personnel came, they were shocked to see the defective way the AC was installed and that these people stole the switch, wires and so many things provided by LG. They said they cannot do anything right now, and will come in a month for servicing. In the meantime, they advised us to get in touch with Metro and have them sent electrician to install the AC properly, so that we can use it in scorching heat of summer. Please help.

                    I have taken AMC of LG Airconditioner, have lodged a complaint but the fault has not been rectified and nor is there any response from your service centre. My complaint Number is RNA[protected], this had been lodged on 05 Apr and the same has not been rectified inspite of repeated reminders, the service Centre the engineer has not rectified the complaint.The Engineer Hari Om does not seem to have diagonised the problem, he told me that the output of the Stabiliser was more, I have got the same changed, but the cooling problemstill stays.

                    Will someone look into this please.

                      I've an LG 1.5 ton window Air Conditioner. The aforementioned A/c is under AMC.

                      I gave a complaint on the 29th of March 2012 for regular servicing. When the technician arrived after 2 days he found out that the gas had leaked. He promised to get it picked up and repaired the next day.

                      Today is the 10th of April and I've been calling up the call center everyday as well as the supervisor ([protected])at Noida. The response that I receive is that, they will resolve the complaint by the EOD or in next 2 hrs. But nothing happens. I repeat the same cycle everyday,growing more and more frustrated. Every one refuses to pass the call to his supervisor. I've spoken to three gentlemen by the name of Jai, Shiv and Aditya tiwari in the escalation team at the call centre. Jai and Shiv promised to call the service center and let me know what the status would be by EOD. Of course the call never came and they were conveniently unavailable the next day. I've spoken to a lady name Pooja ([protected]) at the call center who promised to get something done and promptly forgot about it. She refuses to pickup her phone.

                      Today finally spoke to Aditya Tiwari at the call center who got in touch with the ASM Sameer Dewan(([protected]) who in turn promised to get the AC picked up today, repaired and delivered by 12the March. Don't have too much hope of this happening.

                      It reminds me of being back in the 80's when service was an unheard of thing in India.

                      In fact, the aforementionsed supervisor once reverted saying that the transport had been dispatched to pick up the AC. This turned out to be a blatant lie, as I kept waiting and no one turned up.

                      Compare this with there response till last year when they used to action any complaint with in 24 hrs.
                      The only reason to go for an LG and Samsung product was the service that one could expect from these giants. Never again will I buy or recommend an LG product.

                        Our LG machine is under warrant period, but while washing cloths, machine makes lot of big noise.
                        The software is not functioning proper. When you see, 6 minues left and all of suddent, after noise you get error and then its back to 16 minutes.

                        Despite complaining on number of occasions, company representative doesnt come and look into the matter despite giving complaining on number of occasions.

                        We want our problem to be solved before warranty period expires in April,2012.
                        So pls look into the matter and provide resolution.

Sahakar Nagar-1, Shell colony, Chembur , Mumbai-400071 have purchased new LG referigerator Model no.338 VA 5 ,( double door )from Manu Music center, 33/2, sarvodaya Estate, off. fly over, R.C. Marg, Chembur Mumbai- 400071 on 11.10.2009 for Rs. 18990/- with exchange offer and received delivery of the same on 15.10.2009 having Bill no. 30547. With in a one month i.e 16.11.2009 it has got problem with the Timer for which we compailned to the service centre and the same was replaced. This was happend with the new brand referigerator. Now two days back also we complained to for not cooling the referigerator, again it has been suggested by the service person that they have to replace the timer ie. with in span of one year there was a problem with the new brand LG referigerator three time. If such is the qualiaty of the LG products then why are using the slogan like life's good, I personally feel that the life is bad after purchasing LG products. Kindly therefore not my compaint and request you to please help me to get the new referigerator replacing the above said old one.

                          I have purchased a LG Refrigerator on 29th April, 2014 at Venkateswara Radio Home, Chirala. The Dealer has not given the Demo, at present the below storage door is not opened, so I have contacted that dealer he said log the call with LG, when i log the call with LG on 04th May 2014 vide complaint no. RNA[protected] they assure me that within 72 hours the complaint will be resolved, but nobody is turned up so far and not received any call from any body.                           I would like to bring this issue into media and seek your assistance in the matter of LG refrigerator double door which I have bought on 29th April 2011 which has slowly stopped giving cooling since last 1 month it .

                          When I lodged a complaint yesterday to LG, they sent their Service engineer representative who said, its a manufacturing defect from "Package Assembly System Leak " which should be of Copper and Company will bear the charges . I would have to pay only transportation charges.

                          Now Workshop calls me and say that I would have to bear the charges as their Service Engineer was not aware about it . On the other hand they say, it is manufacturing defect only if i would have lodged the complaint within 3 years from date of purchase.

                          As i understand, Company manufactures the product in lot then how come date of complaint is getting considered to decide if it is manufacturing defect or not ?

                            I have purchase one Ton Air conditioner( Model LSA3FP2VTY, Sl No. 003NLZW000261) from M/S New Kalyani Electronics, Uttarpara on 11.02.2011. Dealers'people came and installed the M/C. This LG make A/c, we have used not more than 40days till date.When in this year we try to start but air conditioner is not functioning. Than I informed to you. Your rep. came and checked and reported me due to bad installation the gas leaked and require to refill. Then I telephoned to Dealer and your people talked to him and then they told that gas was not leaked due to installation. How the gas leaked? Is it defect of machine? I have 2 Nos of A/C in this house make Voltus & Samasung. We are using this A/C for more than 7 years. But no gas is required to refill. I told to your people ,refill the gas with a charge of Rs 1699.But I have not convinced as I was retired Mechanical Engineer working in Defence sector.
                            You are requested to look into matter and send your engineer to rectify the defect otherwise you will spoin your good name and I will go to Consumer Forum to solve the matter.

                                We have a window AC and last year while getting it serviced we took the AMC of it for 7000.00, as the representative told us it is useful but now when we are trying to contact them there is no response.
                                I filled a service request on 5th april 2012( RNA[protected] I have not received any response till now, I have contacted there service center number-[protected] but it is either busy or gets disconnected, no one picks it up. I have also called there customer care no[protected] and[protected] and they are not able to help either, have spoken to Adbhut, Prashant and Deepak (supervisor) but to no avail.

                                I wish I had not taken the AMC, I could have got it serviced by any electronic shop in the vicinity.
                                My appeal to you, dont take AMC from LG, they dont have the service that they offer.

Customer care says technician will visit within 24 hours but result is zero. I complaint 3 times but no response. Customer care had given me one mobile number of m/s Highend Solution in Rougouri Garden but they mobile number[protected] is off mode. I am a user of LG products from a decade. Earlier it was good but I suggest all of you, please don't go with other companies product. After purchasing the product you will be depended on God only.

                                    Two times they are charged gas for one of my Window AC. Still again same problem. If AMC is due, every member of customer care will call to irritate you. Begging gor AMC. What a Company.

                                      I purchased LG Double Door model no. 258V55 Srl No 008NLHV002913 on 14 Aug 2011 for Rs 17000/=. But, It had to be changed the next day as it was not cooling at all. So a new refrigerator was given after a week with model number GL 255VS5 Srl No. 105NRLW176424. I regret to inform that after seven months the new refrigerator also stopped cooling. A complaint was lodged on 05 Apr 2012, the complaint number being RNA[protected]. However, the complaint was not resolved as of now.

                                      It appears that the design and quality control of LG refrigerator are of poor standard. I am afraid that this model will again develop some defects after repair also. My faith and trust in the quality of the refrigerator has gone down.

                                      In view of the above the refrigerator may be taken back and my money be refunded at the earliest.

                                      My double door refrigerater purchased in the year 2002 was continously giving problem in cooling.
                                      I had paid Rs 2000 in the year 2004 for its repair & also on the advice of Service Center Engineer got its AMC for upto June 2009.
                                      The refrigerater is not giving Cooling so lodged a comlaint on Call Center on 12/06/2010 No C [protected]. The Engineer visited & took it to the service center saying that the Gas has to be filled .I had reminded several times to both Call Center & Service Center , still after 9 days the complaint has not been attended , on my enquiry today , I was informed that the gas has to be filled & whenever it will be rectified , it will be informed.
                                      LG is such a reputed company, which is famous for its products and resolving the customers problems immediately, why the service Center of Bareilly is not giving the proper treatmrnt to my complaint , in such a hot days . My family is facing great inconvience for this.
                                      If is not attended with in 2 days I shall lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum & give the matter to the Press.

                                        I have taken LG Happy Living Plan AMC for my split AC in June 2010 for 2 years.I have raised a request for the servicing of my AC on 07th April and was told by the customer care that the technician would call me to fix an appointment but till now I have'nt received any call from them.

                                        Also,today I again spoke to the customer care and asked him to provide me the technician's number.When I called up the technician (Concept Air Conditioners,Delhi Mob No : [protected]);the person showed interest initially but when I told him that I hold LG's HAPPY LIVING plan AMC than his tone changed and he informed me that due to peak load he is very busy and would not be able to give an appointment till the next 4-5 days.

                                        I think their should be some SLA of when the request can be completed and the appointment should be fixed within some time of raising the request.I prefered the servicing to be done on a weekend but it seems to be a rare possibility now.I have spent around Rs 4000 for the AMC and expects that a good service should be provided atleast for basic servicing of the AC.

                                        It would have been better if I would have used this amount for paid servicing for better response from the technicians.(Cocept Air Conditioners,Delhi)
