Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Nitesh Gupta and i been a customer from last 5years facing a problem regarding AC not working which lg technicians tell regarding its capacitor change which is not at all looked by them.
I am unhappy with the service of lg as the they took appointment for Monday, told me they will reach in 30 minutes which was not done and after doing calling to them when they are coming replied just 10 minutes and this tooked upto 4 hours delays and that to person who came tell lies regarding his name as Mr.Naushad rather than i came to know that his name was Mr. Imran. the Shree electronics is a forge company who send a person who tell their representative to tell another name to customer.And after talking to service center Mr. Sameer told within 48-72 hours your work will be completed and next day as i called Shree electronics regarding asking Mr. Villas put my call on hold after asking my name this done for thrice and not received my phone.
The station is same now which happened ! year ago and which took 4months to resolve it.

    I have purchased LG split AC LSA3CR5A AMLG on[protected] at sathya Agency chennai tambaram .At the time of Purchase they told there will be 3 free service 2 service completed last free service on[protected].I have registered a request through customer care on[protected].I have waited for 3 days no response after that again i called to customer care and enquired they told your date expired no free service it will cost around 650 rupees you have to register once again .Again no call from any technical person after that i called to customer care[protected] same response no reply.Again[protected] i called to customer care they given branch office number and i told the process that people told once again you call to customer care and register once again and come back finally they have said within 2 hours our technical people will call at present there is no reply .
    How can we recommend this product to others .I have paid nearly 28000 rupees.so please make an arrangements.

      I bought an LG 1.0 ton split AC from authorized dealer M/S Cool Care located at Bapunagar, Ahmedabad (Ph. no. [protected], [protected] Address: 33,G.F., Sukhsagar Complex, Opp Dinesh Chambers, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad[protected],
      on 3rd October 2011. Within the 1st year, I am entitled to 3 free services.
      In February 2012, the AC showed reduced cooling. I called up Cool Care a million times over the past one month, to no avail. LG's customer care number[protected] also remained unanswered despite several attempts.
      Kindly take action against Cool Care as well as LG appliances..

        I have purchased a LG refrigerator 491 ltr. from reliancemart gurgaon SALE ORDER NO.[protected] dated 13-9-08.delivery date 15-9-08.
        now this product is not working properly.I have filed a complaint no.N9C51808701 in custemer care no.[protected] dated 18-05-09 .But I have not recieved any engineers service and any call from him.And I am calling regularly by this nos.
        When I bought this product then he was saying that we will provide any service within 24 hours.
        Pls suggest me, Shall I wait or buy another refrigerator because summer is very hot rightnow.

        I have purchase LG Refrigirator November, 2009 from M/s. Bajaj Electronics, Lakdi-ka-pul, Hyderabad.

        Particularly, extra noise coming from compressor and cooling facility is also troubling.

        Not working
        Our refrigerator stopped working on 29.10.10. Gave a complaint immediately. Got a service number from local LG centre after calling them after 2 days, but no one has attended to the problem yet. Today is the 5th day. They are not responding to our calls.

        It has been almost one year since i have bought LG refrigerator model-GL278VA5ALSZEBN.i have bought it on 06/02/2010 from Bagi radio house, shop no.-55 shivaji complex, navjeevan vihar,vindhyanagar.As i have bought it in winter so it performed fine for initial two months. But with the onset of summer in the year of purchase 2010, the problem start surfacing in the refrigerator. All the stored food item start getting spoiled and become watery and moistened. Not for even a single day foods items remain eatable. So i started complaining to the seller. After too much persistence from my side, they send some people to check refrigerator. They checked the knob setting and said it is ok .But soon within few days same problem started again. I again reached to the shop to complain and they simply said they have warranty of compressor only so it cannot be replaced. I was helpless to live with problematic spoiling machine. I am not able to store vegetable, fruit items in the refrigerator. And now again with the onset of summer the problem has aggravated more severely. I am not able to store vegetable and fruits in it. What should i do please help me. .Is the life of LG refrigerator not even one year. Does it not work even a single year satisfactorily. It is not cheap to be treated as consumable item and to be replaced every year with a brand new one.

          Sir,
          I registered a compalint with customer service of LG about my split AC on 17th of March. With sweet words , they said that technician will give me a call. But even after several reminders nobody has contacted me. I even tried the service number. But there is no response. It will be difficult to push on without AC in this summer . In fact,they charge more than the private technicians. It is disappointing that a company of high repute is having such a bad service cetnre which has a nigligent attitude towards its customers.

            I am very regret to inform you that I had purchase a LG Microwave Model No.4048 GW Sl.No.009DRHC028557 from M/s. Radhika, Dibrugarh on 20.12.10. But unfortunately the set is manufacturing defected. Several time your service team and dealer’s people came to my residence for correcting the defects but no one can rectify the defects.

            After that the LG Service centre Dibrugarh (Assam) told me that this set will be replaced by the Company but till date nothing has been done.

            Kindly help me regarding this.

              i hava bought LG split ac on 13/09/2010 whose compaint no is RNA[protected] from duga electronices shakinagar.

              regarding which i hava launched my comlpaint more than 5 times for not cooling and drainage leek probilem,and my last complaint was launched on 08/09/2011 but not a single technician came and visited.i have even called him in phone too.and even my product is in warrenty. they made it out of warrenty and asking charges and denying for service. i have attached my bill to

              LG — No cooling even with fans on

              Dear Sir,
              My LG A/c. is covered with AMC. Since last one month, it has become dysfunctional. There is no cooling even at 18. I called on the local engineer, he cleaned the wired net and told that the inside also needs cooling, to which he would attend after two days. But he never turned in after that. I have been giving him inumerable rings, but in vain. Please do the needful.
              This month I ran a heavy energy bill to a tune of Rs. 1500 extra, as I had to run the fans along with A/c.

                This is Jitendra Prasad Rath from Goregoan east, Mumbai. We had bought a LG LED TV from Snehanjali located at Kandivali Mumbai on 16th Oct 2011.Model is 42 LV 5500.

                We had raised first complain on January 2011 about the disturbance in the screen in the LED. In the left side bottom corner there is a regular blink while TV is on and that part of TV blink in every 10 sec.
                First complain Number- RNA[protected].

                We had complained thrice. After each complain, a service engineer has visited from LG service center and repaired the panel and it get worse after every service.

                After lots of follow up after my first complain which option to take replacement or refund the money. LG told me to repair the TV. Service engineer was not able to repair the TV

                During 2nd visit from LG service engineer replaced the complete panel of LED. A senior officer from LG (Manish Sawant: taking care of Warranty /replacement complains) gave me his word if replacement of panel is not able to resolve the issue they will replace the LED.

                When issue occurred again .I raised another complain (complain Number- RNA[protected] .Again LG asked for their 3rd visit, which I have allowed. During that visit they collected required document for further procedure.

                After 5 day when I have called for enquiry, someone from LG told me, collected document was lost, they need another copy of require document. I did as needful.

                Today(06 march 2012), when I have called again,another senior office (Prasant)told me .that again someone is going to come from LG service center to see the scope of repairing the same model.
                When I asked for a replacement, he answered rudely that your LED is in warranty, No scope of replacement. Either you have to repair your LED or replace the LED with Lower model LG 42 3750).


                So would request you to kindly replace this model. Because in January when we filed a complain, LG people promised again and again to us that if the defect is repairable then we will replace the model. LG Model LV 5500.


                I am again and again requesting please don't harsh us by doing such a silly thing ever month. Do not short the trust on the LG brand . If replacement is not possible then please pay the money.

                Though model is not proper for the very 1st day, so we don't want any compromise in this issue.

                  I purchased a mobile handset of LG on 10/07/11 from mobilestore. After some time mobile stopped working. After full charging battery get exhausted in seconds. When I contacted their service center M/s Kumar services at Sector 15 Noida, they refused to repair the mobile and even behavior was very rude.Being in warranty period, they told so many contradictory sentences. For me this mobile was not a matter of wasting my time arguing with them. But one thing I got the lesson as LG mobiles not to purchase in future.

                  Dear Sir, I have bought one battery of LG P500 Mobile phone from Kumar Service Centre, Noida Sec.-15 on 29 june 2012, worth Rs. 900. The battery is defective. It is discharging very soon. In this regard I took that battery to the service centre for replacement. They gave me 1 week time to exchange the same. Now its over 2 week and they have not arranged the new battery. Can I have any complaint number. What should I do? Please help.

                    I had bought 1 no LG Split AC during the year April 2010 the cost which i had paid is 45,000/-. Now i am facing problem that board is having the problem. i had paid so much of amount the AC did not serve me for more than 2 Years then what is the use of paying so much and getting the branded product.
                    To whom i have to complain regarding this. if i repair also even thought i will get some other problem in the next few month. i had asked the customer care department they are saying that the AC carry warranty for only 1 Years. What i had to do.???

                      I have registered the complain last month for the LG customer care. One of the executive was attended. They diagnosis the machine incomplete they told some electronic spare is fault. Need four working days to get the spare in LG company. They taking more than 10days no response from the LG customer care. Again we call the customer care asking we already complain the washing machine is repair. They asking the mobile no and name. She told the complain was closed. we taken the new complain for today. After one week the executive is asking the address the diagnosis the machine they told this is not electronic spare is fault. Rat will damaged the tube. They are wasting my gold days for one month.

                          Good day Sir,

                          Please note the following, I , Rajesh Kurup, had purchase an LG Double door Dias Refrigerator (Model GP-P267FTB), from Kohinoor, Naupada, Thane on Oct-2004.

                          The feed water pipe within the refrigerator had sprung a leak around Jan-2011, We registered a complaint at their authorised service centre (Job number RNA[protected] and the service technician patched the pipe temporarily.
                          We were advised by the technician that a new hose was not available and hence could not be replaced. Hence the pipe was patched up with putty.
                          However after a couple of days this same hose sprung a leak, which was again rectified momentarily (RNA[protected]. The service technician again assured us that the order for the pipe had been placed and when he receives it, he will be attending us for repairs. For both the above service outside the warranty period the attendance for the technician had been paid.
                          This same feed water pipe has begun leaking again and there is water below the refrigerator every time the fresh water is taken. we have requested LG service center to look into the above issue and have literally given up, as the issue is well past a year.
                          Kindly advise if LG as such does not have any responsibility to service the product despite the thing past its warranty period. or are to be resigned to the fact that if anything happens to the products the consumers have to bear the brunt of the whole thing.
                          The question is not whether i can bear the cost of the pipe outside the warranty period, the question is that if anything in the product goes defective and we do call the service centre how long do we have to wait for a replacement of the simple feed water pipe.

                          This whole episode is highly distressing and sad, more so every for the quality of service which LG assures to offer us and what we get in return. The product was planned to offer us safe drinking water and now since the pipe has not been repaired for the last one year, through no fault of ours we feel that we have been cheated.
                          Kindly advise if we need to buy a new refrigerator and hope that outside the warranty period nothing happens to it, or do we have any alternative.

                          As per my latest complaint i.e. N8CA0404669, the chassis of my monitor has been changed, the monitor was @ your gurgaon center but I am really sorry to write you that I am having a bit doubt that the screen that is in my monitor is the same one that was before its service. As there was the scratch on the top of the screen & that was due to the first service against my complaint N8C80401120. Now yesterday i.e. on 15th of November 2008 I got my monitor repaired by your Gurgaon service center, now what I noticed that the scratch that was before its deliver is not over there & now there are some new scratches @ the midlle of the screen & a black spot also. I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India, as my monitor goes totally useless infact its really difficult to work on it.

                          Kindly look into the matter.
                          Hope an early action in this regard else I would have to move to some senior officials reagarding the same.

                            I THE UNDERSIGNED MR. IQBAL IBRAHIM KHALFE PURCHASED THE NEW LG REFRIGERATOR MODEL NO. GL 338VES PINK BLOSSOM FROM VIJAY SALES, MUMBAI ON[protected].SINCE PURCHASE OF DATE TILL 23RD NOVEMBER 2011 THE APPLIANCE WAS WORKING VERY GOOD ,SMOOTH THERE WAS NO ANY COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS,BUT ON 24TH NOVEMBER 2011 SUDDENLY OF ONE SERVICE ENGINEER FROM LG INDIA LTD. CAME TO OUR HOME AND ASKED US HE WANT TO CHECK WORKING PERFORMANCE OF REFRIGERATOR AS PER COMPANY’S REQUEST. ON VERIFICATION OF HIS ID CARD AND JOB SHEET, WE ALLOWED HIM TO DO ROUTINE .AFTER ALL CHECK UP, HE TOLD US THAT THER IS ONE MANUFACTURING FAULTS BY COMPANY THAT MUST BE RECTIFY.I ASKED HIM WHAT IS MANUFACTURING FAULTS? HE REPLIED US THE CONDENSOR TO BE REPLACED ? INITIALLY WE AVOIDED BUT ATLAST ON CONVIENCE FROM HIM WE PERMITED.
                            AFTER CHANGE OF CONDENSOR THE COMPRESSOR SOUND STARTED CHANGING,SLOWLY SLOWLY SOUND STARTED INCREASING,TO SUCH LEVEL THAT THE SOUND IS UNBEARABLE.IN BETWEEN TWICE I CALLED SERVICE ENGINEER TO CHECK UP. BUT BOTH TIME THEY REPLIED THAT IT IS OK.SOUND WILL BE NORMAL I HAVE CHANGED THE SETTING.TILL DATE IT IS AS IT.THE SOUND OF COMPRESSOR HAS BECAME SO HORRIBLE, YOU CAN NOT STAND NEAR THE REFRIGERATOR.I REQUEST YOUR GOODSELF TO REPLACE THE APPLIANCE WITH NEW WITHOUT ANY DELAY TO AVOID FURHTER DISPUTE AND ACTION.FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I AM ALSO PROFFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER DEALS WITH PREVENTIVE AND BREAKDOWN MAINTENACE.

                                An LG technician came and renewed my AMC on February 28, 2011. I gave him cheque number 437473 dated March 1, 2011 for Rs 5118 drawn on HDFC Bank, Booklet no. KJ-02241. Name of Technician-Chand Pasha. He clearly told me that the AMC is going to get renewed for 5 years for Rs. 5118. He told me I will get the receipt within a few weeks but for 1 year i did not get any receipt for the amount i paid, i just had a temporary cash receipt with me. After several calls and emails to Mr. Ajay Kumar CCO, Bangalore (mobile: [protected]) and Mr. Srinivas Accountant LG (mobile no. [protected]), I received an invoice bearing the above-mentioned details. Therein, it is mentioned that the AMC is for 48 months (4 years) from March 29, 2011 till March 28, 2015. This is a clear case of misrepresentation by your LG technician and staff. I, as a customer, paid Rs. 5118 under the impression that it is for 5 years and now I get this invoice (after 1 year) stating that AMC is for 4 years. So, it looks like whenLG sends invoice to customers, they can actually reduce AMC duration to even 1 year. I am extremely dissatisfied with LG in this matter. ‘”Life is NOT good” with AMC renewal at LG.

                                I demand that my AMC be valid for 5 years till March 28, 2016 as mentioned to me initially by LG technician. LG needs to be accountable for whatever it’s authorized technicians/engineers state to customers. I also demand that as compensation for all the mental tension and agony that I went through following up on a simple invoice by making a thousand calls, I be given additional warranty of 1 year till Mar 28, 2017 by LG for free.

                                I am from Coimbatore and I have a IFB washing machine (3 years old) and this happened to me also. At least he got the receipt from the company. This technician from IFB took the money and never gave me a receipt and even did not attend the complaint call I made. When I complained with IFB Customer care, they took the complaint but with no response from the company till date. When the IFB CC was contacted, I had a lethargic reply saying that, their responsibility is over with registering the complaint and after that the customer has to follow up with the local service. Nice isnt it? INDIAN ATTITUDE !!! IFB is now the worst product in the market and above all has the worst service network.. But have invested on the machine and i have no other option but to live with it with the help of third party technicians who come to help on a call. Just want to post my views...[protected]

                                  I purchased a LG Mobile hanset Model no LG GX-500 in Dec -2010 after some time it start problem in its, Touch it gets hanged, sometime switchedd off automatically. I went to service center many times but they always said it is the problem of software and we are updating the sofware . problem goes away for few hour but again start. Now again i went ot LG Service center Located at Rajnager Ghazaiabad UP.. they informed that the PCB of this mobile need to change I asked them I am facing this problem since I have purchased this and now you are informing me that this the porblem . I asked them that this is not good that you informing me this fault after expiery of warranty.You should have already informed me..

                                  On this their Manager of Service center named Ashish abused me and try to hit me . I became shocked. and feel so fear that I could not understant what should i do.

                                  Finally I gave my handset to him and they informed that this need to change PCB to get prepared and cost would be 1268/- I asked check it first and call me before canging it . But they changed without informing me as I am running short of money. so I asked not change the PCB of handset.
                                  Now My handset is totally dead and it is not working getting switched off touch is not working. now it is in very bad condition then earlier.. please help me what can do in this case.

                                  This is the fault at the Service centre Technician and they should be penalized for this but they are penalizing me (Customer).

                                  Moreover, there is no channel of escalation or contact details of nodal officer given on website to raise the complaint at higher level. .

                                  I believe that maintaining the Quality of Work is responsibility of LG and not the Service centre and Customer should not be penalized for this.

                                    I had purchased LG double door 305 Litre refrigerator from Reliance Digital Vashi on 14th June 2009. But just after 10 months, i started facing cooling problem from the fridge. the was no cooling at all, milk and vegetables would get spoilt and ice also would melt. After complaining, the company would give a temporary solution and again the sam problem in next 2-3 months.
                                    After a series of repeated complaints launched to LG customercare by me and the carelessness and irresponsibility shown by the after sales service of LG, I am frustrated and feel cheated by the company of providing such a low grade product.
                                    NOW THE COMPANY HAS STOPPED LISTENING TO ITS CUSTOMERS AND NO POSITIVE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE COMPLAINTS AND THE REFRIGERATOR PURCHASED BY ME IS STILL NOT WORKING.

                                    KINDLY HELP, BECAUSE IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED, I MAY SEEK HELP OF MEDIA TO BRING UP THIS ISSUE IN PUBLIC AND LET THE PUBLIC KNOW THE REAL FACE OF LG.

                                      i have purchased LG mobile phone fatom vs750verizon from seventymm.com online they claimed six month's warranty for this. but they did not sent warranty card with handset when i called them for warranty card they said you can use a invoice for warranty, now i have a problem with phone i can not send text message to other mobile phone's & even can not connect to computer my mobile showing error & "unable to send message your message will remain in outbox folder" display's on mobile's screen
                                      i have called to LG service for the of this problem but, they refused to help me & said this mobile is not launched in india you have to approch the launching country. i m not getting any help from both of them

                                      LG mobile phone model: fathom vs750 — warranty card not received

                                      dear sir / madam,
                                      hi, i have purchased LG mobile phone from you on date 27.jan.2012 you sent that on 04.feb.2012 with invoice no. CSMO[protected] dated 01.feb2012 order no. SMA0050801 by aramex courier but not sent six months warranty card along with the mobile which you have to be sent
                                      if mobile have got any problem how will i get repair without warranty card? i have allready sent you mail regarding with the same but you did'nt reply
                                      please understand my inconveniance & the needfull as soon as possible (after too much follow up you sent mobile & now same for the warranty card)
