I have purchased LG refrigerator(model no. 335VF5). It stops working. I have booked complaint many times at LG customer care. The technician come after one day of booking complaint, rectify temoprary. But after 3-4 hours it again stops working. On callin cosumer care, everytime a new complaint no. is given as previous compaint closed without asking for customer feedback. THRICE I HAD REGISTERED COMPLAINT WITH LG CUSTOMER CARE AND TWICE THEY SENT SERVICE PERSONNEL AND THE PROBLEM REPORTED WAS NOT CORRECTED. THIRD TIME THEY EVEN DID NOT RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT, REQUEST ID IS[protected].DATED[protected]. THE COMPLAINT IS THAT ON SWITCHING ON THE AC IT WILL NOT WORK AND FAN WILL WORK FOR A SHORT TIME. IT TAKES 1-2 HOURS TO FUNCTION THE AC AFTER SWITCHING ON THE AC.

I consider myself very unfortunate to be a buyer of LG's product. I am sharing my horrible experience with this reputed brand here. In 2009, I bought one vacuum cleaner (model No. V-CP743NDN). After 3-4 months one fine day it stopped working suddenly. We called your customer care no. and got to know that we have to take our cleaner to your workshop by ourselves and nobody will come to attain...that time it was in warranty...

I raised a complaint for my LG window AC (RNA[protected] on 6th May 2012. The engineer visited our home on 7th May and told us that the AC need to be taken to workshop for Gas refilling and will be picked within day or two.

Since then there is no response from the service centre. I have followed up with the customer care 2 times and they have provided me with the Noida service centre phone number[protected] calling on...

I have Window A/C from LG. This A/C is under AMC with LG and Service provider who has been assign is " Comfort Point " Goregaon. I had lodge a complaint about cooling problem with LG and A/C was picked up by Comfort Point on 2/5/2012. They had promised to give it in 2 days. Every 2 days when followup was done , they have been promising to deliver it in 2 days. Today when I contacted them , they are saying you will A/C by next Tuesday...

Split air conditioner of LG not properly working, water is coming inside room...

The sound alerts of the washing machine was turned of accidentally by a three year old by pressing random buttons. I'm not sure how this happened but ever since the incident, the sounds which were supposed to play when the washing machine was turned on/off was not heard after that. I think that the sounds were somehow disabled. Please help me solve this problem....

I Purchase the product of LG refigerator (270 ltr) from kharar ( Mohali, Punjab) in August 2011.

Number of times i register my complained for the product, they visit at home but no one satisfy about the product. two times they fill the Gas, one time auto cut change and one time they clear the pipe of gas circulation. but the result is same.

lg tv is not working since past 8days.LG company is waiting for some parts to come from noida sice last 8days.no-RNA[protected]....

Washing machine complaint No RNA[protected] not attended so far. 1.5 tonne A/C complaint number RNA[protected] so far not solved completely.

LG service centres are not customer centric and responsive.

I had purchased LG Front load Washing Machine (F1068 LDP) on 22nd November, 2011. The Machine having functional problem from 22nd Feb, 2012. I had Purchased a LG 3D Plasma TV 42PW450 model on 30.08.2011. On 03.05.2012 TV went suddenly blank in the morning and complaint was registered on the same day.
