sir i m a customer o[censored]r product( LG refrigerators)... i have purchased refrigerator in 2006.. and from that time i m facing regular problems in my refrigerator... i have lodge complaint at service centre in kota ( rajasthan) by complaint no.RNA[protected]... they are sending there engineers with no reason .. they come twice just to check the refrigerator... the first engineer had full knowledge of our fridge still the second engineer comes......

last march 1st i bought your lg mobile (c310). but it is not working properly it is not read the memory card and ganging.i was send this problem to your service center on16/5/11 in arakkonam(vellore dt). but they are not clear my problem and they are irritated to me. today they are closing my complaint , but not rectified my problem pls take action immediatly....

Dear Mr.Kim,

I would like to bring to your notice the continued harassement by your servicing centre. We had registered a complaint on May 5th for the Microwave which had stopped functioning. Accordingly, we were alloted servicing no. RNA[protected]. Your technician visited our house and and on inspecting the microwave, he informed us that there was an issue with the transformer and told us that the same will be replaced...

This is regarding complaint for Split AC 1.5 ton. I had purchased 2 units of split ACs 1.5 ton each of model no. LSA5NW5VF1 in end of May'09. The sl nos of these units are

1) 905NLPQ000296
2) 905NLHV000297

Out of above two units one unit of sl no. 297 has not been functioning properly from the day one. Initially it was having the problem of water seepage from the indoor unit which was due to improper...

I am very heartfelt to lodge a complaint against your product Lg Washing Machine Model number 95174. I purchased this VM on 13/01/10 through National electronics Sakchi Jamshedpur. Jharkhand.Two months ago the spinner stopped working . On complain a gentleman from Lg Care came and replaced the motor. But i am sorry to say that again the same problem has reoccurred.

I had lodged a complaint of cooling problem of my window AC ( complaint no RNA[protected] Dated[protected], on 26-05-11 one person came from LG side and said that it is necessary to take AC to workshop, but today I have more job and unable to do same today and I will come tommorrow to take AC, but till date no one come to solve the problem.
I had repaired my AC for same complaint 2 months before and they charged Rs 165/- for TPT,...

I have purchased LG Fridge (Modle SFF) 05 yeras back, from last 3 months I am facing cooling problem, I called LG service engineer, he checked the fridge n said that THERMOSTATE is not working n it is also not available as manufacturing of this modle has been closed.

i have bought LG refrigerator on 19th May 2011. Since then i have been waiting for LG's engineer for demo and installtion. i have already lodged 5 complaints. but no one called or came. It is not recommended to buy any of the LG products because of their poor after sales service.

They only know how to buy goods but do not recognize you after they sell it.

I am waiting for my refrigerator to be installed...

For the past 2 weeks my AC display sensor is not working and I have been complaining to the Toll Free No.of LG for the 10 days. One technician came to our home and said the sensor to our model would be available in a couple of days and would replace it. But even after calling the local office and giving the complaints again and again to the central toll free number are of no avail. Even the Chennai office supervisor...

I Have a handset lg c 310 Qwerty with duel sim it is only 3month old, the complaint is when am searching internet display shows insufficient memory and close the site.

I BOUGHT LG REFRIGERATOR FROM AMIT ENTERPRISED, SAROJINI NAGAR ON 19TH MAY. SAME DAY I SUBMITTED A REQUEST FOR DEMO AND INSTALLATION. ALTHOUGHT I WAS PROMISED THAT WITHIN 24 HOURS SOMEONE WILL CALL AND CAME. I RESUBMITTED THE REQUEST 4 TIMES. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK NO ONE HAS COME OR CALLED. VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE PROVIDED BY LG !!! EXTREAMLY DISAPPOINTED !! IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY LG PRODUCTS SPECIALLY IN DELHI !!!...

Have been complaining to Gurgaon service centre since two weeks and no response and finally when they took my refrigerator it's been 5 days, they haven't returned when according to them it's working fine now. Complain number : RNA[protected].

I ensure I shall never buy LG products henceforth and also not recommend others too.

I expect nothing out of complain still putting it down.

I purchased 42" LCD TV Model No. 42LK430 along with 2.0 Ton Split AC and a Home Theatre from LG dealer in Agra M/s Anil Electronics, Opp. Kargil Petrol Pump, Sikandra Bodla Road, Agra, vide Challan No. 328 Book No. 07 dated 18/05/2011.
