My air conditioner stopped working on the 8th of May,2011, wherein I placed a complaint with customer care. The necessary technician came in the next day. As an engineer myself, I told the technician of the probable root cause, but he took two days to change the capacitor, after which, the AC stopped working again. After another complaint, another technician came in and told that the AC needed to be taken to the service centre, to fix the exact problem that I had diagonised. I was told that I would receive the unit by 12th of May,2011, & haven't received the same yet.
I am 49yrs old, a BP patient. The heat in Chennai is intolerable, & I am unable to take my medicines on time because of the weather conditions. On repeated calling, I am being provided with various Expected time of delivery, with everyone pointing their fingers towards the other person. I am an LG customer for over 10 yrs, and have never had such an excruciating experience before. I request you to kindly look into the matter, & improvise on the same.

I have given my AC (1.5 year old)for repair to LG authorized service centre. No initial estimate is given initally but after pursuing with them they were kind enough to tell me that the problem is to refill the gas and change the cooling coil for which estimate is Rs 3600. Initially they said it will get repaired in 2 days and will be sent to us. You will be surprised that no single calls were done from there side and on continous pleading with them they have returned my AC after 40 days and when I inspected the AC I found that Cooling coil they said is changed was in damaged condition. They start fighting that this happened during the transit and it will work effectly. Next day my AC was again not working. Also they billed me Rs 4220 aginst the estimate of Rs 3600. though I was smart enough to stop the cheque payment on time but the problem I have faced with these guys was real horrified experience to me. On record the service station was Gennext services, Goregaon (West), Mumbai and the person I was talking to is Mr. Dilip/Sachin.
