My air conditioner stopped working on the 8th of May,2011, wherein I placed a complaint with customer care. The necessary technician came in the next day. As an engineer myself, I told the technician of the probable root cause, but he took two days to change the capacitor, after which, the AC stopped working again. After another complaint, another technician came in and told that the AC needed to be taken to the service centre, to fix the exact problem that I had diagonised. I was told that I would receive the unit by 12th of May,2011, & haven't received the same yet.

I am 49yrs old, a BP patient. The heat in Chennai is intolerable, & I am unable to take my medicines on time because of the weather conditions. On repeated calling, I am being provided with various Expected time of delivery, with everyone pointing their fingers towards the other person. I am an LG customer for over 10 yrs, and have never had such an excruciating experience before. I request you to kindly look into the matter, & improvise on the same.

    I BOUGHT AN LG SPLIT A/C 1 TONNE ON 30TH OCT'2010 FROM CROMA SHOWROOM WHICH IS AT T.NAGAR.AND JUST AFTER 5 MONTHS IN APRIL MY AC HAD FAULT. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE ON 3/5/11((COMPLAINT NO:RNA[protected]. A TECHNICIAN CAME AND CHECKED AND REMARKED AS COMPRESSOR FAILED. A NEW COMPRESSOR HAS TO BE FIXED. AFTER THAT NOBODY HAS TURNED UP. REASON: NO STOCK....... NO STOCK....NO STOCK......THEN WHY THE HELL DO THEY RUN THEIR COMPANY IF THEY HAVE NO STOCK???????????? NOW IT IS 10 DAYS NO AC IN THIS COOL SUMMER . IT IS THE WORST EVER SERVICE TILL DATE. DO NOT BUY ANY LG PRODUCT, EVEN IF THEY GIVE FREE OF COST.

    LG-AIR CONDITIONER — W8C90604437-LG

    I have given my AC (1.5 year old)for repair to LG authorized service centre. No initial estimate is given initally but after pursuing with them they were kind enough to tell me that the problem is to refill the gas and change the cooling coil for which estimate is Rs 3600. Initially they said it will get repaired in 2 days and will be sent to us. You will be surprised that no single calls were done from there side and on continous pleading with them they have returned my AC after 40 days and when I inspected the AC I found that Cooling coil they said is changed was in damaged condition. They start fighting that this happened during the transit and it will work effectly. Next day my AC was again not working. Also they billed me Rs 4220 aginst the estimate of Rs 3600. though I was smart enough to stop the cheque payment on time but the problem I have faced with these guys was real horrified experience to me. On record the service station was Gennext services, Goregaon (West), Mumbai and the person I was talking to is Mr. Dilip/Sachin.

    I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT MY SPLIT AC TO LG CUSTOMER CARE IN MUMBAI WHICH IS IN GOREGAON WEST. I HAD CALLED THEM THRICE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN GAVE ME ANY KIND OF RESPONSE NOW ITS BEEN 3 DAYS. NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE. LG SERVICES ARE VERY POOR...IT CANNOT BE DEFINE

    LG-AIR CONDITIONER — Bad Customer SErvice

    I Purchased a LG Window AC in 2007. Since then it has been giving trouble. It gives a lot of noise. Repeated complaints proved to be of no use. Sarcastically the dealer from whom i purchased it says- "LG mein noise problem ki shikayat rahti hai, hum kuchh nahi kar sakte" . I registered my complain online on 10th June. A mechanic (whom LG people call ENGINEER) came, tightened a nut nut, charged me Rs. 331 without bill and went away. The AC started giving noise again the same day. Inspite of repeated complaints to the service centre, no one came for service. Is this the service these LG people boast of? HORRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIBBBBBBBLLLLE.

    LG-AIR CONDITIONER — never attending even in warranty period

    I have purchased an AC-LG model 1.5 jain traders, Palwal Haryana on dated 18.4.08. Since installation no engineer has visited, despite my 20 visits to trader and complaints to your Local LG branch office, as well as faridabad. But it s a matter of great sorrow that no one is willing to hear and attend the complaint.

    The AC has stopped working now since Apr-09. I have passed my whole summer season for want of cooling. This is the worst product i have ever bought. I m frstrated a lot and sincerely speaking wants to get legel help in the case.

    But I want some higher managment to kindly listen to my greiveneces and tell if anything can be done at their level.

    Kindly reply with in a week, i[censored] r really worried about your customers.

      I had purchased LG Products from the showroom of Super Electronics Pvt; Ltd. 44/28, Krishna Puri, Outer Ring Road, Vikas Puri New Delhi vide their invoice No. Super/442/JUNE2010 the items were 1) LG REF GL338VT5 WOODEN TANGO 2)LG WINAC LWA3DW3 3) LG MICROWAVE MC 8080 PRR. After immediate installation of AC within a weeks time the cooling was not satisfactory. The complaint was lodged with the Service Centre and the same was attended and was assured to change the AC. At that time we were informed that the Co. has recommended that the AC will be changed. After repeated follow up with the service centre the same set was installed saying that there was a cooling problem. We have rectified the same and no need to change the set. I am surprised to note that when the Co. has approved to change the set on the other hand why they have not changed. Still the problem is same, yesterday the mechanic visited that said the gas will be filled. As I am using the LG products for the past 20 years or more, I was fully satisfied with the product and services. But this time I am disappointed that the AC purchased new one and giving trouble since installation. The complaint ID is my son's Mobile no. [protected]. I would reuqest you to go through the complaint and take suitable action to the complaint of your loyal customer as no other products we have used except LG. Hoping to hear soon from you favourably in this regard.

        We had purchased split AC from Amit enterprises (Mira road) in the month of september 2010. As per warranty we have still time for take services . Our Ac is not working since feb 2011. Today amit enterprises is telling me that responsibility is of VIRAJ Enterpises of Dadar A distributor of LG.
        We have complaint so many times there is no one taking responsibility to help us. For your information complaint No. [protected] dtd 21April n[protected] dtd 4.arch.
        Currently AC is performing reverse of cooling I.e heating.
        LG company such a good brand doing such activities is not tolerable.

            LG/ Semi Automatic washing machine — Very Irresponsible Service

            I have complaint for a problem in my washing machine on 29-May-2011 and the complaint no.which hve been given by you was RNA[protected].And your executive told that the complaint will be attnded within 24hrs.But no one had come neither had called up. After that when i had called up again after 2 dyas, the same answer has ben given to me. An response was again the same neither anyone had attended the complaint or anyone had called up. again after 2 more days similar thing had happen. After that when i had called up again today on 11-may-2011 at 9.00 pm.the executive again gave the same answer. and he had also given some mail i.e.[protected]@hotmail.com and asked me to mail on that.and executive also gave me a no. i.e.[protected]. I am just exhusted and frustated with that kind of response from a company like LG.I m fed up of all this fake commitment and follow ups. I m not able to understand what to do now. I m only left with the option of fling a legal complaint against LG court.

              I was working with LG Electronics Ltd, Gurgaon, Noida. I resigned from 16.8.2010. I applied for withdrawal of PF since I was unemployed then. My claim id and Account No. are:

              Form 19 and 10C submitted by has been rejected as per internet search and the 'SMS' received on my mobile. ([protected]). But reasons not known. I am very much inconvenienced. The letter in this connection purported to have been sent by that PF office is not yet received. It is nearly 15 days. How they can reject the claim. What I should do. Kindly help me

                I am using LG airconditioner from last 5 years, Model LWA18G2RDI, but from the day it was installed I have faced one or the other problems.I am residing at Shastri Nagar, earlier we use to have service from LG Tri nagar Service centre but there also I have faced problems in one way or the other.Recently I had made a complaint to the Toll free number, and they have given COMPAC Airconditioners as their Authourised Service centre.But the problem still persists.The service guys have visited my place on 4.05.2011 and told me that the gas has leaked and it needs tobe refilled.They took away the airconditioner 0n 5.05.2011 vide work order no.278 dt 5.5.11 with the assurance that it would be returned back on 7.5.11. But till Sunday morning(8.5.11) no cmmunication was done by the service centre. On my call to the complaint cell, Mrs. Pooja, responded that in a short time I will recieve a call from the service centre.Mr. Jatin called up and told me that there was a rush at service centre that is why there was delay and I will receieve the AC in the evening. In the evening Mr. Dabas from COMPAC Airconditioners, called up and said that there was a fault in coils and they need to be repaired. From last 4 days no fault was there, suddenly this cooked up, now I am not able to believe What is the actually fault? Whom Has to be Believed. On calling Mr. Dabas, he is telling he doesnot know How is Mr. Jatin.I am in confusion, what the hell is going on. Can somebody guide me. thanks in advance.

                I had taken an AMC of my Window AC 1.5Ton last year in the name of Vishal Jain (Ph:[protected], [protected]). After few

                months of AMC, AC stops cooling. I complaint for the same and LG service engineer says that Gas need to refill and they do

                the same and AC starts giving proper cooling effect.
                But at the start of this summer season it again stops cooling, i complaint, LG engineer visited & again refill gas.

                Then also it starts cooling but in few days again it stops cooling & I again complant, engineer visit my house and says

                that AC is working fine but whn i say that it is not properly cooling they pick my AC unit keep it for 4-5 days and

                return me. it works but again in few days the same condition. It stop cooling properly. I have one more AC of Videocon. In

                the mean time Videocon engineer come to service other AC, and he told me that there is leakage in coils and coils need to

                be replace. It seems that LG engineers are not trained enough to trace the exact problem and give proper solution

                I am still facing the prolem in my AC

                  Product: lg window ac. Two numbers.

                  We have a annual service contract with lg. By virtue of this contract, lg has to provide 4 free services in 12 months.

                  Start date: 1 jan,2011.( Life good plan)

                  no one from lg service center turned up within 4 months of contract and we had to give a reminder calls to lg customer care.

                  Whilst there were numerous complaint number provided, no action was taken to service our window ac's.

                  After 15 days of persistent calling, lg's local service center engineer turned up and confirmed to have our ac;s picked up for repair but all in vain. We had to call again lg customer care for getting our ac's repaired.

                  First visit of engineer: 24/04/11

                  second engineer visit: 27/04/11
                  engineer promised that ac's will be picked up in next 48 hrs but turned up only on 3/05/2011
                  finally, when it got picked up, there was no sign of it getting delivered when asked.
                  Pick up date: 3/05/2011

                  local service center of lg dont even answer the call and we are still waiting for an answer and have our ac's delivered.

                    i ve purchased one LG 32" LCD TV model 32LG80FR, sl no 901LPAG001384 on 23.3.2010 from Tarang's at ganeshguri, Guwahati, Assam by paying Rs.46000. My TV is installed on the wall which also covers my power swicth box. Since the very beginning, whenever i use remote to power off from remote control, next time it was not getting on from the remote control power switch, or if electricity line goes off, when it comes back it doesnt gets on automatically. However i could not make any complaint and my family did never give any serious thought about it due to my absence in the house. Howsoever i made the complaint finally but unfortunately one year gurantee was over. Nonetheless i called service centre who sent one service engineer Mr Suman who said it is the problem of SMPS Board which will cost around Rs 4000, while another person Mr Bora Ph no [protected] called me and said about the problem in remote control board costing around Rs. 11000.

                      I have brought LG P500 (Optimus One) for nearly Rs. 12,000.00. Its a 3g Phone and the box is advertising it has Flash 10.1 Player. On the 3g phone such as this I found that its not preinstalled (stated preinstalled), So i had downloaded from Android Market. But it dint worked on the phone, so I appoached LG Gallary, LG Customer care. There responses are negative (saying its mistakenly printed on box), and its a hardware problem that does not support. I have spended a good amount in which I could have brought two different phones which could play flash contents (90% online contentes requires flash). I feel cheated/misguided by LG. They should have removed/recalled the boxes reprinted and the sold it back, but they dint do it. This is a cheating, I cant view online matches online tv everything online which required flash player. Please advise.....

                      Why have you marketed the phone as supporting Flash in India ?
                      what happens for the people who have assumed this to be true and invested 10k considering this as major features ? just claiming "it does not work" will this have positive effect ?

                      LG p500 in India has come out to be a best seller for you, massive customer base for LG P500,
                      what can be done to get flash playing on our device (LG P500) - 3G will only increase the need for Flash

                      some way should be found out to get Flash playing on this device:
                      I don't have to reiterate what effect this can have on the sales of LG android phone

                      consider this as mutual benefit for both the parties

                        i m using Lg mobile LG510 with s/n 108IPAT0047408 .
                        The mobile is having continuous problem with this model.
                        also this model are rare in use & whoever have this model are having problem.
                        the mobile hangs up in the middle itself, sometimes the touch screen does not operate, etc...U may be aware of the same.
                        kindly suggest better option as we have repaired the mobile 4 times in last 10 months.
                        The mobile is expensive one & does not have customer to buy back it as nobody wants this model of LG.

                          I want replacement of 2 AC and 1 refrigerator as neither your product come up to the commitment nor the services provided by you.

                          We have bought each and every home appliance from LG like Refrigerator, AC, LED TV, Microwave and washing machine.

                          We use to trust on LG product and services and after completion of Warranty period We had paid money for AMC of AC and Refrigerator.

                          We had registered 1 complaint to check our Window AC on 21st March 2011 as it was not working. Your engineer visited to our place and said that he will again visit our place to get it repair but he never turned up there. My AC is still not working.
                          Now when we are calling on call centre number they say that that complaint has been closed and when we ask reason for closing without any resolution some time they say it has got closed due to technical issue, Some time they say due to compressor issue we have closed your complaint and some time say we don’t find your AMC number.
                          Till Date my AC is not working.

                          LG Electronics — LG/s failure to provide AMC services

                          I am the unfortunate owner of a 1.5T Window A/C besides other LG Products. I guess I should blame myself for trusting LG and getting mis-lead with their false and mischievous advertisements. Although I have been renewing my AMC for the A/C year after year I have not been getting the contractual dry and wet services. Complaints to their Customer Care on[protected] has not helped. LG just does not care. All they are interested in is selling their products and minting money from the AMC’s

                          In 2008 the REMOTE of my A/C started mal-functioning. Initially for the first few months their Technicians attending my repeated complaints refused to admit that the Remote was faulty. Ultimately after I personally met and complained to their Area Service Manager in Kolkata, they agreed that the remote was faulty. They gave me a used / second-hand remote which was actually of a Split S/C, promising to provide me a brand-new compatible remote within days. Weeks and months passed but there was no sign of the promised replacement. All this while I repeatedly complained to their Customer care and even write to their Kolkata office but nothing happened. In June 2009 when it was time to renew the A/C (by this time almost 10-11 months had passé since my original defective remote was taken away by LG), I refused to renew the AMC. I was hurriedly connected to their Area Service Manager who wasted no time and words promising me that such things would NEVER happen again. He also promised a replacement with 2-3 days.
                          I was ultimately supplied a new REMOTE (after almost 1 year of my original complaint) but I soon realized that this Remote too was not functioning normally. Once again I started complaining. The technicians who attended to these complaints failed to identify the defect and left promising to keep the case / complaint OPEN since the problem had not even been identified. However, every time I later realized that the case / complaint had been CLOSED saying that the complaint had been attended and the defect rectified.
                          Totally frustrated and dejected I ultimately stopped complaining. On[protected] I once again logged a complaint for the remote as well as a request that my AMC should be renewed (it was expiring on[protected]. The technician visited me and shocked me by informing me that this Remote was also NOT compatible to my type of Window A/C. NOTE that by now 2 years had passed since I had first complained about my remote. Once again I was PROMISED an early and proper replacement and also assured that the case / complaint would NOT be closed until and i=unless the remote had been properly replaced. In fact, in order to gain my confidence, even my signature was not obtained on the Call Sheet.
                          Failing to hear anything further and also since there was NO response from LG regarding renewal of my AMC, I called Customer Care but was shocked when even after verifying my identity, the person at the other end (Mr. Pankaj) flatly refused to inform me the status of the two complaints whose Docket No. I provided him. I called again and this time I was informed that, as usual, the complaint regarding the remote had been closed while the other (regarding renewal of AMC was still open). I was promised a call on[protected] and my AMC would be renewed. However, there is only SILENCE from LG.

                          It is also interesting to note that inspite of my repeated complaints by E-Mail as well as by letter (all of which are well documented), and although I have been religiously renewing my AMC year-after-year, LG has failed and neglected to provide me the assured (as per the contractual AMC agreement) the 2 FREE Dry and 1 Wet Service even for 1 year.
                          It is obvious that
                          1. LG products are sub-standard.
                          2. LG is in no mood to provide AMC services
                          3. LG blatantly ignores customer’s complaints
                          4. LG is a CUSTOMER UN-FRIENDLY company
                          5. LG deliberately misleads the Indian public with ulterior motives and mischievous intentions by releasing false advertisements
                          I have suffered immensely and continue to suffer and my hard-earned money has literally gone down the train but I APPEAL to my FELLOW COUNTRYMEN to BOYCOTT LG products and save themselves the agony, pain and financial losses that I have suffered.

                          Sub: Complaint against service providing by L.G. under AMC

                          Sir,

                          With due respect, I beg to state that I had purchased an Air Conditioner (Window) 1.5 ton of L.G. Model No.LWA5FWZDF1 on 17.5.2009 from Malik Electronic, 391, Zakir Nagar, New Delhi – 110025.

                          I gave three year A.M.C. to L.G. India on 14.5.2011 against the advance payment of Rs.3840/- on 27.7.2011 at 10.00 a.m. I made a complaint at L.G. Customer Service No.[protected] that there was low Cooling in A.C. On my request No. is[protected] on the same day on 12.30 p.m. a mechanic visited and he told me that there was some gas leakage problem in A.C. and that it required repair in the workshop. I waited on 27 and 28 but no one turned to pick up the A.C. on 29.7.2011, I called customer service number and explained the situation. The Executive kindly gave me the mobile number of Ms. Anju [protected] for further enquiry. I called and told the situation to her. She talked through conference to Mr. Rohit. He promised Ms. Anju as well as me that A.C. will be picked up on 30th at 11.30 a.m. and 101% will be okeyed on 31st July and will be sent to my residence. He gave me his mobile No.[protected]. When nobody came at 1.30 p.m. on on 30th July to pick up the A.C. he said the man will reach shortly, don’t worry your A.C. will be okeyed by 31st.

                          On 31st July at 3.30 p.m. I called on the number of Mr. Rohit. Someone picked up the phone and after enquiring my name and address he said at 5.30 or 6.00 the man will be at your residence. At 8.00 p.m. on July 31st I called on the number of Mr. Rohit, he did not pick up my phone. I made the calls 39 times between 8.30 to 10.30 p.m. but he did not pick up a single time then I called Ms. Anju but her mobile was switched off. I sent a message to her but invain.

                          Sir, I want to know my fault or crime for which I am being harassed or punished. To give the AMC is not comfort but a crime. To see this attitude of your establishment how you expect me to suggest for L.G.’s product to others.

                          This is not unfortunate but pathetic that gas filling takes six days in L.G. Workshop while in open market only six hours. How shame your organization.

                          For your kind information, the A.C. has been delivered at 1.00 p.m. on 1st August, 2011.

                          Hope action will be taken against the guilty.

                          Hi LG Team,

                          I have purchase Split A/c 5 star Monsoon Model on 18/Jun/2013 but In a year 3 time I have file complain for gas leak (approx in every 4 month) . Now 4th time gas is leak on 26/Jun/2014 . I have ask your team in every free service that this A/c is faulty as in every 4 month gas is leaking but no action taken by your technical team. As soon as warranty is over they come with 6 thousand cost and not even filling gas as it is filled before 3 months only.

                          It should be cover as per your policy as you team fill gas they give 6 month warranty for the same. But in My case your technical team is taking step after warranty over and taking 6 thousand rupees even than gas is leak in 3 months only.


                          Please look into a matter and under gas filling policy as well as customer friendly company should take care of this. (Even my A/c is install on 28/Jun/13 in this way also warranty should be up to 28/jun/14 . Please look into the matter and way off my repair charges)

                            AC unit of LG stopped working on 22nd May-complaint lodged. Three days for declaring compressor faulty. No service unit available. Replaced compressor on 3rd May. Still does not work. Local service agency states that they are busy, the AC is in order, offers to send when their men are free, states that they have too many complaints, it is summer and AC cannot function better etc. Most unfortunately, no other contact possible. their web site is down for launching complaint, sent mails, no response, their Vijayawada regional office numbers are wrong, the telephone number of LG corporate offices are wrong, their fax numbers are incorrect, when we try their customer service-Noida, a message directs us to dial extension number or wait for assistance, but it never reverts to any operator- most frustrating since no contact beyond the local agency is possible or deliberately made impossible - and in mid summer for a fortnight the C is down and even now, the cause could not be established.

                              I bought an LG Refrigerator in June, 2010 from ezone, Pune. It's in Warranty period and having issue
                              with cooling system.

                              After registering complaint in service center[protected],
                              nobody is attending to the problem properly.
                              Its 3 weeks now in this hot weather and every time we get to hear just one
                              thing from customer care that the engineer will call in 24 hours. They also provide me a contact

                              LG — Poor Service attendance for Refrigerator

                              We have a 2 door refrigerator which worked fine for about 4 yrs and now recently we faced a problem with the refrigerator and it stopped working. We registered a complaint and the service guy visited for inspection after 2 days after several phone calls and follow ups. He promised that he would get the refrigerator fixed the same day. He also mentioned that he would need to replace the compressor and gas would need to be filled and collected the payment in advance from us. Our requirement was immediate (already delayed by 2 days) as we have a small baby at home and milk cannot stay fine without refrigeration - so we paid. However, after several follow ups the engineer finally came another 2 days later to replace the compressor. The fridge worked fine for 2 weeks after that and now suddenly the cooling stopped. We called up the service guy again (both call center and teh same service guy who had visited earlier) and he finally took time out from his busy schedule to attend our complaint on the third day. LG claim 2-1-1 service... no such concept. Now he claims that compressor is choked - well.. he only replaced the compressor 2 weeks ago and now its conked off in just 2 weeks. He again promised that he would get the compressor replaced again the same day... but again all false promises. When we complained to him highlighting service and product deficiency - he had the audacity to say that you can give whatever feedback you want to. Arrogance - who said customer is the king. We stay in Janakpuri in Delhi and this is attended by some service center from Mayapuri New Delhi... calls itself Decent Services !!!
                              Dear Sir,

                              We have purchased a LG Refrigerator ( Model No 258 VA4 ) from Khosla Electronics Pvt Ltd, 37/1 Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata – 700034 on 3rd June 2009.The fridge was delivered to our house on 4th June 2009 by the dealer, but we were not given the guarantee papers, the user manual and the pair of key set.The matter waqs brought to the notice of the dealer who assured to look into the matter and arraage to give the same within one or two days.But still after three weeks we have not been given the same.

                              We have also intimated the matter to your office two weeks ago and to which we have received an acknowledgement reply to look into the Case.

                              But it is a matter of regret that even after so many days, a big MNC LG have not cared to address the Customer’s Complaint and neither they have cared to enquire why the materials ( the pair of Key Set, User’s Manual and the Guarentee Card ) was not supplied with the Fridge itself – as a sign of fair trade practice.

                              Would the LG Management care to see and say on the matter even now.

                              My Name is Balaji.G and I purchased LG refrigerator (Model GL-225FM5) two years (03.05.2010) back. On first week of May (7th May'2012) I found that cooling is less and I raised a complain request in Customer care and they told that my complaint will resolve in another couple of days but after that no one has come . Two weeks before (09.06.2012) one we contacted one of the service engineer and after checking the refrigerator he told us that Gas need to be filled and it will be done in another 7 working days. Till now we didn't receive any favorable reply from the LG customer service and the service engineer.
                              I am totally dejected and surprise to see such a poor performance from LG services and i didn't except such a bad service rendering by LG.

                                The installation was done 3rd May 2011 by M/s Radical Technical Services , Office No 62, Municipal Industrial Estate, DS Road, Gandhinagar, Worli, Mumbai - 400018. The AC worked on 3rd May 2011 night . Next day ie 4th May 2011 night the AC was not cooling. A complaint was lodged by me at 24x7 Call Center on 3rd May 2011 .                                 A technician visited on 5th May 2011 ir today& informed me that the gas has leaked & it would be attended tomorrow. He also said that the company which installed the machine & theirs are not same company. I called up M/s Radical Technical Services on landline & nobody picked up the phone.

                                I am extremely sorry to state that how a company like LG which installs an AC & very next day it malfunctions. I have spent 2 days coming back from my office ie on day of installation & today leaving important office work to be at home for technician as both me & my wife is working.

                                I want the problem to be solved by today night as I already have spent a sleepless night due to summer season with no AC & donot want to do the same today night also. when this AC was installed my earlier AC was uninstalled. I didnot pay money to spend sleepless nights & leaving my office work unattended.

                                Correct the AC problem by today.

                                  the LG 1.5 ton AC's Model No: LST1862QCP, has not been working since 2009. & customer services of LG say that the part "PCB" is not manufactured any more. e have 8 such AC at the our center. what are we supposed to do about it. shoudnt there be some after sales service or something to get these AC's working.

                                      I had lodged a service request on Sunday 1st May 2011, for my 1.5 ton window AC [Product code is LWA5ERID] installed on the toll free number of LG India. My request no is: RNA[protected]. I was promised that somebody from the customer support / service would get in touch with us within 24 hrs. However, i am very sorry to say that 3 days have gone and no one has turned up or tried to contact us on phone. I had also requested that the school timings are from 8:30 A.M to 2:00 P.M and the service engineer should visit between these working hours only.

                                      Sir, scorching summer has dawned and we are not able to use our window ac due to its servicing. LG customer care should take immediate steps and the service engineers would contact us immly.needless to mention that this is our first experience with LG Ac's , we have samsung and voltas products and they have an impeccable service record. Your service in comparison has been tardy and poor in comparison.

                                      LG India provides worst service in consumer electronics industry. The customer care call centre nos. are like endless wait. I tried each and every option to contact LG India. Even after complaint has been registered no one has done anything.

                                      I tried calling your Jammu customer care centre but was able to get through to one operator after 19 calls and he also promised today that some engineer would get in touch with us immly. It seems his definition of 'immly' means, 'after endless time duration'.

                                      Pls look into the matter.

                                      LG service center is charging Rs.650.00 for just visit and check AC.This is too big a amount for doing nothing. I had problem with LG AC model :LG-LSA24XWAS1. The problem was, remote was working intermittently. This was due to sensor board. This problem I had mentioned when I placed a service request. I was very upset when the LG service person came and did nothing. he told the model absolete and the spare is not available. Charged me Rs.650.00 and left without any solution to my problem.

                                        Hi my Name is Akash and i am really pissed of with LG service. I have one LG semi automatic Washing machine whose safety cover was got broken while washing clothes. This machine is still under warranty and i am ready to pay for broken parts but still no body is entertaining me. I launched a complaint on 26th April 2011 "RNA[protected] " and today on 4th may 2011, one technician comes to my house and try to replace the broken part with another broken part. when i said i want the new part, again he said that we don't have any other part available and i[censored] don't want this broken part , it will take another 15 ,20 days for replacement. he was trying to sell the broken part with 70 % discount. this is real from LG service..... i bought this machine from Reliance digital outlet and they are also not supporting me. Please help me out as i am really suffering from this problem and i just want sue the LG Service team.
