Dear Sir/Madam,

This was regarding my complaint dtd 27.03.2011. I have purchased LG LCD on 08/12/2010. and within 3 months there was problem in LCD part. When i called your customer care they told me that your problem will resolve in 5 working days. but today is 11.04.2011 and i have not received nothing from you.

I am facing very poor service from you. Your executive Mr. Manish Sawant([protected]) call me on 29.03.2011 and told me that we will replace the part in 3 working days. Then your techicen were came to my home and checked the problem and then after on 06.04.2011 ur another executive came to my home and told me that we will refund or give u new LCD. and also taken my bill zerox and ID proof copy.

When i called Manish Sawant, He was laughed on phone and took problem very lightly. I told him that becos o[censored] i have missed all my world cup matches but again he told me that ur problem will resolve my another thursday (14.04.2011). But he was not sure about the same.


I am very upset with such kind of service and will take this to consumer court.



I[censored] want to call and also escalate to higher also.Pls do action against Manish Sawant([protected]).

Also I will NOT prefer any product of LG in future and also told my friend and relatives of the same.

    Sir,
    I have purchased the LG Split Air Conditioner from M/s Bajaj Electronics, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad and it was installed on 26.1.2011 and recently it is put into use. The model is LG LSA 5KR 3A and S.No. is 101NAHF013833. The first complaint I have lodged with LG customer care centre is on 27.2.1011 due to some noise is observed in the indoor unit. The technician has attended on 30.3.2011 and remarked that the Dashboard is having a manufacturing defect and it to be replaced. Without replacing the faulty component the complaint is closed by LG. I have again lodged a complaint on 2.4.2011 vide complaint no. RNA [protected] and a reminder is also given on 4.4.2011. Since the complaint is not attended to I have lodged a complaint again on 6.4.2011 vide complaint number RNA [protected]. The technician has again attended on 10.4.2011 but the problem still persists. Kindly help.

    LG Split Air Conditioner — noise in a c

    Dear sir,

    I bought a split aircontion from your company that is LG. Since the starting itself the aircondtion is making noise. i have given complain on the phone a lot of times, but still the noise is coming, We were told to complain to the company, no servcing is given by LG, so we will go next time to another company, i dont think that the LG GROUP IS POOR SERVICE, BUT ... i am getting poor service, so i request you to please take action on my aircondtion as soon as possible.
    This is really discouraging for the customers. We have also send a complaint letter to your company.

      On 07.March.2011 my LG Refrigerator's cooling failed. So i have given this update to LG Call Center and they have given a Compliant no. RNA[protected]. From 07.March.2011 uptill now my complaint is unsolved by LG. when i forced LG Call Center person to give contact details of Senior managing person. After forcing call center person they given me Contact Number of Mrs. Lata Kombil; Mobile No. [protected]. After all Mrs. Lata Kombil not received my single call.............I like to say that LG refrigerator company if poor in service providing.....

        Hi,

        I had purchased a LG Slim flat screen television 29 inch Model no: 29FU6RG-T5 on the 5th April, 2009.

        Around 1.5 month back our TV was not starting normally so I contacted customer care and launce and complain. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID[protected] with the customer care center on the 28st of Feb, 2011.
        After 3-4 days service executive came and checked the TV and told us that there is an defect in Transformer and removed that part very roughly and told that will replace that part in 1-2 days.
        We contacted on customer care after 3 days than they replied that parts have not come from Delhi, as soon as parts will come they will replace the parts. Than after some days service man came and again checked the TV and replied that transformer is ok and coil is defective which is on picture tube, so need to change picture tube, which will cost us around 7000Rs.
        I don’t understand how come a person cannot identify problem by removing and checking parts at once and on every checking they tell us different problem with high cost. I contacted my dealer from where I purchased the TV he told me that he had talked with Mr. Swapnil who is head for andheri to dahisar reagion in Mumbai. He told that he can provide us with discount upto 25% for that picture tube. I had explain him the whole problem and told him that I am sure that some mistake had occurred by service man only while checking and removing the part but he is not interested to listen our problem and put forward to higher authority.
        So I thought I can mail you the whole case and leave up to you what can be done to my problem. As for 15000 TV it doesn’t make any sense to incur another 5000rs.
        I think its not justified and you need to take some action as from last 1 1/5 month my TV is not working. I hope ill get good response from your side as this my last option where I can try to get proper decision.

          Respected Sir,

          The inlet valve of my LG washing machine stopped working few weeks back.

          For this I raised a complaint with LG customer care on 5th April, complaint no rna[protected]. The technician named Peter came, clean the filter, took Rs 331 and gone. The LG customer care told me that this ticket is valid for 3 months and if the same issue still exists, we don't have to pay for that.

          But the problem was still there and did not go away.

          For this, I raised another complaint on 7th April 10AM, complaint number: rna[protected]. LG customer care said that some technician will call me back within 2 hours and will attend the house within 24 hours. I have not got even a single call or visit even after 54 hours (till 4PM 9th April). I have called LG customer care many times and it now sounds to me as if I am talking to the parrots, which always parrot the following sentences.

          "Sir, your complaint has been registered and a reminder has been sent to the technician."
          "The technician will call you back in 2 hours and will attend you within 24 hours."

          After taking the service charges Rs 331, LG seems to have lost all interest in my problem. When I asked LG customer care that I want to talk to some senior person, he gave me the number of Ms Maria, [protected]. I tried this multiple times but of no use, first the call gets forwarded somewhere and then I got the answer that "phone is not available". I have also sent a mail to "after sales service" department of LG, email: [protected]@lge.com, but I did not get any satisfactory answer (that also looks like another version of automated parrot).

          This is very frustrating, that such big brands like LG are behaving like this. They boldly claim that the complainant will get the call from technician within 2 hours and will get attended in 24 hours and the guarantee of the work is 3 months. These are all big lies. Their whole motto is just to take money (whether the problem at hand is solved or not is last of their concern) and once they take the money and you will tell them the next day, sir the problem is still there, they will just keep on parroting the above sentences without actually working on the issue at hand.

              Dear Sir/ Madam

              I bought a Microwave oven from SALES India in the month of Nov 2010, and in the very first month it started created problem and So I had to lodged a complaint to the customer care dated 30 Jan2011 it was immediatley followed by Digital customer care at Ahmedabad and they took the oven for repairing and since then I didn't heard any positive response from DIgital care. After putting several efforts and talking to LG customer care I came to know that it is possible to repair that oven and they replace the same. I was asked to submit the ID proof, which i did promptly even then nothing moved on and after contacting them they told me that they will refund me the money which again has not done yet. consequently I have no option but to take a legal action against the company.

              I am going to consumer court to resolve this matter, and I will demand compansetion against the trouble I suffered.

                I have purchased a split AC on Sunday which got delivered on Monday evening and for last 2 days I have been following up with all possible numbers and persons available to get it installed but it is painful experience to get some one working. Its quite surprising that the manager doesn't pick up tha call despite repeted attempt from various numbers. After paying the full amount in advance if this is the situation " what is the service , we are claiming about ? " -- Is this standard RELIANCE SERVICE MODEL ?? Reliance digital retail ltd. doesnt have a web site ?? there is no greivance forum / cell with contact details on your web site -- is this the business to haras people ?

                    WE HAD BOUGHT PLASMA TV FROM LG SHOW ROOM ON[protected]
                    THE PIECE WAS DEFECTIVE ,WHEN WE CALLED THE LG SHOW ROOM THAT THE TV IS SHOWING THE LINE FROM THE BEGINING THE TV WAS INSTALLED.

                    THE LG SERVICE PEOPLE TOOK THE TV AND TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE TWO MONTHS TO GET IT REPAIRED. I AM SURPRISE A NEW TV HOW IT CAN GET SPOILED FROM DAY ONE.
                    LG HAS REPUTATION TO GIVE GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT,MY ONLY DEMAND IS TO REPLACE THE SET.I DONT WANT THE DEFECTIVE TV.

                      We had purchased a LG double door refrigerator in the month of Dec 2011. It went out of order within two months. Their technician was not able to set the problem. The co. agreed for replacement. There is inordinate delay in getting the replacement more than one and half months. A reputed co like LG is not properly responding to the customer grievances

                      Thank you for your response. I have already sent my complaint to you twice or thrice on the same email given by you but not end result. Simply automated reply that it will be attended to. Please note the complaint Nos. RNA1102120 and RNA1102280. Some people had called asking whether the problem has been set right which are only eye wash. No proper after sales service. Very poor and a bad experience after buying a LG DD refrigerator. However the dealer was kind enough to replace the LG with SAMSUNG as per our request. Down with LG.

                        I bought P500 in Feb'2011, and it has been a nightmare for me since I bought it.

                        THE DISPLAY wents off for when a call comes. TOO slow call making processors. you need to wait 15 seconds for a call to get connected. Within 1 month, got the Motherboard(PCB) replaced, have been to service centre thrice after that, but the problem still continues…..damn, dont know wat to do next?!!!

                        LG Mobile Phone — FAULTY PRODUCT

                        I have purchased a LG Mobile item LG GD 510 item no[protected], lot no [protected] from M/S Cellucom Retail India Private Limited, Shipra Mall Shop no 33 Indrapuram, Gaziabad 201202 against Invoice no[protected] dt17.04.10 for Rs 7055/-
                        The product is found to be defective. I have approached the shop . He is not entertain the complaint and is not willing to replace the defective one with the new piece or refund me the money.
                        Please initiate proper action or guide me for the action so that I am compensated for the loss. I am suffering in the daily work for want of a mobile and like that I am compensated immediately or get a new piece is given in lieu of the defective piece immediately.

                            I have purchased LG GT540 in 11 Sep, 2010. I am not satisfied with LG product as service center ppls are very rude and not treating customer kindly not even senior citizens specially Mrs. Khan May be she is uneducated because how she behave with the customer is just like that.... LG should look into this things we are spending this much amount for mobile and better service but for kalyan branch skylark ppls are useless she is psyco.. LG managers should have to take action againest this service center soon.. but I know nothing will happend because I was skylark service center 5 to 6 times they were worst 1st time for software problem 2nd time my ear speaker problem. They have changed the speaker but now there was an problem with volume button.... In 6 months I got these problems and now finally battery problem...My mobile suddenly hit up alot I had checked my battery and got that it was damaged from in side then I tried looking out lg service center in gujarat coz i was in gujarat that time after one week I was go to kalyan service center it was monday[protected], I explained them that i was out of station thats why I am late for 2 days they told me that you have to leave your mobile here with battery... I dont know why they want my mobile it was just a battery replacement then also, I was think that its ok and leave my mobile on that day to the service center I called them next day but they have told me that out branch manager is on holiday so called next day, again i called them but they have told me the samething again, on third day also they told me that we havent got any response from lg center.. I was so frustrated and visited the service center that is skylark the lady Mrs. Khan behave very rudely I had purchased new battery of Rs. 570 from service center (skylark) and told her that if you go any response from Mr. Prasad (who is a reasonal manager for thane to kalyan) then please inform me...... she told me very rudely like ok.ok...
                            Next day I called them i.e. 4th day she told me you will not get your battery replacement as your warranty is over... I was very socked that they have taken my mobile for three days with charger and I was only 3 days late from warranty..... I tried looking out for fight with this ppls I got no. Of Mr. Kartik (Mr. Kartik No. - [protected]) who is taking care of all branchase he called me and gave me Mr. Prasand No. (Mr. Prasand No. - [protected]) who is looking out for thane to kalyan branchases I used to call him 7 to 8 times but he hasn't called me once I explained everything but he is also one of them so did nothing...Now he told me to mail my battery pics I send mails 3 to 4 times to his mailing address ([protected]@lgmobiles.com) but he told me he have not got any mails from me I have sent him from gmail and yahoo.. I got understand he is also same like skylark ppls now I got call from Mrs Amruta ( Mrs Amruta No. [protected]) she told me to mail one more time I mail again to ([protected]@lgmobiles.com, [protected]@lgmobiles.com, rajib.[protected]@lge.com, kartik.[protected]@lgmobiles.com ) all these as she told me to do so... Now next day Amruta again called me and advise me to goto the service center for my calim I was gone to the service center the worst lady again came i.e. Mrs. Khan she has taken my battery and told me to sign for in paper where she write refund... she has taken my battery and gave me my Rs. 570 back and after signing she told me you will not get your battery replacement your warranty is over.... and she was fighting with me and told me that do whatever you want to do “main kisi se nahi darti and all apko battery nahi chahiye tha to mat lo aapko paisa milgaya na aap ka” I dont know whom i have to blaim myself that I have purchased LG product? Or the service center where uneducated ppls are working with out any respect to the cutomer.. And now i hant received any calls from anyone Anyone here who can guid me for legal action?
                            LG should have to take action againest this service center specially Mrs. Khan,
                            I will never recommended anyone to buy any product of LG.....

                            All these ppl are same... making product more worst...Not even 1% satisfied with service...

                            I am not sure if she is uneducated, but can well make out that you are.
                            I am so frustrated because of all this... Mr rajiv called me today... he promise me he will take some action against this service center... I dont have any hope now same thing repeated, one more person from LG... If you All take my opinion then never buy any product of LG anytime...

                              We had purchased an LG Refrigerator Model No. 23TMTSFF on 23 April 2005 for Rs. 11,400 from Desai Agencies, Anand.

                              We are very sorry to say that this product never worked satisfactorily. First it is SFF model which never gave frost free. Entire back remains with ice since we have purchased. Two years back its cooling system was not very good. We registered complaint and the mechanic charged some gas. Even after that it was not frost free. Recently we have come to know that due to faulty system this refrigerator has been withdrawn from the market. But we never knew this. Can anyone suggest what are the options available for me under consumer forum to get rid from this refrigerator to avoid mental agony further.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I am Amit Kumar from Shukul tola lane, jogsar, Bhagalpur. I have purchased a LG mobile (CDMA Set) Model no. 3540 from Mihir trades & Agencies, Patel Babu Road, Bhagalpur on dated 24/07/2010 with a warranty of 1 years but now my mobile is became dead, when i went to the service centre of LG Mobiles they told me that my mobile is out of warranty because as per the norms of LG Mobiles we cover the warranty only on either 16 months from the date of manufacturing or 12 months from the date of purchase which is earlier competed and the date of manufacturing of your mobile is OCT'2009. So you can contact to Mihir Traders. When I went to Mihir trades & Agencies I found Mihir trades & Agencies are closed from last one month. Once again I went to the service centre of LG Mobiles they asked the firm M/S Mihir trades & Agencies is wind up their distribution ship of LG Mobiles from last one month. So now I really fed up with the services of LG Mobiles, LG Service centre as well as Mihir trades & Agencies.
                                At least LG Mobiles should gave a publically notice about the norms of warranty coverage and distributor should not sales the old manufactured mobiles to costumers.

                                  I (MR PRAVIN MAHADEORAO KAWADKAR) PURCHASED LG GD 510 ON DATE-18/01/2011 WITH BILL HANDSET IT WAS RESTART AND OTHER SOME PROBLEMS IS HAPPENEND THROUGH USING THE HANDSET.                                     I have purchased LG Split A.C ( 2 Ton) on 9 April, 2010...
                                    A.C. was producing a lot of sound from starting...When I ask company to repair this...They didn't give response...Now the A.C. has stopped cooling...And company is refusing to repair it....but there Warranty period is still not finished...They are just passing time so that they can say that their Warranty period is finished.....I am mentally harrash fro the company and dealer both....I am enclosing details...Kindly take suitable action.....

                                      Hi,

                                      I was coaxed to enroll into the YLG Gold Plus membership in Sep 2009 by Kormangla branch front desk Uma & Amruta. According to the membership card provided to me the membership is valid till 22 Sep 2010 and comes with a hoard of complimentary benefits. (since i was among the first promotional enrollers)

                                      As discussed with Bandita & Poornima (cluster manager – YLG Koramangla), I am listing the most significant of many problems encountered by me, being a member of YLG.

                                      1. Mens’ Services: When I was offered YLG membership in Sep 2010, I was promised following complimentary services for my husband – Hair cut, Hair spa, Manicure, Pedicure, Body and head massage in YLG Men’s salon Kormangla (unlimited for 1 year). He had availed these for a couple of months as well. But since the men's salon was closed within 4/5 months of my membership I was not given any refund/alternative salon services.

                                      2. Vouchers: I was promised by Sameer (then COO) that I will be given free compensatory vouchers for Spa Radiance facial, detan, chocolate wrap etc. since I did not get any of the earlier falsely promised high end services at the salon (prior promised chomo facials, all types of manicure/pedicure, all body spa). I have not got any communication on these vouchers or how I can avail them. Infact now i have denied all these. Is YLG only good at falsely promising and not delivering due to their high attrition rates.

                                      3. Spa party: When I enrolled for membership, I was told that I can take spa party woth Rs. 25000. When I contacted YLG for spa party in Jan 2010 I was told that a rule is now made (in Jan itself) that spa party to be taken within 3 months of membership. But when rule was made 3 months had already passed. Now i am being told that i can take a spa party worth only versus Rs.25000 earlier promised.

                                      4. Membership Extension: Before enrolling I had mentioned my constraint of my job. The job profile that I have requires me to travel for 6-8 months in a year. I was told that I could freeze my membership whenever I would travel with no limitation on number of months. Last year (Sep 09- Sep 10) I have been travelling for around 6 months. I have furnished proofs towards that to YLG management. I was told in Jan-Feb 2010 that new rules have been formulated and I can get only 3 months extension. I applied for 2 months extension at that time. I was not told that extension is only one-tome in the perios of membership. I again applied for extension after a few months. I was told by front staff in Kormangla that I have been given 3 months extension. Now I realize that in spite of being out of Bangalore for 6 months in a year I have been given only 2 months extension that was valid till Nov 2010.

                                      YLG Salon has suffered on the hands of its sales employees who have sold memberships with complimentary services and freebies. This seems to be a fraud committed by the sales staff , the brunt of which is being passed to the clients like me.

                                      I am yet awaiting a resolution to these issues that i have on numerous occassions reported to YLG Management verbally and in written form.

                                        my refrigerator model no. 308VA4 is not colling properly. this problem has occured twice in last 1.5 years since i purchased it on 20-6-09.
                                        the bill no. is 36554 and the compressor warranty that LG claims is for 5 years and it already starts to trouble me. i am completely unsatisfied with the quality of LG as this is my first LG product. i want replacement of the same if LG is worthy of being a quality oriented company.

                                        Inspite of 5 visits and 15 complaint calls the problem still persists. Multiple parts have been changed by your service engineers but the problem still remains.
                                        The freezer chamber is working fine but the bottom portion does not cool.

                                        Ref nos of few complaints in last one month.
