WE PURCHASED A FLAT TV OF MODEL NO. (21FS4RGE) AND SERIAL NO. (810ETGK024191) AS INDICATED ABOVE, ALSO THE PLACE OF THE PURCHASE WAS GURU MAA ENTERPRISES. FOLLOWING ARE THE RECENT COMPLAINT NUMBERS, ALTHOUGH THE TV HAS BEEN REPAIRED FOUR TIMES EARLIER ALSO BUT NOW I DO NOT HAVE THOSE COMPLAINT NUMBERS.

L G , CTV — Repairing of Remote

I have bought one Colour Television in December'08 from dealer of LG. In May'09, 6-7 buttons of the remote stop working and are dead. While contacting the shop keeper regarding the Remote, the said shop keeper strictly refused to repair and replacement.

Kindly let me know whether this remote can be canged or repaired, if yes, why the shop keeper refusing strictly its repair of replacement.

Ihave complained (compline # [protected]) on my t.v through your tollfree no ([protected]) on 19nov but i still didnot recive any response to my complain, you have holidays on sun and mon ,so your technicen will be coming on tue that is 24(that is on the 6 day of complain),and that is just to visit and , if it requires any repair you will take another week .Don`t you think this is really rediculous

Hi LG Team,

I am very unhappy with your customer service and engineers capability of problem solving and products quality maintance.

I had 3 LG products at my home - Television, Two Split ACs.

About Television: I had buy it about 7 years back but we had spent 3-4K in it maintance. This shows very bad product quality with compare to other brands in India.

About ACs:
Recently a month ago i buy AC from ezone. Installation of it is very very bad experience for me and the installation guy did not perform well.
Let me tell you this is really very very bad impression come up in Customer mind due to such installation.
A Split AC is know for its no voice quality but my AC seems very noisy and more than a simple ceiling FAN.
i complain about it to LG CSD and your really SMART engineer attend complain and give very un-sensible reason of noise.
He told us due to 1.5 ton AC, you will hear noise. Technically this does not sound okay to me and will never to others.

How can you help me to sort out this noise problem?

I am really very tired with LG products and will not in my life going to buy any other LG product even it is free to me.
Also i will never suggest to some one to go for LG.

Sorry but you guys are not making up to mark and this may loose customer relations.

Last month we had repaired TV with LG customer service. After lots of banging my head with your technician and CSD my TV got repaired but my remote control stop working.

When technician came to my house to install TV parts we don’t have electricity at home and so it was not tested.
Also technician told to my family member that your remote was not working when he came previously to check the problem in TV but he is lie because I was there when he come
At my home to check TV problem.

I was in impression that my remote control has some problem and I got replace with new remote control but new one is also not working.

Now who is responsible for this?

Below Problem yet not solved.

Technician Mr Mukesh (LG Authorized Centre Sai service, Surat) came but makes fool by saying remote control has some issue.
So we spend money to purchase new remote control of LG but that also does not work well.

If you cannot fix the problem or attend it seriously please do not make them fool.

I want answer whether my problem will get repaired by you or I contact some one else?

Dear sir,

I purchesed LG LCD TV MODEL-32LH 60 from Light & Sound Galaxy, G-55, Laxmi Nagar, Vikas Nagar, Delhi-110092 bill no-16639 dated 16.3.2010. ON 16.3.2010.
After few days picture and sound problem occured as the TV Set is not getting on. Therefore, complaint registered on 1.12.2010 to Show Room and also to Complaint Centre at [protected] on 3.12.2010 Complaint no. RNA[protected], 4.12.2010, 6.12.2010 and 7.12.2010 Complaint no. RNA[protected] but all in vains and still complaint has not been resolved.

I had 5 LG products at my home - Television, Two Split ACs., Washing Machine and Fridge and unfortunately last month I got a TV and Washing Machine of same brand to my daughter Advocate Meenu Sharma persuming it a good brand, but presently I am very unhappy with your customer service and capability of problem solving and products quality maintance.

I hope you will get my complaint about LCD TV resolved immediately so that I may not go for legal assistance against LG.

LG should stand for Life's gone . I cannot imagine any customer service could be this miserable and insensible. No one holds any accountability for their actions leave about ownership. A bunch of ill mannered and irresponsible youth sitting on a call center and massacring LG's brand on one side and the bureaucratic service centers on the other . I used to be a LG loyalist (I have LG AC, TV, Refridgerator,washing machine) but now have taken a oath not to buy any LG product ever nor advise anyone to do so. I have a complaint with LG pending from 23rd December (today is 4th January) and the same has been cancelled over and again with lame excuses and then another new complain , so on and so forth.Till date I have not received any service on my complain. And this is not the first time it's happening this way. I have had similar experiences in the recent past. Are these guys just spared and there is no one who holds them accountable. Numerous calls I have made so far without any help reaching, and now they disconnect the line whenever i begs them to connect me to their seniors. Should the company not be held responsible for such behaviour of their representatives and service centers ?

Never buy LG brand TV — Never buy LG brand TV

I PURCHASED LG BRAND 3D LED TV FROM DUBAI ON 12 FEB 2012.

I ASKED HIM TO OPEN AND CHECK THE TV IN PRESENSE OF ME AT DUBAI STORE BUT HE REFUSE TO OPEN AND CHECK.

WHEN I OPENED THE BOX AFTER COMING INDIA IT SEEMS TO BE SECOND HAND PIECE.

Regarding My Television repairing i was register complain in customer care for repairing of TV &amp; they were reply me that LG representative will see you within 72 hours of complain register.still no person is coming for repair.

There is a problem with our LCD LG tv.there is some disturbance in the display i.e a series of white cloudy apperance is found on the screen when switched ON and OFF.Please help us in rectifiying it.

    service executives are not able to solve the actual problem of complaint.
    We have registered with LG for our washing machine which has not been working for almost 2 mths now!

    They said that the PCP and Sensor has not been working and that they will replace it... To date nobody has come to rectify the problem.

    On making a complaint on [protected], all they say is that we will receive a call within 48 hrs, then it became 24 hrs the it became 3 hrs, but to-date I have not received any call back...

    CAN&#039;T BELIEVE THAT LG&#039;S SERVICE COULD BE THIS BAD!!!

      I am one of the frustrated customer of LG.
      I buy LG split AC 2 star 1 ton from Vashi outlet in May 2011. Since in one year LG promises three free service I make a call to them in Aug 2011 for Free service on there toll free no.[protected].
      The customer service representative promises that I'll get call in next 24 hours for service schedule. Its been 3 days but no call. I called back again but no joy. Every time they register a new complaint number and forget. LG Sucks...
      Now I call back again and got two complaint numbers 1) RNA[protected] RNA[protected] and don't know how many more I'll have in next coming days.

      I am fed up with LG. Its a poor after sales service for this company. There other competitor are far ahead of them in the service area.

      I'll request someone from LG to have a look in this issue asap.
      I am obtaining help from consumer Court very soon as well as adding reviews to all review sites against LG products.

        Hi,

        I had purchased a LG Split AC from Radhika Electronics, Pimpri Pune on 17th April. The installation was free till 17th April.

        I registered on LG customer support for free installation on 17th April itself with My number as: +91 [protected]

        Installation Address as:

        Flat No 5, Building-C, Wing-C, Sai Saheb Apartment
        Pimple Saudagar
        Pune-411027

        It was confirmed that installation will be done in 24 Hrs.

        After 24 Hrs (on 18th April)I called back to check but I was informed that there is no update. The customer executive registered new request and provided the number as RNA[protected].

        Again there was no call on 18th April. On 19th I again called LG customer care to be informed that the request was rejected because the executive did not mentioned the address correctly in system. Also they now informed that they cannot commit free installation even though I have registered the request on 17th April.

        Now they provided me the contact number of cooling solution which is the service centre. Cooling Solutions Contact No[protected]/[protected].

        When I called on this number I was informed that Cooling Solution is no more the service centre for LG.

        It has been two days and I am still awaiting a call for installation. I have still not started using LG product and I am facing this issue. I am really disappointed by this.

        I had bought an LG refrigerator (model no. - 245TTG4) on 20.07.2008. Now I wanted an AMC. Call centre people (on 18.03.10) told me that 1yr AMC would cost Rs.750/- + service tax and if I take for more than 1 yr (2 or 3 years), it would come at a 20% discount (ref no. - R[protected]). When the service engineer visited me on 19.03.10, he informed that no discounts are available. On my trying to recheck with the call center (that no discounts are available), your call center executive told me to talk to the service engineer himself or his ASC head as he himself would not be able to help out and give correct information. This essentially means that the call center is either redundant or its executives are hand in glove with the service center people and charge extra (withdrawing discounts at their own will).
        Despite my repeated efforts, I was unable to get to the right source for the desired information. Kindly help me out.

        We buy a 1.5 ton split air conditioner from Gupta trading co. stated in i-10, Gf, rdc, rajnagar with model number LSA 5NW2VF1 on 19 APRIL 2009 with invoice number 000202, and its very sad to say that since we buy that airconditioner we are tentativenly geting the same problems time and again and still now Lg services center is unable to rectify to our satifactroy each time a executive come to sort out the problem the next day its the same gas leakage problem again atleast 12 times, and we are again facing the problem again gas leakage, i urge you sir to get this aircon replaced ASAP, so that we have faith in LG company. here are the sataed complain number with dates:--

        With much regret and dismay i choose to complaint regarding the poor service quality of LG service, which is topped by casual unprofessional behavior which does not speak high about a company as reputed as yours. i have been loyal to the LG brand for many years, with most of the appliances being from LG. i have been using LG a/c for past more than 10 years. i have availed the offer for 2 years annual maintenance contract last year. Now when my a/c developed a snag, the attitude of LG service center guys has changed, my complaints are falling on deaf years. i have complaints 5 days back, an engg came only to tell me that some other guy will do the necessary repairs and after that, have made repeated calls and requests for the same, the only reply i get is one of a very rude nature and complete disregard to the concerns of the customer. i didnt expect while paying for the AMC that in the times when i would need to avail the services, i would experience such things from a company like LG.
        Please fill the holes to maintain the reputation of the company as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir,
        i have purchased one LG washing machine (top loading automatic) on 19/12/2012. Recently i m facing some problem with the machine. After running some time( apprx.20 mins) machine stops. i have launched one complain in LG tollfree number on 14/08/2013. Service engineer has checked the machine and found fault in cable as well as the electronic circuit. After that machine is not attended. i have made 2-3 times reminder in tollfree number and also contacted local service provider of LG in Surat. But as per service centre, repair parts are not available with them till 19/08/2013 and not even forwarding call from their side.

        I&#039;m Fredyson P E, had purchased a LG fridge model no GL 205 KAG5 before 5 months from Ernakulam LG show room.Before 3 weeks i&#039;ve registered a complaint that my fridge is not geeting cool. My complaint number is rna[protected].


        A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the fridge and said that some parts should replace and he will come with that by the next day itself. But so far no one came and my fridge&#039;s condition is getting much worse. Many times i&#039;ve tried to contact the service men. But no response from them.i haven&#039;t expected such a poor service from LG. I want immediate response and service ASAP.

          Sir,
          i have an automatic LG washing machine which needs repair for running.I lodge a complaint at your authorised servicing center at Dibrugarh ,Assam on 19th march11 and asked to repair the machine. I deposited the machine at the servicing center in time for repair. But neither I got any satisfactory respond from them nor the machine repaired. One month passed from the date of lodging complaint but still the machine is not repaired. On enquiry , the servicing center informed me that it will be repaired only after the parts will be available from the company.They also not able to inform me how much time it will take to get the parts available from the company.I am surprised to see that such a famous&popular company"LG"takes time more than a month to get a simple washing machine repaired. So i request you to look into the matter and get the machine repaired if possible.

            led tv not working

            our led tv we bought on 26 JAN 2011 is not working since one MONTH, we had given complaint by complaint number RNA[protected] on 19/02/2011 and the service center agent is telling us since that it will be repaired,he check the tv and told we need to change the tv , and again we follow up for change/replacement of led,but no positive steps were taken..we calledup repeatedly, lastly they told they will refund money.but till today we havnt got any response..so i request you to take a positive step urgently or we will go to the consumer court....

              I have brought an LG washing machine from ur esteemed company on 24th Oct 2010. Barely 4 months later the machine has been giving me problems. Inspite of lodging a complaint since February on[protected] noone has come to check the washing machine. I had bought the machine from LG chembur near shoppers stop

              LG has promised a 10 year warranty on their products and I not only buy ur products but I also recommend ur products to family and friends. I am extremely disappointed this time with the service provided and I do hope that my machine is replaced with a new one. Looking foward to hearing from you.

                Hello,

                Here is a great example of LG experience. They are not at all serious about customer care and after sell services.

                I had done big mistake by putting trust on LG brand before 2 years. While purchasing my new home, I bought 2 LG LCD TVs. 32" and 42" each. 32" cost me 40,000 Rs while 42" was worth 60,000 Rs.

                After passing 1 year of warranty, both TVs (yes both TVs) started functioning like 15 years old TVs. Both were automatically shutting off during play within 15-30 minutes. This was random and I passed a year with uncertain behavior. However I had already complained to LG in 2010 for clarification on the issue.

                Service guy, Mr. Mukesh ([protected] is LG service guy from Surat Adajan service station ) is one of those who represent LG services. He has all elements of how to fool customer in thousands of ways. On his first visit he told me total repair cost would be below 1000 Rs and on another visit +4000 Rs. I was in dilemma whether to trust this guy or to approach LG customer care again for allocating new guy.

                In my new complaint (RNA[protected] for reference), the same guy came again with lots of smiles and willingness to fool.
                Here are some of those arguments by Mr. Mukesh

                1)
                Mukesh : Now if you want to repair 1 TV, it would cost 10000 Rs for replacing PCB.
                Me : Earlier repair cost was below 1000, then 4000 and now 10000. Can you please provide me proper justification.

                2)
                Mukesh : Running stabilizer won't protect your TV. Your TV is damaged because of power fluctuation.
                Me : Then what's the use of my Stabilizers? Stabilizer manufacturing cos should shut down ? I am a caring guy who use sufficient power protection instruments from reputed cos for my home equipments.

                3)
                Mukesh : If you have 2 TVs to show to me, it would cost double the visiting charge.
                Me : Are you sure? you are visiting just 1 time and cost is double ? Even though it's not taking your 10 minutes ? So you think my 5 faulty LG products will give you 3500 Rs just for visiting ??

                4)
                Mukesh : LG is very reputed company in all ele. products.
                Me : I am using Samsung Fridge, Sony Laptop, Apple iphone, Nokia touch but never faced sort of defects like your LG TVs

                5)
                Me : We are joint family having 5 TVs at our home, having 10 years old Samsung and 2 years old Sony. but never had single issue with those.
                Mukesh : No idea for other brands how those are. We cannot give any guarantee after 1 year. Nobody will give you.

                6)
                Mukesh : We cannot give any guarantee on new parts after replacement.
                Me : Speechless !!

                Do you think anyone will trust LG after meeting such service guys ?

                Finally I accepted that it is great waste of time and extremely poor quality TVs. LG is not intended to provide customer delight experience. I am sure they are doing big business in service & repair for their low quality products because those are made like that only.

                In future, I will never think of LG even though it's free. Thank you for your time.

                  I am a customer of a LG LED TV. which is two months old. The TV was working fine for first one month but after that we started seeing a vertical line mid of the TV screen with one half brighter than the other half. We called the LG customer care and the response was bad. The engineer came checked the TV and said a cable was damaged and said he will replace the same in a days time. but its two days since we heard from their end i have raised the complient but no response, reuqest advise

                    MY Name is Rahul Tripathi recently i purchased an LCD TV of LG on 5/3/2011 on my wifes name MRS. REENA TRIPATHI but i stared giving me very bad pictue from 24/3/2011 .i complained about this issue on 25/3/2011 MY Complaint ID is RNA[protected] a technician came from service center of LG after looking at picture quality .

                    HE WAS NOT READY TO ACCEPT THAT IT WAS PROBLEM OF TELEVISION inspite of telling him that I HAVE ALREADY GOT CHECKED MY CABLE FROM MY OPERATOR AND it IS NOT CABLE FAULT howevery he agreed that he will prove himself by TAKING MY TV TO DEALERS SHOP AND CHECKING IT THERE and he assured me that he will reurn on nex day i.e on 27/3/2011 by 1:30 PM but he did no turned up so next day i.e on 28/3/2011 .


                    I MYSELF TOOK MY LCD TO DEALERS SHOP there also i got the SAME POOR PICTURE WHEREAS EVERY OTHER LCDs IN HIS SHOP HAD BEST QUALITY PICTURE so my DEALER CALLED SERVICE CENTER AND GOT THE SAME TECHNICIAN IN HIS SHOP . THERE THE SAME TECHNICIAN ADMITTED THAT IT IS PROBLEM WITH TUNER CARD AND MINI CARD OF my LCD TV and HE will do needful in next 2 days bu today is 14/4/2011 . THREE WEEKS after i complained but still my se is in same condition and the service center guys are telling that they do no have SPARE PARTS TO REPLACE IM MY LCD and it is in TRANSIT PHASE .

                    however i called to call center of LG on[protected] for further action i received mobile number of REGIONAL CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER named LATA MOMBIL cell no [protected] i was told that her working hours are from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm but i desparetly diled her number from 11:00 am SHE DID NO BOTHERED TO PICK UP PHONE AFTER CONTINOUS RINGS however trying hard her number for more than TWO HOURS she picked phone and told that she will look into this case and call me within 10 minutes

                    BUT even AFTER 2 HOURS SHE DID NOT BOTHERED TO CALL ME . i Again tried her number but again of continous RINGS SHE DID NOT PICKED MY CALL however after again AFTER TWO HOURS OF MY CALLING SHE PICKED MY CALL BUT SILL SHE HAD NOT TOUCHED MY CASE AND HAD NO IDEA ABOUT MY PROBLEM OR COMPLAIN however i was LEFT HELPLESS FROM REGIONAL OFFICER TOO FINALLY I EMAILED ON LG service id after 2 days on 13/4/2011 i got call from LG they again asked my problem and provided me with no solution

                    EVEN TODAY I waiting for help from lg BUT I HAVE LEARNED A GOOD LESSON FROM LG AND WILL ADVICE U PEOPLE PLEASE THINK TWISE BEFORE OF PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY

                    LG — Plasma TV tuner

                    We Purchased a 32" Plasma - LG make from Metro Hyderabad May 2008 . We never used it since only my mother watched TV. When the TV Stopped working we complained to LG and they deputed some who came and told us the TV tuner circuit or board has gone due to bad Cable signal and collected Rs 200 for a device that prevents that, he promised to repair the set then one day he came with a board and replaced it only to realise that it did not match so another complaint then he came back and took the board and disappeared . After complaining again and after a month he returned and replaced the board but the set did not even start. Even the DVD we were able to watch is gone. Then LG sent another mechanic and he ran away after seeing the situation . Today after complaining another time he has come and told mother board is gone. Now they are saying warranty is over and the repairs are chargeable even the mother board which was ok. Firstly the delay of nearly 4 months then now the want to charge for a mother board which was working earlier.

                    LG Television LCD — Poor quality of TV and after sale service

                    I had purchased an LCD TV in June 2010. The product had a warranty for one year and the T.V. konked off after 10 days after the warranty period. On calling the LG service centre, an Engineer advised that a part needed to be replaced after inspecting the set at my home. However, despite repeated follow up for over one month, they have not bothered to repair the set and keep giving vague responses. At the end of one month, I get a casual response that they had erroneously received a wrong part (after one month). They have now ordered the correct part and would service the TV as and when it is recieved. Esclation to various people in the centre served no purpose.

No body attended as on date 12.04.2011. This type of service i did not see in any company. LG is worst service in the world. You are wasting my time daily.                         I like to state that, I Mr.Chanchal Chatterjee had purchased a L.G refrigerator model no-GL-225.FEDG5, S.L-010LPUH 042662 on 25/12/2010 in the name of my daughter Miss.Aishika Chatterjee ,tax invoice no-C1854, from National Electronics .Add-Bhiringi ,NachanRoad,Durgapur-713213(W.B.), ph no[protected],Branch off:-SUHATTA, City Center,dgp-713216(W.B.).
                        On that date a van-rickshaw puller brought the refrigerator to our house and he installed the product and said us to use .But when I read the LG-guidelines manual I saw the point no C. where it says that at the first time when the machine start it should run at least 6 hrs without loading food stuff/water.
                        So, my refrigerator is not installed properly and also no service technician visits my house. no stamp and not fill up the warranty card. I complained three times to LG Service through SMS on 57575. Complaint no-RNA[protected] on 21/02/11. But no response came from there side.
                        Now my question is that if the machine is not work properly after one year who will be responsible??
                        The National Electronics also gave the refrigerator stand, which is crack. But after repeated complaining the stand yet not changed.
                        Therefore. I request you to look after the matter as soon as possible and the necessary action so that I can use my refrigerator properly.

                          I have an AMC of 3 years for my LG window ACs.This is to inform that I had called up LG customer service and booked for servicing of my window AC vide complaint # RNA[protected]. The technician came and took the AC saying that the gas has leaked. Subsequently, I filed a complaint again with LG customer care on 21 March 2011 to follow up when I was asked to contact Servotech( LG's authorized servicing agent).

                          I was informed that the cooling coil needs to be replaced and as it is not in stock, it will take a couple of days. Since then I have been regularly calling the service centre, LG customer care and servicing In-charge in Ghaziabad but every time I am promised that the part(coil) is yet to be received and it will come in 2 days time.

                          It is more than 20 days that we are without AC and my family is finding it difficult to spend the days and nights without AC.

                          This is really a shoddy and pathetic after-sales service provided by LG and it is surprising that a regular spare part like cooling coil is not in stocks.

                          By this message, I wish to come across to other potential buyers to be cautious of buying LG products. Their after-sales service is atrocious and it is a liability to possess a LG product.

                          LG - Life is NOT good with your products.

                            This was regarding my complaint dtd 27.03.2011. I have purchased LG LCD on 08/12/2010. and within 3 months there was problem in LCD part. When i called your customer care they told me that your problem will resolve in 5 working days. but today is 11.04.2011 and i have not received nothing from you.

                            I am facing very poor service from you. Your executive Mr. Manish Sawant([protected]) call me on 29.03.2011 and told me that we will replace the part in 3 working days. Then your techicen were came to my home and checked the problem and then after on 06.04.2011 ur another executive came to my home and told me that we will refund or give u new LCD. and also taken my bill zerox and ID proof copy.

                            When i called Manish Sawant, He was laughed on phone and took problem very lightly. I told him that becos o[censored] i have missed all my world cup matches but again he told me that ur problem will resolve my another thursday (14.04.2011). But he was not sure about the same.


                            I am very upset with such kind of service and will take this to consumer court.



                            I[censored] want to call and also escalate to higher also.Pls do action against Manish Sawant([protected]).

                            Also I will NOT prefer any product of LG in future and also told my friend and relatives of the same.

                              I have purchased the LG Split Air Conditioner from M/s Bajaj Electronics, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad and it was installed on 26.1.2011 and recently it is put into use. The model is LG LSA 5KR 3A and S.No. is 101NAHF013833. The first complaint I have lodged with LG customer care centre is on 27.2.1011 due to some noise is observed in the indoor unit. The technician has attended on 30.3.2011 and remarked that the Dashboard is having a manufacturing defect and it to be replaced. Without replacing the faulty component the complaint is closed by LG. I have again lodged a complaint on 2.4.2011 vide complaint no. RNA [protected] and a reminder is also given on 4.4.2011. Since the complaint is not attended to I have lodged a complaint again on 6.4.2011 vide complaint number RNA [protected]. The technician has again attended on 10.4.2011 but the problem still persists. Kindly help.

                              LG Split Air Conditioner — noise in a c

                              Dear sir,

                              I bought a split aircontion from your company that is LG. Since the starting itself the aircondtion is making noise. i have given complain on the phone a lot of times, but still the noise is coming, We were told to complain to the company, no servcing is given by LG, so we will go next time to another company, i dont think that the LG GROUP IS POOR SERVICE, BUT ... i am getting poor service, so i request you to please take action on my aircondtion as soon as possible.
                              This is really discouraging for the customers. We have also send a complaint letter to your company.

                                On 07.March.2011 my LG Refrigerator's cooling failed. So i have given this update to LG Call Center and they have given a Compliant no. RNA[protected]. From 07.March.2011 uptill now my complaint is unsolved by LG. when i forced LG Call Center person to give contact details of Senior managing person. After forcing call center person they given me Contact Number of Mrs. Lata Kombil; Mobile No. [protected]. After all Mrs. Lata Kombil not received my single call.............I like to say that LG refrigerator company if poor in service providing.....

                                  Hi,

                                  I had purchased a LG Slim flat screen television 29 inch Model no: 29FU6RG-T5 on the 5th April, 2009.

                                  Around 1.5 month back our TV was not starting normally so I contacted customer care and launce and complain. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID[protected] with the customer care center on the 28st of Feb, 2011.
                                  After 3-4 days service executive came and checked the TV and told us that there is an defect in Transformer and removed that part very roughly and told that will replace that part in 1-2 days.
                                  We contacted on customer care after 3 days than they replied that parts have not come from Delhi, as soon as parts will come they will replace the parts. Than after some days service man came and again checked the TV and replied that transformer is ok and coil is defective which is on picture tube, so need to change picture tube, which will cost us around 7000Rs.
                                  I don’t understand how come a person cannot identify problem by removing and checking parts at once and on every checking they tell us different problem with high cost. I contacted my dealer from where I purchased the TV he told me that he had talked with Mr. Swapnil who is head for andheri to dahisar reagion in Mumbai. He told that he can provide us with discount upto 25% for that picture tube. I had explain him the whole problem and told him that I am sure that some mistake had occurred by service man only while checking and removing the part but he is not interested to listen our problem and put forward to higher authority.
                                  So I thought I can mail you the whole case and leave up to you what can be done to my problem. As for 15000 TV it doesn’t make any sense to incur another 5000rs.
                                  I think its not justified and you need to take some action as from last 1 1/5 month my TV is not working. I hope ill get good response from your side as this my last option where I can try to get proper decision.

                                    The inlet valve of my LG washing machine stopped working few weeks back.

                                    For this I raised a complaint with LG customer care on 5th April, complaint no rna[protected]. The technician named Peter came, clean the filter, took Rs 331 and gone. The LG customer care told me that this ticket is valid for 3 months and if the same issue still exists, we don't have to pay for that.

                                    But the problem was still there and did not go away.

                                    For this, I raised another complaint on 7th April 10AM, complaint number: rna[protected]. LG customer care said that some technician will call me back within 2 hours and will attend the house within 24 hours. I have not got even a single call or visit even after 54 hours (till 4PM 9th April). I have called LG customer care many times and it now sounds to me as if I am talking to the parrots, which always parrot the following sentences.

                                    "Sir, your complaint has been registered and a reminder has been sent to the technician."
                                    "The technician will call you back in 2 hours and will attend you within 24 hours."

                                    After taking the service charges Rs 331, LG seems to have lost all interest in my problem. When I asked LG customer care that I want to talk to some senior person, he gave me the number of Ms Maria, [protected]. I tried this multiple times but of no use, first the call gets forwarded somewhere and then I got the answer that "phone is not available". I have also sent a mail to "after sales service" department of LG, email: [protected]@lge.com, but I did not get any satisfactory answer (that also looks like another version of automated parrot).

                                    This is very frustrating, that such big brands like LG are behaving like this. They boldly claim that the complainant will get the call from technician within 2 hours and will get attended in 24 hours and the guarantee of the work is 3 months. These are all big lies. Their whole motto is just to take money (whether the problem at hand is solved or not is last of their concern) and once they take the money and you will tell them the next day, sir the problem is still there, they will just keep on parroting the above sentences without actually working on the issue at hand.

                                        I bought a Microwave oven from SALES India in the month of Nov 2010, and in the very first month it started created problem and So I had to lodged a complaint to the customer care dated 30 Jan2011 it was immediatley followed by Digital customer care at Ahmedabad and they took the oven for repairing and since then I didn't heard any positive response from DIgital care. After putting several efforts and talking to LG customer care I came to know that it is possible to repair that oven and they replace the same. I was asked to submit the ID proof, which i did promptly even then nothing moved on and after contacting them they told me that they will refund me the money which again has not done yet. consequently I have no option but to take a legal action against the company.

                                        I am going to consumer court to resolve this matter, and I will demand compansetion against the trouble I suffered.
