dear sir,
i have purchased LG mobile (model: GS155) on 5/3/2011 from gupta electronics, maan market, pathankot and gift it to my mom on 11/3/2011. but when we started the mobile set then it has a problem of white lcd display after few minutes of starting. then i again restarted my mobile then mobile worked proper for some minutes but after few minutes again lcd display changes to white blank screen.then i went to the service centre and submitted my complaint and handset to your service centre i.e. touch infosys, opposite guru nanak park , model town,at pathankot. but they returned my mobile after 10 hrs and said to me that your problem is resolved. but when i checked my handset the same problem occured again and now they have my mobile from 15/3/11 to till now and not giving me any responses about my set. please sir resolve my problem at your end. please replace this mobile cuz i didn't use it for a single hour.
touch infosys pathankot provide me a rna number i.e[protected].
he is giving very poor service to customers and even there way of dealing is very bad that is why i m requesting u to please resolve my problem and give my handset back to me.

LG / LCD — LCD DISPLAY PROBLEM

    I have purchased one LG Handset - GX300.

    IMEI A[protected]
    IMEI B[protected]

    while operating it I found some lacuna in software.
    1) Poor capacity of FM antenna, no clear sound.
    2) While auto scan all saved FM station removes automatically.
    3) Not able to add new station by auto scanning.
    4) We have to add FM stations manually.
    5) To do list must reflect on screen. Otherwise we can’t see / remember what we have to do?
    6) Suddenly / automatically software stops support to memory card. We have to restart handset for starting support.
    7) Ones the T9 directory is activated in calendar (reminder) & other fields then it can’t off while making 2nd or next words 1st letter capital.
    8) Can’t change right short-cut key from contacts to other application.
    9) Takes very long time to load songs in MP3 player.
    10) When the handset is compatible for 4 GB memory card the why there is bounding / limitation for contacts, reminders, notes & etc.
    11) Photo saving number is by default, we can't change the naming style according to my choice.
    12) We can't change sequence i.e. up or down Go To options easy, we have to delete it & create new one.
    13) Handset shows only slot No. 1 Sim services, what about 2nd Sim? It must be shown.
    14) It reflects only slot No. 1 GPRS, WAP, MMS saved setting, we can't shift that setting for 2nd slot Sim.
    15) Shows info service message of slot No. 1 Sim only, What about Sim No.??
    16) While copying contacts to Sim Card it can't move or copy all contacts. It copies only default contact number, why?

      I purchased one 42LD460 model LCD TV from LG Shoppe, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 06.03.11.

      The set was delivered to me on 10.03.11. During evening, when I was checking the functions in the remote control, I came to the "Product/Service Info" screen. To my horror, I saw that the " Used Time" shown by the TV is 312 hrs!

      After discovering this, I did a detailed scrutiny of the packing box. The manufacturing date was mentioned as 10 Dec 2010.
      The packing box showed clear indications of prior opening of the box before it was opened at my place. The top cover
      of the box was supposed to be sealed by metallic staples. But the metallic staples were not presentin the box. Instead the top cover was sealed by multiple layer of cello-tapes.

      On my registering a complaint on LG website, a service engineer did visit my home on 14.3.11. The used Time was shwon to him to be 337 hrs which he accepted and mentioned in the service report(Used time increased from 312 hrs to 337 hrs as TV had run for around 4 days)

      I approached Dealer for replacement, which he refused citing reason that 312 hrs is the factory testing time of the set. I did not accept his justification and reminded him that the packing was also tampered. Still dealer did not agree to replace and asked me to contact LG Thane region branch office if I feel so.

      I contacted Branch Manager of LG Thane Office on mobile. Incidentally he was on leave and advised me to contact Area Sales Manger. Area Sales Manager promised to call back me afterwards which he is yet to do.


      I am badly hurt and aggrieved by this obnoxious event and want a quick resolution of the issue.

        From last 4-5 days suddenly i am observing that there is no cut off takes place, & refrigerator continuesly working for cooling. before this problem frige was absolutly running ok , one day we've decided to stop the refrigerator for removing ice which was in freezer & just cleaned with Normal cotton cloth.
        pl suggest remedy or Nearby agency where i can resolve this issue.

          Hello Sir,

          My Name is Omkar Bhave. I purchased LED on a deal of LED + Bluray player free from Kalpana's Enterprise Raopura. This deal is floated by LG on 42" LEDs. i purchased LE4600 Model of Jazz Series on 20th Feb 2011. at the time of payment dealer did not specify that bluray players are out of stock once we made the payment & asked for Player he said that we will get it in 7-10 days as there is shortage in LG and they do not have stock... after that im continuously contacting my Dealer as well as LG costumer care but they are not responding. now its 1 month & i still don't have Bluray player.

          i request you to take necessary action & help me get my player ASAP.

            Dear Sir/madam,

            Service of LG is so bad that after regularly complaining @helpdesk number there is no response from them whether are they going to resolve the problem or not .

            After three days service engineer came and now again its been 4 days nobody is intersted in asking whether problem has been resolved or not .

            Its newly installed LCD Tv and it stopped working the same day it got installed. one can look at the level of product they are offering to Indian people .

            If there is anyone who is seriously taking care of all the complaints .please look into this and try to resolve the problem .take serious action against the BAD service and harrasment they are providing to the general public .

              sir one month back means on february 2011 i purchased LG GS500V model cell phone.
              on the manual and display tag it is written as MP4 format video support. by in reality it is not accepting MP4 format videos and some of internet options are not opening in this cell phone. after purchase of this mobile i came to know that i was deceived by this LG company. how can i play videos? 3GP format of videos are also not supporting. then what is the use of this mobile ?
              no media files are supporting?
              how can i see my favourite videos and movies in this mobile?
              then WHICH FORMAT IT SUPPORTS.?

                I bought a LG LED 222 inch tv and with in 10 days AUTOMATICALLY VOLUME IS MUTING. I called the technician and he promised me to replace the TV, But after 2 more days more lines started coming up and slowly it creeped to half screen. Now I don;'t have a tv to watch and I am not sure when the replacement will come...

                  I bought a LG washing machine two yrs back. Recently I noticed a leak from the bottom of the machine and contacted the dealer, "Bhajanlal & Sons, Shillong" and was adviced to contact the local service centre. I lodged a complaint with the service centre and was assured of immediate service but nobody turned up. The complaint was lodged on last friday i.e. 11th of march 2011. Again on saturday, I went to the service centre and was again assured that the service personal has already proceded to my residence. As expected, no one turned up. Next day was sunday. So, I went back to them on Monday, 14th of March, 2011. Now they said that, they have a lot of complain, hence they could not attend my case and assured me again that some one will be at my palce on monday itself. But once again, no one turened up.
                  I went back to them on tuesday again and at last the service person arrived in the evening. After checking up the machine, the person told me that, the drain pipe of the machine has to be changed to fix the leakage, but this cant be done in my residence and the machine has to be delivered to their service centre on the next day (Today). When enquired about the time required, he assured me that the same will be fixed immediately so that I can take it back within a short period.
                  Accordingly, I called them in the morning (at 10-30 am) to inform that am coming to the service centre, but they said to wait till they call me back. After about 30 min. they called & told me that I should take the machine to them immediately. I did so, only to find that the service engg is leaving the service centre. when I requested him to attend to my machine, he onece again assured me that, he will do it after coming back from outside call, but promised to deliver the machine today itself.
                  To my utter surprise, this promise was also not kept.

                  What I wish to know is, "IS THERE ANYONE FROM LG ELECTRONICS iNDIA" to explain what is going on?

                  Hi,

                  We have bought an LG Microwave two years ago from Bhajanlal Shillong. However, it got out of order suddenly. We had been to bhajanlal and they said, they do not repair any LG - Microwave. Then we have found the service center contact no. We have contact them and stated the issue. Service Center person came and saw the microwave at our home. He took the damage part and told us that it will be resolved in 15 days time. After 15 days, we have called them again; and he replyed that it cannot be repaired in shillong. PCB got spoiled and it has to be collected from kolkata. Till date we did not get any revert from there side.

                  I would request LG Service Team to kindly look into the issues that people are faceing in shillong from LG Products. It will help all o[censored]s to trust LG Brand for recomendation or for buying purpose.
                  Kindly provide your contact no so that the issue can be resolved at the earliest please.

                    LG Refrigerator — Rust on doors

                    Purchased one LG Refrigerator from Gteat Eastern, Dalhousi, Kolkata. Got rust within one year, not attened by them, as they stop keeping the products of same company. Also tried to find out any service centre, no referrence of the same.

                    This problem exists in all the lg refrigerators I observed. Ours, my brother in laws, my friend's fridge got such rust within a year at the same place. We have managed with its dirty look.

                    LG Refrigerator — RUST IN DOOR

                    Compliant No:[protected] Dated 17.12.2010. Representative come home, take Rs.331/- visiting charges. Suggested that bring and fill M-Seal at rushted part and than bring same colour of dabbi. There is no matter to replace the door.

                    After that I received SMS on 31.01.2011 at 02.59 A.M on my cell read as "Dear Customer, your compain RNA[protected] is in process, reason No part in Stock. For any support, call on [protected], Send by LG:027595

                    AND

                    2 nd SMS on 31.01.2011 at 11.53 A.M on my cell read as "Dear Customer, your compain RNA[protected] is in process, reason No part in Stock. For any support, call on [protected], Send by LG:027595.

                    Today i.e.08.02.2011 I contact on[protected] the officer told me that your Complaint was CLOSED. No one contact me about the issue and today the phone officer told me that your compliant RNA[protected] is CLOSED.

                    NOT SATISFIED....!!!!!!
                    Is Refrigerator get "Rust" in 1 / 1.5 or 2 years??? Is this Quality they are maintaining????
                    I bought a "stainless" steel Refrigerator manufactured by LG just a few months ago (it is new!) and the door is RUSTING! Customer Service is like a wall, they do not answer, do not call back, they do NOT care at all even if this is not a cosmetic issue. This is plain bad manufacturing using extremely bad material. What type of recourse do we have? Customer care? We cannot even write the model number in sections that have to be filled in their website. If they are not filled, your complaint does not go anywhere (convenient). By phone? They told me to use their cleaner and the want to sell me their cleaner which is not going to clean what is already rusting. IF it is rusting, they should at least replace the door. I never expected this lousy service and quality when I bought an LG product in good faith. Is their a class action lawsuit? This is not the only refrigerator that has this problem.
                    rust around ice dispenser on door...extended warranty doesn't cover...LG offered paint. Avoid LG products at all cost...is Kenmore an LG product?
                    I purchased my stainless steel LG fridge back in June of 2015 and suddenly after the one year warranty these uniform rust spots are appearing near the ice maker and freezer. I called LG and they said this does not happen to their products and that there is nothing that they can do for me. WARNING DONT BUY LG!!!
                    White LG French door Fridge rusted after 2 years. Sent pictures to factory. Outcome was ( sorry but your fridge is out of warrenty). I understand this is a south Korean product. They cut of their nose. My first and last LG anything.

                    I bought a LG french door refrigerator from Sears and rust spots appear at the top side of the door (inside and outside) and drawer. Spent just under $3000. Called both LG and Sears and both said it is cosmetic and not covered. This was purchased on 12/30/16 and delivered on 1/7/17 so just about a year old. Unbelievable...so much for LG products/service.
                    Pinterest states rust can be removed with Stainless Cleaner and a credit card is there any truth to this?
                    The front door in my LG refrigirator started rusting a bit after 1 year o[censored]se. The agent claims that rusting is not covered by any waranty. Technician came and charged for the visit just for taking a picture of the rusted door. There
                    1000 spent on fridge that freezer do start rust in one year
                    only fix is new freezer door that will do same if you us ice and water
                    The top left corner of my freezer drawer is warped and rusting.
                    I bought the LG 3 door French refrigerator in white 7 years ago. Although the warranty has expired, I recently noticed the white surface paint bubbling up under the water dispenser. Has anyone else had this issue? What can be done about it?
                    I purchase the French Door/Freezer on the bottom Nov 2017. Within one year the paint bubbled under the control panel. They inquired on what I used to clean the surface. I told them my dish water with Dawn soap. They told me that Dawn dishwater is toxic and too abrasive!! I called but was told it was out of warranty and there is nothing LG will do. I wrote a review negative review on the Home DePot site. They had me reword it and not say that I had contacted customer service. The rust is getting so much worse. It is the first thing I see when I look at my refrigerator. I am 65 and this was only the 2nd brand new refrigerator that I have ever purchased. It was $2, 542.78. I am going to make phone calls today. Has anyone gotten any satisfaction from LG on this issue?

                      I purchased a lg gd510 phone on[protected] from pilibhit(u.p.) from the second day it is having a problem of poor battery backup and phone gets auto restarts several times.
                      i took it to LG service center ,BANSAL TELECOM in phagwara but no satisfactory service is given,i was asked to leave my phone for 1 day but after 4 days also they are not able to answer clearly.. since i am a student i dont have much time for regular visit to their service center,even though i have maked 3-4 rounds over their and I am fed up of this now.
                      I want either to replace my handset or to refund my payment.

                        i am having a lg refrigerator twin doors and i having given a complaint regarding the refrigerator 10 days back after 7 days a technician has visited and said that there is a gas problem in your product and said that within a day it will be completed and after 10 days also no one has visited and if i call to customer service center they say that we are forwarding your request but when will this people will come lg god knows, because they say we are the best when we buy and now they say we are the verst if you are an lg customer so my friends please beware of lg products they are good but they are very bad when trouble starts

                          Hi,

                          I have purchased Topload LG washing machine at Vinay's Store in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore -16.
                          At the time of purchase they showed me one LG Product with new features and they delivered me old model product. At the time of purchase They charged new product rate. ( i paid in cash mode)

                          They deliver the product at night 8 pm, i told that this is not my model i have purchased, they replied that, it has all the new feature in built, also told that i can check with the LG company for that product.

                          I called to LG company, they said it is old model, it doesn't have any new features.!!!

                          Then once again I contacted Vinay's Store people, they said that executed is in leave for this day. !!!

                          From the past one week i am trying to catch these people but they are escaping daily with new reasons. up to that they didn't returned my money for this purchase difference.

                          I paid for this mode: LG WF-T7239PR (new mode with new features)
                          they delivered : LG WF-T7239KS (old model)

                          Please contact to the concerned people regarding my issue and do the needful.

                            I had Called on Toll Free no About my Led Tv Sound System Probelem in 48 hrs Ur executive came to out house for checking and he told there is a problem in sound and have to installed some part that is call MICOM, but still no one had come to clear that problem in my TV. I had call twice to Lg Service Centre they said my query is pending.

                            Its 2 week gone since your executive came to our house. Just tell how many days will you people take for this.

                            Hello guys i am the customer of L.G i purchased L.g LED 5500 t.v IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2010 and they gave a warranty period for 1year and within ie, not even a 1 year got completed we face a fault in the t.v so we called customer care bloody peoples they gave a contact number of that area marketing manager that guy doesnt even responsing properly for our calls

                              I had placed an order for LG LED TV (32LE4600), on the 13th of March 2011 from the LG Shoppe in city center 1, Salt lake, Kolkata, with strict instructions that I need a sealed pack, or else I am not interested. I was assured that I will be delivered a sealed pack. Unfortunately, I was not present when the delivery was made on the 14th of March (I was in office), and to my utter dismay I have been delivered a tampered pack. I don't aven want to touch a tampered with package and I want to know what should I do now.

                              These types of dealers not only ruin their own name, but the name of the company. I am purchasing something from the best of the shops which sells exclusively LG's products. And still I am meted with this stupid service. I need this TV replaced as soon as possible.

                              This is highly inconvenient, as I will need to take time out of work and need to get into unnecessary hassles. Please advise what should I do, or whom should I approach, apart from the shop owner that is, which I will be doing today.

                              PS. My concern (which I had already conveyed to the shop) is I need a sealed packaged product. I won't accept this tampered with packaging

                              Same fate happened to me also. I bought 42LD460 from LG Shoppe, Vashi, Mumbai. The dealer delivered a set which was already used for 312 hrs! Asked dealer for replacement, which he denied after keeping me 2 days waiting, citing silly reason that the set has been tested at factory for 312 hrs. LG mumbai officials also showed callous attitude. Thinking of taking my case to next level.

                              Hope your set will be replaced. Good luck.

                                  We have entered into AMC for 10 split ACswith Srinivasa Electronics, Tadepalligudem,A.P, who are the authorised Service centre for LG, on 13/05/2010. We have made several complaints regarding ne AC which is not functioning. Service engineer from Tadepalligudem visited and said that he will come again with spares, but did'nt. Another person came from Eluru and he also could not repair the AC. Finally a complaint was made with request ID RNA[protected] on 22.02.2011 regarding the same AC. Service engineer came from Tadepalligudem and took away panel board on 23.02.2011 and so far has not replaced the same. But to our surprise the complaint was closed without confirming the same from us.
                                  We have also two Split ACs with timer in our ATM room for which there is no AMC. The timer is not working and we have made complaint with service centre under the above ID about this and also wanted to enter into AMC for which there is no response till date.

                                    This is bring in your information that I purchased split A.C(LSA5NF2VF2.AA51DR1) on 10,march,2010 from jodhpur(Raj.). In warranty period no free service was provided on time and now when we called the local center of providing last free service he denied by saying that your last service was due on 10,march,2011 and now they are not ready to give free sevice.Is this our job to remined you about your own duty to provide atleast the free services??? Sir i am very very disapointed by your service and costumar care center and the one who attented my call was very rude to talk.It was my damm mistake that I purchased a L.G product.

                                      Sir, I bought fridge from sales india date:03/03/2010 bill no:69936 after two or three month i noted that when the electricity gone and and after some time its come the refrigerator start with lots of noice like after some time its blast.we are really scarred from it.
                                      When we complaint to the compony there are no reply from them after two or three complaints compony send executive.The person realise that problem but there is no reply also from that.After some time I call to compony service station Named:DIGITAL CARE,NARANPURA,Ahmedabad.The person carring my frige and after 4 to 5 days he delivered my fride with lots of scratches. There is no solution of Scarry noice.What can i Do for probem sir.Is this any Solution from u sir.Please give me thank u sir.

                                        i had purchased a 55" led tv and had got a blu-ray dvd player(bd 550) free along with it. after 3 months from the purchase the player got defective i.e. its cd tray wasn't opening. i gave the player for repairing at Samruddhi electronics, the authorized lg service centre at Amravati(maharashtra). Till date i havn't yet received the player not any updates as to how much time will it take to repair. I must have had atleast called them 10 times and every time they say it'll be repaired in a week.
                                        If such is the lg service then I’m sorry to say but i won't be purchasing any lg product henceforth nor would i recommend lg to anyone.!
