PURCHASED NEW SPLIT AC FROM JEEVANJEE REFRIGERATION SERVICES KALKAJI [ LG SHOP ]. AC DELIVERED ON MONDAY 28TH APRIL 11.
YOUR TECHNICIANS VISITED FOR INSTALLATION ON WEDNESDAY THE 30TH APRIL AT AROUND 5-30PM. DID PARTIAL INSTALLATION AND AROUND 7-30 PM INFORMING WILL COME NEXT DAY MORNING I.E TODAY. NOW IT IS 6 00 PM AND NO ONE HAS TURNED UP NOR ANY MESSAGE.

IS THIS THE TYPE OF AFTER SALES SERVICE LG PROVIDES TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PAID HARD CASH.

LG 2 Star AC 1.5 ton — Not delivered and not given refund

I made up my mind to purchase one window type 1.5 ton A/C vide your office Great India Palace, Sector 38A, Noida. UP. Dated 06.06.09 due to urgent need as my wife if pregnant and is expected in the first week of July, 09. Accordingly I deposited Rs. 6593/- as cash and balance Rs. 11197/- from finance co. i. e. Future Money.

At the time of payment by me I was assured that the A/C shall be delivered within 3 to 4 days as per your challan no. [protected] Dated 16.06.09 (Original challan issued on 06/06/09 number was replaced by this on 16th June by saying that we are not able to deliver Samsung A/C which is not in stock and I was agreed to buy LG brand so they issued me new challan.) but due to the reason known to you only the said A/C could not be delivered to me so far and my pregnant wife is facing a lot of hardship in this scorching heat.

Now I am enquiring daily from your Call centre and I am given lame assurances from there and now due to frequent enquiries call centre is making my mockery and advising me to keep quite and sit at home.
Now I am fed up due to your wrong commitment, delaying tactics and harassment caused to me. for non supply of A/C.

In view of above mistreatment to me I have decided to candle my Purchase order placed upon you with the request to refund my above mentioned full amount within two days with interest and harassment charges.

It is further intimated that I am going to take legal action against you through my lawyer as deemed fit.

    Hello,

    I am Uday Patel. And have bought a LG blu-ray player LG BD550 from Vijay Sales. Whil purchasing the blu ray player i was told that I would be able to play all region DVD's and Blu ray discs, but later when I checked on my my LG BD550 blu ray player I had Region % written on it, and DVD's and Blu ray discs from other regions were not playable. Note: I had ordered DVD's from DVD rental store (Seventymm DVD rental). So I would like to place a complain on the above matter for passing wrong information during purchase by the seller.

    Please let me know what can be done from my end, and what should i expect from seller.

      I purchased a L.G TV (COLOUR TV LG 21FE3BG4) with invoice No EKM-22618 on 16th October 2010 from Nandilath G Mart in Edapally Ernakulam and asked for service on 2nd March 2011 while it is not working.The technician from LG service center (name is Benny)came on 5th March and taken away the PCB and repaired it three time and brought it finally on 14th March 2011 and the TV is not working again. On 14th March I called to Mr Narayanankutty ,(the chief of service center as I was informed by the Nandilath G Mart) and asked him to replace the TV. On 15th March one person named Vipin from service center informed me that it will take 5 to 7 days. On 22 March again while asking him, he told me it will again take 5 to 7 days. While informing to the chief, he gave me the mobile number of one Santhosh who is charge of the L.G go down at Eloor. While asking him he informed me that the order for replacement were reached at him only on 28 March 2011. I asked him to replace it because i want to see the India -Pak Cricket Match. He refused it by saying that he will give only after the live telecast,ie on 30th March after 5pm . Today,30th March at 12.30 pm I again called the chief and the chief connected to the same Santhosh and again informed me that he will replace it after 5pm.

      This is mere cheating of the costumer, so I humbly requesting your help to replace the TV with a compensation of Rs 1500/- for not seeing the India -Pak world coup cricket tournament using the TV which was purchased by the customer.

        I have a AMC with the LG for my window AC. I have been calling them for last three days. The call centre only assigns me complaint numbers. Fr example, RNA[protected], RNA[protected]th March 2011) and today (30th March 2011) they gave me a new number RNA[protected]. Finally on 30th March the call centre gave me number of some 'officer' of theirs called Sapna Bhat. She said that a remark was made under my complaint that 'complaint voucher not available' or something like. Then I was put in touch with the service centre person and he said that his engineer will come today by evening. If I had to go through such route and such harassment (which seems more than the Municipality bureaucracy) why would I have a product and then a AMC from LG. Now I am forced to think why I asked my brothers and friends to buy the LG ACs.

          I have purchased LG Refrigerator Model 241M7 on 02/10/2008 with a warranty period of 5 years from KAMALIA SALES, 8, GEL Church Complex, Main Road , Ranchi.

          I am having a problem in my refrigerator i.e. the inner body of it is showing cracks everywhere and when I complained about the same the shop owner and the service centre staff is telling me that we can only return 55% of the cost of the refrigerator.

          I am a salaried employee and every rupee earned by me is very hard earned money.


          Kindly do the needful to replace the refrigerator and save my time and money .

            I have purchased LG Split AC in May 2010. I was promised for 3 services free but nobody has turned up from your service center "Comfort Point" despite of several calls made to service center and LG Customer Care (Complaint No. RNA[protected] dt.18.03.2011) every time I have was promised the service man will come within 24 hrs. I excepted a good product with efficent service while purchasing your product. How ever it turned out to be the hopeless service.
            I will suggest everbody not to take LG products b'coz of the hopeless after sale service.

            I have seen many complaints against Comfort Point but no action has been taken by the management to ensure satisfactory service to the customers.

            Hope you will look into above and do the necessary immediately.

            Hi,
            I am one of the frustrated customer of LG.
            I buy LG split AC 2 star 1 ton from Vashi outlet in May 2011. Since in one year LG promises three free service I make a call to them in Aug 2011 for Free service on there toll free no.[protected]. The customer service representative promise that I'll get call in next 24 hours for service schedule. Its been 3 days but no call. I called back again but no joy. Every time they register a new complaint number and forget. LG Sucks...
            Now I call back again and got two complaint numbers 1) RNA[protected] RNA[protected] and don't know how many more I'll have in next coming days.

            I am fed up with LG. Its a poor after sales service for this company. There other competitor are far ahead of them in the service area.

            I'll request someone from LG to have a look in this issue asap.
            I am obtaining help from consumer Court very soon as well as adding reviews to all review sites against LG products.

              My name is G DINESH KUMAR and I've purchased LG E2240T Monitor 20 days ago after looking at the specification for HDCP support but after I purchase and checking, I found that it doesn't support HDCP as they said it does. But now I've registered an complaint however they are not responding to me and taking my complaint seriously. Even they dont receive my calls when I call them. Its frustrating and I got fooled by them as it supports HDCP which is very important and necessary feature for me. Hoping I can get help from here regarding my monitor replacement.

Sir i have an serious problem with LG Customer care support .I purchased a Window AC of 2.0 ton on 6/05/2010 .On 24/03/2011 I call customer care center and talk to customer care representive name Amit he register my request for 3rd free service of my AC. After that a service engineer is came to my home without informing me he said that your Ac should be send service center for filling gas and tomorrow a man has come and collect your AC. But no body was came after that on sunday again i call to customer care and requesting that pls send one more reminder for the same .After that a call was came & said that we will came between 3.00 to 4.00p.m.but they came at 4.45p.m. this shows how irresponsible they are after that at this time i am not at home I am going somewhere for some important work, they call me and said sir pls. came we want to collect your AC I said ok I will come you wait there.When I reached home I see nobody was there they gone without informed me .Afterthat in the late night they came and talking very rudely they entered into my house when i was asking to see his Id card they said I dont have any Id card do what ever you want to at that time I am totally shocked by the way that he was talkin and his name was ZISHAAN. I said leave my house because how can i give him my AC without seeing any proof that he was came from the company. Sir my complaint number was RNA[protected] I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME APPROPRIATE ACTION FOR THE SAME.I shall be may THANKFULL for this..

                      Hi I paid for a AMC with LG electronics service for my Split AC. As per the information given by the service person i was to get my AC service every three months. Already the year is over but no one has come to service the AC. When i contacted the customer care centre they gave me some phoney and wrong number which is not reachable. still not reply from them.
                      I suggest to all never to purchase any LG products as they have pathetic after sales service. OR in other words its totally non existant.

                      Please do not purchase LG products again.

                          Sir,
                          we bought the sited TV, from your Ponda dealer. On completion of guarantee period of one (1yr) year and one month, it stopped working.
                          we informed you dealer the same day, but they attended the above complaint after five days!!! and they took the T.V's MAIN COMPONENT, which they found defective. But after 15 days they fixed the above component after correction, But Some part is not yet installed in the replaced component, due to which the angle of the picture is completely changed or you can see the pictures are not alligned properly with the screen. I repeatedly informed the same problem again and again to your authorised dealer and the technician. But they are saying that the main part is not available with them.

                          Such service will hamper your reputation and affect you sale in Goa market.
                          I request you to either repair the same, or replace the full set of CTV as soon as possible. Kindly view and REPLY to this matter as soon as possible.

                                This to inform you that i had purchase an Split A/C of LG Company on 8 Nov, 2010. And was installed on 20th of March, 2011.
                                At the time of logging installation complaint at customer care, they inform me that you have to pay Rs/- 799 + tax for installation. But the person who come to install demand 1000/- Rs. On asking why they reply that if you have a coupon that come along with A/C, you have to pay Rs/- 799+Tax otherwise Rs/- 1000. But on the time of purchase there was no scheme of this kind. This scheme was started on March then who i can produce that coupon.
                                Because of holiday on that day I was not able to communicate to any senior person of LG service. But latter I had spoken to regional service manager. He told me that he will take action against involved person but till now he have not give any satisfactory answer.

                                Please look on this matter and do needful.

                                  Hi,

                                  I write this email with deep regrets for buying an air-condition of LG.

                                  The story begins 4 to 6 months back, when I started facing cooling issues with the machine. I did contact the place from where I had purchased it. They then just did some service maintenance only and left it as it is. I didn't found the cooling issue then, since in winters we have no need to use it.

                                  On 12th Mar-11 I again complained them about the issue. After many repeated calls, they finally sent some people to check for the problem. The mechanic, Mr. Deepesh told us that someone has been fiddling with the outer machine which has led to cooling gas leakage. We got cautions & checked at the terrace with the watchman. Ironically, we didn't find any sort of manhandling of the machine or even the wires. The machine is placed at a remote corner with very difficult assess. We shared our findings with them where Mr. Deepesh told us that the gas pipe is very delicate & can get damage even with a slight pressure. He told us to pay Rs.1800.00 for refueling the gas. To which we agreed. Mr. Deepesh told us that he will have to take the outer as well as the inner machine to check if there is any other problem. Unconvinced with the claims of the gas leakage due to manhandling of the outer machines wire, we still agreed paying the sum & getting it repaired. He then took both the inner and outer machine.
                                  On 21st Mar-11 some other mechanics came back with the machine, with claims that it would work fine. On checking with Mr. Deepesh right then, we got to know that there was a damage with the inner rubber butch as well, which was replaced. Certainly this couldn't have got damage by us or with any kind of fiddling with the outer wire "as claimed by the Mr. Deepesh". After fitting the air-conditioner we noticed a leakage in the inner machine. The mechanics told us that there is a problem with the Inner Machine. We contacted the representative of the shop, Mr. Gaurav & told told him about the issue. After speaking to his mechanics Mr. Gaurav agreed with genuine fault with the machine, for which we were not responsible. Mr. Gaurav promised us that a person from LG would come on 22nd Mar to create a report & get it Replaced. Since that day we were trying to contact him, but he kept on avoiding our calls. Yesterday on 24th Mar we were able to speak to him after we lied our identity. Mr. Gaurav was very rude & told us that he will not get it replaced.

                                  I repent the day I bought this air conditioner.
                                  With no fault of mine I was forced to pay for refueling the gas & now even with an acknowledgement of the genuine fault I am forced to live with a faulty machine.

                                  Repeated lies, avoidance & rudeness is all I have received till now.

                                  This is my last effort to communicate the discomfort caused to me, before i take any further actions.

                                  LG Air Conditioner — very poor after sale service

                                  I purchased a split 1.5 ton ac. no one had come for servicing from past 8 months and unit too is working very bad.many complaints had been done but no response.

                                  LG Air Conditioner — WATE TV LEAKAGE AND NOT TOTALLY AC STOPPED AFTER REPAIRING

                                  Dear LG care Deptt (Worst company of india regarding service),
                                  I have purchased a LG split AC in the month of feb 10 from SS WATCH company,Silvassa .From first day it has a problem of water leakage and after so many reminder on the shop but no avail and from LG care,Yesterday Mr Delip from LG care has come to attend AC and after that AC is unable to start and LO indication is coming on panel and it is going on/off .For water leakage he was telling that one leakage from inside was there and he has attended the same.

                                  Now how to check the water leakage ?Now AC is not running so water leakage is not there ?What a method of attending the compliant ?(Na rahega baas no bajagi baasuri).

                                  Respected LG care Deptt, Please arrange to attend the complaint as soon as possible so that I can take rest from this problem.Now it is a big headack for me.I was feeling good without AC.

                                    LG — service not doing waste

                                    i buy plasma 32br plasma tv.when i buy it self Tv out not working.warrenty also there for 3 monts.i tell to the service man.but they are asking 5000rs for replacing board,,and also they are telling to extend another one yr,,,in that warrenty it self they didn't clear..they didn't response properly....plz give any solution...
                                    i am unhappy with the service of lg people, so i think people are less buying lg products.

                                    I dont think that you have forwarded anything to the branch since my problem is not getting solved. Kindly i request you to solve my ac problem immediately since my ac is not working from 24 days and ac is dead due of its capacitor fault and the Madam Lata told just that the problem of your ACE srvices will be doing it but again there is no work done on it.kindly co-operate with us and do it immediately

                                    I have also complain regarding this in consumer court and consumer forum since the problem is not solved.

                                    so kindly do the work immediately or else refund my money.

                                    after long follow up a non techinal person for name he was sent to look after the problem...
                                    he could not analyse the fault.
                                    and still now it is been not attained...
                                    I personnel think This LG AMC is not worth and i even feel LG split Ac is not a right choice to buy . it is simply waste of money...

                                      i have purchased LG mobile (model: GS155) on 5/3/2011 from gupta electronics, maan market, pathankot and gift it to my mom on 11/3/2011. but when we started the mobile set then it has a problem of white lcd display after few minutes of starting. then i again restarted my mobile then mobile worked proper for some minutes but after few minutes again lcd display changes to white blank screen.then i went to the service centre and submitted my complaint and handset to your service centre i.e. touch infosys, opposite guru nanak park , model town,at pathankot. but they returned my mobile after 10 hrs and said to me that your problem is resolved. but when i checked my handset the same problem occured again and now they have my mobile from 15/3/11 to till now and not giving me any responses about my set. please sir resolve my problem at your end. please replace this mobile cuz i didn't use it for a single hour.
                                      touch infosys pathankot provide me a rna number i.e[protected].
                                      he is giving very poor service to customers and even there way of dealing is very bad that is why i m requesting u to please resolve my problem and give my handset back to me.

                                        I have purchased one LG Handset - GX300.

                                        while operating it I found some lacuna in software.
                                        1) Poor capacity of FM antenna, no clear sound.
                                        2) While auto scan all saved FM station removes automatically.
                                        3) Not able to add new station by auto scanning.
                                        4) We have to add FM stations manually.
                                        5) To do list must reflect on screen. Otherwise we can’t see / remember what we have to do?
                                        6) Suddenly / automatically software stops support to memory card. We have to restart handset for starting support.
                                        7) Ones the T9 directory is activated in calendar (reminder) & other fields then it can’t off while making 2nd or next words 1st letter capital.
                                        8) Can’t change right short-cut key from contacts to other application.
                                        9) Takes very long time to load songs in MP3 player.
                                        10) When the handset is compatible for 4 GB memory card the why there is bounding / limitation for contacts, reminders, notes & etc.
                                        11) Photo saving number is by default, we can't change the naming style according to my choice.
                                        12) We can't change sequence i.e. up or down Go To options easy, we have to delete it & create new one.
                                        13) Handset shows only slot No. 1 Sim services, what about 2nd Sim? It must be shown.
                                        14) It reflects only slot No. 1 GPRS, WAP, MMS saved setting, we can't shift that setting for 2nd slot Sim.
                                        15) Shows info service message of slot No. 1 Sim only, What about Sim No.??
                                        16) While copying contacts to Sim Card it can't move or copy all contacts. It copies only default contact number, why?
