To whom it may concern,
It is with disgust and great dismay that i correspond with you. In April of 2010 i was unfortunate enough to purchase a product from your company, the said product is a LG KP570 MOBILE PHONE.
Since day one this equipment has never functioned as advertised or as one would expect from a major electronics manufacturer such as Lg. so much so that it appears life is indeed not good at all! When taking a picture using the widely advertised camera function, I am not presented with a glorious interpretation of the open vista in-front of me, nor am I able to capture the beautiful smile of my niece in one of those magical moments of her childhood. What am I presented with you may ask? Well fear not as will explain hence forth........
I press the purpose designed camera button in great anticipation of capturing the moment, but what is this? Cannot execute, conflict with gallery? I ask myself what is the conflict? I turn the phone off and on and off and on and so on and so forth but nothing remedies this issue. I made myself some coffee, sat down and pondered the scenario for 20 minutes. I know we have conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq and Northern Ireland but inside my phone, my phone that cost me over $2800 pesos mx . Can this be true?
Okay I guess it must be or my eyes deceive me? My eyes are fine, twenty, twenty vision to be exact so after finishing my coffee I carefully repackaged the phone and its associated peripherals and hot trotted the lot back to the store of purchase ( C & A Mexico DF )
As above I described the issue and the fact that I was sold a faulty product and would they mind awfully replacing it as I had been kind enough in paying my hard earned money for it and thus inflating both C&A and Lg electronics profits and no doubt in a small way contributing to your CEO´s annual ski vacation. Clearly this monetary contribution never finds its way towards customer service or product development and testing. My last statement is harsh you say to yourself? Well your CEO recently resigned due to poor reception and sales of your not very smart phones, you have one of the lowest company scores for customer service and satisfaction and as stated in paragraph two ¨life is not good at all¨ for people purchasing your products. Anyway it seems I am digressing a little… C & A told me to my shock, thank you for your purchase and giving us your money but it was nothing to do with them and I was at fault for purchasing your product and to contact Lg Electronics Mexico for a seven month run around and character assassination by yourselves as I will now to your dismay disclose.
After untold tries at getting a response from your company I eventually had someone kind enough to answer the telephone but as you will know and as will be of no surprise to you what so ever ¨sorry but the issue is not our responsibility contact the store again ¨
So back to the store for the same response and yes! You guessed back to Lg for another fobbing off and back to C & A and back to you.
Hey I am a human yo-yo with a conflict in my phone that is sub par and not sold as advertised, nor functioning in accordance with its own instruction book, surely someone is responsible for this dilemma?
Well after contacting the Procuraduria Fedral del Consumador and them arranging an appointment with Life is not Good electronics, your ever so busy laboratory took my phone away for one whole month to put on a shelf and do precisely nothing with it. How do I know this? I marked the phone with UV pen on the seems and screws and as you would imagine and to my utter disbelief and sorrow the phone was returned with the same fault and not a screw or hinge moved and I was told that the magicians in your other-worldy lab found no problem with the phone! How could this be? I clearly stated and demonstrated the issue and as with Afghanistan and Iraq I was almost obliged to request NATO assistance as your company clearly had no intentions of peace keeping what I was later to discover was a world wide conflict across your range of phones.
Now we are in June 2010 and back through the same procedures and yet another meeting and you take my phone off me for another whole month.. yes a whole month? Why that’s now two months to not repair a phone that could take no more than 20 minutes to manufacture?
You guessed it the phone was returned with the same issue, and again in July another month with no phone and August and September and October, so my phone you have had for 5 months to not fix, did I pay your company for an empty box to proudly display to my friends and family? It certainly seems that way!
In the October chapter of the conflict your magicians allegedly re flashed the phones software ( it must be stated that the phone once again returned with the same software version and not a screw moved)
I call them magicians as they can enter a phone without breaking a seal and re flash a phones internal memory without disturbing a single file or deleting a single text message that was sent to me on one of the few days I was actually in possession of my Life is now getting terrible phone. On seeking independent advice from Lg uk, Lg usa, Nokia electronics. Re flashing a phones internal memory would indeed destroy all previous content.
To cut to the story short the phone still had its conflict and I was now approaching 6 months with a phone that does not function as stated and your company that makes billions was and is unwilling to rectify and in the said October edition of events your companies lawyer said the phone does not function because I am stupid ! yes my ears did not deceive me STUPID ! I asked if she was a licensed lawyer or a electronics degree student? How could she be sure I was stupid and if she is so smart could she save us all a great deal of pain and show me how to correctly use the phone to resolve the issue?
As you guessed she said it was not her problem and no she would not show me and no she is not a electronics degree student nor has she even seen or touched a soldering iron or a 13 amp fuse in her life.
So as mention earlier , I discovered that indeed the conflict was of proportion for NATO´S involvement as the conflict is a world wide issue, please view this one of many links.

As you can see me and thousands of others are clearly stupid! It is not just me suffering like a victim of Auschwitz at the hands of your company . I passed this information on to your lawyer who it must be questioned? Must be costing more than the value of the phone per session ? the information was ignored and cast aside as the phone in your companies view had no issue, just my mind was stupid.
The phone was taken again for three weeks and allegedly you replaced the internal board, or as it will probably be the case switched the sticker to reference I new serial number. Surprise or as by now no surprise at all the phone displayed the same issue and fault. Your lawyer told me that the sim was the issue and the memory card but as pointed out the phone was with the problem with or without the memory card.
Clearly like a threatened animal in closed you were now cowering in the corner running out of excuses as I am running out of patience with your terrible company.
Anyway as per your disgraceful lawyers advice I placed another sim in the phone and alakazam the same issue is still present! But guess what your absurd lawyer now says that because I placed a different sim in the phone ( on her instruction ) and I have two witnesses to this instruction) the problem is no longer lg´s as placing a different sim card to the one purchased with the phone means you now have zero responsibility for your defective engineering.
As you imagine I am completely disgusted that you sell phones that clearly malfunction due to your own inability to programme and test software, that you call me stupid because your product does not function, that you take my phone for almost 5 whole months of the seven I have had the miss fortune to own it to send it back un repaired.
I don’t think I am being unreasonable in asking that you not give me my money back but just give me a replacement phone or one to equal value that functions correctly and extend my guarantee to reflect to inconvenience and time that you have wasted of mine.
The situation you have created and presented is both diabolical and disgusting and a company of your magnitude should be disgraced and ashamed.

above is just a small selection of customer service reviews for your not so good company and its life is awful products, no doubt all wrote from stupid people similar to myself. Now I await eagerly for your response and hopefully your company to take a step in the right direction and also a moral and just step in doing the correct thing and dealing with my issue justly and fairly. Is it so hard to replace my defective product?
I will take every available measure to recover my money and take justice for your unjust service and will contact every available organisation in regard to this matter if it not responded and dealt with swiftly.

LG — LG Refrigerator Complaint Not Attended
I have bought an LG double door fridge 10 months back. The Refrigeration section is not getting cooled now. I had registered my first complaint on 6-Sep-2011(RNA[protected]. But the customer care executive registered it against my Front Load LG Direct Drive Washing Machine. Technician called me by only Night 10:45 PM and i had asked the technician to come the next day as it was already late. Nobody called after that. I had called the LG Customer care again on the next Monday(12-Sep-2011) and the customer care executive cancelled my old complaint and had registered a new complaint RNA[protected]. After that nobody have called for servicing or for any details. Again i had called LG Customer care on 15-Sep-2011. Customer care executive gave me LG CCO number([protected]) and Senior Technician's Number. I called both numbers many times on 15 & 16th Sep. Nobody was attending the calls.I had expected a much responsible and prompt response from Big Brand Like LG. If LG can't ensure the proper service you take your fridge back and give back my money.
