Sir,

These is a complaint Regarding LG Desktop Branded PC. Model No. L7047. CFG No. C9341 BCI03IN. S/N 808NLBU00453(IN). Purchased Date :Oct 08. Warranty : 3 Yrs.

The problem in my PC was not shut downing. I have given a complaint in the 2nd week of Dec 10. Complaint No. RNA[protected]. The engineer visited my place and told the Mother-Board is to be replaced. Till 26th Jan 2011, No body visited my place inspite of repeated calling.

On 26th Jan 2011, I made a fresh complaint for it( New Complaint No. RNA[protected] and my Mother-Board was replaced on 1st Feb 2011, But the Mother board was of different Model, that too i seam is of very old model.

I should have got the same model Mother Board which I haven't got. I am very much facing a great trouble from last 3 months with my PC and using LG services.

I therefore request you to look after the matter as early as possible and arrange me a new Mother-Board of my previous Model so that i can enjoy LG products in my future life too.

it is not working. Then i am go to GOPI KRISHNA COMMUNICATION LG CUSTMER SERVICE CENTER in BHIMAVARAM (WEST GODHAVARI, AP). i gave my mobile on[protected]. But he can't give my mobile even 1 month. so i am requsted to please give me my cell phone. please mail me ([protected]@ymail.com)

    Dear sir,
    In the year 2009 we have purchased LG LCD 4 40K being a middle class family this was a huge amount jus after one year we are facing problem in the LCD. We have many times called LG representative everytime they cum they dont provide us a solution instead suggest us to increase the warranty by giving 8k which we thing is not needed coz they didnt even daignose the problem.
    The just want to make money
    Is this the quality LG provides after giving 40k i think they just want to make money by saying increase the warranty and v had to pay bcoz we are unknown to the problem. Ple help sir as we cannot invést this amt.

      I am santosh Dube,
      I have LG cookie Plus (GS500).. i have a full network while i am using my NOKIA phone at same place
      with same Airtel number..& when using LG Phone for same Airtel number at same place then there is no
      network in LG Phone,Sometimes its showing the full network & sometime its showing that "emergency calls only" or "No service" ......

      so it is a big issue of LG phone...i just wanted to make a request to all LG Team members that please rectify the same.........

      i have got problem with the networking system and also with the handset.
      My LG Mobile KP 110 as its IMEI SV[protected] but reliance comm. says this is not valid IMEI nos. so what I have to do?

        I had purchased this LG Washing Machine in August 2008, fully automatic. Off recently from last 10 days i have been having some problem with the machine. My first complaint to the LG people was on 24th January 2011 the call centre people gave me the docket number[protected] and they informed us that the technician will come withing 24 hours to repair. He came did something and took the service charges, as a lay man it was difficult for us to know the fault.

        Next day early morning when we had to wash clothes the same problem occured. Again we called and they said they will attend us in 24 hours, but no one turned up.

        Phone calls were done on 31st and 1st they gave the service centres number and after two struggling hours i got through their number, they said that the old docket number will not be eligible so i was wrongly guided by the call centre people about the technician coming and doing up the machine.

        Now they are not paying any attention to the complaint that we are trying to do.

        Please do take some action at the earliest.
        I am sunil babu, I complaint about My washing Machine on1/2/11 and after every day I contacted the call center about the mater and every day they assure it will attended within 24 hr.till to date no body contacted.

          I purchased LG double door refrigerater (model GL338VE5) in September, 2010. One week after the purchase, we notice that gaskets get detatched from the door while opening the door. So doors doesn't fix properly and icing is formed in vegetables tray. Moreover, compressor makes a 'thud' sound when put on and off.
          Whenever we made a complaint or follow up, they give us new complaint number every time. We never knew what happened to all the open complaints whether somebody close them without attending the job.

          One should think hundred times before buying LG refrigerator. After sales service is the poorest of all.

            All the while i had Nokia mobile, but I purchased the handset GD510 just been 6 months ago since then problems are endless not just with mob but with Service centre too! After 2 months my mob started restarting automatically. I took it to Rajajinagar sevice centre, they just formatted the mob and asked me use it without examining the exact problem. Problem still persited, took it again, that time they said there is problem with motherboard and it should be replaced. They did not have a spare handset and they expected me to leave the mobile with them for indefinite time as they did not have stock of new motherboard. my visits to that place became regular asking for updates of new motherboard. Finally i handed them my mob for motherboard replacement without a spare mobile! they got it done after 2 weeks! and they claim with posters saying best customer service offered in short time! really very disheartening service! The battery life has decreased considerably after their service, so again went there to get it replaced day before yesterday, but looks the current one is also the same! i've changed my earphone twice already. i'm really fed up of this mob and the service centre people! i wish i had stuck to Nokia mobile,had used it without much problem for 4 years! i regret this so badly!!!

              I have purchased LCD Refrigerator 260 liters ( Model Mentioned above)

              The model which I opted is Red in colour. The fridge was delivered on
              [protected] at 12.30 pm , your delivery person has opened the pack and
              shown the Fridge. To my astonishment , it was Baby pink instead of Red
              , which I opted. I refused to take delivery of the Fridge , but your
              delivery person insisted to take the delivery and requested to report
              the same to you.

              I, immediately called your despatch section and informed the matter ,
              later on I called your Adyar branch , one Mr Guna. I was informed by
              your personnel that the Fridge will be replaced by red one and the
              pink fridge will be taken back at the time of delivery.

              Even after 20 days, the Fridge was not replaced.

              Kindly , deliver the Fridge( red) immediately and take back the Pink
              Fridge, because we cannot keep the unused/unpacked Refrigerator in our
              Home for long time.

              Please note that if you are not delivering the Fridge(Red) within one
              week, I will be restrained to make stop payment of EMI pertaining to
              Bajaj Finance.

                I bought a LG washing machine two days back from Shah & CO, Adyar, Chennai. The machine was delivered on the same day, old machine taken back under buy-back program ( I agreed to it because the installation was promised within 24 h). The installation guy called on Saturday and over phone tried to sell additional stuff (Stand, cover etc for the machine) and when I told that I am not interested, he seem to have lost interest. He didn't turn up. Today when I called him, he was very rude and when I asked him when he will come, he said "I can't tell you".

                Our whole weekend is wasted waiting for a guy who never came and probably I will lose Monday too. When we wash all the 3 days clothes on Monday, the water tank will become empty.

                Moral of the story: Never buy LG equipment, don't believe salesman in Shah & CO.

                  Perhaps LG should change their slogan from LIFE is GOOD to LIFE IS BETTER WITHOUT LG. I was a die hard fan of LG, so when i got married some 7 years back, i bought their washing machine, microwave, even a music system.....and then 4 years back i bought 32" LCD TV at the price of 69000 when all my friends told me to go for Samsung or Sony. I wish i had listened to them.

                  After speaking to an LG engineer in Bhopal, i decided to take an AMC coz he suggested that LCDs after 3-4 years tend to start giving problems. So i requested for an AMC for 1 year and the engineer said that i will have to take it for 3 years as 1 year AMC is not available on LCD. I paid 6600 for the AMC. Then, in a month i shifted to Pune and within the first month the LCD started giving me problems- The video used to disappear and only audio remained....I started calling at the Call Centre.....it took them 2 months to send an engineer who clearly said that he can only come on time suitable to him and not at my time (i am a working woman and work from 9am -7pm)!!!! And i though Customer was the KING!!!!

                  Anyways, finally, he came and said that the LCD needed a part change and he will place the order. Well, God only knows where he went to place the order coz after a whole lot of follow-ups, he came back with that part almost after a month and a half only to realise that the part is not working on my TV and the problem persists. He said the TV will have to be taken to the workshop....so next week it was taken to the workshop and i was given another sorry TV as a replacement. Another round of folow ups happened before i was told that the part required was no longer in production and they will give me a refund. And last week, someone called to say that my cheque is ready...I was shocked to know the amount...a mere Rs12900 which i refused to accept. they said they will come back to me after talking to their seniors and its a week since and i have not received a call. Its more than 5 months and my problem remains unresolved!!!!

                  WORST SERVICE EVER, i had in between written on the lgcare ID but never got a response, Call centre is pathetic and so are the engineers. Today, i feel like throwing all LG gadgets that i have at home and i just MIGHT!!!

                  If there is an LG hate club, i would like to join the same and ensure this message is posted on all consumer forums!!!

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am Ukesh Jayaraman from Hyderabad a loyal LG customer. Recently I made up mind to purchase only LED and i walked dow to the LG dealer (PCH – Kukatpally, Hyderabad). As soon as I am in the shop I set the expectation to the shop keeper and executives that I am interested to purchase only LED and not LCD. I was told LG 26LE5300 is the LED and I end my in purchasing this model keeping in mind this is LED. The LED sticker at the bottom left misguided consumer and it helps the shop keeper to even boost their sales stating this is LED.

                    I am not the only consumer is misguided but many so to say. I am really surprised to see how a brand like LG can print sticker as LED and no sign of LCD printed.

                    My queries:

                    1) Is LG expects consumers to knowledgable on latest technology to purchase LED / LCD tvs?
                    2) Is this not LG or Dealer’s responsibility to educate consumer on the difference between these tvs especially when a customer is expecting to buy a LED, no one took steps to explain the difference.
                    3) Is LG and Dealer expects all consumers to be educated?
                    4) Is LG’s marketting strategy is to print fake stickers and display on it on a TV?
                    5) Is LG or its dealer’s expect consumer to read through the manual before buying the tv? Or is it been provided to the consumer? Are Dealer’s educated by LG when they have such marketting strategy are they are aware of appraise the technology of TV?

                    I would like to raise this concern as this marketting strategy will facilitate LG and its Dealers to misguide, mismerize with this fake ads and sell LCD Tvs as LEDs.

                    I kindly request responsible officials from LG customer care should involve and find solution for this concern.I am worried how many more consumers are goign to be cheated. I request solution for not just my issue but also take this strong feedback in changing the printed stickers, all marketting materials.

                        I complaint LG about it, but not satisfied by their customer Support Executive. They are not responding to my complaint In Service Center, they took my Faulty DVD Writer.they are telling that they will call me, but not yet.

                          LG — LG Refrigerator Complaint Not Attended

                          I have bought an LG double door fridge 10 months back. The Refrigeration section is not getting cooled now. I had registered my first complaint on 6-Sep-2011(RNA[protected]. But the customer care executive registered it against my Front Load LG Direct Drive Washing Machine. Technician called me by only Night 10:45 PM and i had asked the technician to come the next day as it was already late. Nobody called after that. I had called the LG Customer care again on the next Monday(12-Sep-2011) and the customer care executive cancelled my old complaint and had registered a new complaint RNA[protected]. After that nobody have called for servicing or for any details. Again i had called LG Customer care on 15-Sep-2011. Customer care executive gave me LG CCO number([protected]) and Senior Technician's Number. I called both numbers many times on 15 & 16th Sep. Nobody was attending the calls.I had expected a much responsible and prompt response from Big Brand Like LG. If LG can't ensure the proper service you take your fridge back and give back my money.

                            Today your area service manager (Mr Manish [protected]) visited my home...as my request was for replacement of this faulty product but still he insisted me to keep the same LCD even its defective and was not agree with the report filled by installlation engineer...So my LCD is having a wooble in side pannel which can not be removed by your engineer...so what should i do...should i complain in CONSUMER COURT as i have paid for a new product and i got a defective repaired product...is this kind of service LG INDIA give to its coustomers...kindly replace my LCD or else i have to go for some legal action against your company.

                              This is to in form you that our 2002 LG microwave had some problems working when all of a sudden a high voltage came.Then we called the service centre in your Ooty branch.The mechanic came the very next day.But since then i.e.22nov(Around this date only)2010 the microwave is still lying like this,despite so many telephonic conversations with Coimbatore head office & Ooty office also,it is still to be repaired.Please note that the PCB was taken by the mechanic for repairs.We have so many LG products at home,the good reputation of LG will only lead us to buy more products1Thnak you.

                                Dear all,
                                This complaint was lodged by me on 4th jan and till date ,27th jan) nobody has attending my problem seriously.
                                I realise that comparing between sony and samsung --LG SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR
                                Everyday i am calling croma and lg person but no one is interested to study the problem carefully .i have two year extended warrany even though thay behave like this .
                                Really i am frustrated on their service and hence forth i will not going to buy LG products .

                                  I am continuously facing the same problem with the LG Semi Automatic washing machine since purchase. I had purchase 1 LG washing machine from their dealer Khosla Electronics through bill no. 7287 dt. 11.12.2009. In little over 1 year of purchase this washing machine has malfunctioned more then 7 times for the same problem. The problem is the dryer. Instead of acknowleding the fact that there is manufacturing defect with the item, LG service team is not acknowleding the problem and only repairing the washing machine. But to dispair the machine malfunctions again and again for the same reason. Please help in getting a resolution for the same.

                                    To whom it may concern,

                                    It is with disgust and great dismay that i correspond with you. In April of 2010 i was unfortunate enough to purchase a product from your company, the said product is a LG KP570 MOBILE PHONE.

                                    Since day one this equipment has never functioned as advertised or as one would expect from a major electronics manufacturer such as Lg. so much so that it appears life is indeed not good at all! When taking a picture using the widely advertised camera function, I am not presented with a glorious interpretation of the open vista in-front of me, nor am I able to capture the beautiful smile of my niece in one of those magical moments of her childhood. What am I presented with you may ask? Well fear not as will explain hence forth........

                                    I press the purpose designed camera button in great anticipation of capturing the moment, but what is this? Cannot execute, conflict with gallery? I ask myself what is the conflict? I turn the phone off and on and off and on and so on and so forth but nothing remedies this issue. I made myself some coffee, sat down and pondered the scenario for 20 minutes. I know we have conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq and Northern Ireland but inside my phone, my phone that cost me over $2800 pesos mx . Can this be true?
                                    Okay I guess it must be or my eyes deceive me? My eyes are fine, twenty, twenty vision to be exact so after finishing my coffee I carefully repackaged the phone and its associated peripherals and hot trotted the lot back to the store of purchase ( C & A Mexico DF )

                                    As above I described the issue and the fact that I was sold a faulty product and would they mind awfully replacing it as I had been kind enough in paying my hard earned money for it and thus inflating both C&A and Lg electronics profits and no doubt in a small way contributing to your CEO´s annual ski vacation. Clearly this monetary contribution never finds its way towards customer service or product development and testing. My last statement is harsh you say to yourself? Well your CEO recently resigned due to poor reception and sales of your not very smart phones, you have one of the lowest company scores for customer service and satisfaction and as stated in paragraph two ¨life is not good at all¨ for people purchasing your products. Anyway it seems I am digressing a little… C & A told me to my shock, thank you for your purchase and giving us your money but it was nothing to do with them and I was at fault for purchasing your product and to contact Lg Electronics Mexico for a seven month run around and character assassination by yourselves as I will now to your dismay disclose.

                                    After untold tries at getting a response from your company I eventually had someone kind enough to answer the telephone but as you will know and as will be of no surprise to you what so ever ¨sorry but the issue is not our responsibility contact the store again ¨
                                    So back to the store for the same response and yes! You guessed back to Lg for another fobbing off and back to C & A and back to you.
                                    Hey I am a human yo-yo with a conflict in my phone that is sub par and not sold as advertised, nor functioning in accordance with its own instruction book, surely someone is responsible for this dilemma?

                                    Well after contacting the Procuraduria Fedral del Consumador and them arranging an appointment with Life is not Good electronics, your ever so busy laboratory took my phone away for one whole month to put on a shelf and do precisely nothing with it. How do I know this? I marked the phone with UV pen on the seems and screws and as you would imagine and to my utter disbelief and sorrow the phone was returned with the same fault and not a screw or hinge moved and I was told that the magicians in your other-worldy lab found no problem with the phone! How could this be? I clearly stated and demonstrated the issue and as with Afghanistan and Iraq I was almost obliged to request NATO assistance as your company clearly had no intentions of peace keeping what I was later to discover was a world wide conflict across your range of phones.

                                    Now we are in June 2010 and back through the same procedures and yet another meeting and you take my phone off me for another whole month.. yes a whole month? Why that’s now two months to not repair a phone that could take no more than 20 minutes to manufacture?

                                    You guessed it the phone was returned with the same issue, and again in July another month with no phone and August and September and October, so my phone you have had for 5 months to not fix, did I pay your company for an empty box to proudly display to my friends and family? It certainly seems that way!

                                    In the October chapter of the conflict your magicians allegedly re flashed the phones software ( it must be stated that the phone once again returned with the same software version and not a screw moved)
                                    I call them magicians as they can enter a phone without breaking a seal and re flash a phones internal memory without disturbing a single file or deleting a single text message that was sent to me on one of the few days I was actually in possession of my Life is now getting terrible phone. On seeking independent advice from Lg uk, Lg usa, Nokia electronics. Re flashing a phones internal memory would indeed destroy all previous content.

                                    To cut to the story short the phone still had its conflict and I was now approaching 6 months with a phone that does not function as stated and your company that makes billions was and is unwilling to rectify and in the said October edition of events your companies lawyer said the phone does not function because I am stupid ! yes my ears did not deceive me STUPID ! I asked if she was a licensed lawyer or a electronics degree student? How could she be sure I was stupid and if she is so smart could she save us all a great deal of pain and show me how to correctly use the phone to resolve the issue?
                                    As you guessed she said it was not her problem and no she would not show me and no she is not a electronics degree student nor has she even seen or touched a soldering iron or a 13 amp fuse in her life.
                                    So as mention earlier , I discovered that indeed the conflict was of proportion for NATO´S involvement as the conflict is a world wide issue, please view this one of many links.

                                    As you can see me and thousands of others are clearly stupid! It is not just me suffering like a victim of Auschwitz at the hands of your company . I passed this information on to your lawyer who it must be questioned? Must be costing more than the value of the phone per session ? the information was ignored and cast aside as the phone in your companies view had no issue, just my mind was stupid.
                                    The phone was taken again for three weeks and allegedly you replaced the internal board, or as it will probably be the case switched the sticker to reference I new serial number. Surprise or as by now no surprise at all the phone displayed the same issue and fault. Your lawyer told me that the sim was the issue and the memory card but as pointed out the phone was with the problem with or without the memory card.
                                    Clearly like a threatened animal in closed you were now cowering in the corner running out of excuses as I am running out of patience with your terrible company.
                                    Anyway as per your disgraceful lawyers advice I placed another sim in the phone and alakazam the same issue is still present! But guess what your absurd lawyer now says that because I placed a different sim in the phone ( on her instruction ) and I have two witnesses to this instruction) the problem is no longer lg´s as placing a different sim card to the one purchased with the phone means you now have zero responsibility for your defective engineering.

                                    As you imagine I am completely disgusted that you sell phones that clearly malfunction due to your own inability to programme and test software, that you call me stupid because your product does not function, that you take my phone for almost 5 whole months of the seven I have had the miss fortune to own it to send it back un repaired.

                                    I don’t think I am being unreasonable in asking that you not give me my money back but just give me a replacement phone or one to equal value that functions correctly and extend my guarantee to reflect to inconvenience and time that you have wasted of mine.
                                    The situation you have created and presented is both diabolical and disgusting and a company of your magnitude should be disgraced and ashamed.

                                    above is just a small selection of customer service reviews for your not so good company and its life is awful products, no doubt all wrote from stupid people similar to myself. Now I await eagerly for your response and hopefully your company to take a step in the right direction and also a moral and just step in doing the correct thing and dealing with my issue justly and fairly. Is it so hard to replace my defective product?
                                    I will take every available measure to recover my money and take justice for your unjust service and will contact every available organisation in regard to this matter if it not responded and dealt with swiftly.

                                      Dear Sir

                                      I have purchased three years back LCD Model Number 371c7r serial number 704ml100102 from Dubai. When I was transfered from Dubai I took this to India and was working fine. I had taken an AMC after the completion of the International warranty ( Warranty Number 1021200) . This was taken for repair and now it is nearly six months everytime they have an excuse that part has been ordered and it would take a few days to come. Now it is past all these excuses that they now need the purchase bill copy. I dont understand as a layman what is the purpose of all that history. Moreover I have given to the LG Service Centre and it is there product.

                                      I have at home most of my electronic appliances from LG but have never faced a problem. The service Manager is adampt that he needs the purchase bill which unfortunately I have misplaced over the years . I am now in Bahrain and have spend lot of money on International calls . Customer service has been crap and there is no proper response and moreover it took six months to realise that they need the receipt . I think this is the height of harassment that I can receive. I do not know if this mail also falls in deaf years but would like someone to escalte the matter to the highest level.

                                      Once I am back in India will like to move to the court so that the people will know about the service of LG products. It happened to me it should not happen to others.

                                        Complaint lodged on 06 th Jan2011 and service technician came on 09 Jan2011,checked and informed the door to be replaced and since the same is not available he will place which normally takes a week to reach. But it has been 13 days since his arrival no response yet. ID NO:[protected].
                                        Very poor response.
