I Purchased microwave of whirlpool company in Diwali, first 15 days no demo person came again so I complaint for dealer then after some day’s one guy came & he explain some information abt the product after two-three days my wife try to for cake with one expert woman after the cooking she noticed that Microwave glass plate broken into two pieces
I immediately complaint to customer care they assured me that they will send service executive. after some day I wait for serviceman but nobody came then I again call service centre dt 12.01.2011 @14:00 then they assured me that they will call after some time they will talk with service center-later on no call received from service centre, mean time they came at home and took snapshot of broken plate, Service centre call received today14.01.2011 they brought one Glass plate but I have to pay them Rs 1300/- I refused them how they can charge that much amount as oven is just Rs.7000/_ and it’s plate price is 1300/- and what about my complaints ? if they provide me poor quality glass then why should I pay them ?

    Dear Sir,
    It gives me deep displeasure to tell you I bought a LG mobile phone on 25/11/2010 from Reliance digital retail shop which is in Korum mall, Thane and I was misleaded and misguided by their sales person by saying that the mobile shall give battery back up of 2 days and same she convinced by saying that she uses the same mobile phone.
    After two weeks, I understood that mobile is giving only 14 hrs of backup, same things I shared with their Manager(Mr. Khan) & Mr. Dyaneshwar and they assuured me it is our mistake and they shall replace it with new mobile.
    further, as per the request of Reliance sales persons, i kept my mobile at LG service centre, they checked and concluded that this mobile has back of 1 day which they claim it is true, but their sales executive(Mr. Manish LG Mobile) said it should give battery back of 2 days.

    Now, I was told that there will be no replacemen of mobile by Reliance digitel because they want written by LG that this mobile is defective.

    I therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter and I hope to get the positive response from u.

      I had bought the LG optimus one on 5.1.2011.
      From first day i get battrey back up of 12 hrs(max).
      2 days back i visit LG service centre and they keep it for one day under observation. I was not given supplementary handset as promised. Next day i was told there was no problem in handset or battrey.

      I just want to get replaced my battrey with new and they were saying it is not possible.

      I don't recommeng LG OPTIMUS ONE.

      If any one is thinking of buying do cantact me at [protected] to hear pain given to me by my first anroid ( LG Optimus one)

      LG P500 — BSNL GPRS SETTING

      LG Optimus One (P500) — Issues On The Very First Day!!!

      I purchased LG Optimus One P500 from www.letsbuy.com on[protected] for Rs. 8999/-. It was delivered at my doorstep by Bluedart on[protected]. The only issue with the phone was that you cannot hear any sound out of it. Eg. You cannot hear the other person on the phone however they can hear you. Also you cannot hear the songs played on the player of the phone. Tried the volume rocker and it was turned to full. The phone's profile was also set to normal. Also tried using the headphones but to no avail.

      I called LG Mobile's customer care and spoke with a representative named Sayed. He asked me to visit Ekadant Corporation which is situated in Thane. The representative over there Ms. Poonam was about to send it for repairs. I pointed out that the phone is very well under replacement warranty as it's not even 7 days old. It was unpacked hardly an hour ago. She said that they would need seek an approval from the company for a replacement and if approved it might take 7 days for me to get a cell. When I sought to escalate the issue she asked me to speak with Rajib Shah (cell #s[protected] and[protected]. I spoke with Mr. Shah who said if its the software issue then the cell would not be replaced but the software would be upgraded. I said very well. He spoke with Poonam and asked her to update the software since the OS version on it was Android Froyo 2.2.2. She asked me to wait till the software was upgraded. After waiting for 30 mins I asked her the status and she said that the software was up to date. I said it was not. Asked her to check it again, she did and agreed that it had Froyo. She then said that she will have it checked the next day and get back to me in the evening.

      What kind of a ridiculous service is this? I have worked for a cellphone company with the services and I am well aware of the replacement clause under DOA. If the phone is not working there is no argument and a fresh set is given as replacement. I have never seen any company making a consumer wait for 7 days before actually giving them a replacement.

      I am seriously considering my option of approaching the consumer court. Is LG listening to this??
      Sent an email to [protected]@lge.com yesterday. Shweta Puri from LG Customer Care responded to it. She sent a templated response asking me to visit an LG Authorized Service Center in my locality.
      Clearly they haven't even read my email to them which contained the same matter as given in the above complaint. I will keep this page updated with all that will follow now...

      This is totally unfair and unacceptable.
      Got a call around 11.30 this morning from LG. The representative said her name was Madhavi. She called me from [protected]. She requested me to narrate the issue to her. Did the same.
      She said she will look into the issue and also speak with Rajib Shah.

      After that around 12.50 in the afternoon I got another call from LG. The representative's name this time was Karthik. He called from [protected]. He also requested me to narrate the issue to him. Informed him that I have explained everything in detail in my email and went on to narrate the whole issue once again. While doing that he said that he was unable to hear my voice due to poor network connection.

      So as far as following up is concerned LG is taking care to do their bit however they are not working as a unit or else each would have them would have known the exact issue as it was elaborated well in my email to them.

      Awaiting a reply from them now. Please note: The phone is now with the service center and I had unpacked the brand new phone just for few minutes. All this just to replace a brand new phone with a brand new one!
      Just take the settings take wireless & network settings >> mobile networks >> Access ppoint name >> New APN >> type bsnlnet in APN >> put the name as BSNL and try to browse internet, , ,
      I brought an LG P500 on last month. But its battery back up is very poor. I dont even get it for 6 hours. I dont recommend this phone to nobody.

      LG P500 — Device Not Supporting Flash Although It Mentions it

      Hi,
      I bought a mobile phone name LG P500 (Optimus One) on January 2011. I was new to Smart Phone at that time. Now I have taken GPRS connection and I found that my phone does not support flash.
      The box shows that it supports flash.
      I feel like I have been cheated.

        I have just got a gift of microwave oven model MC-7880 PSR Vendor ID: TOl[protected].when i opened it ,there is a brokeage of door from one corner.And in the starter kit supplied with it is also broken & there is short /incomplete supply of starter kit parts as shown on the box.Let me Know the way to replace them and to recovery of short supply.

            I had bought LG KP500, 1.5yr back. It had a warranty of year so after completing 13months, its display touch senses stopped working. Hence I got it replaced from LG Service Center, Pune @ Rs 1100, with a warranty of 3months.

            After completing 3months, in the next month AGAIN Touchsense stopped working.

            So it has appened twice, but now I dont want to get it paid and repaired.

            I want LG to bear this cost and get it done.

            i have LG510 mobile phone with S/N : 007CYZP0036749
            THERE IS LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHONES ESPECIALLY THE TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEM.
            STILL ONE YEAR HAS BEEN ONLY PASSED.
            BEFORE THIS WE HAVE MAJOR PROBLEM OF INSIDE BODY OF MOBILE WHICH WAS REPLACED AND DONE BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRE FOR FREE.
            NOW THERE IS TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEM AND SERVICE CENTRE ARE CHARGING FOR REPAIR OF Rs. 1375 + 300 = 1675. THE MOBILE COST IS 7000 & NOW THERE IS REPAIR OF 1700 HOW CAN IT BE DONE?

                    Good evening sir this Yogesh H. Mahadik I was buy LG cookie pep GD 510 silver colour, Imei no.[protected]/05/2010 at my nearest shop.your mobile feature is good also mobile look but i am sorry to say your service is so bad beacause after 3 months one problem is creat it is TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEM i have many time go your service center (Bandra west)but i don't get any responce & also your staff is irresponsible .they have no idea how to talk with customer.I was one answer get your service centre (sir we have no stock available in werehouse).My one question to you how is it possible when i go private shop for chage the touch pad he worker say me i will arrange the touch pad & i will solve your proble only one day.
                    I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India.
                    Kindly look into the matter.

                      LG India Pvt Ltd — LCD complaint

                      We have been making a Complaint of our LG LCD since past 10days and every time we call they assure us that the complaint will be handled within 24 hours, but till date no one has attended the complaint.

                      Complaint no: RNA[protected], after calling on daily basis they provided me the service center no:[protected]as per this service center this complaint no is not mapped to them, this is mapped to Rohtak road office). Again when I called they provided me contact no: [protected] of Ms Sapna Bhat, this no is not reachable since past five days.

                      If anyone can provide me the MD's contact details I would like to highlight him that LG India has a rubbish customer care, which was not expected of LG India.

                        My name is Wilson, and i purchased a top loading waashing machine on[protected] from M/s Pai International Jayanagar.
                        From 4th onwards people are calling from LG and asking the confirmation of address and mobile number.
                        First day itself i clearly mentioned and requested them that i nedd the demo in the evening after 6pm coz iam a working professional.
                        LG people agreed that they are sending the engineer on the very next day.
                        But next day on wards they are into the same procedure( calling and verifying address and phone No.and promising that the person will come in the evening.
                        The same thing is happening till today and no one has turned to my residence.

                        LG top loading Washing Machine — Poor after Sales Service

                        I purchased an LG Top loading Washing Machine on 12.06.2011 from the LG showroom at K.S.Rao Road, Mangalore, along with an LCD TV. I was told that the items would be delivered the next day at 5.00 p.m. to suit our requirement. I had also specifically told them to send an extra length of Water Hose(2 mtrs), repeatedly asking them whether they could provide it and recieving the confirmation regarding the availability. I was told that the Machine would be installed by LG PERSONNEL WITHIN 24 HOURS. However, even at 7.45 p.m. the next day the items purchased were not delivered. Only after my calling up repeatedly and finally telling them to give me back the money, did they deliver the two items at 8.30 p.m.

                        I was then told that the LG service personnel would come to instal the washing machine the next day by 10.30 a.m.Next day there was no sign of them. I called up several times and recieved some reply or the other and I was told that they would come to instal the Washing machine by 1.00 p.m. At 1.30 p.m. when they did not turn up, n I called up and they said that they did not have the Water hose in stock. I had to repeatedly follow up till 8.30 p.m. in the evening to get them to come to my house and install the machine, along with the extra length of hose, which they could finally manage to get, on the threat of returning the Washing Machine.

                        If this is the initial experience, I shudder to think of the response for any service call that I may have to make at a later date. On trying to contact their call centre, I was taken for a digital ride, with nobody attending the call at their end.

                        Wake up LG, since Life is definitely not Good.

                        LG top loading Washing Machine — Pathetic response on new product installation and Demo

                        I have brought a new LG Top loading washing machine on 17th July from e-Zone Indranagar, the delivery happened on 18th July but from that date I have been calling up the service center for scheduling demo and installation but looks like a very cold response. Though I get promise for getting it installed every day I call, nothing happens. I am not really sure why LG is not responsive for at least keeping their new customers happy. I really don't know whom to escalate this to.....

                          We bought an LG front load 8kg washing machine 2 years back. Needless to say, it cost quite a fortune because of its advanced features. It worked perfectly well till about 2 months back. We got a IE (inlet error) message displayed in the panel & water was continuosly leaking from the washing machine's outlet pipe. We contacted the customer service people & they were prompt. They sent a man the very same day and he tried to solve the problem without much success.

                          The technician returned back the next day with a vehicle to transport our machine to their service centre. They repaired the machine there and returned it in 1 week's time. It did not work again in my house. We had to lodge a fresh complaint with the customer service & again they were prompt in sending a person to our house. They took our machine to the service centre for a second look and called back to say it works at their centre. They brought the machine back and again it didn't work at my house.

                          Then they took my machine for a third time & no news came from them for 3 weeks. I kept calling them every other day and they would say some part has to come from Noida. I wonder how far Noida could be from Bhopal!! When we lodged complaints with them there was no response. When we posted complaints all over the internet, they suddenly woke up and offered to give me a lower model on loan till my machine was repaired. I accpeted immediately since I have a small baby at home and I need the machine desperately.

                          The current status is that my machine does not work in my house while it works perfectly according to them at their service centre. They tell me that it is a fault in my electric panel and they can't do anything about it. The best part is that the machine they have given me on loan (another LG front load fully automatic machine) works very well in the same electric panel in my house. What am I supposed to do? Wash my clothes at their service centre? I am going to the consumer court if LG does not find a solution to my problem in 2 days time.

                            I am a highly "dissatisfied" LG Cookie pep GD 510 mobile phone owner. I bought the said handset with particularization below IMEI:[protected] Retailor: One Mobile, Viman Nagar, Pune. INVOICE NO:[protected] DATE OF PURCHASE: 05-MAY-2010 Accordingly we bought the said phone, and started use of the same on 05-MAY-2010. From buying date to till date i am continuously facing so many problems with the hand set.

                            In these 6 months i visited your service center 7 times and that is disgusting i am feeling help less because i am having tht much of time to waste on my phone. Even my hand set having one year extended worrenty but what will i do with that I am having office so how can i manage to go service center again and again.


                            I want permanent solution of this problem. Please change my hand set immediately or else i have to go to consumer forum to launch a complaints against LG. This product is totally useless for me. So Provide me some another set with the same range.


                            Kindly help inn the same and revert back asap.

                              Hi All,
                              This is to bring into the notice that LG Electronics India is not replacing my desktop LCD monitor "LG Flatron L224WS" which is still under the warranty period. Mine monitor is experiencing pixel dead problem.
                              LG Guys are giving stupid excuses that product is not covered under warranty since only one pixel is dead. They can only exchange if at least 5 pixels are dead. So how am I supposed to make my monitor's pixel dead to the count of 5. This is insane.
                              If a product is still under warranty, the complaint should be entertained. LG has considerably degraded their product quality.
                              Its an appeal "Stop making fool of customer, since they rely on you and spend their hard earned money".

                                The Ranchi service centre of LG picked the CPU for replacement of Motherboard on 28.12.2010 from Ramgarh Cantt.
                                It was comunicated that it will be replaced maximum within a week but now it has already 11 days past but the same is not done by the service centre as they are comunicating that they have intimated the case through their internal process but when they received the same is not known.

                                Please look into this matter seriously bcoz such type of delay hampers the customer activity of doing important thing through their computers.

                                LG electronics(Computers) — Delay in replacing Motherboard

                                Dear All,

                                My name is Rajesh Kumar. I am using a LG PC. On 25th Dec 2010 my PC stops working , subsequently I lodged a complain to the customer care of the company-- complain no RNA[protected] was provided by the company for the same.
                                On 28th Dec 2010 a representative visited and check the CPU and I was informed that its motherboard needs to be replaced, and he took the CPU along with him to Ranchi.
                                On the same day when contacted the service center, i was informed that they had requested a motherboard by their internal process and it will be replaced within a maximum time of week.
                                As of now already 11 days have past but it is not replaced by the service providers and on contacting the service center representative they are only saying that they had indented it internally but cannot reveal the exact date of availability of the motherboard[protected] this is leading to the customer dissatisfaction as every service complain must have a TAT period and the same should be close within the specified time log.

                                Please look into it on priority basis as in today's world where working is mostly constrained to computer work, delay in such thing not only damages a company repute but at the same time effects customer in many ways.

                                  Never buy LG products... Their service sucks... You have better brands like Samsung and Eureka Forbes... The customer has no value whatsoever...
                                  You are right... They have no value for time... Biggest mistake anyone could make is going in for an LG product
                                  If you have parts to be replaced, then you can consider yourself doomed!!! LG is not going to get it for you..You will run around like crazy and probably raise your BP... Other than that, you get no results!! Beware of the company...

                                  My complaint number is RNA[protected] and I had lodged this complaint on 21st July, 2013. After lodging this complaint, technician should up after 60 hours i.e. much after their normal visit period viz. 24 hours. He should only after me raising my voice with Customer care.

                                  After inspection, it was determined that the W/M's panel is at fault and had to be replaced. He said that this part would be replaced in couple of days. There was no update from LG technician and when I can called up at service centre today on [protected], the lady told me that the part would be replaced on 5th August. The lady didn't know what should be resoultion date and therefore, just gave any random date.

                                  Further more, it was highlighted by the technician that this was a common problem with this model and he had replaced this part in various location. My question to LG company is that if this is a known problem then why don't you have this part readily available.

                                  Can someone from LG please explain this laxity on their part?

                                  Purchased an Lg tv, got installed the next day.(opted for wall mounting in later date)
                                  After getting wall mounting ystrday i.e a month after purchase, Now I m getting calls saying that i have received wall mount twice & i have to pay !! Didn't even expect such things to happen. Person who had installed have no idea what he is talking ! Disgusting !!! Forget about buying an LG product, will never ever suggest anyone for it !!

                                    I have purchased LG Fully Automatic Washing Machine, LG showroom in Vishrantwadi, Pune.
                                    After using for 15 days, the washing machine stopped working. So I called up customer care to lodge a complaint to repair the Washing Machine. It is almost more than 2 months, they have not fixed the problem and they are asking me to pay Rs 10,000, though I have a 24 months warranty on the Washing Machine.

                                    Please kindly let me know, how to come out of this situation.

                                      I, (Hemanshu Shah, B/301, Ishwar Charan Park, Opp. Nandigram Society, Near Sanghvi Railway crossing, Naranpura, Ahmedabad) have recently purchased LG Double door refrigerator model 278VS5 from M/s Midas Marketing, 4/5 Vasupujya Apartment, Ankur Cross Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad vide invoice no. 189 dated 30.12.200 which was delivered on the same day.
                                      When the mechanic from LG Shri Jay Prakash visited my residence for DEMO & Installation on 1.1.11 evening, he, after unpacking the product, found scratches on door and dents on left side of the refrigerator. He filled up the installation report accordingly and informed us that the product will be replaced. I also received SMS on my mobile informing complain no. RNA[protected].
                                      Even after lapse of 5 days, my refrigerator has not been replaced by the company. As and when I call the customer care for replacement, they give stereo type answer that complaint is being dealt by another department.
                                      The only purpose for lodging complaint is that my refrigerator should be replaced immediately as defective piece was delivered at the time of delivery.

                                        I have purchased a LG washing machine worth Rs.21000/- from Reliance Digital Banjarahills Hyderabad, as per their policy to return the product with in 7 days if you not satisfied and i was not at all satisfied with the service provided by Reliance Digital Banjarahills Hyderabad neither with the product but they deny to cancel some how they agree to do it after 3days of conversation and arguments.

                                        it was a great service that after cancelling the order they have sent a replacement product. reason behind cancelling it the way their managers and associate talk over the phone which was very rude with no help at all. very poor service. i was misunderstood by looking the the Big Brand Reliance Digital and expected at least trained managers working with reliance. but was totally wrong....i have spoke to 3-4 manager and around 5-6 associates none of them were help full or neither had customer service attitude. just because of the staff the the complete brand is getting effected.
