HELLO SIR,

I am working in ICICI PRUDENTIAL life insurance company ltd. for the month of june, i have won "laskhya" contest , for this i have receive the reward( LG SEMI AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE , WP9516 2D MODEL ). for my conviences i need fully automatic machine( model WF-N7069NP) , for which i have taken extra amount as the DEMAND DRAFT for the RS 5240/- and hand over to madurai authorised LG office . but while delivery, the company dispatched semi automatic machine but they give bill for fully automatic machine . i have reported the compliant to the madurai branch but still now no response for that. more over i am tracking the compliants for the past one month but there is no response still now .

LG Fully Automatic machine — Delivery of newly purchased machine

I have purchased a LG Fully automatic machine from UR dealer at Bharuch Gujarat M/s Ravi corporation on 18 Oct. 2008 and payment was made in cash. I was told that machine will be despetched at Ur address on 20th. But till date I have talked to the dealer 20 times & every time I am told the It will be despetched today. Please pass on the instructions to M/s ravi corporation Bharuch Gujarat not to betray UR customer at the time of festive season & that too when 100% payment made in advance & action may be taken at your end for such services.
I seek UR help & support & hoping for early response

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    My LG mobile LG COOKIE PEP is in warranty period and the key pad of my
    mobile was failed on last week due to that it's impossible to
    recollect the numbers stored in the phone memory and lost so many
    contacts.

    From last Monday(27.12.2010) itself I had contacted and visited your
    service centres at Chennai. All the service centres gave the same
    reply that the touch pad was unavailable. And ask me to call
    themselves after a week.

    Being a best company, it was very poor on your part. Now all my
    contacts are missed because of your poor service and of your wrong
    promises that the call to be completed within an hour.

    I hereby request you to ressolve my problem immediately.

    If you need any more clarifications on my side call me at [protected].

      My name is sukhendu i have a lg dvd writer.its purchase from technocrat infotech pvt ltd,23,c.r.avenue,kolkata-13,on dated-12/08/2010.invoice no-16254 dt-12/08/2010. its a one year warrenty product.After three month later this dvd writer was not working.then i was going to lg service centre....Prosys Infosolutions,14,n.s.road,2 nd floor,kolkata-1.ph:[protected]/4292. on dated- 24/12/2010.I am waiting sometime and they are cheak my dvd writer.after 30 minitue i take my dvd writer and they are ask to me my dvd writer is fine working now.But dvd writer is till now not working. This is very bsd service of Prosys infosolutions.please tell me what i am do now.

          Sir,

          My LG DVD Writer which is under warranty, became defected about one month and 15 days back. During initial 15 days, My one DVD Writer has gone 8 times to lg service center and every time I have been given with a defected item.

          This is the story of my LG DVD Writer, which was given to lg service center at following address-

          SUKRITI ENTERPRISES
          Civil Lines, Bareilly (U.P.)

          Detail of request IDs under which these LG DVD Writers were given to Sukriti Enterprises are as follows:

          I became fed-up with these replacements of faulty drives. One month have been passed now and still I am holding a faulty Lg drive.

            I got a call on 25 October 2010 from LG Electronics, Female Executive Name: Divya from Delhi Branch Office called & said that you have participated in LG Mallika e Kitchen Season 2, Episode 8 & you won a LG Microwave which was displayed in episode 8 It will be deliver to you within 15-20 days from the date of 25 Oct.,10 & Somebody will call you from Mumbai Office to before delivering & to take your address. It has been 2 months till date i have not receive any call.
            I tried calling all LG Customer care Numbers no one picks up the phone. Its very hard to get contact with LG on phone.

            Please look into matter forward to LG & do the needful

                i have purchased on 25.07.10,after giving complan ,service engineer agreed to to replace the oven.At the time of replacement ,the new oven gave same probalame.so they agreed to rfound the money.so far i have not received the money.i have lost faith on lg service.

                  I am Ravi Inder Singh Dhindsa, serving in Indian Army. I wnted to bring in to your notice the poor relations and treatment extended by one of the authorised dealer of LG products- J B Marketing Services, in Faridkot, Punjab. during my posting in Faridkot , i purchased a LG AC (1 Ton) from the above mentioned dealer in the month of June 2010. As per the the company policy, there was a offer given of Free- gift to be given to the customers on buying certain LG products and this AC was one of these. when i purchased the AC, that time the free gift( Reebok sunglasses) was not available with the dealer, so he gave me the assurance that i will be given the free gift within 15 days. since that day i have personally visited the shop nearly 15 times till Nov 10 but every time the dealer came with the same reply that he will get back to me soon and deliver the gift at my residense address. As i got my posting in mid of nov from that place to some new place, i called up the dealer to find out the status of mu free gift, to which he replied that, " he does not have free time to listen to my quiery " and after saying so the dealer disconnected the phone. now he does not even attend my call. It is such a disgraceful act on dealer's part and ill- treatment carried out with a Defence officer, which is not acceptable. Please do something !!!!

                  its almost 7 months since the time i have lodged this complaint about JB marketing services, faridkot, for their poor customer relations. but so far, i have not got any satisfactory redressel or solution to my complaint., neither from the dealer nor this complaint forum cell...
                  WHOM TO RELY UPON!!! its a big shame...
                  Backside of that Gift coupon, it was clearly written to make a dd of rs 100 and send it but to save 100 rs, u didnt send and now u r blaming LG or the dealer. This is a shame on you Mr Dhindsa.

                    first i complaint through sms, in your complaint booking call centre girl worngly booked the detail because of very poor experience. Secong time i called up the your number [protected] to book the complaint and explained the detail very very detailed. but she also booked worngly. after 7days today on 28th dec 2010 again i have booked a complained to to repair my TV.

                        Purchased on[protected] hardly after few months the on and off switch is non functioning.
                        It will be better in the interest of LG a new oven is replaced or else LG products will have a very bad image here at Bhubaneswar.At least i am not going to purchase or suggest any of my relatives or friends any LG products.

                        LG OVEN ON/OFF SYSTEM NOT FUNCTIONING. THE TECHNICIAN TESTED THE OVEN AND TOUCH PAD COMPLAINT TOLD . HE TOLD THAT ORDER HAS BEEN MADE TO LG COMPANY FOR SPARE PART. ALMOST ONE AND HALF MONTH LAPSED . HE IS NOT TURNING DOWN AND TELLING THAT COMPANY HAS NOT SUPPLIED THE SAPREPART TILL NOW.

                          ihave purched LG asoftidea at veg market west gate at ramdav mahadav traders, 392 tilak road tirupathi .
                          2nos of asoftidea and other provisons too. but i use to purchase at pasupathi super market at tirupathi they maintan qulity, but that day that sunday i went market early in morning so i purchased there what i see i use to buy lg at 35rs the shopkeeper put only 18rs and i test the qulity and packing of product wich i had at my home before but qulity is not matchig in packing and smell of it . and nexet day i went to that shop and demanded for bill that i have purchased stock yestarday but shop men refuge ti give bill and i shouted at him and gone with sample to supermarket and give to that men and he said lg that i have brought is duplicate i thoght that that was the resone that market shopkeeper do not give bill.so please take action at this shopkeeper and have many more duplicte products and unbraded products . again i write shop name once again RAMDEV MAHADEV TRADERS 392 TILAK ROAD, WEST GATE VEG MARKET ,TIRUPATHI 517501,AND THIS PEOPLE SPEAKS HIND AND THIS PEOPLE BELONGS TO NORTH INDIA I THINK SO SIR

                            LG GS290 — LG GS290 worst cell phone,worse after sales services

                            Hello, I bought a LG GS290 in the month of july and it hasnt been even a year and I am just fed up of these never ending problems, I first had problem in the touch pad that was solved after sometime from the service centre it self but then soon after that I started having problem in the battery, I would put it on charging for the entire night but still it wouldnt show even a single line in the battery, this problem started in december. The servive at service centre is one of the worst of its kind, first they made me come their centre every other day and each day I would get the same response that there is no spare battery with us then after full one month they told me that they have got the battery for my handset, then they asked me to but it even though my handset was still under the warranty period, finally I bought a new battery but still the issue is not solved, I am just having a very hard time with LG.
                            please help with issue as soon as possible.
                            I buy my hand set LG GS290 Nov 2010.Within 5 months already 4 times i am visit in service center. And now i fell keypad problem also. I don’t use my set. LG Authorized Service Center told me deposit the set for few days. Within 10 days if company doesn’t change my LG GS290, i will case at consumer court for miss saling.

                            I bought LG GS290 on 2011 jan. in two months itself i started facing problem with this mobile. problems like suddon switch off often, showing most of the time as not supporting file format , not enough memory(even though memory card was free enough), over heat of battery, . it never came to an end... now recently with completely touch problem where touch does not work at all.. so please provide me with good solution...am totally fed up with this company mobile.

                                This is in reference to My defective LCD TV, invoice #
                                I feel like "Done with LG" ....
                                I purchased the TV from LG BEST SHOP (Ganpati electronics) on 5th December'2010 ... I installed my TV on 6th and discovered that it has Big white patches on the Top & bottom of the Screen. I called LG customer care on 7th and registered the complaint,but i did not hear anything from them for another two days so I called them again and re-registered the complain.On 10th LG send a service Engineer to check the TV. The Technician was not familiar with the issue and he escalated it to his senior, who visited after 3 hours and concluded that its a defective panel and the TV need to be replaced.He took the copy of the Bill and promised a TV Exchange in 4-5 days.
                                I received a Massage on my cell that its Exchange has been processed on 12th Dec, but nothing happened after waiting for 5 more days.I went to the retailer and requested an exchange from him as i was given a defective TV from his Store. He denied the same and said that its not his responsibility after sale is processed , anything and everything will be done from LG.At this time he had the same Model in Stock. I called back LG and escalated the issue and I was promised exchange within 2 days by Customer care manager, which did not happen. when i called back again to check on the exchange status I was told that this model is not in stock & I have to wait for another 3 days. Now its 24th Dec and I m still waiting for my exchange.I have been informed by Customer care officer that they have the TV available and I will get my replacement on 25th December 2010 ...
                                I m still not sure if I will get it on time or not, as I have been Promised the same multiple time before this...
                                I really hope I should not have Purchased The LG product .

                                  sir i go to the lg customer service cuttack orissa dated 23 december 2010 to repair my mobile.i told them that my mobile charger pin is not work.my phone's warranty is ended.so,i ask the price.they told that the price is 350/- rupees.After that they complete my mobile and give me my mobile.i told them to give recepit.but they told what can do the recepit?then they give the recepit but in recepit they write that keypad pcb instead of mobile charger pin.when i complain the chief of customer care they also told that their is problem in pcb .when i told them you can not inform me when you change my pcb.they told that we donot inform in minor problem.but the actual rate of charger pin is 91 rupees.the charger pin rate is not aiso mentioned in the recepit.
                                  If this type of behaviour is from reputed company.THen how people faith in company.such manager in customer care betrary us.those who belongs to poor and village people how they betray them.sir to stop these things if you take any action then that is good for our country.

                                    PATHETIC SERVICE OF LG SERVICE IN MUMBAI

                                    I had purchased an LG- 32 inch LCD TV screen on 19th June 2010 from CHROMA, Mumbai at Juhu. The LCD stopped switching on end of October 2010. (Within four months of its purchase)

                                    On 2nd Nov 2010 at 12.20pm, I registered my first complaint with the LG Customer Care (Complain no - RNILIBGC10B02019). I was told that the service centre would call me within 24hours. But no one called even after 240 hours had passed. It took me more than 10 days and NUMEROUS calls to the customer care service to attend to.

                                    Finally, after facing much harassment, I managed to get an LG technician (Shashikant Singh -[protected]) to visit my house. He examined the LCD and was unable to detect anything and speculated that the IC was not functioning. He said he would come and replace the IC within two days. But even after a week there was no phone call from the service centre.

                                    Tired of waiting endlessly I started calling the Customer Care again. And registered several complains of which now your customer care seem to have a record of only one (10th December 2010, 12.42 pm. RNA[protected]

                                    Almost TWO MONTHS have passed since I registered my first complain but your inefficient and indifferent service centre has not been able to resolve my problem. My TV is still not working.

                                    I have spoken to every possible person about my problem and written e-mail to various people. FEROZ ALI KHAN – [protected], MANISH – [protected], ANKUR DOSHI – [protected], SANJEEVANI – [protected], also called your office in Gurgaon, Delhi but in vain. None of these people seem to be accountable. They have a totally indifferent attitude towards the customer. Some of them are also rude and unpleasant and keep transferring the calls to one another.

                                    Never has it happened that the service centre has called with 24 hours of registering complain as promised by your Customer Care. In fact they just don’t call! It is impossible to get through your service centers. No Answer[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. Don't Exist[protected], Constantly Engaged[protected],[protected].

                                    I have been harassed and mentally tortured by the LG service centre people. Since I work with the film industry my work has also been hampered because of the non-functional TV. Now either REPAIR it or REPLACE it at the earliest. It is time to go to the Consumer court.

                                      LG Refrigerator Model: 245FADG5FC, Sr No: 5610 purchased from Sony Mony showroom (Prabhadevi) on May 30, 2010.Refrigerator purchased which was delivered on 1st June 2010 was defective. I had to follow up numerous times via email and phone to resolve the problem.Replacement refrigerator delivered in August 2010 is also not functioning properly. There is some problem with the gas and defrost button does not work. I have been repeatedly following up and have had 6 service visits. The first 5 visits could not solve the problem. Thermostat was changed 3 times and gas was refilled once.fridge takes a lot of time for defrost. We have been informed by the senior technician that it may take 4 to 6 hours for defrosting even if same is done on regular basis.

                                      I am not getting any response from their cutomer service or the concerned branch manager who details were shared with me.
