I have one LG GD510 mobile phone (IMEI [protected]), purchased on 09-April-2010 from M/s.Poornasree, Statue Jn, Tripunithura, Ernakulam Dist, Kerala.
Last month I have faced problem to its headphone/headset and I have approached M/s.Zenicon Infoway Pvt.Ltd., MG Road, Cochin-15 on 26-Oct-2010. (My mobile no registered with them is [protected]). They replaced the headset with another one immediately. Even though it looks inferior in quality and indifferent from the original equipment received along with mobile phone, I have accepted it with out any complaint. Later I found that the sound quality of the replaced one is very poor and have distortion and noise. So I am not in a position to use my handset. Today (03-Nov-2010), I again approached the service centre regarding this and asked a genuine/OEM part replacement. They expressed their inability to provide genuine part. Hence I request you to provide genuine headset replacement as equivalent to one which I had received with the mobile phone and help me to use the phone in a optimum way.

I purchased a LG washing macihine F8068LDP on Nov 2nd in Pai International Vijayanagar, Bangalore. The buggers took complete amount of 19300/- saying they deliver the machine next day. Even today i.e on 13th Nov they say they are not having stock and deliver once they get the stock. They are denying to refund the amount now. Please beware of these people who cheat customers like this. Never ever purchase any items from PAI.
