LG — No Response from the service center

I called LG toll free number 2 weeks ago regarding the refrigerator which we brought. They told that will take it to their service center & bring it in 2 days. But it took a week to come & take. Later they told they wil bring it back in 2 days & till date(16/04/2011) nothing has been done. When ever i call service center number they are not picking up the calL. When ever i call the toll free number they are telling that they will get back to us in 24 hours.

    LG Refrigerator — LG SERVICES IS NOT RESPONDING

    MY FREEZE WAS NOT WORKING IN APRIL. I LAUNCHED A COMPLAIN TO LG SERVICES. ONE PF THE REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO MY HOME A HAVE REPLACED A PART OF IT COSTING 1850 RUPEES.

    AFTER TWO DAY THE STATUS OF REFRIGERATOR WAS EVEN WORST AND IT IS NOT WORKING.
    AFTER THAT I HAVE LAUNCHED MINIMUM 15 CONPLAINS TO LG BUT NONE OF THEM IS RESPONDING.

    PLEASE ADVICE WHAT TO DO.

      I had registered a complaint with the LG customer care about my front loading washing machine. It started out with some unusual sounds which I had reported. I was duly told that a technician would call up in two hours and the complaint would be attended to in 24 hours... Well, its been over 72 hours, and no one has turned up. Everytime I call, I am told that my complaint will be put in the priority list. I was given a local service centre number which when called, I was told the technician would surely come today.. I am still waiting with a whole pile of dirty clothes and a completely broken down washing machine ( thanks to want of timely intervention, the nature of complaint has gone from a crying washing machine to a completely dead one). Life's definitely NOT good.. LG people, anyone listening??

      LG / Washing Machine — Excellent Customer Service

      Washing maching purchased on Nov 15 2009. Instructions communicated clearly at the time of purchase to LG that for any Demo or installation time of visit has to be before 8 am or after 8.30 pm. Need this to be installed asap. Contacted customer care several times without much movement from LG. LG staff seems to not only be rude and pathetic and lethargic, they like shirking responsibility and work. LG staff does not stick to timelines or commitment. My office hours are 8 am to 8 pm and it is difficult to stay at home and wait for an LG engineer to come and install the washing machine!! LG is not paying me salary so that I can use the same money to buy products. Inspite of several followups there is no change in behaviour or sense o[censored]rgency ownership or accountability. Everyone asks me to talk to some one else!!! Please send me your CFO information to further escalate the matter. I am taking this legal if I do not get a response.

      LG Washing Machine — Services

      I booked a complaint for my just less than 5 years old washing machine vide complaint No.RNA[protected] on 28.5.2011. LG proved themselves to be the worst service providers for their own products as the repair of machine is pending due to lack of part with the company. If such a reputed company does not have its own parts, it is liable to compensate the customer failing to provide after sale service of its own product as well assuring the get the product repair within 48 hours. Also LG lacks skilled mechanics as all the mechanics visited to attend my this complaint were un-experienced that too I observed the same for LG other products. Also the management at LG customer care / service station of the area is not upto expectations of the customers.

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased a LG mobile cookie KP500 IMEI- [protected], battery no.- SBPL0097701 charger no. RA[protected] on 14/07/2010. Within one month my phone started giving problem. Battery of the phone was not getting full charged. I have given my phone three times to LG service centre ,MP nagar ,Bhopal. They told me that they changed the motherboard of my phone, but then also problem is same. Today on28/10/10 again I have given my phone to the same service centre. Also I want to say that sir, they mishandled my phone in such a manner that the body of my phone got a lot of scratches. When I complained the madam sitting on the reception behaved very badly. She told that I can't accept that these scratches are done by us. But this is the fact sir. I want to say that sir, LG care staffs have this responsibility that whenever they complete a mobile phone at the time of delivery they must check it once. But , my phone gone there three times. Not a single repairing was done. I am hoghly harrased and need your co-operation sir. Please co-operate me and have a kind look and deatail investigation.

        lg cookie mobile kp500 — not getting proper service

        my lg kp500 mobile is automatically switch off and given two times to lg mobile service centre for repairing but it is not repair and also third time given for repairing but still i am not receive any answer from service centre.
        and my mobile is in under warranty period.

          I have LG Flatron TV and I have registerd a complaint for one of the fault in my TV to LG service center complaint number:- C[protected] on 24th September 2010. Bhola Vaishya was suppose to handle my call. I have tried his cell number several times to get resolved my fault in TV but many times he use to cut my call and even don't bother to call me back again. Once he came and told us Picture Tube needs to be replaced and one of the part called "IC" needs to be replaced. It will take 3/4 days to get new Tube and that part as it is coming from Noida. I was trying Bhola Vaishya - [protected] continuously and he was not bothered to pick my call. His behaviour was so rude and bad, the way he talks was very unprofessional. After 7 days i have called Sanjivani - Customer Care Officer - [protected] she told me your problem will solved soon. I asked Customer care and Sanjivani to launch a complaint against Bhola Vaishya for his rude behaviour but no one give me a responce for the same. After that day I called sanjivani many times but she was not picking my call at all. Then one day I called at LG store from there Mr Shaikh was responded me for few days and told me that He will help me out and try to solve my problem soon. He told me that Picture Tube is ready but IC is not available so it is taking time. But after few days again he also started to avoid my call. And today Date:- 27th Oct 2010 I have called Sanjivani from my office number as that number was not with her she picked my call and I asked haer about my complaint and I asked her when she will get resolved my problem. I asked her about why she was not picking my call she said she was busy and this time also she has kept my call on hold and when I have tried her afterwards she had not picked my call. From last one month I have called several times to these people to solve my problem but no one cares. Nobody is responding me and due to this I am putting a complaint on website. I hope this complaint will give me a solution on my problem. I want this complaint should read by LG Higher Authorities and give me a quick responce and tgake action against these poeple who really are not interested in helping out people and they are not at all doing their jobs seriously.
          Till date 27 Oct 2010 my problem is not yet solved.

            This is to under your notice that I have purchased an LCD Jazz 80FR (Full HD) in Aug end but I feel very sad to say that my decision of taking LCD of your company was totally wrong as your company does not provide customer satisfaction…..

            The problem which I am facing is that in this LCD there is defect in HDMI port since the time of purchase and inspite of making a complain for change of LCD or the part but no action has been taken from your company….

              hi iam B. umamaheswara rao, we bought LG microwave on 18/10/2010 from big bazaar tarnaka and they said a executive will come for free home demo in 48 hrs. its been a week and no one has attented. when we contacted in big bazaar it has been entered in the log book as the home demo has been given....i called LG customer care thrice in this 1 week and every time i call they are registering it as a new complaint and no one is even bothered to give a feedback when they willl send an executive for the demo...

                I Mr. V.K.Sharma, residing at flat no- 1, Bank of Baroda Building, Patel Estate, Jogeshwari (West) Mumbai -400102 lost mobile set LG. GB 230 on 16/10.10.I was having IMEI No- [protected] at the time of purchase but after carrying out repairing at LG service centre the IMEI No was given as [protected]. I have a original copy of purchase Bill, and have lodged a complaint Regd NO- 4284/2010 dated 17/10/10 at oshiwara police station.
                I was allotted MTNL No- [protected](prepaid), and I have given a formal request on 18/10/10 to MTNL Jogeshwari office for creation of duplicate sim of the same mobile no.
                I request you to stop the service of the person using the same IMEI No mentioned above and connfirm to us via Mobile no- [protected] or mail id vinay.[protected]@gmail.com or oshiwara police thana 26323861 or 26323862 to enable us to track the culprit.
                I shall be thanksfull for this kindness.

                  I am Prithvi Singh from Jodhpur (Raj) purchased a LG LCD TV cum Monitor Model No. Flatron M227Wa from Sahara Computers on 09 Oct 10 vide bill No. Cash {09-10}-1797. I got the scheme of free Tata Sky Standard Box with two month subscription. I sent a SMS on same day as directed by Tata Sky installation coopen , but no reply from Tata Sky customer center , I do repeatly with difference dates. But till day i could not get reply by them . As the tata sky installation book they promise to custmor that they install in 04 working hrs.

                  But it is 23 days ago I not get it

                    The repairmen at the workshop were fraudulent, they took my LG washing machine for repairing (given through the LG customer care) within a month, twice the service engineer had to visit as it was still not working.The 3rd visit made by the service engineer today informed us that the interior of the washing machine is pretty rusted.(Photograph attached for reference) We would have appreciated that this condition of the washing machine was told to us once at the time it was opened up at the workshop. Then we could have taken a decision of letting them to go ahead with the repair work.It could also be the case that they have changed the parts of my washing machine and sent it back, because they did not highlight the condition of the rusted parts.Anyways, we did not get it back from the workshop in working condition, even though it was sent there twice.First time we got it back with the drum broken, so they took it back there and then.Our washing machine was not repaired fully, and they were also given Rs 3600 (approx)
                    I am amazed at the callous attitude in the workshop and feel hopelessly harrased.

                    I made a complaint vide compl.no.C10A2509023 dtd.25/10/10 that washing machine top loaded is not working & your technician visited on 26th morning, found that gear box has to be replaced with mounting brackets, i give him apporval for doing the job & he told, will come with parts on 27th at 9.30am but did not
                    turned till 10.15am.
                    I received sms that above complaint has been closed with reason that customer will call again, where the question arises of calling again, It seems Customer are taken for ride to hopelesslly HARSHED.
                    Today again when called your no.39010901 they again registered the complaint vide No.C10A2703251.
                    Just now somebody called by name Mr.Siddiq he was so rude in talking to customer that he did not want to
                    give the contact no.of his senior & said i will see that now how will you get machine repaired by us. Is this attitude of reputed company like LG.
                    If any responsible person did not contacted to me, I have no choice to release my views to national press, to aware common people the attitude of LG company towards the after sales service.

                      i HAVE SUBMITTED MY LG CDMA MOBILE PHONE TWO TIMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE STATION IN MALL ROAD . FIRST TIME THEY JUST GAVE AS IT WAS AND SECONDLY THEY HAVE GIVEN A NEW CHARGER . STILL PHONE CANNOT BE CHARGED COMPLETELY EVEN IF I PUT IT FOR CHARGING FOR 10 HOURS. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET THE PHONE FULL CHARGING. REPETITIVELY TELLING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM IT STILL EXISTS. MOSTLY THE PHONE CANNOT BE CHARGED MORE THAN 2 POINTS AS SHOWN BY THE BATTERY INDICATOR IN THE SCREEN. I AM VERY ANNOYED BY THE PHONE. IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN I WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.

                      I purchased an LG Viewty about two months ago. A month later the phone stopped working since the touch screen was not working. The phone was taken back to the dealer who asked me to take it to a service center. I was informed that the problem will be solved within a week. A week later the service center called me and asked me to pick up the phone and take it to another service center.

                      The dealer also promised that the phone would be fixed or since it was in warranty I would get a replacement. Now over a month later, I am still getting the run around and each week I am told that they need one more week to fix the problem.

                      Firstly the phone is not a cheap model. Secondly with all the publicity surrounding the phone the quality of service, response and commitment of the company, leaves a lot to be desired.

                      I am asking the dealer to give me a new unit, which is also not being honored by the company. NEVER, EVER BY AN LG PHONE. THE PRODUCT MAY LOOK GOOD, BUT THE TRUTH OF A COMPANY ONLY COMES OUT IN ITS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMMITMENT TO THE WARRANTY THEY CLAIM.

                      LG/ Mobile Phone / Model KG195 — In warranty, company is not replacing the phone

                      I have bought a mobile phone from Mohindra Mobile Works, Moga Punjab on 10th June 2008. At the time of purchase they have committed that the warranty is for one year. Just after 10 days of purchase the mobile started malfunctioning. When I have contacted to the shopkeeper the n he told me to go to service center. When I gone to service center they sent my mobile to Ludhiana. Till date they have no answer that when I will get the mobile.
                      Now I became fadeup, and accepted that I have lost my Rs. 4100/- . This is my last trial. What I should do now? This my humble request, pls reply...

                      i have received picture message from ordinary nokia mobile. my mobile model is lg kg-195. but it is showing message is not supported. i have activated mms and internet services. in dont understand what is the meaning of supportin. i would like to know is it require any settings?
                      I am prpper from Nagpur but I am taking education in Pune.I have lg kp220 handset which I had purchased on my elder brother's name "Kapil Hond" from Nagpur. which I purchased in july 2008, but my phone's keypad got damage in december 2008, even some of the key were not working properly then i went to lg service center in Nagpur, they told me that you will charge 200 Rs. for that. After some days in January I went to Pu ne's Service center namely "VIKI INFO TECHNOLOGY" (Shop no. 4, Amit Complex, 474, Sadashivpeth, Tilak Road, Opp. New English High School, Pune 411030) they told me that keypad of this mobile is not available now come after some days. I went nearly 8 times to the shop but yet they dont have keypad and they avoiding me whenever I call them and ask about tha keypad. Then what is the use of Warranty period.
                      i am using LGKG 195 since 23/3/2008 but my keypad become damaged almost 3 times and also time damaged i want to know this key pad has any life time warrenty or how much i want to pay for this ?

                      I purchase a LG510 touch screen phone on 18 july 2011. From the first day I m facing problem. Battery beck-up is only 1 hour and set is continuously hanging. When i contact with dealer he said company will replace it but in service center they r denying. My contact no. is [protected]. Plz.. contact me. I m waiting for ur response.                         A LG Front Loading Washing Machine was purchased 7 years back, and there is a breakdown of the machine and after lodging a complaint with the customer care , they have informed that the part bis not available and hence could not be repaired. All the mails requesting them to to put it in mail has no response.

                          Product : LG- Split AC - 3 months old bought at CROMA Chennai with 3 years warrenty.

                          Our problem started at 3 month after the LG serivce guys came for the free dry service. From the that day LG has made our life bad. There was a gas leakage and the AC stopped cooling and after we raised our complaint the came and checked just to fill gas, in 5 hours the same problem started. Then again they came and checked said there was a leakage and took the indoor unit. on 22nd of october they came back fixed everything and again after 3 hours of running the gas was leaking and no cooling.

                          So i again complained on 22nd of october 2010 and they came yesterday and they came and filled gas again and closed our case and went. In another 4 hours the AC stopped again. So again i complained and again on 24th October they came and checked said that the connections that they had made was wrong and filled gas again to confirm us that everything is set.

                          to our nigtmare again the AC has stopped functioning and it blows only air. On top of all this harassement the LG guys when they took the AC for repair at their centre they brought it fully scratched and ugly as if it belongs to the public toilet. And when i asked why it is so dirty and none them could answer. Best thing is LG´ serice company in chennai Plasma engineers whose guys come for service dont know about the electronics at all I could so well understand that they were asking someone what to do.

                          And I have taken 3 days off from my work to open my house doors for these guys and on the other hand these guys dont even inform the time of arrival and if they say usually are atleast 2 hours late. We need to home sitting to service these service people.

                          Its so embarassing and annoying such a big Brand like LG harasses people like this wasting our time and money.

                          Request for kind action if possible this form.

                            Inspite of purchase of extended warranty of Washing machine, LG Service has no respect and time plan for response time, up time of critical appliance required day-to-day basis.
                            LG Service has no courtsey to call and provide progress or status for Service calls which have exceeded 17 days and for which customer is visiting their offices and calling them 3 times in a day. (73 calls made so far)

                            Clearly there is 5 days response time by Service Dealer(Micro Services) indicating no field man power available.
                            5 days to validating AMC /ext warranty contract by LG local Service center in Thane, Ghodbander road under Mr. Janak Joshi
                            5 days for procurement and sanction of spares by LG office from Chennai
                            3 days to get sanction by LG office (Local authority GM service)
                            Current status...Wrong part despatched.. STAUS OF CALL LEFT FOR ANYBODYS GUESS !!

                                Would like to bring to your notice that I have a lg microwave model number MS-192W. On 23rd oct I had gone to the ASC at faridabad and had got a complaint regarding my manual timer not functioning the service engineer told me that he will have to change the timer, for which I said ok and he told me that the charges would be 697rs and rs 221 as service charge. Then he took the microwave inside the cabin and came back after 10 mins telling me its fine now. I simply picked up the microwave and came back home when I tried operating it at home the same problem started moreover the thermostat button was also not working. I called up the call centre and got the complaint registered post that the agent came in to check where he identified that the timer was never being changed and I was being cheated is this what trust we need to have in the ASC its pitty to say that LG claims that they are very good in customer service but then I would say that they are best in cheating the customer by fraud. I will be escalating the case on the websites as well as the consumer court for mentally harassing me. For your information I have already spoken with the ASC manager his name is mr tyagi who is aware of the case also the person who has changed the part at the service centre his name is Puran lal the cheater and the service engineer who came to my place and identified the issue name is arun kumar. I would like to know what action are you going to take against the service centre as well as the engineer who has done fraud with me. My invoice number is 1678 and my mobile number is [protected].

                                  i purchaged a lg microwave( model number MC - 8080PRR) from atlantic multiplex pvt ltd 34 b mahatama gandhi marg civil line allahabd up on 02/10/10 tin n [protected] cst no. [protected] amount of 13395/ rs but starter kit is not available at that time so person ( mr satish mobile number [protected]) told me that you can take this within few days . actually presently i am in chitrakoot (up ) which is 135 km far away from allahabad it is not possible for me to go allahabd again and again .on 8/10/10 mr satish told me to come on 9/10/10 but when i reached there he told me that some another person sold that kit so we come back .again i called him after few days he gave me reply that kit is not available i hope understand this matter and help me and ask the person to available that kit for me .

                                  I also bought LG Microwave Oven (Convection) from Bharat Agencies, Johnstonganj, Allahabad on 03/11/2010 but Starter Kit+Extended Warranty card was not provided at the time of purchase. Dealer told me to wait for two days, after a weeks time he gave me Warranty Card, but again told me to wait for two days for Starter Kit. I called LG company's person for it, but no response. It is very disgusting to have such a response from company like LG. Now, I am planning to go to consumer court or return oven to dealer. very-very pathetic...

                                      Well I was never convinced about the quality of LG product, and one of my friend has gifted me the 32 inch LCD TV, wanted to installed new TV properly and than called up LG customer care, (my request ID is C10A2200245 ) and I was informed the TV would be installed with 24 hrs. Now more than 50 hrs passed by and still waiting my TV to be installed.

                                      Some local agency called me and fixed up the time on very first day, that too has not turned up. I have posted 5 calls till now and apart from assurance nothing has happen.

                                      Difficult to understand how these guys play with emotion, worst experience given by a well reputed company.

                                      Hi almost samething is happening for me(My complaint id is RNA[protected], I bought my new LCD TV from my native place, and bring it to bangalore.
                                      I called the customer care and same assurance has been given to me, but no one has called me till now.
                                      Seriously this creates a negative image in the mindset of the consumer. Next time i will think manytimes to purchase any item from LG...
                                      Please be customer centric and listen to customer needs as soon as possible.
