As per our telephonic conversation today morning, you are unable to repair the product.
In that case I would like to have all my money back(as mentioned in receipt) and you can arrange to pick up the product as soon as possible from my home.
I am left with no faith in product quality and after sales service of LG so please atleast process this action immediately!

Hi,
PFA the scanned copies of Original receipt and Warranty card for the Plasma TV as required by you.
Also note that, since, the payment was made on 15th Nov '09 the receipt is having that date on it but the Product was actually delivered on 20th Nov 2009 (mentioned on receipt also as due delivery) the warranty starts from 20th Nov 2009 which is correctly mentioned on Warranty card with dealer's stamp.
Please take immediate action as the complaint was raised on 17th October 2010 but still it is not resolved.

Hi,
I recently purchased two new products of LG 1. 42" Plasma TV 2. Double door Refrigerator
Both the above products are having defects and I raised complaint with LG call centre several times. Both are in warranty and the local service person Mr. Sanjay is telling us that they are awaiting spare parts whenever we ask him for the repair of products.
I am really tired of this LG brand name as such because they make tall claims of after sales service but when the actual time of service comes they provide excuses and not the desired service.
I am giving just 2 more days to you to take required action on this if you at LG really have some business ethics.
After that I'll be left with no other option apart from raising complaint against LG in consumer court for this incident of no service provided in warranty.
Looking forward for an immediate action on this!

LG / Washing Machine — Pathetic Service Issue from LG. Minting Money and Making Fool of Customers
Below attached is the mail complaint to LG Team and LG MD (Moon B Shin). But as of date no response from LG MD on this.Quote...
Team LG, I am thankful for the worst ever (Pathetic) service I got from a very renowned brand of world in House Hold and Electronic Products. The complaint was attended to almost after one month and 10 days of repeated reminder to LG Call Center and finally after Web Complaint on 25th of Sep 2008.
Further LG service support replaced the defective part with an old used part and in lieu charging for the new one. (Shame of LG, Malpractice of Support, Minting Money and Making Fool of Customer. Customer Belief in LG is at Stake).
This delay from LG service support costed/forced me to purchase a Samsung Semi Automatic machine worth Rs.6500/- (For a middle class person it matter’s a lot). For me the total cost of repair is Rs.6500/- (Towards purchase of new Semi Automatic Machine) + Rs 5645/- (Towards repair) = Rs. 12145/-. By spending this much amt I can very well purchase a new Fully Automatic Machine of any other good brand except LG.
Dear Mr.Summit, I am still waiting for your reply for Rs.6500/-. As per telecom I requested you please don’t consider this as feedback for future instead do the justice for Rs.6500/-. Also requested you that if you are not the one who can handle this please advice the concerned to whom shd I speak with on this issue of Rs.6500/-.
