Dear sir,
i am resident of indore madhya pradesh. i had bought two cassette a/c's a dealer vatanukool here in indore about one year ago.. in june 2009. from the time we had bought the a/c we were not satisfied with the cooling and hence once in every ten days we used to call them check. but we were never satisfied as their cooling was justb40%. but now from the past one month the cooling became zero and we made a complanint to them once again... their people made several visits ... saying the gas had leaked... so refilled it ... but they failed then they came up with a new thing that there might be some leakages so they opened the complete ac and told us not to switch on for five days ..five days paased then they came back to check and tried to restart it. they failed again and told us that they will now have to take this ac to their service centre as they ar not able to repair.... one week they again kept the ac with them and then got it back . they installed it and again they failed. now finally they said that we r unable to do anything one LG people will deal with it as we are unable to detect the fault nor do anything .now u can understand what a customer must be going through for full one month. its not the end then after that i repeatedly made calls to LG toll free number hoping they might help me out. but to my suprise no one paid any attention. i made severl calls to them on [protected] and spoke to mr mazar and so many people out their. they only had one thing to say that our people will call u shortly. when i decided to go to consumer forum and told them that i need my complaint number they clearly refused that LG does not give any complaint number . then i called up ms farheed of LG ON [protected] and asked her for the compaint number so her answer was that since u mentioned that u will go to consumer forum so LG people will never give u the complaint number . i them again called on the toll free number and asked for my complaint number informing them that since i come for inspector general's family here in indore and will trace out my complaint number if they hold inform me ... then they gave me my complaint number which is 29CAC09. this is just one complain number which i got it registerd on 29/9/2010 where as for the full one month i have been making complains to dealer and LG people.on saturday i got a call from LG local office here from mr abhishek promising me that your problem will be sorted out 100% todayitself.... now its monday an already half day gone.... no one has even come to the site nor called up. i have given up now.... tomorrow i would just be sending the ac back to the LG office here .... let them have it free of cost... i wud go ahead and buy a new one .... for sure never an LG product but wuld request u to kindly pull the dealer and the LG guys for harrasing the customers so much for almost a monthi will go ahead and buy a new one today but there must be hundreds of people who might be harressed by them and have no means to reach out to u too....we do hope u will take action against them so that our faith remains in consumer forum. thanking you pooja baheti [protected].

    I had given the LCD in warentee on 08/09/2010 will complain no 3923 to LG authorize service center. Till date I am recieving the reports that the lcd will come and it will get sorted but yet nothing has been done. Mr Hemang, ASM from LG told me to give me the sale bill of lcd, after that it will take 2 days for the lcd to be replaced and now i have given the bill 10 days and yet no solution whenever called to Himang he is in training or meeting and the service station take no responsibilities for the product. They simply say we have no spares. Is the company like LG doesnot have the spare of a 19" LCD also..

    Where to go and complain for the same

        Your Resume has been selected for our new plant. The Company selected
        62 candidates list for IT,Administration,Production, marketing and
        general service Departments, It is our pleasure to inform you that
        your Resume was selected as one of the 62 candidates shortlisted for
        the interview. The Company LG ELECTRONIC INDIA LTD is a brand name in Electronics

        Hi agree with u..because i too received the same on 03/10/2010..So please guys be safe..once i received i found its fraud..so checked in google.com the same which email i recevied..i found complains..
        I also got a mail like this ...i was abt to transfer but then i checked in google once as my frnd suggested.. thank god i didnt fall into this trap. Thanks every1

        Hi Guys,
        Please find the following tips to find fake employment mails.
        1. email address must be <[protected]@companyname.com> but not <[protected]@abc.com>
        2. Please check the header .. It must me "Dear Raju(For Example)" but not "Dear Candidate"
        3. If it is genuine he should provide land line phone number which includes authentication. Dont believe in mobile numbers as it can be changed frequently.
        4. No company will ask you to pay for interviews. If any one insist you to pay nominal amount, tell to them thay you will pay once you receive offer letter.

        Severe actions are needed against such fraud personalities in such a way that no body ever can even think of doing such kind of things.
        This is happening with me also. 11th Oct 2010 this person send me a same mail.

        please take a action on this person as soon as possible because it is also down the image of company. and really severe actions are needed against such fraud person.
        I found same mail 2 times one from Hyundai and another from Ashok Leyland...these mails are totally fraud...
        i got like this from 2 different companies...what the is this playing wit jobseekers should be punished severly x)

          Date of Purchase : 29 March 2008 : Dealer : Kohinoor Electronics – Vashi Navi Mumbai

          Dear Sir,

          This is with reference to the above mentioned subject, kindly note that the refrigerator had started giving cooling problems just 2 years after the purchase. For your information please find below the exact sequence of the complaints registered with your dealer & service centers:-
          1. First complaint on June 13, 2010, Complaint No. C[protected]
          Next day technician came and told gas has leaked and refill was done and we were charged Rs1131/.
          2. Next morning again there was no cooling, we once again complained to the technician he told that he has done some setting & it will cool after some time. After waiting the whole day when the cooling was still not there we complained again & the technician promised to come 11.00 AM next day but he came only in the evening and told me again that there is gas leakage and sorry hecould not bring gas & he will bring the same next day morning. But again he did not come on appointed time & came in the evening and refilled the gas and some brazing work for leakage and went away saying everything would be fine now. But after few days again cooling stopped & then again I complained to him but he only promised that he will come again but he never re appeared.
          3. On June 28, 2010, I registered another complain with your office Complain No C[protected] attended by Mr. Suneel, he promissd to send my complain to higher authority and told me your problem will be solved in 24hours if not done you may put case on his name & this is your right.
          4. Next evening i.e. June 29, 2010, the technician came and checked and informed us that the compressor is damaged we will change the compressor. Again after several follow ups & requests & complaints to your office (Mr Ramesh) the technician finally came on July 03, 2010 and changed the compressor & said that everything would finally be ok.
          5. Next day (July 04, 2010) again the refrigerator is not cooling. The technician again came & repaired but still the same condition.
          6. On July 05, 2010, we registered another complain with Mr. Ramesh at your office Complain No. C[protected]
          7. At last on July 08, 2010 at 13.00 HRS the technician came and said that coil in not good & he noted the refrigerator & coil model and given the same to his office.
          8. After that next 2 days no work was done & after so many complain from dealer from us then at last technician came on 9-7-2010 at 8pm taken bill copy and told us that this fridge have so many problems very difficult to repair we will change and replace new one and gone. But again next day there was no news from the service centre. So after lot of calls & talking to lot of people the service centre arranged a standby refrigerator for us on July 10, 2010.
          9. Today is Sept 29th, 2010 and there is no reply from service centre. We do not know what they are going to do. they may repair or going to give as it is if they will repair coil again the same problem will come.


          This refrigerator has given us too much problem & it is being used my parents who are of old age. My father has BP problem & this refrigerator has taken its toll on him. My mother has undergone Total Knee replacement operation & several other health issues. That is why we send them cooked food which they store in the refrigerator, but the above problem has wasted everything & given them lot of suffering. My parents have used Godrej brand refrigerator for 18 years & there was no problem even once & now LG is giving problem within 2 & ½ years, we don’t know what will happen in future.


          Lot of our friends & relatives have advised us to report the matter in media, since it is not getting solved, but I would request you for the last time to solve this problem by either replacing the existing unit with a new unit with fresh guarantee or provide us a full refund. Also in both cases we also want a refund for all the service & parts price charged to us by your service centre.

          Your kind co-operation in this regard would be highly appreciated.

            I HAVE A LG MICROWAVE (MODEL NO MC-808 WAR) WHICH HAS BEEN LYING UNSERVICEABLE FOR THE LAST ONE AND A HALF MONTHS. COMPLAINT ID ARE C[protected] AND C[protected]. TILL DATE THE COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. THE MICROWAVE NEEDS ONE PART TO BE CHANGED. IT IS VERY SURPRISING THAT COMPANY LIKE LG IS NOT ABLE TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS FOR REPAIR. IF THE COMPANY HAS STOPPED PRODUCING SPARE PARTS THEN THEY MUST ALSO ANNOUNCE THAT THE ITEMS BEING SOLD WOULD ONLY BE REPAIRED FOR A LIMITED PERIOD AFTER WHICH THE ITEM WOULD BECOME JUNK I[censored]NSERVICEABLE. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE ITEM IS REPAIRED AT THE EARLIEST. CAN ANYONE MONITORING THIS REPLY TO THIS COMPLAINT?

            My model no. LG MC-808WAR rather sparingly used since it was bought. The model is out of warranty.

            The front touch panel is faulty and LG authorized service personnel rather rudely said that original model service spare is not available. And compatible pad will be used of model MC8048 something. This too he told us after opening our microwave for service.

            He was already in foul mood and started rough handling and bumping and dragging the microwave while attempting to close it.

            We asked him warranty by LG of new spare to work and he said there will be no warranty, not a single day. On asking him we want to mention this in LG report about why we were not informed that original spare was discontinued, he says we need to pay up visit charges first or else he will report that "customer is not willing to pay". When asked "why he doesn’t prepare a visit report and why he wants to report incorrectly that we were unwilling to pay, when the fact is that we expected proper in-advance notification about the same that the original model spare part is unavailable and a compatible (clearly cheap quality) spare is being provided by LG."
            I also have the same problem with MY LG MC-808WAR Microwave Oven. The front panel is faulty and the service guys says that the part is no more available. We are not using the oven from the last one year as we are still not able to get the faulty part.

              With due respect this is to inform you that I have a complaint against the LG Company. Actually I am facing the problem for the last one month. I have made so much of calls as well as e-mails to the company but still I am not getting any solution for this as the part which has been defected is not available with the comapny and they are denying for the replacement on their part.
              Firstly I made our complaint to them on 2nd September 2010 for this, they came and took the LCD and after replacement they returned to us on 11th september 2010 and suddenly after 2 days same problem was faced by us again & it stopped working. Now for last 15 days I am calling them again and again but still I am not satisfied as my complaint is not forwarded yet. I also had a word and so much of argues with the Service Head Incharge but he also denyed for the replacement yesterday whereas still our product is in warranty period.

              This is my heartiest request to you that kindly note my complaint and take a strict action against the company as soon as possible as I am already fed up. I as a consumer will be very thankful and oblige.

                To All people in India planning to Buy LG Split AC this festival time -2010 avoid going for LG split AC, i had a horrible time -- went through bad service experience - bad and faulty product - bad LG service engineers.

                Attaching few images of my room wall -- if you see what this LG AC has done to my wall -- water leakage from the front panel -- registered complaint to LG customer care a service engineer walks-in -- look at it but not able the fault says need to replace a part ( God Knows which ) and that need to be shipped from other city and went saying will take 2-3 days , almost 15-20 days not to be seen and my wall got damaged which you can see on the images i uploaded and you can also see water dropping.

                Few days back Roopa Panwar, Customer Service Dept.,LGEIL- Head Office gave me number of Branch Manager of the city , i called him and he sent a local contractor to fix it ( mind you local contractor and not LG service engineer ) who charged me 1800 INR to fix-- he did all trick and finally applied MSEAL -- yes mseal saying its done and start AC next day- trusting him i paid and next day water started dropping again and now from two points -- what a mess.

                  Hi,

                  I bought LC LCD 22LH20 from Vijay Sales, LBS Road, Thane branch.

                  The Lsaid LCD turned faulty in warranty.

                  I have done extensive communication with LG India Service & Thanbe Service center fo which I am not receiving any resolution to my complaint. I have listed dowen one of the mail containt I have sent to LG India Service recentlt fore which have not receivefd any response.


                  Dear LG Service India,

                  I am really feel sorry that I have to raise my complaint continuously.

                  However pls see following,
                  • Complaint raised on 31st August Complaint No C[protected] regarding LCd turned faulty in warranty.
                  • Complaint closed by LG service care based on technicians feedback, Residence was locked, which is not true.
                  • Another Technician (Servesh) visited on 5th Sept & identified the problem of faulty PSU.- He promised to revert in 2 days. And there is no response again.
                  • - The update of Technician Servesh visit and problem identification is not registered in your customer care system.
                  • Raised this issue to LG service India, who reverted with BSM contact Details Mr. Janak Doshi.
                  • Mr. Prashant of Micro Service promised that by 10th Sept the issue will be resolved.
                  • Upon follow-up with Mr Janak Doshi – BSM, on 13th promised that the issue will be resolved on same day 13th Sept.
                  • Your Technician called and confirmed that the part is not avail able & will be resolved on 16th September
                  • 17th Sept I received a call to inform that there is delay so we are replacing your LCD & requested to provide the Invoice & Photo ID.
                  • 23rd Sept, I received a message from my wife that SMS is received from LG service that due to non-availability of the part your complaint is closed???
                  • So far I have not received any solution & no support provided.
                  • I have sent mail message to Mr. Janak Doshi & yourself.

                  It appears I have made a mistake choosing LG over other brands.

                  Your kind suggestion is most welcomed as next step considering yourself in my shoes to resolve this once for all.

                  LG LCD 22'' — No Display

                  Dear Concerned,

                  I bought a 22" LCD from local dealer in nagpur on 22nd May 2010. LG executive installed it on 25th May 2010 at 06:10 pm. But after few hours of installation this LCD dispalyed only white screen. I lodged a complaint , their executive came but at that time no white screen appeared and TV responded perfectly.
                  But on 26th June it happened again and i lodged the complaint (Complait ID - C[protected]) ON 28th June 2010. Since that date my TV is not working. I ve called atleast 10 times in their customer care but no reverts as yet.

                  One fine day their enginner came and said its mother board is faulty and have to replace it, i said do it, but no one turned up to change that Mother board. On 22nd July engineer again came with mother board but that gentleman said i mistakenly picked wrong mother board and this doen't fit in your LCD and we have to carry your LCD to our local service centre. I agin said OK but no one turned up again.

                  Sir, plz help me ....i am feeling cheated by this company.

                    To Marketing Manager of LG India,

                    I had bought a LG split AC in month of April 2010. The ace worked fine till july 2010, when i 1st faced a problem of cooling. I register a complaint for the same and noted that their was a problem of gas leakage. This problem was attended by the LG service center team. The problem was solved at that time.
                    However, barely after a months time, i faced the same problem again. I had registered a call on 16th Sep 2010 for the same. However, still after 10 days there was no action taken by the service center team. I had also asked for the replacement of the product, since this was a case of a repeated problem of gas leakage.

                    I had purchased a split ac on dated[protected] .My last service was done in the month of march but from march 2010 march to 2011 two times gas has been leaked. I have not used AC from September to April.When i started AC on[protected] i found no cooling.I complained to customer care no body was ready to hear me .Installation of AC was done by your company.by mistake of your employ i am facing so much problem .I therefore request to you that kindly solve this problem as soon as possible

                        I Have complained regarding my handset KM501 to the authorised service centre Shri Balaji Communications 2 months ago. I bought the handset in Nov '08 and it is out of warranty. the speaker of the phone is not working properly and gives a hissing sound or none at all. They kept the handset for a week and then on payment gave me back saying that it was alright. But the complaint persisted. they further told me that there is some part by the name "Flexi" which needs to be changed. Its been 2 months now and on repeated requests to the Branch Sales Manager Mr Vishal ( who doesn't pick up his phone apart from the first time when he had promised to revert back to me after hearing my complaint) and the Service Centre I am not given any reply at all. Kindly address my problem.

                            i bought lg microwave in 2005 model of april2004. this year it started give problem by not switching on and off so we called the dealer from where we bought it from, this guy from so call lg engineer, that engineer named amit nage after checking says its now no use buy new one, the reason was told by him was there is no more production of this model and this is microwave is just a box now. my ten thousand microwave is a now just a box......................

                            The rotating glass self of my LG microwave Model ;-MG607APR was broken while transit. About this, i have informed your LG service at Rourkela to replace it with applicable cost about 40 days back.

                              I, Bhawani Sinha resident of Qtr No.-B-767,Block-III, NTPC Township Jamnipalli, Korba (Chhatisgarh) wants to say following few lines for your kind consideration and favarouble action please:-

                              I purchased my LG Refrigerator 195SADG5 P. Red under Diwali Offer (GL-195SADG5.CCMZEBN (IN), Sl No.909NLFD02653) from the Paradise Electronics Korba vide invoice No. 2664 on 16 Oct 2009 and paid VAT Rs. 1333.00 Its first problem found- Freeze Door upper socket was loosen due to this door was separated and fall down on the ground. Second Problem-Upper side moisture are noticed and LG Engr. checked it and firstly told me that that it has over cooled so he advised me to keep minimum cooling at 01 level. According to following his advise, I kept it at minimum cool-1 but desire cool were not found and leakage problem was also noticed. One of the customer care executive told me it is a new design freeze and this is not a problem it is the advance technic which occurs only in rainy season. I was not satisfied with this reply, in the mean time one of the LG care staff contacted me and told that one of the Engr will visit your Qtr to find out the problem. According to this, next day, one LG engr. visited my Quarter and checked the item and advised me that this freeze will be replaced due to manufacturing defect as it was leakage from the upper outer side. During this process it had take minimum 20 days. He advised me to drop your freeze to LG Star Vision Service Centre Korba. According to this I contacted Mr. Lochan, I/C of LG service centre who informed me first you send your bill for further process and approval from the higher side. I sent him all the required scanned document through E-Mail on 24.08.2010 and he had promised me that all the process will be done within 15 days and new freeze will be available at your door step within 15 days and he also informed me that he will call me for depositing the freeze in the LG service centre Korba after its approval. But keeping in view the non-responsive attitude from LG Star Vision Service Centre I contacted him as well as LG service Centre several times but all in vain and the Lady staff of the Service Centre remains told me, all information is held with him i.e. Mr. Lochan and she is not able to say any things. Only one time response on 07.09.2010 was made and he informed me that you may send your freeze at your own cost today itself for despatching the Raipur immediately, Otherwise it will be delayed. When I ask how much time it will take to replace new one, he told that generally it will take 3-4 days and maximum 10 days. He also told that the Transportation and labour cost will be spent by the customer to drop the freeze at the service Centre. I was really surprised that LG is a branded company and if manufacturing defect has been found, it should be taken by LG staff at their own cost as it has been delivered by LG while purchasing but i knew in first time that this is not the work of LG. As I was in hurry to deposit the manufactured defect item to the service centre for bringing the new one at the earliest so i hired one vehicle and labours and droped the freeze on 07.09.10 on the same calling day to LG Star vision Service Centre Korba from my quarter location i.e. Jamnipalli, about 12 KMs distance. Mr. Lochan and others Engr checked the freeze and taken photograph and i was told by him that it will be replaced within 03 days, however he is taking maximum 10 days time to deliver my home. After 6 days i called Service centre Korba and Mr. Lochan who informed that it will reach within one or two days. Again I called several times to LG Star vision Service Centre but all in vain. On 20.09.2010 I called him to know the present position, he told roughly me "donot worry AAPKA FREEZE MIL JAYEGA, AAP JAYADA CHINTA NA KARE, PAHLE HUMKO BOLNE DEN USKE BAD AAP BOLEN AAPKA FREEZE KANHI NAHI JA RAHA HAI MIL JAYEGA DUSRE FREEZE ME TO TIN MAHINE TIME LAGTE HAIN JAB BHI RAIPUR SE FREEZE AYEGA AAPKO BATA DIYA JAYEGA".
                              This type of attitude showed non-cooperative attitude from LG towards the customer and seems they have become a bigger coy. However My favourate brand was LG but not as yet.
                              he also told me that its warranty covers from the date of previous manufacturing, it means, i have received new freeze from the Lg and after one month i.e. expiry of one year from the date of purchase of old one, if it will again be out of order due to manufacturing defect then replacement warranty will not be applicable, this is not good thing for LG. Under Diwali Offer I have been given extended warranty Card No. EW[protected]+5) or 1+9, I have also updated this in the Lg Website in due course. I think while issuing of fresh bill my extended warranty will be added/included in new bill. Kindly clarify this and if broucher if any, may kindly be provided to me.
                              In addition to above, all the my request are being canceled by the LG customer care. I have made several complaint such as request id c[protected],c[protected],c[protected],c[protected],[protected] and my latest request c[protected] was closed stating that customer will call again. This shows also non-responsive and avoidable attitude towards customer. While canceling my request no customer care executives have not bothered it take as responsive manner.
                              I donot understand about your company rules and regulation and other fixed guidelines. I faced huge and wasted my valuable time with LG care. However, I have been informed him that I am going to consumer court soon for my harassment and to claim compensation. I am being harassed by LG staff. For this I will be certainly taking action against LG under Indian laws without any hesitation for necessary compensation as LG coy. has frauded/cheated me. Due to LG Coy. fault I faced huge problem in several ways including spended huge of money as well as study of my child. This is for your information and early action if you desire please. Thanking you and i hope you will help me without further delay.

                              I booked a Top Loading Washing
                              Machines 10.5 kg Model no. T8561AFET6 on
                              4th of march 2015 with rupees five thousand to LG agency Dehradun. The dealer assured me to deliver the
                              product by 21st of march possibly. I wanted to give this washing
                              machine to my wife on her birthday as a gift. Which is on 23th of march. Following
                              to that I booked this washing machine and to my surprise on 17th
                              march they returned my booking amount rupees 5000.00 saying that there is no availability of the
                              product (Top Loading Washing Machines 10.5 kg Model no. T8561AFET6) in the LG company so they cannot make me available my
                              product on the due date. I am dishearten to see how it is possible that such a
                              big company is unable to provide the latest launched product to their customer.
                              I am really shocked to see such a big company is giving such a poor customer
                              services at the time of sale on which the company’s whole base depends. Also there is no direct
                              contact numbers to the company’s sales manager where I could register my
                              complaint. I have never seen such a disgraceful, disappointing and disgusting
                              customer care services. Even after finding such a heartbroken services I hope
                              to find a positive response from the company.

EACH TIME WE GET A CALL FROM LG SERVICE CENTRE INFORMING US THAT RE-PAINTING CAN BE DONE ON A CHARGEABLE BASIS. I AM SURPRISED THAT A NEW FRIDGE NEEDS TO BE PAINTED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE. NOW I HAVE BEEN CORRESPONDING WITH THE COMPANY IN NOIDA AND IT IS THE SAME SCENARIO. THEY MAKE A BIG NOISE THAT SOMETHING IS GOING TO BE DONE AND TODAY ITS GOING TO BE ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND WHAT TRANSPIRES BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND ME IS JUST EMAILS AND NOTHING CONCRETE HAS BEEN DONE. I AM PRETTY SURE WHAT THEY WANT IS JUST SERVICE CHARGES AND PREFER NOT TP HONOUR THE WARRANTY CLAIM.                                   I am resident of Noida and bought LG Side by Side door refrigrator a few year back. It has been doing well till it went out of order due to power fluctuation. And there started a series of woes. The latest one being - "The vegetables kept in the vegetable compartment freeze." This is better than the previous - both the fruits and vegetables kept in the respective fruit and compartments used to freeze up.

                                  Company engineers from LG keep on blaming this on the Rainy Season - the cold air in the compartment settles down causing the temperature to drop too low in the lower compartments.

                                  What i can't understand is -

                                  a) Why is it impacting the vegetable compartment only and that too when vegetable compartment is on top of fruit compartment?

                                  b) what are the temperature sensers in the compartment doing?

                                  Anyways, despite multiple complaints (C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], C[protected]) it still the same and the last one is finally closed with me receiving this SMS - "Your Service Request C[protected] is closed. (Reason : Demo/Service Not required by Customer ).If need any further assistance pls SMS "Service" to [protected]."

                                  If you can't solve the problem then frustate the user to stop chasing you :-(

                                    I have purchased a LG TV in Jan 2010 but it is creating problem since last 1 month, TV does not start & some time it works. I have logged Compliant 2 times in LG Customer care for repairing it, Compliant no is C[protected] but action was taken on 4th days of compliant raised after 4 or 5 reminders.

                                    But again one week I’m facing the same problem and have, I have again logged a compliant with complaint no. C[protected] on Sep 12th, 2010 and it was closed on 14th sept but the problem is still unresolved. The mechanic was unable to identify the problem.

                                    Whenever I call on LG Customer care, Customer care agent tells me that they will contact me within 24 hrs.

                                    So, I request you to please repair my LG TV or replace the TV

                                      this is to share with you that we have purchased Color TV with Model No-21FS4RGE ON Sep ’09 and this is giving the problem since the beginning. Till date we have got it repaired many times by calling your services executive by contacting call center and dealer. Now, once again this is not working well as its channel is not coming on display and it has some more problems which can be describe by some technical person.
                                      I am writing on the behalf of my family member one who has purchased this TV and I wish to get some positive response from your side on the cited subject.
                                      As I am social worker and I know many ways and tools which can be use to compel you to take some appropritte action to provide the best service free of cost and also to change the product.
                                      I will wait only for 24 hrs after sending this message to you and then first I will approach the Media following by the Consumer court if needed.
