Hi,
Window AC
EMERGENCY
LG technician came . Did some part replacement. After five hours around 10pm there is heavy noise. bust and SMOKE ., burnt smell.
I CALLED call centre immediately. NO USE. They say switch off the AC.
I am telling emergency , AC unit bust and smoke becaue of your wrong service

They are cool .. no action. Simply disconnect the call. Ihave to speak to Vinay, Pavan, Aditya,
to reach Devendran floor supervisor. They disconnect or transfer every time ask for info. Irritating customer.
They transfer call among theselves.

The call centre said My complaint dated 28 sep is closed. Then they take fresh complaint for the same problem.Today for this problem they say they will open new complaint.

This is totally not acceptable. How can u close without resolving problem. THIS Burning is due to wrong service did today.
Today smoke burning DUE TO WRONG SERVICE.

YOU ARE SIMPLY PLAYING WITH THE CUSTOMER..

there is a quite bad smoke everyday evening at nasik phata mumbai pune highway
its like someone is burning rubbish its quite bad and its not a small thing smoke covers up big area aroung half a km smoke.
please look in this matter this is quite dangerous and bad for human
if hard actions are not taken against this i will have to spare more time from my work for keeping PUNE INDIA clean

    I purchased LG mobile phone model KP-500 IMEI NO. [protected] vide bill no. 25611 dated 28.10.09 from Celluar's Kota-7 for value Rs. 8400.00.
    The mobile starts giving problem since beginning like getting hanged on its own very frequently, connectivity problem even in the area where other make mobile gives very good connectivity of same same service provider.
    Since last one month it has become total out of service & its touch screen is totally dead. I am trying to get it repaired since last one month , but I cold not get it so far. It is an unfortunate part of customer to buy such a inferior & poor quality products of LG on high cost. Really LG mobile are hopeless. In my opinion , LG India should get refund full money of its product for all those customer who wants to get their refund.

    In view of above , I immediately want to get full refund of LG defective mobile set.

        The above AC in my pizzeria was bought on Sept 4, 2009 and has had leakage/cooling issues a couple of times over the year. Two weeks ago (mid-August 2010), the AC stopped functioning and LG technicians took it for repair (LG Complaint No [protected]). I was told that the cooling coils have to be replaced. After another two weeks, after repeated phone calls, LG informs us that the part is not available for another 20 days! On top of that, they state that since the warranty period expires on Sept 4, 2010, I would have to pay for the replacement. Why should the consumer be penalized if the part is unavailable at LG's end!
        In the interim, neither have they offered an alternative option as I have stated repeatedly that my pizzeria is losing business daily due to lack of air conditioning. The heat generated from the pizza oven makes it impossible for my dine-in guests to sit inside and for my staff to work effectively. I am still awaiting a response.

        This is pathetic service. I will never use LG products in the future for any of my pizzerias.

          Dear Sir,
          We have bought LG Front loading Direct DRIVE Washing m/c ( model no: F1256NDP)6Kkgs on 15th May 2010.

          Since then whenever we use the machine, there is water leakage from the front drum, this problem was identified by LG service person during his visit. He asked us to register a complaint over phone and were allotted compaint no.C [protected] on 29th July for replacement of the faulty drum.

          Since then we have been following up with LG service dept. and SONYMONY( Dealer) but there is no response.

          We request you to look into the matter by taking this issue with LG.

            My relative, Mr RK Gupta had bought a Double Door LG
            Refrigerator (Model Number : GL 405YVQG4) from a dealer (Navrang
            Audio Video, D-10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar) on 8th August 2010.

            But when the refrigerator was received, the dealer advised not to open
            the carton, till the time a company representative visited.

            The company representative visited an opened the carton, and it was
            found that :-
            - Body dented
            - Wheel at the base was broken
            - The trolley was broken

            The company representative mentioned that it will take ATLEAST 7-10 days for replacement, which I think is unbelievably long time for a replacement.

            The dealer when contacted, was completely indifferent about the issue, and stopped responding to calls.

            And then the drama started from LG electronics' side.

            After the first mail on 15/08/2010, waiting for a response from LG, which never came, I had to personally call up Mr. Sumit Bajaj (Service Manager – Delhi), and he put me in touch with Mr. Kapil Kothari on 19/08/2010.

            Mr Kapil, mentioned that he will check with the logistics, and he called back to inform that it is not available in the godown. He mentioned that he will check with the dealer, and later got back to me, that no dealer had it available (which was highly surprising that LG has refrigerators to sell to new customers, and none for a customer who has already paid the full amount atleast 10 days back)

            He mentioned that he is getting a new shipment from Pune, and will the refrigerator will be delivered by 22nd August 2010 before 2 PM. Having no respite, the customer agreed to wait.

            No communication was received from LG till 22nd Evening, and when I called up Mr. Kothari, and he checked, I got a call from Logistics team, saying that it will be delivered tomorrow (23rd August 2010) for reasons known to LG. Also, we had agreed that a sealed carton to be delivered and opened/checked in customer's presence.

            The next day, a piece was sent, in open condition (against earlier commitment of a Sealed piece, and the reason mentioned was it was being checked). After an argument with Mr. Kapil And Mr. Sanjay (from Logistics), the customer agreed, but a deep and visible scratch was found on the door.

            When I escalated the issue to the above mentioned people, they mentioned that 'the door' can be changed, with the earlier refrigerator (which was a shocking solution from a company like LG, for a new refrigerator) as they do not have a new refrigerator in their stockyard. Ten minutes later, vegetable tray was also found broken.

            Mr Kothari mentioned that there are no refrigerators available in their stock to replace and told us categorically that we will refund the amount (which was no solution in my mind, the customer having invested in search, and then blocked their money for ~20 days).

            After repeated arguments, the customer decided that they have had enough of LG's products, and they would want to return both the refrigerators (the earlier damaged and the present piece (damaged again) right away, and take the refund.
            At this, Mr. Kothari refused to take the 2 pieces away, mentioning that we will only take away 1 right now, and will only take away the 2nd when they refund, which is highly disgusting and illogical.

            I demanded the following :-
            - Immediate taking away of both cartons (refused for reasons unexplainable)
            - immediate refund to enable the customer to buy a new one (Reason mentioned : the refund will be from LG, which will take 10 days etc etc)
            both of which were refused blatantly (in bitter tone), adding that they can't be done anyway, whatever the customer chooses to do.

            I demanded that either LG should refund immediately, or at the worst case, ask the dealer to pay up the amount right away.

            To which Mr. Kothari mentioned that he will 'check' with the dealer (shocking that LG has no bargaining power in front of its dealers). (I had to argue for a good 40 minutes to get him to ‘check’ with the dealers)

            He got back to me the next day, that we can go to the said dealer (Navrang Electronics) and buy something else. to which I flatly refused, that I should be given a free will to choose from where I buy. (having received no response from the dealer, would never want to go back to the same dealer)

            At this they expressed complete helplessness and mentioned, that you can do nothing but wait.

            Today, its 2nd September, and we have recieved no response either in written form or telephonically, and neither we have recieved the refund amount.

            The customer having paid the full amount on 8th August 2010, is still
            - Without a damage free refrigerator
            - Has a damaged refrigerator which LG would not take away
            - No refund to enable new purchase

            This kind of a treatment is bizarre and unheard of in customer services, and from a organization that lives by its so-called "Service Standards".
            The customer was left to fend for this own, and that too after having paid the amount in advance.

            I am completely disappointed by the organization and utterly disgusted and frustrated.
            This event has caused me immense mental and emotional trauma (on account of dealing with people from LG), and immense mental harassment.

            Any representatives from LG, please take notice and settle the matter.

            Customers, please read this and tread with caution. Would not recommend this brand to anyone.

            LG Refrigerator — REFRIGERATOR WHEELS

            I GIVEN A COMPLANT LAST WEEK .REGARDING REFREGERATOR WHEELS.SERVICEMAN CAME AND TOLD ME THAT WHEELS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. SINCE TWO YEARS THE WHILLS ARE NOT AVAILABLE .I THINK THIS IS 15TH TIME GIVING COMPLAINT.STILL YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE WHEELS.IHAVE TO THINK ABOUT ALTERNATIVE.I WILL GO TO CUNSUMER COURT.WITH ALL MY COMPLAINT NO.S.

            LG — Damage of opening cover

            complaint number RNA[protected].Model number-7239ks.Date of purchase -02/08/10. Dealer-Camp corner Pvt Ltd , kolkata.
            The above w/machine has developed an identical crack on both sides of the hinges of the cover.since no wear and tear involved the defect is attributed to manufacturing defect.Since the machine is under warraty for three years, you are requested to replace the cover free of cost considering the reputation of the LG products & co.

              I had purchased an LG KS660 about two months ago. A month later touch screen was not working properly and sometimes it is hang while operating . I went to Wardha LG Service station. I was informed that the problem will be solved within a week because touch screen is not avalilable now it will come from delhi.
              Evertime, i went to ur service station I got the same answer "Ho gaya hai"You will get your phone within 2 days. Now over a 20 days later, I am still getting the run around and each week still they told me I takes another one more week to to change the touch screen.I had talk to senier authority also Mr chandrashekar (LG service station,Nagpur).He is not also replying well.

              Firstly the phone is not a cheap model. Secondly with all the publicity surrounding the phone the quality of service, response and commitment of the company, leaves a lot to be desired.

              NEVER, EVER BUY AN LG PHONE. THE PRODUCT MAY LOOK GOOD, BUT THE TRUTH OF A COMPANY ONLY COMES OUT IN ITS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMMITMENT

              LG Mobile KS660 — Dirty Handset Dirtier than China handsets

              Dear Friends
              I had bought an LG Handset in the last week of May 2010. Its still in warranty. After hardly a week from purchase, the
              1) touchscreen in the handset does not work,
              2) SMSes does not get typed,
              3) words get deleted automatically,
              4) Calls cannot be taken as the unlocking does not happen, may be BECUASE NAUGHTILY LG HAS LOCKED ITS TOUCH SCREEN.
              5) Calls cannot be made because the touch screen never works.
              6) Height of disgust is that sometime when you type letter "A", it displays "T". What a handset Sirji
              7) I called their customer care. They are very naively trained to give only one reply contact our service centre and the handset cannot be replaced MAY BE BECAUSE THEY ARE LG AND NOT SAMSUNG
              8) Tried replacing battery and reinserting it. Swtiching off & on, re-doing Touch setting, etc. etc. but the BAS***D won't work at all.
              9) Tihs is the dirtiest handset I have come across.
              10) This is supposed to be a entry level business phone, but the internet is so so slow that when trying to access net, the only thing that I can see is "TIMED OUT ERROR".
              11) All in all LG's arrogance and its unskilled instruments are not worth trying my dear friends
              12) DONT BUY LG.
              13) BUY ALWAYS SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE AS THEY ARE HIGHLY SUPERIOR QUALITY WISE AND SERVICE WISE.
              14) ANYONE WHO CAN JOIN ME TO SUE LG IN THE FORUM PLEASE RESPOND. THESE ARROGANT STUPIDS HAVE TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON.

                  Dear sir,

                  Subject : Request for Replacement of LG Mobile, GD510, Serial No. 004KPWQ724961 purchased on 19.06.2010 from M/S Geet Ganga Telecom, Civil Lines, Roorkee.

                  Subject phone was given to M/s Geet Ganga, Roorkee on 20.08.2010. The day of purchse it started giving mick problem (interrupted outgoing calls). I was advised by the dealer that if the problem persists or increses it will be get repaired or if necessary replaced. After few days the set again given to dealer with the compalint of its touchpad (specific key 7 not working in1 or 2 touch) and mike problem in outgoing calls.

                  Local service agency was not listing for its exchange and lodging my complaint for which Mr. J. P. Chaturvedi, Zonal Authority was informed on 28.08.2010 on his moblie [protected] at 1851 hrs.

                  Resulting I received Service Slip No. R[protected]After 7 days) and the cause/fault detected therein had been mentioned, “Water damaged touchpad which is not working. 7 key is not working” and I was told that aprox. 800/- to 1000/- would be charged for its reparing, change of pad etc. Firstly this lapse of time be discouraged.

                  I am a Senior Scientist (Ex.) and a Senior Citizon as well. I am stranged and not convinced with the falt detected in first instance without mentining any proper secification etc. and tentative repair charges accordingly. I believe and afraid that a used or defective phone has been thrusted upon me.

                  since the set is brand new and under warranty, I would request that local autorities be advised to replace the said mobile phone immediately so I may avail still better services provided with reputed LG products.

                    i had purchased one lg dvd recorder model dr275 when i was in usa in 2009.this item has worked hardly for 6 months. i complained to lg india for repairs but it appears lg india are not aware of this product. they do not even understand my complaint. it is useless to even talk to them.the part in question is its lens bearing part no708-st014757dr275-w aa3 eaz 36033788 opticalblock with pcb. is there any body who can supply this part or repair this dvd recorder

                        Purchased LG washing machine Model No.WT 7239 KS on 6.6.2010 thru Urmi
                        electronics(Bill No.25919 dt.6.6.10),Thane.On 24th Aug.10, personally visited shop and lodged complaint about not working the machine as "Dead".They noted this in their register and said mechanic will come within a day or two. Moreover, they gave me a customer care tel.no.as 39889999 which is only ringing but not attended by anybody till today. Contacted shop many times but only reply is mechanic will come anytime. Since both o[censored]s are working,finding difficult without machine. Nobody is responding positively. I am fed up and if problem is not solved,planning to go to consumer court.

                        I have lodged a complaint (C[protected]) with LG for following matter.
                        I purchased a washing machine from LG Dealer on 30th May which didn't work at all. They sent a surveyor who found some problem with power system and as such I asked to replace the product. They said it will be done soon. After this there was no call from LG. Whenever I tried to call, either the phone was off or it was never picked up. I found contact of call centre from web and called them and some how, after 10 days, reached the concerned person who said the product is not in stock and so select a different one. I selected new one which was to be shipped in a day or two. But again there was a break. When I contacted the person he said the new product has a dent(as if they had only one). He promised to send a new one in two days time but again no call for 5 days. When I called (17th day) the person said I will call back in morning. There was no call and when I called he doesn't pick up the phone.
                        From day 1 of my purchase of a front loading washing machine, I am experiencing mental torture not mentioning the physical aspect involved therewith. The problem has been that water started leaking from the front side to cover a sizable area so much so that I was victimised to mop the place(without the servant's help) lest I slip and break my fragile bones of 65 years.The waterlogged marble floor may go unnoticed is another factor to be mentioned. Though the service people attended my frantic call, the problem is yet to be solved with a fornight goneby.
                        I strongly request the company to replace the appliance & relieve me of my agony.

                        After 13 days Mr. Kalpesh Rathore came my house checked my washing machine he says some parts should be change he may come another 2 or 3 days, but morethan 10days is over, he finally lifted my phone today on 21.12.10 he says you talk to Mr. Amit bhai- service centre in-charge, but he says only for your machine repair our person will not, he required customer complaint minimum 10 for the my location.

                        Sir you are given Order to Service centre for taking care customers compliant, but service centre asking for complaint 10 customers, I can wait for 1 or 2 years for requiring another 10 customers .
                        This is very shame of the LG product management. In present In India verygood market for only LG, whirpool, Samsung, Videocon, Godrej is follow on.

                        Kindly notethat if customer complaint you cannot solve timely, your business is going to last place. You know that customer can develop your product or destroy your product also.

                          This is Maj RN Sharma from Ferozepur, I had purchased a Laptop LG Citrine GM 45 (RD410-G.ADT4A2) at DS Associates, Ferozepur Cantt vide their Invoice No Retail/1390/08 dt 02 Jan 2009 from the date of purchase i was facing lot of problems the vendor said that the OS will be installed by them and the total cost of the laptop was Rs 37500/-. And recently my system was giving some problem which i presented at LG Care Ferozepur, they said that display cable is faulty and it has to be replaced they had given me 5 days time on 02 Aug 10 I visited the LG Care, now even a lapse of 3 weeks the spare has not reached by them as intimited.
                          The service is totally disgusting. I have no words and am frastruted by purchasing this kind of product. I request u to kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.

                            I filed a complaint regarding my washing machine.complaint id c [protected] .
                            I could not open the door of washing machine after washing the cloths.A technician was sent to my place &
                            he ended up breaking the glass &manually picking the door apart.
                            now I am supposed to pay for the door rs.2600 excluding service charges plus taxes.
                            I believe that the door was in good condition & the lock could have been repaired professionally.
                            Replacing the door is unnecessary expense for me.
                            Please look in to the matter.

                              I purchased a LG Microwave Oven Model No MC-7687-AB, from a shop of Gondia on 22.08.10. From Shop keeper I was told that to install and user demo I have to contact to the Customer Care centre and they will send representative. Accordingly I contacted LG Customer sevice Toll-free no and they told me that within 48hrs I will got a call and within 72hrs my case will be attended. They also gave me the complaint noC[protected]. After 48hrs without any call from anybody i found the mobile no of LG Nagpur [protected]. I called that person 2times and he gave me a mobile no of somebody, then I called that no and he gave me mobile no of LG service engineer. I called that person he told me he can probably attend my case on 29/08/10. I purchased the item and for last 4days this item left without any use.
                              I have a question that if they can not attain the customers problem then why they would tell us that within 72hrs they will solve our problem.
                              Now a days if any company taking 7days to attain customers problem then I am very sorry to say that LG has the poor Customer Service.

                              I have purchased one LG Microwave since more than one month.In the mean time have contacted many times to your agent who is looking after the demonstration of the mechine but neither he is responding to my grievance nor he is solving the problem.The very objective of puchasing the product is not solved for simple reason(negligence of Agent)
                              I have great hope on the LG product and I don't have any complaint till but I think your service delivery is very poor.

                              I have bought one LG Micro oven from Khoshla Electronics, Kolkata, on 25/11/2010. The Sales Person assured me that the product would be demonstrated by The Company Engineer within same day immediately after delivery. The Company had send one message alongwith a request ID No. The company on the same day sent another message that the ID No, was closed . I have then talked to their toll free customer care on 27/11/2010 and got another ID No. with a assurance that I would be comunicated by their Engineer within 2Hrs. & they would attend my house for demonstration within 24 Hrs. To day is 29/11/2010 .I don't know how many days will make LG Company 24 hrs.

                                This is to inform you that I had bought LG 3610 handset on[protected] from your dealer Raj Collection ( Borivali (West) to 1400/-Rs., but after a month the Instruments stopped working properly. We went to the dealer and he quoted 3228/- Rs. as repairing charges.
                                Instruments was of 1400/- Rs. and repairing charges are 3228/- Rs. which actually is in Warranty period. We buy LG product due to its quality and service, we would not expect LG to give such kind of service to its prestigious customer .                                   Recently, 1 week back I had got the FBT part in my LG Ultra slim Tv changed from one of the engineer from LG Service centre, Tilak Nagar, however, since then I m continously facing problem in Tv's internal display system.

                                  I m fed of calling Lg customer service every time but they don't respond to my complaints in one go, i mean is this the kind of service you guys are offering to your customers, pathetic....why can't the engineer repair the TV in one go.
                                  Have they been trained well in their field...Please look into this complaint urgently for your own sake.

                                    Purchased 02 Nos LG Split AC of 1.5 and 2.0 Tons in the first week of MAY 2010. Installation was done and complaint was given to the service engineer and to AIRCON Services regarding the scratche seen on the front panel. A numeber of complaints were given to LG service centres and engineer was sent for inspection. He had assured to replace the panal.
                                    But till date we have not received any feedback on the same inspite of giving repeated complaints and even after speaking to Mr. Vaibhav(area manager - thane region)

                                    Pls let us know the further course of actions to be taken...

                                      HI, I PURCHASED A LG GD51O COOKIE PEP HANDSETS ON 10TH AUG 2010.FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY IT STARTED GIVING ME NIGHTMARES ,SOMETIMES IT WILL REBOOT ON ITS OWN AND SOMETIMES THE BATTERY AFTER FULL CHARGE WILL RUN OUT AFTER HALF AN HOUR EVEN ON STANDBY MODE.IT ALSO STARTED GIVING DELIVERY REPORTS ON ITS OWN ..FOR EXAMPLE IF I SEND A MESSAGE TO A PERSON X IT WILL SHOW THE DELIVERY REPORT FOR THE PERSON Y.SOMETIMES IT WILL SHUT DOWN AND WILL COME UP AGAIN AFTER REMOVING THE BATTERY.WHEN I APPROACHED A SERVICE CENTRE(Ritz Mobicare,Address: 10, Wing-A, Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi, Chinchwad , PCMC- 411033,Phone: Home[protected] | Cell[protected] ) IN PUNE THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND EVEN SAID THAT THE DEFECT WAS IN MY SIM CARD BECAUSE THEY USED THE MOBILE WITH THEIR SIM CARD AND IT WORKED FINE.AFTER INSISTING TOO MUCH THEY SAID THEY WILL GET THE DEFECTIVE PART REPLACED BUT THEY WERE NOT READY TO ADMIT THAT THERE WAS ANY DEFECT IN THE HANDSET.I AM REALLY VERY VERY UPSET BY ALL THIS .IMAGINE SPENDING THOUSANDS OF HARD EARNED RUPESS AND GETTING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.SOME OF MY FRIENDS ARE ALSO USING THE SAME HANDESET AND THEY HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM.LOOKS LIKE THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THIS PARTICULAR MODEL BUT THE COMPANY PEOPLE ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT.I WOULD RATHER SUGGEST THEM TO RECALL ALL THE HANDSETS OF THIS MODEL FROM THE MARKET.I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO BUY ANY LG PRODUCT IN THE FUTURE.

                                        i am your very good customer... i am the proprietor a big firm which is called P.C. Jewellers....... let me know you that i have 3 split ac, 1 window ac, 1 22" lcd and a double door refrigerator of LG...... and whatever product i use to buy is from LG and i refer LG to my friends.... But let me say you that i am deeply hurt through your service centre which is located in dist- Nagaon, State- Asssam..... i always face a lot of problems from the incharge of your service centre which is named Mr. Bhadra Bora.... whenever i call to him for getting my split ac,s for servicing, he sends the persons after at least one week and after calling him for at least 20 times...... he always use to make excuses that he dont have much staff to finish the complaints... staff has not come today... staff has went somewhere else..... what can i do.... one day i asked one of his service person then he told that in our service centre there are only few person to lookafter the complaints and they told that we have to cover not only 1 district but 2 or 3 districts.... now let me ask you where should your customers go??????? if your service centre which is in Nagaon, cannot lookafter the complaints of your customers then you should put some more staffs to finish the complaints.... but i think that Mr. Bhadra Bora of LG service centre, Nagaon, Assam is really not interested to keep your customers satisfied. i am very much angry not on Mr. Bhadra Bora but on LG electronics...... Because, i think, you never keep a eye on your service centres..... I need you to take a very good step against Mr. Bhadra Bora not because for my complaint but for your sake to keep your customers satisfied.... and one more thing... if you are still getting confused that i have a lots of products of LG... then please send me a mail then i will send you all the cash memos of all the products trough mail....                                         We are trying to call service center but no one any reply
                                        I shweta sharma r / o 518 parmanand colony west, kings way camp, delhi 110009 bought led me[protected]model revo1 of lg company and the same was not working since 14 of august 2011 i started making complaints fot the same since 16 of august 2011 but surprisingly the same was not done after taht i made many a complaints to this effect and complaint was also from the vijay store showroom to ur good office but surprisingly my complaint was not take care of as such that this company dont need the costomer like me as a mattre of fact i had all electronic iteams of lg company and the company is giving me such a responce and at last my led got ok on 28 / 0811 after making all complaints from my sidse as well as from vijay store, model town 3, delhi 110009. Its really painful from my side that for this small reason my complaint was not at all taken care of by your company
                                        Had lodged complain for double door refrigerator on 10th Sep 2012, on 11th Service engineer attended the complain and advised that some part are required and will be available after 4 days. Till date (22nd sep 2012) no one has attend the complain after first attendance, in-spite of numerous call to customer care 1800 no and Service centre at Dehradun, all gave false assurance of attending the complain in next 24 hrs!!!
