i HAVE SUBMITTED MY LG CDMA MOBILE PHONE TWO TIMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE STATION IN MALL ROAD . FIRST TIME THEY JUST GAVE AS IT WAS AND SECONDLY THEY HAVE GIVEN A NEW CHARGER . STILL PHONE CANNOT BE CHARGED COMPLETELY EVEN IF I PUT IT FOR CHARGING FOR 10 HOURS. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET THE PHONE FULL CHARGING. REPETITIVELY TELLING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM IT STILL EXISTS. MOSTLY THE PHONE CANNOT BE CHARGED MORE THAN 2 POINTS AS SHOWN BY THE BATTERY INDICATOR IN THE SCREEN. I AM VERY ANNOYED BY THE PHONE. IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN I WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.

I purchased an LG Viewty about two months ago. A month later the phone stopped working since the touch screen was not working. The phone was taken back to the dealer who asked me to take it to a service center. I was informed that the problem will be solved within a week. A week later the service center called me and asked me to pick up the phone and take it to another service center.

The dealer also promised that the phone would be fixed or since it was in warranty I would get a replacement. Now over a month later, I am still getting the run around and each week I am told that they need one more week to fix the problem.

Firstly the phone is not a cheap model. Secondly with all the publicity surrounding the phone the quality of service, response and commitment of the company, leaves a lot to be desired.

I am asking the dealer to give me a new unit, which is also not being honored by the company. NEVER, EVER BY AN LG PHONE. THE PRODUCT MAY LOOK GOOD, BUT THE TRUTH OF A COMPANY ONLY COMES OUT IN ITS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMMITMENT TO THE WARRANTY THEY CLAIM.
the volume of my mobile is so low campaire to my frend mobile lg kg195. my is also lg kg 195 i had purchase on previous month ie on 18th april, 2008.

i have an lg kg 195 set with me. there is a display of 'STD' on the mobile instead of the name of the tower from which the signal is received. kindly confirm wats that?

LG/ Mobile Phone / Model KG195 — In warranty, company is not replacing the phone

Dear Sir
I have bought a mobile phone from Mohindra Mobile Works, Moga Punjab on 10th June 2008. At the time of purchase they have committed that the warranty is for one year. Just after 10 days of purchase the mobile started malfunctioning. When I have contacted to the shopkeeper the n he told me to go to service center. When I gone to service center they sent my mobile to Ludhiana. Till date they have no answer that when I will get the mobile.
Now I became fadeup, and accepted that I have lost my Rs. 4100/- . This is my last trial. What I should do now? This my humble request, pls reply...

I thought it was the battery and purchased 2 batteries but that was not the problem. I sent it to a technician and he said that the main board was not working. I got a second opinion who checked for various things including reloading of software. In the end they too concluded that it was the mainboard not working. Could LG explain what happened and if it could be fixed and how?

i have received picture message from ordinary nokia mobile. my mobile model is lg kg-195. but it is showing message is not supported. i have activated mms and internet services. in dont understand what is the meaning of supportin. i would like to know is it require any settings?
I am prpper from Nagpur but I am taking education in Pune.I have lg kp220 handset which I had purchased on my elder brother's name "Kapil Hond" from Nagpur. which I purchased in july 2008, but my phone's keypad got damage in december 2008, even some of the key were not working properly then i went to lg service center in Nagpur, they told me that you will charge 200 Rs. for that. After some days in January I went to Pu ne's Service center namely "VIKI INFO TECHNOLOGY" (Shop no. 4, Amit Complex, 474, Sadashivpeth, Tilak Road, Opp. New English High School, Pune 411030) they told me that keypad of this mobile is not available now come after some days. I went nearly 8 times to the shop but yet they dont have keypad and they avoiding me whenever I call them and ask about tha keypad. Then what is the use of Warranty period.
i am using LGKG 195 since 23/3/2008 but my keypad become damaged almost 3 times and also time damaged i want to know this key pad has any life time warrenty or how much i want to pay for this ?

I got a LG GD510 in Jun an i was facing problem regarding my battery an my cell wuld also hang.An my cel is switch off now as it had fall once.i gave it in mulund service centre on 3rd Jan an still they are saying me that they dont have the main board with them.Last one mnth pass.I said them wat is the use of warranty period replace an give.But they are not taking action from last 1mnth.I want to take action on this pls revert me as soon as possible.

I purchase a LG510 touch screen phone on 18 july 2011. From the first day I m facing problem. Battery beck-up is only 1 hour and set is continuously hanging.     A LG Front Loading Washing Machine was purchased 7 years back, and there is a breakdown of the machine and after lodging a complaint with the customer care , they have informed that the part bis not available and hence could not be repaired. All the mails requesting them to to put it in mail has no response.
    Kindly help mein sorting out this issue.

      Product : LG- Split AC - 3 months old bought at CROMA Chennai with 3 years warrenty.

      Our problem started at 3 month after the LG serivce guys came for the free dry service. From the that day LG has made our life bad. There was a gas leakage and the AC stopped cooling and after we raised our complaint the came and checked just to fill gas, in 5 hours the same problem started. Then again they came and checked said there was a leakage and took the indoor unit. on 22nd of october they came back fixed everything and again after 3 hours of running the gas was leaking and no cooling.

      So i again complained on 22nd of october 2010 and they came yesterday and they came and filled gas again and closed our case and went. In another 4 hours the AC stopped again. So again i complained and again on 24th October they came and checked said that the connections that they had made was wrong and filled gas again to confirm us that everything is set.

      to our nigtmare again the AC has stopped functioning and it blows only air. On top of all this harassement the LG guys when they took the AC for repair at their centre they brought it fully scratched and ugly as if it belongs to the public toilet. And when i asked why it is so dirty and none them could answer. Best thing is LG´ serice company in chennai Plasma engineers whose guys come for service dont know about the electronics at all I could so well understand that they were asking someone what to do.

      And I have taken 3 days off from my work to open my house doors for these guys and on the other hand these guys dont even inform the time of arrival and if they say usually are atleast 2 hours late. We need to home sitting to service these service people.

      Its so embarassing and annoying such a big Brand like LG harasses people like this wasting our time and money.

      Request for kind action if possible this form.

        Inspite of purchase of extended warranty of Washing machine, LG Service has no respect and time plan for response time, up time of critical appliance required day-to-day basis.
        LG Service has no courtsey to call and provide progress or status for Service calls which have exceeded 17 days and for which customer is visiting their offices and calling them 3 times in a day. (73 calls made so far)

        Clearly there is 5 days response time by Service Dealer(Micro Services) indicating no field man power available.
        5 days to validating AMC /ext warranty contract by LG local Service center in Thane, Ghodbander road under Mr. Janak Joshi
        5 days for procurement and sanction of spares by LG office from Chennai
        3 days to get sanction by LG office (Local authority GM service)
        Current status...Wrong part despatched.. STAUS OF CALL LEFT FOR ANYBODYS GUESS !!

          mera lg 510 cdma phone touch screen slow kam karta hai sare phone fast work karte hain par ye nahi kya saste phone fast work karte hain aur mahnge slow 8000 dene ka mera purpose ye nahi tha ki mai paresan rahun .will u help me or u r also a frod as like this lg company lg says lifes good but when i m buying this my lifes bad very bad .same on this company not doing wright behavior with customers .
          I agree coz my phone is also doing the same thing but the funny thing is that at times it works fine and suddenly stops working

            Hi,

            Would like to bring to your notice that I have a lg microwave model number MS-192W. On 23rd oct I had gone to the ASC at faridabad and had got a complaint regarding my manual timer not functioning the service engineer told me that he will have to change the timer, for which I said ok and he told me that the charges would be 697rs and rs 221 as service charge. Then he took the microwave inside the cabin and came back after 10 mins telling me its fine now. I simply picked up the microwave and came back home when I tried operating it at home the same problem started moreover the thermostat button was also not working. I called up the call centre and got the complaint registered post that the agent came in to check where he identified that the timer was never being changed and I was being cheated is this what trust we need to have in the ASC its pitty to say that LG claims that they are very good in customer service but then I would say that they are best in cheating the customer by fraud. I will be escalating the case on the websites as well as the consumer court for mentally harassing me. For your information I have already spoken with the ASC manager his name is mr tyagi who is aware of the case also the person who has changed the part at the service centre his name is Puran lal the cheater and the service engineer who came to my place and identified the issue name is arun kumar. I would like to know what action are you going to take against the service centre as well as the engineer who has done fraud with me. My invoice number is 1678 and my mobile number is [protected].

              i purchaged a lg microwave( model number MC - 8080PRR) from atlantic multiplex pvt ltd 34 b mahatama gandhi marg civil line allahabd up on 02/10/10 tin n [protected] cst no. [protected] amount of 13395/ rs but starter kit is not available at that time so person ( mr satish mobile number [protected]) told me that you can take this within few days . actually presently i am in chitrakoot (up ) which is 135 km far away from allahabad it is not possible for me to go allahabd again and again .on 8/10/10 mr satish told me to come on 9/10/10 but when i reached there he told me that some another person sold that kit so we come back .again i called him after few days he gave me reply that kit is not available i hope understand this matter and help me and ask the person to available that kit for me .

              I also bought LG Microwave Oven (Convection) from Bharat Agencies, Johnstonganj, Allahabad on 03/11/2010 but Starter Kit+Extended Warranty card was not provided at the time of purchase. Dealer told me to wait for two days, after a weeks time he gave me Warranty Card, but again told me to wait for two days for Starter Kit. I called LG company's person for it, but no response. It is very disgusting to have such a response from company like LG. Now, I am planning to go to consumer court or return oven to dealer. very-very pathetic...

                  Well I was never convinced about the quality of LG product, and one of my friend has gifted me the 32 inch LCD TV, wanted to installed new TV properly and than called up LG customer care, (my request ID is C10A2200245 ) and I was informed the TV would be installed with 24 hrs. Now more than 50 hrs passed by and still waiting my TV to be installed.

                  Some local agency called me and fixed up the time on very first day, that too has not turned up. I have posted 5 calls till now and apart from assurance nothing has happen.

                  Difficult to understand how these guys play with emotion, worst experience given by a well reputed company.

                  Hi almost samething is happening for me(My complaint id is RNA[protected], I bought my new LCD TV from my native place, and bring it to bangalore.
                  I called the customer care and same assurance has been given to me, but no one has called me till now.
                  Seriously this creates a negative image in the mindset of the consumer. Next time i will think manytimes to purchase any item from LG...
                  Please be customer centric and listen to customer needs as soon as possible.

                    My LG hand set take this 1 to 3 times to given universal show room that problem was not to be clear -the touch screen key pad was not working -3 times going to serviced but my hand set not ok -i am mentaly worried about this lg product and spoiled my buissness line,please take this action to universal show room -to change my hand set of LG model no GD-510 COOKIE PEP [protected]

                      My LG Split AC remote is not working. I called the toll free number they asked me to contact the local LG service centre to repair the remote or buy a new one. The person also advised me that I can visit the service centre to avoid the service charges and I need to pay only the cost of the remote. I called the LG service center in Sahid Nagar Bhubaneswar and went there with my defective remote. They accepted the defective remote for repair and promised to complete the job by next day. The next day, i went there again as per the promised time, but even after waiting for 30 mins, they could not advise me on the status of the repair...reason the person (Anand) who accepted the remote from me was not in. After that I have been calling them everyday and sometime 3 - 4 times a day to follow up on the repair status, but they just keep on promising next day. After I pushed very hard, Mr Anand agreed to send a new remote or the repaired remote on the 5th day. But even after that and after another 5 calls from me, finally the serviceman arrived with a remote. My goodness...he did not even check if that remote was working. that was a dead remote and the was asked by Mr Anand to collect Rs.643. Rs 202 for the remote and Rs 441 for the service charge. First of all, as advised by LG, I drove to the service centre to avoid the service charge...secondly; they sent the remote after 20 odd follow up calls from me and now Rs 441/- for delivering the remote???? Is this the way reputed company like LG want to make money??

                          I bought an LG S5200 mobile handset spending Rs. 9000+ but after one year i found its battery not working. So I bought a battery by paying Rs. 700. After another year, the battery again failed. I searched a lot (Whole Kolkata & Durgapur of West Bengal) but couldn't find a battery. When complained to LG Customer Care through e-mail, they just washed off their hands by replying with that they stopped producing that handset/battery. Please help.

                            i am anurag daga(complaint no.-C10A1217178). i had bought a computer a month back . two of my wires got fused due to loose connection in the power plug of the monitor. i had complained and the next day a representative had come too. He told that it would be repaired by the next day or so .ten days have passed i have been continuously been calling them they tell us that they do not have the parts.It has caused a lot of problems i want to get that repaired as soon as possible

                                mobile GX300 dual sim purchased in first week of October 2010. battery gets drained within 24hrs without any usage. On first day of visiting service centre in Mumbai, they make a note of the problem, collect the handset, give you the receipt and ask you to come next day. During next day visit, they make you meet the technician and then he asks what is the problem and you are given assurance that we will check it thoroughly and let you know. So your two days are gone without mobile and that too a dual sim mobile. Plus your two days visit to the service centre and that too taking a leave from your office.
                                Is this the way a world renowned company give service? do they keep any track on their service centres or they just appoint anyone who has 200sq.ft commercial space and ready to invest?
                                i was told that the problem can be with the battery or with the motherboard. I have not collected the mobile yet and don't know what will be the answer.
                                If it is battery problem i want battery replacement and if it is motherboard problem, I want handset replacement.
                                I hope LG guys are reading complaints on these websites.
                                Just by spending crores of rupees on advertisement is not going to help. I have many LG products at home and I was expecting a much better service from this company.
                                I am just waiting for the solution to my mobile problem.

                                Will update on my complaint after getting my handset back.

                                  I purachase a LG GD510 mobile handset from ahmedabad on 26th June-10. I have problem with the handset's touchpad on 15th July-10 and i went to ahmedabad to repair it.Than i got my handset back on 15th Aug-10. Then again same problem with my handset on 20th Oct-10 and i went to ahmedabad again.
                                  So I have a question I paid 6200/- rs. cash then my handset have problems whitin 3 months

                                  till i buy my lg mobile phone i am not satisfied by this phone .There r so much problems which i face like battery problem, offenly phone is hang up itself and there is one major issue that is phone is automatically dail up any number ,these r the major issues which i face offenly in day today and i when i go to there care centre they did not responced well they all ways said come in two three day

                                    i brought LG washing machine from Vandana Distributors nashik. it took 2 days to deliver the machine at my door step.
                                    i called customer care they told me one of the service engineers will contact me in 3 hours & in 24 hours the demo & installation will be done.an engineer named SAGAR (mob:[protected]) called me n said that he will be coming @5 pm at my house, then around 5:30 i had to call him so he said he'll come tomorrow around 11am. next day i called him around 1pm he said he is out of station he will send another man, he called me around 4:30 pm he said he will come around 11am next day.next day i called him i called directly customer care, a guy named SALMAN attented my called saying he is sorry on behalf for the late service, he said the installation will be done maximum till evening & he gave me nasik's head services a lady named mrs patil(mob:[protected]). i called her around 6pm, she said it will be done same day before 8pm but a person mr X(mob:[protected]) said he will come around 11am next day. next day i called mr X around 12noon he said that company is loads of customer to attend so it takes time, he will reach me around 1pm.
                                    after that i called again customer care n they gave my no. to service center in nasik {[protected]}. then a person named SANDEEP called me saying that service engineer will come at my place exactly @ 2pm.
                                    but once again it didnt happen, then i called at service center[protected] around 3 pm, I dont remember the persons name that picked up my call he said service engineer will come but i said that i want to speak to their service manager so he transfered call to service manager his name is BALERAO. he said that they have loads of customers to attain then there were some rude words exchanged and at the end he said "Tumne koi esaan nahi kiya LG ki machine leke" [censored]ing son of B****.
                                    After few i gotta call from earlier service engineer SAGAR ( mob:[protected]) he said he will be coming around 3:45 pm.
                                    he came at that time n while showing demo he said " we have loads of customer to attend" then i said " in todays competitive world nobody( read customers) waits for any company"
                                    then SAGAR replied " tumne LG ki machine kharidi hai LG company ko nahi"
                                    see the way talk to their customers [censored]ing son of B****.
                                    i would rather say purchase from samsung or some other non reputed company, they will give good service.
                                    LG means LOWER GRADE [censored]ing S**T company

                                      Lg Microwave — no response

                                      I have launched a complaint on 05 June 2011 against LG Micro Wave oven & the costumer care had given me the reference no-RMA[protected] & told me that within 24hrs are technical person will come at your place to resolve the problem but waiting more than 30hrs I had again called the costume care centre & I was surprised that there was no complaint launched after rectifying the issue they told me our technical person was not able to locate the address.
                                      Boss I am surprised if the company if working like this without checking the availability of the client and just full filling the issues then its better company should give the extra money to some poor people’s at least they will be happy.....................
                                      I just wanted to know whether I did a mistake buying a LG product because now I have a doughty at the time of purchasing the product company persons committed & given the many asureties but now they are not standing even on one.

                                        KM335 LG Mobile Phone bought in January 2010 at Kolkata.

                                        The phone worked for 10 months then the keyboard went unresponsive. LG service promised to repair it within Warranty in 2 days but still not received it even though 12 days passed from Promised date.
                                        Service centre said please phone "tomorrow" for the 6th time......going on for last 6 days.
                                        Should I take LG to Consumer court ???
