Subject: Not able to use a brand new washing machine for the last 3 months; repeated service calls with no resolution; incompetent service center misleading customer repeatedly, bordering on fraud

Dear Sir/ Madam:
We had bought a brand new LG washing machine as per details above with high hopes. However, we have been not able to use it fully since the time it was installed. From the outset, the machine was taking too long to run. This was attended to by service engineer, Jaibeer (Phone #: [protected]) 3 times but that did not fix the problem.
Then, on Sunday, Aug 8th, we filed a complaint over the call center reporting water leaking. Mr. Jaibeer came and detected the problem to be a leaking tub. This was to be replaced and I was assured that the machine will be taken, replacement part was in stock (confirmed by one Mr. Amit ), and that the machine will be returned in a few hours. The machine was taken away on Tuesday, Aug 10th. On Aug 11th, I was told by Ms Purnima (Phone #:[protected]) that the part was not in stock and that it will be ordered, delivered and then replaced within a week. I even talked to the supervisor of the Noida (A-56, Sector 6) service center, one Mr. Rajeev (Phone # [protected]) and he assured that the replacement will be done within a week. On insistence, he offered to send a substitute working machine for the week. The substitute came after 4 other follow-ups and was an old and unclean machine with mud in the tubs and broken cover. It was unfit for any use. On Aug 17th, I received my machine back with the promise that it was fixed. But I insisted to the delivery personnel to show me the changed part. On opening the top cover, we found that the tub had a black mark of M-seal. So, for one week, my machine was taken away and then all that was done was a small patch-up job done. Moreover, it was being shown as a replaced tub which was clearly not the case. In plain words, this was cheating AND THE MACHINE IS STILL LEAKING.
I was forced to withhold the machines and lodge another complaint. One Mr. Amit called and said that he had consulted Mr. Rajeev, the Noida center supervisor, and that my machine will now be fixed in 2-3 days as they have ordered the tub.
In all the process, there have been three sufferers: (1) myself, the customer, who has not been able to use the machine to its promised potential since the purchase, (2) credibility of LG product and service although we have bought other products in the past, and (3) the ethics of the Noida service center who have repeatedly failed to deliver on their promises, and topped it my misleading and cheating me.
In this situation, I demand that a brand new machine be given to me so that I can use the machine for at least one day. Otherwise, I will be forced to approach the customer forum for help against LG’s poor product and services, and suffering and loss-of-usage caused to me.

And have made the full payment for it. The Ac model number which I ordered was MSQ18JNXA. And they tried to send some older model which I refused to accept. I paid for the ac on 14th Feb and till date we have not received the delivery.
