I have purchased[protected] tv Lg43 inch TV. Within 10 days remote not working. Now[protected] I complained to the lg showroom. they told lg remote has no warranties. We will take an extra amount.Lg sell fake remote on high price tv and they pull to buy new remote.Fraud LG showrooms.I want to know i purchased tv fake or original.How remote not working within 10 days.Now i purchased new remote.That bill i attached in this email.I want money back.Quality less product sale from lg side.I purchased tv in 36k.Now i paid extra amount on remote also.Its big scam.Lg know remote is quality less so they not warrantied on remote.

      We bought LG AC last year, we have applied for AMC after 1 year.

      Client Name : Yogesh Kumar

      We had an issue in AC during May/June 2023 as CH38 error was obtained in 2-3 hrs and AC will not work after it, and hence the service team took the AC to repair and re-installed it ( which took nearly 1 week ) again.

      The AC ran for 1 week fine, after which Cooling was not obtained and same CH38 error obtained, again raised request and the service team told gas was leaking as some screws were loosened . They fixed it ...

      And now again after 1 week, same CH38 error is obtained in AC in 2 hrs and AC is not running...

      Whether the AC is not a good product or the technicians do not know how to fix it... How we will get so much issues within 1.5 year and we need to keep on raising complaints for this...

        I had raised a repair request RNP[protected] for my LG water purifier on Aug 8, 2023. The product is under AMC (purchased in 1st week of May). There has not been a single visit by the engineer till date. After many calls and escalations after 17 days the local service centre called and said we haven't done the AMC through them, we should call whoever did the AMC, they will resolve the issue. After few days in subsequent calls they said the part needed is not covered under AMC (without visit or inspection).

        Further the regular maintenance filter change request was auto raised last week RNP[protected]once in 4 months one). Now both these requests have been cancelled by the service centre. I'm spending 85Rs per day on Bisleri water throughout this entire time despite paying close to 5500 for AMC every year since purchase in 2018.

        Also this is the second time this is happening. Even in 2021, the filter wasn't working for 30+ days. The inner filter was sanctioned, we had received a MSG and the local service centre took more than 30 days to replace it. Even then it was done only after multiple escalations.

        LG service is becoming a nightmare. It used to be really good before and we would purchase only LG items. After what happened in 2021, I have already avoided purchasing LG, have bought a Samsung Tv and Panasonic AC. Panasonic service has been really good. I just want LG to refund my AMC money and I'll purchase a different water purifier.

          I bought a fridge from LG company on 25 August 2021 . Description - GN-H702HLHQ.APZQEBN invoice No PSU/00447.From Prasad and sons, Motilal Road, Deoria (U.P) . But from the last 14 days, My fridge is not working properly. I called mechanic from prasad and sons but he is such a highly incompetent person . He took 3 weeks but still he was not able to figure out the reason for fault. My refrigerator is under warranty period

          It is highly appreciable if you could intervene into this matter and resolve it

          We have already suffered a lot . Please reoslve this issue at the earliest

            Refrigerator not repaired in last 2 months

            I have a LG refrigerator 408 L and it has been completely ruined by LG technicians. it was bought on 18th April 2022 and in just over a year it stopped working, the first complaint I raised was in 15th July 2023, complaint id :[protected]

            I have lost my bill for my LG refrigirator. I have bought the fridge about 8 years ago and hace a warranty on the linear compressor inside the refrigirator for 10 years and yesterday an lg tech quoted me 13000 for replacing the compressor ansd since I dont have the bill they are not accepting the warranty. Pleas help me.

              I have lost my bill

              I have lost my bill for my LG refrigirator, I have bought the fridge 8 years ago and the warranty for the compressor is for 10 years.Since I was unable to produce the bill, The LG tech has said he will not replace the part under warranty and said I have to pay for it

              Updated by Dhiru Vaghela The complaint made on 22.4.23 is shown as resolved on 23.4.23 using the fake narratives. My complaint has nothing to do with the fake resolution of LG to misquote my complaint while replying "Custom expect service & documents & NO Fake narratives" My complaint is made for following unfair trade practices by LG in violation of 1. Para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 and
              2. Section 2(47)(vii) of C P Act, 2019 (Not 1986)
              It has no relevance to the customs Department that is an internal matter between LG and the customs Department. Therefore, My complaint holds good and is stated as resolved in fake manners It is a wasteful exercise of LG to misguide the complaint forum in focus by manipulating the subject matter from the protection of consumer rights and mislinking it to the Customs Department as part of the fake narrative to manipulate the performance of resolution in fake manners but that can't change the reality of poor after-sales services & denial of lawful documents in such whatsoever fake manners using unjust, unfair and undemocratic ways

              Updated by Dhiru Vaghela LG is the habit o[censored]sing fake narratives for the last 783 days that I experienced in reality and misguiding the consumer forums to show them as resolved to justify the fake performance status of in reduction of pending complaints and fake numbers of resolution.
              LG is designed to change fake narratives from time to time. LG used the fake narrative of LG policy in a non-transparent manner not to disclose to customers up to 18.5.23 and shifted the fake narrative to free of-cost replacement mechanism mislinking to internal data security from 19.5.23 and misguided and managed the NCH and Ministry / Department of Consumer Affairs. So this is a usual feature of LG to create different fake narratives to misguide different consumer forums but no shame.
              To sum up, my said complaints hold good as of date because of the fake resolution to justify the fake performance status of in reduction of pending complaints and fake numbers of resolution.

              I appreciate the https://www.consumercomplaints.in and its honest efforts to respect the senior citizen-consumers and encouragement to raise their lawful voice for their grievances but unfortunately, this honesty is missing in the efforts of LG and all the LG teams as can be seen from their efforts of fake resolutions to conceal their failure. The consumers are really unhappy and fed up with poor after-sales services including the denial of customer-meaning documents prescribed in para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 that the LG team declared ingenue without any documentary evidence or supportive law documentary evidence and therefore LG teams themselves prove themselves ingenuine while creating and using and changing the fake narratives in last 788 days. I am confident that my demand for four documents is totally genuine and supported by consumer laws. This exposes the failure of LG policy which has limitations, defects, and weaknesses & proves that it is not tuned to consumer laws and caused the failure of all the teams compelling LG teams to create, use, and change the fake narratives and fake resolutions meant to suppress and conceal the limitations, defects, and weaknesses of LG policy as well as all the LG teams.

                    Good morning Sir,

                    I am consumer Vimal Singh compelled to write this email to you. It's been long since i have raised my complaint for my refrigerator. After my follow up I conveyed the compressor is discontinued by company and not available.
                    Sir I have purchased looking to a brand and a 10 years warranty benefit. If company has discontinued, it is not consumer fault. Company has to ensure my refrigerator is on and in working condition.

                          Refurbished and Damaged Washing machine

                          I recently purchased a washing machine (IFB W/M SENATOR WSS STEAM -WMIF1012) from your Pai Internation Electric store (Outer Ring Road, Marathali, Bangalore) on 06 Aug 2023. The product arrived on 07 Aug 2023 and when the IFB technician opened the package on 09 Aug 2023 and tried installing, I noticed that several significant problems that have made it impossible for me to use the product.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I sumit kumar residing at ara, bhojpur, bihar want to state that I have a complaint against harassment, misbehave and abuse by your esteemed company LG in lieu of service request of a washing machine repair.
                          Recently on 5 aug 2023, I booked a service for my washing machine and on 6 aug 2023 they came to my house for the same purpose. After checking the washing machine they replaced a faulty inlet valve with one of their ordinary inlet valves, saying that these are original LG parts and for this he will charge 2400 hundred. At that time I trusted the LG and agreed to the replacemt of the same and its charge. But that part also turned out to be faulty and the technician went away saying that he would come tomorrow with a different one. And for this he demanded service charge for that day without correcting the same, for which I refused, then he started arguing and misbehaving with me. Finally he left and did not come for 2 days, after which I was unhappy with the service and put a request to cancel the service. After which the technician and LG service manager of Ara called me and started arguing, misbehaving and abusing me, Which is very shameful for such a big reputed company like LG.
                          I have been using many LG electric appliances in my house for years. I have trusted LG and its service for years. But this time I am deeply hurt by this act of LG. In this era of competition, instead of considering the customer as God, LG harasses and abuses its customer in the form of service, which is very shameful.

                              I was interested in LG 24ML600S PC monitor. I had some profound technical queries which were not available on LG product page.

                              So I called customer care and spoke with a representative named Ms. Sakshi. I was disappointed to find from her that LG does not have any pre-sales support over phone and they handle only post sales queries.

                              However she said she will arrange for a call back within 24 hours from the tech department to address my queries.
                              I was fine with that approach.
                              However for a day I did not receive any call back and so I called up the day after again. However I was surprised to find that they had not recorded anything in their system about my previous interaction.

                              The next person I spoke with had no information and he again said he will arrange for a call back. I asked if you have recorded this in your system and can you give me a ticket number. He did not respond to that and just kept on telling me again and again that call back as been arranged.

                              This is a reflection of poor accountability, lack of customer centricity and poor professionalism.

                              I request prospective choosy buyers to stay away from LG. When they can not support pre-sales you can imagine how poor their post sales support is going to be.

                                My 4k LG tv sending for repairing but after repairing found tv bottom corner dark spot as circle but as lg service centre person said that it is by default and they not accepting it so my tv is in service centre 02 month still today not getting return back to me so do needful

                                  LG Electronics — Not Responding of Manufacturing Defect on Dual Converter Inverter Split Air Conditioner

                                  Dear Sir / Ma'am,

                                  I bought an LG Spilit AC from Croma (Crown Interior Reliance Mall) Faridabad on 03rd Nov 2021 (From Bajaj Finance). It was having 1 year basic warranty and 2 years of Extended Warranty through its 3rd Party vendor of ONSIGHT GO. And in the month of April 2023 when my Brand New AC was not cooling properly i raised the reuqest complaint to LG they told mam now it is out of warrnaty then i told them that i have taken 2 years of EW, they said mam it is not punched in system, so from 20th April 2023 i raise the telephonic complaint with Croma team that why EW is not punched from their side if the amount is already paid from my side, and after that they took 1 month to get it approval from LG & Onsight Go and after so many follow ups & reminders it was punched And then on 11th May my 1st complaint was registered trough on sight go but tech always comes through LG as per them, their tech visited on 18th May 2023, he mentioned there is ac gas leakage due to which it is not cooling properly then next day again their tech came and get it fixed and fill the ac gas. Again after just 03 days, my ac again got poor cooling for which i raised a complaint again on 31st May 2023, after complaint they were fix it again and told that its ac cooling coil needs to replace and for which he uninstalled my ac for 6-7 days and told that there is delay due to there is delay in getting the approval of this part, and after 7-8 days it was replaced, and again just after 1 week its again the same issue with low cooling of AC, then i again, made a complaint on 30.06.2023, for same issue, then they send their tech on 2nd July 2023 and he checked and welding that cooling coil as the new tech told that now their is leakage in the coiling coil which was replaced last week only as per the 1st technician . How it could be possible that with in 10-15 days a new cooling coil was leaked out. NO explanation from LG/Onsight Go tech side. Even he burnt my newly bedsheet, he do not have Coursey to tell us that pls remove the bedsheet as i have to welding the cooling coil. So again i raise the complaint on 4th July and 9th July, 17th July, 19th July but till now no one is responding the update, no one is visiting to resolve the problem of my AC, are you guys (LG/Onsight Go) is making your customers fool, am i paid the 2 years of extended warranty amount for this type of service. So that i can spoil or destroy my 1 year EW with chasing you guys to resolve my brand new ac cooling, because from April till Aug is almost a high temp. wether of Summer, and i am still didnot receive any permanent solution of my problem. Are you guys really cares about your customers??? I Have a doubt, I must say very pathetic customer service experience by A Named Brand- LG, and the EW provider ONSIGHT Go. I am also working in a service industry but never ever make such type of customer experience. I Want the permanent solution of my problem on high priority along with the compensation of my all mental harassments.
                                  Requesting to you, Kindly look into this matter as I am facing big trouble with this matter. I Must Say LG Should remove the EW panel through ONSIGHT GO.
                                  Also i am attaching all the Chats and Invoice of my AC for your speedy action on my complaint.
